ABOUT MORPHO
Morpho is a leading Decentralized Finance (DeFi) lending protocol backed by a16z crypto, Paradigm, Ribbit Capital, Apollo, Vaneck, Coinbase Ventures, Variant and 50 others to build an open credit network giving anyone, anywhere, access to the best possible terms. Morpho is experiencing exponential adoption, with over billion in deposits on the network and used by institutional clients including Bitwise, Galaxy, and Anchorage Digital and the largest crypto exchanges, such as Coinbase, Binance, and Kraken. Now, Morpho is scaling its team of contributors to establish itself as the open credit network, not just of DeFi, but of the world.
WHY MORPHO EXISTS
Everyone has the potential to build something great for the world. But fulfilling that ambition almost always requires more: people willing to trust you with their capital. Yet access to capital still depends on where you live, who you know, and which institutions are willing to trust you. Even when capital is available, it sits fragmented across disconnected networks and hidden behind intermediaries. The result is a system that fails most of the people it should serve. Borrowers overpay. Lenders earn less than they should. Many are shut out entirely, not because they are unworthy of credit, but because today's infrastructure was never built to connect them. Morpho exists to solve this. Full article here https://morpho.org/blog/why-morpho-exists/.

ROLE
Morpho's GTM motion has grown faster than the operations behind it. Pipeline visibility, CRM hygiene, forecasting, and tooling are split across people who all have other jobs, and nobody owns the end-to-end picture. This role owns RevOps outright and builds the systems that help the GTM team close more relevant deals, faster, working directly within the Business Operations team, directly under the Head of BizOps.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own GTM dashboards and KPI reporting so the team tracks what matters and trusts the numbers.
- Run the GTM tech stack, automations, and AI tooling to keep business developers fast and well informed.
- Keep the CRM minimal and clean, with stages, hygiene, and processes people actually follow.
- Build business intelligence and forecasting to set targets that are ambitious and credible, and to spot new trends early.
- Surface signals from markets and media so business developers can chase, upsell, and close at the right moment.
- Partner with GTM leadership and Finance on comp design, quota setting, and territory assignment.
- Own the knowledge base and data management so accurate information is easy to find and reuse.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
FIRST 30 DAYS
- You are fully up to speed on the Morpho product, protocol, and roadmap, and you understand how the GTM team operates today.
- You have a prioritized plan for what to build, fix, and delete, and you are already making reps faster.
FIRST 3 MONTHS
- You have fixed the biggest gaps and bottlenecks: a cleaner CRM, simpler processes, and the automations, dashboards, and forecasts business developers rely on daily.
- You are central to productivity assessment, rep attribution, and deal tracking.
FIRST 6 MONTHS
- You own the full RevOps stack and bridge GTM and Finance.
- Leadership has full visibility into the business to make better decisions, and you lead entire projects end to end.
MUST HAVE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- DeFi native: you use onchain products and understand how protocols and their users behave.
- Experience as a RevOps, growth engineer, or business analyst at a B2B startup.
- Tech or software background: comfortable building automations and reasoning about connected systems.
- Strong with data: cleaning, modeling, analyzing, and reporting it accurately.
- Finance experience
- Business mindset with a critical eye: you challenge metrics and simplify by default.
- Strong ownership and autonomy: doesn't wait to be told.
- Clear and crisp async communication.
- Comfort operating in fast-changing, ambiguous contexts.
- Team-first mindset, low ego.
PERKS & BENEFITS
We design benefits around deep work and growth, so you can do the best work of your career. Expect fair, top-tier compensation, real flexibility, time together in Paris, great health coverage, and support to keep learning.

Location: Minsk; Tbilisi; Chișinău
Workplace: hybrid
We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our distributed engineering team.
IDT/NRS builds the Point of Sale platform that runs tens of thousands of independent retail stores across the United States.
We are now expanding that platform into restaurants.
If you like challenges where the hard part is getting it right at scale rather than getting it working once, this is that job!
Primary location - Minsk, Belarus (hybrid - 3 days/week in the office)!
What you will own:
Architecture and delivery of new restaurant facing services, from data model to API to the screens merchants actually touch.
The merchant facing restaurant surfaces: kitchen display and everything staff touch across the life of an order.
Extending and hardening existing production services without destabilizing them.
Correctness under concurrency: transactional integrity, isolation levels, idempotency, race conditions, retries, and honest tradeoffs where perfect guarantees are not available.
Behavior when the connection drops. A store keeps serving whether or not the network is up, which means offline capable clients, local state, sync on reconnect, and reconciling what happened while the system was split.
Queueing and asynchronous processing, background jobs, and event driven flows.
Safe rollout of releases that reach tens of thousands of users.
Working directly with product managers and designers to shape what gets built, not just receiving requirements and implementing them.
Technical direction and code review for other engineers, including the judgment to say when a design is wrong and the credibility to make that stick.
Required Qualifications:
6-8+ years building full-stack products
, including time as the senior person on the work.
Deep Node.js and TypeScript experience across the full-stack
, with production services you designed and still stand behind.
Deep understanding of REST API design and microservices.
Strong relational database skills, Postgres or MySQL
: schema design, indexing, query tuning, transactions, and what actually happens under load. Comfort with non relational stores such as Redis or MongoDB, and with caching and invalidation.
Experience with queues and streaming, whether Kinesis, Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS, BullMQ, or similar, including the failure modes that come with them: ordering, duplicates, replay, and consumer lag.
Front- end skill that matches the environment:
our team use these screens during a rush, on a terminal or a tablet, with no time to think and no tolerance for a bad interaction.
We use Vue.
Experience with React or Angular is fine
, as long as it includes component architecture, state management, and progressive web apps.
Real time interfaces built on websockets, ideally socket.io. Order flow and kitchen display depend on it.
Excellent debugging. You can take an unfamiliar production failure and reason your way to root cause instead of guessing.
Parts of the existing platform are PHP.
Working effectively in unfamiliar code, with AI, is part of this job.
Experience deploying services that scale horizontally, tolerate a failed instance or a slow dependency, and automatically add or shed capacity.
Comfortable on Linux, and fluent with Git and CI and CD workflows.
Excellent written and spoken English.
You will be in daily conversation with teams in the United States and Israel, and will often be the person explaining a technical decision to people who did not attend the design discussion.
How you work:
AI first.
You use AI tooling as a core part of how you engineer: mapping an unfamiliar codebase in hours instead of weeks, pressure testing your own designs, moving faster without lowering the bar.
You apply it across the whole lifecycle: shaping a design before any code exists, writing and refactoring, reviewing your own work, as well as automated PR reviews.
You jump in.
Handed a large, complex, unfamiliar repository, your instinct is to open it and start reading. Complexity and sensitivity are reasons to be careful, not reasons to wait for someone else.
You build services that stay maintainable.
Clear boundaries, readable code, tests that earn their keep, observability that makes production legible. The next engineer should be able to operate what you built without a tour guide.
You think about the person on the other side.
During a rush, a confusing screen or one extra tap is not a cosmetic problem. It is a slower line and a worse night for the staff.
You go the extra mile.
You follow a problem to its actual end, including the parts nobody assigned to you. You take pride in the work and you care how it lands for the merchant on the other side of the screen.

RevenueCat gives app businesses the infrastructure and tools to build, run, and improve their monetization. Since graduating from YC's S18 batch, we've grown into the default monetization platform for mobile.
We're in 50%+ of newly shipped subscription apps, we process $16B+ in annual purchase volume, and we help everyone from a solo developer to the OpenAI mobile team understand and grow their revenue.
We're a remote-first team of 150+ people across 25+ countries, guided by values we actually practice: Customer Obsession, Always Be Shipping, Own It, and Balance.
This isn't the right fit for everyone. The systems you’ll build here manage billions of dollars and touch hundreds of millions of end users, and we don’t take that lightly. You'll be expected to work hard and hold a high bar for what you ship, alongside some of the sharpest, most driven people you've worked with. If that sounds energizing rather than exhausting, keep reading.
THE ROLE
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Funnels team.
We need a producty-engineer or an engineering-y product manager to lead the product vision in a highly technical, experimentation-driven domain where UX choices, growth tactics, and analytics all compound.
RevenueCat is the monetization engine for 40% of the new subscription apps shipped. For many of those apps, Funnels will be a critical lever to monetize them: turning web traffic into paying subscribers, testing & iterating to improve performance, adopting web payments in other channels, and much more.
We can, and should, be opinionated about what RevenueCat’s developers should try next to help them make more money. We’re building the “Make More Money Machine”.
You'll lead Funnels, RevenueCat’s web2app product that turns web traffic into paying mobile subscribers, unlocking efficient paid acquisition and empowering app growth teams to iterate quickly. Along the way, you’ll help us evolve the product to address an even wider set of monetization problems that app growth teams face.
You'll partner directly with leadership, collaborate across engineering and data teams, and act as the primary driver for how our customers convert, retain, and grow their subscriber base.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for Funnels.
- Be obsessed with your customers. Speak to prospective customers to understand their use cases deeply, and identify the feature gaps blocking adoption. Coordinate with existing customers to unblock them and help them earn more money. Triage and investigate problems proactively, instead of fully delegating to engineering. Dig into what growth teams actually want and the challenges they face, and understand why these products are a crucial instrument in any modern app's growth toolkit.
- Recommend, develop, and maintain new features that deliver value that truly matters, enabling customers to easily spin up compelling experiences, understand the results, and iterate quickly.
- Set the vision. Create a plan that is cohesive, intentional, and impactful. Break it down into meaningful chunks on a reasonable timeline.
- Get it done. Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and GTM teams to bring these growth tools to market. This job cannot be done alone, and will require deep understanding of the individual products and the infrastructure that connects them.
ABOUT YOU:
- You have 5+ years of product management or technical product engineering experience or analytics experience, with meaningful time growing mobile apps.
- You’re analytical. You can’t do your job without data platform access. You are highly proficient in SQL (or similar tools) — whatever tool you need to know, you’ll learn. You love getting deep on the data analysis on your own. You’re experienced in developing robust and scalable metrics.
- You are technical. Coding is not a core requirement for this role, being able to prototype with code is (using your preferred AI stack). You can deeply understand how RevenueCat works — what is simple and what is complex within our domain. Maybe you haven’t built and shipped a mobile app yourself (yet) but you have enough knowledge to work closely and independently with highly technical folks. You can discuss APIs, data models, and risk logic with engineering partners and enjoy diving into system details
- You’re an excellent communicator. You can express complex ideas clearly and succinctly — written and verbal, synchronous and asynchronous, across timezones and mediums. You can get your point across.
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Competitive equity in a fast-growing, Series C startup backed by top-tier investors, including Y Combinator
- 10-year window to exercise vested equity options
- A fully remote environment designed around autonomy and flexibility
- 4-5 weeks of flexible time off annually
- Paid desk at a co-working space
- Workspace budget and continuous learning stipend

As a subsidiary of Sony Group Corporation, we’re part of a proud legacy of innovation and excellence. SIE is a dynamic technology company, delivering cutting-edge hardware and network services to more than 100 million people and an entertainment leader, home to some of the most beloved and recognizable intellectual properties (IP) in the world. Our role at SIE is to create and nurture the experiences under the PlayStation brand, a name synonymous with entertainment excellence and creativity.
Senior Software Engineer – Applied AI & Streaming
Aliso Viejo, CA
The vision
We think AI will change what cloud gaming can be. It can make streamed play faster, more personal, and more accessible, and in some ways better than playing locally. As a Senior Software Engineer on our team, you'll build agents and inference-backed systems into a real-time streaming platform and ship them to players. You'll work where AI meets performance-sensitive systems, and a lot of the problems here are still being defined.
What you'll do
Design, prototype, and ship AI-powered capabilities across our streaming platform and player experience.
Apply inference and agents to real-time performance, player engagement, personalization, and accessibility.
Use AI to understand, optimize, and evolve large existing codebases, including our streaming stack.
Build and extend our platform in C++, and help shape the technologies and architecture we use next.
Build what production AI needs: evaluation, telemetry, guardrails, fallbacks, and attention to latency and cost.
Turn ambiguous ideas into demos and experiments, measure what works, and harden it for production.
Work AI-natively every day, using coding agents, automation, and rapid exploration, and help the team do the same.
Work with a small, focused engineering team and with partners across streaming, platform, and cloud.
You're a great fit if you have
A BS in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Senior-level software engineering experience with a track record of owning complex systems end to end.
Strong C++ skills from professional work in production codebases.
Hands-on experience building and deploying agents or AI-powered features in production. You've worked through evals, regressions, latency, cost, and the ways these systems fail.
A strong grasp of how to turn models into products, including context and prompt design, tool use and orchestration, memory and retrieval, model selection, and where inference should run.
Fluency with AI-native engineering workflows.
Product judgment. You can tell when AI makes an experience better and when it's a gimmick.
The ability to work in ambiguity, move quickly, and keep momentum as priorities change.
Clear communication, strong ownership, and a habit of making the people around you better.
Bonus XP
Python, Rust, or other languages used to build and serve AI systems.
Low-latency or on-device inference, model optimization, or GPU experience.
Real-time media, game streaming, graphics, or video experience.
Cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, or production platform experience.
Experience building conversational or agentic experiences for games or interactive products.
Linux or Windows systems experience.
Japanese language or cross-cultural collaboration experience.
You enjoy playing video games.
Why join us
Work on AI problems most engineers never get to. In real-time systems, every millisecond counts, and so does every inference call.
Help set the direction. Our AI strategy is still taking shape, and you'll help decide what we build, not just how.
Get real ownership. You'll join a small, senior team where ideas go from prototype to production quickly.
