The team owns what administrators and operators need to run Coder well. That covers how it scales, how it's upgraded, how reliably it performs, how it's observed and reported on, how activity is held accountable, and how it's secured.
You'll join a cross-functional team of backend, platform, and QA engineers who own the operator experience end to end. You'll ship features from design through production and partner with product and design to solve real operator problems.
WHAT YOU'LL DO HERE
- Build features end to end, from a design you write within the team's existing approach through production rollout.
- Write database migrations that follow the team's patterns for schema compatibility and safe upgrades.
- Build the observability, reporting, and audit features administrators rely on to see what their deployment is doing.
- Build features that keep enterprise deployments secure, following the team's security practices.
- Help investigate and resolve scalability bottlenecks under production-like load, from database access patterns to concurrency in coderd.
- Help resolve backend issues surfaced by Coder operators and administrators.
- Document the features you build so a reviewer and the next engineer do not have to decode them.
- Participate in code reviews, contribute to RFC-style design discussions, and join the on-call rotation.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Professional experience writing and shipping Go.
- Working understanding of Go's concurrency model, including goroutines, channels, and the sync package.
- Comfortable with SQL, schema changes, and writing migrations.

- Solid debugging skills and the persistence to work a problem, and to escalate early when stuck.
- A self-motivated, analytical engineer who enjoys difficult technical challenges.
BONUS TACOS IF YOU HAVE

- Experience investigating performance under real-world load, including debugging race conditions.

- Experience with major cloud providers, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
- Experience building or operating distributed systems at a meaningful scale.

OUR USE OF AI IN HIRING
We use AI tools to help manage our recruitment process efficiently and fairly. Specifically:
- Ashby and Brainerr help us review inbound applications by surfacing candidates who best match the role requirements we've defined. This tool does not make hiring decisions; it helps our team prioritize which applications to review first.
- Granola takes notes during our interview calls so our team can focus on the conversation with you.
All hiring decisions are made by humans. Our team reviews applications, conducts interviews, and makes final selections. AI tools assist us but never replace human judgment, and these practices are conducted in compliance with applicable data protection, AI governance, and labor laws. Your data is not used to train AI models.

OUR HIRING PROCESS:
We will review your application against our job requirements. We do not employ machine learning technologies during this phase as we believe every human deserves attention from another human. We do not think machines can evaluate your application quite like our seasoned recruiting professionals—every person is unique. We promise to give your candidacy a fair and detailed assessment.
We may then invite you to submit a video interview for the review of the hiring manager. This video interview is often followed by a test or short project that allows us to determine whether you will be a good fit for the team.
At this point, we will invite you to interview with our hiring manager and/or the interview team. Own the hunt. Open doors. Win the business.
We’re looking for an ambitious and commercially driven
Account Director
to join our growing sales team and help accelerate our expansion across ASEAN.
This is a
true hunting role
. You’ll be responsible for identifying and winning new business across strategic target accounts, building relationships with senior decision-makers and taking opportunities through the full sales cycle — from prospecting and first conversation through to negotiation and close.
You’ll need to be comfortable creating opportunities where none currently exist, navigating complex organisations and selling consultatively to senior marketing and business leaders.
This is an opportunity for an experienced sales professional who wants significant ownership, autonomy and a direct impact on revenue growth.
What You’ll Do
Own new business acquisition:
Identify, target and win new clients across ASEAN, with a strong focus on strategic and enterprise accounts.
Build your own pipeline:
Proactively prospect into target accounts using research, outbound engagement, networking, referrals and creative approaches to open new doors.
Penetrate strategic accounts:
Develop account strategies to identify multiple stakeholders, understand organisational priorities and create relationships across the buying committee.
Engage senior decision-makers:
Build credible relationships with Directors, VPs and C-level stakeholders across marketing, demand generation, sales and related functions.
Own the full sales cycle:
Lead opportunities from prospecting and discovery through solution development, commercial negotiation, procurement and close.
Sell consultatively:
Understand the client's business challenges, objectives and priorities and connect them to solutions that deliver measurable value.
Drive significant revenue:
Consistently achieve and exceed individual revenue targets through disciplined pipeline generation, opportunity management and deal execution.
Create strategic opportunities:
Identify whitespace within target accounts and develop new opportunities rather than relying on existing relationships or inbound demand.
Manage complex sales:
Navigate multiple stakeholders, longer sales cycles and commercially complex negotiations while maintaining momentum and deal control.
Expand relationships:
Once new business is secured, identify opportunities to deepen relationships, expand into additional teams or markets and increase account value.
Maintain strong forecasting discipline:
Own your pipeline, accurately forecast revenue and maintain clear visibility across opportunities, next steps and close plans.
Collaborate cross-functionally:
Partner with marketing, campaign, delivery and client success teams to develop compelling solutions and ensure a strong transition from sale to execution.
Be a market advisor:
Stay close to developments across B2B marketing, demand generation, ABM, digital marketing and the technology sector, bringing relevant insight into client conversations.
What We’re Looking For
5–8+ years of B2B sales experience
, ideally within technology, SaaS, media, advertising, demand generation, marketing or a related environment.
A
proven track record of hunting and winning new business
, particularly within mid-market or enterprise organisations.
Demonstrated success
consistently meeting or exceeding significant revenue targets
.
Strong experience owning the
entire sales cycle
, including prospecting, discovery, solution selling, negotiation and closing.
Proven ability to
open doors into net-new accounts
and build relationships from the ground up.
Comfortable selling to
senior marketing, sales and business stakeholders
, including VP and C-level decision-makers.
Strong strategic account planning skills and the ability to identify buying committees, business priorities and commercial opportunities.
Excellent consultative selling, presentation, negotiation and commercial skills.
A strong understanding of
B2B marketing, demand generation, ABM, digital marketing or the technology ecosystem
is highly advantageous.
Commercially astute, resilient and persistent, with the ability to maintain momentum through complex sales cycles.
Highly self-motivated and accountable, with a strong sense of ownership over pipeline and revenue.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
A collaborative team player who can operate independently while working effectively across a broader commercial organisation.
The Person We’re Looking For
You are a
hunter by nature
.
You don't wait for leads to be handed to you. You know how to identify the right accounts, find the right people, create a reason to engage and turn a cold prospect into a commercial conversation.
You are comfortable operating at senior levels and can hold your own in conversations with experienced marketing and business leaders. You understand that enterprise sales is rarely about one conversation or one contact — it's about building a compelling business case, navigating stakeholders and creating momentum towards a decision.
You're commercially ambitious, resilient and competitive, but you also know how to build genuine relationships.
Most importantly, you
take ownership
. You own your territory, your pipeline, your opportunities and your number.
What We Offer
Career Growth:
Join a high-growth organisation with opportunities to progress within a regional sales environment.
Competitive Compensation:
Attractive base salary with performance-based incentives that reward strong commercial performance.
Autonomy & Ownership:
Significant responsibility for developing your territory, target accounts and new-business pipeline.
Regional Exposure:
Work with leading technology and B2B brands across ASEAN and APAC.
Collaborative Culture:
Work alongside an experienced commercial team that values ambition, accountability and teamwork.
Real Impact:
Play a key role in shaping new business growth and expanding our presence across the region.
Ready to build something?
If you're an experienced B2B sales professional who knows how to
open doors, create demand, navigate senior stakeholders and close new business
, we'd love to hear from you.
Come and help us build the next stage of our growth across ASEAN.

ABOUT THE TEAM
Teams do their best work when they’re aligned, and alignment depends on shared context. Today, the context that matters most to a team is scattered across a dozen tools: tickets in Jira and Linear, specs in Confluence and Google Docs, decisions buried in meeting notes, threads in Slack and Teams. Every new conversation starts with someone hunting it down.
We’re changing that. The Integrated Workflows team is building the layer that brings a team’s real working context into Mural, so people (and the AI working alongside them) can align on shared knowledge and design the workflows they need. When this works, a person opens a canvas and the project, the open work, the last three meetings, and the doc everyone keeps referencing are already there. No team should have to start from a blank canvas. That’s the problem we’re solving, and we’re early enough that the person in this seat will shape how it’s done.
YOUR MISSION
This isn’t connector maintenance. You’ll be defining how an AI-native product reaches into the outside world: what context to pull, how to represent it so models can reason over it, how to respect permissions and privacy across systems that each model them differently, and how to make all of that feel effortless to the end user. Few teams anywhere are working at this intersection of AI, integrations, and collaborative product design.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design and build connectors, including MCP-based connectors, that bring context from systems of record, docs and wikis (Confluence, Google Docs, Notion, and others), meeting notes, and communication tools into the Mural canvas
- Shape how that context is modeled, normalized, and made useful to users, so the canvas becomes a live picture of how a team works rather than a snapshot of one meeting
- Bridge product and engineering: translate messy realities (different auth models, data shapes, rate limits, permission systems, partner review processes) into a product experience that just works
- Build the integration platform, the shared frameworks, services, and patterns that let any team at Mural ship connected, context-aware experiences without starting from scratch
- Own the security and trust posture of everything crossing our system boundary, including permissions, data handling, and graceful behavior when an upstream service misbehaves
- Maintain and evolve our public API with the backwards-compatibility discipline a published interface demands
- Lead projects end to end, from research and prototyping through release and iteration, with a bias toward getting value into customers’ hands quickly
- Use AI tools as a core part of how you build, and help the team get better at it
- Mentor colleagues, contribute to technical design, and raise the bar on code quality, testing, and documentation
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- A product mindset: you care about why something is being built and who it’s for, not just how
- 5+ years building and shipping production software at scale, with fluency in TypeScript/JavaScript and Node.js (React and Python are a plus)
- Hands-on experience integrating with third-party APIs and platforms: OAuth and token lifecycle, webhooks, rate limiting and backoff, pagination, versioning, and degrading gracefully when things fail
- Genuine curiosity about AI-driven products and development practices, and a willingness to experiment
- A track record of designing scalable, reliable systems and delivering them iteratively
- Strong communication skills and comfort leading technical discussions and navigating trade-offs
NICE TO HAVE
- Familiarity with the Model Context Protocol (MCP) or interest in learning it
- Experience with the Microsoft ecosystem (Teams, Office add-ins) or shipping through a partner marketplace or app review process
- Experience designing or maintaining a public developer API
- Background in high-growth or startup environments
Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY
We will ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform essential job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment. Please contact us to request accommodation.

ABOUT CLIPBOARD
Our mission is to uplift as many communities as possible. We do this through our app-based marketplace that connects healthcare professionals with the workplaces that need amazing workers. This enables hundreds of thousands of people to achieve financial stability for themselves and their families while providing essential care to millions of people across the U.S.
Founded in 2016, we are a remote-first team of over 1,000 people building a top Y-Combinator company https://www.ycombinator.com/topcompanies/ and have been profitable since 2022. We’re the leader in Long-Term Care staffing and are rapidly expanding into Home Health, Hospitals, and more, meaning we have more work to do than people to do it, and are growing our team to support millions more people and their communities.
About the Role
The Account Manager will be instrumental in helping grow and retain Clipboard's existing markets. Healthcare providers are core to the Clipboard marketplace — the Account Manager is in charge of nurturing and expanding relationships with current users, going deep with those users to understand their needs, and ensuring they're consistently successful on the platform. There's no ceiling to what you can achieve in this role — if you're highly motivated to go above and beyond, a diligent executor, and a strong written/verbal communicator, Clipboard is the place for you to excel.
Responsibilities
- Managing and growing relationships with an existing portfolio of healthcare providers and dental offices
- Clearly articulating the value proposition of the app to current users to drive continued engagement and expansion
- Going deep with healthcare providers and dental offices to uncover their evolving needs, understand their challenges, and find ways to genuinely help them succeed on the platform
- Establishing credibility and rapport with providers, which includes demonstrating a strong understanding of the app
- Being the go-to point of contact for users that need help navigating the app, resolving issues, and getting the most out of the platform
- Helping fill new and urgent shifts in your assigned markets
Qualifications
- Willingness to hustle / lack of fear
- Experience texting, emailing, and talking with English-speaking clients and prospects
Requirements
- Stable high-speed internet connection
- A computer workstation (laptop or desktop)
- Internationally located (not in US, CA, UK, NZ, or AU)
- Availability to work US working hours
- Fluency in English speaking and writing
Beyond the Basics — What Will Make You Successful
- Noticing & Curiosity — You pick up on things others miss and ask "why" more than once because the first answer is rarely the whole story. You dig to understand the root of a problem or situation rather than accepting things at face value, and you're constantly updating your understanding of the customers you serve.
- Initiative & Persistence — You have a bias for action. You know that our customers are dealing with real problems today, and you don't wait for perfect information before making a move. You're scrappy and self-reliant, you find ways through obstacles rather than around them, and you bring solutions instead of asking "what should I do?"
- Ownership — The buck stops with you, no matter what anyone else did or did not do. You take full responsibility for your results, fix problems when you see them — even outside your immediate area — and put processes in place to make sure those problems don't happen again.
- Customer-Centric — You feel your customers' situations genuinely and care about improving their lives, not just hitting a number. Talking to customers and solving their problems isn't a task on your list — it's the job.
- Humble — You're low ego and care about getting to the best outcome, not about being right. You readily admit when you don't know something, you actively seek out feedback, and you're always looking to become a better version of yourself.
Benefits
- Do great work that matters for customers who could really use your help
- Competitive pay
- Unlimited PTO
- Fully Remote
Estimated annual compensation: $12,000–$15,600 USD. Each candidate's compensation offer within this range will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, and geographic location.

The Account Executive will be instrumental in growing Clipboard's footprint by bringing new dental offices onto the platform. Dental offices are core to the Clipboard Dental marketplace — the Account Executive is responsible for identifying prospective dental offices, initiating contact, and guiding them through the full sales cycle from cold outreach to activation. This is a full-cycle sales role where you own your pipeline end-to-end: prospecting, pitching, handling objections, negotiating, and closing. There's no ceiling to what you can achieve in this role — if you're highly motivated, fearless on the phone, and a strong communicator, Clipboard is the place for you to excel.
Responsibilities
- Cold calling dental offices that have not yet posted shifts to introduce them to Clipboard's staffing services
- Clearly articulating the value proposition of the platform and overcoming objections to drive new office activations
- Managing the full sales cycle — from initial outreach through onboarding — ensuring a smooth transition for new offices onto the platform
- Leading price negotiation conversations with dental office decision-makers
- Building and managing your own pipeline, consistently following up with leads and maintaining organized records of outreach activity
- Persisting through longer sales cycles and re-engaging offices over time to convert them into active customers
Qualifications
- Willingness to hustle / lack of fear
- Fluency in English speaking and writing with experience communicating with English-speaking clients
- Proven experience in a sales role where you were responsible for generating your own leads
- Demonstrated experience managing your own pipeline and following through on a full sales cycle
Requirements
- Stable high-speed internet connection
- A computer workstation (laptop or desktop)
- Internationally located (not in US, CA, UK, NZ, or AU)
- Availability to work US Pacific Time working hours (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PT)

• AI tools literacy (familiarity with Claude or similar tools is a plus)

• Dynamism — you shift context quickly and don't lose quality when the pace picks up
• Comfort with uncertainty — you see change as the norm, not the exception
• Proactive communication — you flag issues before they become problems

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Applied Science team builds models and tools that solve Ramp’s most critical problems: from underwriting businesses to combatting fraud to making spend management smarter. We’re deeply embedded in the business and provide a quantitative foundation for decision making.
As an Applied Science intern, you’ll be a fully integrated member of the team and own your project from start to finish. Working with engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders, you’ll translate complex business needs into scalable machine-learning-driven solutions. This is a chance to apply ML concretely, ship code, and create genuine value for Ramp and our customers.
You will focus on exciting problems in areas like: credit, fraud, growth, or our core product.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- End-to-End ML: own the model lifecycle from data exploration and feature engineering to training, benchmarking, deployment, and monitoring
- State-of-the-Art AI: leverage the latest Large Language Models (LLMs) to solve novel problems and create new product capabilities for our customers
- Versatile Techniques: apply the right tools to the right problems, whether it’s deep learning, gradient boosting, or causal inference
- Rigorous Experimentation: quantify the impact of your work through A/B tests and other statistical methods
- Collaborate: partner closely with product and business leaders to translate models and insights into actionable strategy and user-facing features
WHAT YOU NEED
- B.S., M.S. or Ph.D. Student: currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Math, Physics, Economics, Statistics, or other quantitative fields with an expected graduation date between Dec 2027 - 2029. Graduate degrees are preferred, but not a must.
- Strong ML Fundamentals: solid understanding of the mathematical foundations of machine learning, statistics, probability, and optimization
- Strong Interest or Experience with AI: curiosity and drive to integrate cutting edge LLMs and agents into applied solutions
- Python Proficiency: good grasp of common Data Science libraries (pandas, scikit-learn, NumPy, PyTorch, etc.)
- SQL Knowledge: experience wrangling data in a modern data warehouse (e.g. Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Clickhouse)
- Practical Experience: track record of curating datasets and building/evaluating ML models
- Strong Communication: ability to clearly explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences and use data to build a compelling narrative
- Bias For Action: a comfort with ambiguity and desire to ship solutions quickly then iterate
NICE TO HAVES
- Publications, Projects, or Previous Experience: relevant experience applying AI/ML and demonstrating your passion for the field
- Production ML Mindset: knowledge of software engineering best practices applied to ML including version control (Git), testing, and writing maintainable code
- Data Orchestration: experience with leveraging modern data orchestration platforms (Airflow, Dagster, Prefect, Metaflow)

Ramp builds software that moves real money, from bill payments and corporate cards to reimbursements, accounting integrations, and travel. Our customers rely on us to keep their operations running: invoices get paid, books get closed, and finance leaders can trust the data behind every decision.
In this role, you will be the person who spots where customers are getting stuck and drives issues to a clear resolution. You will learn a complex product deeply enough to troubleshoot across payments, bank linking, accounting syncs, and card programs, then partner with teams across Engineering, Risk, Product, and Partnerships to get problems solved. This is not script-based support. You will triage, investigate, and make high-signal judgment calls throughout the day.
You will thrive in this role if you are a systems thinker and deeply customer obsessed. Support is the baseline. How you think about improving processes, tools, and outcomes is what sets you apart.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Be the voice of Ramp's Customer Support. You'll spend your day engaging with customers, primarily via live calls, email, and chat.
- Diagnose across a broad product surface. Ramp isn't one product — it's payments, cards, travel, accounting integrations, and more. You'll need to understand how they connect and where they break.
- Operate with an ownership mindset, managing escalations end-to-end. You take full accountability for every ticket you handle. When an issue crosses team boundaries — risk, engineering, product, partnerships — you route it correctly, follow up, and make sure the customer isn't left waiting. You'll work across Zendesk, internal tooling, and Slack-based escalation workflows.
- Build and shape AI tools, not just use them. Ramp is building AI into CX operations. You'll use AI-powered research tools and proprietary tools like Glass daily, provide direct feedback on what's working, and play an active role in how these tools evolve. You're not just a user — you're a builder. We are all builders at Ramp.
- Ship improvements, not just flag them. When you notice a process gap, a missing SOP, or a knowledge base article that's sending associates down the wrong path, you don't just raise it — you have the autonomy to roll up your sleeves and fix it. Leverage AI to solve problems, build automations, and improve the systems around you. The best people in this role make the whole team better.
- Communicate with precision and empathy. Our customers are financially sophisticated. You need to explain what's happening, what you're doing about it, and what they should expect — clearly and without filler.
WHAT YOU NEED
- You're a systems thinker: you don't just solve the ticket in front of you, you ask why the problem exists and how to prevent it from happening again.
- You actively use AI tools — Claude, Notion AI, research and workflow tools — and can demonstrate how you've applied them to get real work done. This is a hard requirement.
- You're fast-moving while holding yourself to a high bar for execution: you balance speed, accuracy, and thoroughness in every interaction.
- You can hold a technical conversation about how systems connect (APIs, bank integrations, accounting software) even if you're not writing code.
- You manage competing priorities without dropping things. When you have 15 open issues across 4 internal teams, nothing falls through.
- You write clearly and concisely. You can explain a payment reconciliation issue to a CFO without jargon.
- You're comfortable on the phone. Many interactions start there.
- You have a demonstrated track record of exceeding key performance standards, including CSAT, QA, and speed-of-service metrics.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience building workflows or automations using AI tools, not just prompting
- Familiarity with accounting workflows (AP/AR, GL, reconciliation) or ERP integrations (NetSuite, QuickBooks, Sage)
- Background in payments infrastructure (ACH, wire transfers, card networks)
- Track record of working somewhere that shipped product fast and expected CX to keep up
WHY BE A CX ASSOCIATE AT RAMP
- Cross-functional exposure from day one. You work directly with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams — not siloed into a support queue.
- AI tools and unlimited access. Unlimited tokens, proprietary AI tools like Glass, and a culture that expects you to use them to move faster and build smarter.
- Career growth that you own. Grow within CX, explore other functions internally, or carve out a path that doesn't exist yet. If you're invested, we're invested.
- Culture that's different from a call center. Team events, in-person offsites, and a genuine commitment to building a team people want to be part of.
