Who We Are
Advantage HQ is a tech-enabled growth firm helping leading brands scale profitably and predictably. We combine full-service performance marketing with proprietary tech, including:
• A creator marketplace managing over 80,000 influencer partnerships monthly
• An AI-powered platform to streamline discovery, outreach, and whitelisting
• Proven playbooks in influencer marketing, paid media, performance creative, and CRO
We’re trusted by 200+ high-growth DTC brands across beauty, wellness, lifestyle, and health. Our team of 100+ growth operators, analysts, and creatives manages over $500M in annual media spend and drives meaningful bottom-line impact for our partners.
The Role
We are looking for a Head of Creative Strategy to own and evolve the creative product across our entire client portfolio. This is not a creative director role in the traditional sense. You are the operator behind a performance creative machine, the person who builds the frameworks, installs the best practices, mentors the strategists, and ensures that every format, hook, and concept we put into market is informed by what actually works at scale.
You will sit at the intersection of creative excellence and direct response performance. You understand platform dynamics deeply, you know what makes someone stop scrolling and convert, and you have the leadership range to raise the output of an entire team, from junior strategists to editors to the clients watching it all in real time.
What You Will Own
The creative standard.
Across every client, every format, every platform, you set the bar. That means tracking what's gaining traction on Meta and TikTok before it becomes consensus, translating those signals into SOPs, playbooks, and best practice frameworks the whole team executes against, and ensuring that individual wins compound into repeatable systems. When the industry moves, we move first.
The team.
A group of performance creative strategists owns our day-to-day client accounts. Your job is to make them significantly better: sharper at diagnosing underperformance, more fluent in direct response principles, more confident in owning a creative point of view. You raise the floor and build a culture where creative decisions are grounded in data without killing instinct and taste.
The production process.
Great strategy executed poorly is still a loss. Working directly with our lead editor, you will build the standards, workflows, and SOPs that make our production team as systematic and high-output as the strategy behind it.
Creator and talent alignment.
You will work closely with our head of talent to ensure creative strategy and creator process are fully in sync; so that what we brief, what creators produce, and what we run as paid media are pulling in the same direction.
New client launches.
The first 30 days with a new client either build momentum or create debt. You will own the creative side of onboarding – building the frameworks that find early wins fast and turn the first month into proof of concept, not ramp-up time.
The senior creative voice.
When a founder or CMO needs to understand why their creative is underperforming and exactly what to do about it, you are the person in the room. You present creative strategy with conviction, give hard feedback without losing confidence, and make clients feel like the smartest person on creative just joined their team.
What We Are Looking For
You have spent 7+ years in performance creative, the majority of it at an agency managing a large portfolio of clients simultaneously. You know what it means to context-switch fast – from a DTC skincare brand to a fitness app to a consumer tech launch – without losing the thread on any of them.
You have driven revenue, not just creative output. The work you've led has a measurable downstream effect on conversion rates, on cost per acquisition, on the growth trajectory of the brands you've worked on. You can point to it specifically and explain exactly what you did to make it happen.
You are genuinely fluent in direct response creative. You understand what drives thumb-stop, what kills conversion, how to diagnose a hook that isn't landing, and when to kill a concept versus iterate on it. You have strong opinions about what makes an ad work on Meta versus TikTok and you can back them up with data from accounts you've actually run.
You have built people, not just campaigns. You know how to develop a junior strategist, challenge a senior one, and run a team that owns live client accounts under real performance pressure. You raise the bar without creating chaos, and you build cultures where creative decisions are grounded in evidence without draining the room of instinct.
You have operated at volume and thrived. You are someone who has kept quality high, clients confident, and teams aligned while juggling more than most people think is possible — and you have the results to show for it.
Compensation & Location
$200,000 - $450,000 USD total annual compensation, including base salary, performance bonus, and equity

Fully remote - we have built the infrastructure for high-performance distributed teams and trust our people to do their best work from wherever they work best
Location: Toronto, ON, Canada
Who We Are
Advantage HQ is a tech-enabled growth firm helping leading brands scale profitably and predictably.
The Role
We are looking for a Head of Growth who has been deep in the trenches of aggressive paid media scaling and knows what it actually takes to push Meta spend efficiently at volume. You understand how Meta's algorithm responds to creative velocity, cost control architecture, audience structure, and budget scaling - and you can translate that understanding into compounding, durable growth across a portfolio of DTC clients.
You will own growth strategy across a book of business, lead a team of paid media analysts and creative strategists, and be the senior voice in the room when clients need someone who can look at an account and see not just what is happening, but what needs to happen next to unlock the next level of scale.
What You Will Own
Aggressive, efficient Meta scaling
- scaling to six figures per day when the unit economics support it. You know the difference between scaling because the data says go and scaling because a client asked you to. You never confuse the two.
Full-funnel paid media strategy
across Meta, Google, and TikTok - with a clear hierarchy of where to push and where to protect margin. You can diagnose performance issues at the level of creative, audience, offer, landing page, or checkout - and you know which one to fix first.
Creative strategy leadership
alongside our creative team. You understand that at scale, creative is the primary lever, and you have a strong point of view on what makes a winning concept before the data comes back.
Senior client relationships
across a portfolio of high-growth DTC brands. You can walk a skeptical founder through a reset strategy, defend a scaling decision with data, and manage the tension between short-term efficiency and long-term growth - without losing the client's trust.
Team development
- building junior analysts and strategists into strong, independent operators.
What We Are Looking For
Demonstrable track record of scaling Meta accounts beyond $100k/day. You can walk through exactly how you did it, what broke, and how you fixed it.
6–10 years in paid digital advertising, with a meaningful portion managing large Meta budgets for DTC e-commerce brands.
Deep structural understanding of Meta's algorithm - creative fatigue, cost control interactions, audience saturation, CPM dynamics, and campaign architecture that gives the algorithm what it needs to spend efficiently at scale.
Analytically rigorous without being paralyzed by data. You make decisions, move fast, and take accountability for outcomes.
Clear, direct communicator - with clients, leadership, and your team, especially when the news isn't what they want to hear.
Compensation & Location
$150,000 – $300,000 USD
total annual compensation, including base salary, performance bonus, and equity
Fully remote

Location: Espoo
Workplace: Hybrid
Role highlights:
- Senior Smart Manufacturing Engineer, Electronics
- Location: Espoo, Finland
- Department: Global Manufacturing Organization, Smart Manufacturing Engineering
- Reports to: Team Lead, Smart Manufacturing Engineering
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Hybrid
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
Why this role matters:
As a Senior Smart Manufacturing Engineer, Electronics, you’ll own the test systems that every ICEYE satellite passes through before it reaches orbit. You’ll design and standardize the production and integration test equipment used across our manufacturing sites, find the bottlenecks that would otherwise cap how fast we can scale, and set the technical standard for the engineers around you. This is a hands-on design role with organization-wide influence: what you build and document becomes how we manufacture.
Who We Are
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world's largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To our customers we provide intelligence with unmatched quality, latency and revisit times, in any weather, day or night. To governments who choose to operate their own constellation we provide this proven capability as a sovereign system.
ICEYE-built constellations serve customers in defence and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.
Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
Your day-to-day responsibilities
- Design, build and own the production and integration test systems used on the line, including the electrical ground support equipment.
- Drive standardization of test equipment across products and sites, so designs and interfaces are reused rather than rebuilt each time.
- Define test strategies: coverage, test limits, guard bands, failure modes and diagnostics.
- Produce and maintain the design documentation other engineers execute from, including schematics, test requirements, procedures and interface definitions.
- Use production and test data to find yield issues, bottlenecks and systemic weaknesses, then implement the fixes before they limit the ramp.
- Review designs from other teams and set the requirements they must meet to integrate cleanly into our production workflow.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through design reviews, feedback and knowledge sharing.
What we’re looking for
Must haves:
- Several years of electronics design and test system development experience, ideally on high-reliability or high-complexity products (space, defence, telecom, automotive, industrial or similar).
- Strong analog and digital electronics design, including high-speed digital work (signal integrity, impedance control, power integrity) and PCBA design for manufacturability and testability.
- A track record of designing, implementing and maintaining automated test systems or electrical ground support equipment, taken from concept through to stable production.
- Hands-on RF and mixed-signal test and characterization, including S-parameters, matching networks and filters, with the instruments that go with them (spectrum analyzers, vector network analyzers, signal generators).
- Test automation in Python and embedded development in C/C++ on common microcontrollers such as STM32, TI or MSP430.
- Experience mentoring engineers and running design reviews, with documentation quality to match.
Nice to haves:
- Altium Designer or KiCad, and RF simulation in CST or AWR.
- Lean or Six Sigma background, and quality methods such as FMEA, 8D or fault tree analysis applied to production problems.
- Experience scaling a manufacturing line: ramp-up, multi-site rollout and continuous improvement.
- Real-time operating systems such as FreeRTOS, and serial interfaces including USB, CAN and RS-485.
- Confident use of AI tools in day-to-day engineering work.
Application Process
- Recruiter Interview
- Hiring manager interview
- Technical assessment
- Final Interview
