About the role:
You will own the inference backbone behind QVAC's local AI stack: the C++ systems layer that makes models run fast, reliably, and predictably on real user hardware. The role is centered on engineering quality at runtime level, including startup behavior, memory pressure, throughput/latency balance, and long-session stability. You will define and evolve the core abstractions that inference features depend on, so new capabilities can be added without sacrificing performance or maintainability. This is a role for someone who enjoys low-level problem solving, clear technical ownership, and building infrastructure that other teams trust in production. Your work directly enables private, on-device AI experiences and helps set the technical foundation for QVAC's next generation of peer-to-peer AI products.
About the job
You'll work on the C++ layer that powers local AI, porting and enhancing inference engines like llama.cpp or similar, to run efficiently on edge devices. Your focus is on the runtime: making models load faster, run leaner, and perform well across different hardware. You'll ensure that the inference layer is stable, optimized, and ready for integration with the rest of the stack.
This role is for engineers who want to work close to the metal, enabling private and fast on-device AI without relying on cloud infrastructure.
Responsibilities
Work on deploying machine learning models to edge devices using the frameworks: llama.cpp, ggml
Collaborate closely with researchers to assist in coding, training and transitioning models from research to production environments
Integrate AI features into existing products, enriching them with the latest advancements in machine learning
Strong programming skills in C++
Strong experience with Llama.cpp and ggml inference engines, which facilitates the deployment of models to specific GPU architectures
Experience with any GPU framework between Cuda, Vulkan, Metal, OpenCL
Good understanding of deep learning concepts and model architectures
Experience with transformers, LLMs, Diffusion models
Demonstrated ability to rapidly assimilate new technologies and techniques
A degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field, complemented by a solid track record in AI R&D
Bonus points if:
You know how to train/fine-tune a LLM
You have productionized models
You have research experience in new model architectures
You have experience with distributed systems
Javascript experience

What you'll do
Lead a distributed team of intermediate and senior Solutions Architects supporting Enterprise customers in the West territory.
Coach, mentor, and develop team members through regular feedback, career support, and skills development in both technical and consultative areas.

Own team execution by defining and tracking key performance indicators, and communicate progress, risks, and priorities clearly to your team, peers, and leadership.
What you'll bring
Experience mentoring and developing technical team members, including giving and receiving constructive feedback.
Experience managing or leading technical pre-sales or information technology professionals, ideally in an enterprise-focused environment.
Ability to collaborate effectively with other managers and cross-functional partners to plan and execute sales and go-to-market strategies.
Strong technical presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders.
Knowledge of the end-to-end software development lifecycle, including modern software development or operations practices.
Understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment concepts and their impact on customer outcomes.
Familiarity with cloud computing concepts, related technologies, and common customer adoption patterns.
Ability and willingness to travel in line with business needs and the company's travel policy, and openness to learning and using GitLab and related tools, including through transferable experience from adjacent domains.
About the team

Description
The
Senior Project Manager
is responsible for driving the overall planning, management and completion of Operations projects across our organization and its affiliates. The Senior Project Manager is responsible for providing delivery leadership and execution support to multiple shared services teams and game teams across our studios. This role focuses on enabling teams by driving technically complex initiatives—such as platform services, tooling, infrastructure, and cross-studio programs—rather than owning feature delivery within a single game team.
The ideal candidate is technically fluent, comfortable operating across multiple stakeholders, and excels at bringing structure, visibility, and predictability to projects that span teams, disciplines, and time zones. The ideal candidate understands game development pipelines, can speak the language of engineers and technical leads, and brings structure, predictability, and risk management to fast-moving creative environments.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Program Leadership
Lead end-to-end planning and execution of complex projects (e.g., service upgrades, tooling, integrations, live ops initiatives).
Define project scope, milestones, dependencies, and delivery plans across multiple teams and time zones.
Drive execution against schedules while balancing quality, technical debt, and production realities.
Define standardized project management processes, tools, workflows.
Mentor other project managers
Cross-Team Project Leadership
Lead and coordinate initiatives that support multiple game teams and shared services teams.
Own integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
Enable alignment and execution without direct line management authority over delivery teams.
Technical Enablement & Partnership
Translate technical strategies and architectural decisions into clear execution plans, timelines, and risks.
Ensure teams have visibility into delivery progress, impacts, and adoption timelines.
Partner closely with stakeholders to translate designs into executable project plans.
Act as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment.
Process & Delivery Governance

OKX is also a trusted brand by hundreds of large institutions seeking access to crypto markets. We are safe and reliable, backed by our Proof of Reserves.

, and

. These shared values drive our culture, shape our processes, and foster a friendly, rewarding, and diverse environment for every OK-er.
OKX is part of OKG, a group that brings the value of Blockchain to users around the world, through our leading products OKX, OKX Wallet, OKLink and more.
About The Opportunity
OKX is building local exchange businesses from the ground up across multiple emerging and high-growth markets. We are looking for a product leader who has driven a complete 0-to-1 cycle in a priority overseas market — someone who will own the product strategy and local growth playbook for a specific region or country, and be directly accountable for product competitiveness and business growth outcomes in that market.
This role sits at the intersection of the Local business team and Global product and engineering. You'll go deep into the local market — translating user profiles, regulatory landscapes, and competitive dynamics into product and growth strategies — while driving Global product and engineering resources to deliver locally, ensuring the product experience and competitiveness actually take off on the ground.
We are not prescriptive about which specific region you've built in previously — LatAm, Southeast Asia, Turkey, MENA, or others are all relevant. What matters is that you have personally built a business in an emerging market, closed the growth loop, and can transfer that methodology to OKX's priority regions.
This is a product leadership role, not a country general manager role — but you need to operate with near business-owner accountability: responsible for the region's core growth metrics and product competitiveness, not just shipping features.
What You’ll Be Doing
Regional Product Strategy & Local Growth Planning
Own product strategy and local growth planning for a specific region or country, working across the Local business team and Global product and engineering to be directly accountable for local product competitiveness and business growth outcomes.
Develop a deep understanding of local user profiles, legal and regulatory frameworks, competitive landscapes, and cultural nuances, and translate these into a comprehensive product competition strategy and channel growth strategy with clear prioritization.
Continuously track the local crypto and fintech ecosystem — with a focus on global players and regional leaders across exchanges and fintech — as well as macro factors such as inflation, currency depreciation, and cross-border remittance demand that shape user trading behavior.
Local Product Experience & Competitiveness
Own the end-to-end local product experience and competitiveness, covering onboarding, fiat deposit, market analysis, trading, and earn — the core stages of the user journey.
Build a comprehensive local product feedback loop — from user behavior data and funnel analysis, to local user feedback collection — to identify key bottlenecks and high-leverage opportunities in conversion, retention, and engagement, and drive iterative improvement.
Adapt to local market characteristics (inflation-driven demand, competitor switching costs, payment method preferences, etc.) to reduce drop-off from registration to first trade and shorten time-to-first-trade.
Channel Growth & Cross-team Collaboration
Work with local teams to identify effective user acquisition channels; lead the discovery, introduction, integration, and scaling of high-impact channels.
Leverage your local network — KOLs, fintech partners, payment providers, regulatory contacts — to accelerate market entry and growth.
Collaborate closely with regional BD, Marketing, Operations, and Global product and engineering to ensure product initiatives align with local growth objectives.
What We Look For In You
0-to-1 business building and growth experience in an emerging market
(e.g., LatAm, Southeast Asia, Turkey, MENA, or similar) — you can clearly articulate the regional metrics you owned and the business outcomes you delivered. You held a product, strategy, or growth role during the early stage of an international expansion at a tech company or at a high-growth local champion in the region.
Comprehensive business growth and user growth methodology
— you have fully owned a user funnel (acquisition → activation → retention) and can speak to results with data: CAC, activation rates, D7/D30 retention, LTV, reactivation. Your work was growth experimentation and product intervention, not just media buying.
Strong product management capability
— you can define product strategy and success metrics, prioritize a roadmap, drive A/B testing, and collaborate with product and engineering to deliver. This is a product leadership role, not a GM or pure growth marketing role.
Proven cross-functional collaboration
— able to drive alignment across teams (design, engineering, data, commercial), manage external partnerships, and navigate regulatory conversations. Effective at aligning resources between Local and Global organizations.
Deep local market knowledge and an established local network
— you understand local user behaviors, payment ecosystems (e.g., PIX, SPEI, Mercado Pago, UPI, GCash, DANA, M-Pesa, depending on region), regulatory environments, and competitive dynamics. You have partners, KOLs, and industry relationships in the region that you can activate.
Consumer product management experience
in fintech, crypto, or trading preferred. Candidates with experience managing or mentoring product teams will be considered for the Senior Product Director level.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficiency in Mandarin is a strong plus for effective collaboration with HQ teams.
Nice-To-Haves
Proficiency in a local language relevant to the target region (Spanish, Portuguese, Bahasa Indonesia, Arabic, Turkish, etc.).
Crypto exchange product experience — spot/derivatives trading, order types, fee structures, token listings, and fiat on/off-ramp flows.
Familiarity with local payment rails and fiat-to-crypto conversion flows in emerging markets.
Hands-on trading experience in FX, equities, or crypto.
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
