ABOUT US
At LangChain, our mission is to make intelligent agents ubiquitous. We build the foundation for agent engineering in the real world, helping developers move from prototypes to production-ready AI agents that teams can rely on. We began as widely adopted open-source tools and have grown to also offer a platform for building, evaluating, deploying, and operating agents at scale.
With $125M raised at Series B from IVP, Sequoia, Benchmark, CapitalG, and Sapphire Ventures, we’re at a stage where we’re continuing to develop new products, growth is accelerating, and all team members have meaningful impact on what we build and how we work together. LangChain is a place where your contributions can shape how this technology shows up in the real world.
Today, our platform includes LangSmith (Observability, Evaluation, Deployment, Fleet, and Sandboxes), our open source frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, and Deep Agents), and the newly launched LangSmith Engine for autonomous agent improvement. We have 100M+ monthly open source downloads, 6,000+ active LangSmith customers, and 5 of the Fortune 10 use LangSmith in production (+ 35% of the Fortune 500 overall), including teams at Klarna, Clay, Coinbase, Workday, Lyft, Cloudflare, Harvey, Rippling, Vanta, LinkedIn, Monday.com, Nvidia, and Bridgewater.
ABOUT THE TEAM
The LangChain Federal team works directly with U.S. Government customers — including the Department of Defense (DoD), Civilian Agencies, and the Intelligence Community (IC) — who are building and operating AI agents in mission-critical environments. We partner closely with government program managers, technical leads, and system integrators across the full lifecycle, from pre-award shaping and evaluations through post-deployment expansion. We are building the federal go-to-market motion from the ground up, and every team member has a direct hand in shaping how LangChain is adopted across the federal landscape.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Federal Enterprise Account Executive to join our growing GTM team and lead LangChain's expansion into U.S. federal agencies. In this role, you'll own the full sales cycle — helping technical teams at DoD, Civilian, and IC agencies discover, evaluate, and adopt LangChain's products. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where you'll collaborate closely with engineering, product, solutions engineering, and professional services to shape how AI agent infrastructure gets adopted across government. If you're a relationship-driven seller who understands the federal landscape and wants to be part of building a go-to-market motion from the ground up, we'd love to hear from you.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own and manage the full federal sales cycle, from lead stage to close with a strong bias for follow-up and follow-through
- Act as a trusted advisor to federal prospects and customers — including DoD, Civilian Agencies, and IC — learning their mission requirements and demonstrating how LangChain's products solve real problems
- Drive proof-of-concept efforts, working with solutions engineers and product experts to demonstrate tangible value in government environments
- Navigate federal procurement mechanisms — GWACs, IDIQs, OTAs, BPAs, and direct agency contracts — to close complex, multi-stakeholder deals with speed and precision
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior agency decision-makers, program managers, and contracting officers, as well as system integrator partners (e.g., Booz Allen, SAIC, Leidos) and resellers (e.g., Carahsoft) who help drive and support deal flow
- Stay on top of the federal AI landscape — agency priorities, executive orders, budget cycles, and competitor activity — to educate customers and shape LangChain's federal strategy
- Build long-term customer relationships and support post-sale success in partnership with our Deployed Engineering and support teams
- Negotiate pricing and deal terms and work with legal to redline contracts
- Bring federal customer insights back to product and engineering teams to inform the roadmap and improve the user experience
- Help define and iterate on our federal sales playbook — your input will help shape how we go to market in this segment
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- You have 7+ years of experience selling complex software to enterprise or federal customers, with at least 3+ years focused on U.S. federal accounts (DoD, Civilian, and/or IC)
- You have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding federal revenue targets — ideally $2M+ ARR annually
- You have deep familiarity with federal procurement: GWACs, IDIQs, OTAs, BPAs, and direct agency contract vehicles
- You can translate complex technical concepts — LLMs, RAG, agent frameworks, APIs — into mission-aligned value for both technical and non-technical government buyers
- You have established relationships across federal agencies and the system integrator ecosystem
- Technical acumen with the ability to establish credibility with technical decision-makers at agencies
- You thrive in fast-paced start-up environments and are energized by impact — you want to help build the federal playbook, not just follow one
- Driven and solutions-oriented; you know how to navigate procurement roadblocks and keep complex deals moving forward
- Passionate about generative AI and excited to help federal customers navigate a rapidly evolving technology landscape
- You exemplify our operating principles:
- You are motivated to build something great: you hold a high bar for quality, craft, and impact in every customer interaction and internal deliverable
- You embrace hot takes: you bring informed opinions about the federal AI market, challenge assumptions, and engage in constructive debate with your team
- You operate with maximum agency: you take ownership of your territory, move deals forward independently, and help cross-functional partners stay unblocked
- You run to the roar: you lean into the complexity of government procurement, long deal cycles, and ambiguous buying processes — and find a way through
NICE TO HAVE
- Active or prior U.S. security clearance (Secret, TS/SCI)
- Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, LangSmith, or similar AI orchestration and observability tools
- Experience with FedRAMP, DoD Impact Levels (IL2–IL6), or other federal compliance and authorization frameworks
- Existing relationships with federal-focused system integrators and resellers (e.g., Booz Allen, SAIC, Leidos, Carahsoft)
- Prior experience building a federal GTM motion at an early-stage or growth-stage company

Job Summary:
The Platform Engineering team is a close-knit group of highly senior engineers focused on building software products for developers — from internal APIs and services to developer tooling, CI/CD frameworks, and Kubernetes-based abstractions. We treat our platform as a product — prioritizing usability, adoption, and developer experience as first-class concerns. You will spend a significant portion of your time writing code — building platform services, APIs, and developer tooling used across engineering teams. This is a rare opportunity to work alongside highly experienced engineers on meaningful software problems where your ideas and expertise truly matter. The team operates in Hybrid, focusing office time for meaningful collaboration.
Platform Engineering exists to empower product engineering teams to build, deploy, and operate healthcare software faster, more reliably, and more securely. We solve complex cross-functional problems through well-designed software systems — building APIs, services, and developer-facing applications that reduce cognitive load so development teams can focus on delivering value to clinicians and patients. We may not own every part of the stack, but we engineer the APIs, abstractions, and interfaces that piece it together meaningfully — and we own the design, implementation, testing, and lifecycle of what we build through sound software engineering practices and SRE principles
Key Responsibilities
1 · Design, build, and maintain platform services, APIs, SDKs, and internal tools used across engineering teams
2 · Own platform services end-to-end — from design and implementation through production operation and continuous improvement, writing high-quality, testable code throughout
3 · Design and improve CI/CD workflows and developer automation with a focus on usability and efficiency
4 · Apply distributed systems and backend engineering principles to design scalable, resilient services and APIs
5 · Production ownership of the services and tools you build — including observability, debugging, and incident response
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum
Expert-level proficiency in TypeScript/Node.js building production-grade APIs, services, developer tools, and developer-facing UIs (React or similar), with strong automated testing practices (unit, integration, E2E)
Strong software engineering fundamentals — distributed systems, API design, and production backend services, with a proven ability to make pragmatic trade-offs across scalability, reliability, and developer experience
Working proficiency with observability (metrics, logging, distributed tracing, SLI/SLO frameworks) and production ownership of services you build — including incident response and post-mortems
Strong proficiency with Kubernetes — building software abstractions and APIs, extending capabilities through custom controllers and operators
Strong proficiency designing and building CI/CD pipelines optimized for security, compliance, and developer experience
Working proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi), GitOps practices, and cloud-native environments
Strong communication, influence, and documentation skills — able to drive adoption of platform patterns, translate technical complexity for diverse audiences, and produce ADRs, runbooks, and developer- facing documentation
Preferred:
Experience building internal developer platforms or platform-as-a-product initiatives, including developer portals and self-service tooling
Experience with AI/ML integration: LLM APIs, intelligent automation, AI-assisted developer tooling, and agentic patterns
Working proficiency with cloud security practices (IAM, secret handling, encryption), compliance tooling (HIPAA, SOC 2, HITRUST), or cloud cost optimization (FinOps)

ABOUT PEEC AI
Peec AI is the analytics platform for AI search. People increasingly discover products and make buying decisions through ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Google's AI Overviews instead of traditional search, and most brands have no idea where they show up in those answers. Peec gives marketing, SEO, and growth teams the data to see exactly that: how visible their brand is across AI platforms, how they compare to competitors, and where to win.
We are defining this category, and the market is moving with us. Peec is a Series A company backed by 20VC and Singular, that went from $0 to $15M ARR in 18 months, with a 100+ person team across our Berlin HQ and our New York office.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a AI Search Strategist to help our customers succeed in the new era of AI-driven search. In this role, you’ll work closely with leading brands and agencies, onboarding new clients and advising them on how to improve their visibility across search engines, AI assistants, and emerging generative surfaces. You’ll combine deep SEO expertise with a consultative approach, analyzing websites and search performance, running strategic advisory sessions, and translating business goals into actionable organic growth strategies. Working closely with Sales, Growth, and Product, you’ll also help shape how we enable customers and define best practices for succeeding in AI-powered search.
WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Review websites, content, and search performance of key clients to identify AI-search-related opportunities across platforms (search, AI assistants, and emerging generative surfaces)
- Run advisory sessions with leading brands and agencies, turning their growth and brand goals into actionable GEO strategies and roadmaps
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Growth, and Product to refine activation journeys, case studies, and customer enablement programs
- Consult our mid-sized and enterprise clients on GEO-related topics, from overall strategy to hands-on operational execution
- Own the growth and retention of your client portfolio, proactively identifying expansion opportunities and partnering with Sales to convert them into upsells
- Monitor account health and usage signals to spot churn risk early, and drive retention through timely, value-focused interventions
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 3–5 years of hands-on SEO or organic growth experience, ideally at a top-tier SEO agency
- Deep understanding of technical SEO, content strategy, search intent, and how organic performance translates into business outcomes
- Strong consulting skills: you’re used to advising clients, presenting strategic recommendations, and constructively challenging their thinking
- Ability to explain SEO concepts in simple, actionable language for marketing and brand teams
- Excitement about the shift from “10 blue links” to generative search, and motivation to be at the frontier of that change
- Confident verbal and written communication skills in English for high-quality client calls, workshops, and written recommendations
BONUS POINTS
- Experience building frameworks: SEO playbooks, content strategies, or measurement models for clients
- Initial experience with AI search
- Background working with enterprise and other high-touch clients
- Experience in a high-growth, venture-backed SaaS or marketing tech environment
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive salary and meaningful equity: everyone at Peec owns a piece of the upside

What The Role Is
As a
Senior Engineer
at Babylist, you take on hard problems and own them end-to-end. Millions of families depend on what we build. Agents write most of the code now. So the hard part is yours: what to build, how it should work and whether what shipped was right. You're still in the code for the genuinely hard problems. Agents handle the volume. You spend your time on the parts that need a person.
We're building well beyond the registry now: the financial side of raising a kid, maternal health made simpler and more human, the education new parents are looking for and the community around them. The hard problems run across all of it, plus the platform underneath and the AI we already ship to families. You'll start on a team, but you won't be boxed into it. The roadmap is open, your scope grows as you do and you have a say in what you take on next. Senior here means owning whole problems; Staff is the next step up, setting direction across a domain.
What You'll Own
A Senior Engineer here owns problems, not just features. You're handed an outcome, you decide what to build, ship it and own whether it worked. You act on incomplete information and change course fast when the evidence says you were wrong.
What you do depends on what the team needs:
Frame the problem with your PM as a peer, run the experiment and bring customer evidence into what gets built.
Harden a critical path, kill a class of incidents or design the abstraction your team builds on.
Be the reviewer people want on the risky changes.
Manage up with crisp choices: raise the risks early and protect the right tradeoffs.
Share what you're learning about AI openly, so the whole team gets sharper.
A few problems people at this level are working on right now:
Deciding what the registry recommends to each family, from the ranking to the model behind it, and proving in a live experiment that it actually helps.
Building the evals system that catches our AI support agent making things up before a customer does.
Making a child's info one source of truth instead of five disconnected flows, so parents set it up once and new products like Early Investor build on it.
Who You Are
You've been shipping production systems for years, and you've got the judgment to show for it. You can pick up an ambiguous problem and start moving before anyone hands you the full picture.
The strongest Senior engineers here are generalists, and usually the most prolific builders on their team. You go wherever the problem leads: a backend service one week, a stubborn frontend bug the next, the data pipeline after that. When it's hard you dig in, and you learn unfamiliar parts of the stack fast. Range is the Senior signature.
Compensation
We post real numbers. For a US-based Senior Engineer, the starting base salary range is $202,200 to $251,700, plus a target annual bonus of 15 percent of base. That's total target cash of roughly $232,530 to $289,455. On top of that you get meaningful equity and a 401(k) match. Where you start in that range depends on your experience, and your pay grows from there with performance and scope.
How We Build
AI is the default here. Engineers run agentic sessions for most of the work, and a lot of the interesting engineering now lives in the scaffolding that makes the agents good: the eval harnesses, the curated context, custom review skills and fast CI. Agents also triage incidents and handle a big share of support. A human always owns the outcome. The architecture is intentionally simple: one Rails monolith, MySQL and few moving parts. That's deliberate. Simple infrastructure lets us move fast and lets AI reason about the whole system, so the hardest problems are the ones in front of customers.
The Stack
Core app:
Rails, Packwerk, React, TypeScript, Sidekiq
Mobile:
iOS (Swift), Android (Kotlin)

Why Babylist
An engineer, expecting her first baby, couldn't find the registry she wanted. So she built it. That's how Babylist started, and it's still how we work: engineers solving problems for families. Becoming a parent is one of the biggest moments in a person's life. Millions reach it for the first time every year, making thousands of decisions and figuring it out as they go. That's who we build for, and we're a long way from done.
Ten million people give gifts through Babylist every year. We did more than $750M in revenue in 2025, up 45 percent over the year before, and we've been profitable for eight years while staying independent. So you can take on a hard, multi-year problem without watching over your shoulder for the next round or the next correction. And the team is small, around 65 engineers, so what you ship stays visible and your scope stays wide.
How We Work
Remote-first across the US and Canada, and we have been for years. That's not changing. We trust you to own your time and your outcomes, and we get everyone in a room together twice a year. Teams are small, pods of three to five engineers, so nothing you ship disappears into a committee. You'll work shoulder to shoulder with product, design and data, and with the partners across the business who rely on what you ship. You'll also stay close to customers yourself: sitting in on user interviews, watching session recordings, riding along with support. Here that's part of the engineering job, on a regular basis.
How We Hire
Three rounds, usually two to three weeks, start to finish.
Recruiter conversation (30 minutes).
Trade context: what you want next, what we're building and straight answers on comp, team and remote.
Technical screen (1 hour).
One round, no AI, language-agnostic. Reach for Google when you normally would. We just want to see how you reason from first principles.
Final round (4 hours).
Four one-hour interviews: system design, AI-assisted coding with the tools you'd actually use here, product sense and culture and values. You'll hear back either way within 24 to 48 hours.
If your timeline is tight, tell us and we'll move faster.
