We are looking for an AI Inference Engineer to join our growing team. We build and run the inference engine behind every Perplexity query and deploy dozens of model architectures at scale with tight latency and cost budgets. Our stack is Rust, Python, CUDA, and CuTe DSL.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- New models support. Support transformer-based retrieval, text-generation, and multimodal models in our inference infrastructure, from weight loading, request scheduling and KV-cache management to support in API Gateway.
- GPU kernels migration to CuTe DSL. Port our in-house CUDA kernels to NVIDIA's CuTe DSL so they run on GB200 today and are portable to Vera Rubin racks tomorrow.
- Rust-native serving runtime. Develop our internal Rust-based inference server to solve all Python pains and keep up with rapidly growing traffic.
- Performance optimisation. Profile and fix bottlenecks from network ingress through continuous batching and GPU kernels interleaving.
- Reliability and observability. Build dashboards, alerts, and automated remediation so we catch regressions before users do. Respond to and learn from production incidents.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Deep experience with GPU programming and performance work (CUDA, Triton, CUTLASS, or similar). Any other deep systems programming experience is a plus.
- You understand modern LLM architectures and are able to bring them up reliably in a production environment.
- You've built and operated production distributed systems under real load - ideally performance-critical ones.
- Comfortable working across languages and layers: Rust for the serving runtime, Python for model code, CUDA/CuteDSL for kernels.
- You own problems end-to-end. You can read a research paper on Monday, write a kernel on Wednesday, and debug a production incident on Friday.
- Self-directed. You do well in fast-moving environments where the path forward isn't laid out for you.
NICE-TO-HAVE:
- ML compilers and framework internals: PyTorch internals, torch.compile, custom operators.
- Distributed GPU communication: NCCL, NVLink, InfiniBand, RDMA libraries, model/tensor parallelism.
- Low-precision inference: INT8/FP8/FP4 quantization, mixed-precision serving.
- Profiling and debugging tools: Nsight Compute/Systems, CUDA-GDB, PTX/SASS analysis.
- Container orchestration: Kubernetes, GPU scheduling, autoscaling inference workloads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience with meaningful work on ML inference or high-performance systems.
- Familiarity with at least one deep learning framework (PyTorch, JAX, TensorFlow).
- Understanding of GPU architectures (memory hierarchy, warp scheduling, tensor cores).
- Understanding of common LLM architectures and inference optimization techniques (e.g. quantization, speculative decoding, prefill-decode disaggregation).
Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including experience and expertise.
Equity: In addition to the base salary, equity may be part of the total compensation package.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role
Anthropic's business metrics change quickly. New models, products and pricing land every few weeks, and each one moves the numbers in ways leadership needs to understand and act on quickly.
The Finance Analytics & Business Intelligence team is hiring a senior individual contributor to own how finance leadership reviews key business metrics. You'll run the weekly company metrics update and forum, explain what is driving revenue and usage across products, customers and models, and turn open-ended business questions into clear, data-driven answers. You'll also build what makes those answers repeatable and scalable: governed metric definitions, executive dashboards, and Claude-powered workflows for recurring analysis. The work is technical, fast-moving and highly visible, and it spans Finance, Product, Go-to-Market, Data Science and Data Engineering.
In this
role,
you will:
Own the weekly company metrics update and forum:
shape the story the numbers tell, evolve the structure and content as fast as the business changes
Define the metrics that matter:
help establish the headline KPIs leadership uses to track the business, and the driver views beneath them.
Surface macro trends:
explain what is driving growth across products, customers, and channels, and flag leading indicators early
Lead deep dives on executive questions:
take a broad question from leadership, put a measurement approach around it, and work with partner teams to deliver a clear, defensible answer
Track performance against plan:
explain where actuals differ from forecast and why it matters
Partner across teams:
work with finance leadership, product and GTM finance and strategy, data science, and data engineering to agree on how we measure the business, so everyone uses the same numbers.
Raise the bar:
land narratives in executive forums and up-level the team’s finance analytics practice by example
You might
be
a good fit if you:
Have run an executive metrics forum:
you've owned a recurring business review for senior leadership, including its structure, content and discussion.
Land narratives with executives:
your analyses have changed business decisions, and you can simplify for senior leaders without losing rigor
Put shape around ambiguity:
you’ve personally defined the measurement approach for questions nobody knew how to answer, without waiting for a fully specified ask
Stay hands-on at senior scope:
you still write the SQL and Python yourself, and you’d rather ship a defensible v1 with honest error bars than wait for perfect data
Are inherently curious:
you go one level deeper than asked and are energized by how fast models, products, and the market are moving
Thrive amid shifting priorities:
you juggle multiple fast-moving work streams and stay effective when the plan changes weekly
Work fluently with modern tooling:
you’re strong at data visualization, use Claude and AI tools as force multipliers in analysis and BI, and can self-serve your own workflows across SQL, Python, dbt, and a cloud warehouse
Strong
candidates
may also have:
Significant experience in finance analytics, business analytics or data science, including direct partnership with senior leadership
Revenue or growth analytics experience at a usage-based business (cloud, API or marketplace)
Ownership of a company or executive business review
Experience designing evals or benchmarks for AI models or products
Fluency in the LLM model and product landscape
Experience with a semantic or metrics layer
Dimensional modeling and warehouse design experience (grain, SCDs, point-in-time correctness)
Cloud platform experience (AWS, GCP) with orchestration, CI/CD for data, and testing/observability
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$270,000
—
$345,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Our fast-growing customer base includes hundreds of modern software companies building the next generation of enterprise-ready products.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a GTM Engineer to join our team. This is a hands-on engineering role embedded in our GTM org. You'll own the systems that power how we identify, enrich, score, and engage prospects at scale: a custom built enrichment pipelines leveraging Cargo, the campaign sync tooling that feeds our events and outbound plays, and the code that ties it all together.
You'll work at the intersection of GTM strategy and software engineering by writing production TypeScript/Python, shipping PRs, designing schemas, and building internal tools that the whole GTM team depends on daily. Think of it as being the engineer who makes the rest of the GTM team unreasonably effective.
You don't need to have done this exact job before. You need to care about the craft. The best GTM Engineers at WorkOS are the ones who spot a broken workflow in Slack at 11pm, open a PR the next morning, and ship the fix before the standup. They're the ones who, when the sales team complains about bad data, don't just route it to RevOps, they dig into the Snowflake schema and find the upstream issue. If that sounds like how you work, we want to talk.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enrichment infrastructure: You'll maintain and improve our core enrichment pipeline: the workflows that take a new signup or a conference attendee list and return a fully enriched, scored, and Salesforce-upserted record. Today that involves Cargo, Clay, Snowflake, and a growing set of data providers (Apollo, Linkup, Exa). You'll own the reliability, fill rates, and schema consistency of these systems.
- Account scoring: You'll work on the fit scoring pipeline: the logic that evaluates every company flowing through our stack against our ICP and writes results to Snowflake and SFDC. This includes batching optimization, retry logic, logging and observability, and continuously improving the underlying signals.
- Campaign and event tooling: You'll build and maintain the systems that sync event attendee lists (Luma, conference CSVs) through enrichment and into Salesforce campaigns. When a BDR asks "who came to our event last night?", your tooling answers that question automatically and routes the right records to the right owners. You’ll also propose and prioritize growth experiments, validate the approach, own implementation, measure results, and iterate.
- Custom Tooling integration: You'll build and maintain enrichment tooling accessible via Wallaby, WorkOS's internal AI agent that the GTM team uses to look up prospects, run ad-hoc enrichments, and surface account intel on demand. You’ll design the underlying tools so they’re clean, effective, and composable, using AI and automation across research, enrichment, routing, and engagement workflows.
- GTM data infra: You'll work closely with the data engineering team to keep our Snowflake schema in sync with the tools that consume it, track downstream pipeline impacts when schemas change, and ensure the data flowing into SFDC is accurate and up-to-date. Own and maintain lead and conversion tracking across the funnel, including lifecycle stages and campaign attribution. Keep the underlying data and tracking reliable so we can measure conversion and identify where prospects drop off.
- Code: You'll ship real code. PRs go through review. You'll debug production incidents (Salesforce API rate limits, Cargo timeouts, enrichment failures). You'll instrument logging, add observability, and think carefully about batching, concurrency, and idempotency.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Engineering foundation: You're a capable software engineer. You write clean TypeScript or Python, understand async patterns, know how to design a database schema, and can debug a production incident from logs alone. You don't need to have worked at a software company, but you need to be able to write and ship code.
- GTM domain knowledge: You've worked with the tools: Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, Cargo, Apollo, or equivalents. You understand how leads flow through a CRM, what enrichment providers actually return, and why data quality degrades over time. Ideally you've had a BDR or AE background that gives you intuition for what the sales team actually needs.
- Systems thinking: You think in pipelines, not one-off scripts. When you build something, you think about what happens at 10x volume, when an API goes down, or when the same company gets submitted five times simultaneously.
- 3+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, or a closely adjacent technical role at a high-growth B2B SaaS company.

Role Overview:
We're hiring a Robotics Safety & Compliance Lead to own safety, risk, and compliance across our robotics operations — and to lead the function as it scales. This is a builder-leader role: you'll set the standard, establish the frameworks, and grow the program (and eventually the team) that keeps our labs and data collection environments safe, compliant, and audit-ready.
You'll be the senior voice on safety in the room with operations, engineering, and EHS — setting direction rather than waiting for it, and building practical frameworks that support both speed and control.
What You Will Do
Own safety and compliance end to end across robotics labs and data collection environments.
Set the safety strategy and roadmap as programs scale across sites, and define what "good" looks like for the function.
Develop and implement safety standards, SOPs, and risk mitigation frameworks.
Conduct risk assessments across different lab setups (humanoid, teleoperation, motion capture, etc.).
Serve as the escalation point and decision-maker on safety risk — including the authority to pause work when conditions require it.
Lead incident response processes, reporting, and root cause analysis.
Conduct regular audits and maintain audit readiness across sites.
Build and lead safety training, onboarding, and a safety champion network across lab teams.
Influence senior stakeholders and report on safety posture, risk trends, and program maturity to leadership.
Hire, mentor, and grow safety and compliance support as the program expands.
Partner with engineering on safe system design — cell layout, e-stops, guarding, interlocks, and operating envelopes.
Balance operational speed with safety and compliance requirements.
What Good Looks Like
Clear, practical safety frameworks that teams actually follow.
A safety culture the is owned by the organization, not one that depends on one person policing it.
Strong risk awareness without slowing down execution.
High audit readiness and clean compliance posture.
Proactive identification and mitigation of safety risks.
Credibility with engineering — seen as a technical partner, not a gate.
Strong partnership with operations and engineering teams.
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of experience in safety, compliance, or EHS roles (technical or lab environments preferred).
Demonstrated leadership experience — owning a program, leading cross-functional initiatives, or managing/mentoring others.
Experience developing and implementing safety programs or frameworks from the ground up.
Strong understanding of risk assessment and incident management.
Ability to translate standards into practical, operational processes.
Clear communication and proven ability to influence senior and technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with safety standards (e.g., ISO frameworks such as ISO 10218, ISO/TS 15066, ANSI/RIA R15.06).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in robotics, manufacturing, industrial, or lab-based environments.
People management experience, or experience building a function and its first hires.
Software or technical background as a plus — comfort with ROS, robot control software, teleoperation and motion capture systems, or scripting (e.g. Python) to analyze incident and sensor data.
Experience building or automating compliance tooling — audit tracking, incident dashboards, or safety checklists integrated into lab workflows.
Experience supporting high-growth or rapidly scaling operations.
Background working with cross-functional technical teams.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements
Onsite lab environment (robotics lab, warehouse, or similar setup).
Must be able to stand for extended periods during audits and inspections.
Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
Fast-paced environment with evolving operational needs.
Why This Role Matters
As robotics programs scale, safety and compliance become critical to sustainable operations. This role leads how we operate responsibly, reduce risk, and build systems that scale without compromising safety.

How we build at seQura
🤖
AI-assisted development is how our engineers work every day. We use AI agents to think through problems, write, review and iterate on code, and we're looking for engineers who already work this way, or are actively making the shift.
What matters to us isn't whether you know the syntax and idioms of your preferred programming language or tech stack by heart. It's whether you understand the problem you're solving, can explain the business logic behind it, and own every line you ship, no matter who (or what) wrote it first.
AI helps you move faster, challenge assumptions, explore different approaches and improve your solutions. But knowing which questions to ask, making sound technical and product decisions, and taking responsibility for the outcome is always up to you.
Our technical interviews reflect this approach: you'll use your own AI tools, and we'll ask you to walk us through your solution, both the business reasoning and the code.
If you're only interested in technical challenges without engaging in the product decisions behind them, or you'd rather not work with AI, this probably isn't the right role for you.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.

About the role:
We are looking for experienced software engineers to join our Platform organization. We build the foundational primitives that accelerate product development across Anthropic, and own infrastructure and systems that teams depend on to ship reliably and at scale - either internally or by hundreds of thousands of external global users and companies at all stages.
You'll independently scope complex, multi-month projects, drive cross-org alignment through ambiguous problem spaces, and make architectural decisions that shape how Anthropic builds and scales its products. You'll partner directly with research to productize cutting-edge capabilities, and will have lasting impact on the platform that hundreds of thousands of companies and internal/external engineers depend on every day.
We have multiple teams that are currently hiring. Team placement occurs after the interview process, taking into account your interests and experience alongside organizational needs. This flexible approach allows us to match talented engineers with the backend product efforts where they'll have the greatest impact and growth potential.
What you'll do:
Service Infra:
we build and maintain the core infrastructure that powers Anthropic's engineering organization, from service mesh and observability systems to deployment pipelines and shared libraries. Our work enables product teams to build and operate reliable services at scale, making us a critical force multiplier across the entire company.
Platform Portability:
We build and maintain the infrastructure that enables Anthropic to operate across multiple cloud providers. We focus on cloud-agnostic tooling, cross-cloud networking, and multi-region deployments.
Platform Intelligence:
You'll build and scale the foundation of the Claude API—the systems that deliver Claude's intelligence to every developer, from startups to enterprise. You'll own the performance, reliability, and efficiency of our core serving path, ensuring users get the most speed and value from our models. You'll partner closely with inference and safeguards to optimize the full stack.
Billing Platform:
Anthropic exists to ensure the world safely navigates the transition through transformative AI. That work is funded by commercial revenue — and every dollar of it runs through Billing Platform. We build and operate the infrastructure that turns product usage into revenue across everything Anthropic ships:
Claude.ai
, the Developer Platform, Claude Code, and whatever comes next. The faster we can price it and account for it correctly, the faster Anthropic can fund the mission. Depending on where you land, you might be building the integration contracts product teams plug into so they can launch a paid SKU without becoming billing experts, automating the quote-to-cash lifecycle so enterprise deals don’t bottleneck on manual ops, or building the reconciliation and data foundations that keep every revenue number trustworthy at audit time. This is production-critical infrastructure where correctness is non-negotiable — a rounding error here is a revenue discrepancy somewhere else — and you’ll work closely with Finance, Product, Sales, and Accounting to build systems that scale with the business.
Platform Serving:
You'll focus on transforming Claude into a true knowledge worker by ensuring the model has access to and understanding of the right knowledge at the right time. You'll work on making it possible for developers to securely give Claude access to their data while automatically processing and retrieving relevant information. You'll partner directly with research to bring state-of-the-art retrieval advancements to developers.
Agentic Systems:
You'll build the infrastructure and APIs that let developers create powerful agentic applications on the Claude API — including Claude Managed Agents, our managed platform for deploying and running agents in production. Your work spans the primitives agent developers depend on: tool use, multi-step reasoning, durable sessions and environments, and long-running task execution that lets Claude take actions and accomplish complex goals on a user's behalf. You'll make this platform ready for the largest enterprises to adopt, and partner with research to bring cutting-edge agent capabilities into production.
Auth & Identity:
We build and maintain the critical infrastructure and control interfaces that power identity and authentication across Anthropic's product suite. We work closely with product teams, security, support, and trust & safety as customers. We create scalable solutions for user authentication, authorization, role-based access control, and single sign-on that form the backbone of our company's identity management operations. We maintain a user-centric approach, building reliable systems that our users and company can depend on as we tackle complex challenges at the intersection of security, scalability, and user experience.
Platform Safety:
We're building the identity and verification product layer that enables safe model launches as Claude's capabilities expand. This critical effort partners with Safeguards, Auth & Identity, Policy, and Product teams across API,
Claude.ai
, and third-party platforms as customers, creating the systems for KYC/KYB, trust grant issuance and inheritance, and end-user verification that flow across every Anthropic surface. We sit at the intersection of trust, compliance, and product velocity, delivering the verification primitives that let Anthropic ship advanced model capabilities to the right users at massive scale.
You might be a good fit if you:
Have a minimum of 8 years of practical experience as a backend or platform engineer building scalable distributed systems, ideally operating at tech lead level or equivalent
distributed systems, cloud-native products, developer tools, or external developer facing products
Have strong fundamentals in service-oriented architectures, networking, and systems design, ideally having owned both the technical vision and execution of a foundational platform system end to end
Are proficient in Python, Go, Rust, or similar systems languages
Have experience with cloud infrastructure (GCP, AWS, or Azure), container orchestration (Kubernetes), and/or multi-cloud networking
Take full ownership of your work—from design through deployment and operations
Can navigate ambiguity and make sound technical decisions independently, and have ideally operated in 0 to 1 and more mature team or company settings
Take a product-focused approach to platform work and care about building solutions that are robust, scalable, and easy to use
Care about building systems that other engineers love to use

Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit
anthropic.com/careers
directly for confirmed position openings.

Workplace: Remote
Synthesia is the world’s leading AI video platform for business, used by over 90% of the Fortune 100. Founded in 2017, the company is headquartered in London, with offices and teams across Europe and the US.
As AI continues to shape the way we live and work, Synthesia develops products to enhance visual communication and enterprise skill development, helping people work better and stay at the center of successful organizations.
Following our recent Series E funding round, where we raised $200 million, our valuation stands at $4 billion. Our total funding exceeds $530 million from premier investors including Accel, NVentures (Nvidia's VC arm), Kleiner Perkins, GV, and Evantic Capital, alongside the founders and operators of Stripe, Datadog, Miro, and Webflow.
We’re looking for a Principal Engineer to join the ML Platform team at Synthesia.
Our team builds and operates the systems that allow researchers and product teams to train, serve, and deploy generative models reliably and efficiently. This includes research infrastructure, production serving systems, internal tooling, and the platform interfaces that connect them. A growing part of our mission is making these systems more automation-friendly and agent-oriented, so that workflows can increasingly be operated through reliable tooling rather than manual effort.
We’re looking for a strong generalist with a systems mindset:
- someone who is comfortable working across infrastructure, backend systems, and tooling, and who has seen ML systems in practice.
- this is not a pure ML Engineer role. We’re especially interested in people who think deeply about reliability, scalability, performance, and resource efficiency in complex production environments.
This is a hands-on IC role with significant ownership. You’ll help shape how our ML platform evolves as we scale the number of models, workloads, tools and teams relying on it.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Design and improve the platform systems that support model training, evaluation, and production serving.
- Build infrastructure and tooling that make ML workloads more reliable, scalable, and cost-efficient.
- Develop internal tools and workflows that are easy to operate both by humans and by agents.
- Work on the architecture behind how models are deployed, served, and operated across research and product environments.
- Improve how we schedule, monitor, and debug workloads running on GPUs and cloud infrastructure.
- Develop internal tools and abstractions and agentic systems that reduce operational overhead for researchers and engineers.
- Drive improvements across observability, automation, reliability, and developer experience.
- Collaborate closely with researchers and product engineers to understand pain points and turn them into robust platform capabilities.
- Contribute to technical direction and make pragmatic architectural tradeoffs as the platform grows.
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE
- Strong experience building or operating production systems with a focus on reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
- A systems mindset: you naturally think in terms of bottlenecks, failure modes, interfaces, resource usage, and long-term operability.
- Solid hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, Linux, and infrastructure automation.
- Experience with Kubernetes and operating distributed workloads in production.
- Strong coding skills, ideally in Python or similar languages used for backend systems and tooling.
- Strong judgment around where automation adds leverage, and where human control and reliability matter most.
- Experience building internal platforms, developer tooling, or infrastructure abstractions used by other engineers.
- Comfort working in ambiguous environments and taking ownership of open-ended technical problems.
- A pragmatic approach: you care about solving the right problem well, not over-engineering.
PARTICULARLY RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
- Operating ML infrastructure or model serving systems in production.
- Supporting research or data-intensive workloads.
- Working with GPU-based systems or other performance-sensitive infrastructure.
- Experience with observability and debugging in distributed systems.
- Familiarity with Terraform, Datadog, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
BONUS POINTS FOR
- Experience building agentic or LLM-powered internal tools.
- Experience with workflow orchestration systems such as Temporal.
- Experience working at the boundary between research and production engineering.
- Familiarity with performance optimization, scheduling, or resource allocation problems.
- Experience building lightweight product or developer-facing tools.
