Who You Are:
You're a product leader who has spent years in the trenches with institutional clients, guiding them through complex technical integrations — and you've come out the other side knowing where those efforts succeed, stall, or fall apart. As Director, Product Manager Institutional Platform, you will own the end-to-end experience of enterprise clients integrating with Galaxy's institutional custody and trading services. Define and track metrics for onboarding health (time-to-integration, support ticket volume, client satisfaction) and report progress and blockers to product and business leadership.
Represent the voice of the client internally, ensuring product and engineering prioritization reflects real integration/usage pain points and institutional client needs.
What We’re Looking For:
10+ years of experience in product management, solutions engineering, or a related technical role, with a meaningful portion of that in digital assets.
Direct, hands-on experience managing enterprise clients through technically complex integrations.
Familiarity with custody and staking workflows in the digital assets industry, and the operational and security considerations unique to them.
Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous or highly technical client requirements into clear specifications, documentation, and product priorities.
Track record of building or substantially improving client-facing documentation, developer guides, or support resources.

Experience at a crypto exchange, custodian, prime broker, or institutional trading platform.
Background in technical writing or developer experience (DX) roles.
What We Offer:
Competitive base salary and discretionary bonus
Hybrid/Flexible Working Arrangements
Flexible Time Off (paid)

Process Improvement & Controls
Build and maintain reconciliation templates, close checklists, and standard operating procedures for recurring accounting tasks. Identify and flag errors, inconsistencies, or gaps in transaction processing and documentation. Prepare audit and tax schedules, pull supporting documentation, and respond to auditor and tax preparer requests. engineering quality by monitoring cycle time, defect rates, and test coverage, and by addressing risks early.
Coordinate
quarterly planning and roadmap tradeoff discussions with SSCS stage leadership and Product.
Work with
Finance and other partners on headcount pacing and team planning as the Add-On scales.
Represent
the SSCS Add-On team within stage leadership discussions and help ensure strong communication across functions.
What you’ll bring
Over 3 years of experience guiding
backend product engineering teams in security, DevOps, or platform engineering environments.
Ability to hire and grow
backend or security engineers in distributed team environments, with practical understanding of the talent landscape for these roles.
Technical credibility
to contribute to architecture discussions involving package registries, CI/CD pipeline security, and signing infrastructure.
Experience managing
predictable delivery across multi-quarter product roadmaps and managing cross-team dependencies.
Comfort working
in an asynchronous, documentation-driven organization with clear written communication.
Familiarity with
supply chain security, artifact management, or compliance-focused product areas, or transferable experience from related domains.
Working knowledge of
concepts related to frameworks and ecosystems such as SLSA and Sigstore.
Ability to build credibility
with engineers, product partners, and customer-facing stakeholders through clear judgment, coaching, and teamwork.

Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
The Anthropic Platform Org’s mission is to help builders build. Our vision is to be the premier platform for businesses to transform themselves and their products with AI. This org is responsible for our APIs, self-serve developer experience, multi-cloud integrations, and agentic infrastructure. We serve a wide array of users from startups to large scale enterprises.
The platform team is comprised of three key areas:
Enterprise fabric
– where we are building multi-cloud integrations at extreme scale across our entire stack to meet businesses wherever they are and in the most demanding of requirements.
Frontier capabilities
– where we are building developer experiences and features that enable users to get the most out of the model and build at the very frontier of intelligence.
Agentic platform
– where we are inventing the next generation of agentic infrastructure for production-grade use and building new products to enable businesses to solve problems with agents.
Responsibilities:
Customer Understanding & Advocacy
Deeply engage with enterprise developers and technical leaders to understand their integration needs and pain points
Run regular feedback sessions and technical reviews with key enterprise customers
Build strong relationships with enterprise development teams to understand their workflows and challenges
Transform customer insights into actionable product requirements and priorities

Define and execute the enterprise API strategy, balancing security requirements with developer experience
Develop a clear roadmap for enterprise API features including authentication, rate limiting, and compliance capabilities
Identify and prioritize key enterprise integration patterns that drive organizational value
Enterprise API Development
Partner with engineering to build enterprise-grade API features, security controls, and deployment tools
Design and implement enterprise integration frameworks and SDKs for common enterprise systems
Drive development of industry-specific API features and compliance capabilities
Cross-functional Leadership
Partner with sales and customer success to understand enterprise requirements and support technical evaluations
Work closely with security and compliance teams to meet enterprise standards
Collaborate with platform teams on API architecture and scalability
Engage with marketing to develop enterprise API positioning and technical materials
Minimum Qualifications
You may be a good fit if you:
Have built or shipped products
with
a hyperscaler as a partner — you know how to align goals and deliver impact across that boundary.
Have owned a revenue number, a margin target, or a channel P&L — not just a product roadmap.
Operate with high autonomy in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
Are an excellent written communicator and able to drive clarity out of complexity.
Excel at cross-company stakeholder management and can build trusted relationships at every layer of an organization.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong candidates may also have:
Have 10+ years of experience in high-scale, high-reliability developer-facing software.
Have 5+ years of product management experience.
Experience as a founder, GM, or early-stage operator where you owned commercial outcomes, not just product outputs.
Direct experience as a PM at AWS, GCP, or Azure — or at an ISV that ships through one of their marketplaces.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$305,000
—
$460,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.

From campaign creation to optimization and forecasting, we develop tools that help advertisers make smarter decisions and drive measurable results. As we expand our offering, we are investing in new capabilities that combine real-time data, scalable systems, and intuitive user experiences to unlock the next phase of growth.
We’re looking for a
Staff Engineer
to join the Wolt AdTech & Promotions organization, who can drive technical direction across this space and help us build reliable, scalable systems that directly impact revenue and advertiser success.
What you’ll be doing
Drive the technical vision and architecture for Wolt’s AdTech and Promotions platforms, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and high-performing.
Provide technical leadership across multiple teams and projects, bringing architectural consistency to complex, large-scale systems.
Work across the

Partner with engineering, product, and data stakeholders to align priorities, improve campaign performance, and manage trade-offs in a revenue-driven environment.
Lead large cross-team projects, guiding them from concept to rollout across multiple regions and time zones.
Ensure strong operational excellence, including observability, reliability, and incident readiness for revenue-critical systems.
Promote best engineering practices, mentor engineers across teams, and support their growth in scalability and system design.
Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical colleagues, ensuring clarity and alignment across functions.
Contribute to the technical roadmaps of AdTech and Promotions platforms by collaborating with other senior engineers.

Strong sense of ownership combined with a collaborative mindset
, able to work effectively across team boundaries to deliver shared outcomes.

, where technical decisions directly impact revenue and user experience.
Our compensation follows a
total compensation model
, combining a competitive base salary with DoorDash RSUs.
You will play a key role in
building and evolving the next generation of advertisement tools and platforms

This role also offers strong opportunities for
career growth and scope expansion
, whether through deep technical leadership, cross-domain influence, or progression toward more senior individual contributor roles.
Alongside the technical challenge, you’ll work with talented engineers and leaders in a
diverse and international environment
