At WHOOP, we're on a mission to unlock and inspire performance for life. WHOOP empowers members to perform at a higher level through a deeper understanding of their bodies and daily lives.
WHOOP is seeking a Retail Account Manager, Australia & New Zealand to own and grow our retail partnerships across the region. This is a highly cross-functional role that combines commercial account management with hands-on trade marketing execution. You will be responsible for driving the performance of our retail partners—from managing forecasts, purchase orders, inventory, and account plans to developing and executing programs that increase awareness, engagement, and sell-through. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for key retail partners while collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and other global teams to grow the WHOOP membership base and strengthen our retail presence across Australia and New Zealand.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own and grow key retail partnerships across Australia and New Zealand, managing day-to-day relationships, commercial performance, forecasts, purchase orders, inventory, assortment, sales reporting, and ongoing account needs.
- Develop account strategies and joint business plans that support sales targets and broader company objectives, using sales performance, market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify risks and growth opportunities.
- Lead regular retailer business reviews and ongoing account touchpoints, partnering with retailers to evaluate performance and execute against opportunities across assortment, merchandising, marketing, training, and sell-through.
- Develop and execute retailer marketing plans and omni-channel activations in partnership with internal Marketing teams, including point-of-sale materials, in-store displays, digital assets, promotional programs, and retail associate training.
- Serve as the regional voice of our retail partners internally, collaborating across Marketing, Operations, Finance, Apparel & Accessories, Legal, and other teams to resolve issues, support launches, and deliver an exceptional WHOOP brand experience.
- Support the continued expansion of the WHOOP retail footprint across Australia and New Zealand by assessing market opportunities, identifying prospective partners, supporting commercial discussions and onboarding, and maintaining visibility into the regional retailer pipeline.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, trade marketing, or a related commercial role, ideally within consumer electronics, sporting goods, health and wellness, or another relevant consumer category.
- Demonstrated experience managing retail or wholesale accounts, with an understanding of the commercial fundamentals that drive successful partnerships, including forecasting, inventory, purchase orders, assortment, and sell-through.
- Experience developing and executing retail marketing programs, including in-store and digital activations, merchandising, promotional campaigns, and/or retail associate training.
- Strong commercial and analytical mindset with the ability to translate sales, account, and market data into clear priorities and actionable growth opportunities.
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with external retail partners and cross-functional internal teams.
- Self-starter who is comfortable operating independently, balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution, and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Passion for fitness, health, and technology, with willingness to travel throughout Australia and New Zealand and internationally as needed.
- Strong commitment to embracing and leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks, ensuring AI-assisted work aligns with the same high-quality standards as personal contributions.
Interested in the role, but don’t meet every qualification? We encourage you to still apply! At WHOOP, we believe there is much more to a candidate than what is written on paper, and we value character as much as experience. As we continue to build a diverse and inclusive environment, we encourage anyone who is interested in this role to apply.
WHOOP is an Equal Opportunity Employer and participates in E-verify https://www.e-verify.gov/to determine employment eligibility
The WHOOP compensation philosophy is designed to attract, motivate, and retain exceptional talent by offering competitive base salaries, meaningful equity, and consistent pay practices that reflect our mission and core values.

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is 188,955 AUS - 247,095 AUS. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within each range, individual pay is based on factors such as job-related skills, experience, performance, and relevant education or training.
In addition to the base salary, the successful candidate will also receive benefits and a generous equity package.
These ranges may be modified in the future to reflect evolving market conditions and organizational needs. While most offers will typically fall toward the starting point of the range, total compensation will depend on the candidate’s specific qualifications, expertise, and alignment with the role’s requirements.

Figma’s distribution partnerships team is focused on unlocking new sources of revenue and hyper-scaling growth through the power of strategic alliances. This includes accelerating go-to-market (GTM) efforts, driving adoption of Figma’s platform, and unlocking new use cases via our suite of AI tools. We are looking to hire an experienced business development and partnerships professional to scale our efforts with agencies, systems integrators, consultancies, and select commercial partners (resellers) across the LATAM region. This includes driving revenue growth and supporting customers in Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, Chile, and beyond.
This is not a channel sales role - we are focused on new strategic initiatives and analyzing how partners best serve the long-term needs of Figma’s business and customers. This is an exciting opportunity to join an emerging team at Figma where you will play an active role in shaping our long-term partner strategy. You will build new partner programs from scratch and scale our existing motions to better serve customers across LATAM as Figma’s platform suite continues to evolve.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you’ll do at Figma:
Identify, evaluate, and execute new strategic opportunities for Figma that require complementary GTM partners
Research, analyze, onboard, and activate new organizations into Figma’s formal distribution partner program
Manage existing service and commercial partners to drive revenue for Figma and meet the needs of our LATAM customers
Partner with Figma’s GTM teams to source, scope, and progress partner-influenced opportunities
Create repeatable service offering playbooks that partners can execute to drive deeper adoption and product retention
Expand the usage and adoption of Figma’s AI products in our customers through the strategic reach and influence of partners
Educate the wider partner ecosystem on Figma’s products, services, and capabilities in tandem with the partner enablement team
Develop and nurture internal relationships with sales, marketing, customer experience, and product teams; understand their needs, advocate for our partners, and find new areas of collaboration
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
10+ years of total experience in equivalent or relevant fields
4+ years of experience working with external partners to advance customer and GTM efforts - including SIs, agencies, and consulting firms - across multiple LATAM markets
Built new partner strategies, tactics, and programs from scratch while personally managing relationships with multiple strategic partners at once
Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese
Ability to travel once per month
While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Worked at a service organization or channel partner in a direct GTM role
Spent time in the design or digital product development space
Experience selling to product-oriented and technical audiences
Experience with UX/UI design principles and collaboration tools
Proven experience using a sales methodology such as Command of the Message or MEDDICC
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.

About Ledger
We’re a team of experts pushing the limits of what’s possible, united by our common goal to unlock true freedom through digital ownership, making technology accessible for all. We believe in a world where users, creators and enterprises manage their value with ownership and freedom. Our curiosity drives us to innovate, empowering individuals on a global scale. We believe change is constant and our team moves forward as one, with a culture of problem-solving where every employee is empowered and supported to challenge tradition and create solutions. Our mission is simple: to make self-custody accessible and give people the keys to their own financial futures. If you want to make a true impact, we want you to join us at Ledger.
At Ledger, we’re proud to be the global platform for digital assets and Web3, with over 20% of the world’s crypto assets secured through our Ledger devices. With our headquarters in Paris, and offices in Vierzon, Grenoble, Montpellier, London, Portland, Geneva, Zurich and Central Singapore, we have a team of around 600 professionals developing a variety of products and services to enable individuals and companies to securely buy, store, swap, grow and manage crypto assets – including the Ledger hardware wallets line with more than 7.5 millions units already sold in 200 countries.
The team:
Amazon brings Ledger to a broader audience of crypto-curious buyers on every continent, making it a key growth driver for the business. The Marketplaces team owns the Amazon channel end to end, from catalogue and inventory management to ads campaign management. You’ll lead our ads performance and bring a builder’s mindset to the whole channel: using data and AI to scale what works and automate our Amazon processes, from ads to operations.
What you’ll be doing:
- Amazon advertising management: own and optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display and DSP campaigns across our markets, with one goal: prove and drive incremental revenue, not just efficient spend; use Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) to understand our audiences and buyers and measure what our ads really bring.
- Process automation: rebuild our largely manual Amazon workflows (bid management, reporting, budget pacing, promo checks) into automated, scalable processes, leveraging AI tools and scripting rather than spreadsheets.
- Data & reporting: collaborate closely with the data team to build and maintain dashboards and trackers monitoring ads performance and promotional impact, turning raw data into clear recommendations for leadership.
- Promotions: manage promotional calendars across marketplaces to maximize conversion and defend competitive position.
- Tooling & partner evaluation: continuously benchmark and test third party tools, agencies and tech partners (audiences analytics, competitive intelligence, etc.) to identify the best stack for scale.
- Cross functional collaboration: work closely with the operations/catalog team, brand, and finance teams to align ads strategy with inventory, listings, and budget realities.
What we’re looking for:
- 2+ years of experience in performance marketing or data analysis, or, with a strong analytical mindset (Amazon Ads experience is a plus, not a requirement)
- Strong appetite for AI is a must, with dashboards, reportings or automated processes you’ve built using AI tools
- Comfortable owning manual workflows and turning them into repeatable systems
- Excellent organizational skills
- Fluent in English; the role is based in Paris, and English is a prerequisite for both social and work life in our office
Nice to have:
- Hands on experience with Amazon Ads console / Seller Central / Vendor Central
- Interest in Web3/crypto
At Ledger, we are dedicated to continually investing in our employees which is why we offer more than just salaries; we provide comprehensive compensation packages that include a wide range of benefits. Here are some of the benefits you can look forward to:
- Flexible work options - Our hybrid policy allows employees to work from home up to 3 times per week
- Health & Wellness support - Health and Life Insurance.
- Financial growth opportunities - Employees can become shareholders in Ledger as well as other financial benefits depending on your country of work.
- Commuter allowance - Ledger offers a commuter allowance to contribute to your preferred means of transportation.
- Learning & Development - A comprehensive suite of training solutions providing a personalised learning experience for every employee.
For regionally specific benefits, your Talent Acquisition contact will be able to provide you with more information.
We’re committed to building an inclusive hiring process. If you need any adjustments or accommodations, just let us know, we’ll do our best to support you.

Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
Join us in shaping the experience that millions of customers land on every time they open DoorDash, Wolt, or Deliveroo. As part of our Core Consumer organisation, our Homepage team owns one of the single biggest levers we have on what customers find and one of the hardest surfaces in the app to get right.
Working at the intersection of ranking, personalisation, and AI/ML, you'll help decide what each customer sees and why, across three brands and dozens of markets. You'll be building on a global stack, and your roadmap will be a mix: global platform problems that apply worldwide, global capabilities we're accelerating into EMEA, and EMEA-specific problems worth solving properly rather than working around.
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Homepage team. In this role, you'll shape how customers discover restaurants, grocery and retail venues, dishes and products — and help define what discovery looks like as AI-driven and agentic experiences change the way people decide what to order.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll be joining a team working on one of the most-used surfaces in the app.
Here's what your day-to-day might look like:
Building new end-to-end features and user experiences on Homepage that shape how customers discover restaurants, grocery and retail venues, dishes, and products.
Working on ranking, personalisation, and AI/ML problems in the Homepage domain, including how we decide what each customer sees and why.
Exploring where AI-driven and agentic experiences change the way customers discover what to order.
Making discovery work across three brands and many markets, without flattening into one-size-fits-all.
What You'll Need to Thrive
Our ideal candidate will bring strong product judgment and curiosity to grow into the rest:
Proven experience as a Product Manager on consumer-facing products - discovery, homepage, feed, or ranking-driven experiences are especially relevant.
You are a product manager more than a feature owner. Someone who finds the customer problems that matter most and makes the case for solving them.
You work backwards from the customer problem, and weigh it against what the business needs most right now.
You're comfortable holding several business objectives at once and making a call when they pull in different directions.
You work well with a wide range of stakeholders and build trust with people whose priorities differ from your own.
You think strategically and can move between long-term direction and what we should ship next.
You're comfortable with ambiguity and genuinely flexible (this industry is changing fast, AI most of all).
You're curious about what AI actually changes for customers, and can tell real value from hype.
Next steps
The position will be filled as soon as we find the right person, so make sure to apply as soon as you realize you really, really want to join us!
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
At Deliveroo, we know that a great workplace reflects the world around us and that true diversity and inclusion make us stronger, more creative, and better at what we do. We’re committed to fostering an environment where everyone can do their best work and feel they belong.
We believe in equality of opportunity and welcome candidates from all backgrounds regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, socio-economic background, religion, or belief.
If you have a disability or long-term health condition and need support to apply for one of our roles, or require any reasonable adjustments during the recruitment process, you’ll have the opportunity to let us know once you’ve submitted your application. We’ll share details on how to request support so we can ensure you have a fair and equitable experience.
If you’re excited about making a real impact in a fast-moving marketplace and growing your career alongside ambitious, supportive teams, we’d love to hear from you!
