About Huzzle
At Huzzle, we connect exceptional talent with top opportunities at leading companies across the UK, US, Canada, Europe, and Australia. Our clients include startups, digital agencies, and tech platforms in industries such as SaaS, MarTech, FinTech, and EdTech. Unlike an outsourcing agency, we place you directly with a client where you’re hired in-house as a valued member of their team.
Role Type: Full-time
Engagement: Independent Contractor
Job Summary
We are seeking a high-performance Senior Paid Social Media Buyer to take full ownership of ad performance for a portfolio of rapidly scaling insulation businesses. This is not a role for a generalist or a beginner; we need a specialist who understands the nuances of high-ticket lead generation within the home improvement sector. You will be responsible for driving qualified applications and booked inspections, managing high-level client relationships, and eventually transitioning into a leadership role as we expand. If you are an "extreme ownership" practitioner who can identify opportunities before they are flagged and scale accounts with precision, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize Meta ad campaigns for a portfolio of approximately 10 active client accounts.
Build, test, and iterate on lead gen funnels, VSLs, and booked call systems to ensure maximum conversion.
Own the client relationship directly, leading weekly reporting calls and providing clear, actionable insights.
Collaborate with the founder to develop high-converting ad creative, hooks, and messaging.
Monitor budgets, pacing, and delivery to ensure optimal ROI and funnel economics.
Systematize and document your processes to facilitate the onboarding of junior support as your portfolio grows.
Proactively identify underperforming metrics and implement creative solutions without the need for hand-holding.
Requirements
Proven experience managing $30k–$100k+ in monthly Meta ad spend across multiple accounts.
Direct experience in home services, home improvement, or contractor verticals.
Deep understanding of high-ticket, considered-purchase sales cycles and lead quality optimization.
Track record of scaling Meta campaigns profitably with a structured testing methodology.
Ability to lead client calls independently and handle difficult performance conversations with confidence.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into concise executive summaries.
Mentorship experience or a background in reviewing the work of junior media buyers.
Availability for significant overlap with EST/CST business hours.
Experience specifically within the insulation or HVAC niche.
Advanced knowledge of CRM integration and lead-tracking attribution.
Background in copywriting or creative direction for direct-response video ads.
Benefits
💻 Fully Remote: Work from anywhere with international teams
🤝 Peer Community: Connect with high-performing sales professionals in our network
🧭 Ongoing Support: Receive guidance from Huzzle before and after placement

About the company
Our client is a specialist marketing and lead generation agency dedicated to the renewable energy sector across the UK and US markets. With over three decades of collective experience in sales and consultancy, the team focuses on bridging the gap between renewable energy providers—specialising in solar, EV charging, and carbon reduction schemes—and the customers who need their services most. They leverage a proprietary business suite and advanced marketing automation to deliver high-quality, data-driven results for a diverse portfolio of clients.
Built on a foundation of transparency and performance, this fast-growing company is an industry leader in precision targeting and automated sales pipeline management. The team thrives on innovation and a "done-for-you" service model that maximises impact for the green energy revolution. Extreme ownership mentality: you are someone who flags opportunities and solves problems without being asked.
Mastery of performance metrics, including the ability to maintain a minimum 2x ROAS (at 30% profit margins) for clients.
Highly structured testing methodology with a focus on data-driven experimentation over ad-hoc changes.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to lead client-facing calls independently.
Ability to work within or have significant overlap with EST/CST business hours.
Experience mentoring or reviewing the work of junior media buyers.
Experience with CRM integration and lead tracking for local service businesses.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Design at Ramp looks very different than it did a year ago: we’re building tools and agents, designing memory, shipping PRs, and rethinking the process every few months as new capabilities unlock. A few things have not changed, the role of design is to distill problems to their essence, obsess over craft and delight where it matters most, know customers deeply and advocate for them, lead with creativity and storytelling, and keep it fun, because a product built with joy always wins.
We're looking for a Director of Product Design to lead a team of builders across some of our highest-priority bets. This role is for you if you’re excited by:
- Leading through craft, setting vision and unlocking customer impact: you will define where a product should go, then jump into the details with the team to unblock, teach, and ship. You raise the bar through product judgment, design craft, and your ability to make everyone around you better.
- Actually shipping and demonstrating real impact: You'll start by owning a product area and team to build trust and get your bearings at Ramp, with room to take on broader leadership over time. You'll stay close to customers and ship meaningful work alongside your designers, product managers and engineers.
- Building the environment where great work comes from: clear roles, high standards, low ego, and just enough structure to keep the bar high without slowing people down. That means building a caring yet demanding structure, investing deeply in people — coaching, feedback, growth — so designers can do the best work of their careers and develop in this new age of Design.
It’s never been a more interesting time to build.
Please note that this role will require you to be comfortable with working in-person at our NYC HQ (located near Madison Square Park) at least 3 days/week.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead and grow a high-performing team of product designers
- Own product vision and design direction across critical product areas
- Partner with product and engineering to shape strategy and deliver customer impact
- Stay close to customers and use their feedback to guide product decisions
- Jump into the work when needed to unblock teams and accelerate progress
- Create clarity, raise quality, and help teams ship faster
- Raise the bar for product thinking, interaction design, systems thinking, and craft
- Coach designers through clear feedback, high standards, and strong mentorship
- Help define how design works in an AI-native world
- Build strong partnerships across product, engineering, data, and design
WHAT YOU NEED
- Experience leading and developing high-performing product design teams
- Strong product judgment, design craft, and systems thinking
- Track record of shipping products with meaningful customer and business impact
- Deep customer empathy and comfort operating in ambiguity
- Ability to influence across functions and develop exceptional talent
- Curiosity that borders obsession over how AI changes the nature software and how we work
NICE TO HAVES
- Founder or early-stage startup experience
- Experience designing AI-native, automation, or agentic systems
- Experience building workflow or operations tooling
- Experience leading managers or multi-layered teams
- Comfort working closely with technical teams on implementation details
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel
- Weekly coffee stipend

ABOUT DOCKER
Docker has been one of the most loved brands in developer tooling, trusted by more than 20 million monthly users and over 20 billion container image pulls. From solo founders to the world's largest companies, developers rely on Docker to build, share, and run their applications across our suite of products including Docker Desktop, Docker Hub, and Docker Scout.
We are a globally distributed, remote-first team building the tools that define how software gets built and delivered. As AI agents redefine software development, Docker is at the center of that shift, providing the sandboxed environments, verified images, and secure infrastructure that make autonomous workflows trustworthy by default.
_______________________________________________________________________
THE ROLE
Docker is shipping a wave of new products this year, with R&D initiatives likely to lead to more, and we're investing heavily in the platform underneath all of it. That platform supports hundreds of engineers across many development teams and carries high-scale production traffic and data transfer every day. It has grown faster than its foundations, and this year is about closing that gap.
Today, much of that work still leans on a handful of experts unblocking the same provisioning and operational workflows by hand. The top priority for this role is moving that work from expert-driven support to paved roads: self-service systems with clear ownership, safe defaults, strong guardrails, and adoption we can measure. The goal is a platform teams trust enough to stop thinking about it, one that just works, so they can focus on their own products instead of ours.
The concrete version sits on this year's roadmap: spinning up a new global region or application environment should take hours, not days. Right now it takes days. Getting there means building the foundations underneath it. We need a real multi-region, cross-account network architecture and a testing and continuous-deployment flow teams can trust, then a self-service layer on top.
We're the container company building our own internal platform, so the bar for "the easy path is also the safe path" is high. You'd be joining a team of four, growing to seven this year (this is one of those hires), and we're looking for a Staff engineer to set technical direction and lead it through real production adoption.
_______________________________________________________________________
RESPONSIBILITIES
This is a Staff-level role, so success is measured by leverage rather than just your own commits. On a team this size you'll stay hands-on in the codebase while also setting direction, aligning teams on pragmatic standards, and carrying platform investments through to adoption. Concretely, you will:
- Take ambiguous infrastructure problems and turn them into proposals the org can rally around, then drive them through RFCs and architecture reviews across teams.
- Design self-service capabilities and platform APIs (primarily in Go) for onboarding, provisioning, deployment, observability defaults, and day-2 operations, with contracts and docs teams actually use.
- Set delivery standards using Terraform, GitOps with Argo CD, progressive rollout, and good testing, including building the continuous-deployment flow we're missing today.
- Evolve the multi-tenant EKS foundations toward better reliability, security, scale, and cost: Envoy Gateway ingress, traffic routing, and the multi-region, cross-account connectivity we need.
- Improve SLOs, alerting, and incident follow-up on Grafana Cloud so production gets safer and less dependent on heroics.
We judge this work by outcomes the consuming teams feel: how fast they can provision and ship, how much they can do without us, and how reliably it all runs.
AI-ASSISTED OPERATIONS
We're actively investing in AI-assisted and agentic workflows to cut operational toil. We care that they stay safe, auditable, and human-reviewed. You'll help shape where these earn their place and where they don't. Early targets include:
- Alert enrichment and incident context-gathering: assembling the relevant signals, history, and runbook so the on-call engineer starts with context instead of a blank page.
- Runbook-assisted diagnosis and remediation recommendations, with a human in the loop on anything that changes production.
- Onboarding and readiness assistants that answer the questions our experts answer today.
If you've built operational automation and have a healthy skepticism about where automation belongs, this is a place to put both to work.
ON-CALL
Operational ownership is part of the job. You'll join the rotation after onboarding and shadowing. As a Staff engineer, you'll also improve the health of on-call itself, with better alerts, stronger runbooks, less toil, and blameless postmortems aimed at prevention.
_______________________________________________________________________
QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years of professional, hands-on, full-time software engineering experience in backend, infrastructure, or platform engineering.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong software engineering in Go or a similar language: design, testing, debugging, review, long-term maintainability.
- A track record designing, shipping, and operating cloud services or infrastructure platforms in production. We hire for skill and impact, not years.
- Deep expertise in at least one of: Kubernetes, networking, cloud platforms, reliability engineering, or developer platforms, plus solid Linux, networking, and production-ops fundamentals.
- Experience setting technical direction and leading work that needs cross-team alignment.
- Clear written and verbal communication in a remote environment (RFCs, design docs, incident writeups).
Nice to have: EKS and ingress/CNI/service-mesh experience; observability with OpenTelemetry/Prometheus/Grafana; CI/CD and progressive delivery (GitHub Actions, Argo CD, canaries); experience leading migrations or adoption programs across teams.
You don't need every item here. We value deep expertise in one area, strong systems judgment, and curiosity across the rest.
_______________________________________________________________________
WHAT TO EXPECT
FIRST 30 DAYS
- Build context, meet partner teams, ship your first change, shadow on-call.
FIRST 90 DAYS
- Own a strategic platform problem with a clear plan and metrics; lead an improvement from design to production.
ONE YEAR OUTLOOK
- Lead a major cross-team initiative (for example, self-service provisioning of new regions and environments, or the multi-region networking and CD foundations behind it) and establish durable patterns that change how Docker engineers build and operate services.
Visa sponsorship: Docker considers visa sponsorship on a case-by-case basis based on business needs.
_______________________________________________________________________
COMPENSATION & EQUITY
All full-time roles include equity. Final compensation is determined on factors including but not limited to experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
Canada: CA$238,250 – CA$382,250 base
United States: $170,350 – $275,550 base
______________________________________________________________________
POSTING INFORMATION
- Open vacancy: This posting is for an existing open role.
- AI in hiring: Docker may use AI-assisted tools during our recruiting process.
- Interview recordings: Candidates will be invited to opt in to interview recordings to support interviewer calibration and consistent evaluations. Recordings are optional and require explicit consent.

About Deluxe Holiday Homes
Deluxe Holiday Homes is a leading holiday-home and property-management company in Dubai, managing 700+ premium short-term rentals. The wider Deluxe Homes Group runs several licensed entities, a real-estate brokerage and joint ventures across the UAE and Armenia. We are professionalizing the finance function and need a hands-on Chief Accountant to own the books, tax and audit across the group.
Role Overview
We are looking for a qualified, hands-on Chief Accountant + Tax to own month-end close, Corporate Tax and VAT, and the external audit across all group entities. You keep the books clean, the filings on time, and the auditors, banks and the FTA properly handled. This is a hands-on ownership role, not review-only. You close the books, file the returns yourself, lead the audit, and run the controls — supervising the Senior Accountant in Dubai and the accounting team in Armenia, and feeding clean numbers to the Financial Controller.
You make the calls in your remit and escalate only what genuinely needs the Deputy GM or the Owner.
Note: Sole bank-signing authority stays with the Owner: you prepare, control and release for approval — you do not self-pay.
Key Responsibilities
Close and consolidation
• Own the month-end close calendar and deliver closed books on deadline across all entities.
• Review and sign off journals, reconciliations and the trial balance before consolidation.
• Prepare clean consolidation inputs for the Financial Controller’s management pack.
Tax and audit
• File Corporate Tax and VAT in-house, accurately and on time; keep CT / VAT and JV transfer-pricing working papers.
• Lead the external audit (Deloitte) end to end — prepare the file, manage queries, deliver signed financials.
• Be the primary point of contact for banks and the FTA on accounts, facilities and correspondence.
Controls and intercompany
• Run the controls framework — segregation of duties and payment-approval routing.
• Keep intercompany balances reconciled and correctly eliminated on consolidation.
• Oversee the Dubai cash-control framework: GRO handover reconciliation and deposit discipline.
Team and records
• Supervise the Senior Accountant (Dubai) and the accounting team (Armenia); review their work.
• Maintain the fixed-asset register, accruals and prepayment schedules.
• Ensure statutory and licence-linked filings are met on time.
Required Qualifications
• Qualified accountant (ACCA, CPA, CA or equivalent) with 5+ years, including a senior or chief-accountant role.
• Hands-on UAE Corporate Tax and VAT — you have filed both yourself, not only reviewed.
• Strong month-end close, consolidation and intercompany across multiple entities.
• Audit-firm or audited-company background — you can run a Deloitte-level audit end to end.
• UAE-resident, comfortable fronting banks and the FTA; strong written English.
• Decisive operator — you make the calls in your remit and report after. We will reference-check this.
• AI tools used daily (ChatGPT, Claude) to draft, reconcile and check. Not optional in 2026.
Preferred Qualifications
• Hospitality, real-estate or property-management sector experience.
• Guesty, ERPNext or a similar PMS / ERP finance environment.
• Experience supervising a remote (e.g. Armenia) accounting team.
• Group / multi-entity and joint-venture accounting.
• Arabic for dealing with authorities.

Process and reconcile logistics invoices; manage payments for transportation operations, including ZIP payments to the appropriate vendors and partners.
Work with the security team to establish and maintain secure shipment protocols and ensure compliance with physical security requirements.
Compliance & Quality
Ensure all shipments comply with applicable regulations — including DOT requirements for domestic moves and US import/export regulations, customs clearance processes, and trade compliance requirements for international freight.
Maintain audit-ready documentation for all logistics activities, supporting internal (SOX) and external compliance requirements.
Establish and enforce SLAs and KPIs with freight carriers and 3PL partners; drive accountability through regular performance reviews.
Identify and escalate compliance gaps or process deviations, implementing corrective actions as needed.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with hardware engineering, procurement, finance, and data center operations to align logistics execution with deployment timelines and business priorities.
Collaborate with OEM suppliers (e.g., Giga, ASUS), primarily based in Taiwan, to coordinate international shipping windows, batch tracking, customs documentation, and inbound scheduling into US facilities.
Act as the primary escalation point for US transport-related issues across internal teams and external partners.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives through KPI tracking, root cause analysis, and process standardization.
Planning & Cost Management
Forecast transportation demand based on data center expansion plans, hardware deployment schedules, and capacity needs.
Identify cost optimization opportunities through carrier consolidation, routing improvements, and smarter scheduling.
Track and report on logistics costs, flagging variances and recommending corrective actions.
Support data-driven decision-making through regular reporting, dashboards, and operational analytics.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in transportation, freight, or logistics management — ideally within technology, data center, or hardware supply chain environments.
Proven experience managing both domestic and international freight operations, including LTL/FTL, and air freight shipments, carrier and forwarder relationships, and 3PL coordination.
Hands-on experience with RMA/RMS shipment processes and reverse logistics flows.
Familiarity with TMS platforms, Jira, or similar systems used for shipment tracking and documentation.
Strong understanding of US domestic carrier regulations, DOT requirements, and international freight compliance including customs clearance and import/export procedures.
Experience managing large, heavy, or high-value freight (server racks, IT infrastructure equipment) is strongly preferred.
Excellent organizational and documentation skills with a high standard for accuracy and completeness.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to work cross-functionally across technical and non-technical teams.
Self-starter mindset with the ability to operate independently in a remote environment.
Based in the United States; East Coast or Midwest location required (ET/CT time zones), to support overlap with European business hours.
Nice to Have
Experience in a hyperscaler, cloud provider, or large-scale data center build-out environment.
Experience with Asia-Pacific supply chains, particularly Taiwan-to-US freight lanes, including familiarity with customs brokerage, import duties, and trade compliance.
Background in supply chain analytics, reporting, or continuous improvement methodologies.
Familiarity with physical security protocols for high-value hardware shipments.

About the team
The Legal, Compliance & Finance Data Team builds the data infrastructure powering OKX's compliance operations globally — TMS, KYC/EDD, CMS, and regulatory reporting across 100+ markets. The compliance data domain is broad but learnable. We expect senior engineers to build deep domain knowledge quickly using AI tooling and structured onboarding.
About the role
We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to work as a core execution partner to our Compliance Projects. This is a hands-on technical role with real domain ownership — you will own sub-domains end-to-end, not just execute tickets. Strong performance creates a direct route toward the Compliance domain's technical leadership layer as the team scales.
Responsibilities:
Pipeline Ownership:

CMS: case management data, transaction analysis tooling, bulk search, KYB operation data
Regulatory reporting: recurring compliance reports for global and jurisdiction-specific requirements
Data Quality:
Design proactive DQC checks into pipelines. Own monitoring and reconciliation; build alerting that catches issues before downstream systems or regulators do.
AI-Accelerated Domain Building:
Use AI tooling actively to ramp on compliance domain knowledge. Apply LLM-assisted development to accelerate pipeline development, DQC design, and documentation.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the Compliance Project Lead as a trusted technical partner — take sub-domain ownership to expand his effective bandwidth. Mentor junior engineers as your domain confidence grows.
Requirements:
4+ years in data engineering with strong production pipeline experience (ETL/ELT, SQL, Python, orchestration)
Demonstrated ability to own a data domain end-to-end — business logic, quality, and incident handling
Strong data modelling skills for compliance or financial data (auditability, lineage, immutability)
Fast domain learner with evidence — can point to a time they ramped up in an unfamiliar domain quickly, ideally using AI tooling
Comfortable working in ambiguity: turns underspecified compliance requirements into scoped engineering tasks
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in compliance, AML, KYC, transaction monitoring, or financial crime data domains
Background in crypto, fintech, or regulated financial services
Familiarity with Scila, Unit21, World-Check, or equivalent TMS/CMS platforms
AI/LLM tooling applied to data engineering in practice — concrete examples preferred
Perks & Benefits:
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
More that we love to tell you along the process!
