If you're curious, bold, and excited to help shape a borderless financial future, we'd love to talk.
OUR ETHOS
We believe in an open and flat structure. You will be able to grow into the role that most aligns with your goals. Our team members at all levels have the freedom to explore ideas and impact the roadmap and vision of our company.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Rain is hiring a Senior Product Operations Manager to be the connective tissue across product, engineering, partnerships, and our fintech, neobank, and institutional customers. As Rain scales, the difference between a good product org and a great one is the rigor of the operating system underneath it — how partner feedback gets in, how decisions get made, how launches land, and how the whole machine compounds.
This is a senior individual contributor role. You'll own the product operating system end to end: the rituals, the launch motion, the partner feedback loops, the tooling, and the cross-functional surfaces that make the rest of the team faster and sharper. You'll work directly with PMs, engineering, partnerships, support, compliance, and our largest external partners.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Own the product operating cadence — planning, prioritization, roadmap reviews, launch reviews, and the rituals that keep a fast-moving product org aligned
• Run the launch motion end to end across cards, payments, and platform — readiness, partner enablement, internal rollout, support and CX prep, and post-launch measurement
• Build and run the partner feedback loop — capture input from our fintech, neobank, and institutional partners across channels, synthesize it, and turn it into prioritized product signal
• Stand up the tooling, dashboards, and documentation that make product operations leveraged — partner trackers, release notes, status comms, internal knowledge bases
• Partner with PMs to scope and ship cross-functional initiatives that touch support, compliance, partnerships, and finance, and own the seams between teams
• Drive the operational excellence that scales a product org — metrics hygiene, postmortems, decision logs, and the institutional muscle that compounds quarter over quarter
• Identify and remove friction wherever you find it — process, tooling, communication, decision-making — and raise the bar for how the team operates
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• 5–8 years of product operations, program management, chief-of-staff, or strategy & operations experience, with a track record of building operational excellence inside a product-led company with a strong engineering culture and high bar for quality
• Exceptional product judgment and operating instincts — you're someone others describe as one of the sharpest operators they've worked with, and you consistently raise the bar for the people around you
• A senior, autonomous operator who can define the problem, drive the plan, and own the outcome without needing close direction
• Strong technical fluency (APIs, payments systems, blockchain concepts) and the instinct to pull on technical threads yourself rather than defer to engineering or product
• Genuinely excited to live in the details — you believe operational excellence is won in the specifics and are energized by the work to get them right
• Excellent written and verbal communication; you can operate with sophisticated external partners, internal engineering teams, and executive stakeholders with equal ease
• Proven ability to ship cross-functional initiatives quickly, measure their impact, and iterate in a fast-moving environment
NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT MANDATORY
• Experience operating inside a product org shipping cards, payments, or cross-border fintech products
• Exposure to stablecoins, crypto, or smart contract ecosystems
• Previous startup or hypergrowth environment experience
• Experience standing up product ops as a function from early days

If you're curious, bold, and excited to help shape a borderless financial future, we'd love to talk.
OUR ETHOS
We believe in an open and flat structure. You will be able to grow into the role that most aligns with your goals. Our team members at all levels have the freedom to explore ideas and impact the roadmap and vision of our company.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Rain is hiring a Senior Product Data Analyst to be the analytical engine behind our product team. Payments and stablecoin infrastructure generate enormous, rich, and consequential datasets — authorization patterns, ledger movements, partner usage, cardholder behavior — and the decisions we make on top of that data shape the experience for our partners and millions of their end users.
This is a senior individual contributor role embedded directly with product. You'll partner with PMs, engineers, and partnerships leads to turn raw data into the sharpest possible product judgment: defining metrics, designing experiments, sizing opportunities, and pulling on the threads that reveal where the product is working and where it isn't. You'll set the analytical bar for the company and own the questions that matter most.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Partner with product leadership as the embedded analyst across cards, payments, and platform — defining the metrics, building the dashboards, and answering the questions that drive roadmap decisions
• Design and analyze experiments end to end — hypothesis, sizing, instrumentation, readout, and the prioritization decisions that follow
• Run deep-dive analyses on partner usage, activation, retention, and economics, and translate them into sharp, opinionated recommendations
• Own the metrics framework for product — what we measure, how we measure it, and what "good" looks like across each surface
• Build self-serve analytics, dashboards, and tooling that let the rest of the company answer their own questions, and raise the bar for data literacy across product
• Partner with data engineering on the underlying data model — how events, ledger entries, authorizations, and partner data should be shaped to support fast, trustworthy analysis
• Surface insights proactively — find the things no one thought to ask and bring them to the team with a clear point of view
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• 5–8 years of analytics experience, with a track record of operating as the analytical partner to product teams shipping consumer or platform products at a product-led company with a strong engineering culture and high bar for quality
• Exceptional analytical rigor and product judgment — you're someone others describe as one of the sharpest analysts they've worked with, and you consistently raise the bar for the people around you
• A senior, autonomous operator who can scope the question, design the analysis, and own the recommendation without needing close direction
• Expert SQL and strong working fluency with at least one analytics scripting language (Python or R), modern data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, or similar), and BI/visualization tools (Lightdash preferred)
• Strong technical fluency — you can read product code, understand event schemas, and pull on technical threads yourself rather than defer to engineering
• Genuinely excited to live in the details — you believe correct, trustworthy data is won in the specifics and are energized by the work to get them right
• Excellent written and verbal communication; you can translate a complex analysis into a clear, opinionated recommendation that ships decisions
• Proven ability to design and run experiments, measure adoption, and iterate quickly in a fast-moving environment
NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT MANDATORY
• Experience analyzing payments, card issuing, or cross-border fintech products
• Exposure to stablecoins, crypto, or on-chain data
• Previous startup or hypergrowth environment experience
• Experience standing up an analytics function from early days
ROLE DETAILS
• Individual contributor role (no direct reports)
• Hybrid schedule based in our New York City office

OUR ETHOS
We believe in an open and flat structure. You will be able to grow into the role that most aligns with your goals. Our team members at all levels have the freedom to explore ideas and impact the roadmap and vision of our company.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Rain is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own cards — one of the most strategically important surfaces at the company. Cards are how stablecoins meet real-world spend, and this role will shape the product, platform, and growth decisions that define that experience for our partners and their end users.
This is a senior individual contributor role. You’ll operate as the directly responsible PM for cards end to end: the roadmap, the cardholder experience, the platform capabilities that power it, and the activation and growth loops that make the product stick. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, partnerships, and directly with our fintech, neobank, and institutional customers.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Own the roadmap for Rain’s cards product — cardholder experience, platform capabilities, and growth — and drive it end to end
• Partner deeply with engineering on platform and infrastructure tradeoffs (issuing flows, authorization behavior, ledger design, network integrations) and translate them into partner-facing product decisions
• Define and ship the card experience our fintech, neobank, and institutional partners put in front of their users — onboarding, activation, spend controls, and lifecycle
• Build and tune the activation and growth levers that drive adoption, usage, and retention of cards across partner programs
• Translate complex payments and stablecoin infrastructure into intuitive product surfaces
• Gather feedback directly from partners, distill it into sharp prioritization, and push the team toward the highest-leverage work
• Measure ruthlessly, iterate quickly, and set a bar others want to work to
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• 8-10 years of product management experience, with a track record of shipping products from zero-to-one through scale at a product-led company with a strong engineering culture and high bar for quality
• Exceptional product judgment and analytical rigor — you’re someone others describe as one of the sharpest PMs they’ve worked with, and you consistently raise the bar for the people around you
• A senior, autonomous operator who can define the problem, drive the plan, and own the outcome without needing close direction
• Strong technical fluency (APIs, payments systems, blockchain concepts) and the instinct to pull on technical threads yourself rather than defer to engineering
• Genuinely excited to live in the details — you believe product quality is won in the specifics and are energized by the work to get them right
• Excellent written and verbal communication; you can operate with sophisticated external partners and internal engineering teams with equal ease
• Proven ability to ship quickly, measure adoption, and iterate in a fast-moving environment
NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT MANDATORY
• Experience with card issuing, payments, or cross-border fintech products
• Exposure to stablecoins, crypto, or smart contract ecosystems
• Previous startup or hypergrowth environment experience

What you’ll be part of
Garner is on a mission to transform the U.S. healthcare system — and we’re the only proven player doing exactly that. We partner with employers to redesign how healthcare works: applying 550+ proprietary clinical metrics across 80+ specialties to a dataset of 320M+ patients to identify the best-performing doctors, then using compelling incentives to steer members to the care that helps them get healthier, faster.
The result is a rare “win win” — better care and lower costs for both members and employers. In just five years, our work has helped over 2.5 million people access higher-quality care and saved $1B in healthcare costs. We recently raised our Series E and have doubled five years running. If you've ever wanted your work to solve a problem that touches every person in this country, this is the opportunity to do exactly that. You'd be joining a team fundamentally reimagining healthcare in the U.S. — and using AI to scale that impact further and faster than anyone else can.
About the role:
We are looking for an engineer who can walk into messy, cross-functional workflows and turn them into clean, automated systems that scale. This role focuses on identifying high-friction operational processes across the company and replacing them with durable, API-driven automation. You will work across IT, Security, Engineering, and Business teams to reduce manual work, improve reliability, and build systems that scale with the company.
This is not a ticket-driven IT role. You will operate with a high degree of ownership, driving initiatives end-to-end from problem discovery through implementation and rollout. You will be part of the Business Technology - Corporate Engineering team and report to the Director of Business Technology.
Where you will work:
This role will be based in our New York City office (in the Financial District). You must be willing to work in the office 3 days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
What you will do:
Identify and automate high-impact operational workflows across onboarding, offboarding, access management, and service delivery
Replace manual, fragmented processes with scalable, API-driven systems
Build and maintain integrations across HRIS, identity providers, SaaS platforms, and cloud environments
Develop internal tools and automation using platforms like Retool, Okta Workflows, and custom scripts or services
Apply infrastructure-as-code to manage and version system configurations
Incorporate AI into workflows to improve efficiency in areas like ticket routing, knowledge retrieval, and decision support
Design and automate access and security workflows that enforce least-privilege and auditability
Own and drive cross-functional initiatives end-to-end, from problem definition through implementation and rollout
The ideal candidate has:
4–7+ years of experience in IT, platform engineering, automation, or similar roles
Strong scripting or programming ability in Python, Go, Node.js, PowerShell, or similar
Experience building API-driven automation across multiple systems
Ability to design and implement workflows that span multiple tools and teams
Experience with infrastructure-as-code such as Terraform or similar
A desire to be a part of a high-performing, mission-driven team that operates with intense urgency, a strong sense of individual accountability, and a commitment to authentic feedback
What will make you stand out:
Hands-on experience with identity and access systems (Okta, SSO, SCIM, RBAC), including implementation and ongoing management
Proven ability to build and scale internal tools using platforms like Retool or other low-/no-code solutions
Familiarity with security automation and orchestration (e.g., Tines), with an eye toward reducing manual effort and risk
Practical experience leveraging AI/LLMs to streamline and enhance operational workflows
Strong understanding of compliance and security standards (HIPAA, SOC 2, HITRUST) and how they shape systems and processes
Focused on driving meaningful outcomes
Able to identify root-cause, system-level issues and design durable solutions rather than quick fixes
Comfortable navigating cross-functional environments with competing priorities and constraints
Operates with urgency while building scalable, maintainable solutions
Defaults to automation and efficiency wherever possible
What you’ll get here
You’ll work on problems that matter, at a company working to change healthcare at scale. You’ll work at the intersection of AI and systemic healthcare reform, where the problems we solve are as interesting and compelling as the mission.
At Garner, you’ll take on real, ambitious problems with real ownership and autonomy, alongside exceptional, principles-based people who genuinely want you to win. It’s demanding by design. You’ll be challenged to stretch beyond what you thought possible and receive consistent coaching to help you grow and do the best work of your career. This isn't the right fit for everyone, and that's intentional. The people here are driven by what's at stake for real people, and that's what gives our intensity its purpose.
Technologies we use:
Okta, Okta Workflows, Retool, FreshService (ITSM), Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian (Confluence and Jira), MDM platforms (Jamf Pro, Kandji/Iru, Intune), Airtable, AWS and GCP, Terraform, Rippling (HRIS), SOAR (Tines), and AI-enabled operational tooling (Claude, Gemini, OpenAI)
This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing company in a transformative role, helping shape the future of healthcare.
Please note: we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
Compensation Transparency:
The target salary range for this position is $189,000 - $220,000. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including but not limited to: flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plan options, 401(k), Teladoc Health and more.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐ BUILD THE AI-NATIVE COMPANY, FOR REAL
Alan has spent 10 years developing a distinctive way of working: radical transparency, written culture, distributed decision-making, no managers, no meetings by default. This wasn't just philosophy. It was a deliberate architectural choice, and it made Alan one of the most productive companies in European tech.
Now, agentic AI empowers us to make it much more personalized. The principles that made Alan productive become the foundation for a much more ambitious journey: a company where AI agents handle organizational complexity, surface the right context instantly, and let every person focus on the work that matters.
As a Software Engineer on this team, you will:
- Build the AI-powered internal platform that every Alaner uses daily to navigate the company, find context, and take action.
- Design and ship intelligent agents that automate real organizational workflows: onboarding, knowledge retrieval, performance alignment, decision support.
- Push LLMs into production for structured reasoning, agentic task execution, and deep integration with internal tools.
- Define the primitives and abstractions of AI-native work, the patterns that scale across every team and every country Alan operates in.
- Replace generic tools (HRIS, performance reviews, IAM) with opinionated, Alan-native software that compounds with our culture.
- Build and scale our Identity & Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and user lifecycle across 25+ systems.
- Collaborate with product, design, security and leadership to turn Alan's cultural principles into software that amplifies them.
WHY THIS ROLE IS SPECIAL
- Alan's written, transparent, async culture generates an extraordinary volume of structured organizational knowledge. Most companies can't feed AI agents with high-quality internal data. Alan already can.
- The team is building a full AI-native operational layer from scratch, not adding copilots to legacy tools.
- Every Alaner uses what you ship, every day. The feedback loop between building and impact is immediate.
- The work sits at the frontier of applied AI: agents, retrieval-augmented generation, structured outputs, tool use, human-in-the-loop design.
- The ambition goes beyond Alan. The patterns you build here could define how high-performance companies operate in the AI era.
🛠 YOUR PLAYGROUND
- Stack: Python/Flask, React, PostgreSQL, plus deep integration with LLM APIs and internal AI infrastructure.
- What you'll do: design and ship AI-native tools that power how Alan works. automated workflows, organizational navigation, agentic assistants.
- Impact: your work shapes the daily experience of every Alaner and builds the playbook for the AI-native company.
👥 WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Software engineers with +5 years of experience, ideally with backend or full-stack experience.
- Genuinely excited about AI and eager to explore what LLMs, agents, and retrieval systems can do inside a real product.
- Comfortable building in fast-moving territory where the right abstractions don't exist yet.
- Well-versed in OOP languages (Python, Java, C#) and modern web technologies.
- Fluent in English (French is a plus but not required).
- Curious, self-starting, humble, collaborative, and eager to grow.
🙌 PERKS & BENEFITS
- Fair rewards & equity packages.
- Flexible office & remote options.
- Top-tier equipment: MacBook Pro, monitor, noise-canceling headphones.
- Flexible vacation & hours.
- Comprehensive healthcare for you, children, and partners.
- Transport support and coaching for personal growth.
- Training budget for conferences, courses, books.
- Extended parental leave for all parents.
🔄 RECRUITMENT NOTE
🌟 We hire people, not roles. Don't worry if you don't check every box. High potential and curiosity matter most. We may even suggest another team if we see a better fit.
