How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

The Opportunity
OLX is looking for a Principal Product Manager to drive high-impact, zero-to-one initiatives across our Real Estate business (otodom.pl, imovirtual.com and storia.ro). This is a builder role focused on creating new value - not a people-management role. It's well-suited for someone who thrives on building new things, moving fast, and navigating a complex organisation to turn ideas into impact.
You'll lead 2–3 special initiatives in parallel, each scoped over 6–24 months. These could range from developing AI-driven capabilities and new monetisation models to building new product features that drive growth. We're hiring for mindset, not a fixed checklist.
You'll join the product leadership team and contribute to strategic direction across the area. The focus is on building, pushing, and delivering new value, complementing a team that excels at running and optimising the core business.
This role reports to the Director of Product and can be based in Spain, Portugal or Poland. Remote work is possible within these countries.
What You'll Do
Lead zero-to-one initiatives from concept to market validation to scaled delivery - own the vision, strategy, and execution.
Build with AI as a daily lever - prototypes, agent-augmented workflows, AI-powered discovery and experimentation.
Run lean experiments to prove product-market fit fast, with minimal bureaucracy.
Present and defend your concepts to senior stakeholders - building alignment through evidence and conviction.
Navigate a matrixed organisation: identify opportunities to move quickly, build coalitions, and drive progress without waiting for perfect alignment.
Own the business case: connect product decisions to revenue and margin impact.
Raise the bar for product craft across the team - set the standard through your work, share methods and examples, and act as a role model for what high-quality product thinking looks like in practice.
What We're Looking For
8+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of building and launching new products from zero to one - not just optimising what exists.
AI native - you build with AI in your personal and professional life.
Entrepreneurial DNA - uncomfortable with "business as usual," driven to create new value.
Fast and execution-driven - moves at pace, ships quickly, and creates momentum rather than waiting for perfect conditions.
High product craft - rigorous discovery, lean experimentation, strong narratives, data-driven decision-making.
Strong executive presence - able to defend a concept to senior directors and build alignment.
Business and financial acumen - unit economics, P&L thinking, ROI-informed decisions.
Ability to drive multiple initiatives in parallel with minimal oversight.
Marketplace or two-sided marketplace experience is a plus.
Comfort working in cross-functional, multicultural teams across multiple markets.
Willingness to travel approximately every two months.
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at OLX
OLX values diversity and welcomes applicants of all races, ethnicities, disabilities, ages, genders, sexual orientations, religions, backgrounds, and experiences to apply. If this role excites you, we encourage you to apply, even if you don’t meet all the requirements - you may be just the right fit for this or other opportunities with us!
OLX will process your personal data to assess your fit for the applied position. You may optionally consent to store your data for up to 12 months after the application process for consideration in future OLX roles. About the role:
You'll own how Credit Line scales next, leading its move into the Philippine middle class with better customers, higher limits, and healthier repayment.
What you'll do:
- Own the full Credit Line funnel — from awareness with marketing through acquisition, activation, and retention inside the product — with no dedicated engineering squad, so you're the connective layer holding marketing, acquisition, product, risk, and business together.
- Work closely with marketing, product, acquisition, design, risk and origination, affiliates, and web/SEO, and be the person the team comes to when they need to align on growth.
- Report to the Head of Growth and own the Credit Line acquisition budget — no direct reports, but real leverage over numbers that matter commercially.
What you'll own:
- Define and drive Credit Line's growth strategy end-to-end with the business team — what to test, scale, or kill.
- Own the acquisition budget and decide where it goes.
- Lead the move into the Philippine middle class — define who that customer is, where to reach them, and rebuild the acquisition mix around them.
- Turn a real read on what customers need, fear, and compare us against into experiments worth running — hands-on when the bet calls for it, from testing a new channel to shipping the landing page yourself.
- Run experiments across paid channels, landing pages, onboarding, activation, and retention with acquisition and product, tracking CAC, approval, activation, first transaction, limit utilization, spend per active, retention, reactivation, and LTV against cost of risk to find where the real leverage is.
- Build a clean experiment-tracking system so learnings compound across quarters instead of getting lost.
What makes you a strong fit:
- 5+ years in growth, performance, or product marketing.
- A track record of self-generated experiments that actually shipped and moved metrics.
- Comfortable with product metrics and the tools behind them: CAC, LTV, activation, cohort retention in GA and AppsFlyer, Tableau, plus a working understanding of Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads Manager.
- Hands-on with both qualitative and quantitative research — user interviews, large studies, segmentation, market signals.
- Uses AI daily for prototypes, creative variants, and analysis, and knows when to override it rather than trust it blindly.
- Strong project management and fluent English.
What we offer:
Ownership and flexibility
- Fully remote work with core collaboration hours from 12:00 to 6:00 PM Manila time (UTC+8)
- Company-provided tools and equipment
Health and time off
- Medical insurance support for you and your family through co-funding or reimbursement, depending on your location and subject to policy limits
- Access to an internal mental health support specialist
- 22 vacation days, Philippine public holidays, and 15 sick days
Growth and team experience
- Opportunities to learn and share your expertise through internal expert meetups, external conferences, speaking opportunities, and industry publications
- Company-sponsored trips to Manila to meet and work with your team in person
- High-performing teams can earn a dedicated beach house week in Southeast Asia

We are backed by top global investors including Tiger Global, Y Combinator, Insignia Ventures Partners, HOF Capital, K3 Ventures, JAFCO, Headline, East Ventures, IHH Healthcare, MS&AD Ventures, and more, alongside an extensive coalition of notable family offices, big tech executives, and leading angel investors.
The Role
We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive, Asia to drive new business across mid-market and enterprise customers in the region.
This is a high-ownership, full-cycle sales role for someone who wants to build, not simply inherit a mature territory and run an established sales playbook.
You will have strong support from marketing, partnerships, leadership, product, clinical, customer success, and other teams across Intellect. At the same time, we expect you to be highly proactive in creating momentum yourself: opening doors, developing opportunities, shaping propositions, building compelling pitches, navigating complex buying processes, and doing what is needed to move important deals forward.
We are looking for someone commercially sharp, resourceful, persistent, and comfortable operating with pace and ambiguity.
A builder, not a passenger.
What You Will Do
Build & Win New Business
Own the end-to-end sales cycle across mid-market and enterprise customers in Asia, from first conversation through to contract signature.
Develop a deep understanding of target accounts, their priorities, decision-makers, buying dynamics, and where Intellect can create meaningful value.
Run high-quality discovery with senior stakeholders and translate customer needs into compelling commercial solutions.
Build strong, multi-threaded relationships across organisations and navigate complex regional or enterprise buying processes.
Create & Develop Pipeline
Work closely with marketing and the broader commercial team on inbound opportunities, campaigns, events, account-based initiatives, and other sources of demand.
At the same time, take ownership of creating opportunities yourself through targeted outreach, referrals, networking, events, partnerships, and thoughtful account development.
You should be comfortable working both sides of the equation: converting strong inbound demand and creating new opportunities from scratch.
Shape Complex Enterprise Deals
Develop account strategies and determine the best path to win each opportunity.
Create and customise presentations, proposals, business cases, and commercial narratives around the needs of each customer rather than relying only on standard materials.
Bring the right internal stakeholders into the process - across leadership, product, clinical, customer success, legal, security, and operations - and orchestrate them effectively.
Navigate procurement, legal, security, commercial negotiations, and other enterprise requirements with sound judgement and persistence.
Identify blockers early, create clear next steps, and maintain momentum throughout the sales cycle.
Represent Intellect Across Asia
Build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers across the region.
Represent Intellect at customer meetings, industry events, conferences, roundtables, and other commercial opportunities.
Be willing to engage directly in events, lead generation, and market-building activities rather than seeing them as someone else’s responsibility.
Develop a strong understanding of the evolving mental health, employee benefits, HR, healthcare, and workforce landscape across Asia, and bring relevant market insights back into the company.
What Success Looks Like
You consistently build and convert a healthy pipeline of high-quality opportunities.
You win meaningful new mid-market and enterprise customers across Asia.
You create opportunities independently as well as convert marketing-generated demand.
You build credibility with senior stakeholders and develop relationships across multiple decision-makers within an account.
You navigate complex sales cycles with strong commercial judgement and clear ownership.
You create compelling, customer-specific pitches and proposals that move opportunities forward.
You maintain strong discipline around pipeline management, forecasting, follow-ups, and next steps.
You become a credible and trusted representative of Intellect in the market.
You operate effectively without needing a large or highly prescriptive sales machine around you.
Requirements
5-10 years of B2B sales experience, with meaningful exposure to mid-market or enterprise customers.
We care less about a specific industry background than we do about seeing evidence that you can create and win business.
You are likely to be someone who:
Has a strong track record of winning new mid-market or enterprise customers.
Has owned a meaningful portion of the full sales cycle, from opportunity creation through to negotiation and close.
Is commercially hungry and proactive about generating business rather than relying entirely on inbound demand.
Can sell consultatively and understand the underlying business problem rather than simply presenting product features.
Is comfortable navigating complex organisations with multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.
Can communicate credibly with senior executives and adapt your approach across different audiences and markets.
Is comfortable creating or adapting your own decks, proposals, business cases, and sales narratives when needed.
Is highly resourceful and persistent when an opportunity becomes difficult or stalls.
Has strong judgement around account prioritisation, stakeholder management, and how to move a deal forward.
Is comfortable operating in an environment where not every process is perfectly defined.
Has strong commercial discipline without becoming overly dependent on process or infrastructure.
Works effectively across functions and knows how to bring the right people into an opportunity.
Is ambitious, resilient, and motivated by ownership and outcomes.
Is willing to get hands-on where needed, whether that means prospecting, working an event, researching an account, preparing a custom pitch, or pushing through a difficult procurement process.
Experience selling HR technology, employee benefits, healthcare, mental health, SaaS, professional services, or other complex B2B solutions is useful, but not essential.
Experience selling across multiple Asian markets or operating in a regional role would be a strong advantage.
