Who we are:
Action1 is an autonomous patch management platform trusted by many Fortune 500 companies. Cloud-native, infinitely scalable, highly secure, and configurable in 5 minutes, it just works and is always free for the first 200 endpoints, with no functional limits. By pioneering autonomous OS and third-party application patching, Action1 helps organizations eliminate routine work, reduce ransomware and security risks, and protect the digital employee experience. It provides real-time vulnerability assessment and remediation across remote and on-site endpoints without requiring a VPN, while peer-to-peer patch distribution reduces bandwidth use on local networks.
In 2026, Action1 was recognized as the fastest-growing founder-led cybersecurity company in America on the Inc. 5000. Action1 is led by industry veterans Alex Vovk and Mike Walters, American entrepreneurs who founded Netwrix, which has grown into an industry-leading, multibillion-dollar cybersecurity company.
Introduction:
Action1 is transforming endpoint security for modern IT teams. As we continue our evolution from SMB to enterprise, we are hiring a high-performing Account Executive to drive new business across state, local, and education accounts in
Wisconsin and Iowa.
This is a quota-carrying, full-cycle hunter role focused on creating new opportunities within a designated territory. The successful candidate will leverage their existing knowledge and relationships within the SLED market to generate demand and open doors with IT and security leaders.
We are looking for someone who already understands how the public sector purchases cybersecurity and IT infrastructure. This includes longer sales cycles, multiple decision-makers, technical validation, security reviews, procurement requirements, reseller relationships, and budget cycles.
This is not a relationship-only SLED role or a reactive RFP position. We need someone who can build pipeline, recognize high-value opportunities, run strong discovery, manage technical evaluations, and close business in a high-growth, remote-first SaaS environment.
Responsibilities
Drive SLED Revenue Growth:
Own a defined U.S. SLED territory and meet or exceed quota through disciplined territory development, pipeline generation, and deal execution.
Create New Opportunities:
Identify target accounts, conduct direct outbound prospecting, and build relationships with public-sector IT and security leaders.
Build and Maintain Pipeline:
Generate pipeline through outbound activity, customer referrals, partner relationships, events, and strategic account planning.
Manage the Full Sales Cycle:
Lead opportunities from prospecting through discovery, stakeholder alignment, technical validation, procurement, negotiation, and contract execution.
Sell to IT and Security Leaders:
Engage IT Directors, CISOs, CIOs, Infrastructure Directors, SysAdmins, security teams, procurement stakeholders, and executive decision-makers.
Navigate SLED Buying Processes:
Manage multi-stakeholder sales cycles, RFPs, security reviews, procurement workflows, cooperative purchasing, contract vehicles, and reseller-led motions.
Develop Partner Relationships:
Build relationships with reseller representatives and other partners who can provide introductions and help uncover opportunities.
Prioritize High-Value Opportunities:
Recognize where meaningful revenue potential exists and focus time and resources accordingly.
Partner with Solutions Engineers:
Collaborate with pre-sales and technical resources to support discovery, demonstrations, evaluations, and technical validation.
Execute Account Expansion Strategy:
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing SLED customers to support long-term growth and retention.
Maintain Sales Discipline:
Keep forecasts, opportunity details, next steps, and account activity accurate in Salesforce.
Share Market Intelligence:
Provide feedback on customer priorities, competitive activity, procurement trends, and territory-specific opportunities.
Operate with Ownership:
Work independently in a remote-first environment while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Channel, Product, Customer Success, and Sales Leadership.
Requirements
Proven quota-carrying experience selling cybersecurity software into state, local, and education accounts in the states of
Wisconsin and Iowa.
Established relationships and strong market knowledge within a defined SLED territory, including familiarity with relevant customers, resellers, partners, and procurement channels.
Proven success operating as a hunter and generating new pipeline through direct outbound prospecting, cold outreach, referrals, partner relationships, and territory development.
Demonstrated ability to identify target SLED accounts, open new relationships, create demand, and develop opportunities without waiting for formal RFPs.
Experience managing full-cycle, multi-stakeholder SLED sales processes from initial outreach through close.
Strong understanding of public-sector procurement, including RFPs, cooperative purchasing, contract vehicles, reseller-led sales, security reviews, and government budget cycles.
Experience selling cybersecurity, endpoint management, patch management, vulnerability management, EDR, MDR, IAM, IT operations, infrastructure, or closely related technical solutions.
Experience engaging IT Directors, CISOs, CIOs, Infrastructure Leaders, SysAdmins, security teams, procurement stakeholders, and technical buying committees.
Proven success owning and closing complex deals with an average deal value of at least $30,000.
Demonstrated ability to evaluate and prioritize opportunities based on customer need, revenue potential, and likelihood of success.
Excellent discovery, consultative selling, negotiation, account planning, and relationship-building skills.
Strong forecasting discipline and consistent Salesforce hygiene.
Ability to operate independently, maintain consistent outbound activity, and create structure within a developing territory.
Comfortable working in a high-growth, fast-paced, remote-first environment.
Available to begin as soon as possible based on business needs.
Benefits
A collaborative environment encouraging you to own your domain and implement best practices
Stable income, benefits, flexible working hours, and opportunities for promotion.

Company Description
Today, when you go to your doctor and get referred to a specialist, your doctor sends out a referral and tells you, “They’ll be in touch soon.” So you wait. And wait. Sometimes days, weeks, or even months. Why? Because too often providers are overwhelmed with the painstakingly tedious work required to get paid by insurance companies. Powered by proprietary models, Tennr handles the complex paperwork that gets patients through the door and providers paid, helping operators get patients the right care, at the right time, in the right setting.
Role Description
You’ll join Tennr’s Infrastructure team as a Site Reliability Engineer, focused on the systems that keep us reliable, observable, and secure. This is a hands-on role with real room to grow: you’ll roll out our on-call tooling, wire observability into the product, and own the lifecycle of the credentials, certificates, and keys that protect patient data.
It’s a great fit for someone a few years into their career who wants to grow into deep SRE ownership — with strong mentorship, real problems to solve from day one, and a direct line to the reliability and security of a platform that handles PHI.
Responsibilities
- Continue the PagerDuty rollout across engineering teams, helping them define escalation policies, schedules, and runbooks so on-call is calm and clear.
- Build in-app Datadog instrumentation — metrics, traces, and alerts — working from the observability standards Infrastructure sets.
- Manage credential storage and rotation across our environments.
- Manage certificate issuance, renewal, and rotation.
- Manage encryption key lifecycle and rotation, keeping PHI protected end to end.
Candidate Qualifications
- 2–4 years in SRE, infrastructure, systems, or a strong adjacent engineering background.
- Familiarity with PagerDuty or a comparable on-call and incident-response tool.
- Hands-on with Datadog or another observability platform, or eager to go deep on it.
- Working understanding of secrets, certificate, and key management (e.g. AWS Secrets Manager / KMS / ACM, HashiCorp Vault).
- Careful and methodical with anything touching security and rotation — you sweat the details.
- Eager to grow into broader SRE ownership, and energized by working in a regulated healthcare (HIPAA / PHI) environment.
Why Tennr?
- Drive Impact: one of our company values is Cowboy, meaning you set the pace. You won’t just talk about things, you’ll get them done. And feel the impact.
- Develop Operational Expertise: learn the inner workings of scaling systems, tools, and infrastructure.
- Innovate with Purpose: we’re not just doing this for fun (although we do have a lot of fun). At Tennr, you’ll join a high-caliber team maniacally focused on reducing patient delays across the U.S. healthcare system.
- Build Relationships: collaborate and connect with like-minded, driven individuals in our Hudson Square office 4 days/week.
- Free lunch! Plus a pantry full of snacks.
Benefits
- Beautiful new office at 345 Hudson Street
- Unlimited PTO
- 100% paid employee health benefit options
- Employer-funded 401(k) match
- Competitive parental leave

Powered by proprietary models, Tennr handles the complex paperwork that gets patients through the door and providers paid, helping operators get patients the right care, at the right time, in the right setting.
Role Description
You’ll be the senior builder on Tennr’s Infrastructure team, owning the cloud, clusters, and environments that everything else runs on. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role: you’ll help design our Kubernetes foundation, run dev, staging, and production end to end, and keep our AWS footprint clean, secure, and reliable as we scale.
We’re looking for someone who executes fast but doesn’t just take orders. The patterns you set and the guardrails you establish are the ones the rest of engineering will inherit.
Responsibilities
- Help build out our EKS cluster module and the patterns other teams inherit from it.
- Own cluster management and the dev, staging, and production build-out end to end.
- Drive and unblock infrastructure migrations, keeping them safe, staged, and low-drama.
- Lead the consolidation of our infrastructure observability onto Datadog and set the standards other teams build on.
- Own AWS building and maintenance - networking, IAM, and core services as infrastructure-as-code. Keeping the environment secure-by-default and cost-aware.
Candidate Qualifications
- 5–8 years in infrastructure, platform, or DevOps engineering, with real ownership of production systems.
- Hands-on depth with Kubernetes (EKS preferred) and Terraform or comparable infrastructure-as-code.
- Solid AWS fundamentals: networking, IAM, and the core services a modern platform runs on.
- Experience with Datadog or a comparable observability stack, and a point of view on what good looks like.
- Comfortable executing autonomously
- A pragmatic bias toward simple, durable systems, and toward shipping over gold-plating
- Bonus: experience in a regulated or healthcare (HIPAA / PHI) environment.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with data to make informed product decisions.
Experience working closely with Engineering and Data teams in an agile environment.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and bring different teams together.
A commercial and strategic mindset, with a genuine interest in understanding how products create value for both customers and the business.

X-LAB is the in-house performance bicycle line by XDS, which has quietly become the world’s largest and most vertically integrated bicycle manufacturer and the largest maker of carbon fiber frames, supplying many of the top brands in cycling and mobility.
Today, XDS is quiet no more. XDS launched X-LAB in April 2026 as the global consumer brand to take the industry by storm. Three decades of experience building exceptional bicycles have culminated into a unique line of road, gravel, electric, city, hybrid, and soon mountain bikes that riders and shops can’t stop talking about.
X-LAB is the new inflection point for the category. We launched in April 2026 with a full lineup across road, gravel, city, fitness, e-bike, and soon mountain categories, with validation from the highest and most demanding levels of the sport through the XDS Astana Team and a rapidly growing network of dealers.
Our ambition is not simply to sell more bikes. It is to make great bikes more integrated, more accessible, and better supported through the independent shops and communities that grow cycling and bring in new riders. That is what makes this moment exciting. Joining X-LAB means helping to shape a company with unmatched production scale, real engineering R&D depth, and the confidence to earn trust… one rider, one dealer, one product, and one market at a time.

— Ship products managing external dependencies like regulatory approvals, financial rails, and third-party partners.
— Align Engineering, Design, Compliance, Operations, Treasury, and Finance around product decisions and launch requirements.
What We're Looking For
— 5+ years of product management experience owning complex technical products from strategy through production.
— Strong technical foundation in system architecture, APIs, databases, workflows, failure modes, and distributed systems.
— Experience working closely with engineers, able to review, challenge, and contribute to technical designs.
— Experience in payments, banking, remittance, insurance, trading, or other regulated, high-consequence product domains.

At Foxelli, we’re building more than e-commerce brands - we’re building a tribe of thoughtful humans: AI enthusiasts, curious builders, and ambitious minds who care about doing meaningful work together. Ten years in, our D2C brands reach millions and generate over $20M annually. Our focus stays simple: create products customers love and a team that actually enjoys building them.
If you love to learn, experiment, think boldly, make decisions, and build things that matter - you’ll feel at home with us.
WHY JOIN FOXELLI?
We are a fast-moving e-commerce company that builds our own proprietary AI infrastructure. We develop internal AI-driven systems to automate complex creative and analytical workflows, which we later scale into B2B SaaS products.
We are not looking for a traditional developer.
We are looking for an AI-Native Builder who can turn an idea into a functional prototype in days using the latest AI-assisted development tools.
THE ROLE
As a Founding AI Engineer, you will work directly with the founder to design, build, and iterate on various AI systems. The projects will vary - from computer vision and image manipulation to automated video generation and agentic data analysis. You will be responsible for the full pipeline: from R&D of the best AI models to deploying scalable web applications.
Who You Are:
- Modern Developer: You have abandoned "manual-only" coding. You are a power user of tools like GPT Codex, Claude code, and Replit, allowing you to build at a 10x pace.
- AI Generalist: You are comfortable working across different AI domains - LLMs (Text/Reasoning), Diffusion (Image/Video), and Vision models.
- Agile & Adaptive: You thrive in an environment where projects evolve. You are a fast learner who can master a new AI framework or API over a weekend.
- Hacker Mindset: You focus on ROI. You build lean MVPs, test them in our real-world e-commerce operations, and only then polish them for scale.
- Architecture-Aware: You know how to orchestrate multiple AI models into a single "Agentic" workflow that handles complex tasks autonomously.
Technical Interests:
- Stack: Next.js / Python (FastAPI).
- AI Frameworks: ComfyUI / Diffusers, IP-Adapters, ControlNet, and Agentic frameworks (LangChain/CrewAI).
- Infrastructure: Experience with Serverless GPU providers (Replicate, Fal, RunPod).
- Integrations: Skilled at connecting diverse APIs to create seamless automated systems.
Why Join Us:
- Direct Impact: Build tools that are immediately put to use in real-world business scenarios.
- Extreme Speed: No corporate red tape. If the tech works, we ship it.
- Evolution: This is a founding role with the opportunity to lead multiple product lines as we transition from internal tools to SaaS.
THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS
1. Apply - A simple form that helps us know who’s stepping into our world.
2. Ribbon AI Interview - Ribbon is a short, guided video step that helps us understand your thinking style in a calm, private space
3. Interview - A conversation with your manager to feel the work chemistry, get to know each other, and explore what we could build together
FIXED SERVICE FEE
€2000- €3000 after taxes (depending on your skills, competencies, and experience).
PERKS & BENEFITS
- Full flexibility with your schedule in a fully remote setting, while Apploye ensures transparency and fairness.
- Complimentary gym memberships and company-sponsored outdoor adventures for your strength and to keep your physical well-being in check.

An overview of this role
As a Professional Services Technical Architect at GitLab, you'll lead the technical direction of customer engagements from early scoping and discovery through delivery. You'll design high-level architectures and implementation plans for GitLab infrastructure and functionality, and you'll make sure deliverables align with customer requirements and the Statement of Work (SOW). You'll coordinate and guide implementation work across GitLab Professional Services and partner consultants, support customers deploying GitLab in cloud and on-premises environments using tools like Terraform, Ansible, and the GitLab Environment Toolkit, and perform migrations to GitLab using Congregate. Evaluate and communicate scalability and security considerations (including compliance constraints) in proposed GitLab reference architectures and implementation plans.
Deploy and configure GitLab in customer environments, including on-premises and major cloud providers, using Terraform, Ansible, and the GitLab Environment Toolkit (GET) aligned to reference architectures.
Plan and execute source system migrations to GitLab using Congregate, partnering closely with customer stakeholders to reduce risk, protect data integrity, and minimize downtime.
Provide DevOps and DevSecOps consulting and best-practice guidance, including advising on internal frameworks such as the Delivery Governance Framework (DGF) and GitLab Flow.
Coordinate and oversee implementation work across GitLab team members, partners, and customer points of contact (POCs), ensuring clear asynchronous communication and decision capture, effective execution, and high-quality outcomes.
Mentor Professional Services and partner consultants by contributing documentation, delivery kits, and training materials, and by leading enablement sessions on how to deliver and position service offerings.

Review and provide input to Professional Services training materials and presentations.
Develop case studies, presentations, design documentation, and best-practice methodologies.
Work closely with customer project teams to ensure accurate task-level articulation of work required.

UK remote based role.
Up to 50% travel at times.

Enterprise software development experience, with the ability to translate requirements into clear technical designs and implementation plans.
Progressive DevOps platform experience, including designing and implementing reliable, scalable systems with clear performance and security trade-offs.
Hands-on experience deploying and managing infrastructure in cloud providers and on-premises environments, including using tools such as Terraform and Ansible.

Experience performing migrations to GitLab, including using Congregate or similar migration tooling.
Working knowledge of data consistency and integrity concepts (e.g., ACID properties) and how they impact migration design and performance trade-offs.
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
Comfort working in a remote, asynchronous environment, using documented decisions (e.g., issues, proposals, and runbooks) to keep work unblocked across time zones while collaborating effectively across GitLab team members, partners, and customer stakeholders.
