About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
We are seeking a Strategic Finance Lead to provide finance leadership for our accelerator investments. In this role, you will be a key partner to our compute teams, providing financial expertise and guidance to optimize our compute investments and drive strategic decision-making.
In this role, you’ll develop deep expertise in the economics of AI compute, from the unit economics of individual training runs to the long-range financial planning of our accelerator fleet. You’ll build financial models that inform Anthropic’s investment decisions, own planning and forecasting processes for major cost centers, and translate complex technical dynamics into clear financial narratives for leadership.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of finance and technology, and who is energized by building frameworks from scratch in a fast-moving environment.
Key responsibilities
Finance lead for cloud accelerator compute spend, including budgeting, monthly forecasting, variance analysis, and financial plan maintenance
Build and maintain detailed bottoms-up data-driven financial models for accelerator infrastructure, including long-range forecasts, cost driver analyses, and investment scenario modeling
Develop deep expertise in compute contracts, pricing structures, and cost drivers, and surface optimization opportunities across our infrastructure
Serve as subject matter expert for Anthropic’s overall compute capacity plan, owning source of truth and plan of record
Support the implementation and management of financial planning tools (e.g., Pigment), ensuring our models and processes scale with the organization
Analyze the economics of model training and research compute, including ROI across different dimensions like training run sizes, chip types, data, etc, and distill into actionable framework for capacity planning and deployment
Partner closely with engineering and research teams to understand how training and reinforcement learning processes scale, and translate those technical dynamics into financial frameworks
You may be a good fit if you have:
Exceptional analytical skills with an ability to synthesize data into compelling insights and develop complex financial operating models
Extraordinary problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to come up with new frameworks for assessing profitability and capital efficiency in a rapidly evolving industry
Attention to detail and patience for getting to the source of truth on complex and interconnected underlying financial and legal frameworks
Comfort working cross-functionally and are adept at communicating complex financial information to non-finance audiences
Proven track record of partnering with technical teams to drive financial optimization initiatives
Excitement about working collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt well to change
Possess a bias towards action, strong work ethic, and have experience driving operational outcomes under tight timelines
Strong relationship building, business judgment, process management, and communication skills
Are passionate about Anthropic's mission to build safe, transformative AI systems
Are passionate about the effective integration of AI tools to streamline manual finance workflows
Background in AI, ML, or high-performance, large-scale computing infrastructure, including data centers, cloud service providers, etc
Preferred qualifications
7+ years of experience in strategic finance, infrastructure investment, private equity, growth equity, consulting, or investment banking, preferably with infrastructure, datacenter, or technology infrastructure experience

Experience with chip architecture economics and optimization strategies
Proficiency with financial modeling tools and languages (SQL, Python, Excel)

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

WHO WE ARE
Help Scout started in 2011 with a simple premise: support software should treat customers like people, not tickets. 3+ billion conversations later, more than 10,000 companies use Help Scout to grow relationships with customers of all types, from clients to patients and beyond.
Now we’re in a new chapter: not only building AI that gives teams more space to focus on the customer experience, but also reimagining how we operate in an AI-native world. That means shipping and learning faster, without compromising on craft. Great work here carries a strong opinion and sweats the details, regardless of the tools we use to drive it.
We’ve been a fully remote team https://articles.helpscout.com/blog/remote-culture/ since day one, with 120+ teammates now all over the world. It’s a culture where you’ll be trusted to take ownership, stay curious, and raise the quality of work around you. It comes with clear expectations and a team that will push you to do some of the best work of your career.
If that kind of challenge gives you energy, we’d love to meet you.
Please note: For this role, we are only able to hire in the United States.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As the search landscape shifts and our market gets more crowded, Help Scout is investing more than ever in paid and performance marketing to accelerate signups, expand brand awareness, and diversify how we reach customers.
It's an exciting time to be here. We've got a best-in-market product story, strong creative assets, and stellar copywriting. What we need now is a strategic owner to take our performance marketing motion from early-stage to a durable growth engine that fuels our self-serve, product-led, and sales-assisted growth. You'll report to the VP of Marketing, setting and executing the strategy for how Help Scout invests in paid channels while building deep partnerships across Marketing, Sales, Product, Support, and company leadership.
In this role, you will:
- Own performance marketing strategy. Set the quarterly and long-term strategy for how paid, lifecycle, and conversion work together to hit the signups number, defining what's needed from each channel and building the plan B when something's off. You'll be the person leadership turns to for the full picture of paid performance.
- Move Help Scout upmarket. Own iteration of ad copy, creative, bidding strategy, and budget allocation across paid search and display, and set the bar for how we drive both our horizontal motion for volume and our vertical motion for larger deals.
- Build the business case for new channels. Identify and evaluate new channel investments, paid social, affiliate, direct mail, OOH, and drive alignment with leadership on where to place new bets and how to measure them.
- Partner on pipeline outcomes. Work closely with Sales and RevOps to connect paid spend to pipeline and revenue, not just top-of-funnel volume, and make sure channel investment decisions reflect what's actually converting downstream.
- Partner to grow organic and paid in harmony. Work with content, social, SEO, and AEO to make sure paid and organic acquisition reinforce each other rather than compete for the same ground.
- Represent Help Scout's performance marketing point of view. Bring an informed perspective on where the paid landscape is heading, and use that expertise to keep Help Scout ahead of a crowded, competitive market.
- Own our presence in AI-driven discovery. As search shifts toward AI overviews and LLM-based answers, you'll define how Help Scout shows up in that landscape alongside traditional paid and organic search.
- Shape the future of the function. This is currently an individual contributor role with agency support. You'll build the roadmap for what performance marketing needs to look like over the next 12-18 months, including where headcount should come in as the motion scales.
ABOUT YOU
- You have at least 7+ years in performance or growth marketing, including experience owning strategy for a B2B SaaS company.
- You have significant experience in paid/performance marketing, with a track record of owning strategy for B2B SaaS companies – not just executing campaigns.
- You're an expert across paid channels and know the search landscape and the benchmarks that matter (PPC, CPM, ROAS), and you can identify which channels and investments matter most for the business right now.
- You have a scrappy, results-driven mindset. You're comfortable working with ambiguity, a modest budget, and a lean marketing team, and you know how to out-creative the competition while also spending in the right way to drive results.
- You have strong analytical skills, with deep experience in tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and attribution platforms, and you know how to turn data into a clear recommendation for leadership.
- You know how to run rapid experimentation and adapt strategy based on what the data tells you – and you have a plan B ready before you need it.
- You use AI tools daily to improve your output, and you can point to specific examples where AI changed the speed, quality, or scale of what you delivered.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, know how to communicate and build relationships across a remote, async organization, and can present insights and strategy to senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Bonus: you have experience managing an agency and/or direct reports to execute a paid marketing strategy.

On our end, we utilize a platform called Brighthire as a notetaker and review tool to ensure a fair and transparent hiring process.

About Ondo
Capital markets are moving onchain. Ondo Finance is building the products and infrastructure that will bring them there.
We create institutional-grade, blockchain-enabled investment products and services, including tokenized treasuries, tokenized stocks and ETFs, and new trading experiences built for global, always-on markets. We are the category leader by AUM, well-capitalized, and backed by investors including Founders Fund, Coinbase Ventures, Pantera Capital, and Tiger Global.
The underlying financial infrastructure is complex. We believe the product experience should not be.
About the Web team
The Web team builds the product layer that makes Ondo's financial infrastructure accessible. We own the experiences through which users onboard, establish eligibility, move money, mint and redeem Ondo Stocks, manage portfolios, and use products across multiple blockchains.
We are a small team of exceptional engineers with broad ownership and a high bar for craft, judgment, and execution. We turn complexity across compliance systems, backend services, smart contracts, and external partners into products that feel clear and dependable.
Engineering on this team is distinguished by:
Product taste.
We simplify complex financial workflows without hiding the details that matter.
End-to-end ownership.
Engineers shape, build, launch, and improve the product.
Speed with confidence.
We scope sharply, move quickly, and hold a high quality bar.
Security and correctness.
Access control, auditability, privacy, and failure behavior are design constraints from the start.
High agency and low ego.
We act without waiting, invite direct critique, and make the team better.
About the role
As a Full-Stack Engineer focused on Growth, you will design the foundations of how users discover, understand, adopt, and return to Ondo's products. You will own the systems and product experiences that turn user insight into measurable growth across acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.
Your scope spans the full growth loop—from public websites and user-facing product journeys to experimentation, analytics, content systems, backend workflows, and third-party platforms. You will set technical direction, define the measurement foundations, and evolve these systems as our products, markets, and scale change.
This is a foundational ownership role for a senior engineer. You will turn ambiguous growth opportunities into clear hypotheses, durable architecture, and polished product experiences. You will partner closely with Product, Design, Marketing, Data, and Engineering while owning the judgment: where friction matters, what to build, how to measure it, and when the evidence calls for a different direction.
The goal is not experiment volume. It is to understand users better than anyone else and turn that understanding into durable product improvements and measurable business impact.
What you'll do
Own the growth engineering strategy across discovery, acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention—from identifying the highest-leverage opportunities through technical design, launch, measurement, and iteration.
Design and evolve the foundations for experimentation, event instrumentation, attribution, funnel analysis, content, and lifecycle experiences so the team can move quickly and trust what it learns.
Build polished user-facing experiences and the backend systems, data models, APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations behind them.
Work directly with users and product data to identify friction, form clear hypotheses, and make disciplined product and technical bets.
Turn validated learning into durable product capabilities and measurable business impact—not one-off experiments.
Partner with Product, Design, Marketing, and Data to lead launches, localization, and new ways to grow adoption across Ondo's products.
Improve organic discovery and conversion through technical SEO and AEO, performance, structured content, and clear user journeys.
Raise the level of the team through clear writing, thoughtful code review, strong operational ownership, and effective use of modern AI engineering tools.
What you bring
4+ years of experience building and operating production full-stack applications with React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
Experience driving measurable acquisition, activation, engagement, or retention outcomes through growth engineering, product-led growth, consumer product, ecommerce, or similarly data-informed product work.
Experience building and operating serverless systems on AWS, including Lambda and adjacent services such as API Gateway, EventBridge, or SQS.
Strong experience using BigQuery and product analytics data to model funnels, investigate user behavior, and measure product and business impact.
Strong fundamentals in API and data-model design, relational databases, event-driven systems, event instrumentation, experimentation, testing, and observability.
A record of owning product work end to end—not only implementing experiments or specifications handed to you.
Product taste: you can find the simplest experience that solves the user's problem without ignoring the complexity or edge cases underneath it.
Data fluency and intellectual honesty. You can define useful metrics, distinguish signal from noise, and change direction when the evidence challenges your hypothesis.
The ability to communicate clearly, learn unfamiliar domains quickly, and create alignment across engineering, product, design, marketing, and data partners.
High agency and low ego. You move important work forward, invite strong critique, and care more about the outcome than whose idea wins.
Preferred qualifications
Experience building fintech, trading, crypto-native, or other high-consideration products where earning user trust is essential.
Experience with lifecycle marketing, CRM, CMS, experimentation, localization, or analytics platforms.
Familiarity with AEO, structured content, international SEO, and growth across multiple regions or languages.
Experience applying AI to prototyping, personalization, analytics, content operations, or other growth workflows.
We do not expect every strong candidate to arrive with deep crypto or every growth specialty listed above. We do expect curiosity, strong product and engineering fundamentals, and the ability to turn learning into shipped improvements quickly.
What we offer
Challenging, high-impact work helping define how a global audience discovers and adopts a new category of financial products.
Competitive compensation including salary, future token rights, and/or equity, according to your preferences.
Full medical, vision, and dental benefits, plus a flexible vacation policy.
A remote-first environment with meaningful autonomy and influence over product and technical direction.
Exceptional colleagues from Goldman Sachs, BlackRock, Two Sigma, Bridgewater, SpaceX, AWS, Meta, Google, McKinsey, Coinbase, Circle, and Uniswap.
Backing from leading crypto experts and investors, including Pantera Capital, Founders Fund, and Coinbase Ventures.

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.
Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.
Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact.
During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the Role
dbt Fusion is building the next generation of data execution and connectivity infrastructure, enabling dbt workloads to run efficiently across diverse compute engines and data platforms. As a Senior Engineer on the Fusion Adapters and Connectivity team, you’ll design and ship core abstractions powering how dbt communicates with execution systems — leveraging Rust, Go, Arrow, and emerging open standards. This is a rare opportunity to work at the intersection of systems programming, database internals, and high-visibility open-source development. Your work will shape a foundational platform leveraged across the dbt ecosystem and the broader data community.
What You’ll Do
Design, build, and maintain Rust-first connectivity layers, execution APIs, and adapter scaffolding.
Partner with teams building the dbt compiler, semantic layer, and runtime to evolve adapter interfaces and system boundaries.
Contribute to Arrow/ADBC and other open-source specifications or implementations, strengthening the data ecosystem.
Own CI, testing frameworks, profiling, error reporting surfaces, and release readiness for Fusion adapters.
Debug complex interoperability and performance issues across drivers, engines, and compute domains.
Collaborate with internal and community maintainers to review PRs, write RFCs, and evolve public code architectures.
Mentor engineers on systems best practices and contribute to shared patterns around resilience, debuggability, and API clarity.
Skills We’re Looking For
Strong programming background in Rust, Go, C++ or similar performance-oriented languages.
Experience designing or maintaining SDKs, libraries, connectors, or compute/data integration codebases.
Exposure to data warehouses, query engines, Arrow/columnar ecosystems, or execution runtimes.
A desire to build foundational platform components that other teams and community members rely on.
Comfort working in public code review loops, async-first communication, and collaborative RFC processes.
A mindset grounded in debuggability, reliability, and ownership in ambiguous problem spaces.
You’ll have an edge if you have:
Contributed to or interacted with Arrow, ADBC, DuckDB, Presto, DataFusion, Spark, ClickHouse, or similar engines.
Experience shaping adapter/plugin standards, driver contracts, or architectural interfaces used by others.
Familiarity with Rust async ecosystems (tokio, tower, tracing) or Go concurrency practices.
Prior OSS governance experience — triaging issues, reviewing PRs, or working with community maintainers.
An interest in building developer-experience layers or scaffolding frameworks for adapter authors.
Qualifications:
6+ years experience in software engineering, with strong systems-level skills.
2+ years working in open-source, SDK, runtime, or low-level integration environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / related field or equivalent experience through industry OSS contributions.

You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
At Wolt, we’re building the future of retail — and our Enterprise Supermarkets team plays a critical role in shaping how the largest retail chains operate and grow on our platform.
We are looking for a Retail Development Specialist to join a senior team managing Wolt’s most strategic supermarket partnerships in Israel. This is not a traditional sales role — it is a highly operational, analytical, and partner-facing position focused on driving performance, improving processes, and leading strategic retail partnerships end-to-end.
In this role, you will manage a portfolio of 3–4 enterprise supermarket partners, acting as the main business owner for each account. You will work closely with store teams, operational stakeholders, and senior HQ management to improve performance, solve operational challenges, and drive sustainable growth across the partnership.
What you’ll be doing
In this role, you will manage a portfolio of 3–4 enterprise supermarket partners, acting as the main business owner for each account. You will work closely with store teams, operational stakeholders, and senior HQ management to improve performance, solve operational challenges, and drive sustainable growth across the partnership.
Day-to-day in this role you’ll:
Own the end-to-end management and development of strategic enterprise supermarket accounts on Wolt.
Analyze business and operational performance to identify growth opportunities, bottlenecks, and operational inefficiencies.
Lead proactive operational improvement initiatives with field stakeholders such as pickers, store managers, and operations teams, focusing on topics like picking times, rejection reasons, availability, and fulfillment quality.
Conduct trainings and onboard partners on Wolt’s operational tools, workflows, and advanced platform capabilities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders at partner headquarters, including leading quarterly business reviews and strategic discussions.
Drive commercial and marketing initiatives together with partners, including campaigns, assortment optimization, storefront visibility, and growth opportunities.
Handle complex escalations and coordinate cross-functional problem solving, including cases involving technical or operational issues.
Conduct regular visits to supermarket branches across Israel to support operational excellence and partner success.
Monitor KPIs and performance metrics using BI and analytics tools, translating data into actionable business insights.
Our humble expectations
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive professional with strong analytical capabilities and experience in managing senior stakeholders for our most strategic supermarket partners.
4+ years of experience in Enterprise/B2B Account Management, Retail Operations, Customer Success, Consulting, or similar partner-facing operational roles.
Proven experience managing complex enterprise accounts and working with senior stakeholders.
Strong analytical capabilities and hands-on experience working with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
Advanced Excel skills — ability to analyze data, identify trends, and drive decisions independently.
Experience leading operational improvement initiatives and managing multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence both field teams and senior management.
Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field — mandatory.
Fluent in Hebrew and English.

A unique opportunity to join one of Europe’s fastest-growing tech companies and shape the future of retail.
Exposure to strategic enterprise partnerships and large-scale retail operations.
A highly impactful role with ownership, autonomy, and visibility across the organization.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Notion is rebuilding its go-to-market motion around a workflow-first, builder-led model—and the BDR is at the front of it. As a Business Development Rep, you'll be the force that turns the right accounts into the right conversations. You'll partner closely with Solutions Consultants to identify and target companies that are ready to rethink how they work—and your job is to get them in the room. This isn't generic pipeline work: you're qualifying for workflow-first, build-ready opportunities that set SCs up to win. If you're competitive, curious, and energised by outbound that actually means something, this is the role for you.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE
- Generate qualified, workflow-first pipeline by identifying and targeting high-potential accounts in your assigned book, partnering with your sellers on account and outbound strategy
- Run multi-channel outbound campaigns—email, phone, LinkedIn, and events—to create urgency and secure first meetings with the right decision-makers
- Conduct initial qualification to ensure meetings handed to sellers are "ready to build," not just "ready to talk"—validating ICP, intent, and workflow fit before the handoff
- Document and deliver clean handoff packets in Salesforce with ICP signals, pain points, workflow hypothesis, and stakeholder context so sellers can hit the ground running
- Leverage GTM System tooling and intent data to sharpen targeting, prioritize accounts by signal strength, and increase the quality and consistency of your outbound motion
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING
- Business fluency in English
- Proven track record in outbound pipeline generation, with hands-on experience in cold prospecting across phone, email, and social channels
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling, persona-specific outreach that earns a response
- Sharp qualification instincts—able to quickly assess ICP fit, identify urgency, and set solutions consultants up for high-quality first conversations
- Passion for AI/ML and understanding of API-first or consumption-based business models
- High-activity mindset with the discipline to prioritise based on signal and data, not just volume
- You don't need to be an AI expert, but you're curious and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, or similar GTM tooling
- Familiarity with Notion as a product or prior experience selling productivity, collaboration, or workflow software
- Background in a high-velocity, metric-driven outbound environment with clear pipeline targets

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY & ACCOMMODATIONS
We hire talented people from a wide range of backgrounds. If you’re excited about this role but don’t meet every bullet, we still encourage you to apply.
