About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic's Inference organization serves Claude to millions of users and enterprise customers with the speed, reliability, and efficiency that frontier AI demands. We build across GPUs, TPUs, and Trainium, and the complexity of our development environment grows with every platform we add. We're looking for a Staff engineer to be the technical lead for Inference Developer Productivity: the team that makes every engineer in the org dramatically more effective at building, testing, and shipping inference software.
This is a senior IC role with broad technical ownership. You'll set technical direction for the team's toolchains, workflows, and feedback loops, and you'll be the one making the hard calls on architecture, prioritization, and tradeoffs across heterogeneous accelerator platforms. You'll pair with the team's Engineering Manager, who owns hiring and people development, while you own the technical roadmap and drive the work. You'll also partner closely with Anthropic's central Infrastructure org, where company-wide developer productivity lives, to make sure Inference's multi-accelerator reality is well served without duplicating effort.
This role is for someone who has been the technical anchor on a platform or infrastructure team before, who thinks in systems and feedback loops, and who gets real satisfaction from the moment another engineer stops fighting their environment and starts shipping.
Key responsibilities
Set technical direction for Inference Developer Productivity, owning the architecture and roadmap for toolchains, dev environments, and CI/CD across GPU (CUDA), TPU, and Trainium platforms
Be the technical owner of accelerator toolchain management: compilers, drivers, libraries, frameworks, kept current, compatible, and well-tested so Inference engineers focus on model serving instead of environment archaeology
Design and build infrastructure for efficient accelerator usage during development, including devbox environments, pre- and post-land validation automation, and shared tooling that reduces the cost of working across heterogeneous hardware
Define and instrument productivity metrics for the Inference org, building the dashboards and alerting that surface regressions early (smoke tests red for extended periods, build times creeping up, toolchain breakages) and drive them to resolution
Proactively hunt down bottlenecks, toil, and friction across Inference engineering workflows, then design and build the systems that eliminate them
Act as the technical counterpart to Anthropic's central Infrastructure org, aligning on shared developer productivity initiatives, contributing Inference-specific requirements, and making the call on build vs. adopt
Mentor engineers on the team through design review, code review, and direct collaboration, raising the technical bar without owning headcount
Minimum qualifications
8+ years of software engineering experience, with significant time as the technical lead or anchor on an infrastructure, platform, or developer productivity team
Deep background in systems engineering, build/test infrastructure, or ML infrastructure, with the ability to go hands-on with toolchain issues, CI/CD pipelines, and developer workflow optimization
Experience owning toolchains or development environments for compute-intensive workloads (ML training or inference, HPC, large-scale distributed systems)
Real depth in at least one accelerator ecosystem (CUDA/GPU, TPU, or Trainium/AWS Neuron) and genuine appetite to learn the others
A track record of defining and using engineering metrics to drive improvement: you've built dashboards, set SLOs on developer workflows, or led initiatives that measurably improved engineering velocity
Experience driving technical alignment across organizational boundaries, advocating for your team's needs while contributing to shared infrastructure
Strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to influence technical direction without formal authority
Preferred qualifications
Experience with ML compiler toolchains (XLA, Triton, NeuronX) or accelerator driver/firmware management at scale
Background building or running shared development environments (devboxes, remote development, ephemeral environments) for hardware-dependent workflows
Experience with CI/CD systems at scale, particularly for workloads involving accelerator hardware
Familiarity with Kubernetes-based development and job scheduling environments
Prior tech lead experience on a developer productivity or platform engineering team at a fast-growing AI/ML company

Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Reporting to the CPO, you will build and own a capability that loveholidays has never had before: a dedicated function that connects market intelligence to proposition development, and proposition development to commercial outcomes.
This is a new role. You will define what the loveholidays proposition should look like over a three to five year horizon: what we sell, to whom and in which markets. You will own the process of getting new propositions to market, from first validation through to launch. And you will maintain the competitive edge of our existing proposition as we scale across Europe.
You will work at the intersection of commercial strategy, customer insight and platform delivery. Your ability to translate market understanding into clear requirements for product and engineering teams, and to drive cross-functional momentum behind launches, will be central to our growth.
Your day-to-day:
Product proposition pipeline
- Translate company strategy, our vision and competitive intelligence into clear proposition expansion opportunities
- Build a deep understanding of different customer segments: their needs, motivations and the perceived and real value of our proposition to them, getting hands on with research and experiencing the product to create deep empathy and knowledge and share that broadly across the business.
- Track competitor business model and proposition shifts alongside broader market trends, and bring that intelligence into the business in a way that influences decisions
- Build business cases for new products and segments; drive initial validation with user research, platform teams and commercial leads; champion them with the relevant exec and commercial leaders
- Define what the loveholidays proposition should look like over a three to five year horizon and translate that vision into clear proposition and experience requirements for platform and commercial teams
Go-to-market
- Own go-to-market for new products and segments, coordinating across commercial and platform teams to ensure everything is in place for launch
- Define the value position and segmentation approach for each launch
- Own the assessment of initial launch performance and drive the iterations required to hit product-market fit, before handing over to our core and international operating teams to trade independently
Your skillset:
- You have significant experience in product marketing, proposition development or a closely related discipline, ideally within a consumer-facing digital business.
- You are a strong strategic thinker: you can break down complex market dynamics and translate them into a clear, well-reasoned point of view that earns buy-in across the organisation.
- You understand customers at a level that goes beyond research decks. You know how to build real insight and how to apply it to proposition decisions.
- You are an exceptional communicator, written and verbal. You can make a complex argument simple and a simple argument compelling.
- You know how to work in a matrixed organisation. You lead through influence and build momentum behind things you don't directly control.
- You have a data-driven mindset. You bring evidence to your thinking and your strategies
- You are hands-on. You can move between setting direction and doing the work, depending on what the moment requires.
Perks of joining us:
- Company pension contributions at 5%.
- Individualised training budget for you to learn on the job and level yourself up.
- Discounted holidays for you, your family and friends.
- 25 days of holidays per annum (plus 8 public holidays) increases by 1 day for every second year of service, up to a maximum 30 days per annum.
- Ability to buy and sell annual leave.
- Cycle to work scheme, season ticket loan and eye care vouchers.
At loveholidays, we focus on developing an inclusive culture and environment that encourages personal growth and collective success. Each individual offers unique perspectives and ideas that increase the diversity and effectiveness of our teams. And we value the insight and potential you could bring on our continued journey.
The interview journey:
1. Intro to loveholidays with a member of the Talent team - 30 mins
2. 1st stage interview with CPO - 45 mins
3. 2nd stage - Culture and Values interview with CPO & CMO - 45-60 mins
4. Onsite Presentation - Present a product strategy case study to our CPO and other key stakeholders, followed by business stakeholder meets - 120 mins

Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for a Software Engineer to work on the systems that let operators author, deploy, and manage robot workflows at scale. This sits at the intersection of backend infrastructure and product - you'll build the services that coordinate fleets of robots, the tooling that lets operators express what they want robots to do, and the interfaces that give visibility into what's actually happening on the floor.
This is a full-stack role with a strong backend lean. You'll work closely with the robotics, AI, and product teams to build systems that are real-time, multi-tenant, and mission-critical.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Build and maintain backend services that coordinate robot fleets at runtime: workflow state management, event logging, and the APIs that robots, operators, and third-party systems use to interact with the platform
- Develop and evolve the workflow authoring experience - tooling that lets operators define, deploy, and incrementally refine robot workflows in natural language, without needing to understand the underlying representation
- Build on-robot services that enable remote control, workflow execution, state reporting, and diagnostics
- Own the data infrastructure that tracks workflow execution: event logs, conformance metrics, and the audit trails that let operators understand what robots are doing and why
- Build and maintain reliable, secure cloud infrastructure for running these services, including deployment pipelines, observability, and alerting
- Implement testing and validation pipelines to catch regressions across the UI, backend, and on-robot services - including simulation-based workflow validation before changes hit production
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong backend engineering skills in Python, Go, or similar
- Solid understanding of API design, data modelling, and the tradeoffs in distributed systems (consistency, concurrency, fault tolerance)
- Experience with cloud infrastructure and deployment: containerisation, CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code
- Comfort working across the stack from frontend to backend
- Experience with observability and alerting in systems where failures have real operational consequences
- Good instincts for where complexity should live and how to keep systems debuggable and understandable as they grow
NICE TO HAVE
- Familiarity with workflow engines, state machines, or coordination systems — ideally in a multi-agent or fleet context
- Experience building operator-facing tooling: dashboards, authoring UIs, or systems that translate human intent into structured actions
- Exposure to LLM-based agentic systems, particularly using AI to generate or modify structured representations from natural language
- Experience integrating with third-party enterprise systems (WMS, ERP, or similar)
- Background in robotics or real-time systems where execution state and side-effects need to be managed carefully
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive equity: stock options with meaningful upside as we scale.
- 30+ paid days off, including 23 days of annual leave, all UK bank holidays, and additional company closure days (including Christmas–New Year shutdown).
- Private healthcare, including virtual and in-person care.
- Pension scheme with 8% total contribution (5% employee, 3% employer) on full earnings.
- Free daily breakfast, catered lunch, and snacks in-office.
- Work at the frontier - collaborate daily with world-class engineers, researchers, and product experts building the next generation of AI and humanoid robotics.
- Real ownership - direct access to founding leadership, meaningful input on product direction, and the ability to drive key initiatives from day one.

We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for a Software Engineer to own the device software and data pipeline for our UMI data collection devices - handheld gripper systems used by human operators to demonstrate manipulation tasks. The data they produce is used to train our robots, so the quality of what you ship determines the quality of robots we deploy.
This is a deeply technical, hands-on role. You will write production-grade device software, build reliable sensor fusion and recording pipelines, and own the validation tooling that keeps our training datasets clean. You will work closely with hardware, AI, and data collection teams.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Develop and maintain device software across the full episode lifecycle: session initialisation, per-sensor stream management, episode recording, and graceful shutdown
- Integrate and synchronise sensor streams - wrist and head cameras, 6-DOF pose trackers, gripper aperture encoders, and optionally force/torque sensors - into temporally-aligned, policy-consumable trajectories
- Define and maintain the data contract between UMI devices and the AI team: stream formats, episode packaging, metadata schemas, and the interface between raw recordings and training pipelines
- Build and maintain data validation tooling that detects dropped frames, timing jitter, pose tracking loss, image quality degradation, and sensor faults before corrupt episodes enter the training dataset
- Own operator-facing device software: status indication, start/stop/cancel episode controls, and clear feedback when a session needs to be retried
- Support field data collection sessions - deploying devices to operators, validating data quality in situ, and iterating quickly when issues surface during collection
- Debug integration failures on device hardware: camera driver issues, bus bandwidth saturation, tracker calibration drift, compute thermal throttling, and storage write failures mid-episode
WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Experience in embedded or device-level software in a robotics or sensing context - writing code that runs on the device, not just talking to it
- Proficiency in C++ and/or Python for real-time sensor drivers, inter-process communication, and data recording pipelines
- Solid understanding of multi-modal sensor synchronisation - timestamps, hardware triggers, clock drift - and the practical consequences of getting it wrong for downstream ML
- Familiarity with camera pipelines and the difference between what a sensor reports and what actually lands on disk with correct timing
- Strong instincts around data quality and dataset hygiene - you are uncomfortable shipping episodes with frame drops, tracking loss, or misaligned streams
- Proven ability to debug on real hardware: you read logs, attach profilers, and can diagnose whether a problem is a driver, a bus, or a timing issue
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience with 6-DOF pose tracking systems (VIO, optical trackers, or similar) and their common failure modes
- Familiarity with ML training data formats and what an AI team actually needs from a recorded episode - understanding the consumer of the data you produce
- Exposure to operator-facing tooling for data collection: session management, per-episode quality summaries, rejection and retry workflows
- Experience scaling device software from a small number of prototype units to many devices operated by non-engineers in the field

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
🤹 OPERATIONS AT ALAN
Behind Alan's performance lies an Operations team that is anything but back-office. At Alan, Ops is a strategic function: we define the vision, build the systems, and own the outcomes that make our insurance and healthcare products work at scale.
As a Senior Ops & Product Builder, you will own some of the most critical and ambiguous challenges in the company. You will shape strategy, drive cross-functional alignment, and build solutions with lasting impact on Alan's P&L and member experience.
You’ll be joining 80+ talented, committed, passionate Ops team members working globally on all our services. You’ll be among the team mates structuring this community.
⭐️ THE CHALLENGES
We are looking for driven professionals and entrepreneurs with a strong operational background to disrupt the way we traditionally think about insurance or healthcare. Our goal is to delight our members everywhere as we keep on scaling and building new services in France and internationally.
The job description is simple: you set the vision, make the hard calls, and own the outcome.
Here are some examples of missions our team is covering that you could lead:
- Saving millions through fraud detection: Building a detection capability with no playbook. Owning make-vs-buy decisions on tooling, balancing precision against member experience at scale, and managing the external surface. Partner negotiations, industry lobbying, and ecosystem-level fraud strategy.
- Building a global recovery engine: Establishing a billing monitoring framework to identify gaps early on. Then building assets & partnerships to drive costs down : designing a global recovery system that adapts to local legislation to support Alan’s expansion. With millions invoiced every month and high growth, the impact on P&L is direct.
- Scaling psychotherapy online sessions: Defining the operating model from scratch, making hard resourcing decisions under uncertainty, managing quality at scale, and driving international replication. Today: 80,000 sessions were delivered & 93% of users report reduced stress.
- Reinventing healthcare expense payment: Challenging a key French health insurance item (Tiers Payant), owning complex supplier negotiations autonomously, and cutting the budget line by more than half while improving member satisfaction.
⭐️ IF YOU HAVE SOME OF THE FOLLOWING, YOU MAY BE A GREAT FIT ⭐️
- You have at least 10 years of professional experience in Operations management or entrepreneurship
- You are fully fluent in English and Spanish or French or Dutch
- You have a high level of structure and strong analytical skills (including Sql fluency for data analysis)
- You independently own high-ambiguity, high-impact initiatives (typically >10M€/year business impact)
- You excel at defining a clear vision and roadmap on your scope, lead product reviews, and drive make-or-buy decisions
- You make hard prioritization calls with partial information and manage key external partnerships autonomously
- You are a thought leader and implement innovative uses of AI and automation across crews
- You are a strong mentor: you make the people around you better, and you drive significant community impact
For this role we are looking to hire within the D-F https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity level range based out of France, Belgium or Spain.
🎯 IMPORTANT NOTE: WE HIRE PEOPLE, NOT ROLES.
If you're excited about this opportunity but don't check every box, we'd love to hear from you. Everyone, no matter how underrepresented, should feel free to apply, as it can only bring learnings or success.
If you identify yourself as a woman: Did you know that research shows women often apply only when meeting 100% of requirements?
Remember, this is just a guide, not a checklist. We'll be thrilled to receive your application!

About the RL Teams
Our Reinforcement Learning teams play a critical role in advancing our AI systems. We've contributed to all Claude models, with significant impacts on the autonomy and coding capabilities of our latest Claude models. Our work spans several key areas:
Developing systems that enable models to use computers effectively
Advancing code generation through reinforcement learning
Pioneering fundamental RL research for large language models
Building scalable RL infrastructure and training methodologies
Enhancing model reasoning capabilities
We collaborate closely with Anthropic's alignment and frontier red teams to ensure our systems are both capable and safe. Our Reinforcement Learning teams sit at the intersection of cutting-edge research and engineering excellence, with a deep commitment to building high-quality, scalable systems that push the boundaries of what AI can accomplish.
About the Role
We're hiring for the Code RL team within the RL organization. As a Research Engineer, you'll advance our models' ability to write, edit, test, debug, and ship real software — end to end, on real codebases, with real tools — and to do it correctly, fast, and safely.
This role blends research and engineering. You'll design RL environments and coding tasks, build the reward signals and verifiers that capture what "good code" means, run training experiments on frontier models, diagnose why a model does (or doesn't) get better at a class of software-engineering work, and improve the speed and reliability of the pipelines that make all of that iterate fast. Code RL spans several focus areas — from agentic coding behaviors and code correctness, to long-horizon autonomous engineering, to high-performance code for accelerators — and we'll match you to the area where you'll have the most impact.
You may be a good fit if you:
Have strong software-engineering skills and deep Python expertise, including async/concurrent programming
Are comfortable owning systems end to end and debugging across the stack
Can balance research exploration with engineering implementation, and engage rigorously in shaping experimental design and interpreting results
Care about code quality, testing, and performance
Are passionate about the potential impact of AI and are committed to developing safe and beneficial systems
Strong candidates may also have:
Experience with reinforcement learning, RLHF, post-training, or LLM finetuning
Built coding agents, code-execution sandboxes, eval harnesses, verifiers, or developer tooling
Background in program analysis, testing, verification, compilers, or formal methods

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
You'll be Recruiting's dedicated people analytics partner — owning the data, shaping the strategy, and in the room where decisions get made. The core of the role is building trusted recruiting analytics infrastructure (funnel + stage conversion, pipeline aging, time-to-fill, offer acceptance, sourcing channel quality, and recruiter capacity) and making it self-serve for recruiters and leaders. You’ll own the stack end-to-end — from raw data in Ashby and Snowflake to clear insights that hold up in a pipeline review.
You're the person who turns workforce signals into recruiting strategy — bringing a point of view.
This role may be based in either our San Francisco or New York City offices. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Own recruiting analytics end-to-end: Build and maintain the dashboards and reporting infrastructure Recruiting leadership relies on (funnel health, conversion rates by stage, time-to-fill, offer acceptance, pipeline aging, interview/interviewer effectiveness, and recruiter capacity) — real-time, self-serve, and trusted.
- Build headcount + velocity models: Translate hiring targets into pipeline math (volume needed by stage, ETA to close, roles trending behind plan) and tie it to recruiter capacity and prioritization — so leaders see issues early and know what to do about them.
- Make talent data decision-grade: Define core recruiting metrics and their definitions, document them, and build toward a single source of truth the team can align on.
- Bring signal to pipeline leadership reviews: Show up to pipeline reviews and QBRs with crisp analysis and a recommendation (where the bottleneck is, what changed, what to test next), not just a slide deck.
- Improve the recruiting system: Use data to spot where process, calibration, or prioritization is creating drag — and partner with Recruiting and Finance to fix it.
- Use AI as leverage in your first 90 days: Use AI to accelerate query iteration, metric QA, and insight narratives (e.g., draft + test SQL approaches, anomaly checks, and concise readouts) while keeping the underlying logic and definitions clean and auditable.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Proven ability to build analytics that gets used: You’ve shipped dashboards/models that teams rely on to run real weekly decisions — not one-off reports.
- Strong SQL + data modeling judgment: You can write complex queries, debug data issues, and build maintainable models/pipelines that other people can trust.
- Quantitative modeling for recruiting problems: You can translate hiring stages into clear funnel math and capacity views, and you know how to stress-test assumptions.
- Strategic partner instincts: You anticipate the questions leaders will ask, show up with the analysis, and can say what the data implies for decisions.
- AI-fluent, with good taste: You use AI as a daily multiplier (analysis, QA, drafting narratives) and know when to rely on it vs. when to go to first principles.
- Build in Notion: You’re comfortable structuring knowledge and workflows in Notion (databases, views, documentation) so your work is easy for others to find, trust, and build on.
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco or New York City, the estimated base salary range for this role is $225,000 - $275,000 per year.
