We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Structural / Architectural Project Coordinator to support a large-scale and technically complex hydric development project combining residential and commercial components.
This role is heavily focused on multidisciplinary technical coordination, constructability review, and execution readiness across architectural, structural steel, and MEP scopes. The position is intended to be long-term and integrated into ongoing project coordination workflows.

Review and validate that detailing and documentation align with architectural intent and construction requirements.
Identify clashes, constructability issues, missing details, and coordination conflicts prior to execution.
Ensure multidisciplinary documentation is fully coordinated before reaching contractors and site implementation.
Support BIM coordination and clash detection workflows across disciplines.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
At Ramp, people are the single biggest lever on our trajectory, and the bar for who joins this team gets higher every quarter, not lower. We're hiring a Recruiter who treats recruiting as a research discipline as much as a relationship one: someone who can map a market, identify the operators who'll outperform their peers, and run a full-cycle process that wins them.
You'll own end-to-end hiring across Sales and GTM functions, from first conversation through offer close, and partner with GTM leadership to translate ambitious hiring plans into real teams. The recruiters who do this best at Ramp combine craft on the front end (research, identification, calibration) with execution on the back end (closing, candidate experience, pipeline discipline). We're looking for both.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Use AI and research to find top talent. You'll build target lists of high performers at peer and aspirational companies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, Gong signals, internal data, and AI tools like Claude. We expect AI to be part of your daily workflow, not a novelty, but a core part of how you identify, qualify, and reach candidates.
- Calibrate quickly and map the market. For every new search, you'll develop a clear point of view on what "great" looks like, who fits the profile, and where to find them, then share that POV with hiring managers as a written artifact rather than just a slate of resumes.
- Run thoughtful, personalized outreach. The best replies come from outbound that's grounded in real research, a candidate's territory, deal motion, or recent move. We care more about reply rate and onsite conversion than send volume.
- Own the full cycle, from first outreach through offer close, including pipeline hygiene in Ashby, stakeholder updates, and offer construction.
- Close candidates with competing offers. Many of our strongest GTM hires are weighing multiple options, and you'll partner with hiring managers and leadership to build conviction, sequence references, and run a closing motion that wins on substance.
- Be a strategic partner to GTM leaders. Push back when a search is mis-scoped, surface compensation reality early, and translate hiring-manager wishlists into a concrete profile within days.
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience that's fair, transparent, and fast. Feedback is honest; offers move in days, not weeks.
- Improve how we hire by contributing to process changes, comp benchmarking, employer brand, and how Ramp evaluates GTM talent.
WHAT YOU NEED
- 5+ years of full-cycle GTM/Sales or G&A recruiting, ideally in a high-growth or top-tier startup environment where the bar was non-negotiable.
- A real track record of identifying strong talent, not just running searches that closed. Bring examples of candidates you found, ran a process for, and who became top performers.
- Comfort using AI in your day-to-day workflow. You already use LLMs to research candidates, draft personalized outreach, summarize calls, or surface signals from messy data, or you're eager to. We see AI fluency as core to how recruiting works going forward.
- Research instincts. You can articulate why a given candidate is in the top decile of their cohort, not just that they have the right title at the right company.
- Closing skill. You've personally closed senior hires against competing offers from top-tier companies.
- Data literacy. You're comfortable in Ashby (or equivalent ATS) and with funnel metrics, and willing to challenge a hiring manager with the numbers when needed.
- High urgency operating mode. You book next steps on the call, not after, and you own the candidate's experience through to signature.
- Excellent written communication. Your outbound and your candidate updates are the work product, and they should be specific, sharp, and not template-driven.
NICE-TO-HAVE
- Direct experience recruiting AEs, Sales Managers, RevOps, or Sales Leadership at a high-growth fintech, SaaS, or infra company.
- Experience building or contributing to an AI-augmented research workflow.
- Familiarity with Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, and Gong.
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel
- Weekly coffee stipend

We're looking for an Attorney to join our Global Games Legal Team supporting Hasbro Games. If you've got great legal instincts, a collaborative spirit, a sense of humor, and a genuine love for the way games bring people together, read on!
As part of our legal team, you'll be a trusted advisor to the people building the next generation of Hasbro's most iconic game brands. That means working across product development, licensing, marketing, emerging tech, entertainment and AI - all in service of games that millions of people around the world know and love. You'll work fast, think on your feet, and never be bored.
This role is hybrid out of our new Boston, MA headquarters (onsite Tuesday–Thursday). Until we open that location, you'll work out of our Pawtucket, RI HQ or our temporary Boston space.
What You’ll Do As An Attorney:
Be the go-to legal advisor for the Hasbro Games business - counseling partners on IP, licensing, advertising, promotions, privacy, regulatory compliance, AI, and emerging tech.
Draft and negotiate a wide range of agreements: IP licenses, game concept submissions, talent and consulting deals, tech and AI agreements, marketing and promotion contracts, and NDAs.
Navigate the fast-moving world of AI tools, digital platforms, and data-enabled products — from IP ownership questions to responsible AI adoption and translate the complexity into clear, practical guidance for business teams.
Guide game and product development, packaging, and campaigns across TV, print, digital, and social including sweepstakes, contests, and consumer promotions.
Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to anticipate issues, manage risk, and make great ideas happen without getting stuck in Go Directly to Jail territory.
Support licensing deals that extend beloved Hasbro game brands into new worlds - digital experiences, mobile games, live events, collaborations, and beyond.
What You’ll Bring:
J.D. from an accredited law school, active bar membership in good standing, and 4 - 8 years of legal experience in a law firm and/or in-house - bonus points if that experience touches games, toys, consumer products, or entertainment.
Strong chops drafting and negotiating IP, commercial, and technology agreements.
Real experience with AI-enabled tools and advising on AI and emerging tech including risk and clear communication to non-legal partners.
Solid grounding in copyright, trademark, and rights of publicity; working knowledge of digital, data, and privacy law.
Excellent judgment, clear communication, and creative problem-solving - the kind that finds the “yes and” rather than just the "no."
The ability to manage a full docket in a fast-moving environment - juggling multiple games at once, so to speak.
Patent licensing experience: nice to have. An actual love of games? That'll take you far.

About The Opportunity
The Compliance team's primary objective is to ensure that OKX operates in accordance with regulatory requirements while maintaining the highest ethical and moral standards. The team owns the full compliance engineering stack: KYC onboarding and refresh, sanctions / PEP / adverse-media screening, transaction monitoring (TM) and travel-rule enforcement, case management, and regulatory reporting. We achieve this by developing compliance service solutions, integrating with KYC & AML vendors, and enabling robust business growth, which ultimately strengthens user trust in our platform. Our ultimate goal is to create a culture of compliance excellence, where innovation and responsible business practices are seamlessly integrated. In compliance, a system that is mostly right is wrong — so every control we build must be deterministic in its enforcement, complete in its coverage, and explainable in its outcome.
What You’ll Be Doing
Formulate, select, and develop technical schemes for platform projects across the compliance domain — KYC onboarding flows, identity verification and refresh, sanctions / PEP / adverse-media screening, transaction monitoring, travel-rule, case management, and regulatory reporting — including AI/ML-powered features such as intelligent screening disambiguation, document verification, anomaly detection, automated risk scoring, and analyst-assist agents.
Organize and coordinate resources, leading project research and development, troubleshoot problems, and ensure quality and timely completion — including delivery of AI model integration work within KYC, screening, and monitoring workflows.
Facilitate cross-team communication and promote teamwork efficiency through code quality control and collaboration, including partnering with Data Science, Risk, and Legal to productionize models and ensure reliable, auditable inference infrastructure.
Define where probabilistic AI is appropriate versus where deterministic logic is mandatory — and design the boundary cleanly so models assist without compromising auditability or enforcement integrity.
Undertake team tasks and cultivate technical talents in the industry, with a focus on building AI engineering best practices across the compliance engineering team — patterns for agentic coding, prompt libraries, eval suites, and human-in-the-loop review of AI-generated work in a regulated environment.
What We Look For In You
A compliance-first systems mindset — you instinctively reach for state machines, idempotency keys, exactly-once semantics, reconciliation jobs and immutable audit logs. You understand that in compliance, false negatives cost millions and false positives cost trust, and you design accordingly. Prior experience in KYC, AML, sanctions, fraud, or payments is a strong plus; experience surviving a regulatory audit is an even stronger plus.
Daily, fluent use of modern AI coding tools — Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Codex CLI, or equivalents. You can describe the specific workflows you run, the failure modes you have hit, and the guardrails you have built around AI-generated code. AI fluency is required, not nice-to-have.
Production experience integrating AI/ML model inference into Java services — REST/gRPC-based model serving, feature engineering pipelines, latency-sensitive inference optimization, graceful degradation, and drift / rollback playbooks.
Hands-on experience with LLM application patterns — at least one of: RAG pipelines (vector store + retrieval + grounding) for policy / KYC / case lookup, agentic workflows (tool use, multi-step reasoning, validation loops) for analyst assistance, or LLM-based classification / extraction shipped to production.
Discipline around AI output — you do not ship LLM features without evals, hallucination tests, prompt regression suites, and human-in-the-loop review for high-stakes decisions. You have an opinion on when to reach for a frontier model vs. a fine-tuned small model vs. a deterministic rule, and can defend that trade-off to a regulator.
Exposure to LLM integration or AI agent frameworks is a strong plus — e.g. prompt engineering at the system level, RAG pipelines, or orchestrating AI workflows within a regulated environment.
Good understanding of software engineering basics, distributed system principles, including CAP, consistency, idempotency, and exactly-once vs at-least-once semantics.
Clear logic, quick thinking, and good communication skills — including the ability to write clearly for non-engineers (compliance officers, auditors, regulators).
AI Proficiency Expectations & Interview Process
AI fluency is a required engineering competency for this role, on the same level as ‘can write good Java’. We will assess it explicitly during the interview, and a strong showing here is a meaningful plus:
AI-augmented workflow demo — walk us through how you use AI tools day-to-day. The prompts, the tasks you delegate to an agent vs. write yourself, how you review AI-generated diffs, and how you measure the impact (commit velocity, defect rate, test coverage). Concrete examples beat slogans.
Live agentic exercise — a working session using the AI coding agent of your choice on a realistic compliance-flavoured problem. We look at how you scope, prompt, validate, and integrate AI output, not whether the agent gets it right first try.
Design discussion with a probabilistic twist — expect at least one system-design question where the right answer involves deciding when not to use an LLM, and how to design the deterministic fallback. We hire engineers who can defend that boundary.
Evaluation & guardrails — be ready to discuss an eval suite or guardrail you have built for an AI feature in production (e.g. an LLM-assisted SAR narrative drafting tool, an AI-assisted KYC document review step, or screening-hit disambiguation). If you have not shipped one, tell us how you would design it.
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and education subsidy for employees' growth and development — including budget for AI tools, courses, and conferences
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
More that we love to tell you along the process!

At ClickUp, we're building the future of work: the first truly converged AI workspace unifying tasks, docs, chat, calendar, and enterprise search, all supercharged by context-driven AI. We are an AI-native company. Every team member is expected to leverage AI daily, and we evaluate AI fluency as part of our hiring process. Join us and help redefine what's possible. 🚀
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are hiring the next generation of product managers. AI has collapsed the work that used to sit between an idea and a working version of it, and for the first time, PMs can be true builders. The PMs who win in this era do not manage the work. They build the product, every day, with their own hands.
A Senior Product Manager owns a meaningful surface of ClickUp and is accountable for whether it gets better. You decide what to build and why, then go build a working version of it. You prototype in Cursor and Claude when an idea is faster shown than written. You live in the data and the customer signal, and the time between spotting a problem and having something people can react to is measured in days, not weeks. The PMs who compound the most impact at this level are the ones who keep finding leverage that did not exist last quarter.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the vision, roadmap, and delivery for a defined product surface, balancing near-term wins with longer-horizon investments.
- Run continuous discovery. Building and using agents to monitor and synthesize that part of your job.
- Write sharp PRDs and specs that give engineering and design what they need to move fast without ambiguity.
- Define success metrics before you build, track them after you ship, and iterate when outcomes do not match expectations.
- Prototype your own ideas using Cursor, Claude Code, and our Prototype Playground. Show the concept before filing the ticket.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, analytics, and GTM without needing to be managed through the process.
- Present your roadmap and results clearly to stakeholders and leadership, and update them when direction changes.
- Spot friction in how the team operates and suggest concrete improvements.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 or more years in product management with demonstrated end-to-end ownership of a product area in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of shipping. You have taken features from concept through launch and iterated based on data.
- Strong prioritization instincts. You know how to say no and can defend it.
- High customer empathy and the ability to separate what users say from what they actually need.
- Comfortable with data. You define your own metrics, query dashboards, and make arguments from numbers.
- Clear written and verbal communicator. Your specs and strategy docs create alignment without requiring a follow-up meeting.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and a fast pace. You do not wait to be told what to do.
- Hands-on with AI tools. You already use them and are always looking for new ways to get more out of them.
AI PROFICIENCY
- Generate artifacts that accelerate alignment. Leverage AI to draft PRDs, map user flows, validate product launch readiness, synthesize research and customer feedback, produce competitive analyses, and write release notes.
- Prototype and iterate with AI coding tools. Build functional prototypes independently of design and engineering using tools like Cursor or Claude Code.
- QA your own work. Use browser automation tools to test flows, verify edge cases, and confirm what shipped matches what was specced.
- Stay current and apply it. Familiarity with tools like Claude Code, Cursor, Figma AI, and MCP integrations is expected. Actively experiment and fold new capabilities into your workflow.

That's why we created the first truly converged AI workspace, unifying tasks, docs, chat, calendar, and enterprise search, all supercharged by context-driven AI, empowering millions of teams to break free from silos, reclaim their time, and unlock new levels of productivity. Join us and be part of a bold, innovative team that's redefining what's possible!
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are hiring the next generation of product managers. AI has collapsed the work that used to sit between an idea and a working version of it, and for the first time, PMs can be true builders. The PMs who win in this era do not manage the work. They build the product, every day, with their own hands.
A Principal Product Manager shapes high level strategy and product direction at the company level. You make the calls on the hardest product questions we face. Where the converged workspace is going, what AI for work actually looks like in three years, which bets matter. You build to show your thinking, not just describe it, and the argument is stronger when you have already put the idea on screen. You pull together data, customer escalations, support trends, and usage patterns and bring clarity on where we are winning and where to push next. The ways you find to move faster become how PMs across the company work. The stronger your craft, the more your strategy lands.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Shape ClickUp's product direction at the company level. Own the hardest, most consequential product questions we face and drive them to resolution.
- Define where the converged workspace is going and what AI for work looks like over a multi-year horizon. Hold that picture and make it legible to everyone else.
- Build to prove the point. Prototype the future you are arguing for so the strategy is concrete, not theoretical.
- Synthesize data, customer escalations, usage trends, and market signals into a coherent picture of where we are winning and where we need to move.
- Set the standard for how PMs across the function work. The patterns you invent for compressing your loop become how the whole PM team operates.
- Advise and inform executive leadership on product strategy, major bets, and where the company should and should not invest.
- Represent ClickUp externally on product vision when relevant, including with key customers, analysts, and the broader product community.
- Identify the gaps in our product thinking and build the frameworks that close them.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 8-10+ years in product management, with a clear record of operating at company-shaping scope in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
- Deep experience owning the most ambiguous and consequential product decisions, the ones with no obvious answer and real stakes.
- Exceptional ability to synthesize competing inputs, customer signals, business constraints, and technical realities into a clear direction.
- Demonstrated ability to build and evangelize a product vision that earns trust across engineering, design, and executive leadership.
- History of raising the craft of the PMs around you, not just delivering your own output.
- Fluent in data. You define the metrics that matter at the company level and you know when the data is incomplete or misleading.
- Deep command of AI tooling. You are not experimenting with it, you are building with it and setting the example for the function.
- Outstanding written and verbal communicator. You can make a hard argument simply and land it with any audience.
AI PROFICIENCY
- Generate artifacts that accelerate alignment. Leverage AI to draft PRDs, map user flows, validate product launch readiness, synthesize research and customer feedback, produce competitive analyses, and write release notes.
