An overview of this role
As Engineering Manager, Architecture Engineering: Async, you'll lead a distributed group of Site Reliability Engineers and Backend Engineers. You'll support their development and balance production reliability with platform projects, including zero-downtime Redis upgrades, support for single-tenant and cell-based deployments, and the move from queue-based job orchestration to a durable workflow engine.
What you'll do
Lead, hire, and grow a team of site reliability engineers and backend engineers, supporting career development, promotions, and onboarding.
Own reliability for the job processing and caching platforms, including service-level objectives, error budgets, alerting, and weekly operational reviews.
Manage capacity planning, support escalations, and incident follow-ups, balancing operational work with roadmap projects and rescoping work when deadlines can't be met.
Run the team's part of GitLab.com's first-tier on-call rotation, including shift coverage, onboarding, and handovers, and serve as incident commander for high-severity incidents.
Drive zero-downtime Redis version upgrades and automate operating system patching and reboots.
Adapt job processing to run in single-tenant and cell-based deployments.
Own the migration from queue-based job orchestration to a durable workflow engine, defining the first use cases, a measurable migration path, and the roadmap.
Own quarterly planning and the team roadmap, and clarify shared operational responsibilities with partner teams, including Git storage.
What you'll bring
Experience managing an engineering team delivering high-performance services at scale, ideally site reliability engineers or infrastructure engineers running production software as a service systems.
Technical depth in background job processing and caching technologies such as Redis and Sidekiq, sufficient to guide decisions about upgrades, capacity, and failure modes.
Experience managing reliability against service-level objectives, including defining service-level indicators, setting up burn-rate alerting, and planning capacity.
Experience running a 24/7 on-call rotation and coordinating high-severity incidents.
A track record of balancing operational work and incident follow-ups with roadmap projects, and pushing back on scope when deadlines can't be met.
Experience leading a fully remote team across time zones in the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific.
About the team
The Async team runs GitLab.com's background processing layer, from the Sidekiq infrastructure to the shared code that enqueues jobs. Product teams build the jobs; we keep the platform that runs them fast and reliable. Our Redis clusters support caching, sessions, rate limiting, queues, and shared state. We also support data durability through backup and restore verification, object storage, and operational support for Git repository storage. That work includes restore drills, capacity rebalancing, and provisioning. We staff GitLab.com's first-tier production on-call rotation in 8-hour shifts across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific, triaging every paging alert and bringing in the right team when needed.

1Password is growing. We’ve surpassed $500M in ARR and we’re continuing to accelerate, earning a spot on the Forbes Cloud 100 for four years in a row and teaming up with iconic partners like Oracle Red Bull Racing.
About 1Password
At 1Password, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted. We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human-centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience. Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work.
If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
We are excited to welcome a Software Developer to join our new Data Security team here at 1Password, whose mission is to safeguard 1Password’s foundation by designing, implementing, and maintaining cryptographic systems and practices that ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information across our products.
As part of our Security Department, the Developer will be partially responsible for the underlying cryptography across our products. You’ll build cryptographic libraries and implement the latest algorithms directly into our client applications with security, performance and usability in mind. You’ll develop proof-of-concepts and implement new industry specifications into code. You’ll also conduct code and design reviews to ensure good cryptographic hygiene and standards across our codebase.
How we’re using AI today
Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
What we're looking for:
- You have 0-2+ years of experience in software development.
- You have a passion for and strong experience with security development best practices, coding standards, and design patterns.
- You have a basic understanding of modern cryptographic algorithms, trade-offs and implementation considerations gained from real world experience.
- You work well in a team environment with positive communications amongst a variety of technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- You have proven experience in implementing testing methodologies and debugging techniques to ensure high-quality code.
- You’re adaptable and resilient, thriving in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
Bonus points for:
- Experience with implementing industry standards into new libraries or codebases.
- Experience with Rust and/or Golang, or a demonstrated ability to pick up new languages quickly.
What you can expect:
- Work with a small team of security developers who are specialists in Rust and Golang Security.
- Develop cryptographic or other security libraries to share common security-critical code across our applications.
- Assist in security design efforts or scoping initiatives for new features, particularly with heavy cryptographic components.
- Assess and take appropriate steps to resolve new security vulnerabilities across our applications.
- Implement new security features for the next generation of 1Password.
- Demonstrate leadership in security development and act as a trusted point of contact for management and other developers.
- Work with a variety of teams across our hybrid core architecture, including Design, Product and Product Engineering.

ROLE OVERVIEW
Welocalize is looking for a native-level Swedish speaker to join a confidential, large-scale AI and consumer technology programme for a major global technology and communications client.
It's a hands-on, on-site role that combines two things: evaluating a pre-release AI model in your language, and testing how the product actually performs on a client-supplied device — a smartphone and a next-generation smart glass. If you enjoy noticing the detail other people miss, this is work you'll find satisfying.

It's a hands-on, on-site role that combines two things: evaluating a pre-release AI model in your language, and testing how it performs on a real device. You'll be among the first people to see this technology in Swedish, and your judgement shapes how well it works before anyone else uses it.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Review pre-release AI model output in Swedish and judge it on accuracy, naturalness, appropriateness, and overall quality — would a native speaker really say it this way? This includes fact-checking each response against the source material.

Product Marketing turns Chainalysis innovation into customer value. We position our intelligence as solutions customers can understand and consume through our platform, shape how we commercialize them, and give GTM the stories and strategic assets to win.
The public sector is a priority growth segment for Chainalysis, spanning law enforcement, intelligence agencies, regulators and tax authorities. As digital assets become more integrated into the financial system, these organizations need the intelligence, tools and tradecraft to advance their missions—from shaping policy and enforcing the rules to disrupting illicit networks and protecting national security. This role connects Chainalysis capabilities to those mission priorities, with a clear, compelling story for agency leaders and operational teams.
As Senior Product Marketing Manager for the Public Sector, you will own how Chainalysis shows up in the market for these buyers. You will shape our intelligence, data, products, AI capabilities, and services into a differentiated customer story—one that connects to real workflows, urgent problems, and mission outcomes.
This is a role for a strong marketer and an exceptional writer. You can take a complex capability, a shifting market, or a fuzzy customer problem and shape it into a sharp point of view, a persuasive narrative, and practical tools that sellers and customers actually use. You will work closely with Product, Sales, Marketing & Communications, subject-matter experts, and GTM Solutions & Readiness teams to make the story land in the market.
In this role, you’ll:
Position the value
- Define and evolve the public sector value narrative: what Chainalysis enables, why it matters, and why we are meaningfully different.
- Build messaging for priority buyer and user personas, from agency leaders to investigators, intelligence analysts, regulators and tax specialists.
- Create the narratives, proof points, and strategic assets that help sellers communicate differentiated value with conviction.
- Own public-sector competitive intelligence, translating market moves into clear offensive and defensive positioning for deal teams.
Turn value into solutions
- Partner with Product, R&D, Marketing & Communications, and subject-matter experts to translate innovation into compelling industry solutions, use cases, and sales plays.
- Lead go-to-market planning for launches, major releases, platform capabilities, and commercial offerings.
- Shape customer-facing value narratives for pricing, packaging, and usage-based commercial models, including business cases, operational value and mission impact.
- Bring a customer lens to product and market decisions: explain not only what a capability does, but how it advances the customer’s mission.
Win and learn in market
- Produce the strategic content that moves government opportunities forward: first-call decks, solution briefs, talk tracks, discovery frameworks, proof points, and sales plays.
- Partner with Product, Product Marketing, GTM & Enablement teams to scale the strongest narratives into field tools and enablement.
- Bring customer, field, partner, and competitive insight back into the work — sharpening positioning, converting market evidence into credible stories, and building repeatable use cases.
We’re looking for candidates who have:
- 5–8 years in product, solutions, industry, or B2B enterprise technology marketing, with experience marketing to public-sector customers across law enforcement, intelligence, regulatory or tax functions.
- A demonstrated ability to build positioning and messaging that changes how customers and sellers see a problem—not simply content that fills a library.
- Exceptional writing and editorial judgment. You can write crisp headlines, persuasive narratives, practical sales content, and executive-level messaging; you know the difference between jargon and precision.
- Strong understanding of public-sector buying journeys, decision-making processes and mission-oriented sales motions.
- The ability to connect technical capabilities to mission and operational value for both executive buyers and hands-on users.
- A collaborative self-starter, comfortable working across R&D, Sales, technical and revenue teams, and senior leaders to drive ambiguous, multi-stakeholder work forward independently.
Nice to have experience:
- Experience with blockchain, digital assets, or crypto-native financial infrastructure.
- Experience marketing AI-powered products, data platforms, intelligence products, cybersecurity, or risk and compliance technology.
- Familiarity with consumption- or usage-based pricing and packaging.
- Familiarity with investigative, intelligence, national-security, regulatory or tax use cases for intelligence and technology, and the policy developments shaping digital-asset markets.
You’ll thrive here if:
You can shape complexity into a story people remember and a sales conversation people can use. You write with precision, bring sound judgment to ambiguous problems, build for repeatability rather than one-off requests, and care about the quality of what reaches customers and the field.
AI at Chainalysis
AI is not a feature at Chainalysis - it is a new way of working. One that turns instructions into work done, and helps us move faster than the threats we're built to counter, and we expect our employees to take ownership of the output and ensure quality. As the world's most trusted blockchain analytics platform, Chainalysis sits at a rare intersection of proprietary data, regulatory relationships and crypto expertise that makes it uniquely placed to shape and lead the next era of AI-driven intelligence - and we expect everyone here, regardless of role, to be an active part of it.
AI fluency is tied directly to how we measure performance and how we plan to win. There is no substitute for your own curiosity. We provide the tools, workflows, and space to experiment - but the expectation is that you develop these capabilities yourself, bring ideas, and collaborate across teams to reinvent the way work gets done. We are not using AI to do less. We are using it to do what was never possible before.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to build ElevenLabs’ public sector business across Australia. The Public Sector Partnerships Manager will identify and build relationships with government institutions across Australia, bridging the gap between government and our GTM team to drive adoption of ElevenLabs’ products and grow government into a strong, durable revenue stream for the company. The role also involves building strategic partnerships with policymakers, industry associations, and coalitions, as well as monitoring regulatory developments and supporting policy campaigns and impact initiatives.
In this role, you will:
Drive government adoption and revenue (primary)
- Identify government partnership opportunities across Australia — from healthcare and education to transport, federal agencies, and other public sector entities — and bridge the gap between government institutions and the GTM team to drive adoption and deployment of ElevenLabs’ products.
- Build and maintain a wide network of relationships across Australian government institutions — spanning federal departments, agencies, and state and territory governments — not limited to regulatory or policy counterparts.
- Promote government adoption of ElevenLabs products and services in partnership with the GTM team.
Build strategic partnerships (secondary)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with policymakers, regulators, industry associations, and civil society groups.
- Represent ElevenLabs at conferences and industry events, advancing the company’s public policy goals.
Monitor and advise on policy (tertiary)
- Lead ElevenLabs engagement with government bodies and officials across Australia, with a focus on AI governance, safety, copyright, privacy, transparency, data protection, competition, and/or digital rights.
- Monitor, analyze, and advise on emerging regulations impacting the company.
- Support the development of internal policies by our Legal, Safety, Security, and other teams.
- Provide strategic counsel to company leadership on regional policy trends and their business implications.
- Define and implement policy campaigns and impact initiatives that advance company objectives.
WHO YOU ARE:
- You’re genuinely interested in the future of AI and emerging technologies, bringing curiosity and enthusiasm to your role.
- You stay up-to-date on AI regulation and industry trends, and are eager to apply this expertise to cutting-edge products.
- You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment, working cross-functionally with teams across the organization to support and scale a growing business.
- You’re comfortable working independently and handling ambiguity, excelling in situations where you must make informed decisions quickly.
- You bring a proactive, solution-oriented approach to each project, focused on moving the business forward.
WHAT YOU BRING:
Primary requirements
- 15+ years’ experience in public and private sector (in-house, firm) roles, with a track record of building relationships with government that led to commercial or technology-adoption outcomes — not solely policy or regulatory roles.
- A wide, current network of contacts across Australian government institutions — spanning federal departments, agencies, and state and territory governments, including in healthcare, education, and transport.
- Experience identifying and opening doors for technology partnerships with government institutions is strongly preferred.
- Contacts or experience across other Five Eyes markets is a plus.
Also required
- Strong knowledge of the Australian AI policy landscape, including general AI governance, safety, copyright, privacy, transparency, data protection, competition, and digital rights.
- Demonstrated success in designing, advocating for, and influencing policy outcomes, as well as coalition building.
- Public policy experience across Australia.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including when briefing government officials and other policymakers.

Product Marketing turns Chainalysis innovation into customer value. We position our intelligence as solutions customers can understand and consume through our platform, shape how we commercialize them, and give GTM the stories and strategic assets to win. Customers reach our intelligence through products, AI agents, workflows, APIs, data and expert services. This role owns what those add up to. Our segment leads make it specific to an industry; you make the case for Chainalysis as a whole, and build the programs that grow each customer over time.
As Senior Product Marketing Manager for Platform, you will own the positioning for the Chainalysis platform as a whole, then turn it into the lifecycle campaigns and programmes that drive adoption, usage and expansion across our customer base.
This is a horizontal role working across every segment. It suits a problem solver rather than a feature marketer: you start from what customers are trying to do and what gets in their way, then work back to what we offer. You are metrics-savvy. You know what moves the needle and which levers to pull to meet an objective. You will work closely with Product, Sales, Customer Outcomes, Marketing & Communications and GTM Solutions & Readiness, alongside the segment leads who go deep on their industries.
In this role, you'll:
Position the value
- Define and evolve the Chainalysis story: what our intelligence enables, why we are meaningfully different, and why the whole is worth more than any one part.
- Build the messaging that lets GTM teams tell that story consistently.
- Own competitive positioning: frame the category and turn market moves into guidance deal teams can act on.
Build the programmes that grow it
- Build the lifecycle campaigns that take customers deeper into the platform and scale them in partnership with demand generation, product and sales strategy: onboarding, activation, expansion and renewal, each with its own message and moment.
- Spot the expansion patterns that hold across segments and turn them into cross-sell and upsell plays: the trigger, the message, the proof, and the asset a seller uses.
- Explain our commercial model in the customer’s terms, so buyers can see how what they use connects to what they get.
- Lead go-to-market planning for launches that span the portfolio, working with segment leads on the value proposition for each audience.
Win and learn in market
- Produce the strategic content that moves these conversations forward: first-call decks, value maps, discovery frameworks, ROI stories, objection handling and sales plays.
- Partner with Product, Product Marketing, GTM & Enablement teams to turn the strongest narratives into field tools sellers can find and use without asking.
- Turn churn, win-loss, field feedback and competitive signal into sharper positioning, and measure what reflects business health rather than activity.
We're looking for candidate who have:
- 8+ years in product, solutions, industry, or B2B enterprise technology marketing.
- Experience building something from nothing: a new proposition, segment or business line where there was no playbook.
- Positioning that changes how customers and sellers see a problem, and connects many capabilities into one value story.
- Experience designing lifecycle campaigns or expansion programmes where you owned the messaging and mechanics.
- Exceptional writing and editorial judgment. You can write crisp headlines, persuasive narratives, practical sales content, and executive-level messaging; you know the difference between jargon and precision.
- A collaborative self-starter, comfortable driving ambiguous, multi-stakeholder work forward across Product, Sales, technical and revenue teams, and senior leaders.
You’ll thrive here if:
You enjoy connecting many products into one story more than marketing a single product in isolation. You build from first principles and create structure where none exists. You write with precision, build for repeatability rather than one-off requests, and care about the quality of what reaches customers and the field. You know when to go deep and when to simplify, and help raise the standard of the work around you.

500M+ downloads. 80M+ monthly users. A decade of building – and we’re still accelerating.
Flo is the world’s #1 health & fitness app worldwide on a mission to build a better future for female health. Backed by a $200M investment led by General Atlantic, we became the first product of our kind to reach a $1B valuation in 2024 – and we’re not slowing down.
With 7M paid subscribers and the highest-rated experience in the App Store’s health category, we’ve spent 10 years earning trust at scale. Now, we’re building the next generation of digital health – AI-powered, privacy-first, clinically backed – to help our users know their body better.
The job
Principal Infrastructure Engineer
More than 80 million women open Flo every month to understand their bodies and their health. Every one of those sessions runs on infrastructure we build, and the data behind it is as personal as data gets. Keeping that fast and private at this scale is the job.
Velocity runs the platform that every Flo engineer builds on: Kubernetes on AWS, the data stores behind our services, and the golden paths that let product teams ship without needing to be infrastructure experts. We treat our internal developers as our customers. You will:
Own the foundations:
Design and run the Kubernetes and data infrastructure behind 80 million monthly active users, and make it boring in the best sense.
Turn expertise into self-service:
Take what you know about running clusters and databases well, and build it into the defaults so product teams get it for free.
What You Will Do
Kubernetes at scale:
Architect and evolve our EKS estate: cluster lifecycle and upgrades, networking, autoscaling, workload isolation, and the Helm and Terraform that deploy onto it.
Data infrastructure:
Shape how our services use PostgreSQL, DynamoDB and Kafka. Set the patterns for provisioning, access, backup, failover and capacity, so teams aren't solving these problems one service at a time.
Golden paths:
Build self-service tooling and Terraform modules that give product teams autonomy without sacrificing stability or security.
Reliability:
Lead resilience work, including business continuity planning, disaster recovery testing and a sustainable on-call rotation.
Privacy at scale:
Support the infrastructure behind privacy features such as our TIME-recognised "Anonymous Mode", and keep us SOC2, ISO 27001 and ISO 27701 certified while handling some of the most sensitive data there is.
Observability:
Make sure metrics, logs and traces tell us something is wrong before our users do.
What You Bring
Experience:
Many years in infrastructure, platform, SRE or DevOps roles running high-traffic, distributed systems in production. You have operated at Principal or Staff scope, setting direction across teams as well as delivering.
Kubernetes depth:
You have run Kubernetes in production for real workloads, ideally EKS. You can explain what happens between kubectl apply and a pod serving traffic, and you have debugged it when it didn't.
Data infrastructure awareness:
You understand how PostgreSQL, DynamoDB and Kafka behave under load and when they fail: connection limits, replication lag, hot partitions, consumer lag, retention. You don't need to have been a DBA, but you know what good looks like and when to ask for help.
AWS and infrastructure as code:
Strong AWS knowledge and fluent Terraform. Coding experience in Go or Python is a plus.
Communication:
A doc-first habit, and the ability to bring distributed product teams with you.
AI first: you will have seen the impact AI automation is having on development teams and the software delivery lifecycle, and have strong ideas on how infrastructure should support it.
Bonus Points
Hardening infrastructure for high-compliance or security-sensitive environments (HIPAA, SOC 2, PCI).
Running managed data services in AWS (RDS, Aurora, MSK, DynamoDB) at scale, including migrations and major version upgrades.
Scaling consumer platforms with millions of concurrent users.
Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional, CKA or CKS.
Why Join Flo?
High impact:
Flo is used by 1 in 4 women aged 18–44 in the US, and has raised $200M to build what comes next.
Autonomy:
We hire experts and trust them to deliver.
Modern stack at scale:
EKS, Terraform, Kafka, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB and Sentry, serving more than 80 million people a month.
Annual Salary Range (ranges may vary based on skills and experience)
£130,000
—
£150,000 GBP
How we work
We’re a mission-led, product-driven team. We move fast, stay focused and take ownership – from brief to build to impact. Debate is encouraged. Decisions are shared. We care about craft, ship with purpose, and always raise the bar.
You’ll be working with people who take their work seriously, not themselves. It takes commitment, resilience, and the drive to keep going when things get tough. Because better health outcomes are worth it.
What you'll get
We support impact with meaningful reward. Here’s what that looks like:
Competitive salary and annual reviews
Opportunity to participate in Flo’s performance incentive scheme
Paid holiday, sick leave, and female health leave
Enhanced parental leave and pay for maternity, paternity, same-sex and adoptive parents
Accelerated professional growth through world-changing work and learning support
In-person collaboration and work in a hybrid model, with 3 days per week spent in the office
5-week fully paid sabbatical at 5-year Floversary
Flo Premium for friends & family, plus more health, pension and wellbeing perks
Diversity, equity and inclusion
Our strength is in our differences. At Flo, hiring is based on merit, skill and what you bring to the role – nothing else. We’re proud to be an equal opportunity employer, and we welcome applicants from all backgrounds, communities and identities. Read our

We believe that the interview process should be transparent, consistent, and enjoyable. We value your time and hope to complete the interview process in two to four weeks, if schedules allow. Through your interviews, you will meet a mix of individual contributors, managers, and senior leaders.
AI USE DURING THE INTERVIEW PROCESS
As an AI company, Coder embraces the use of AI tools, and we want to be transparent about our expectations as you navigate our interview process.
Not permitted: Using AI assistance during conversational interviews.
Permitted: Using AI tooling for take-home assessments. Please flag where and to what extent it was used in your take-home. Your submission will not be penalized for using AI as long as it is done honestly.
OUR USE OF AI IN HIRING
We use AI tools to help manage our recruitment process efficiently and fairly. Specifically:
- Ashby and Brainerr help us review inbound applications by surfacing candidates who best match the role requirements we've defined. This tool does not make hiring decisions; it helps our team prioritize which applications to review first.
- Granola takes notes during our interview calls so our team can focus on the conversation with you.
All hiring decisions are made by humans. Our team reviews applications, conducts interviews, and makes final selections. AI tools assist us but never replace human judgment, and these practices are conducted in compliance with applicable data protection, AI governance, and labor laws. Your data is not used to train AI models.
In accordance with New York City Local Law 144, an independent bias audit has been conducted on "Automated Employment Decision Tools"; results are available for Ashby https://www.ashbyhq.com/downloadables/ashby-bias-audit-08-2024.pdf.
If you're applying for a role at Coder and have questions about how we use AI in our process, or if you'd like to request information about the data we collect, please contact careers@coder.com.

- Cultivated a community of more than 650,000 active developers and builders

That’s the company we’ve built. Now we’d love to see what you can build. If you’re applying, try n8n out - whether you’re technical or not - and share a screenshot of your first workflow with us. The easiest place to start is here: app.n8n.cloud/register http://app.n8n.cloud/register.
We’re in a defining moment of an incredible journey. Come and build with us.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Your mission: drive ARR growth by turning hundreds (soon thousands) of n8n agency partners into a demand engine through scaled marketing programs.
Our agency partner network includes automation specialists and small consultancies with most ranging from 1–50 people. They leverage n8n to help their customers automate and transform their business - they have technical skills and customer knowledge but most have limited marketing resources.
The goal for this position is to define, build and launch creative marketing programs that our agency partners can utilize to grow their business with n8n. This will include building scalable self-serve programs (one to many) as well as working with some of the larger agency partners on specific marketing programs (one to one). Here’s an overview of what this position will be responsible for:
Build the program portfolio - Drive adoption
- Work directly with the agency partner marketing managers to define the overall strategy - what playbooks, what investments, what markets etc.
- Ship ready-to-run programs: Event-in-a-Box kits for local workshops and seminars, email and social campaigns, industry-specific use-case campaigns, reusable customer stories and simple demand-gen playbooks.
- Make every program executable without help: clear steps, editable templates and localisable assets that work for a solo consultant and a 50-person agency, in any region.
- Drive awareness and adoption of the various marketing programs through scaled and creative communications.
Measure and multiply
- Track the full funnel from access to download, execution, customer opportunities and revenue — for partners and for n8n.
- Use partner feedback and performance data to decide what to scale, what to change and what to stop.
- Turn each working program into a repeatable model for the next one, and automate your own program operations with n8n where it saves time.
- Measure the overall business impact and growth from agency partner generated business.
Requirements
Must-have
- Partner marketing at scale: You've built one-to-many programs adopted by hundreds or thousands of partners, and can show adoption numbers
- Self-service program design: You've packaged marketing so non-marketers can run it (kits, templates, playbooks) and know what makes them get used rather than downloaded
- Small-business empathy: You understand how small consultancies work and design for their limited time, budget and marketing know-how
- Outcome-driven measurement: You measure execution and pipeline, not asset views, and you're comfortable stopping a program that isn't working
- Bias for action: You're happy as a first hire with limited design and development support; you ship a pilot quickly and improve it with real data
- Global mindset: You've run programs across several regions and segments, and know how to localise without rebuilding from scratch
Nice-to-have
- Strategic partner programs: You've also built custom marketing programs with large partners that ran over several months or quarters
- Channel or ecosystem background: You've worked on an agency, solutions-partner or reseller program at a software company
- Hands-on with automation: You've built workflows yourself — in n8n or similar tools — and can talk shop with technical partners
- Local events: You've designed field events or workshops that others delivered
- Languages: You work professionally in a language beyond English
n8n is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
We can sponsor visas to Germany; for any other country, you need to have existing right to work.
Our company language is English.

Yandex for Security
Требования
* Администрировали Linux‑системы и умеете диагностировать возникающие в них проблемы
* Работали с системами сбора и маршрутизации логов, например Syslog или Kafka
Kubernetes

An overview of this role
As the
Manager, Professional Services Engineers
, you will manage a team that works directly with customers to deliver installation, migration, training, and advisory services across the full GitLab platform. In this role, you will be accountable for the performance, development, and day-to-day management of a team of Professional Services Engineers based across Europe, helping them deliver high-quality outcomes in a remote, asynchronous environment.
You will partner closely with Technical Architects and Professional Services management to enable consistent delivery across implementation projects, migrations, and statement of work engagements. This is a people-first role with meaningful technical depth. You will step in hands-on with your team when needed while also building the operating rhythm, team culture, and delivery approach that help the broader practice scale. You will also work closely with cross-functional partners to improve utilization, customer satisfaction, and delivery execution.
In your first year, you will help strengthen team capability, improve delivery consistency, and create the conditions for a high-performing services team across the region. This is an opportunity to manage a team doing technically complex, customer-facing work that directly helps customers realize value from GitLab.

Develop team members through regular 1:1s, coaching, feedback, and career conversations that help them grow their technical and consulting skills.
Own delivery outcomes across your team’s portfolio, including implementations, migrations, advisory services, and statement of work engagements.
Monitor project health, identify delivery risks early, and step in directly or escalate when needed to keep customer work on track.
Partner with Technical Architects, Engagement Managers, Sales, and Customer Success to plan, scope, resource, and support successful services engagements.
Track team utilization, customer satisfaction, and escalation trends, and use those insights to improve team performance and operational effectiveness.
Act as a senior escalation point for complex customer situations, helping guide resolution while maintaining a high bar for service quality.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of Professional Services processes, tooling, knowledge sharing, and delivery standards across the broader organization.
What you’ll bring
Significant experience leading and developing high-performing technical teams in a customer-facing environment.
A strong technical foundation in software delivery, DevSecOps, platform engineering, or a related area, with the ability to engage credibly in technical discussions.
Experience managing or supporting professional services, implementation delivery, migration programs, or technical consulting engagements for enterprise customers.
Proven ability to navigate customer escalations, balance competing priorities, and drive clear outcomes in complex situations.
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional partners such as Sales, Customer Success, and Technical Architects.
A delivery mindset focused on accountability, quality, and measurable results rather than activity alone.
Comfort working in a fully remote, asynchronous organization with strong written communication and organizational skills.
Alignment with GitLab’s values and the ability to lead with transparency, trust, and a focus on team development.
On the
Professional Services
team at GitLab, we help customers adopt the platform in ways that fit their technical goals and operating environment through technical delivery, guidance, and enablement.
As part of this organization, we focus on hands-on delivery work across customer engagements across EMEA. We work closely with a sister team of
Technical Architects
, along with cross-functional partners across the business, to support strong project execution and customer outcomes. We are building a high-quality services practice grounded in technical excellence, customer focus, and continuous improvement.
