Senior Manager, Talent & Performance
, you will lead the continued evolution of Game Changers, SIE’s global performance management framework.

You’ll bring deep Talent & Performance expertise, strategic judgment, and operational horsepower. You’ll independently assess what’s working, identify where we need to evolve, shape recommendations, and build alignment with senior stakeholders, while remaining close enough to the work to drive excellent execution.

Assess organizational context, business needs, culture, maturity, and readiness for change before recommending how our Talent & Performance practices should evolve.
Translate strategy into execution, personally getting into the details required to successfully deliver enterprise programs, from program design and governance through communications, enablement, technology, adoption, and measurement.
Influence and challenge senior leaders, navigate competing priorities, and create alignment across complex stakeholder groups without relying on formal authority.
Partner closely with HRBPs, Rewards, L&D, People Technology & Services, People Analytics, business leaders, and other People teams to develop scalable, integrated solutions.
Oversee the adoption and optimization of BetterWorks across performance, feedback, calibration, and talent review processes, including workflows, tools, reporting, and emerging AI-assisted capabilities.
Apply behavioral science, employee insights, and talent data to identify opportunities, inform recommendations, and improve performance transparency, manager effectiveness, and leadership capability.
Build scalable performance enablement resources - including manager tools, communications, training, and guidance - that translate our performance philosophy into meaningful day-to-day behaviors.
Partner with People Brand and Communications to ensure performance messaging is clear, consistent, and drives understanding and adoption.
Monitor performance health metrics, calibration patterns, adoption, and talent outcomes, translating data into actionable insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders, including the CHRO and executive leadership.
Continuously evaluate external practices, emerging technology, AI capabilities, and future-of-work trends to identify opportunities to strengthen SIE’s Talent & Performance ecosystem.
Who We’re Looking For:
Demonstrated depth in Talent Management and Performance, with experience owning complex, enterprise-wide programs in a large, global, matrixed organization. You’ve operated with the autonomy, judgment, and influence required to shape direction, not simply execute an established approach.
Proven experience owning, designing, evolving, and executing enterprise-wide performance management programs, with meaningful experience across calibration, talent reviews, succession planning, promotions, and career development.
Experience navigating global complexity, including partnering across regions, functions, and senior stakeholder groups to drive enterprise-wide talent outcomes.
Deep Talent & Performance expertise with the ability to bring a clear point of view, diagnose opportunities, challenge existing approaches, and translate strategy into scalable execution.
Demonstrated ability to influence and challenge senior leaders, navigate competing priorities, and create alignment across complex stakeholder groups spanning levels, functions, and geographies.
Strong organizational and contextual judgment - you understand that the right solution depends on the business, culture, organizational maturity, and readiness for change rather than simply applying external best practices.
Experience leading through influence and successfully driving outcomes in environments where decision-making and accountability are distributed across multiple stakeholders.
Strong change leadership capabilities, with demonstrated success building stakeholder commitment and driving adoption of new or evolving Talent & Performance practices.
Data-literate and deeply curious - you use analytics, stakeholder feedback, employee insights, and external trends to form recommendations, test assumptions, and continuously improve outcomes.
Experience leveraging HR technology to enable enterprise Talent & Performance processes; experience with BetterWorks or comparable performance/talent platforms is valuable but not required.
Comfortable exploring how emerging technologies, including AI, can improve manager effectiveness, employee experience, decision quality, and the scalability of Talent & Performance programs.
Executive presence and communication skills that allow you to translate complex talent concepts into clear, compelling recommendations for senior leaders.
A deep commitment to equity, transparency, employee growth, and creating talent practices that strengthen both individual and business performance.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re hiring a strategic, data‑driven leader to shape the future of scaled customer success at Ramp. This role will design, operationalize, and lead programs that activate, retain, and grow 50% of Ramp’s micro‑SMB customers who don’t receive white‑glove 1:1 support, blending strategy, systems, and people leadership to drive impact at scale.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own and evolve Ramp’s self‑service onboarding and activation strategy in partnership with Scaled CS leadership, Product, and Growth.
- Use data to diagnose activation bottlenecks, build dashboards, run metric reviews, and drive data‑backed recommendations.
- Partner with Product to improve activation features and automation that enhance self‑onboarding.
- Lead customer education programs at scale: group onboarding trainings, video content, chatbot optimization, and lifecycle communications.
- Continuously improve systems and team efficiency through automation, content, and applied AI initiatives.
- Design, launch, and iterate scaled CS programs that improve outcomes across thousands of customers.
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of 6–8 Scaled Customer Success Managers, each handling ~300 monthly new customers.
- Drive team performance across activation, expansion, and CSAT targets while fostering ownership and excellence.
- Hire, train, and enable team members on Ramp’s product, customer journey, and playbooks.
- Partner cross‑functionally with CS, Sales, Product, Growth, and Data to align scaled strategy with company goals.
WHAT YOU NEED
- 4+ years in consulting, CS operations, revenue or business operations, or strategy within high‑growth B2B SaaS
- 2+ years of people management experience leading high‑performing CS or operations teams
- Proven success building or optimizing scalable programs and processes
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into dashboards, operational insights, and measurable outcomes
- Skilled at cross‑functional leadership and influencing senior stakeholders across Product, Growth, Data, Sales, and CS
NICE TO HAVES
- Customer‑facing or quota‑carrying experience with a track record of exceeding goals
- Experience building education content, webinars, or scaled training programs
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
In the first 6 months, this leader will have launched and iterated scaled activation programs that measurably increase self‑serve activation and early retention, established a recurring metrics review with dashboards that surface funnel bottlenecks, and lifted team efficiency and CSAT through process, automation, and content improvements while developing a high‑performing team of 6–8 sCSMs.

1Password is growing. We’ve surpassed $500M in ARR and we’re continuing to accelerate, earning a spot on the Forbes Cloud 100 for four years in a row and teaming up with iconic partners like Oracle Red Bull Racing.
About 1Password
At 1Password, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted. We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human-centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience. Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work.
If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
We are hiring a Principal Engineer to help define the technical direction for core product experiences at 1Password.
This is a senior individual contributor role for an engineer who can translate ambitious product strategy into systems that scale technically and operationally. You will drive architecture, engineering standards, and technical direction across the product ecosystem, working across client applications, distributed services, data platforms, and shared infrastructure to build experiences that are secure, reliable, performant, and maintainable. This is not a role scoped to a single team or subsystem. The expectation is organization-level technical leadership: shaping how Product Engineering approaches complex cross-cutting problems, guiding long-term architectural investments, and establishing the technical patterns and operational standards other teams build against.
You will operate across the full lifecycle of product engineering work, from architecture and system design through production operations and long-term evolution. Success in this role requires balancing product velocity with engineering durability, making pragmatic technical tradeoffs, and driving alignment across teams with different priorities and constraints.
You will help evolve the next generation of 1Password’s product architecture, including the responsible integration of AI capabilities into core product experiences. Security and privacy by default, cross-platform consistency, operational resilience, and enterprise-scale reliability are foundational requirements that must be reflected in every architectural decision.
If you want to build systems used daily by millions of individuals and hundreds of thousands of businesses, and solve engineering problems where distributed systems, reliability, usability, security, and intelligent automation all matter simultaneously, this is that role.
How we’re using AI today
Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
What we're looking for:
- You have designed and operated large-scale distributed systems where reliability, scalability, maintainability, and operational excellence matter.
- You have deep experience driving architecture and technical direction across multiple teams, organizations, or product domains.
- You have strong systems-thinking instincts and can reason effectively about platform boundaries, distributed systems constraints, developer ergonomics, and long-term technical sustainability.
- You have experience building customer-facing product systems across clients, APIs, distributed services, cloud infrastructure, and data platforms.
- You have experience building or scaling event-driven systems, microservices architectures, or shared platform infrastructure in production environments.
- You have practical experience integrating AI or ML capabilities into production applications and understand the engineering tradeoffs involved in introducing AI into trust-sensitive product experiences.
- You have strong instincts for privacy-preserving and security-conscious system design, including thoughtful handling of telemetry, user data, permissions, and auditability.
- You are effective at driving alignment across teams with different incentives, priorities, and technical perspectives.
- You communicate clearly with engineers, executives, and cross-functional partners, and can explain complex technical tradeoffs in practical terms.
- You are comfortable operating in ambiguity and helping organizations make durable technical decisions before every variable is known.
Bonus points for:
- Experience in identity, authentication, authorization, secrets management, enterprise security, or trust-oriented product domains.
- Experience building large-scale event-driven or multi-region distributed systems in cloud environments.
- Experience building cross-platform applications or shared platform architectures at scale.
- Experience with developer platforms, internal engineering frameworks, CI/CD systems, or large-scale infrastructure modernization initiatives.
- Experience integrating LLMs or AI-assisted workflows into customer-facing SaaS applications.
- Experience with endpoint trust, browser or extension security, enterprise administration workflows, or device posture systems.
- Experience mentoring engineers and raising the engineering bar across organizations through technical leadership and operational excellence.
What you can expect:
- Define architecture and technical direction for core product capabilities spanning clients, distributed services, data platforms, and shared infrastructure.
- Establish engineering standards and reusable architectural patterns for scalable, maintainable, and resilient product systems across Product Engineering.
- Drive long-term technical strategy across critical product areas, balancing immediate delivery needs with scalability, operational excellence, and platform sustainability.
- Partner closely with Product, Design, Security, Privacy, Infrastructure, and Data teams to ensure technical decisions support both customer outcomes and long-term operational durability.
- Guide how AI-powered capabilities are integrated into customer-facing product experiences, ensuring systems are reliable, observable, operationally safe, and aligned with customer trust expectations.
- Define engineering expectations for AI-enabled product systems, including evaluation frameworks, rollout safety, telemetry, fallback behavior, auditability, and operational controls.
- Establish shared platform capabilities and infrastructure patterns that allow teams to build product features consistently across clients, services, APIs, and AI-assisted workflows.
- Influence and drive key architectural decisions around distributed systems design, event-driven architectures, synchronization models, scalability, performance, reliability, extensibility, and platform interoperability.
- Help teams navigate difficult technical tradeoffs, unblock large cross-functional initiatives, and reduce systemic engineering complexity across the organization.
- Raise the operational bar for production systems through stronger reliability practices, observability standards, incident readiness, performance analysis, and engineering discipline.
- Mentor and influence engineers across the organization through technical leadership, architecture reviews, design guidance, and hands-on problem solving.
What success looks like:
Success in this role means Product Engineering can scale product development without sacrificing reliability, maintainability, security, or customer trust. That includes:
- Durable architectural patterns that enable teams to move faster with less duplication and lower operational overhead.
- Product systems that scale reliably across platforms, enterprise environments, and growing customer complexity.
- Engineering teams making more consistent technical decisions with clearer standards and stronger shared foundations.
- AI-powered product experiences that are useful, measurable, trustworthy, and operationally safe.
- Reduced systemic friction across development, delivery, observability, and cross-team coordination.
- Stronger operational resilience, including improved reliability, debuggability, rollout safety, and incident response readiness.
- Technical investments that improve long-term engineering velocity instead of creating organizational drag or platform fragmentation.

About the Role
As a Senior Blockchain Engineer at Ondo, you will own the design of our smart contract
systems
- not just the contracts themselves, but how they're deployed, secured, monitored, and managed across their entire lifetime, and how they connect to the people and products that depend on them.
You'll design secure, efficient, and scalable smart contract solutions across many blockchain ecosystems powering Real World Asset (RWA) tokenization. But the harder and more important part of this role is everything around the contract: keeping it secure from deploy through every day it's live, building tooling that lets non-technical teammates safely view and manage on-chain state, and creating automated systems that take manual, error-prone work off the table.
You'll think about how a smart contract design decision ripples outward, to the web app, to the teams operating the system day to day, and ultimately to our end users. You'll collaborate with product, legal, compliance, web, and ops to make sure contracts are technically sound, regulatorily aligned, and genuinely operable by the teams who rely on them day to day. Throughout, you'll favor simple, elegant designs that let us move quickly
and
safely.
This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of finance by building the systems that bring real-world assets on-chain, and by making those systems something a whole organization can build on with confidence.
Responsibilities
Smart Contract System Design:
Architect entire smart contract systems for Ondo's evolving product suite — covering new chain deployments, novel DeFi interoperability and bridging solutions, and DeFi protocols — with security, operability, and long-term maintainability designed in from the start.
Lifecycle Security & Operations:
Own contract security not just at deploy but across the full lifetime of the system — including upgrade safety, administrative controls, and the operational guardrails that keep things safe as they evolve.
Tooling & Automation:
Build tooling and automated systems that let non-technical teammates safely view, monitor, and manage contracts without writing scripts or touching raw chain operations directly.
Cross-Functional Integration:
Connect smart contract design to the rest of the product — helping the web team integrate cleanly, helping operational teams monitor and manage without direct scripting, and ensuring design decisions flow sensibly through to end users.
Technical Leadership:
Serve as tech lead and subject matter expert for blockchain projects, guiding the engineering team toward high-impact, scalable solutions and making sound technical decisions aligned with long-term goals.
Requirements

At ClickUp, we're building the future of work: the first truly converged AI workspace unifying tasks, docs, chat, calendar, and enterprise search, all supercharged by context-driven AI. We are an AI-native company. Every team member is expected to leverage AI daily, and we evaluate AI fluency as part of our hiring process. Join us and help redefine what's possible. 🚀
THE MISSION
The Foundry is ClickUp's internal AI innovation lab — embedded inside GTM Systems and accountable for turning AI capabilities into production-grade, internally deployed products that make every GTM function faster and smarter. We build the infrastructure that powers AI-first work across Sales, Marketing, Post-Sales, and Revenue Operations.
As the Senior Software Engineer on this team you will own the technical delivery of our MCP server platform, agent orchestration layer, and internal tooling — shipping production systems used daily by hundreds of ClickUp employees, and scaling your own throughput by treating AI tools as first-class engineering collaborators.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
MCP SERVER PLATFORM
- Design, build, and operate Model Context Protocol servers that expose CRM, ticketing, analytics, and communication data to AI agents across the GTM stack
- Implement Okta PKCE authentication flows and RBAC policy enforcement so agents access only the data they're authorized to touch
- Maintain deployment infrastructure on AWS (Bedrock, Lambda, ECS, API Gateway) and contribute to GCP workloads where applicable
- Own observability: structured logging, distributed tracing, latency SLOs, and on-call runbooks for every production server
AGENT ORCHESTRATION & AI-NATIVE PRODUCTS
- Build and maintain multi-step autonomous agents that execute end-to-end GTM workflows — lead qualification, deal room assembly, onboarding automation, support triage, and more
- Architect prompt engineering frameworks, tool-call schemas, and agent evaluation harnesses that make AI behavior predictable and auditable
- Integrate with LLM providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, AWS Bedrock AgentCore) and maintain version-pinned, cost-tracked model configurations
- Deliver AI-powered internal applications (web apps, CLI tools, Slack integrations) that non-technical GTM stakeholders use without friction
GTM PLATFORM ENGINEERING
- Own full-stack feature delivery across TypeScript/Node.js backends and React/TypeScript frontends for internal tooling
- Write Python automation scripts, ETL pipelines, and data transformation layers that feed GTM analytics and AI context
- Collaborate with Systems Engineering and GTM Engineering teams on cross-cutting API standards, data contracts, and integration patterns
- Conduct code reviews, establish engineering standards, and actively mentor junior engineers toward higher leverage
AI-NATIVE DEVELOPMENT PRACTICE
- Use AI coding assistants (Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) as primary engineering accelerators — not supplements — to ship at a pace that punches above a single engineer's weight
- Document AI usage patterns, prompt templates, and agentic workflows so the team's collective throughput compounds
- Stay current on MCP protocol evolution, agent frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, custom), and emerging LLM capabilities; bring back what matters
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with production systems
- Expert-level TypeScript and Node.js — idiomatic, typed, testable server-side code
- Strong Python — automation scripts, data pipelines, and scripting for AI/ML tooling
- Meaningful AWS deployment experience: Lambda, Bedrock, ECS/Fargate, API Gateway, IAM, Secrets Manager, CloudWatch
- Demonstrated experience integrating with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, or equivalent) and shipping AI-powered features to real users
- Solid foundation in REST API design, OAuth 2.0 / OIDC authentication, and secure credential management
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CDK, or SAM), and cloud cost awareness
- Clear written communication: design docs, ADRs, and runbooks that others actually read
- Track record of using AI tools (LLM assistants, copilots, agentic workflows) as a genuine productivity multiplier — not a gimmick
STRONGLY PREFERRED
- Hands-on experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) — building servers, defining tool schemas, or operating multi-server agent environments
- GCP experience (Cloud Run, BigQuery, Cloud Functions) to complement AWS work
- Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM API integration work — understanding GTM data models is a significant advantage
- React or Next.js front-end capability to ship internal dashboards and tooling without hand-offs
- Familiarity with agent orchestration frameworks: LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or custom orchestration patterns
- Experience in a GTM Systems, RevOps, or Sales Engineering context
- Okta / identity provider integration work (PKCE flows, SCIM, token management)
HOW WE OPERATE
The Foundry runs on three principles that every team member is expected to embody:
- Ownership — You own the full lifecycle of what you build: design, delivery, observability, and iteration. We don't have a separate ops hand-off.
- Velocity — We ship to production in days, not quarters. AI tools are how we maintain that pace without sacrificing quality.
- Atomicity — Every deliverable is a discrete, composable unit — an MCP server, an agent, an API. Nothing we build requires everything else to work.
WHO THRIVES HERE
This role is a strong fit if you are genuinely excited to work at the intersection of AI infrastructure and internal product — not just as a user of AI, but as someone building the layer that makes AI useful for an entire go-to-market organization. You are comfortable with ambiguity, you default to shipping, and you see every piece of internal tooling as a product that deserves operational discipline.
This role is not a fit if you need heavily defined requirements before starting work, prefer long planning cycles to iterative delivery, or view AI tools as optional extras rather than core to how you operate.

Workplace: fully
We are looking for a highly analytical and proactive
Business Operations Engineer
to join our team. This is a cross-functional role where you'll rotate between different departments, identify operational challenges, and take ownership of solving them.
Rather than simply coordinating between teams, you'll be expected to investigate issues firsthand, design practical solutions, implement process improvements, and build automations that make our business more efficient. You'll work closely with management and operations teams to streamline workflows, create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and develop scalable systems that improve day-to-day operations.
If you enjoy solving complex problems, optimizing processes, and building solutions that have a measurable impact, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Rotate across different business departments to understand workflows and identify operational inefficiencies.
Investigate problems uncovered by management and determine their root causes.
Design and implement practical, scalable solutions to improve business operations.
Build automations and internal tools that eliminate manual work and increase efficiency.
Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for optimized processes.
Lead operational improvement projects from problem identification through implementation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions are adopted successfully.
Continuously evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements.
What We're Looking For
Excellent at
Problem solving and critical thinking.
Working collaboratively across teams.
Building automations, systems, and scalable business processes.
Good at
Mathematics and analytical reasoning.
Technology and learning new software/tools quickly.
Reading, writing, and documenting processes clearly.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is naturally curious, enjoys tackling complex operational challenges, and is comfortable taking ownership from start to finish. You think like both an operator and a builder - able to quickly understand how a business works, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions that create lasting impact.
This role is similar to a Project Manager in terms of cross-functional collaboration, but with a much stronger emphasis on hands-on problem solving, process design, automation, and execution rather than simply coordinating communication between teams.

About The Opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Staff Mobile Engineer to join our OEX Mobile Growth team — a pure mobile team sitting at the intersection of engineering rigour, consumer growth craft, and product instinct. This is not a feature delivery role. You will own the client-side architecture for new user acquisition, referral and virality mechanics, and the reward and conversion funnels that drive growth for millions of users.
You bring deep expertise in mobile attribution — from MMP design and evolution through to anti-fraud, channel revenue sharing, and ROI evaluation — and you know how to turn attribution data into decisions. You are also fluent in AI-assisted development and bring the discipline to build, maintain, and continuously improve your own AI engineering workflows.
What You'll Be Doing
Own the client-side architecture for core growth conversion flows — new user acquisition, referral and virality loops, reward mechanics, and activity-driven engagement systems.
Design and evolve the mobile attribution system — including MMP integration, attribution modelling, and the application of attribution data across anti-fraud, channel revenue sharing, and ROI evaluation scenarios.
Build and optimise growth infrastructure including funnel instrumentation, experiment frameworks, and acquisition loops that directly serve the mobile user base.
Collaborate closely with Product, Business Development, and local market teams to translate commercial goals into concrete, data-backed engineering proposals.
Drive technical decision-making on growth infrastructure, articulating trade-offs clearly and defending or revising positions based on evidence.
Apply AI coding tools actively in your workflow — not just for code generation, but to build and maintain repeatable personal AI development workflows.
Mentor engineers on the team and help establish a culture where engineers bring solutions, not just responses.
What We Look For In You
8+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of shipping production-quality systems at scale.
Deep familiarity with new user growth, referral and virality mechanics, activity and reward systems, and the client-side architecture behind core business conversion flows.
Strong expertise in mobile attribution design and evolution — hands-on experience with attribution platforms and solutions, and proven ability to drive attribution data into anti-fraud, channel revenue sharing, and ROI evaluation applications.
Proficient in AI-assisted development — able to independently build and maintain personal AI engineering workflows, not just use AI tools ad hoc.
Data instincts: you think in funnels, know how to instrument what matters, and use metrics to drive decisions.
Outspoken and proposal-driven — you come to the table with a point of view, push back when you disagree, and bring data and a counter-proposal rather than just flagging concerns.
Strong cross-functional communication — comfortable working with Product, Business Development, and local markets to align on goals and hold the line on engineering quality.
Nice-To-Haves
Mobile development experience in iOS (Swift/Objective-C) or Android (Kotlin/Java) — or backend experience building growth systems that serve mobile apps directly.
Depth in MMPs such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or SKAdNetwork.
Experience building referral systems, k-factor mechanics, or anti-fraud layers.
A/B experiment framework ownership at meaningful scale.
ASO operational experience (App Store Connect, Google Play Console).
Background in fintech, crypto, or regulated consumer financial products.
Experience operating across APAC, EEA, or US markets.
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
