BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Payward Services is an enterprise infrastructure platform that enables companies to seamlessly integrate trading, payments, funding, and digital asset services through a single unified system. It provides coordinated liquidity, custody, compliance, risk management, and settlement capabilities, reducing operational complexity for fintechs, banks, brokerages, and payment providers.
Payward's Payments & Blockchain team owns the first and last mile of every dollar that moves in or out of its products. That means dozens of banking partners, PSPs and local rails powering deposits and withdrawals for millions of users.
The team is looking for a product manager to shape the future of this platform, from the architecture underneath to the API layer internal clients build on. At the center is Payward's in-house PSP: a scalable, multi-tenant payments backend with hosted pages, SDKs, embedded components and direct APIs, so any Payward business can plug in and reach pay-in and payout rails worldwide.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Own the product vision and roadmap for the Payward payments platform, covering both the shared backend and the integration surfaces internal clients build on (hosted pages, SDKs, embedded components and direct APIs)
- Map requirements across internal clients and use them to evolve the platform's vision and capabilities so it serves a growing range of use cases
- Partner with engineering to turn the target vision into a sequenced, high-impact roadmap, with milestones every client team can plan against
- Prioritize across competing client needs, make the trade-offs visible, and say no with a clear rationale
- Shape the client experience end to end, from first conversation to go-live, so teams can adopt the platform without heavy hand-holding
- Work with the banking and partnerships teams so each new PSP or bank integration is built once on the platform and reaches every Payward business
- Bring compliance, risk and legal requirements across Payward's entities and jurisdictions into the roadmap early, before they become launch blockers
- Set and track platform success metrics, such as time to launch a rail for an existing client, time for a new client to go live, share of rails available through the platform, and payment success rates
WHAT YOU BRING
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in a platform, API or infrastructure role where your customers were other internal teams or developers
- Working knowledge of payments: pay-ins and payouts, PSPs and acquirers, bank rails (ACH, SEPA, Faster Payments, SWIFT and local methods), and how money flows between them
- Strong technical fluency. You can read an RFC, challenge an architecture decision, and write an API spec that engineers respect
- Experience shipping developer-facing products such as APIs, SDKs, or embeddable UI components
- Clear, structured writing. You turn complex system designs into docs that product, compliance and business stakeholders can all act on
- Skill at managing many stakeholders with different priorities, and building alignment without direct authority
- Comfort working with data to set goals and measure platform adoption and performance
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience at a PSP, payment orchestrator or payments infrastructure company, or building one in-house
- Background with multi-tenant SaaS or B2B2C platforms
- Familiarity with crypto, stablecoins or on/off-ramps
- Experience working across multiple regulated legal entities or licensing regimes
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.

Fin
, now part of Salesforce, is on a mission to help businesses provide perfect customer experiences.
Our AI Agent Fin is the highest-performing AI Customer Agent on the market today, enabling businesses to deliver impeccable, always-on customer support across the customer journey, from service, to sales, to ecommerce. Powered by our own AI models, Fin resolves complex customer issues end-to-end across every channel, with minimal set-up and integration. Fin can also be combined with our natively integrated Intercom help desk, giving modern support teams one single system.
Together with Salesforce, the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success, we're building the future of customer experience. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn't a buzzword, it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing, and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI.
Ready to level up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place. Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
What’s the opportunity?
The Research, Analytics & Data Science (RAD) team at Intercom uses data and insights to drive evidence-based decision-making. We're a team of data scientists and product researchers who use data - both big and small - to unlock actionable insights about our customers, our products and our business. We generate insights that build customer empathy, drive product strategy and shape products that deliver real value to our customers.
We’re now seeing strong demand for data scientists who can apply their expertise directly with our most strategic customers. As a Forward Deployed Data Scientist, you’ll embed with customers to build Enterprise-grade Fin deployments. You’ll play a pivotal role in transforming how our most strategic customers scale customer support — working closely with them and our go-to-market teams to design, build, and implement data-driven solutions that unlock measurable impact. You’ll also feed insights from these frontline deployments back into Intercom’s product and strategy — helping shape the future of AI customer service.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives in ambiguous environments, is energized by solving complex, real-world problems with data, and is motivated by seeing their work translate into both customer impact and product evolution.
What will I be doing?
Drive the adoption of Fin by helping customers automate and scale their support operations.
Embed with strategic customers to understand their support workflows, data, and business challenges — to identify and implement opportunities where AI can deliver measurable impact.
Steer customers toward best practices in measurement and AI adoption to realize the full value of Fin.
Partner closely with Sales, Success, and Product to deliver seamless customer experiences and successful deployments, and to create feedback loops that shape product development.
Use AI to prototype, test, and scale data-driven solutions, building tools that make us faster and more effective in driving Fin adoption and customer impact.
What skills do I need?
Proven ability to apply data science in real-world business contexts to drive measurable outcomes.
Strong collaboration mindset; skilled at working across Sales, Success, Product, and Engineering.
High adaptability and ownership: able to shift between deep technical analysis and high-level strategic framing.
Excellent communication skills, both technical and non-technical.
Rapid prototyping with systems thinking: you know when a customer needs a fast, bespoke answer, and when to build something others will keep using.
Excellent SQL and production-aware Python, you write code other people can run, not just code that runs once and are experienced applying analytical and statistical methods to real business problems.
Experience with AI/ML evaluation, LLM-driven applications, or conversational AI.
Willing to travel and work on-site with customers to build deep relationships and uncover insights firsthand.
Bonus skills and attributes
Experience in technical consulting, customer-facing analytics, or SaaS product data science.
Experience reframing the problem, not just solving it, you've spotted when the question you were handed wasn't the right one, and changed what got worked on.
Experience applying AI to scale the data science workflow.
Unleash Your Potential
When you join Salesforce, you’ll be limitless in all areas of your life. Our benefits and resources support you to find balance and be your best, and our AI agents accelerate your impact so you can do your best. Together, we’ll bring the power of Agentforce to organizations of all sizes and deliver amazing experiences that customers love. Apply today to not only shape the future — but to redefine what’s possible — for yourself, for AI, and the world.

- Build and maintain Tableau dashboards used by CRM, Marketing, Product, and E-commerce stakeholders.
- Develop automated reporting solutions to reduce manual effort.
- Ensure data consistency across reporting platforms.
- Present insights through clear and compelling visualizations tailored to different audiences.
Stakeholder management
- Partner closely with CRM, E-commerce, Product, Digital, Data Engineering, and Commercial teams.
- Translate complex technical findings into business-friendly recommendations.
- Facilitate discussions between business and technical stakeholders to align on priorities and solutions.
- Influence decision-making through data-driven storytelling and clear communication.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Advanced hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (D360) — customer data models, identity resolution, segmentation, and audience creation.
- Proven experience troubleshooting and investigating data quality issues at scale.
- Strong experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Analytics.
- Advanced proficiency in Tableau — dashboard creation and data visualization best practices.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with large-scale customer datasets.
- Experience working with data warehouses such as Snowflake.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills — able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Comfortable challenging assumptions, raising data quality concerns, and influencing business decisions through data-backed recommendations.
When you join Solvd, you'll…
- Shape real-world AI-driven projects across key industries, working with clients from startup innovation to enterprise transformation.
- Be part of a global team with equal opportunities for collaboration across continents and cultures.
- Thrive in an inclusive environment that prioritizes continuous learning, innovation, and ethical AI standards.

Solvd is an equal opportunity employer.
Location: Pune, India
Workplace: Hybrid
Solvd Inc. is a rapidly growing AI-native consulting and technology services firm delivering enterprise transformation across cloud, data, software engineering, and artificial intelligence. We work with industry-leading organizations to design, build, and operationalize technology solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
Following the acquisition of Tooploox, a premier AI and product development company, Solvd now offers true end-to-end delivery—from strategic advisory and solution design to custom AI development and enterprise-scale implementation. Our capability centers combine deep technical expertise, proven delivery methodologies, and sector-specific knowledge to address complex business challenges quickly and effectively.
We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to replace a manual, per-customer release process with real CI/CD, and to build the infrastructure and observability layer underneath a platform migration moving from a single-tenant-built, multi-tenant-operated model to a genuinely self-serve one.
This role is the reason the other roles on this engagement can move fast. Right now, standing up a new customer means someone manually editing a spreadsheet of build variables, committing, and running a pipeline by hand. You're the one who turns that into something that doesn't need a person in the loop.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Redesign the current manual, per-customer release pipeline into an automated, parameterized CI/CD pipeline that a provisioning event can trigger directly — no manual pipeline run or spreadsheet edit required.
- Build and operate secrets-management infrastructure — vaulting, per-tenant scoping, rotation schedules — that the backend credential-issuance service runs on top of.
- Own infrastructure-as-code for all services being built as part of this migration — provisioning APIs, configuration services, admin console — across dev, staging, and production environments, with consistent and reproducible builds.
- Build monitoring and alerting for a distributed, endpoint-heavy system with known failure modes — stale proxy detection, retry storms, unbounded local queue growth — turning silent failures into pages before customers report them.
- Maintain build and release tooling for multi-platform client software, making platform-specific configuration differences visible and manageable rather than a source of drift.
- Tighten access controls, logging, and distribution for production configuration tooling as part of the broader security posture of the release process.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years in a DevOps, platform engineering, or SRE role with real ownership of a CI/CD pipeline for a production system — not just consuming someone else's pipeline.
- Hands-on experience with secrets management — designing rotation schedules and per-tenant/per-environment scoping, not just storing static values.
- Infrastructure-as-code experience with Terraform or equivalent for standing up and managing multiple environments consistently.
- Experience building observability — metrics, logging, alerting — for distributed systems with many independent, loosely-connected clients.
- Comfortable working with multi-platform build pipelines across at least two operating systems, including packaging and signing requirements.
- Security-conscious by default — this role directly replaces a process that bakes shared secrets into distributed software; access control needs to be a standing question, not an afterthought.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience turning a manual, human-run release process into a fully automated one as a scoped project — not just incremental pipeline improvements.
- Experience operating infrastructure for a self-serve, marketplace-distributed SaaS product.
- Familiarity with cloud data platform deployment models — warehouse-adjacent compute or native application distribution.

We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join a team migrating a production SaaS data platform off a legacy ETL/streaming-based pipeline and onto a Snowflake Native Application built for self-serve distribution and per-tenant data isolation.
This isn't a greenfield build — it's a migration with real legacy constraints. You'll be working from an existing production system that has already been audited in detail, and turning those findings into a working Snowflake-native data platform. You should be comfortable reading someone else's architecture, spotting where it breaks down at scale or under multi-tenant isolation requirements, and redesigning around it.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Re-architect ingestion — design and build the replacement for the current endpoint-to-cloud-function-to-streaming-queue-to-ETL-to-warehouse path, moving ingestion natively into each customer's own Snowflake account so the platform's data-sovereignty story is true end to end.
- Migrate legacy ETL logic — translate existing transformation logic covering activity, meeting/event, network context, and system metadata data into Snowflake-native pipelines using the right combination of native transformation tooling and orchestration.
- Design for per-tenant isolation — build data models and pipeline logic that hold up under a cross-account, multi-tenant distribution model, with tenant boundaries addressed explicitly at the schema, pipeline, and secret-management level.
- Work through known technical debt — shared credentials baked into client-side builds, build-time-only configuration with no live tenant provisioning, inconsistent cross-platform data-capture parity — deciding case by case what gets carried forward, redesigned, or retired.
- Rebuild the platform's core data model — activity, event, network, and metadata — preserving the analytics the business depends on while moving underlying storage and processing into Snowflake.
- Validate against real production data patterns — batch sizes, sync frequencies, offline-queue backlogs — captured during discovery to ensure the new pipeline design holds up under realistic load.
- Document migration decisions clearly enough to be defended internally, to downstream customers, and through a formal marketplace review process.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years as a data engineer with hands-on Snowflake experience — native transformation and orchestration features, not just SQL.
- Real experience migrating an existing production ETL pipeline to a cloud-native target — not a from-scratch build.
- Working knowledge of streaming and event pipelines.
- Comfortable reading and reasoning about a system's security model — encryption at rest and in transit, key management, multi-tenant secret handling — well enough to flag when a proposed design reintroduces a previously identified gap.
- Familiarity with a major cloud provider's function/PaaS services, as parts of the migration will need to interoperate with the current production system during transition.
- Experience designing for multi-tenant SaaS data isolation — schema-per-tenant, row-level security, or equivalent patterns.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience building and distributing applications through a cloud data platform's own marketplace or listing model.
- Background in workforce analytics, activity monitoring, or similar behavioral/event data domains — application/window/URL activity, meeting data, network context.
- Exposure to BI tooling migration alongside an underlying data platform move.

Offensive security
The internal offensive security team is responsible for the penetration testing program, red team engagements, and offensive research aimed at uncovering sophisticated attack scenarios targeting high-value assets across the Nebius Cloud stack.
The Role
We're hiring an Offensive Security Engineer to join us at Nebius. You'll design and execute adversarial simulation across our cloud platform - attacking the same infrastructure our customers depend on - and translate findings into measurable security improvements.
This is a hands-on engineering role within Product Security Team. You will be part of an internal red team, establish a penetration testing program, and conduct research to uncover sophisticated attack scenarios targeting high-value assets across the Nebius tech stack.
What you’ll do
Validate and extend early-stage Secure SDLC threat models via
continuous penetration testing
, assessing threat severity and mitigation status while challenging assumptions made during threat modeling and system development. Automate routine validations to keep pace with increasing feature flow, reserving manual analysis for genuinely complex cases.
Plan and execute full-scoped
red team engagements
against Nebius cloud platform - including compute, storage, inference, networking, orchestration layers, and internal tooling. Identify threats, which are able to impact an organization's operations. Work closely with Detection & Response and other security engineering teams to run purple team exercises, validate detection coverage, and close gaps collaboratively.
Research novel attacks
against GPU infrastructure (e.g., closed-source firmware and vendor driver binaries, device passthrough exploits, SR-IOV/IOMMU misconfigurations, RDMA/InfiniBand fabric attacks, etc.), the inference stack (e.g., vLLM, TRT-LLM), and AI platform managed services (e.g., managed Slurm). Assess tenant-isolation boundaries and how they can be broken at the low-level stack
Conduct targeted assessments of new products and infrastructure changes before they ship.
Deliver clear, actionable reports for both technical audiences and leadership - with prioritized findings and remediation guidance.
Establish red team processes, tooling, and a methodology that scales as the platform grows.
What we’re looking for
6+ years in offensive security - penetration testing, red teaming, or adversary simulation
Deep experience attacking cloud-native environments: Kubernetes privilege escalation, cloud IAM abuse, virtualization and container escapes.
Strong fundamentals across the attack lifecycle: initial access, persistence, lateral movement, data exfiltration.
Proficiency developing custom tooling and post-exploitation capabilities (Python, Go, or similar).
Experience running purple team exercises and working constructively with blue teams.
Ability to write clear, senior-level reports with business-contextualized risk (not just raw findings) that engineers can easily use.
Nice to have
Experience attacking ML infrastructure, model serving pipelines, or GPU clusters.
Reverse engineering and exploits development experience
Application security experience
Familiarity with eBPF bypass techniques or kernel-level exploitation.
Background in vulnerability research or CVE discovery.

About the Role:
You'll work alongside diverse, cross-border teams and supportive colleagues who share knowledge and want to see you succeed.
Salesforce, Marketo, Salesloft, and a growing web of integrated SaaS tools run large parts of Wrike's business.
As that footprint grows, we're hiring a dedicated analyst to bring stronger visibility, governance, and risk understanding to this business systems estate — partnering closely with the teams who own and use these tools.
Your Impact:
— Own security for Wrike's business systems SaaS tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Salesloft, and the integrations that connect them, covering permissions, sharing rules, connected apps, OAuth scopes, and integrations.
— Build and maintain clear visibility into what data lives in these systems, why it's there, and how it flows between integrated tools.
— Partner with RevOps, Marketing, Legal and others to embed security into how these platforms are configured, extended, and connected to third-party services.
— Translate security and business-continuity issues into clear, actionable terms for non-technical stakeholders.
— Ensure business systems handling personal data hold up against privacy frameworks including GDPR and CCPA, in close collaboration with Legal and Compliance.
— Chase data-flow and permission questions to ground truth which means following through until the answer and its implications are genuinely clear.
Your Qualifications:
— Your primary expertise is in Salesforce administration and business systems security.
— Everything else listed here is context you'll operate in.
— Depth in the primary domain matters more than breadth across all of them.
— Salesforce administration experience with a strong security lens.
— This means permissions, sharing rules, connected apps, and integration patterns.
— Solid understanding of how business systems interconnect and why that matters for data exposure and business continuity.
— Able to communicate issues precisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
— Working knowledge of privacy frameworks such as GDPR and CCPA at minimum.
— You don't need to tick every box! We're looking for depth in business systems security and the drive to grow across the rest.
Standout Qualities:
— Certified Salesforce Administrator credential.
— Security+, ISC2 CC, or an equivalent security certification.
— Experience auditing or governing SaaS-to-SaaS integrations.
— Exposure to data security posture management (DSPM) or data classification in SaaS environments.
— You use AI as a force multiplier — to move faster, think wider, and go deeper — but your security instincts and judgement are your own.
— You don't outsource thinking to a tool.
— Demonstrated tenacity in chasing complex data flows and access permissions across multi-tool integrations to a definitive answer.
Team Dynamics:
— You will be joining Wrike's 15-member global Security team led by Maksim Pekuryn, Director of Security.
— You will report directly to Swen Groeneveld, Head of Security Operations, whose 8-person sub-team includes Security Engineers, Application Security, and SOC specialists.
— You'll also work closely with cross-functional partners in RevOps, Marketing, and Legal.
Our Work Style:
— Tech stack: Salesforce, Marketo, Salesloft, OAuth integrations, connected apps, and related business SaaS tooling.
— Collaborative environment working closely with RevOps, Legal, and Marketing teams.
— Hybrid mode.
Benefits & Perks:
— 28 calendar days of paid vacation
— Sick Leave Compensation (5 Paid Uncertified Sick Days)
— Parental Leave: 18 Weeks Maternity / 4 Week Paternity
— 2 Volunteer Days
— Health Insurance (Employees + Dependents)
— Life Insurance Plan
— Utility Allowance (30 EUR/month, subject to taxation)
— Fitness Plan (800 EUR/year)
— Full-remote & On-demand access to Co-working space
Location: Berlin
ROLE HIGHLIGHTS:
- Senior DevOps / Platform Engineer, ISR
- Location: Berlin, Germany
- Department: ISR Analytics
- Reports to: VP of ISR Analytics
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Hybrid
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS:
ICEYE's Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) team builds products that put ICEYE satellite data to work for military and intelligence users. We deliver tactical and strategic intelligence to sovereign mission customers, many of them using space-based data at scale for the first time. The team brings together military intelligence, data science and AI, and software engineering.
Our products run in secure, sovereign environments. We develop in the cloud for convenience, but customers run the product on their own servers, often in air-gapped networks.
This role is not about keeping one system running and tuning it. Here, every environment is temporary: you build the automation that creates, ships, upgrades and tears down complete deployments, reliably and repeatably, in places with no internet access. You work inside the product team, not beside it, and many of your changes will touch the application codebase.
WHO WE ARE
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world's largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To our customers we provide intelligence with unmatched quality, latency and revisit times, in any weather, day or night. To governments who choose to operate their own constellation we provide this proven capability as a sovereign system.
ICEYE-built constellations serve customers in defence and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.
Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and own the automation that packages our product and deploys it to on-prem and air-gapped customer environments.
- Write tooling (mostly Python) that fills the gaps between off-the-shelf tools, rather than only configuring them.
- Provision and manage infrastructure from bare metal and hypervisors up to Kubernetes, and make it reproducible from code.
- Keep cloud development environments fast and disposable, so engineers can spin up a full stack on demand.
- Build CI/CD pipelines that produce signed, versioned, offline-installable releases.
- Set up observability that works when nobody can reach the system from outside.
- Spot what the team needs next and raise it, without waiting to be asked.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Must haves:
- Senior hands-on engineer (not an engineering manager or architect role).
- Strong experience building infrastructure and deployment automation, not only operating existing systems.
- Solid coding skills in Python, or deep experience in another language (for example Go) and willingness to work in Python.
- Daily use of AI tools in engineering work, beyond chat: generating and reviewing code, configuration and tests (for example Claude Code, Cursor).
- High autonomy: you find problems, propose fixes and drive them through.
- Motivation to work in new defense: building technology used by defense forces.
Nice to haves:
- On-prem or datacenter experience: bootstrapping servers, virtualization (VMware, Proxmox), storage and networking, not just public cloud.
- Delivered to air-gapped or otherwise restricted environments.
- Release engineering: shipping a packaged product to many customer environments on a fixed schedule.
- Built internal tools and automation used by other engineers (a CLI, an operator, a provisioning service).
- Operated PostgreSQL in production (upgrades, backups, migrations); PostGIS a plus.
- Strong IC track record in a startup or a fast-changing company launching new products.
- Comfortable in an environment where process and requirements change often and are not always fully defined.
- Clear communicator who works well with experienced, opinionated engineers.
APPLICATION PROCESS
- Recruiter Interview ( 30 mins online)
- Hiring Manager Interview (60 mins online)

Built natively for stablecoins and trusted by more than 100 organizations worldwide, Rain delivers secure, scalable infrastructure that makes money move freely and instantly around the world.
You will have the opportunity to deliver massive impact at a hypergrowth company backed by some of the top investors in fintech, crypto, and SaaS. In January 2026, we closed a $250M Series C led by ICONIQ, valuing Rain at $1.95B, with Sapphire Ventures, Dragonfly, Bessemer Venture Partners, Galaxy Ventures, FirstMark, Lightspeed, Norwest, and Endeavor Catalyst also participating. If you're curious, bold, and excited to help shape a borderless financial future, we'd love to talk.
OUR ETHOS
We believe in an open and flat structure. You will be able to grow into the role that most aligns with your goals. Our team members at all levels have the freedom to explore ideas and impact the roadmap and vision of our company.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Security Engineering is a small team that answers one question: was it built right? We run our own AI-driven red team against Rain's code and cloud, gate pull requests before they merge, and write the baselines that say how every system should be configured. Our blockchain work is covered. This role owns everything else: the backend services, APIs, cloud, and edge that move real money for real customers.
We work closely with Security Operations: we give them high-quality findings to coordinate fixes for, and clear configuration rules they can build detections on.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Security Engineering makes sure Rain is built right. We run our own AI-driven red team against our code and cloud, gate pull requests before they merge, and set the baselines for how every system is configured. This role owns everything outside blockchain: the backend services, APIs, cloud, and edge that move real money. We give Security Operations high-quality findings to coordinate fixes for, and clear configuration rules to build detections on.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You'll be Rain's application security expert and the quality bar for every non-chain finding we produce. The calls are yours: what's real, how bad it is, and what has to be fixed before launch. You'll hold the line with engineers when it matters, and make the case so they agree, not just comply.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Review red team findings before they reach engineers: reproduce them, cut false positives, set severity, and write tickets clear enough to fix without a meeting. Improve the scoring that grades them
- Harden our backend services and APIs, especially the money-moving paths. You'll often write the fix yourself
- Own edge defenses: DDoS protection, rate limiting, WAF rules, and abuse controls
- Write secure configuration baselines for our cloud, code, and SaaS, and turn them into automated checks
- Grow our PR security gate so more bugs are blocked before merge
- Own attack surface coverage, and run architecture reviews on new and high-risk systems
- Find, test, and pick the best security tools, whether we buy, adopt, or build
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 4+ years in application security, product security, or security-minded backend engineering
- You've owned security decisions. You can tell a senior engineer their design needs to change and keep a good working relationship
- You can read an unfamiliar codebase (TypeScript/Node.js) and find the bug that matters, and you know a scary-sounding finding from a real one
- Hands-on cloud security (ideally GCP), Terraform, and edge defenses like WAFs and rate limiting
- Experience with threat models or architecture reviews. You've run tool bake-offs and dropped tools that didn't earn their cost
- You'd rather ship a check than write a document, and you use AI tools heavily without trusting them blindly
BONUS ATTRIBUTES
- Fintech, payments, or card issuing background (PCI DSS a plus)
- Pentest, bug bounty, or red team experience
- Experience building security scanners, static analysis rules, or LLM-based review tools
- If you have the background: AI security for our agents and agentic payments, or corporate security alongside IT
