ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
The largest, most demanding enterprises run on Baseten, and they bring exacting requirements for how people, services, and agents access the platform. This is the founding role for our identity and authorization team within enterprise engineering. You'll own the identity and access layer of the Baseten platform: the authorization model, credential systems, and admin experiences that enterprise IT teams use to govern access for organizations like Harvey, HubSpot, and Notion.
You'll design and build Baseten's fine-grained authorization system from the ground up to support the workflows customers depend on today while giving them cleaner, more precise ways to manage access as the platform grows. Authorization at Baseten requires low-latency permission checks at high request volume, consistent contracts and behaviors across the product suite, and strong security guarantees for mission-critical, highly regulated workloads.
EXAMPLE INITIATIVES
Recent and upcoming work in this area:
- Fine-grained authorization for users, service accounts, and agentic workloads: per-resource permissions at the organization, team, and workload scope to support both common workflows and complex enterprise access policies
- Programmatic authentication allowing high-compliance customers to connect service principles securely via short-lived, workload-based credentials
- Agent credentials that grant an agent exactly the access it needs for the given task and nothing more
- Enterprise identity lifecycle including single sign-on, SCIM provisioning, and per-organization session expiry policies
- Admin controls for centralized visibility, auditability, and governance over credentials, roles, and access
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead identity and authorization projects from problem definition and technical design through implementation, launch, and iteration.
- Design authorization and credential models that support critical user workflows today and can be safely extended as the platform evolves.
- Partner with product, design, and customer-facing teams to turn enterprise security requirements into durable technical solutions.
- Establish engineering practices for quality, security, observability, and operational ownership.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship as the team grows.
REQUIREMENTS
- 4-5+ years of experience building production backend systems, including hands-on design and implementation of a product authorization system: per-resource or per-object permissions, relationship-based access control, a policy engine, or a fine-grained authorization system in the style of Zanzibar, OpenFGA, SpiceDB, or Cedar.
- Demonstrated end-to-end ownership: you've taken a system from first design through implementation, production rollout, and iteration with users.
- Experience developing and operating multi-tenant systems at scale, where authorization checks sit in the request path and latency and consistency matter.
- Comfort working across the full stack, from product and application code to cloud and Kubernetes infrastructure.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with Python and Go.
- Experience running an OpenFGA, SpiceDB, or similar deployment in production, beyond a proof of concept.
- Working knowledge of OAuth, OIDC, and SCIM at the protocol level.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status.
We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable law (by example, the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, where applicable).

About GiveDirectly
What if the most effective way to fight poverty was also the simplest: give people money and trust them to decide what they need?
Since 2011, GiveDirectly has proven that idea at scale. We’ve delivered more than $1B in cash directly to 2+ million people living in poverty and crisis across 15 countries, and rigorous research shows the results: healthier kids, stronger businesses, sturdier homes, and more resilient families and local economies. Cash is now widely recognized as one of the most scalable, cost-effective, and dignified forms of aid.
Our ambition goes beyond our own programs. We want cash to become the benchmark for aid, much as the index fund became the benchmark for investing, so that every aid dollar is held to one question:
is this doing more good than giving the money directly to people living in poverty?
We’re growing fast, and this is a rare and important moment to join.
We expect to hit $1B in revenue in 2026 with significant growth forecast for 2027. At the same time we are building a new technology stack and operating model designed for a roughly 10x change in scale, and we are actively pursuing partnerships with major funders to move even more money in bigger ways, to people who need it. We are known for our extensive integration of technology into field processes; our quantitative approach to performance measurement; and our commitment to rigorous, independent, experimental evaluation of our impact, with multiple Randomized Control Trials completed and others in progress.
How we work
Our team spans 20+ countries and 69 languages. Our culture is candid, analytical, and non-hierarchical. We expect high ownership and give people real responsibility early. Our values are central to how we hire, work, and grow, and they are deliberately opinionated:
Recipients first.
Recipients’ preferences come before those of donors or ourselves.
Team next.
We optimize for organizational success, not individual success.
Be proactively candid.
We say what we believe and share information openly.
Create positive energy.
We aim to be a source of energy for colleagues, not a drain.
Think rigorously; act quickly.
We reason from first principles, then act rather than debate.
Know yourself and grow.
We own our imperfections and seek feedback to grow.
Accept reality. Propose solutions.
We focus on what can change and bring solutions, not just problems.
Be productively ambitious.
We take risks for step-change impact, not incremental progress.
If they describe how you like to work and they energize you, this could be a great fit.

An overview of this role
As a Senior Ecosystem Operations Manager at GitLab, you'll own the technology, processes, and operational infrastructure behind our channel, distribution, original equipment manufacturer (OEM), global systems integrator (GSI), and managed service provider (MSP) partnerships. You'll shape how our partners go to market, serving as the primary process owner for deal registration, partner programs, partner quote-to-cash, and partner attribution. You'll combine operational strategy with hands-on execution, using artificial intelligence (AI) to automate workflows and help ecosystem operations scale.
What you'll do
Design and govern end-to-end partner processes, including deal and referral registration, service attach, two-tier distribution, rules of engagement, and quote-to-cash. Partner with Deal Desk and Billing on resale, distribution, OEM, GSI, and MSP transaction workflows, and resolve complex registration, quoting, and billing escalations.
Own operational execution of partner tiering, onboarding, certification compliance, not-for-resale (NFR) licenses, rebates, and incentives, including eligibility tracking, approval routing, and payments.
Own and administer the partner technology ecosystem, including Impartner partner relationship management (PRM), Salesforce customer relationship management (CRM) partner objects, deal registration, and partner portals. Maintain system health and data integrity, and co-manage vendor roadmaps, renewals, and service-level accountability.
Partner with Revenue Technologies and Systems to maintain integrations across partner platforms, Salesforce, enterprise resource planning (ERP), quoting, billing, and financial systems, including partner attribution and compensation data flows. Lead prioritization and user acceptance testing (UAT) for implementations, migrations, and platform enhancements with IT and Enterprise Applications.
Own the ecosystem data model and work toward one standard partner attribution record across the customer lifecycle. Serve as a resource for Ecosystem Sales, partners, and internal teams on attribution, territory, and compensation-impacting data, and maintain reporting and dashboards as a single source of truth for partner pipeline, registration activity, and program performance.
Lead ecosystem month-end close with Deal Desk, Compensation, Accounts Receivable, and Finance, covering opportunity corrections, partner splits, territory review, and reconciliation.
Identify, build, and deploy AI agents to automate workflows such as deal registration routing, NFR provisioning, partner data quality checks, and reporting. Evaluate processes for opportunities to reduce manual effort, improve consistency, and shorten cycle times.
Maintain the authoritative ecosystem process map, runbooks, and training materials. Support tool configuration, testing, and end-user training. Own channel price files and partner quoting for product launches and stock keeping unit (SKU) changes. Coordinate improvements with operational peers, IT, Finance, Product, and Legal through GitLab Work Items.
What you'll bring
Experience in business-to-business software-as-a-service channel or partner operations, with direct ownership of ecosystem workflows and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Hands-on experience with Impartner or an equivalent PRM platform, including deal registration and partner portal administration.
Strong working knowledge of Salesforce CRM, including partner objects, opportunity management, Flow, validation rules, reports, and dashboards.
Deep familiarity with resale, two-tier distribution, deal registration, rules of engagement, partner discounting, and partner quote-to-cash, plus an understanding of OEM, GSI, and MSP transaction structures and operational requirements.
Direct experience operating partner programs, including tiering, certification compliance, rebates, and incentives, with responsibility for execution and compliance.
Experience designing and documenting complex operational processes for distributed teams, translating business needs into detailed system requirements and configuration, and leading user acceptance testing through release.
Hands-on experience using AI tools and building agents to automate operational workflows, from evaluating opportunities to delivering working solutions.
Experience resolving ambiguous operational escalations across systems, teams, and partner relationships, and aligning Deal Desk, IT, Finance, Compensation, Legal, and Sales around operational changes.
About the team
Our Ecosystem Operations team works closely with Systems, Revenue Technologies, Deal Desk, Ecosystem Programs, Enablement, Finance, Compensation, and Legal. We enable consistent execution across Ecosystem Operations Specialists and cross-functional partners. You'll also partner with the Senior Hyperscaler Operations Manager, who owns Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud operations, on shared systems, the ecosystem data model, and month-end close.

ABOUT NIANTIC SPATIAL
AI has learned from almost everything online, but it still struggles with the physical world, where 99.5% of economic activity happens. It doesn’t know where things are, how spaces fit together, or what changes over time.
That’s one of the biggest unsolved problems in AI, and it’s the one we’re solving at Niantic Spatial. We build spatial AI models and services so people and machines can reason, learn and act safely in the physical world. We turn camera imagery, video, sensor data and archives into accurate, AI-readable representations of real places that robots can train in and machines can use to know exactly where they are.
In physical AI, mistakes have real consequences. That’s why we build AI grounded in measured reality, not guesswork, so the people and machines relying on it can trust it to get things right.
Our team built some of the world’s most widely used maps. Now we’re building something bigger: a living, measured record of the real world that machines can query, learn from and use to understand how places change over time. If you want to help AI understand the world we actually live in, come build with us.
THE OPPORTUNITY

Workplace: Remote
Synthesia is the world’s leading AI video platform for business, used by over 90% of the Fortune 100. Founded in 2017, the company is headquartered in London, with offices and teams across Europe and the US.
As AI continues to shape the way we live and work, Synthesia develops products to enhance visual communication and enterprise skill development, helping people work better and stay at the center of successful organizations.
Following our recent Series E funding round, where we raised $200 million, our valuation stands at $4 billion. Our total funding exceeds $530 million from premier investors including Accel, NVentures (Nvidia's VC arm), Kleiner Perkins, GV, and Evantic Capital, alongside the founders and operators of Stripe, Datadog, Miro, and Webflow.
THE ROLE:
We're looking for a Staff (L6) Product Designer to lead design for some of Synthesia's AI-native, agentic Sessions product surfaces.
Sessions are the experiences where employees learn through conversation, companies lrun a survey at scale, and AI becomes a direct participant in how work gets done - not just a tool behind the scenes.
This area is central to redefining what a video platform can be: moving upstream from content creation into workforce development, and making complex AI capabilities feel natural, trustworthy, and effective for everyday users.
You'll operate as a senior IC: setting direction, influencing roadmap decisions, shaping bets with Product and Engineering leaders, and raising the craft bar.
In practice, this role is about solving AI-native design problems, for example:
- Designing real-time, conversational avatar experiences that feel engaging and natural - not robotic or gimmicky - for employees learning and practising skills at work.
- Creating interaction patterns for AI-driven workflows that give users the right amount of control, transparency, and trust without overwhelming them with complexity.
- Improving output quality through better structure, guidance, and feedback loops - helping users understand what the AI is doing, catch issues early, and iterate with confidence.
- Working at the frontier where AI changes what "interaction" means, and the best patterns are genuinely still being invented.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
- Own major AI-native bets end-to-end, from problem framing to shipped outcomes and iteration.
- Set a design vision for our "Sessions" surface, and influence adjacent product areas to stay coherent.
- Partner closely with Product and Engineering to define what "great" looks like (principles, quality bar, success metrics) and then drive toward it.
- Prototype and test interaction models quickly - including novel agentic and conversational patterns - and know when high-fidelity matters.
- Raise the bar on craft: interaction design, UI quality, systems thinking, and consistency across AI-native experiences.
YOU SHOULD APPLY IF YOU BRING:
- Significant experience designing complex, high-usage product surfaces - ideally including AI-native products, agentic features, conversational interfaces, or products where the system takes meaningful autonomous action.
- Strong craft in interaction design and visual design, and a track record of shipping work that measurably improves the product experience.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity: you can turn unclear and fast-moving problem spaces into crisp direction, and you do not wait for perfect clarity.
- Systems thinking: you understand how AI capabilities, model constraints, and product architecture shape what's actually possible in the UX - not just what looks good on a screen.
- Excellent communication in design reviews and cross-functional decision-making contexts.
- Experience designing workflows where trust, transparency, and user control are central - helping users feel confident in AI-driven outputs rather than confused or excluded.
- A track record of tackling novel problems in maturing product spaces, and shaping the product from early-stage bets through to execution.
- The ability to leverage feedback from users and customers to ensure the product continues to meet real needs - including enterprise users with high stakes around quality, compliance, and scale.
AT SYNTHESIA WE EXPECT EVERYONE TO:

- Be Fast & Experimental

Location: Europe remote or London hybrid
THE ROLE:
Synthesia is used by over 90% of the Fortune 100. The largest deployments now run thousands of creators across dozens of markets, languages, and compliance regimes. What decides whether those accounts expand or stall is not another avatar - it's whether admins, legal teams, and programme owners can actually stay in control.
We're looking for a Staff (L6) Product Designer to own that layer end-to-end: workspace setup and governance, the content lifecycle, and the analytics and integrations that close the loop. This is the work that turns a proof of concept into a seven-figure renewal, and right now it is wide open.
You'll operate as a senior IC: setting direction, influencing roadmap decisions (not just contributing), shaping bets with Product and Engineering leaders, and raising the bar on how we think about enterprise design problems.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Own the Enterprise surface end-to-end, from problem framing to shipped outcomes and iteration - often dealing with ambiguity. You'll reach out to the right stakeholders, get the right eyes in the room, and make decisions independently.
- Design complex governance and compliance systems that give admins, legal teams, and compliance officers genuine control and transparency. Examples include:
- Permission models and role hierarchies that scale across thousands of creators without collapsing into chaos.
- Audit log experiences that make compliance auditable - not just for the system, but for the humans who need to understand what happened.
- Workspace setup and identity workflows that integrate with real enterprise infrastructure (SSO, SCIM, MCP).
- License and billing models that admins can actually understand and manage at scale.
- Analytics and reporting that tell admins whether their deployment is working as intended.
- Work with technical constraints and possibilities. You'll develop fluency in APIs, widget architectures, developer hub patterns, and how backend systems shape what's actually achievable in the UX. You're not designing in isolation from engineering - you're designing in partnership with it.
- Drive pragmatic iteration. You'll scope ruthlessly, build POCs to get signal early, and iterate based on what you learn from enterprise customers.
- Set a design vision for our Enterprise surface and influence adjacent product areas to stay coherent. As things scale across SSO, compliance, analytics, and billing, you're keeping the mental model consistent.
YOU SHOULD APPLY IF YOU BRING:
- Significant experience designing complex, large-scale product surfaces - ideally admin dashboards, governance layers, analytics platforms, or other domains where system thinking matters.
- Technical fluency. You understand APIs, integrations, how services communicate, how widgets and developer hubs work. You can read a technical architecture doc and understand the constraints it creates for design. You don't need to be an engineer, but you think like one.
- Systems thinking: not just about interaction flows, but about enterprise systems. You understand how identity systems, compliance regimes, and scale constraints shape what's actually possible in the UX. You think in mental models and multi-step workflows, not single screens.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity: you can turn unclear and fast-moving problem spaces into crisp direction, and you do not wait for perfect clarity.
- Excellent communication in design reviews and cross-functional decision-making contexts.
- Experience designing workflows where trust, transparency, and user control are central - helping users feel confident in AI-driven outputs rather than confused or excluded.
- The ability to leverage feedback from users and customers to ensure the product continues to meet real needs - including enterprise users with high stakes around quality, compliance, and scale.

About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the Role
We're looking for an Engineer to lead the design and development of Vercel's Financial Data Platform, the foundational system that powers revenue reporting, consumption-based billing, financial forecasting, and compliance across the business. This is a unique opportunity to architect the data infrastructure that Finance, Accounting, and Revenue Operations depend on to close the books accurately, forecast revenue with confidence, and scale with the business.
Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Data Engineering, you'll define the technical vision for Vercel's financial data ecosystem, partner closely with Finance, Accounting, and Revenue leadership to translate business and compliance requirements into scalable systems, and build reliable, auditable pipelines using modern technologies like Kafka, ClickHouse, Tinybird, and Snowflake.
You'll lead from the front, writing production-grade code, setting the bar for data accuracy and governance in a domain where correctness isn't optional, and mentoring a team of engineers as the function grows. If you're excited by the challenge of building financial-grade data systems that the business trusts for reporting, forecasting, and audit, we'd love to hear from you.
What You Will Do
Design and implement a data platform that supports revenue recognition, consumption-based billing, and financial reporting across batch and real-time workloads, leveraging Kafka and streaming technologies to power real-time usage and billing pipelines feeding revenue and consumption forecasts.
Work directly with FP&A, Accounting, and RevOps to understand reporting requirements, close-cycle timelines, and forecasting needs, translating them into technical architecture and ensuring data availability and accuracy align with financial reporting deadlines, audit cycles, and board-level reporting needs.
Define and maintain guidelines for financial data ingestion, transformation, and storage, with a focus on auditability, lineage, and data integrity, while overseeing data modeling, ETL, and warehousing (ClickHouse, Tinybird, Snowflake) to support low-latency analytics and reliable historical reporting.
Develop end-to-end solutions across the finance data stack, setting the example for engineering excellence in a high-accountability domain, and mentor engineers on both technical craft and the added rigor required when data feeds directly into financial statements.
Partner with Security, Compliance, Legal, and Internal Audit to ensure financial data pipelines meet SOX, SOC 2, and other regulatory requirements, and champion high availability, fault tolerance, and auditability through comprehensive monitoring, alerting, and incident response.
Drive architectural decisions and roadmap planning that balance efficiency, scalability, and the strict correctness requirements of financial systems, and evaluate build-vs-buy tradeoffs across financial and billing tooling (e.g., ERP, billing, and revenue platforms).
Build the data infrastructure that translates raw usage into revenue, supporting the forecasting models Finance and GTM rely on for target-setting and reporting, and collaborate with data science and FP&A teams on forecasting, incrementality analysis, and revenue modeling at scale.
Act as a key decision-maker for evaluating and selecting data architectures and technologies critical to Vercel's financial operations, and establish a multi-phase roadmap for finance data platform maturity aligned with company growth and audit readiness.
About You
8+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or a closely related field, with a track record of owning production data pipelines end-to-end.
Proven track record designing and operating large-scale data infrastructures in a complex, fast-paced environment, with experience across Kafka and its ecosystem (e.g., Kafka Streams, Confluent Platform), ClickHouse, Tinybird, Snowflake, and broader big data frameworks.
Prior experience building data pipelines that feed financial reporting, revenue recognition, billing, or consumption-based pricing models, with familiarity with financial/ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Workday) or billing platforms considered a strong plus.
Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and associated big data services.
Strong background in data governance, security, and compliance, including direct experience supporting audit, SOX, or SOC 2 requirements, and a rigorous approach to data lineage and accuracy.
Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate financial and accounting requirements into technical architecture and influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including Finance and Audit leadership.
A leadership mindset, with demonstrated ability to mentor teams, drive consensus, and advocate for best practices in high-accountability data environments.
Industry recognition or notable contributions in data engineering (e.g., published works, open-source contributions) is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
Flexible Time Off.

ABOUT US
Ruby Labs is a leading tech company that creates and operates innovative consumer products. We offer a diverse range of opportunities across the health, education, and entertainment industries. Our innovative teams are driving the future of consumer-led products, and we're always looking for passionate individuals to join us. Learn more about our story at: https://rubylabs.com/about-us/
ABOUT THE ROLE
At Ruby Labs, we are looking for a Senior Desktop Engineer to own and drive a new cross-platform desktop product from first commit to production.
This is a high-ownership role with an unusually deep systems component. The application is not a wrapped web app: it captures system and microphone audio in real time, renders an always-on-top overlay across the user's workspace, registers global shortcuts, and integrates with the operating system at a level that requires native code on both macOS and Windows.
Our architecture is Electron for the application and UI layer, with native modules and helper processes in Swift and C++ where the platform requires it. You will own that boundary, deciding what belongs in TypeScript, what belongs in native code, and making the two halves behave as one reliable product.
You will also own everything that happens after the build: code signing, notarization, entitlements, permission onboarding, auto-update, and crash reporting. On this product, those are not an afterthought; they are a significant share of the engineering work, and getting them wrong is what stops users from ever running the app.
You will operate as the senior technical voice for desktop within your team, setting the engineering standard for the platform.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
DESKTOP APPLICATION & ENGINEERING QUALITY
- Own the Electron architecture end to end — main, renderer and helper processes, IPC design, context isolation, process lifecycle — and deliver major features within agreed timelines.
- Build transparent, frameless, always-on-top overlay windows that behave correctly across full-screen spaces, multiple displays and mixed-DPI setups, alongside global shortcuts, tray presence and low-latency UI under continuous background load.
- Design a clean platform abstraction in TypeScript so the macOS and Windows implementations stay isolated and independently testable, and write idiomatic Swift and C++ in the native layer.
- Keep the product reliable: defensive handling of unstable platform APIs, tests and code reviews, performance, memory and battery budgets, and remediation of security-review and penetration-test findings within agreed severity SLAs.
NATIVE PLATFORM INTEGRATION
- Build and maintain the native layer: Node addons (N-API / node-addon-api) and out-of-process helpers in Swift and C++.
- Implement real-time system audio capture — Core Audio process taps and ScreenCaptureKit on macOS, WASAPI loopback on Windows — including device change handling, format negotiation and graceful recovery from driver-level failures.
- Integrate with the Accessibility API (AXUIElement) on macOS and UI Automation on Windows to read application context reliably.
- Own the IPC protocol and lifecycle between Electron and the native helpers, and keep the application working as Apple and Microsoft change their platforms.
DISTRIBUTION, PERMISSIONS & RELEASE RELIABILITY
- Own code signing and notarization on macOS — hardened runtime, entitlements, nested binary signing, provisioning profiles — and Authenticode signing, SmartScreen reputation and antivirus false positives on Windows.
- Design the permission onboarding flow — microphone, system audio, screen recording, accessibility — so that grant rates stay high and failure states are recoverable.
- Build and maintain the release pipeline: CI matrix builds, signing from CI with HSM-backed certificates, auto-update, staged rollout and rollback.
- Own crash reporting and production telemetry for the desktop client, and act on what it tells you.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 6+ years of software engineering experience, including production-grade TypeScript/Node.js.
- 3+ years building and shipping Electron applications to real end users, not internal tools or proofs of concept.
- Hands-on native macOS development in Swift and/or Objective-C, with AppKit and at least one system-level framework such as Core Audio, AVFoundation, ScreenCaptureKit, or the Accessibility API.
- Practical experience writing native Node addons (N-API / node-addon-api) or bundling and communicating with out-of-process native helpers.
- Demonstrated experience with macOS code signing, notarization, entitlements, and the TCC permission model — you have debugged a rejected notarization and know how to read the log.
- Working knowledge of the Windows desktop platform: Win32 APIs, Authenticode signing, and the practical realities of SmartScreen and antivirus reputation.
- Strong grasp of multi-process architecture, IPC, and debugging issues that only reproduce on a user's machine.
NICE TO HAVE
- Real-time audio pipelines — buffering, resampling, mixing multiple sources, or streaming to speech-to-text services.
- Signing from CI with hardware-backed certificates (Azure Key Vault, DigiCert KeyLocker, or similar), and antivirus whitelisting or SmartScreen reputation building for a new product.
- Auto-update infrastructure such as Squirrel, electron-updater or Sparkle, including staged rollouts.
- Crash reporting and symbolication for native code (Crashpad, Sentry, or similar).
- Prior experience shipping a consumer desktop product at meaningful scale.
LOCATION
Ruby Labs operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone. Applicants from any country are welcome to apply for the position as long as they are located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET. This ensures optimal collaboration and communication during working hours.

We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
About Grafana Labs:
There are more than 700,000 active installations of Grafana around the globe, monitoring everything from beehives to climate change in the Alps. The instantly recognizable dashboards have been spotted everywhere from a SpaceX launch and Minecraft HQ to Wimbledon and the Tour de France. Grafana Labs also helps companies including Bloomberg, JPMorgan Chase, and eBay manage their observability strategies with full-stack offerings that can be run fully managed with Grafana Cloud, or self-managed with Grafana Enterprise Stack. The Grafana stack has grown to include more open-source projects, including Grafana Loki (for logs) and Grafana Tempo (for traces) and Grafana Mimir (for metrics).
Description of Duties
We’re looking for a Staff Technical Writer to create documentation and learning content that helps people adopt and master Grafana’s observability products. You’ll work with engineers, product managers, and the Grafana writing team to produce content for a range of products and audiences, from first-time users to experienced practitioners. Because our products and priorities evolve, we’re looking for someone who learns new technical domains quickly.
AI is part of how this team works. We use AI-assisted workflows and tools throughout the content lifecycle, from research and drafting to review, validation, and maintenance. You’ll use these tools every day and help the team get better at using them.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, research, write, and maintain documentation and learning content (concepts, tasks, tutorials, references, and in-product learning) that supports adoption and long-term product mastery.
Use AI tools and workflows to work faster and at a higher quality: drafting, structuring, technical validation, consistency checks, and keeping content current. You apply human judgment to everything AI produces and take responsibility for its accuracy.
Contribute to the team’s shared AI workflows and skills, and look for ways to improve and automate how we create and maintain content as tools and models evolve.
Partner with engineers, PMs, and other stakeholders to understand product requirements, interview subject matter experts, and turn complex technical detail into clear, accurate content.
Test what you document. Run the software, follow your own procedures, and flag product and UX gaps you find along the way.
Let data guide your priorities. We have strong docs and learning analytics. You’ll use them, along with user feedback, to find content gaps, prioritize your work, and show the impact of what you ship.
Work with the documentation manager and other writers to improve information architecture, voice, and consistency across our docs, and to make information easy to find for both people and AI-driven search and assistants.
Manage several projects at once, using judgment to prioritize and communicate clearly when the plan changes.
Mentor teammates and share practices that raise the quality of the team’s work.
Requirements
What experience would make someone be successful in this role?
Experience writing or documenting enterprise or developer-facing software, with a portfolio or writing samples that show technical depth.
Hands-on experience using AI tools and models in your writing workflow (such as LLM assistants, agentic coding tools, or custom prompts and skills), and the ability to explain how you evaluate and verify their output.
Experience working with docs-as-code: command-line Git, GitHub (pull requests and reviews), Markdown, and common IDEs.
Comfort working in technical environments. You can set up, run, and troubleshoot software yourself to verify what you write (for example, command line, containers, or Kubernetes, or a willingness to learn quickly).
Experience collaborating with engineers and product managers to get accurate technical information.
Experience working remotely and asynchronously on a distributed team.
What you’ll bring to the role
Curiosity about AI as a craft. You treat AI workflows as a professional skill. You experiment, share what works, and know where AI helps and where it doesn’t.
Technical credibility. You care about accuracy, you learn new technical domains quickly, and you ask questions until you understand them.
Strong judgment and editing skills. You can tell good content from plausible-sounding content, and you hold the line on quality.
Ownership. You manage multiple projects and work well both independently and collaboratively.
Clarity. You write concisely and plainly for readers of all experience levels.
Bonus: Experience with observability, monitoring, or cloud-native tooling, or contributing to open source documentation.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
🤹 OPERATIONS AT ALAN
Behind Alan's performance lies an Operations team that is anything but back-office. At Alan, Ops is a strategic function: we define the vision, build the systems, and own the outcomes that make our insurance and healthcare products work at scale.
As a Senior Ops & Product Builder, you will own some of the most critical and ambiguous challenges in the company. You will shape strategy, drive cross-functional alignment, and build solutions with lasting impact on Alan's P&L and member experience.
You’ll be joining 80+ talented, committed, passionate Ops team members working globally on all our services. You’ll be among the team mates structuring this community.
⭐️ THE CHALLENGES
We are looking for driven professionals and entrepreneurs with a strong operational background to disrupt the way we traditionally think about insurance or healthcare. Our goal is to delight our members everywhere as we keep on scaling and building new services in France and internationally.
The job description is simple: you set the vision, make the hard calls, and own the outcome.
Here are some examples of missions our team is covering that you could lead:
- Saving millions through fraud detection: Building a detection capability with no playbook. Owning make-vs-buy decisions on tooling, balancing precision against member experience at scale, and managing the external surface. Partner negotiations, industry lobbying, and ecosystem-level fraud strategy.
- Building a global recovery engine: Establishing a billing monitoring framework to identify gaps early on. Then building assets & partnerships to drive costs down : designing a global recovery system that adapts to local legislation to support Alan’s expansion. With millions invoiced every month and high growth, the impact on P&L is direct.
- Scaling psychotherapy online sessions: Defining the operating model from scratch, making hard resourcing decisions under uncertainty, managing quality at scale, and driving international replication. Today: 80,000 sessions were delivered & 93% of users report reduced stress.
- Reinventing healthcare expense payment: Challenging a key French health insurance item (Tiers Payant), owning complex supplier negotiations autonomously, and cutting the budget line by more than half while improving member satisfaction.
⭐️ IF YOU HAVE SOME OF THE FOLLOWING, YOU MAY BE A GREAT FIT ⭐️
- You have at least 10 years of professional experience in Operations management or entrepreneurship
- You are fully fluent in English and Spanish or French or Dutch
- You have a high level of structure and strong analytical skills (including Sql fluency for data analysis)
- You independently own high-ambiguity, high-impact initiatives (typically >10M€/year business impact)
- You excel at defining a clear vision and roadmap on your scope, lead product reviews, and drive make-or-buy decisions
- You make hard prioritization calls with partial information and manage key external partnerships autonomously
- You are a thought leader and implement innovative uses of AI and automation across crews
- You are a strong mentor: you make the people around you better, and you drive significant community impact
For this role we are looking to hire within the D-F https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity level range based out of France, Belgium or Spain.
🎯 IMPORTANT NOTE: WE HIRE PEOPLE, NOT ROLES.
If you're excited about this opportunity but don't check every box, we'd love to hear from you. Everyone, no matter how underrepresented, should feel free to apply, as it can only bring learnings or success.
If you identify yourself as a woman: Did you know that research shows women often apply only when meeting 100% of requirements?
Remember, this is just a guide, not a checklist. We'll be thrilled to receive your application!

ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Talent Operations team runs the machinery behind hiring at ElevenLabs: the systems, workflows and data that help us hire exceptional people quickly. We’re hiring at pace, with 200+ open roles across 40+ countries, and Ashby sits at the centre of all of it. We're looking for a hands-on Ashby expert who can turn hiring priorities into clean, working setups, so recruiters and interviewers can focus on candidates rather than the tool. You’ll be the person the talent team trusts to get the system right, and to know when something is quietly going wrong.
Talent Operations works from first principles. We don’t ask how hiring has always been done. We ask how to make it the best possible experience for candidates, hiring managers, recruiters and everyone involved. Automation and AI drive everything we do, because we’re scaling our talent function without scaling headcount at the same rate. The goal is to maximize the impact each person on the team can have.
To start, your time will be split as ~60% Ashby build and administration, ~25% scheduling support and Talent Ops projects, and ~15% data and reporting.
WHAT YOU’LL OWN
- Ashby go-to: be the first point of contact for Ashby questions from recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers. Write the how-tos so the same question doesn’t get asked twice.
- Interview plans: build and customize interview plans, stages, feedback forms and scorecards. Update them as roles and processes change, keeping structure consistent so data stays comparable across teams.
- Jobs and postings. End to end: take approved headcount to a live, accurate job and posting quickly. That covers hiring teams, approvals, custom fields, job boards and postings across locations. Keep every job accurate through to close and archive.
- Data quality: own ATS hygiene, including stage mapping, source attribution, rejection and archive reasons, department and team structure, and stale applications. Spot problems before they show up in a report.
- Process and projects: support Talent Ops on process changes, tooling rollouts and projects that help the function scale, plus interview scheduling support during busy periods (or until we roll out agentic scheduling).
IN YOUR FIRST 6 MONTHS, YOU WILL:
- Audit and standardize interview plans across ElevenLabs so pipeline data is comparable
- Cut job setup time by templating common role types
- Automate a manual workflow with AI or integration tooling
- Improve interviewer capacity and assist with automating scheduling
- Own 1-2 Talent Operations projects end to end
REQUIREMENTS
- Ashby Power User. Prior hands-on Ashby experience as an active, day-to-day user, including setting up jobs, postings, feedback forms, and interview plans.
- Fast-paced Operations. Experience in recruiting operations or coordination in a fast-moving team.
- Strong data hygiene instincts. Messy data bothers you, and you fix the root cause, not just the symptom.
- AI native. Comfortable using AI tools to cut manual work and move faster.
- Clear written communication. You can explain a system change to a hiring manager in two sentences.
- Timezone: Able to work in United States timezone hours.
BONUS:
- Strong analytical and reporting skills. You’re confident building reports in Ashby and working with exported data in spreadsheets (pivots, lookups, basic formulas), and you can turn the numbers into a clear story about what’s working and what isn’t.
- Scheduling at Scale. Interview scheduling at scale, including complex multi-timezone panels.
- Project Management. Organized and able to run projects end to end with multiple stakeholders.
YOU MIGHT BE A GREAT FIT IF:
- You enjoy being the person who knows how the system actually works
- You’d rather build a template once than do the same setup ten times
- You’re comfortable moving fast without letting accuracy slip
LOCATION
This role is remote and can be executed globally, with a preference for United States timezones. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in New York or San Francisco.
INTERVIEW PROCESS
We are accepting applications through October 30, 2026. The Hiring Manager will review all applications and determine next steps. The interview process will be:
- AI Interview
- Meet the Hiring Manager
- Case Study
- Call with the Team
- Final Interview
