Engineering Manager - Infrastructure / SRE

About the Role We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager – Infrastructure / SRE to lead technical teams while shaping the evolution of cloud infrastructure, reliability, automation, and platform architecture. The role combines people management, technical leadership, cloud strategy, SRE practices, and long-term infrastructure planning . Contract : PERMANENT - CDI Model : Onsite, 4 days week! Location : Paris, France (75007) Hiring Process: 4 interviews - HR screening, 2 Technical Interviews, Final Meeting and Offer Discussion Key Responsibilities Lead and support engineers, ensuring delivery aligns with technical and business priorities. Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and development of infrastructure talent. Drive the evolution of cloud and infrastructure architecture . Define technical priorities across reliability, scalability, security, and cost efficiency. Promote automation, resilience, observability, and operational excellence . Contribute to the medium- and long-term technology roadmap. Guide decisions around software platforms, security protocols, and scaling strategies. Coordinate SRE and reliability initiatives across the organization. Improve engineering practices, technical standards, and knowledge sharing. Requirements More than 5 years of relevant infrastructure / platform / SRE experience . At least 4 years of experience managing or operationally leading technical teams . Strong experience designing and optimizing complex cloud architectures for high-volume or business-critical systems. Advanced knowledge of Infrastructure as Code and automation. Strong hands-on knowledge of Unix/Linux environments . Experience with virtualization, containerization, and serverless infrastructure. Strong understanding of CI/CD, observability, monitoring, and production reliability.
