About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic is looking for a Senior Partner Account Manager (PAM) to own our relationship with one to two of the world's largest global systems integrators. This is a general-management role disguised as an alliance role: you will set the multi-year joint strategy with the partner's C-suite, negotiate the strategic agreement that underpins it, and then build the machine — go-to-market, solution co-development, delivery readiness, and enablement at a scale of tens of thousands of practitioners — that turns Claude into one of the partner's largest and fastest-growing practices.
You will be measured on the size and health of the joint business: progress against a $1B+ Claude practice plan, Anthropic ARR sourced and influenced through the partner, certified and delivery-ready practitioners (50,000+), co-developed solutions in market with reference-able customers, and the depth of executive alignment on both sides.
Key responsibilities
Own the joint business.
Build and run a multi-year joint business plan with each GSI covering services bookings, Anthropic ARR, priority industries and geographies, investment, and headcount. Report on it to Anthropic and partner executive leadership quarterly.
Lead at the C-suite.
Be the primary Anthropic relationship owner for the partner's Group CEO, service-line and industry CEOs, CTO/Chief AI Officer, and Chief Learning Officer. Map and activate Anthropic executive sponsors, run CEO-level QBRs, and shape the partner's public AI narrative (earnings calls, analyst days, flagship events) around Claude.
Negotiate the strategic agreement.
Structure and close multi-year strategic collaboration agreements spanning consumption and resale commitments, co-investment and market development funds, co-marketing, IP and solution terms, and enterprise-wide internal deployment of Claude across the partner's own workforce.
Co-develop solutions.
Partner with Anthropic Product, Applied AI, and the GSI's CTO office to co-build industry and horizontal offerings, agentic and Claude Code delivery accelerators, and reference architectures; take them to market with named launch customers and published references.
Build a 50,000+ practitioner practice.
Design and land a certification and delivery-readiness system inside the partner — embedded in their academy/L&D, train-the-trainer led, tied to Claude Partner Network tier requirements — and hold the partner accountable to capability they build themselves rather than capacity Anthropic supplies.
Drive global co-sell.
Stand up joint account planning and pursuit governance with Anthropic field leadership across NA, EMEA, and APAC; personally engage on the largest strategic pursuits; ensure clean attribution through deal registration and CRM discipline.
Run alliance governance.
Establish and chair a joint steering committee with named workstreams (GTM, solutions, delivery readiness, enablement, marketing), clear owners on both sides, and a published operating cadence.
Lead through others.
Orchestrate a global virtual team of partner solutions architects, partner marketing, enablement, regional PAMs, and sales leaders; mentor PAMs across the team; scope and make the case for dedicated resourcing as the business scales.
Shape the program.
Bring the voice of the largest GSIs into Anthropic's partner strategy, Elite-tier program design, and product roadmap.
Minimum qualifications
15+ years in alliances, partner sales, or consulting leadership, including 8+ years owning a top-tier GSI relationship (e.g., IBM, NTT Data, Capgemini) at a hyperscaler or category-defining enterprise software/AI company — or the mirror-image role leading a hyperscaler/AI alliance from inside a GSI.
A track record of personally building or scaling a partner practice to $500M–$1B+ and tens of thousands of trained practitioners, with the joint business plan, governance, and metrics to show for it.
Demonstrated C-suite presence: you have set agendas with GSI Group CEOs and service-line leaders, and you can hold a strategy conversation and a commercial negotiation in the same meeting.
Experience negotiating and closing multi-year strategic collaboration agreements with nine-figure commitments.
Fluency in GSI economics — utilization, pyramid, offering margin, industry P&Ls, delivery-center models — and how a new technology practice actually gets funded and staffed inside one.
A strongly commercial orientation: you are a business driver first and a relationship manager second, and you are comfortable pushing a partner to invest in its own capability.
Global operating experience across NA, EMEA, and APAC, including time with India-based delivery leadership.
Low ego, high curiosity, and a habit of making the people around you better; you put the mission ahead of personal credit.
Preferred qualifications
Experience launching co-developed partner solutions with a product/engineering organization, including agentic or developer-tooling offerings.
Prior ownership of a large-scale partner certification or academy program.
Hands-on familiarity with Claude, Claude Code, LLM application architectures, and enterprise AI deployment and governance.
Experience at a high-growth company where the program was being built while the plane was flying.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$300,000
—

Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit

directly for confirmed position openings.
How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

ABOUT US
At LangChain, our mission is to make intelligent agents ubiquitous. We build the foundation for agent engineering in the real world, helping developers move from prototypes to production-ready AI agents that teams can rely on. We began as widely adopted open-source tools and have grown to also offer a platform for building, evaluating, deploying, and operating agents at scale.
With $125M raised at Series B from IVP, Sequoia, Benchmark, CapitalG, and Sapphire Ventures, we’re at a stage where we’re continuing to develop new products, growth is accelerating, and all team members have meaningful impact on what we build and how we work together. LangChain is a place where your contributions can shape how this technology shows up in the real world.
Today, our platform includes LangSmith (Observability, Evaluation, Deployment, Fleet, and Sandboxes), our open source frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, and Deep Agents), and the newly launched LangSmith Engine for autonomous agent improvement. We have 100M+ monthly open source downloads, 6,000+ active LangSmith customers, and 5 of the Fortune 10 use LangSmith in production (+ 35% of the Fortune 500 overall), including teams at Klarna, Clay, Coinbase, Workday, Lyft, Cloudflare, Harvey, Rippling, Vanta, LinkedIn, Monday.com, Nvidia, and Bridgewater.
ABOUT THE ROLE
LangChain is scaling for our next phase of growth, and we are looking for our founding People Partners who are business operators at heart. In this role, you aren’t just "supporting" the team—you are a strategic co-pilot to our EPD, GTM, and Ops leaders. You will proactively anticipate organizational friction, design people solutions that drive business results, and leverage an AI-first mindset to eliminate administrative toil.
We are looking for a resilient builder who moves at the speed of an AI startup. You will be deeply embedded in the business, using data to diagnose problems before they arise and influencing senior leadership to make the right calls on org design, talent density, and leadership.
LOCATION/CITY:
San Francisco, CA; New York, NY
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Business-First Partnership: Embed deeply with Engineering, Product, GTM, and Ops to understand their roadmaps. You drive business outcomes—velocity, quality, and retention—through intentional people strategies rather than standard HR playbooks.
- Proactive Organizational Architecture: Act as an early warning system. Use data and organizational pulse to anticipate burnout or friction points. Partner with leaders to architect high-performance team structures, headcount forecasting, and foundational builds.
- AI-First Operations: Ruthlessly automate the routine. Leverage AI tools and modern tech stacks to streamline people processes, ensuring your time is spent on high-leverage coaching and strategy rather than manual administration.
- Strategic Coaching & Influence: Serve as a truth-teller to leaders, from first-time managers to industry veterans. Provide high-signal coaching on performance, leadership, and team dynamics, pushing back when necessary to maintain our high bar.
- Data-Driven Insights: Own the People Dashboard for your business units. Build clear, concise one-pagers based on metrics—from attrition trends to comp parity—to influence leadership decisions.
- Program Implementation & Stewardship: Tailor the rollout of core programs (compensation cycles, leveling, performance frameworks) to the specific needs of your units. Manage sensitive employee relations with empathy, legal rigor, and a focus on excellence.
- XFN Collaboration: Work seamlessly across the People team, flexing between building new programs and partnering with the hiring machine to ensure united solutions for the business.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience: 8+ years as an HRBP or People Partner in a high-growth, fast-paced tech environment.
- Business & AI Fluency: Technical and AI-savvy. You speak the language of engineers and researchers and are an early adopter of AI tools to up-level your own productivity.
- Strategic Influence: A truth-teller with the confidence to push back on senior leaders and the EQ to do it effectively.
- Data-Driven: You don't rely just on gut feel. You use data to tell stories, identify trends, and back up your recommendations.
- Precision Communication: A master of high-stakes communication. You can draft a Slack message, a 1-pager, or a board slide that is clear, concise, and persuasive.
- Resilient Hustle: You thrive in the grey of a startup and manage multiple high-priority work streams without losing focus. You identify organizational gaps and build solutions without waiting for a ticket.
COMPENSATION
- Annual salary range: $160,000 - $230,000
Compensation Philosophy:
We offer competitive compensation that includes base salary, variable compensation for relevant roles, meaningful equity, benefits, and perks.
We are hiring for this role across a range of scope, and the compensation band reflects that. Your offer depends on what we learn about your impact, craft, leadership, and communication during the interview process. We will tell you early where you’re tracking and talk comp with you before offer stage. Team members in the EU, UK, and APAC receive locally competitive benefits aligned with regional norms and regulations.
BENEFITS
Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, flexible vacation, a 401(k) plan, meals on in-office days in the US and more.
Location: Home Based - APAC

This is a hands-on, highly technical team that partners closely with customer engineers across the full lifecycle, from pre-sales evaluations to post-deployment advisory work. The focus is on achieving the technical win, co-designing agent architectures, and helping customers operate agents reliably at scale using the LangChain suite.
Deployed Engineers sit at the intersection of engineering, product, and go-to-market, shaping how LangChain is adopted in the field and feeding real-world insights back into the platform.

The Deployed Engineer…You’ll work on some of the hardest problems in applied AI — not demos, not research, but systems that real teams depend on in production. The feedback loop is fast, the impact is visible, and the work you do directly shapes how AI agents are built in the real world.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Co-architect and co-build production AI agents with customer engineering teams
- Own the technical win in pre-sales by designing POCs, answering deep technical questions, and guiding evaluations
- Help customers deploy and operate agent-based applications such as conversational agents, research agents, and multi-step workflows
- Advise customers post-sale on architecture, best practices, and roadmap-level decisions
- Run technical demos, trainings, and workshops for developer audiences
- Surface field feedback and contribute reusable patterns, cookbooks, and example code that scale across customers
- Occasionally contribute code upstream when it meaningfully improves customer outcomes
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 3+ years in a relevant technical role (software engineering, customer engineering, solutions engineering, founding/product engineering), ideally in a startup or scale-up
- Strong Python, JavaScript and systems fundamentals
- Have designed agent-based or LLM-powered applications beyond simple API calls, including multi-step workflows, orchestration, and failure handling
- Are comfortable working directly with customers during POCs, architecture reviews, and technical evaluations
- Can explain technical tradeoffs clearly and build trust with developer audiences
- Take responsibility for outcomes, not just recommendations
- Have a bias toward action and enjoy figuring things out as you go
- Are excited about operating AI agents in production, not just building demos
NICE TO HAVE’S
- You’ve deployed AI agents in production, especially using LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks
- Worked with LLM evaluation, observability, or guardrails
- Have experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure), containers, and basic Kubernetes concepts
- Have shipped and operated production software and are comfortable owning systems under real-world constraints

ABOUT US
At LangChain, our mission is to make intelligent agents ubiquitous.
ABOUT THE TEAM
The LangSmith team owns and builds LangChain's core platform for observability, evaluation, and production reliability of AI systems. From tracing and annotation to run rules, evaluations, and beyond, this team owns LangSmith end-to-end. If you want to define what great AI observability looks like at production scale, this is where that work gets done.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join us. In this role you will be building the backend systems that power LangChain’s observability and evals platform. You will work on the core services that allow developers to monitor and evaluate their AI applications at scale. While the focus is on backend feature development, familiarity with fullstack or frontend engineering, performance tuning, and debugging production issues would be extremely valuable.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs to support LangSmith’s tracing, monitoring, and evaluation workflows.
- Collaborate on architectural decisions to ensure systems are performant and maintainable.
- Optimize storage and query performance for high-volume observability and evaluation data.
- Ensure system reliability through strong testing, monitoring, and alerting practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, performing root-cause analysis and implementing long-term fixes.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including system design and API references.
- Work closely with full-stack engineers, product managers, and product designers on rolling out new features.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 5+ years of professional experience in backend engineering working on highly complex products
- Proficiency in one or more backend languages/frameworks, ideally Python or Go
- Strong understanding of API design and building reliable data services.
- Experience with high-throughput or mission-critical systems.
- Demonstrated ability to optimize backend services for performance and reliability.
- Experience with database systems (Postgres, Redis, Clickhouse), and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Customer centricity and ownership mentality
Compensation
Annual salary range: $180,000- $240,000
