What you’ll be part of
Garner is on a mission to transform the U.S. healthcare system — and we’re the only proven player doing exactly that. We partner with employers to redesign how healthcare works: applying 550+ proprietary clinical metrics across 80+ specialties to a dataset of 320M+ patients to identify the best-performing doctors, then using compelling incentives to steer members to the care that helps them get healthier, faster.
The result is a rare “win win” — better care and lower costs for both members and employers. In just five years, our work has helped over 2.5 million people access higher-quality care and saved $1B in healthcare costs. We recently raised our Series E and have doubled five years running. If you've ever wanted your work to solve a problem that touches every person in this country, this is the opportunity to do exactly that. You'd be joining a team fundamentally reimagining healthcare in the U.S. — and using AI to scale that impact further and faster than anyone else can.
About the role:
Financial Incentives (FIN) is where Garner's promise becomes real for a member: the moment they are paid back for choosing better care. Behind that simple experience sits one of the hardest problems in the company. FIN ingests claims and eligibility feeds from third-party administrators, adjudicates them against benefit rules, accumulates member benefit, and moves real funds through payments and treasury. It does this under heavy and growing load, carrying PHI and PII, at the point where high-volume data from outside partners first enters Garner. When FIN is right, members are paid accurately and on time. When it is wrong, the failure is financial and visible.
We are hiring a Director to lead FIN Engineering, accountable for the full function (ingestion, eligibility, adjudication, accumulation, and payments/treasury): its correctness, reliability, security, and the pace at which it improves. You will lead a large, multi-team function, own its multi-year roadmap, and contribute to company-wide planning. The role is hands-on-keys: you will stay close to the code, the designs, and the incidents to hold a real technical opinion, and set an engineering quality bar the rest of the department measures itself against.
You will report to the CTO and lead a group of Engineering Managers and senior individual contributors across FIN's value streams.
Where you will work:
This role will be based in our New York City office (in the Financial District). You must be willing to work in the office 3 days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
What you will do:
Own the outcomes, ingestion through payment.
Define what "correct" means for adjudication and money movement, and be accountable for adjudication accuracy, payment timeliness, ledger reconciliation, ingestion SLAs, and the roadmap that moves them.
Set the bar and the pace.
Establish the validation standards and definition of "done" the function ships against and hold the line under delivery pressure, running a performance culture on evidence: highest-value work first, manual toil automated away, engineers accountable for outcomes.
Stay close to the work.
Join the hard design reviews, read the code, dig into incidents, and hold defensible technical positions on adjudication logic, event contracts, data modeling, and money movement.
Make agent-first the default.
Make AI-native engineering how FIN works, not a side experiment: build the harnesses, validation frameworks, and Claude Skills that let squads ship faster and safer, and mature the org from assisted toward autonomous with real guardrails.
Own the technical direction.
Guide the backend toward event-contract boundaries that let teams ship independently and scale to tens of millions of claims, with the fault tolerance a pipeline that cannot drop or double-pay a claim demands, and own the security and data-integrity posture at the edge where partner data enters and funds leave: validate, quarantine, and reconcile rather than assume the inputs are clean.
Build and grow the team.
Hire, level, and develop Engineering Managers and senior ICs, own interviewer calibration, and design the org's structure and decision rights so ownership is clear.
Translate across the business.
Partner with the CTO, Product, Finance, Operations, and payment partners to turn business needs into technical plans and communicate risk and tradeoffs in terms leaders can act on.
The ideal candidate has:
10+ years building and operating high-scale, high-reliability backend systems, ideally ones that process large data volumes and/or move money.
5+ years leading engineering teams, including managing managers, in a high-accountability, high-urgency environment.
Technical credibility at scale: you can reason through a design doc, a schema, or an incident timeline and write the validation criteria that catch failure.
An opinionated point of view on agent-first / AI-native engineering: not just that teams should use AI, but how to make it the default operating model and mature it safely from assisted toward autonomous.
Experience with the demands of sensitive data (regulated PHI/PII/financial data, unvalidated third-party inputs, encryption, access, audit) and an instinct for reconciliation-first design.
Fluency in distributed systems and modern cloud: event-driven architecture, idempotency, fault tolerance, backpressure, and data consistency under load, plus AWS and API design.
An ownership mindset: you move problems to resolution without being asked and optimize relentlessly for member and business impact.
A desire to be a part of a high-performing, mission-driven team that operates with intense urgency, a strong sense of individual accountability, and a commitment to authentic feedback
What you'll get here:
You’ll work on problems that matter, at a company working to change healthcare at scale. You’ll work at the intersection of AI and systemic healthcare reform, where the problems we solve are as interesting and compelling as the mission.
At Garner, you’ll take on real, ambitious problems with real ownership and autonomy, alongside exceptional, principles-based people who genuinely want you to win. It’s demanding by design. You’ll be challenged to stretch beyond what you thought possible and receive consistent coaching to help you grow and do the best work of your career. This isn't the right fit for everyone, and that's intentional. The people here are driven by what's at stake for real people, and that's what gives our intensity its purpose.
Technologies we use:
Python, TypeScript, React, NodeJS, Kubernetes, Istio, Postgres, ElasticSearch, NATS, AWS, Terraform
This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing company in a transformative role, helping shape the future of healthcare.
Compensation Transparency:
The target salary range for this position is $395,000 - $414,000 inclusive of bonus. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including but not limited to: flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plan options, 401(k), Teladoc Health and more.

We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
*Titles posted to our careers page are updated regularly to best advertise the role and expected seniority, but internally we have a flat titling system with two types of titles: one for individual contributors and one for people managers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
*Preferable to have someone near one of our offices in NYC or San Francisco, but open to hiring around the world for the right candidate.
Runway Enterprise is a complete solution for enterprises, offering out-of-the-box creative tools, a generative media developer platform, model licensing, and forward-deployed creatives and researchers that embed directly within enterprises.
We're hiring an Enterprise product marketing leader for Runway Enterprise, leading the segment and developing priority verticals including Media, Retail/eCommerce, Software, and more.
This is not a purely positioning or “launch” role. You'll own the success of the enterprise segment, partnering closely with the sales & enablement team, enterprise marketing & growth. You’ll lead the development of Runway’s overall enterprise messaging and positioning and create tailored, vertical-specific messages and value propositions, built from your first-hand experiences engaging directly with Runway’s customers.
This is a builder's role. You'll be defining the discipline, working shoulder-to-shoulder with sales, product, creative, marketing and growth; you'll be measured on the growth of the business (not just on assets shipped or messaging consistency).
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the Enterprise segment. Define Runway audiences in the enterprise: who they are, the jobs they hire Runway for, how they differ across verticals. Ground audiences in hands on customer research, win/loss details, and usage analysis. Turn these insights into a point of view that product and leadership actually build against.
- Own positioning and messaging for enterprise & vertical solutions. Define how Runway is positioned across its audiences, with tight value propositions and proof points for key verticals. You’ll make the story sharp, consistent, and reflective of Runway's ambitious brand, and make sure a professional buyer recognizes themselves in it.
- Drive acquisition and conversion, not just awareness. Partner with growth to move the funnel that matters for this segment: acquisition channels and targeting that find more customers within our ICPs. You're comfortable owning metrics and running experiments, not just producing the narrative around them.
- Drive competitive intelligence and response. Track and deeply understand the key players across the AI creative tools market. Turn your market understanding into a living point of view on where we win, where we're exposed, and how we respond, and make it legible to product and leadership.
- Partner on enablement. Partner with the sales enablement team to develop assets that drive confidence in Runway’s customers and sellers alike.
- Player & coach. You’ll operate hands on as the direct owner of Enterprise and Solutions Marketing; opportunity to lead and manage a team of PMMs for candidates of the right seniority.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 8+ years in product marketing, including time leading PMM for a winning enterprise product at meaningful scale. You’ll bring a track record of work that moved business metrics and grew new verticals (not just launches & messaging that you shipped).
- Core & Vertical expertise. You’re comfortable leading product positioning exercises at the executive level. You come with a proven track record of industry/vertical product marketing, including defining, developing, and launching new verticals.
- Exceptional positioning and narrative craft. You can take research concepts and technical products and make them land for a discerning, professional audience. You create sharp positioning, ad creative, and launch stories (and you can write them yourself).
- You thrive in an environment with rapid pace and a high accountability culture. You move very fast, make decisions with incomplete information, and instinctively gravitate toward shipping today (not writing docs for tomorrow).
- Sharp competitive instincts. You track markets closely, form a real point of view on where to win, and translate it into product and messaging decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication. You confidently assess the state of the business, call out challenges, and articulate your plans to solve them.
- (Bonus) Pricing and packaging experience. You've shaped how a product is packaged and priced across individual and team/enterprise tiers, and you understand the tradeoffs a self-serve-to-enterprise motion creates.
- (Bonus) PLG. You've led product marketing efforts in a growth stage company with both PLG & Sales Led motions.
Runway strives to recruit and retain exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds while ensuring pay equity for our team. Our salary ranges are based on competitive market rates for our size, stage and industry, and salary is just one part of the overall compensation package we provide.
There are many factors that go into salary determinations, including relevant experience, skill level and qualifications assessed during the interview process, and maintaining internal equity with peers on the team. The range shared below is a general expectation for the function as posted, but we are also open to considering candidates who may be more or less experienced than outlined in the job description. In this case, we will communicate any updates in the expected salary range.
Lastly, the provided range is the expected salary for candidates in the U.S. Outside of those regions, there may be a change in the range, which again, will be communicated to candidates.

Who we are
Our mission is to bring clarity and control to the world's most complex codebases. AI is accelerating code creation, but the infrastructure to understand, oversee, and evolve that code hasn't kept pace. Sourcegraph gives engineering organizations full visibility across their systems, precise context for their agents, and the ability to execute coordinated code changes at scale. As agentic development becomes the dominant engineering paradigm, we provide the context layer teams need to take control of their codebase.
With Code Search, Deep Search, MCP, and Agentic Batch Changes, we deliver on that mission today - giving engineering teams and their AI tools the cross-repo context to navigate massive codebases with confidence, and the ability to make changes across hundreds of repositories at once.
Companies like Stripe, Reddit, and Leidos rely on Sourcegraph to ship faster and with higher quality. We're backed by a16z, Sequoia, and Redpoint, and proud to operate as a globally distributed team that values high agency, direct communication, and customer love.
If you want to build the infrastructure that lets every engineering team - and every agent they deploy - operate on their codebase with confidence, join us.

Why this job is exciting
Source code is at the heart of Sourcegraph. We support multiple code hosts and retrieve, store, index, and serve source code - to end users, admins, and other internal services.
This role gives you the opportunity to solve complex, challenging, and highly technical problems for our customers, both internally and externally, help unleash the potential and productivity of our Engineering teams, and delight our customers with industry-leading quality software.
The Platform team primarily focuses on building a fully managed platform for using Sourcegraph, Sourcegraph Cloud, our SaaS offering. As a member of the Platform team, you will work closely with both external customers and internal stakeholders to meet their needs. You will:
Develop inter-cloud connectivity solutions to support enterprise customers from highly regulated industries to use Sourcegraph Cloud.
Build a control plane to orchestrate a fleet of single-tenant Sourcegraph Cloud instances.
Expose complex infrastructure as API to support internal customers to iterate faster.

About you
You bring a product mindset in balancing architectural flexibility and philosophy with meeting immediate customer demand. You are an experienced software engineer who seeks to solve problems by writing code rather than through one-off operations. You are passionate about user experience and self-service. You balance maintaining and designing high-impact systems with a pragmatic understanding of how to make appropriate tradeoffs (e.g., cut scope, low-tech vs. custom complex solutions) to ship quickly and iterate when necessary.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Go, or other strongly typed languages.
Knowledge in one of the public cloud platform providers (GCP, AWS, Azure)

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As a Staff Engineer on the Datacenter Server Lifecycle team, you will own the end-to-end operational journey of every machine in our datacenters – from initial provisioning and deployment, steady-state operation, maintenance, and repair.
This is greenfield work: you will help define the services, tooling, standards and processes that govern how we operate critical hardware at scale, powering frontier model development and serving. You will have the opportunity to define AI-native workflows for datacenter operations and to help drive innovations on efficiency, performance, and reliability.
A distinguishing aspect of this role is its deep intersection with security. The machines in our datacenter handle some of the most sensitive workloads in AI – training frontier models and serving millions of users interacting with Claude. Ensuring that every machine in the fleet is trusted, attested, and operating with a verified chain of integrity from the hardware up is a core part of the job, not an afterthought. You will partner closely with our Infrastructure Security team to define and enforce trusted compute standards across the lifecycle, from secure provisioning through end-of-life handling.
Key responsibilities
Build automation to support datacenter fleets at scale.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We're looking for an exceptional marketing leader to drive Notion’s growth across EMEA— the team responsible for both the fuel that powers our regional go-to-market and the engine that converts it into pipeline and revenue. You'll lead a multi-disciplinary group of marketers across digital, demand, content, and campaigns, and you'll own the end-to-end system that turns regional narratives into measurable growth across markets.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Lead and develop a high-performing team
- Manage and grow a cross-functional team of marketers spanning digital, demand generation, content strategy, and campaign execution. Foster a culture of craft, speed, and accountability.
- Own the EMEA content and campaign narrative
- Develop messaging houses grounded in real customer problems, use cases, and outcomes. Build modular, deployable content bills of materials (BOMs) — stories, assets, templates, talk tracks, proof points, and examples — that travel across channels and markets.
- Lead regional demand generation
- Leadership over the EMEA demand engine—across self serve and sales assist audiences, with repeatable programmes that have clear positioning, modular assets, and measurement plans that connect directly to pipeline and revenue.
- Orchestrate market launches and flagship campaigns
- Translate global narratives into market-ready messaging, toolkits, and channel plans. Lead the content and toolkit workstream for product launches and flagship regional campaigns. Keep cross-functional plans, assets, and timelines aligned and deployable across EMEA.
- Enable the wider regional team
- Partner with Country Marketing, Storytelling, Sales, and global Product Marketing to ensure consistent storytelling, proof points, and talk tracks across every market and channel. Your team's output is what others build from.
- Scale with AI
- Build and apply AI-driven workflows to accelerate research, drafting, localisation, and asset iteration at speed — without sacrificing accuracy or customer relevance. Model this capability for the broader team.
- Measure and sharpen
- Use funnel insights — engagement data, customer feedback, and business metrics — to continuously refine messaging, content, and programmes. Report on what's working and make the case for change when it isn't.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- 12+ years in B2B marketing — with meaningful time owning both content/narrative and demand generation in a high-growth or enterprise SaaS environment.
- Proven people leadership — experience building, managing, and developing multi-disciplinary marketing teams. You know how to hire for craft and lead through ambiguity.
- Narrative and content mastery — you can write a compelling messaging house, build a scalable toolkit, and coach others to do the same. Customer empathy is instinctive, not a checklist item.
- Demand generation depth — hands-on experience running and optimising paid, email, webinar, and outbound programmes, with a strong grasp of funnel metrics and revenue attribution.
- AI fluency — you actively use AI tools to accelerate your work and can design workflows for your team to do the same. Not a curiosity — an active working practice.
- EMEA market knowledge — experience running multi-market programmes across EMEA with an understanding of localisation needs, cultural nuance, and go-to-market variation across the region.
- Cross-functional influence — able to align and work effectively across global and regional stakeholders in Sales, Product Marketing, Comms, and Country teams — without always having formal authority.
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role's scope and complexity, and the candidate's experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. The estimated range for total on target earnings (including base salary and on target incentive pay) for this role is €140,000 - €165,000 per year.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Notion user: you're comfortable and familiar with Notion's value to businesses
- Business level proficiency in French or German
- Experience with freemium business models

Are you ready to join our digital revolution journey?
At Aleph, we’re not just part of the digital advertising landscape—we’re shaping its future. Representing the world’s leading platforms, including TikTok, Amazon, Google, and nearly 55 others, we operate in 130+ markets across new and existing geographies.
Our mission is to empower advertisers and brands to unlock the full potential of these platforms' advertising capabilities. By fostering long-lasting partnerships, we create limitless opportunities for people and businesses to advertise effectively at both local and global levels.
With a presence spanning continents, Aleph offers you the chance to be part of a fast-growing, innovative team where your work makes a direct impact. If you’re ambitious, forward-thinking, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, global environment, Aleph is the perfect place to build your career.
About The Role:
We're an advertising company that lives or dies by how well we connect to the outside world. We integrate with the major social and ad platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snap, and more) and wire them into our internal systems for billing and reporting. Data moves constantly and in both directions, at scale, and a meaningful part of our estate is legacy. You'll own the technical direction that keeps all of this coherent, resilient, and evolvable — and you'll stay close enough to the code to prove it.
This is the top of our individual-contributor ladder. You won't have direct reports; your leverage comes from setting direction, building the hard parts yourself, writing the decisions down, and getting engineers and leadership to build behind them. This is not a role that only draws diagrams — you'll ship production code on the riskiest paths, cut the spike that de-risks a migration, and go deep in the incidents nobody else can crack. We work across PHP, Go, Python, TypeScript, and JavaScript; PHP and Go are both first-class and here to stay, and the right tool for a problem can land in either. You'll be the person who decides where new capability lands, how legacy gets retired, and how we absorb the constant churn of third-party APIs without breaking delivery.
What You'll Own:
The integration architecture for ingesting from and pushing to external ad/social platforms — versioning, rate limits, backfills, idempotency, webhooks, and graceful degradation when a partner API changes underneath us.
The data architecture for information flowing between platforms and internal systems: pipelines, reconciliation, contracts between services, and the path from operational data to reporting.
A pragmatic strategy for modernizing the legacy estate — strangler-fig migrations, clear service boundaries, and sound judgement about which language and pattern fit each problem — carried far enough into code that teams can follow the pattern.
The engineering bar for integration and data work: the reference implementations, patterns, and standards the org builds against, ratified through the technical committee.
What You'll Do:
Set the technical direction for new products and major changes, and stay the technical decision-maker through build and post-launch — with the authority to course-correct when implementation drifts, and the habit of being in the codebase to catch the drift early.
Build the hard parts yourself.
Write production code on the riskiest, highest-leverage paths; prototype the uncertain approach to turn an argument into evidence; build the reference implementation others extend.
Turn intangible trade-offs — partner API risk, team capability, long-term scalability, cost of change — into clear, written decisions (ADRs) that leadership and the technical committee can sign off on.
Define service and data contracts, integration patterns, and resilience strategies that survive third-party API deprecations and outages.
Go deep when it breaks: lead diagnosis on the gnarliest production incidents and performance regressions, and land the fix and the systemic follow-up.
Identify the infrastructure (compute, data, messaging, observability) needed to meet current and near-future goals.
Raise the bar through others:
mentor engineers and tech leads, set the standard in code review, and drive cross-functional decisions across engineering, product, security, and operations — through influence, not line management.
Evaluate third-party and vendor solutions against our integration and data requirements.
Monitor systems against performance and business benchmarks and escalate with concrete recommendations.
What We're Looking For:
Substantial experience as a staff/principal engineer (or equivalent) on
integration-heavy, data-heavy systems
— ideally where you didn't control the external APIs.
Still hands-on.
You lead by building, and you're demonstrably strong in production code, not only in design.
Depth in at least one of
PHP, Go, or Python
, and comfort across a polyglot estate (TS/JS on the front).
A track record of
modernising legacy systems incrementally
without halting delivery.
Fluency in integration and data patterns: idempotency, eventual consistency, rate limiting, queuing, backfills/reconciliation, API versioning.
A history of
driving technical decisions through influence rather than authority
— getting senior leadership and peer engineers to commit to a direction, and backing it with working code.
Nice To Have:
Experience with ad/martech platform APIs (Meta Marketing, Google Ads, TikTok, etc.).
Data warehouse / analytics pipeline experience (e.g. BigQuery).
Multi-region, multi-currency, or high-volume billing/reconciliation backgrounds.

Why Sony Interactive Entertainment?
Sony Interactive Entertainment isn’t just the Best Place to Play — it’s also the Best Place to Work. Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) is the company behind the PlayStation brand. As a subsidiary of Sony Group Corporation, we’re part of a proud legacy of innovation and excellence. SIE is a dynamic technology company, delivering cutting-edge hardware and network services to more than 100 million people and an entertainment leader, home to some of the most beloved and recognizable intellectual properties (IP) in the world. Our role at SIE is to create and nurture the experiences under the PlayStation brand, a name synonymous with entertainment excellence and creativity.
Department overview:
At PlayStation, Data Science plays a critical role in shaping how we invest in, retain, and delight our global player base. The
CLV team
focuses on understanding player behaviour and driving more effective engagement across the player lifecycle — from acquisition and onboarding through to retention, monetisation, and long-term value.
As a
Data Scientist
, you will develop models and insights that help drive more personalised player experiences and inform commercial and product decisions at scale. You will work in cross-functional teams to translate player behaviour into actionable strategies that drive measurable improvements in player engagement and value.
This role is ideal for an individual who is comfortable owning problems end-to-end — from framing and modelling through to delivering impact — and partnering with stakeholders to support data-informed decision-making.
What you’ll be doing:
Own the development and delivery of machine learning models for use cases such as churn prediction, purchase propensity, store recommendations, customer lifetime value.
Translate business problems into modelling approaches, selecting appropriate methods and features to deliver measurable impact.
Work with large-scale behavioural and transactional data to uncover patterns and opportunities for player growth and engagement.
Collaborate within cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and commercial stakeholders, to ensure solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with business needs.
Partner with stakeholders across commercial, finance, and lifecycle teams to support decision-making with data-driven insights.
Clearly communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Develop and expand your understanding of more advanced modelling approaches (e.g. deep learning and sequence-based methods) as part of solving increasingly complex problems.
What we are looking for:
You're curious, analytical, and a strong problem-solver, with a structured approach to tackling business problems. You bring strong foundations in modelling and data manipulation, and are motivated by applying these to impactful, commercial problems.
Experience building predictive models (e.g. churn, propensity, segmentation, or value modelling) in a commercial setting.
Ability to independently take a problem from definition through to solution and delivery, demonstrating initiative and ownership.
Proficiency in Python and SQL, and familiarity with common data science and ML libraries.
Solid understanding of machine learning techniques (e.g. regression, tree-based models, clustering) and when to apply them, including how to refine and tune them for real-world problems.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to clearly articulate insights and work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
Awareness of modern machine learning approaches (e.g. embeddings, sequence models, deep learning) and interest in applying them to real-world problems.
Experience working with large datasets to generate actionable insights.
A strong academic background, typically a Master’s or Ph.D. in a quantitative or technical field (e.g. Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science).
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with production environments, MLOps, or data pipelines.
Experience working with large-scale data using PySpark or equivalent distributed data processing tools.
Experience in gaming, e-commerce, or subscription-based products.
Benefits:
Discretionary bonus opportunity
Private Medical Insurance
Dental Scheme
25 days holiday per year
On Site Gym
Subsidised Café
Free soft drinks
On site bar
Access to cycle garage and showers

We also offer private, useful, and optional AI, including Duck.ai https://duck.ai/, which lets you chat privately with ChatGPT, Claude, and other AIs, all in one place.
Our culture https://duckduckgo.com/how-we-work of trust, inclusivity, and empowered project management underpins everything we do, where each team member takes full ownership of their projects, from scoping and execution to postmortem. If you're seeking end-to-end ownership of your work, you've come to the right place!
YOUR TEAM AND ROLE
Working on the Marketing & Communications Functional Team, you'll drive profitable acquisition of paid subscribers and work on related projects that aim to help millions of people take back control of their personal information.
Recent projects include:
- Supporting strategy and planning for new paid advertising initiatives to profitably scale subscriptions
- Launching new ad channel tests and measuring incremental lift
- Executing in-market tests for new creative and messaging following a brand refresh
As a Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you'll manage high priority marketing campaigns, including planning, hands-on execution, testing, optimization, and analysis to optimize spend and drive profitable paid subscriber growth. This role will help create and execute a new marketing program for paid subscriptions. You'll deliver results from new channel testing, creative testing, and by optimizing paid subscriber conversion. The right person is excited to prove that paid marketing growth and privacy-respecting advertising practices aren’t at odds — they’re our edge. You know how to use aggregate measurement, experimentation, and strong judgment rather than user-level targeting and tracking.
ABOUT YOU
- 7+ years of experience in digital advertising roles, with 2+ years of experience in paid acquisition for freemium consumer subscription apps preferred.
- Demonstrated experience with both strategic planning and execution in digital marketing platforms (app store ads, paid social, mobile app networks) to profitably scale app subscriber growth.
- Hands-on expertise standing up paid subscription programs from scratch, with a track record of scaling subscriber growth profitably against LTV and payback — not just acquisition costs.
- Experience driving subscription growth within an established, high-traffic product where subscription revenue is a secondary — not primary — revenue model, preferred.
- Track record partnering with Engineering and Product to build and optimize landing pages, funnels, product experiences, and instrumentation.
- Ability to execute highly complex and ambiguous projects, working across business strategy and marketing tactics.
- Advanced analytical and measurement abilities, including app economics (payback, LTV), incrementality/lift testing, modeling, and data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills — you can clearly articulate recommendations and rationale, whether verbal or written.
COMPENSATION
$178,500 USD annually and stock options. Compensation is transparent across the organization, and all team members within the same professional level and global region receive the same compensation.
Eligibility for company-sponsored health benefits is limited to team members based in the United States. This program does not extend to team members located in other countries, such as Canada or the UK.

- Expect to travel at least two times a year: once for our all-hands meetup and again for a team retreat (each around 4-5 days). While extenuating circumstances may impact attendance, everyone is strongly encouraged to attend.
- While we offer a flexible work arrangement with no core hours, expect an average full-time commitment of 40 hours per week.

You see software development and team organization not as a rigid set of rules, but as a craft that deserves better tools. You want to design complex, data-rich productivity platforms where information architecture is a first-class problem, and you want to rethink how humans work alongside AI. If you are a designer who values hands-on craft, hates unnecessary bureaucracy, and wants the autonomy to build a team's design process from scratch, this role was built for you.
About JetBrains
We create intelligent software development tools for developers and teams. More than 15 million users, over 300,000 companies, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100 companies rely on our products to solve real, complex problems. Our mission is simple: make development teams more productive and AI adoptable at scale.
What you’ll do
YouTrack handles serious complexity – agile boards, backlogs, knowledge bases, helpdesks, and deeply customizable workflows – across teams from two-person startups to global enterprises. We’re at a point where the category's oldest assumptions are worth reconsidering. Issue tracking has relied on the same foundational blocks for years, but AI opens an opportunity to rethink how software can actively help teams get work done.
We need a Lead Product Designer to shape where project management goes next while keeping a massive, mature surface area coherent, legible, and a pleasant to use. In this role, you’ll lead a small design team of two designers, own the overall design quality bar across the product, and act as an individual contributor on our hardest, least-charted problems. You’ll build a fresh design process from scratch with the full backing of a team lead who respects craft and values professional judgment.
Day to day, you will:
Shape a point of view on how project management and issue tracking evolve in an AI-native world and turn those concepts into tools people can actually use.
Design how people work alongside AI capabilities in YouTrack, from conversational interfaces to inline assistance and background automation.
Develop interaction patterns for unsettled problems, including surfacing AI confidence, making actions transparent, and keeping users in control.
Prototype and test new concepts quickly, separating ideas that feel clever from those that genuinely reduce friction.
Keep a large, deep product coherent so that boards, helpdesks, reports, and administration feel like a single cohesive engine.
Partner with product management and engineering to shape roadmap priorities from a design perspective, influencing what gets built and why.
What you’ll bring
A deep commitment to craft ownership, holding yourself and your team to high standards without creating bottlenecks.
Comfort building clear, lightweight processes, without turning them into restrictive bureaucracy.
The generosity to share knowledge openly and collaborate across a broad, global design community.
Clarity in your writing and reasoning, with the ability to explain complex design decisions in plain words.
Comfort with ambiguity and a healthy appetite for finding the right questions before designing the answers.
Strong opinions, loosely held, with a clear understanding of when to follow platform conventions and when to break them.
What you’ll need
Successfully led the design of complex, data-rich productivity tools or software systems where information architecture is a primary challenge.
Proven understanding of how modern AI systems operate beyond single-turn prompts, including agentic workflows and multi-step execution.
Experience mentoring and leading other designers, giving clear feedback that lands and raises the bar.
Ability to design unified experiences that cater to small startup teams and large enterprise customers simultaneously.
A portfolio showing a range of work from precise micro-interactions to large-scale information architecture.
What success looks like
Success means earning the trust of your team and peers through sound interaction choices and clear systemic improvements. You will establish a reliable critique rhythm and a structured way of working that helps your designers grow. Within your first few months, delivering clear patterns for our AI capabilities, paying down accumulated UX debt, and ensuring YouTrack remains both deep and remarkably quick on its feet.
Why join JetBrains?
Strong base salary. We offer competitive pay that reflects your skills and experience.
Flexible work schedule. Enjoy the freedom to work from home or from the office.
Extra time off. More days to relax, recharge, and do the things you love.
Learning and development opportunities. Access to conferences, courses, and language classes.
Relocation support. Assistance to help make your move as smooth and stress-free as possible.
Free meals and snacks. Lunch and refreshments provided to keep you fueled.
