ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.

About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role
We’re reinventing how People Operations runs at Vercel — and this role sits right at the center of it. You’ll help us build and integrate Vercel-powered tools that replace legacy busywork with something genuinely fast and modern. If you get excited about composable HR tech and shipping tools people actually want to use, this is that role.
You’ll also own and evolve our core Workday integrations, partnering closely with People, Finance, IT, and Engineering stakeholders to keep our HR systems reliable, secure, and scalable. This role blends hands-on integration work with real functional fluency in People Operations — you’ll need to understand not just how data moves between systems, but why our stakeholders need it to move that way. You will report to the Director of People Operations, Infrastructure & Services and will be located in one of our hub locations (San Francisco, New York, or Austin).
What you'll do
Help us build the future -- build and integrate Vercel-powered internal People tools that will define how this team works, and support our push towards a headless HR tech stack
Build, maintain, and troubleshoot Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors/Cloud Connect, Workday Studio, APIs) that support key People Operations and Finance workflows.
Partner directly with People Operations, Finance, IT, and Engineering stakeholders to understand process requirements and translate them into reliable, well-documented integration solutions.
Develop working knowledge of core People Operations processes — like hire-to-retire, compensation, benefits, and org management — to inform sound integration and system design decisions.
Monitor integration health, troubleshoot failures, and drive fixes in partnership with both technical and functional stakeholders.
Maintain clear documentation of integration logic, field mappings, and processes for cross-team visibility.
Contribute to testing, security, and change-management practices that keep our HR system integrations resilient as we scale.
What you need
Experience with generative AI and agentic coding platforms
Excited by headless/composable HR tech — you want to build and integrate tools and APIs that go beyond a core HRIS, not just maintain the status quo.
4+ years of hands-on experience building and maintaining Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors/Cloud Connect, Workday Studio, and/or APIs.
Working knowledge of XML/XSLT, calculated fields, and the Workday Business Process Framework; exposure to Workday security configuration is a plus.
Genuine interest in People Operations — you're comfortable learning the functional "why" behind a process, not just the technical "how," and enjoy building relationships with People and Finance stakeholders.
Strong communicator who can translate between technical integration details and non-technical stakeholder needs.
Comfortable owning discrete integration projects independently, with guidance from senior team members on complex or ambiguous problems.
A plus if you have experience using Workday Extend to build applications.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
Flexible Time Off.
We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.
The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $160,000 - $195,000. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. Compensation outside of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. The total compensation package may include benefits, equity-based compensation, and eligibility for a company bonus or variable pay program depending on the role. Your recruiter can share more details during the hiring process.

At Render, we’re building the modern cloud platform for developers creating AI-native, full-stack, multi-service applications. Our mission is to eliminate the tradeoff between the power of hyperscalers and the simplicity of developer-friendly platforms—so teams can ship fast, scale reliably, and focus on their product, not infrastructure.
Unlike complex hyperscalers or ephemeral edge/serverless solutions, Render offers a developer-first experience with persistent compute, dynamic autoscaling, built-in orchestration, and observability, allowing teams to launch, scale, and manage real-world applications without writing infrastructure code or managing servers. Whether you're building LLM-powered applications, scalable SaaS products, or async processing pipelines, Render empowers teams to move fast and scale confidently from MVP to millions of users.
Our platform is trusted by over 7 million developers worldwide and continues to grow rapidly. In February 2026, we raised an additional $100M in Series C financing, bringing our total funding to $260M, to accelerate our vision of making cloud infrastructure both powerful and intuitive—designed for the speed of modern AI development.
We’re a diverse and talented team that values craft, velocity, and user experience. If you’re excited to help shape the future of the intelligent cloud and empower developers everywhere, we’d love to hear from you.

Through reasoned discussions and continuous feedback, we strive to improve both individually and collectively. WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Notion is shaping the future of Go-To-Market, and as a Solutions Consultant (SC), you’ll bring that future to life by building alongside customers and turning their biggest challenges into measurable outcomes. As a customer-facing, quota-carrying SC, you’ll bring together technical fluency and commercial ownership to grow your book of business. You’ll build pipeline with BDRs, engage key stakeholders, lead discovery, co-build workflow solutions live with customers, and guide opportunities through close. You’ll connect each solution to a clear business case and stay engaged through adoption, expansion, and renewal so customers realize the value of what they buy.
You’ll partner with BDRs, Outcomes Architects, and technical or product specialists while maintaining clear ownership of customer relationships, opportunity momentum, and next steps. If you’re a builder who loves to sell—and want to work at the intersection of AI, productivity, and enterprise—this is the role.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Create pipeline across your book of business. Build target-account plans with BDRs and initiate outreach to priority stakeholders to generate qualified opportunities, alongside BDR-sourced pipeline.
- Own opportunities from first conversation through close. Lead discovery, qualify business needs and urgency, align stakeholders, shape the solution and business case, and drive the evaluation and commercial decision. Navigate commercial sizing, proposal construction, procurement, legal, and security review to close deals with the right scope, credits, and implementation path.
- Design and validate workflow solutions that deliver measurable value. Map current- and future-state workflows, co-build solutions live in Notion, and define realistic scope, success criteria, and an implementation path. Translate customer needs and validated outcomes into a clear business case, commercial recommendation, and decision path. Treat discovery as an opportunity to build and validate.
- Orchestrate the right partners while maintaining ownership. Engage BDRs, Outcomes Architects, and technical or product specialists at the right moments, with clear context and asks, while owning opportunity momentum, customer communication, and next steps.
- Drive customer value and commercial growth after signature. Partner with Outcomes Architects, guide the initial path to value with a clear adoption plan, on onboarding and ongoing multi-workflow adoption, and own expansion strategy and renewal planning. Stay accountable for translating credits sold into credits consumed, and surface risks or expansion opportunities as customer workflows mature.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Commercial ownership and pipeline generation. You can demonstrate how you created or advanced business, influenced customer decisions, and owned measurable outcomes. Relevant experience may come from quota-carrying sales or adjacent customer-facing roles.
- Technical fluency and builder mindset. You are comfortable building live in software and can demo, co-design, and troubleshoot with a customer without needing a specialist in the room.
- AI fluency. You are excited about AI, build with new tools, and continually learn new ways of working.
- Discovery, qualification, and value articulation. You can uncover customer needs, map workflows, qualify business impact and urgency, and translate what you learn into commercial outcomes, adoption plans, and clear success criteria.
- Agency, urgency, and learning velocity. You set clear goals, take initiative, learn from customer interactions, and apply those learnings to improve outcomes. You bring new ideas and workflows to customers and make complex problems easier to solve.
- Complex customer engagement. You can lead multi-stakeholder interactions and navigate procurement, legal, and security review cycles.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Full-cycle B2B software sales experience or solutions engineering experience, with a consistent track record of exceeding quota across new-logo acquisition and expansion motions.
- Familiarity with usage-based or consumption-based pricing models and the ability to structure credit-based commercial proposals.
- Prior experience selling to commercial accounts in productivity, collaboration, or workflow software.
- Experience in a shared account ownership model, partnering with a post-sale or Customer Success team as part of an integrated customer motion.
We hire talented and passionate people from a variety of backgrounds because we want our global employee base to represent the wide diversity of our customers. If you're excited about a role but your past experience doesn't align perfectly with every bullet point listed in the job description, we still encourage you to apply. If you're a builder at heart, share our company values, and are enthusiastic about making software toolmaking ubiquitous, we want to hear from you.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

Notion is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected characteristic. The Role
We are looking for a Senior Partner Deployed Engineer to join the Customer Solutions team, focused on building Coder’s partner ecosystem across EMEA. This is a new function at Coder, modeled on the Forward Deployed Engineer role pioneered by companies like Palantir and now the fastest-growing technical role at frontier AI companies. The difference: instead of embedding with a single customer to deploy a platform, you embed with strategic partners to help them understand, position, and deliver Coder’s platform across their entire customer base.
You are part Field CTO, part Industry Strategist, part Technical Specialist, and part Partner Relations Lead. You will be the technical authority within our EMEA partner ecosystem: setting the vision for how Coder fits into each partner’s AI, cloud, and modernization offerings, co-creating the GTM sales plays that partner sellers take to market, building the demonstrations and workshops that generate pipeline, and producing the Partner Relations content that establishes Coder’s technical brand in the ecosystem.
This is not a support role. You are equally comfortable holding a strategic roadmap conversation with a partner CTO and debugging a Kubernetes deployment in a partner’s lab in the same afternoon. You are energized by the challenge of building a new category through partnerships, motivated by the multiplied impact of enabling an entire ecosystem rather than a single customer, and capable of operating with full autonomy in a fast-moving startup environment.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the strategic technical thought partner to EMEA partner leadership, including practice leads, CTOs, and solutions architects at global systems integrators, regional cloud consultancies, and hyperscaler field teams. Own the technical relationship and set the vision for how Coder fits into each partner’s AI and modernization portfolio.
- Co-create sales plays tailored to each partner’s customer base, vertical focus, and services capabilities. Author Working Backwards outcome proposals for strategic partner-customer combinations that translate AI Development Infrastructure into deal-level urgency.
- Develop and deliver workshops, Builder Labs, and partner-hosted enablement sessions as the primary awareness and demand generation vehicle for the EMEA ecosystem. Build hands-on demonstration environments and interactive experiences that partners can use independently.
- Intervene directly on the highest-value partner-attached deals across EMEA: co-sell calls, technical discovery, PoV scoping, architecture review, and technical win support. Own the engagement until the partner’s team can carry it independently.
- Transform bespoke partner enablement sessions into structured LMS modules and certification tiers that scale across the EMEA partner base without requiring live PDE support for each new partner.
- Produce “better together” reference architectures for strategic partner combinations across cloud providers and AI platforms. Include deployment diagrams, network topology, IAM patterns, and operational runbooks that partner SAs can hand directly to customers.
- Codify each successful partner engagement into a repeatable GTM play: trigger conditions, discovery questions, positioning framework, demo script, PoV scope template, and expected outcomes. Build a playbook library that a new PDE or partner seller can pick up and run.
- Build AI-powered self-service tools that automate high-volume PDE activities: Opportunity Brief Generator, PR/FAQ Generator, Workshop-in-a-Box deployment, and demo site builder.
- Produce a monthly partner intelligence digest from EMEA engagements: what customers are asking for, how competitors are positioning, where integrations are missing, which vertical use cases are emerging. Distribute to Product, Engineering, and GTM leadership.
- Own the EMEA-relevant portions of the joint technical integration roadmap with strategic partners. Define priorities cross-functionally with Product and Engineering based on field signals from the EMEA market.
- Create and publish Partner Relations content, the ecosystem equivalent of Developer Relations: technical blog posts, cookbooks, partner ecosystem conference talks, enablement videos, and workshop recaps. Build Coder’s technical brand within the EMEA partner community.
- Contribute to cloud marketplace product listing stewardship, competency maintenance documentation, and CSP co-build technical requirements as they apply to EMEA-specific partner and compliance contexts.
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in a combination of Forward Deployed Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Field CTO, Technical Consulting, or Developer Relations roles at an infrastructure, developer tools, or AI company
- Demonstrated experience helping partners or customers understand and adopt products in emerging or undefined categories, not just executing playbooks for established ones
- Proven hands-on experience designing and deploying cloud infrastructure on at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure), with production-level Kubernetes and Terraform depth. You have done the work and can speak to it with specificity.
- 2+ years deploying or operating AI coding agents in a production or near-production environment: you understand how agent loops execute, where credentials live, and what governance and audit requirements look like in a European enterprise context
- Ability to articulate the architectural difference between workspace-local agent tooling and a centralized agentic harness, and to explain why that distinction matters to a security, compliance, or data sovereignty stakeholder
- Experience working with channel or technology partners in a co-sell model: hyperscaler partner programs, GSI/RSI partnerships, or VAR/distributor ecosystems in EMEA markets
- Experience building repeatable technical GTM assets that scaled beyond your personal delivery: sales plays, enablement curricula, reference architectures, or technical content programs
- Executive communication and Field CTO credibility: you can hold a technical vision conversation with a partner CTO and a deal-level architecture review with an SE in the same day, in English and ideally at least one additional European language
- Strong written communication: you can produce a Working Backwards PR/FAQ, a technical architecture document, and a blog post without those being separate skills requiring separate people
- Self-directed, analytically minded, and comfortable operating with full autonomy. You will define processes that don’t exist, build tools that haven’t been scoped, and create a function from first principles in a new region.
Bonus Points
(Bonus tacos? That’s how we say thanks at Coder. Ask us about it.)
- Prior Forward Deployed Engineer experience at a platform company (Palantir, Scale AI, frontier AI lab, or equivalent embedded deployment model)
- Track record of public technical advocacy: blog posts, conference talks, open-source contributions, or developer/partner community engagement
- Experience with hyperscaler partner programs (e.g., ISV Accelerate, strategic collaboration agreements, co-sell programs) at an operational level
- Familiarity with European regulatory environments: GDPR, DORA, NIS2, AI Act compliance requirements, and data sovereignty patterns for cloud-native deployments
- Experience with air-gapped or network-isolated deployments common in European financial services, government, or defense contexts
- Background in AI governance frameworks, session audit requirements, or SIEM integration for AI workloads
- Experience with LLM gateway or proxy infrastructure (LiteLLM, OpenRouter, or equivalent) in a multi-team or enterprise context
- Experience designing human-in-the-loop breakpoints or escalation patterns for autonomous agent workflows
- Kubernetes certification (CKA, CKAD, or CKS)
- Experience with Tailscale or similar overlay networking tools
- Open-source contributions, particularly in CNCF, MCP, or AI agent ecosystems
- Existing relationships with hyperscaler EMEA solutions architecture teams, European GSI technical practices, or AI infrastructure partner ecosystems
- Fluency in German, French, or a Nordic language in addition to English
What Success Looks Like
- You have done the hard technical work before: deploying cloud-native infrastructure, navigating Kubernetes in production, building with Terraform, and operating in the complexity of large European enterprise environments. You bring that credibility into every partner conversation.
- You can walk a partner CTO through how Coder enables parallelized AI agents in a regulated European enterprise, covering credential isolation, audit lineage, GDPR-compliant data handling, and escalation design, and turn that conversation into a joint GTM play their sellers can run next quarter.
- You can walk into an unstructured partner relationship, assess the technical and commercial opportunity, and chart a path from first enablement session to first co-sourced deal without waiting to be told what to do.
- You translate deep technical knowledge into assets that scale: reference architectures partners hand to their customers, enablement modules partners consume on their own, and GTM playbooks partner sellers run without PDE involvement.
- You are as invested in the pattern behind the engagement as you are in the engagement itself. Every bespoke partner interaction produces a reusable artifact. Every field insight feeds back to product. You codify by instinct.
- You make the ecosystem and the product better: your field experience shapes how Coder builds integrations, how partners deliver, and how the EMEA market understands AI Development Infrastructure as a category.

OUR USE OF AI IN HIRING
We use AI tools to help manage our recruitment process efficiently and fairly. Specifically:
- Ashby and Brainerr help us review inbound applications by surfacing candidates who best match the role requirements we've defined. This tool does not make hiring decisions; it helps our team prioritize which applications to review first.
- Granola takes notes during our interview calls so our team can focus on the conversation with you.
All hiring decisions are made by humans. Our team reviews applications, conducts interviews, and makes final selections. AI tools assist us but never replace human judgment, and these practices are conducted in compliance with applicable data protection, AI governance, and labor laws.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp is building new products that can reshape how finance teams operate. These products begin before the market playbook is obvious: the customer problem is still being sharpened, the product is evolving quickly, and the path from early signal to durable growth must be built.
We are hiring a Product Marketing Manager, New Products to lead that work. You will be embedded with Product and Engineering from the earliest stages, using customer and market insight to help choose the audience, shape the product, define the story, and build the commercialization and adoption motion.
This is not a launch-calendar or asset-production role. You will own the full business read for the product: customer problem, ICP, positioning, product readiness, launch, pipeline, activation, adoption, retention, proof, and the next product or GTM intervention.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Shape product strategy early. Bring customer, market, and competitive evidence into product decisions before the roadmap is fixed. Help the team identify the wedge, target segment, table stakes, differentiators, and highest-leverage problems to solve.
- Find product-market clarity. Define the ICP, buyer, user, jobs to be done, workflow, alternatives, and reasons customers will switch or expand.
- Own the product narrative. Build the canonical positioning, messaging, claims, proof, and competitive story. Translate technical and operational complexity into a clear customer value proposition without flattening how the product works.
- Design the zero-to-one GTM. Determine how the product should enter the market, including audience, channel, pricing and packaging inputs, sales motion, self-serve motion, launch sequence, and adoption plan.
- Lead launches end to end. Coordinate Product, Engineering, Sales, Growth, Creative, Communications, Support, and other partners around one launch strategy, readiness bar, and set of measurable outcomes.
- Build commercialization, not just awareness. Create the programs, enablement, proof, and feedback loops that turn interest into qualified pipeline, activation, retained usage, expansion, and revenue.
- Work deeply with Product and Engineering. Understand the product's architecture, data, constraints, and trust model well enough to influence tradeoffs and explain it credibly to both technical and business audiences.
- Create the customer learning system. Develop direct relationships with buyers and users, run structured discovery, capture objections and product gaps, and turn what you learn into product and GTM decisions.
- Own the business scorecard. Define leading and lagging indicators, build a clear operating read, diagnose what is moving or stuck, and recommend the next intervention.
- Build proof and competitive intelligence. Develop customer evidence, use cases, benchmarks, and a current view of the market that improve both product decisions and GTM execution.
- Use AI as an operating advantage. Apply AI to research, synthesis, analysis, content development, and repeatable workflows—and help the team raise its standard for speed and quality.
- Create the new-products playbook. Build a repeatable method for taking an emerging product from customer signal to product-market clarity, launch, commercialization, and scaled growth.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- 6+ years of experience in B2B software product marketing, product management, growth, strategy, or another product-led GTM function, including significant ownership of a product or business outcome.
- Demonstrated zero-to-one experience with a new product, category, platform, or business line—from early customer discovery through launch and adoption.
- A record of influencing product strategy using customer, market, competitive, and performance evidence.
- Strong customer instincts. You can run discovery, identify the real workflow and buying problem, and separate a loud request from a durable market signal.
- Technical and operational fluency. You can learn a complex product, work credibly with Product and Engineering, and explain how it works to different audiences.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication. You can produce a sharp product narrative, an executive recommendation, a launch plan, and a sales story that survives contact with customers.
- Strong data literacy. You can define and interpret activation, adoption, retention, pipeline, conversion, revenue, and product-usage metrics and turn the findings into a decision.
- Proven ability to lead senior partners across Product, Engineering, Sales, Growth, Creative, and Marketing without relying on formal authority.
- High agency and comfort with ambiguity. You build the first version, test it with customers, make tradeoffs, and improve it quickly.
- Fluency with AI tools as part of your everyday research, analysis, writing, and operating workflows.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in fintech, payments, accounts receivable, accounting, developer tools, data infrastructure, AI, or another technical and workflow-heavy category.
- Experience taking a product from incubation through product-market fit and scaled commercialization.
- Experience with both product-led and sales-led growth motions.
- Experience contributing to pricing and packaging decisions.
- Experience as an early or founding PMM, product manager, founder, or operator in a fast-moving product area.
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)

- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel

Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
At Wolt, we’re all about great partnerships – and that starts with great people. We’re now looking for a Senior Account Manager to take on one of the most strategically important roles within our Danish restaurant team. If you’re commercially sharp, analytically strong, and motivated by solving complex challenges in close collaboration with your partners, this could be the role for you.
In this role, you’ll be trusted with a portfolio of nationally recognized brands, each with ambitious goals, multi-layered decision-making structures, and large operational footprints. You’ll be responsible for unlocking their full potential on Wolt by building strong relationships, running sophisticated campaigns, and making data-driven decisions that drive both growth and profitability.
You’ll join a team of 10 Account Managers who support and challenge each other every day. We celebrate wins, share learnings, and enjoy solving problems together – whether that’s out in the field with a partner or over a coffee at the office. If you enjoy taking ownership and being part of a humble yet ambitious team, we think you’ll feel right at home.
But don’t just take our word for it – see for yourself what your future colleagues say about working at Wolt
here
.
What you’ll be doing
As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll be the primary point of contact for a number of large enterprise accounts. You’ll work across multiple layers of each organisation – from central decision-makers to regional managers and local stores – with a focus on long-term growth and operational excellence.
You’ll plan and execute advanced promotional campaigns, lead commercial negotiations, and use data to optimize every aspect of partner performance. In addition to managing your portfolio, you’ll help shape internal tooling and best practices that support the broader enterprise AM community.
Day-to-day in this role you’ll:
Own a small but commercially significant portfolio of restaurant enterprise accounts end-to-end
Lead negotiations and strategic planning in collaboration with senior internal and external stakeholders

The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s.
Notion is rebuilding its go-to-market motion around a workflow-first, builder-led model—and the BDR is at the front of it. As a Business Development Rep, you'll be the force that turns the right accounts into the right conversations. You'll partner closely with Solutions Consultants to identify and target companies that are ready to rethink how they work—and your job is to get them in the room. This isn't generic pipeline work: you're qualifying for workflow-first, build-ready opportunities that set SCs up to win. If you're competitive, curious, and energized by outbound that actually means something, this is the role for you.
This role will be based in Dublin. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Generate qualified, workflow-first pipeline by identifying and targeting high-potential accounts in your assigned book, partnering with your sellers on account and outbound strategy
- Run multi-channel outbound campaigns—email, phone, LinkedIn, and events—to create urgency and secure first meetings with the right decision-makers
- Conduct initial qualification to ensure meetings handed to sellers are "ready to build," not just "ready to talk"—validating ICP, intent, and workflow fit before the handoff
- Document and deliver clean handoff packets in Salesforce with ICP signals, pain points, workflow hypothesis, and stakeholder context so sellers can hit the ground running
- Leverage GTM System tooling and intent data to sharpen targeting, prioritize accounts by signal strength, and increase the quality and consistency of your outbound motion
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Proven track record in outbound pipeline generation, with hands-on experience in cold prospecting across phone, email, and social channels
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling, persona-specific outreach that earns a response
- Sharp qualification instincts—able to quickly assess ICP fit, identify urgency, and set solutions consultants up for high-quality first conversations
- Passion for AI/ML and understanding of API-first or consumption-based business models
- High-activity mindset with the discipline to prioritize based on signal and data, not just volume
- You don't need to be an AI expert, but you're curious and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results.
- Fluency in French.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, or similar GTM tooling
- Familiarity with Notion as a product or prior experience selling productivity, collaboration, or workflow software
- Background in a high-velocity, metric-driven outbound environment with clear pipeline targets
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. ABOUT THE ROLE
WHAT YOU’LL ACHIEVE
SKILLS YOU’LL NEED TO BRING
- 1-3 years of Experience in selling technical products to technical buyers
- Native or bilingual-level Korean fluency and business-level English proficiency
NICE TO HAVES
- Full-cycle B2B software sales experience or solutions engineering experience, with a consistent track record of exceeding quota across new-logo acquisition and expansion motions.
- Familiarity with usage-based or consumption-based pricing models and the ability to structure credit-based commercial proposals.
- Prior experience selling to commercial accounts in productivity, collaboration, or workflow software.
- Experience in a shared account ownership model, partnering with a post-sale or Customer Success team as part of an integrated customer motion.

- Stay on top of product updates and industry trends to educate customers and shape the conversation around GenAI adoption
- Build long-term customer relationships and support post-sale success in partnership with our deployment and support teams
- Negotiate pricing and deal terms and work with legal to redline contracts
- Bring customer insights back to product and engineering teams to inform the future roadmap and improve the user experience
- Help define and iterate on our sales playbook - your input will help shape our go to market strategies
