ABOUT ELEVENLABS
ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology.
We launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model. Today, we serve millions of users and thousands of businesses - from fast-growing startups to large enterprises like Deutsche Telekom and Meta. Our investors are some of the world's most prominent, including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth and Sequoia. We've raised $781M in funding and our last valuation was $22B - multiples of 11, always.
We have expanded from voice into three main platforms:
- ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale.
- ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.
- ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.
Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.
HOW WE WORK
- High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy.
- Impact not job titles: We don’t have job titles. Instead, it’s about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you.

- Social travel: We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose.
- Annual company offsite: Each year, we bring the entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia and Italy.
- Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You'll be the go-to deal desk and pricing expert for ElevenLabs' North American sales team -- the person that the sales team comes to when a deal is complex, competitive, or needs to move fast. You'll own pricing strategy and deal structuring for our most critical customers, partnering with stakeholders to get non-standard terms across the line, and build the processes that make the whole machine run faster.
- Own the pricing and deal structure for complex enterprise deals, advising sales on commercials and trade-offs in real time to keep things moving toward close.
- Work closely with engineering to maintain and evolve our Configure Price Quote tool.
- Translate customer requirements into deal structures that work commercially and operationally, knowing where to flex and where to hold firm.
- Own the path through internal complexity, aligning Finance, Legal, Product, and leadership so deals don't stall on process.
- Partner with Finance to build deal-level P&L models and communicate pricing trends back to the business, informing strategic pricing decisions at the leadership level
- Develop and maintain pricing frameworks, discount guardrails, and approval policies that scale with the business.
- Build the analytics and feedback loops that surface where deals are slowing down and why — and fix it.
REQUIREMENTS
- Hands‑on experience configuring and maintaining CPQ rulesets, price books, and approval workflows.
- Experience in finance or deal pricing at a company, or experience within investment banking or management consulting
- Excellent financial modeling, verbal, and written communication skills
- Proven track record of process optimizations or automation.
- Ability to make value judgements that balance business, financial, and legal priorities.
Bonus:
- Knowledge of AI/ML industry pricing models and competitive landscape
- Experience scaling deal desk processes in a high-growth environment

Position Summary:
The Strategic Finance Analytics Manager is a newly created role that builds and leads the financial modelling and analytics capability at the core of PointClickCare’s strategic finance function. The role delivers the models, tools, and decision support that enable leadership to drive profitability, optimize commercial strategy, and allocate resources with precision — with work that is highly visible to executive leadership, the Board, and investors. Positioned at the intersection of Finance, Strategy, and Go-to-Market, the near-term focus is Pricing & Monetization Analytics, while the broader mandate is to build scalable analytical frameworks applicable across any strategic finance domain the business identifies. A defining attribute of the role is the hands-on application of AI/ML to modernize and accelerate modelling, scenario generation, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Modelling & Scenario Analysis.
Build and maintain in-house financial and profitability models that evaluate the revenue and margin implications of strategic decisions, beginning with pricing and commercial strategy and expanding to other strategic finance domains. Run scenario and sensitivity analyses on packaging, pricing changes, GTM strategies, and investment trade-offs, measured against NRR, ARR, and contribution margin.
AI-Led Modernization of the Analytics Toolkit.
Apply AI/ML tools, including LLMs and predictive modelling, to accelerate modelling, scenario generation, and reporting, raising the speed and sophistication of decision support across the function. Build scalable, self-serve analytics tools that give Finance, Pricing, Sales Ops, and business unit leaders consistent, decision-ready intelligence.
Pricing & Monetization Analytics.
Evaluate pricing changes through quantitative modelling of customer, revenue, and margin impact across segments and geographies. Track pricing and monetization KPIs (discount compliance, revenue realization, contribution margin) against targets, and quantify the financial impact of commercial governance decisions including pricing policies, discount frameworks, and packaging structures.
Executive & Profitability Reporting.
Deliver regular profitability and commercial performance reporting to ELT and GTM leadership, including a measurement framework that tracks strategic initiative effectiveness, monetization outcomes, and contribution margin across products, segments, and geographies. Partner with FP&A and Sales Ops to integrate pricing and profitability analytics into the forecast and planning cycle, and with Revenue Assurance and Finance Ops to remediate pricing-related revenue risks.
Stakeholder Engagement & Decision Support.
Act as the primary analytical partner to Pricing, Sales Enablement, and business unit leaders on profitability decisions, translating complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations. Present findings, models, and recommendations to senior leadership in executive-ready format, and contribute to Board and investor materials covering pricing strategy, monetization performance, and platform progress.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
University degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related quantitative field
5–7 years in financial analysis, FP&A, or quantitative/strategic finance in a SaaS or technology environment.
Exceptional financial modelling and scenario-analysis skills, with a demonstrated track record building revenue, profitability, or pricing models and translating them into decision support (the core qualification for the role).
Hands-on experience applying AI/ML tools (including LLMs and predictive modelling) to accelerate and modernize modelling and reporting workflows — a defining attribute of the role, not a nice-to-have.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
Pricing or monetization experience (an asset, not a requirement)
Experience with BI tools (Power BI preferred) and executive-grade data visualization.
Exposure to Salesforce (SFDC), including Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA).

ABOUT US
Constructor is the next-generation platform for search and discovery in ecommerce, built to explicitly optimize for metrics like revenue, conversion rate, and profit. Our search engine is entirely invented in-house utilizing transformers and generative LLMs, and we use its core and personalization capabilities to power everything from search itself to recommendations to shopping agents. Engineering is by far our largest department, and we've built our proprietary engine to be the best on the market, having never lost an A/B test to a competitive technology. We're passionate about maintaining this and work on the bleeding edge of AI to do so. Out of necessity, our engine is built for extreme scale and powers over 1 billion queries every day across 150 languages and roughly 100 countries. It is used by some of the biggest ecommerce companies in the world like Sephora, Under Armour, and Petco. We're a passionate team who love solving problems and want to make our customers' and coworkers' lives better. We value empathy, openness, curiosity, continuous improvement, and are excited by metrics that matter. We believe that empowering everyone in a company to do what they do best can lead to great things. Constructor is a U.S. based company that has been in the market since 2019. It was founded by Eli Finkelshteyn and Dan McCormick who still lead the company today.
ABOUT THE TEAM
The Experiments team at Constructor builds an experimentation platform: traffic allocation, exposure logging, metric computation, statistical analysis, and a UI for launching experiments and interpreting results. It’s used both internally and by customers running experiments on production traffic.
We’re scaling customer experimentation usage and investing in making experiments faster, more reliable, and easier to interpret. Unlike boxed experimentation tools, our platform has to support a wide range of customer integrations, traffic patterns, and industry constraints — which makes the engineering problems unusually real-world and high-leverage.
Team: 3 Software Engineers, 1 Data Analyst, an Engineering Manager, and a Product Manager.
THE ROLE
This is primarily a backend role (Python services + data-heavy systems). You’ll occasionally work in the Dash UI and contribute to Spark jobs, but those are not the main focus. We care about correctness, observability, and product usability more than complex infrastructure.
Tech: Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Plotly Dash, PySpark/Databricks, AWS, CloudWatch, Sentry
(Spark work is ~5–10% — we don’t expect you to be a data engineer or own the data platform.)
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Build and maintain backend services for experiment assignment, logging, and report generation
- Improve scalability, performance, and reliability of experiment reporting pipelines
- Add product-facing features to the UI to help users launch experiments and interpret results
- Take technical ownership of projects: shape solutions, break down work, and drive execution with the team
- Participate in a weekly on-call rotation (investigating occasional issues and answering internal questions)
You’ll collaborate closely with Search/Recommendations engineers, ML/DS partners, and customer-facing teams when needed. This role does not require frequent direct customer calls.
REQUIREMENTS
MUST-HAVE
- Strong experience building and owning production backend services in Python
- Experience with monitoring, alerting, and debugging user-facing systems
- Strong SQL skills and confidence working with data-heavy systems (metrics, logging, analytics)
- Ability to ship maintainable software (tests, code review, incremental delivery)
MINDSET
- You take ownership: you can turn ambiguous problems into an executable technical plan
- You care about building systems people trust and rely on
NICE-TO-HAVE
- Experience with experimentation systems, metrics platforms, or A/B testing workflows
- Experience with PySpark and/or Databricks
- We don’t expect you to already be an expert in experimentation methodology — but we do expect strong backend fundamentals and the ability to ramp up effectively in a data-heavy domain
LOCATION / TIME ZONES
- We’re a distributed team. Preferred time zones are UTC+1 to UTC+7, but we’re flexible
BENEFITS
- 🏝️ Unlimited vacation time - we strongly encourage all employees to take at least 3 weeks per year
- 🌎 Fully remote team - choose where you live
- 🛋️ Work from home stipend - we want you to have the resources you need to set up your home office
- 💻 Apple laptops provided for new employees
- 🧑🎓 Training and development budget - refreshed each year for every employee
- 👪 Maternity & Paternity leave for qualified employees
- 🧠 Work with smart people who will help you grow and make a meaningful impact
- 💵 Base salary: $80k–$110k USD, depending on knowledge, skills, experience, and interview results
- 📈 Stock options - offered in addition to the base salary
- 🎉 Regular team offsites to connect and collaborate

ABOUT AVOCA
Avoca is transforming how home service companies engage with their customers. Our AI-powered conversational agents handle every high-value inbound call, from booking jobs, qualifying leads, and driving higher revenue, all at a speed and consistency unmatched by human call centers.
We're a Series B startup backed by Kleiner Perkins, Meritech Capital, General Catalyst, and other top-tier investors, with $125M raised and a $1B valuation. We grew 10x in 2025 and have scaled to 170+ employees in under two years across our NYC headquarters and Santa Barbara office.
In a $1T+ market where 85% of missed calls go to competitors, we're building the category-defining platform for AI-driven customer engagement, serving the largest brands in home services. With high-energy, in-office teams in both locations, every hire here has an immediate and visible impact.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're hiring a Partnerships Manager to grow one of Avoca's most important revenue engines. Partnerships put Avoca in front of thousands of home services operators at once, through the networks, platforms, and industry players they already know and trust.
You'll own a revenue goal and a portfolio of partner relationships across the home services ecosystem, from integration and technology partners to the manufacturers, suppliers, and distributors that sit upstream of every contractor. You'll take partnerships end to end: finding the opportunity, structuring the relationship, and turning it into repeatable pipeline and revenue. This is a small, fast-moving team, so you'll wear many hats and help build the playbook as much as run it.
You'll report directly to the Head of Partnerships and work closely with leadership on our highest-priority partner initiatives.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own a portfolio of partner relationships end to end, from first conversation to signed partnership to revenue, across technology partners, manufacturers, suppliers, and distributors
- Leverage Avoca’s network of investors, partners, and industry influencers to generate inbound interest and warm introductions.
- Structure partnerships that create real distribution: co-marketing, referral motions, preferred-vendor positioning, joint events, and go-to-market
- Turn relationships into measurable partner-sourced pipeline and ARR, and own those numbers
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing to ensure every partnership is effectively enabled and integrated into our existing GTM motions, not left to sit on paper
- Represent Avoca with partners and at industry events, with travel as needed, heavier during conference season
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Direct experience in the home services industry, you understand how this ecosystem works and who the players are

That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re hiring a Software Engineer to join our Platform Infrastructure team in San Diego. You’ll partner with a technical lead engineer and embedded in device identity and security—this is one area form the backbone of how we build, provision, deploy, and manage our robots at scale.
You will have the opportunity to contribute to:
- Device Identity & Security — The cryptographic chain of trust from secure boot through disk encryption and device attestation to cloud enrollment. Key management infrastructure, certificate lifecycles, and the tooling that ensures only trusted software runs on trusted hardware.
This role is designed for someone who is curious, technically sharp, and eager to learn, grow and build. Much of what you’ll work on—from secure boot pipelines to fleet-scale cloud infrastructure—isn’t taught in a classroom. We’re looking for the right attitude, aptitude and experience. We’ll invest in continuing your development into a world class platform engineer.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Our platform infrastructure spans from the factory floor to the cloud and everything running on the robot in between.
- Build and ship software — Write production-quality code that contributes to our platform infrastructure, from backend services and automation tooling to provisioning and test systems.
- Learn alongside experts — Pair directly with a senior engineer who will mentor you in your focus area while giving you real ownership of deliverables.
- Collaborate across a global team — Work daily with firmware, applications, cloud, manufacturing, systems, and operations team members across the local San Diego office and global offices in London, Boston, and Vancouver.
- Embrace agentic development workflows — Use modern AI-assisted coding tools and practices we expect everyone on the team to leverage these to move faster with higher quality.
- Own your growth — As the team scales and business needs evolve, your focus within the platform infrastructure workstream will grow with you.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong technical communication — You can explain your thought process clearly to a technical teammate, in writing and in person.
- Receptive to feedback — You have a demonstrated history of receiving and responding to feedback constructively.
- Leans into hard problems — You don’t shy away from unfamiliar territory; you dig in and figure it out.
- Humble — You are able to put your own ideas aside, listen, and genuinely consider others’ perspectives.
- Collaborative — You see knowledge as something to share, not withhold, in order to solve problems faster, together.
- Responsible — You strive to understand the “why” of your work and have the passion and ambition to push to get it over the line.
- Technically grounded — You have a solid foundation in CS fundamentals and can write clean, readable code even if you’re still building experience in our specific stack.
Experience:
- 5+ years of professional experience.
- B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in at least one systems or backend language (Python, C/C++, TypeScript, or Rust).
- Proficiency in AI tools for research, iteration, feedback, development and test.
- Comfort working in Linux environments.
- Ability to work on-site at our San Diego office.
WHAT WE OFFER

Location: Remote - Canada
We’re introducing Rust where correctness, performance, and reliability truly matter.
Narvar
is Growing! Narvar is a multi-language platform, and we’re intentional about where we apply Rust. We’re looking for senior engineers to help us
bring Rust into the backbone of the system
— the parts that must be fast, safe, and correct under real-world scale.
This role is for engineers who want agency: people who enjoy identifying the right problems, choosing the right tools, and owning systems end-to-end. You won’t be handed a narrow ticket queue. You’ll help decide
what
gets built and
how
it should be built.
For this role, you should be located in Canada and able to work within EST/EDT or PDT/PST hours. We are fully remote.
Day-to-day
Design and build
high-correctness Rust services
that sit on critical platform paths
Introduce Rust into areas where safety, determinism, and performance are essential
Own systems from
architecture → implementation → rollout → operations
Make real decisions around concurrency, async boundaries, data integrity, and failure modes
Work across service boundaries in a
polyglot environment
(Rust alongside other stacks)
Collaborate with product, design, and frontend engineers to build systems that are technically sound
and
product-aware
Improve reliability, observability, and system behavior through design, not just patching
Mentor other engineers and raise the bar on system quality and ownership
What We’re Looking For
We care more about
judgment and ownership
than credentials.
You’re likely a strong fit if you:
Have built and operated
distributed systems
in production
Have
deep hands-on Rust experience
(not just experiments or side projects)
Understand where Rust shines — and where it doesn’t
Are comfortable reasoning about
concurrency, async systems, and correctness guarantees
Have experience designing APIs and data contracts that evolve safely over time
Have worked with
relational and/or NoSQL databases
at scale
Have deployed and operated services in
AWS or GCP
(We are a GCP Shop though!)
Take initiative naturally and are comfortable operating with ambiguity
Communicate clearly and make tradeoffs explicit
Bonus Points
These aren’t hard requirements, but strong indicators:
You’ve worked in
startup or high-ownership environments
You’ve owned systems in production, including on-call responsibility
You’re comfortable moving across the stack when needed (backend-first, full-stack aware)
You’ve influenced architecture by earning trust, not by mandate
You use modern tooling (including AI-assisted workflows) to
increase leverage
, not outsource thinking
(Note: we care about outcome and judgment, not how flashy your tools are.)
Why Rust at Narvar?
Because some parts of the system deserve stronger guarantees.
We use Rust where:
Bugs are expensive
Latency and throughput matter
Safety and correctness are non-negotiable
You’ll help define
where Rust belongs
, not just write Rust in isolation.
Why Narvar (From an Engineer’s Perspective)?
Real scale, real customers, real impacts
Startup-level ownership with platform-level impact
Teams that value
thinking, judgment, and responsibility
Low ego, high trust, and room to do your best work
Why Narvar?
We're on a mission to simplify the everyday lives of consumers. Post-purchase is a critical phase of the customer journey. That's why we created Narvar - a platform focused on driving customer loyalty through seamless post-purchase experiences that allow retailers to retain, engage, and delight customers. If you've ever bought something online, there's a good chance you've used our platform!
From the hottest new direct-to-consumer companies to retail’s most renowned brands, Narvar works with GameStop, Neiman Marcus, Sonos, Nike, and 1300+ + other brands. With hubs in San Francisco, Atlanta, London, and Bangalore, we've served over 125 million consumers worldwide across 10+ billion interactions, 38 countries, and 55 languages.
Pioneering the post-purchase movement means navigating into the unknown. Our team thrives on this sense of adventure while nurturing a mindset of innovation. We're a home for big hearts and we leave our egos at the door. We work hard but we always make time to celebrate professional wins, baby showers, birthday parties, and everything in between.
We are an equal-opportunity employer and value diversity at our company. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.

We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
Staff Backend Engineer - Adaptive Telemetry, Databases
This is a remote position. We are looking for candidates in the USA time zones.
What is Grafana Cloud?
Grafana Cloud is our composable observability platform that integrates metrics, logs, traces, and profiles with Grafana. It allows our customers to leverage the best open source observability software – including Prometheus, Mimir, Loki, Tempo, and Pyroscope – without the overhead of installing, maintaining and scaling their own observability stack.
The Databases department owns and operates the telemetry databases that are
Mimir for metrics
,
Loki for logs
,
Tempo for traces
, and
Pyroscope for profiles
. We offer our databases as a Cloud service supporting Grafana Cloud.
Adaptive Telemetry Group
The Adaptive Telemetry group, part of the Databases department, has the mission of ensuring that all telemetry stored in our databases is worthy of attention. Under that mission, the group is responsible for the development of
Adaptive Metrics
,
Adaptive Logs
,
Adaptive Traces
and Adaptive Profiles.
Our Adaptive Telemetry solutions give users the ability to control and optimize their telemetry data. These solutions ensure that data storage is optimized based on individual usage patterns, so only the most valuable data is retained.
As a company we are remote-first and global, we embrace people of different experiences and backgrounds to build diverse teams where every person brings a new perspective to the software.
What will you be doing:
Drive technical strategy and roadmap.
Proactively define the architectural vision, prioritize work that unlocks major product or platform improvements, and influence product and engineering decisions.
Lead end-to-end delivery of large, cross-functional projects.
Own planning, design, execution, rollout and long-term operation of large initiatives.
Own architecture, reliability, performance and cost for critical systems.
Make pragmatic architecture choices that balance scalability, availability, latency and cost while ensuring systems remain maintainable and evolvable.
Define SLOs/SLIs and lead incident response.
Establish measurable reliability targets, run high-severity incident response, lead blameless post-mortems, and drive systemic fixes and automation to prevent recurrence.
Improve observability, automation and operational readiness.
Champion telemetry, alerting, runbooks, capacity planning and automation efforts that reduce toil, speed debugging and lower MTTR.
Align stakeholders and remove blockers.
Coordinate across Product, Design and other teams to align priorities, negotiate tradeoffs, and unblock delivery for large initiatives.
Mentor and grow engineering talent.
Coach senior and mid-level engineers, lead design reviews, raise engineering standards, and help teammates make sound technical tradeoffs.
Represent engineering internally and externally.
Communicate technical strategy clearly to non-engineering stakeholders and represent the team in cross-team planning.
We invest heavily in developer productivity. You can use modern AI coding assistants as part of your daily workflow (your choice of tools, within security guidelines), backed by a company-funded usage budget so you can iterate quickly without unnecessary friction. We encourage pragmatic AI-assisted development: faster prototyping, test generation, refactors, documentation, and incident follow-ups—always with strong code review and quality standards. You'll also have access to the latest frontier models from OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google.
What makes you a great fit:
You are a motivated self starter with a bias towards action. You are customer focused. We build everything with our users in mind. You have a passion for creating intuitive products that fit customers’ needs
Proven delivery of large distributed systems.
Experience shipping and operating complex systems that span multiple teams, with clear evidence of technical leadership and impact.
Strong systems-design instincts.
Deep understanding of tradeoffs around latency, consistency, availability, scaling and cost.
Hands-on cloud and platform experience.
Solid experience with cloud-native architectures (microservices, containers/Kubernetes, IaC) and the operational practices that keep them healthy.
Reliability and performance ownership.
Comfortable defining SLOs/SLIs, doing capacity planning, tuning performance, and driving reliability work end-to-end.
Excellent coding and design skills.
You write clear, maintainable, well-tested code and can lead technical designs — we use Go, but Python/C/C++/Rust or similar translate well.
Comfort with AI-assisted development.
We embrace AI and agentic development so we expect you to be curious and comfortable using AI-powered developer tools and ideally have practical experience folding them into a team’s workflow.
Experience with messaging and telemetry.
Familiarity with streaming/messaging systems (e.g., Kafka) and observability tooling (Prometheus/Grafana or equivalents).
Influence without authority.
Ability to align cross-functional stakeholders, set priorities and drive outcomes in a remote-first environment.
Strong communicator.
Clear written and verbal communication that works across engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
