ABOUT US
At LangChain, our mission is to make intelligent agents ubiquitous. We build the foundation for agent engineering in the real world, helping developers move from prototypes to production-ready AI agents that teams can rely on. We began as widely adopted open-source tools and have grown to also offer a platform for building, evaluating, deploying, and operating agents at scale.
With $125M raised at Series B from IVP, Sequoia, Benchmark, CapitalG, and Sapphire Ventures, we’re at a stage where we’re continuing to develop new products, growth is accelerating, and all team members have meaningful impact on what we build and how we work together. LangChain is a place where your contributions can shape how this technology shows up in the real world.
Today, our platform includes LangSmith (Observability, Evaluation, Deployment, Fleet, and Sandboxes), our open source frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, and Deep Agents), and the newly launched LangSmith Engine for autonomous agent improvement. We have 100M+ monthly open source downloads, 6,000+ active LangSmith customers, and 5 of the Fortune 10 use LangSmith in production (+ 35% of the Fortune 500 overall), including teams at Klarna, Clay, Coinbase, Workday, Lyft, Cloudflare, Harvey, Rippling, Vanta, LinkedIn, Monday.com, Nvidia, and Bridgewater.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As our first Federal Partner Alliances Lead for the US, you will own the systems integrator and consulting partner ecosystem across the US Federal market. This is a high-leverage, senior individual contributor role where you will build and drive our federal partner strategy from the ground up — focused primarily on establishing deep, revenue-generating relationships with the major Federal Systems Integrators (FSIs) and a curated set of specialized boutique partners.
You are an operator at heart who loves the ambiguity of a fast-growing startup. You understand how developer tools and enterprise AI stacks fit together within the unique compliance and regulatory requirements of the federal space, and you have a track record of driving sourced and influenced revenue through partner channels without needing a heavy management playbook to guide you. This role sits within our GTM organization and will work closely with our field sellers, customer engineering teams, and product leaders to embed LangChain into the delivery practices and solution portfolios of the partners who win and execute the biggest federal AI programs.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own FSI Relationships: Build and lead LangChain's strategic partnerships with the major federal primes — including Leidos, Booz Allen Hamilton, Northrop Grumman, SAIC, Accenture Federal, and similar large-scale integrators. Drive structured engagement across their AI/ML practices, solution architects, and business development teams to embed LangChain into active and upcoming program pursuits.
- Develop Boutique and Specialized Partners: Identify and activate a curated set of smaller, mission-focused federal consultancies and AI-native partners that are embedded in specific agency relationships or cleared environments where the primes don't reach.
- Build Joint Go-to-Market Motions: Work with FSI partners to co-develop solution offerings, reference architectures, and proposal language that positions LangChain as the preferred agentic AI framework for federal program delivery.
- Drive Pipeline Through Partners: Own the partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, working hand-in-hand with LangChain's field sales team to ensure FSI relationships translate into real opportunities and closed revenue.
- Support Hyperscaler Relationships Selectively: Maintain a lightweight working relationship with AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, and GCP Public Sector teams, primarily to support event sponsorships, joint visibility opportunities, and marketplace presence — without making this a primary focus of the role.
- Execute Co-Marketing Motions: Partner with marketing to show up effectively at key federal industry events (AFCEA, AWS Summit DC, industry days) and develop technical content and co-branded materials that reinforce LangChain's credibility with FSI and agency audiences.
- Build the Playbook: Create the operational blueprint for how LangChain scales federal partnerships — from initial relationship mapping and partner tiering to joint pipeline tracking and executive engagement cadences.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Experience: 6+ years of experience in federal partner management, business development, or alliance roles, with a strong track record of building and monetizing relationships with major FSIs and federal primes. Direct experience working within or alongside Leidos, Booz Allen Hamilton, Northrop Grumman, SAIC, or similar organizations is a significant plus.
- FSI Network: A genuine, pre-existing network within the business development, AI/ML practice, and solutions architecture communities at the major federal primes. You should be able to get meetings quickly and have credibility with the people who shape program pursuit decisions.
- Technical Foundation: Enough technical fluency to speak credibly with enterprise architects and engineering leads in federal environments. You don't need to write code, but you must understand how LLMs, agentic frameworks, and developer tooling operate within federal infrastructure, including FedRAMP, IL4/IL5, and zero-trust requirements.
- Startup Agility: Proven ability to navigate a high-growth environment with limited structure. You are comfortable building the playbook as you run it, executing independently with minimal supervision in the often long-cycle federal sales environment.
- Operational Rigor: Strong pipeline management skills. You track partner activity with clean CRM hygiene, maintain accurate opportunity attribution, and communicate clearly and consistently to internal stakeholders.
- Strong Communication & Influence: Equally comfortable writing sharp internal strategy docs as you are presenting to senior BD and practice leaders at major federal integrators.
NICE TO HAVE'S
- Active security clearance (Secret or higher) or existing clearance eligibility.
- Prior experience at an open-source, developer tools, or infrastructure software company bringing a new technology into the federal FSI ecosystem.
- Familiarity with federal procurement vehicles (GSA Schedule, OTAs, BPAs) and how primes use them to structure program delivery.
- Familiarity with the modern LLM orchestration stack, federal data environments, and compliance frameworks (FedRAMP, NIST, CMMC).
Annual Salary Range: $190,000 to 270,000 + Equity
Compensation Philosophy:
We offer competitive compensation that includes base salary, variable compensation for relevant roles, meaningful equity, benefits, and perks.
We are hiring for this role across a range of scope, and the compensation band reflects that. Your offer depends on what we learn about your impact, craft, leadership, and communication during the interview process. We will tell you early where you’re tracking and talk comp with you before offer stage. Team members in the EU, UK, and APAC receive locally competitive benefits aligned with regional norms and regulations.
BENEFITS
Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, flexible vacation, a 401(k) plan, meals on in-office days in the US and more.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.

adjoe builds the technologies behind mobile apps growth and monetization. With our core product Playtime Arcade, we've become the global leader in rewarded advertising, an ad unit built on a simple premise: users earn real in-app rewards for engaging with new apps. The result is one of the most effective value exchanges in adtech, connecting advertisers and publishers with over 770 million users annually.
Transforming 50M+ daily events into real-time actionable dashboard insights
The Dashboards team is responsible for the systems and interfaces that define our partners' daily operations. We build the campaign management APIs, analytics engines, and high-throughput tools that allow advertisers and publishers to configure, monitor, and optimize their activity on our platform.
This is not about simple CRUD interfaces, it is about building high-performance data surfaces that drive massive business decisions. Using Go, Kafka, and Druid, we process and render real-time analytics across 50+ million daily events, ensuring accuracy and complex campaign performance reporting at scale. On the frontend, we tackle genuine engineering constraints: utilizing TypeScript and React, we have moved beyond standard library limitations to build highly optimized graph-rendering with Recharts capable of visualizing datasets that would overload conventional solutions.
Your Mission & Who We Are Looking For:
- 3+ years as a Product Owner in a fast-paced environment. You have hands-on experience with agile development and a track record of taking features from concept to launch. At adjoe, you'll own the Advertiser Tools product end-to-end, managing a dedicated development team, driving the roadmap, and making strategic decisions that directly impact advertiser performance.
- High ownership, low ambiguity tolerance. You prioritize ruthlessly based on user and business needs, work independently, and make objective calls when requirements are still evolving. You've delivered at least one significant 0-to-1 product iteration and know what it takes to ship at pace without sacrificing quality.
- Bridges business and engineering naturally. You're as comfortable presenting a product roadmap to management and external partners as you are discussing technical tradeoffs with engineers. You close the gap between what the business wants and what the system can realistically deliver.
- KPI-driven team lead. You manage team progress with a strong focus on delivering measurable impact for our advertisers and create solutions that meet their goals.
- Develops the people, not just the product. You guide and grow the individuals on your team, helping them operate at their best even as requirements and priorities shift.
- Plus: AdTech background. Experience in an adtech company is a plus, not a requirement.
🌎 We welcome applications from talent worldwide and provide relocation support to Hamburg, Germany for those ready to join our team.
What’s in It for You?
At adjoe, you’re not here to just close JIRA tickets, you’re helping build the infrastructure behind one of the most impactful platforms in adtech. The systems you work on will reach hundreds of millions of users and power billions of decisions every day.
- Go Big. Own projects with impact on 770M users and push adtech boundaries.
- Move Fast. Ship solutions multiple times a day, learn from results, and keep momentum.
- Be Direct. Solve problems openly and collaborate across teams.
- Thrive Together. Grow with a diverse, global team of people from over 40 different countries that learn from each other.
- Have Fun. Celebrate wins, enjoy daily victories, and bring your energy.
We welcome applications from people who will contribute to the diversity of our company.

Building Infrastructure behind 5.5 Billion Daily Ad Requests
The Cloud Engineering team is the core of our tech unit, the underlying infrastructure that every other team depends on to ship software and grow the business. Behind rewarded ad experience, the partner-facing dashboards, the ML pipelines, and the ad delivery systems serving millions of users daily, there is one team making sure it all stays online, performant, and cost-efficient.
400 million user events daily, traffic spikes of 150,000+ requests per second, and a data lake that feeds data scientists, BIs, and real-time ML inference across the entire ad stack. To handle this reliably and cost-efficiently, the team runs Kubernetes with event-driven autoscaling and Karpenter, manages Kafka clusters for real-time streaming, and provisions everything through Terraform. Rather than defaulting to managed AWS services, the team actively replaces them with open-source alternatives like Druid, Airflow, Grafana, Prometheus, Spark, Trino, MLFlow, Jupiter Hub, Elasticsearch, and Fluentbit as part of a deliberate move toward cloud-agnostic architecture. Cost efficiency is treated as an engineering constraint, not an afterthought, including AI-based anomaly detection on infrastructure costs.
Your Mission & Who We Are Looking For:
- 3+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering. You've designed and operated cloud infrastructure at scale, with hands-on experience deploying and managing containerized applications in Kubernetes. At adjoe, you'll be working across a stack that includes Kafka, Druid, Airflow, Spark, Terraform, and Gitlab running on Kubernetes clusters across data centers.
- Deep in the AWS ecosystem. You have a strong understanding of AWS services (EKS, DynamoDB, SNS, SQS, IAM, Lambda) and manage infrastructure as code through Terraform. You know the tradeoffs between managed AWS services and open-source alternatives, and have opinions about when each makes sense.
- Microservice event-driven architecture is your daily context. You understand how microservices communicate: topics, queues, object storage, and can support backend teams building high-performance Go services across distributed environments.
- Reliable CI/CD is a product requirement. You build pipelines that are fast, predictable, and low-maintenance, ensuring smooth delivery without becoming a bottleneck.
- Hands-on with emerging infrastructure. You're comfortable migrating existing workloads to self-hosted solutions as well as introducing new tools boost business results.
🌎 We welcome applications from talent worldwide and provide relocation support to Hamburg, Germany for those ready to join our team.

adjoe builds the technologies behind mobile apps growth and monetization. adjoe Ads is our programmatic in-app advertising platform that seamlessly connects advertisers and publishers through direct integration of our Android and iOS SDKs. Every ad decision happens in under 200ms across 10 million daily users, powered by real-time bidding algorithms and user quality prediction models that match the right ad to the right user at the right moment.
50 Billion Daily Bid Predictions
The adjoe Ads Data Science team owns the entire bidding algorithm that decides which ad you are most likely to enjoy from start to finish: conversion prediction, user quality estimation, and bid shading. Every bid adjoe placed in an ad auction is the output of ML models making 50 billion predictions daily, trained on data from our mobile SDKs that capture real user behavior at scale.
The team moves fast: new ideas tested offline, A/B tests launched in production within minutes. We rely on industry-proven state of the art technology, adapted to our needs and self-hosted where it matters: PyTorch and TensorFlow for modeling, Trino and Athena for querying a 350TB Iceberg data lake, Airflow and Ray for orchestrating our different training pipelines across multiple GPU clusters. Models are built on 600+ features and trained on 200 million data points, with the full ML lifecycle owned by the team from research and experimentation to deployment and real-time inference at sub-200ms latency.
Your Mission & Who We Are Looking For:
- 5+ years in Data Science, 2+ in leadership. You have a track record of architecting and deploying ML solutions, recommender systems and neural networks specifically, and have led data science teams through hiring, mentoring, regular 1-1s, and career development. At adjoe Ads, you'll be growing and managing the team of Data Scientists, Data & ML Engineers, Data Analysts that owns the entire bidding algorithm.
- At least 50% hands-on. This is not a purely managerial role. You work on data science tasks yourself, own critical procedures like experiments and implementation details, and mentor data scientists in advanced modeling, programming quality, and strategic thinking.
- Fluent in data at scale. You've worked with large, diverse data sources AWS Athena, Kafka, Spark, Flink, S3, MySQL and know how to extract signals from a 350TB data lake. Strong Python required; experience building an MLOps stack with Airflow, Spark, or Flink is a strong plus.
- Bridges math and business. You can dive deep into mathematical foundations and translate complex model behavior into clear decisions for product and business stakeholders. You align with the adjoe Ads product team and Cloud Infrastructure on priorities, tools, and best practices.
- Contributes to the roadmap, not just the backlog. You work on long-term strategy and quarterly OKRs, contributing to adjoe Ads' position as a strong competitor in the programmatic adtech market.

Creating solutions that run on 13% of the world’s smartphones
The Mobile Integrations team builds the core technology that turns advertising from an interruption into a rewarded experience for 770 million users. We own the robust, lightweight, integration layer between our ad engine and the global mobile ecosystem, ensuring our technology operates with minimal overhead while reaching a massive portion of the smartphone market.
On the client side, our technology performs smoothly across 20 million daily SDK initializations. We build native Swift and Kotlin SDKs optimized for ms initialization and minimal binary overhead, with Unity, Flutter, and React Native wrappers that provide a unified API across the entire mobile ecosystem. Behind the scenes, a high-throughput Go and DynamoDB architecture handles the real-time state synchronization of millions of concurrent sessions. When your code runs on nearly one out of every seven smartphones on Earth, every millisecond of execution and every byte of memory counts.
Your Mission & Who We Are Looking For:
- Documentation is your product. You have 2–4+ years in Developer Relations, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Account Management. You own and evolve external developer documentation end-to-end: API references, SDK guides, integration tutorials, and example applications, and treat it with the same rigor as shipping code. You drive documentation standards and consistency across teams.
- You build to validate. You create lightweight demos and sample apps in Swift or Kotlin to test and support what you document. You contribute directly to documentation tooling like Docusaurus, including Markdown, frontend components, and styling. You're comfortable with mobile SDKs, APIs, HTML, and JavaScript/TypeScript to identify friction in the developer experience and fix it.
- AI-assisted, not AI-dependent. You use code copilots and LLMs to explore unfamiliar codebases, analyze SDKs, and accelerate content creation, but you validate every output for technical accuracy. You're also comfortable building and maintaining AI tools, like publisher-facing integration assistants, to reduce integration friction at scale.
- Debugging is part of the job. On the support side, you perform root cause analysis across mobile apps, APIs, and data flows, working with SQL, dashboards, and logs to investigate integration health and performance issues. You collaborate with TAMs and Growth Managers on technical escalations.
- Cross-functional and cross-regional by default. You manage multiple documentation and integration projects in parallel, work across Product, Engineering, and Product Marketing to deliver documentation at launch, and optimize resources culturally and linguistically across regions. Strong organizational skills and the ability to bring structure where none exists are a must. AdTech, mobile monetization, or SDK-based product experience is a strong plus.

The Platform Behind 770 Million Users and Billions of Daily Ad Decisions
Behind the value exchange sits an ecosystem of interconnected engineering teams, each owning a distinct part of the stack. On the demand side, Go microservices evaluate 30+ targeting constraints in milliseconds, process 5.5 billion API requests daily, and integrate with ML models making 100,000+ predictions per second to decide which campaigns reach which users.
On the publisher side, native Android and iOS SDKs run on 13% of the world's smartphones, delivering rewards to 770 million users annually through a system where accuracy and latency are not optional. At this scale, product and technical decisions don't happen in isolation, every change ripples across the entire platform.
Your Mission & Who We Are Looking For:
- 6+ years in Product Management, Technical Product Management, or a leadership role where you owned the product vision. You have a proven track record of taking products from 0 to 1 or scaling from 1 to 100 in a high-growth environment, with a CS degree or equivalent hands-on mastery of system design and modern tech stacks. You think like an entrepreneur, if something is broken or missing, you fix it without waiting for a brief.
- Ships with conviction, measures with precision. You don't just ship features, you define why they're being built, how they fit the product lifecycle, and exactly how to measure success via business KPIs. You're a fast thinker who values question-and-answer efficiency over process overhead.
- Translates vision into execution. You take high-level business and product goals and turn them into actionable technical roadmaps. You drive projects by coordinating across domain areas, acting as the go-between for business stakeholders and engineering leads, and optimizing delivery processes to maintain velocity as the organization scales.
- Makes executive-level calls without hesitation. You step into technical and product meetings, unblock bottlenecks, and balance technical feasibility with product desirability. You're comfortable with ambiguity and dive into tickets, API documentation, or raw data to confirm product viability on your own.
- Tech fluency is your edge, not your identity. You understand system design and modern tech stacks well enough to make the right calls and ensure every feature maps back to measurable growth and revenue, not to write the code. You value AI as an optimizer but prioritize impact over hype.

adjoe builds the technologies behind mobile apps growth and monetization.
Ensuring Authenticity for Billions of Daily Rewards
Industry reports suggest 25 percent of global mobile ad spend is lost to fraudulent activities like click farms, fake installs, SDK spoofing, and emulator farms. At adjoe, we define our platform through trust and proactive engineering. We build high-performance defenses that guarantee accurate reward attribution, ensuring every interaction is authentic. This creates a sustainable value exchange that empowers our partners to grow with confidence.
The Anti-Fraud team develops systems that detect and prevent malicious activity at scale. Our custom Android and iOS SDKs analyze device integrity for modifications like Xposed frameworks, Magisk modules, and jailbroken devices. Supporting these, Go microservices and DynamoDB deliver millisecond-level responses, while Kafka and SQS process billions of daily events in real time. This infrastructure protects publisher margins and ensures a trustworthy platform for all users.
Your Mission & Who We Are Looking For:
- Architecting High-Scale Go Microservices: You have several years of experience as a software architect or senior software developer with outstanding Go expertise in professional backend environments. You will maintain our microservices architecture and scale the platform beyond hundreds of millions of monthly active users using cloud infrastructures like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Event-Driven Pipeline Engineering: You have experience building event-driven systems using Kafka and SQS/SNS. Your mission is to establish reliable asynchronous microservice communication, collect billions of daily API events, and aggregate them in Kafka streams so they can be queried from our data lake in a matter of seconds.
- Low-Latency NoSQL Database Design: You bring extensive experience with large-scale key-value databases such as DynamoDB, Cassandra, or ScyllaDB. You will deploy this knowledge to optimize our database layer, ensuring we consistently deliver few-millisecond response times to block fraudulent transactions in real time.
- Technical and People Leadership: You have a proven track record of managing people, mentoring developers, and setting technical direction in fast-changing environments. You will lead our backend engineers, establish high engineering standards, and run peer code reviews to foster alignment across our international team.
- Adversarial Fraud Investigation: You think like a hacker and naturally find ways around systems that block your progress. You will investigate novel fraud complaints, collaborate with mobile developers to reproduce exploits or cheats, and continuously improve our systems to counter evolving Android and iOS threats.
- Plus: Mobile Development Fundamentals: Basic knowledge of Android or iOS development is a plus. This understanding will help you collaborate with mobile engineers to analyze device integrity modifications like Xposed frameworks, Magisk modules, and jailbroken devices.
