Rain is the global stablecoin payments platform for enterprises, neobanks, platforms, developers, and AI agents. Our technology allows partners to move, store, and use stablecoins instantly and compliantly through global payment cards, rewards, on/offramps, wallets, and cross-border rails. As both a Visa and Mastercard Principal Member, Rain issues cards that work at more than 175 million merchant locations in over 220 countries and territories. Built natively for stablecoins and trusted by more than 100 organizations worldwide, Rain delivers secure, scalable infrastructure that makes money move freely and instantly around the world.
You will have the opportunity to deliver massive impact at a hypergrowth company backed by some of the top investors in fintech, crypto, and SaaS. In January 2026, we closed a $250M Series C led by ICONIQ, valuing Rain at $1.95B, with Sapphire Ventures, Dragonfly, Bessemer Venture Partners, Galaxy Ventures, FirstMark, Lightspeed, Norwest, and Endeavor Catalyst also participating. If you're curious, bold, and excited to help shape a borderless financial future, we'd love to talk.
OUR ETHOS
We believe in an open and flat structure. You will be able to grow into the role that most aligns with your goals. Our team members at all levels have the freedom to explore ideas and impact the roadmap and vision of our company.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Rain is hiring a Senior Product Data Analyst to be the analytical engine behind our product team. Payments and stablecoin infrastructure generate enormous, rich, and consequential datasets — authorization patterns, ledger movements, partner usage, cardholder behavior — and the decisions we make on top of that data shape the experience for our partners and millions of their end users.
This is a senior individual contributor role embedded directly with product. You'll partner with PMs, engineers, and partnerships leads to turn raw data into the sharpest possible product judgment: defining metrics, designing experiments, sizing opportunities, and pulling on the threads that reveal where the product is working and where it isn't. You'll set the analytical bar for the company and own the questions that matter most.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Partner with product leadership as the embedded analyst across cards, payments, and platform — defining the metrics, building the dashboards, and answering the questions that drive roadmap decisions
• Design and analyze experiments end to end — hypothesis, sizing, instrumentation, readout, and the prioritization decisions that follow
• Run deep-dive analyses on partner usage, activation, retention, and economics, and translate them into sharp, opinionated recommendations
• Own the metrics framework for product — what we measure, how we measure it, and what "good" looks like across each surface
• Build self-serve analytics, dashboards, and tooling that let the rest of the company answer their own questions, and raise the bar for data literacy across product
• Partner with data engineering on the underlying data model — how events, ledger entries, authorizations, and partner data should be shaped to support fast, trustworthy analysis
• Surface insights proactively — find the things no one thought to ask and bring them to the team with a clear point of view
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• 5–8 years of analytics experience, with a track record of operating as the analytical partner to product teams shipping consumer or platform products at a product-led company with a strong engineering culture and high bar for quality
• Exceptional analytical rigor and product judgment — you're someone others describe as one of the sharpest analysts they've worked with, and you consistently raise the bar for the people around you
• A senior, autonomous operator who can scope the question, design the analysis, and own the recommendation without needing close direction
• Expert SQL and strong working fluency with at least one analytics scripting language (Python or R), modern data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, or similar), and BI/visualization tools (Lightdash preferred)
• Strong technical fluency — you can read product code, understand event schemas, and pull on technical threads yourself rather than defer to engineering
• Genuinely excited to live in the details — you believe correct, trustworthy data is won in the specifics and are energized by the work to get them right
• Excellent written and verbal communication; you can translate a complex analysis into a clear, opinionated recommendation that ships decisions
• Proven ability to design and run experiments, measure adoption, and iterate quickly in a fast-moving environment
NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT MANDATORY
• Experience analyzing payments, card issuing, or cross-border fintech products
• Exposure to stablecoins, crypto, or on-chain data
• Previous startup or hypergrowth environment experience
• Experience standing up an analytics function from early days
ROLE DETAILS
• Individual contributor role (no direct reports)
• Hybrid schedule based in our New York City office

We believe in an open and flat structure. You will be able to grow into the role that most aligns with your goals. Our team members at all levels have the freedom to explore ideas and impact the roadmap and vision of our company.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Rain is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own cards — one of the most strategically important surfaces at the company. Cards are how stablecoins meet real-world spend, and this role will shape the product, platform, and growth decisions that define that experience for our partners and their end users.
This is a senior individual contributor role. You’ll operate as the directly responsible PM for cards end to end: the roadmap, the cardholder experience, the platform capabilities that power it, and the activation and growth loops that make the product stick. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, partnerships, and directly with our fintech, neobank, and institutional customers.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Own the roadmap for Rain’s cards product — cardholder experience, platform capabilities, and growth — and drive it end to end
• Partner deeply with engineering on platform and infrastructure tradeoffs (issuing flows, authorization behavior, ledger design, network integrations) and translate them into partner-facing product decisions
• Define and ship the card experience our fintech, neobank, and institutional partners put in front of their users — onboarding, activation, spend controls, and lifecycle
• Build and tune the activation and growth levers that drive adoption, usage, and retention of cards across partner programs
• Translate complex payments and stablecoin infrastructure into intuitive product surfaces
• Gather feedback directly from partners, distill it into sharp prioritization, and push the team toward the highest-leverage work
• Measure ruthlessly, iterate quickly, and set a bar others want to work to
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• 8-10 years of product management experience, with a track record of shipping products from zero-to-one through scale at a product-led company with a strong engineering culture and high bar for quality
• Exceptional product judgment and analytical rigor — you’re someone others describe as one of the sharpest PMs they’ve worked with, and you consistently raise the bar for the people around you
• A senior, autonomous operator who can define the problem, drive the plan, and own the outcome without needing close direction
• Strong technical fluency (APIs, payments systems, blockchain concepts) and the instinct to pull on technical threads yourself rather than defer to engineering
• Genuinely excited to live in the details — you believe product quality is won in the specifics and are energized by the work to get them right
• Excellent written and verbal communication; you can operate with sophisticated external partners and internal engineering teams with equal ease
• Proven ability to ship quickly, measure adoption, and iterate in a fast-moving environment
NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT MANDATORY
• Experience with card issuing, payments, or cross-border fintech products
• Exposure to stablecoins, crypto, or smart contract ecosystems
• Previous startup or hypergrowth environment experience

_______________________________________________________________________
As a Senior Security Engineer embedded in the Desktop engineering team, you will own the security posture of a complex, cross-platform product that sits at the intersection of identity, OCI runtimes, and Linux kernel internals. You will be the team's primary security voice, reviewing features and code before they ship, partnering with our central security organization, and serving as the first line of triage for reported vulnerabilities.
This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who thinks in threat models and communicates clearly with both product engineers and security specialists alike.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partner with engineering and product teams throughout the development lifecycle to identify security risks early, from design review through code review and release.
- Conduct threat modeling and security design reviews for new and evolving product features, with particular focus on authentication, authorization, and container runtime security.
- Serve as the team's primary liaison to the organization's security group, attending security syncs, relaying guidance, and translating central policy into practical engineering decisions.
- Act as the first point of contact for incoming vulnerability reports and CVEs: validate severity, reproduce issues, coordinate disclosure timelines, and drive remediation with the relevant engineers.
- Review Go code with a security mindset, identifying classes of issues such as privilege escalation, insecure defaults, injection risks, and improper credential handling.
- Contribute security-focused improvements directly to the codebase where appropriate.
- Develop and maintain internal security documentation, guidelines, and runbooks for the team.
- Stay current on the Linux security landscape as it pertains to containers: namespaces, cgroups, seccomp, AppArmor, capabilities, and the evolving OCI ecosystem.
- This role may require participation in an on-call rotation to provide support outside of standard business hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 6+ years of experience in security engineering, application security, or a closely related discipline, with a track record at senior or staff level.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong proficiency in Go, with the ability to review and contribute to production-grade code.
- Deep understanding of Linux fundamentals relevant to container security: namespaces, cgroups, capabilities, seccomp profiles, AppArmor/SELinux, rootless containers, and privilege boundaries.
- Solid grasp of OCI specifications and container runtime security (e.g. runc, containerd, BuildKit).
- Hands-on experience with identity and access management concepts: OAuth 2.0, OIDC, token handling, and auth flows in desktop or cloud-adjacent contexts.
- Experience performing security design reviews, threat modeling, and participating in secure development workflows.
- Familiarity with vulnerability management processes: CVE triage, CVSS scoring, coordinated disclosure, and working with external reporters.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable bridging the gap between a dedicated security team and a product engineering team.
WHAT TO EXPECT
FIRST 30 DAYS
You will onboard into the team and get hands-on with the Docker Desktop codebase, architecture, and development workflow. You will meet your counterparts in the central security organization and learn how vulnerability reports are currently handled. The goal is to listen, ask questions, and build a clear picture of the product's current security posture, not to change anything yet.
FIRST 90 DAYS
You will be an active participant in design and code reviews, bringing a security lens to features in flight. You will have taken ownership of the vulnerability intake process, handling your first end-to-end triage cycles with minimal guidance. You will have a working relationship with the engineers on the team and a growing sense of where the most meaningful security investments should be made.
ONE YEAR OUTLOOK (FIRST YEAR)
You will be the team's trusted authority on product security. You will have driven meaningful improvements to how the team approaches security across the development lifecycle, whether that's better threat modeling practices, improved auth flows, stronger container isolation defaults, or reduced time-to-remediation for reported issues. you will be a known presence in the broader security organization, and your work will be directly visible in the security and resilience of a product used by millions of developers every day.

. These shared values drive our culture, shape our processes, and foster a friendly, rewarding, and diverse environment for every OK-er.
About The Opportunity
We are looking for a sharp, hands-on Growth Product Manager to join OKX's Growth team and own the programs that drive user acquisition, activation, and retention at scale. You will design, ship, and iterate on growth campaigns, referral mechanics, and incentive systems that directly move our core business metrics.
OKX is one of the world's leading crypto exchanges, serving over 50 million users globally. If you want to do the most impactful growth work in crypto right now, with real budget, real data, and real users, this is the seat.
What You’ll Be Doing
Define the growth product vision and own the roadmap and set the strategic direction for where we invest, what we build, and how we win across key markets.
Design, ship, and iterate on growth campaigns and features with clear hypotheses, rapid experimentation cycles, and measurable outcomes.
Read data like a native: independently conduct funnel analysis, cohort segmentation, and channel ROI modeling to identify the highest-leverage growth opportunities and make fast resource allocation decisions.
Build fraud-resistant growth systems by design — model abuse vectors proactively, architect product-level guardrails against bot attacks, multi-accounting, and reward farming, and balance acquisition scale with cost quality as a P&L owner.
Drive cross-functional execution cross-functionally in a fast-moving, globally distributed org.
Champion AI-native product development, leverage LLMs, agentic workflows, and automation tools to accelerate analysis, prototyping, and decision-making across the team.
Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to localize growth strategies and adapt playbooks across different regulatory and market environments.
What We Look For In You
5–10+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years directly owning growth, user acquisition, or activation — ideally at a crypto exchange, fintech platform, or hyper-growth consumer company.
Proven track record of designing and shipping growth campaigns or referral/incentive programs that drove significant user or revenue growth, with quantifiable results.
Sharp product instinct for user experience, you can spot friction in a signup flow, a poorly positioned CTA, or a broken incentive loop from the user's perspective, and you fix it fast.
Strong understanding of fraud and abuse patterns in growth programs
Thrives in ambiguity and speed: you're comfortable operating with incomplete information, making fast calls, and course-correcting.
Genuine enthusiasm for AI-native workflows to multiply your output and are excited about integrating them into product development processes.
Excellent communication skills, can distill complex data and tradeoffs into clear recommendations for leadership, and can align diverse stakeholders without heavy process overhead.
Experience with multi-market or multi-region growth is a strong plus.
Crypto-native or fintech background is strongly preferred.
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events

What you’ll be part of
Garner is on a mission to transform the U.S. healthcare system — and we’re the only proven player doing exactly that. We partner with employers to redesign how healthcare works: applying 550+ proprietary clinical metrics across 80+ specialties to a dataset of 320M+ patients to identify the best-performing doctors, then using compelling incentives to steer members to the care that helps them get healthier, faster.
The result is a rare “win win” — better care and lower costs for both members and employers. In just five years, our work has helped over 2.5 million people access higher-quality care and saved $1B in healthcare costs. We recently raised our Series E and have doubled five years running. If you've ever wanted your work to solve a problem that touches every person in this country, this is the opportunity to do exactly that. You'd be joining a team fundamentally reimagining healthcare in the U.S. — and using AI to scale that impact further and faster than anyone else can.
About the role:
We are looking for an engineer who can walk into messy, cross-functional workflows and turn them into clean, automated systems that scale. This role focuses on identifying high-friction operational processes across the company and replacing them with durable, API-driven automation. You will work across IT, Security, Engineering, and Business teams to reduce manual work, improve reliability, and build systems that scale with the company.
This is not a ticket-driven IT role. You will operate with a high degree of ownership, driving initiatives end-to-end from problem discovery through implementation and rollout. You will be part of the Business Technology - Corporate Engineering team and report to the Director of Business Technology.
Where you will work:
This role will be based in our New York City office (in the Financial District). You must be willing to work in the office 3 days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
What you will do:
Identify and automate high-impact operational workflows across onboarding, offboarding, access management, and service delivery
Replace manual, fragmented processes with scalable, API-driven systems
Build and maintain integrations across HRIS, identity providers, SaaS platforms, and cloud environments
Develop internal tools and automation using platforms like Retool, Okta Workflows, and custom scripts or services
Apply infrastructure-as-code to manage and version system configurations

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐ BUILD THE AI-NATIVE COMPANY, FOR REAL
Alan has spent 10 years developing a distinctive way of working: radical transparency, written culture, distributed decision-making, no managers, no meetings by default. This wasn't just philosophy. It was a deliberate architectural choice, and it made Alan one of the most productive companies in European tech.
Now, agentic AI empowers us to make it much more personalized. The principles that made Alan productive become the foundation for a much more ambitious journey: a company where AI agents handle organizational complexity, surface the right context instantly, and let every person focus on the work that matters.
As a Software Engineer on this team, you will:
- Build the AI-powered internal platform that every Alaner uses daily to navigate the company, find context, and take action.
- Design and ship intelligent agents that automate real organizational workflows: onboarding, knowledge retrieval, performance alignment, decision support.
- Push LLMs into production for structured reasoning, agentic task execution, and deep integration with internal tools.
- Define the primitives and abstractions of AI-native work, the patterns that scale across every team and every country Alan operates in.
- Replace generic tools (HRIS, performance reviews, IAM) with opinionated, Alan-native software that compounds with our culture.
- Build and scale our Identity & Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and user lifecycle across 25+ systems.
- Collaborate with product, design, security and leadership to turn Alan's cultural principles into software that amplifies them.
WHY THIS ROLE IS SPECIAL
- Alan's written, transparent, async culture generates an extraordinary volume of structured organizational knowledge. Most companies can't feed AI agents with high-quality internal data. Alan already can.
- The team is building a full AI-native operational layer from scratch, not adding copilots to legacy tools.
- Every Alaner uses what you ship, every day. The feedback loop between building and impact is immediate.
- The work sits at the frontier of applied AI: agents, retrieval-augmented generation, structured outputs, tool use, human-in-the-loop design.
- The ambition goes beyond Alan. The patterns you build here could define how high-performance companies operate in the AI era.
🛠 YOUR PLAYGROUND
- Stack: Python/Flask, React, PostgreSQL, plus deep integration with LLM APIs and internal AI infrastructure.
- What you'll do: design and ship AI-native tools that power how Alan works. automated workflows, organizational navigation, agentic assistants.
- Impact: your work shapes the daily experience of every Alaner and builds the playbook for the AI-native company.
👥 WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Software engineers with +5 years of experience, ideally with backend or full-stack experience.
- Genuinely excited about AI and eager to explore what LLMs, agents, and retrieval systems can do inside a real product.
- Comfortable building in fast-moving territory where the right abstractions don't exist yet.
- Well-versed in OOP languages (Python, Java, C#) and modern web technologies.
- Fluent in English (French is a plus but not required).
- Curious, self-starting, humble, collaborative, and eager to grow.
🙌 PERKS & BENEFITS
- Fair rewards & equity packages.
- Flexible office & remote options.
- Top-tier equipment: MacBook Pro, monitor, noise-canceling headphones.
- Flexible vacation & hours.
- Comprehensive healthcare for you, children, and partners.
- Transport support and coaching for personal growth.
- Training budget for conferences, courses, books.
- Extended parental leave for all parents.
🔄 RECRUITMENT NOTE
🌟 We hire people, not roles. Don't worry if you don't check every box. High potential and curiosity matter most. We may even suggest another team if we see a better fit.
