An overview of this role
As a Staff Global Partner Programs Manager, you’ll turn GitLab’s ecosystem strategy into repeatable programs that help partners create value across the full customer lifecycle: Acquire, Commit, and Consume. You’ll own a portfolio of global partner program workstreams, such as partner sourcing, services attach, adoption, renewals, managed service providers (MSPs), global systems integrators (GSIs), hyperscaler, and marketplace motions, and make them clear, usable, and measurable for partners and sellers across regions.
This is a strategic individual contributor role. You’ll lead through expertise and influence rather than direct reports. You’ll partner with Ecosystem Sales, Partner Operations, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Enablement to launch and improve programs, recommend changes to incentives and policy, and connect program activity to pipeline, revenue, and customer outcomes. In your first year, you’ll focus on building a clear roadmap for your portfolio, simplifying partner requirements and rules of engagement, and setting up consistent reporting on program performance. As the team grows, this role may expand to include leading partner program managers.
What you’ll do
Own the roadmap, priorities, and execution for an assigned set of global partner programs across Acquire, Commit, and Consume, within agreed strategy, policy, and budget.
Coordinate requirements, milestones, owners, and risks across Ecosystem Sales, Partner Operations, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Services, Customer Success, Product, Enablement, and regional teams.
Improve the partner journey from onboarding and capability building through activation, co-selling, adoption, and expansion, turning partner and field feedback into prioritized program improvements.
Support the design and rollout of partner incentives, including margin, rebates, market development funds (MDF), deal registration, services attach, and consumption, and build business cases with Finance and Ecosystem leadership.
Maintain program guides, eligibility rules, approval flows, and documentation, partnering with Legal and Finance so programs are compliant, auditable, and easy to understand.
Create playbooks, launch materials, and training with Enablement and regional teams to drive adoption of new programs and commercial changes.
Define success measures for each program, such as partner-sourced pipeline, services attach, adoption, and incentive use, and partner with Revenue Operations to report on them consistently.
Use performance data to recommend investment changes, reduce exceptions and manual work, and escalate decisions that go beyond your scope.
What you’ll bring
Experience in partner programs, channel strategy, alliances, ecosystem operations, or a related go-to-market function.
A track record of taking complex programs from design through launch, adoption, measurement, and iteration.
Understanding of partner economics, including incentives, deal registration, MDF, services programs, co-selling, and rules of engagement.
Ability to lead global, cross-functional work without direct authority, setting clear owners, decisions, and escalation paths.
Analytical judgment and the ability to connect program activity to pipeline, revenue, and customer outcomes.
Strong written communication, including the ability to make complex commercial concepts simple for partners and sellers.
Program management discipline across prioritization, dependencies, risk, and follow-through, with a bias toward practical execution.
Familiarity with SaaS, cloud, DevOps, or AI partner ecosystems; consumption-based pricing; or hyperscaler marketplace and co-sell programs is a plus.
Openness to candidates with transferable experience who can build trust across teams and turn strategy into results.
About the team
The Ecosystem team helps GitLab grow through partners, including GSIs, MSPs, professional services partners, resellers, and cloud hyperscalers. We’re building a more intentional partner model that goes beyond the transaction to create value across sourcing, co-selling, deployment, adoption, services, and consumption. We work asynchronously across regions as part of a remote-first company, with occasional travel for partner meetings, planning, and program launches.

Demonstrated exceptional design craft through a background in UX or product design, with strong interaction design, visual judgment, and the ability to simplify complex workflows without sacrificing important details
Build and shipped impactful products by turning ambitious ideas into working solutions using AI tools, demonstrating significant hands-on contributions, strong execution, and sustained value beyond initial prototypes
Applied deep AI fluency to build sophisticated workflows that connect models, data, and tools, troubleshoot failures across prompts and integrations, and translate emerging capabilities into effective products
Exercised strong product judgment by identifying unmet user needs, translating complex customer information into intuitive experiences, and making thoughtful tradeoffs across scope, quality, and speed
While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Hold an academic background in design, interaction design, or human-computer interaction
Bring a track record in customer research or in building research platforms and tools that help employees explore customer evidence
Align teams around product priorities, communicate a clear point of view, and drive adoption by resolving competing needs with clear tradeoffs
Build evaluations based on realistic tasks to verify the accuracy, evidence quality, and usability of AI-powered products
Demonstrate familiarity with Figma’s products
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. Provide trusted, well-documented data products for analytics and AI use cases. Act as the data owner with Legal and Security on PII handling, GDPR and CCPA requirements, retention, and access controls.
Who You'll Work With:
Data Engineering and GTM Systems build pipelines and Salesforce configuration. Legal and Security own privacy and security decisions, and you inform them as the data owner. You own the rules, standards, and acceptance criteria that tell everyone else what "correct" looks like.
Qualifications:

Hands-on experience designing match, merge, and survivorship rules and golden record or hierarchy models, with results you can describe.

Ability to translate business needs into data requirements and explain technical tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders.
A track record of delivering cross-functional programs without direct authority.
Nice to Have

About the Job:
LaunchDarkly is seeking a People Systems, Analytics and AI Manager to be our subject matter expert on HR systems and to turn People data into insights that help business leaders make better decisions. You will build the reports, analytics, and dashboards that tell the story of our workforce, and you will use AI tooling to make those stories faster to create, easier to understand, and more compelling.
This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director, People Programs, Systems and Analytics. You will work closely with People Operations, Finance, and leaders across the business, and you will own your work from question to insight to action.
We are looking for someone who combines deep HR systems knowledge with strong analytical skills, creativity in how data is presented, and sound judgment about people data and AI.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the subject matter expert for our HR systems (HRIS, applicant tracking, performance, compensation, and learning platforms), including configuration, data integrity, security roles, integrations, and release management.
Design, build, and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics on headcount, hiring, retention, engagement, compensation, and workforce planning that leaders use to make decisions.
Partner with People, Finance, and business leaders to translate questions into clear metrics, definitions, and analyses, and to recommend actions based on what the data shows.
Use AI tools to accelerate analysis and create compelling data stories and visualizations, including automated insights, natural-language summaries, and executive-ready narratives.
Establish and govern People data standards: metric definitions, data quality checks, documentation, and a single source of truth across systems.
Protect employee data by applying privacy, confidentiality, and access controls, and by partnering with Legal and Security on responsible use of AI with People data.
Own the intake, prioritization, and delivery of system and reporting requests, balancing quick turnarounds with scalable, self-service solutions.
Automate recurring reports and manual workflows to reduce effort and errors, and identify new opportunities where systems and AI can improve the employee and manager experience.
Support system projects such as new module rollouts, integrations, data migrations, and annual cycles (performance, compensation, and engagement), including testing, training, and documentation.
Enable People Operations teammates and managers through training, office hours, and clear guides so they can use data and tools with confidence.
Stay current on HR technology, analytics, and AI trends, and bring practical recommendations to the Director, People Programs, Systems and Analytics.
Qualifications:
8+ years of related experience in HR systems, People analytics, or HR operations, with hands-on ownership of reporting and dashboards in a technology or high-growth environment.
Expert-level knowledge of at least one major HRIS (for example, Workday, Rippling, or similar), including report writing, calculated fields, and security configuration.
Strong proficiency with analytics and visualization tools (for example, SQL, Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar) and advanced spreadsheet skills.
Demonstrated fluency with AI tooling to analyze data, generate insights, and build visualizations and narratives, with sound judgment about accuracy and appropriate use.
Ability to translate business questions into metrics and communicate findings clearly to non-technical leaders.
Strong understanding of data integrity, privacy, and confidentiality practices for employee data.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders independently and deliver on time with attention to detail.
Curious, pragmatic problem solver who enjoys simplifying complex processes and data.
Comfortable working with a highly distributed team across time zones.
Nice to Have:
Experience with data pipelines, data warehouses, or scripting (for example, Python or dbt).
Experience with integrations and workflow automation tools.
Knowledge of workforce planning, compensation, or engagement analytics.
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Analytics, Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the Role:
We are looking for an Internal Communications Manager to scale how Vercel gives every employee the context to make good decisions without waiting to be told. You’ll shape how the company hears from its leaders and from one another, so everyone at Vercel knows what we’re building, why it matters, and how their work moves our mission forward. You’ll oversee the channels, moments, and cadence that carry company news, and make sure what employees hear matches what the world hears.
This role is for someone who can build, run, and grow programs with rigor while continually bringing creative ideas to the table. You'll work closely with our communications leadership and cross-functionally with People, Finance, Legal, Design, and executives to ensure shared understanding among employees, so a company of builders can move as one.
You will report to our Head of Communications and will be located in our SF office with in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday.
What You Will Do:
Build the operating system
Design and run the internal communications processes and calendar: All Hands, leadership updates, and team-level cadences, with a clear owner and format for each
Decide what belongs in Slack, email, Notion, and video, document it, and get the company to follow it
Stand up an internal comms metrics baseline (reach, read rates, All Hands attendance, pulse-survey sentiment) and report on it quarterly
Land major company moments
Co-lead major announcements and organizational changes, owning defined workstreams and flagging sensitive issues, dependencies, and decisions that need leadership input
Build the internal plan for company milestones: what employees hear, when, and from whom
Write and edit content across internal channels, including leadership and org updates, Slack posts, FAQs, explainers, and All Hands materials
Partner with Legal, People, and Finance on confidentiality guidelines for anyone who talks to the outside world
Incubate new programs
Design and launch creative programs that educate and engage employees beyond the standard cadence
Create structured opportunities for cross-department collaboration
Train employees to be Vercel ambassadors: how to talk about the company, share our work, and represent us at events and online
Use agents to surface the opportunities and news employees would otherwise miss: open roles, speaking slots, product launches, customer wins, and community moments
Measure what lands, double down on it, and retire what doesn’t
Keep internal and external comms aligned
Sit on the communications team’s approval processes so internal messages are reviewed to the same standard as external ones
Make sure what employees are told matches what customers, press, and partners are told, in substance and in timing
Partner with the People team on employer brand, onboarding content, and culture programs where comms is the lever
Use employee questions and feedback to identify gaps in understanding and improve communication
About You:
Have 5+ years of experience in internal communications, ideally with exposure to technical teams
Bring strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with an emphasis on clarity, accuracy, and making information useful to the audience
Have independently managed communications projects from planning through delivery, coordinating stakeholders and balancing competing deadlines
Are curious about AI, research, and product development, and comfortable asking questions until you understand a topic well enough to explain it
Build strong working relationships and can gather input, offer editorial guidance, and keep projects moving with busy partners
Exercise sound judgment with sensitive information and ambiguity, and know when to make a decision independently or seek guidance
Enjoy creating practical, repeatable processes that improve the quality and consistency of communications
Respond well to feedback and adapt as priorities change
Bonus If You:
Interest in and proficiency with using agents in your workflow.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.

We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
*Titles posted to our careers page are updated regularly to best advertise the role and expected seniority, but internally we have a flat titling system with two types of titles: one for individual contributors and one for people managers.
WHY THIS MATTERS
Runway is building AI to simulate the world. We think world models, not language models alone, are the path to general-purpose simulation: systems that experience the world, learn from their mistakes, and change how stories get told, how science gets done, and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Applied AI is where that research meets a customer with a deadline. Every one of the world's largest studios, brands, and platforms hits a moment where Runway stops being a demo and becomes the way they actually make things. Our team exists for that moment, and we organize around one question: what's blocking this customer from production, and how do we remove it?
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a role for people who want to own a problem, not an account. You'll sit with the biggest studios, brands, and Fortune 100 companies in the world, figure out what's actually standing between them and production, and build whatever removes it. Some weeks that's a workflow. Some weeks it's a plugin or an integration nobody has written yet. Some weeks it's getting a room of executives to make a decision they've been putting off.
Your work will be on screen: Emmy-winning shows, Oscar-winning films, Super Bowl commercials, the stuff people actually watch. And the things you build for one customer tend to become product for all of them. Our team's first Shopify plugin started as a customer blocker and was in engineering's hands within a few weeks. We treat this team as R&D for that reason, not as a cost center.
We have offices in NYC, San Francisco, Seattle, and London.
NO TWO WEEKS ARE THE SAME, BUT YOU CAN EXPECT TO:
- Find the real problem: sit with the creative, technical, and executive teams at a customer, map how they actually work, and locate the blocker between them and production. Usually it's one of three things: a missing integration, an unproven pipeline, or a stakeholder who isn't convinced yet.
- Build the first of its kind: the demo that shows a studio head or a Fortune 100 CMO something nobody has shown them before. Working proofs of concept on the customer's own brand, footage, or catalog, often built in a day or two before the meeting, and the best of them become product for everyone.
- Make it reusable: turn the one-off that unblocked one customer into the workflow, plugin, or integration the next ten customers start from.
- Run the evaluation: own evaluation plans end to end, guide managed trials, build tailored demos on the customer's own footage and brand, and carry the technical side of deal cycles with AEs.
- Scope deployments that land: 4–12 week engagements with customer-defined success criteria, a hands-on builder and an executive sponsor on their side from day one, and enough discipline to keep them on scope when the asks start piling up.
- Get customers to production fast: take new technical and non-technical customers from signed contract to first production call in days rather than quarters, grow API-only accounts into Platform + API, and fix the onboarding so the support tickets stop coming.
- Present to anyone: walk an analyst through a pipeline in the morning and a studio head through a production plan in the afternoon.
- Bring the field back to the product: embed with Product, Engineering, and Creative to turn what you saw at the customer into roadmap. Every repeat ask is a product requirement, not a patch.
- Measure what the customer measures: time to production, usage before and after a project, what they shipped because you were there. We track our own numbers in Salesforce and the warehouse; you'll own yours.
WHAT WE VALUE
- People who aren't satisfied with surface-level answers and will go into the data, the code, and the room to find the real one
- Low ego: the customer's outcome matters more than who gets the credit
- Comfort with open-ended problems in unstructured environments, and the instinct to create structure instead of waiting for it
- Builders who would rather prototype than debate, and who keep iterating with the customer until it actually works
- Adaptive and introspective: willing to learn, guide, lead, and follow
WHAT WE NEED
- You build things that run in production. Python or TypeScript, APIs, integrations, and data pipelines. Whether you write the code yourself or with coding agents, you can read it, debug it when it breaks, and explain line by line why it's built that way, including to a customer's engineering team. You've shipped something a customer actually ran: a workflow, an integration, a plugin, or an internal tool.
- You've deployed AI or ML systems and integrations inside complex organizations and can point to the outcome, not just the delivery
- You can hold a room of executives and a room of engineers, and translate between the two. Some of those rooms are at the customer, so expect some travel.
- Nice to have: data tooling (SQL, BigQuery, Retool), or experience in media, entertainment, or advertising production
Runway strives to recruit and retain exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds while ensuring pay equity for our team. Our salary ranges are based on competitive market rates for our size, stage and industry, and salary is just one part of the overall compensation package we provide.

About the Role
Spin.AI is looking for a creative, organized, and results-driven
Field Marketing Manager
to lead and execute field marketing initiatives across our portfolio of brands, including Spin.AI, Revyz, and DoControl.
In this role, you'll own the planning and execution of high-impact events and field marketing programs, including major cybersecurity conferences, industry summits, trade shows, executive roundtables, customer gatherings, and regional experiences. You'll work closely with Marketing, Sales, executive leadership, and external partners to create memorable experiences that strengthen relationships, build brand awareness, and contribute to measurable pipeline growth.
We're looking for someone who combines
strong event management expertise with a strategic, business-minded approach to field marketing
. You should be comfortable managing every aspect of an event, from initial planning and budgeting to onsite execution and post-event follow-up, while understanding how each initiative supports broader marketing and revenue objectives.
This is a role with real ownership and autonomy. We value people who bring fresh ideas, take initiative, work independently, and find smarter ways to get things done.
What You'll Do:
Run a full annual calendar of 35+ events across the US, EMEA, APAC, Canada, and LATAM, ranging from major flagship conferences and regional shows to community meetups, executive dinners, and partner sessions, while stretching the budget by running events remotely through local partners and vendors.
Own the planning, coordination, and execution of field marketing programs across Spin.AI, Revyz, and DoControl, including conferences, trade shows, industry summits, executive roundtables, regional events, and customer experiences.
Manage end-to-end event logistics, including venues, sponsorships, vendors, contracts, budgets, registration, booth design, collateral, promotional materials, and onsite execution.
Collaborate with Sales teams on target accounts, pre-event outreach, meeting scheduling, attendee engagement, and post-event follow-up.
Work with Marketing to align field marketing initiatives with integrated campaigns, messaging, promotional strategies, and broader GTM priorities.
Coordinate event marketing campaigns across email, social media, paid channels, partner communications, and other relevant platforms.
Build and maintain strong relationships with event organizers, industry partners, vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders.
Track event performance, including attendance, engagement, meetings generated, qualified opportunities, pipeline influence, and return on investment.
Manage event budgets, negotiate contracts, optimize spending, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Identify new and creative opportunities to engage cybersecurity and technology audiences through meaningful, differentiated experiences.
Leverage AI tools and AI-driven workflows to streamline event planning, research, reporting, data analysis, vendor management, and operational processes.
Continuously evaluate event performance, gather feedback, and apply learnings to improve future programs.
Experience We're Looking For:
10+ years of professional experience, including 3–5+ years owning B2B events end to end, from strategy, budget, and vendor selection through onsite execution and post-event pipeline follow-up, ideally within cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise technology.
Hands-on experience setting up international events (EMEA, APAC, LATAM), including successfully running and supporting events remotely when you can’t be there in person, by working through local vendors, partners, and in-region teams across time zones.
Proven success with innovative, out-of-the-box approaches that drive outsized results from modest budgets. You know how to make a scrappy activation, a creative partnership, or a small, well-targeted event punch well above its weight, and you have the numbers to show it.
AI-first in how you work, not just AI-curious. You already use AI as a major multiplier on your own productivity, going well beyond chatting in a browser to building AI projects, custom workflows, and automations (e.g., Claude, Claude Cowork, ChatGPT) that handle research, planning, content, reporting, and follow-up. Be ready to walk us through how you’ve set it up.
Proven experience managing conferences, trade shows, executive events, roundtables, and other B2B field marketing initiatives from concept through execution.
Strong understanding of how field marketing supports brand awareness, customer engagement, sales enablement, demand generation, and pipeline development.
Experience collaborating closely with Sales teams, marketing leadership, executive stakeholders, and external partners.
Excellent organizational, project management, and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple events, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.
Experience managing event budgets, negotiating vendor contracts, coordinating logistics, and overseeing onsite execution.
Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, event management, and project management platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to evaluate event performance, report on results, and make data-informed recommendations.
AI-native proficiency, with demonstrated experience using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Cowork, and other AI-enabled platforms to improve productivity, research, analysis, and execution.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to build positive working relationships.
Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-moving, collaborative environment.
Willingness to travel for conferences, events, and onsite execution, including occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
Cybersecurity experience is a plus, but a strong understanding of B2B technology marketing and the ability to learn quickly are equally valuable.
What Success Looks Like:
Success in this role means delivering exceptional events that contribute to meaningful business outcomes. You'll be responsible for building a field marketing program that strengthens our presence in the cybersecurity market, creates valuable customer and prospect experiences, and supports revenue growth.
We'll measure success through event execution and attendee experience, qualified meetings and opportunities generated, target-account engagement, event-sourced and influenced pipeline, budget efficiency, event ROI, and strong collaboration with Sales and Marketing.
Just as importantly, success means continuously improving how we operate: identifying better opportunities, streamlining processes, applying new technologies, and creating repeatable, scalable field marketing programs across our brands.
How We Work:
You have a startup mindset.
You're a self-starter who doesn't need someone telling you what to do throughout the day. You can take an objective, build a plan, coordinate the right people, and make it happen. You're resourceful, curious, organized, and a fast learner.
We trust your expertise.
We hire great people because we want their ideas, judgment, and experience – not because we want someone to simply execute instructions. If you see a better way to approach an event, improve a process, or create an opportunity, we genuinely want to hear it. You'll have the autonomy to make decisions, take ownership, and execute in the way you believe will deliver the strongest results.
You're collaborative and dynamic.
You'll work closely with Marketing, Sales, executive leadership, and external partners. You're comfortable working across teams, bringing new ideas to the table, and building strong relationships. You value feedback, communicate openly, and understand that the best results come from working together.
You move fast.
We're a fast-moving company in an even faster-moving industry. You know how to prioritize, solve problems, adapt to changes, and keep things moving. If something doesn't work, you learn from it, adjust, and try again.
You're a team player.
We care about the work we do and the people we do it with. You take pride in producing great work, celebrate team wins, support your colleagues, and genuinely enjoy collaborating with others.
You're adaptable.
Technology changes, priorities shift, and the cybersecurity landscape is constantly evolving. You're comfortable with change and excited by the opportunity to learn, grow, and improve.
You care about outcomes.
A successful event isn't just one that runs smoothly. It's one that creates value for our customers, prospects, partners, and business. You take pride in understanding the impact of your work and continuously finding ways to improve it.
And we genuinely enjoy working together.
Across Spin.AI, Revyz, and DoControl, we believe great work and a great life should go hand in hand. We respect work-life balance, trust people to manage their responsibilities, and value positive, healthy working relationships. We work hard, move quickly, and care deeply about results – but we also want people to enjoy the work they're doing and the life they're living while doing it. A positive attitude, mutual respect, and being someone others genuinely enjoy working with matter here.

WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS
Higgsfield's Growth team runs on an internal platform. We need a Business Engineer to turn operational bottlenecks into software, from the data model and API to the screens the team uses every day. You own features through launch, adoption and production support.
WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO
- Turn growth team problems into useful features. Define a small first release and build it across backend and frontend.
- Own database schemas, query performance and safe migrations on a live database.
- Build third-party integrations that handle API quotas, rate limits, retries and webhooks.
- Make payment and messaging workflows safe to retry, without duplicate payouts or sends, and keep an audit trail.
- Ship LLM features and measure quality, latency and cost per result.
- Own environments, releases, monitoring, security and access. Share on-call responsibility.
- Define success metrics, track adoption after launch and improve what you ship.
MUST-HAVES
- Production experience. You've built and operated backend systems and can explain your decisions, personal contribution and results.
- Strong Python and full-stack delivery. You build backend services and React screens when a feature needs them.
- Deep PostgreSQL knowledge. Data modeling, query plans, indexes, transactions, locking and migrations on live databases.
- API security. Authentication, object-level authorization and role isolation. You prevent IDOR on reads and writes and test access as different users.
- Hands-on operations. Linux, containers, CI/CD, monitoring and debugging production from logs. You can run what you build.
- High agency and ownership. You find worthwhile problems, remove blockers and follow through without waiting for assignments.
- Low ego. You welcome direct feedback, admit mistakes and change your mind with evidence.
- Energy for an intense pace. The team ships daily, priorities shift and urgent production issues can need you outside regular hours.
OUR TECH STACK
- Languages: Python and TypeScript.
- Backend: Python and Node.js services, REST APIs, background workers and scheduled jobs.
- Frontend: React with server-side rendering.
- Data: PostgreSQL and S3-compatible object storage.
- Infrastructure: Linux, Docker and GitHub Actions CI/CD.
- AI: LLM APIs from major providers.
- Quality: Static typing, linters and automated tests in both languages.
Bonus experience: Influencer marketing, affiliate programs or creator payouts; large-scale YouTube data within API quotas; email outreach and deliverability; LLM evaluations, prompt regression sets and cost tracking.
INTERVIEW PROCESS
1. Recruiter screen: role expectations, logistics and fit.
2. Technical interview: a difficult system you shipped, what you personally decided and built, and how your work made the team more capable without leaving it dependent on you.
3. Practical task: a real problem from our backlog, under NDA. You design the data model and API, write the core of it and explain your trade-offs.
4. Product interview: turn a growth team problem into a small first release, decide what to leave out and explain how feedback would change it.
5. Offer.
