OUR HIRING PROCESS:
We will review your application against our job requirements. We do not employ machine learning technologies during this phase as we believe every human deserves attention from another human. We do not think machines can evaluate your application quite like our seasoned recruiting professionals—every person is unique. We promise to give your candidacy a fair and detailed assessment.
We may then invite you to submit a video interview for the review of the hiring manager. This video interview is often followed by a test or short project that allows us to determine whether you will be a good fit for the team.
At this point, we will invite you to interview with our hiring manager and/or the interview team. Please note: We do not conduct interviews via text message, Telegram, etc. and we never hire anyone into our organization without having met you face-to-face (or via Zoom). You will be invited to come to a live meeting or Zoom, where you will meet our INFUSE team.
From there on, it’s decision time! If you are still excited to join INFUSE and we like you as much, we will have a conversation about your offer. We do not make offers without giving you the opportunity to speak with us live.

📍 Manila, Philippines | Relocation required
Salmon is a technology-driven financial company building a banking and lending platform across Southeast Asia, starting in the Philippines.
We combine global fintech expertise with deep local market knowledge to make financial services simple, accessible, and useful for millions of people across the region.
7M+ app downloads. 2M+ monthly active users. 7,000+ partner stores. US$310M+ raised from leading global investors.
Manila-based, globally distributed, and hybrid-first — our team spans 45+ countries.
If you want to solve complex problems at scale and impact how millions of people access and manage money, come build with us.
Southeast Asia's fintech moment starts here.
About the role:
You'll lead the Finance side of the core banking system project — turning accounting needs, regulatory obligations, and product-administration realities into system requirements, and delivering against them.
What you'll do:
- Lead the core banking system project from the Finance side: own the plan end to end — scope, milestones, dependencies, and risk tracking — and act as Finance's subject-matter voice across vendor selection, design, and rollout.
- Run UAT, data-migration validation, and cutover planning from the Finance side, coordinating closely with IT/Engineering and vendors.
- Connect the dots across Finance, IT/Engineering, and Compliance — surfacing regulatory gaps tied to system limitations and helping close them, and keeping Finance leadership informed on progress, risk, and dependencies.
What you'll own:
- Turn accounting needs, regulatory obligations (such as BSP/MORB), and product-administration realities into concrete system requirements, and manage delivery against them.
- Build and drive the accounting-backlog remediation plan with real milestones, pulling in Finance colleagues and outside help where it makes sense.
- Get month-end and period-end close and reporting, based on the core banking system, integrated directly with the GL — and keep it that way.
- Take the Odoo accounting-automation work into properly owned, documented, controlled, and audit-ready process.
- Identify and prioritise efficiency gains — automating manual entries, reconciliations, and reporting, using AI where it applies — to cut team effort and errors.
- Contribute to IPO-readiness work wherever it touches financial systems and controls.
What makes you a strong fit:
- 10+ years of experience with a strong track record in finance/accounting project management.
- A solid grip on accounting fundamentals and the close process.
- Proven automation experience — you've led or driven process-automation initiatives, not just used automated tools — including practical Odoo (or a comparable ERP) experience for accounting automation.
- Strong IT literacy: comfortable with system architecture, data flows, and technical requirements — enough to bridge Finance and IT/Engineering without a translator.
- Strong project-management discipline: scoping, milestone tracking, risk management, and stakeholder communication across Finance, IT/Engineering, and Compliance.
- Ability to turn messy, ambiguous problems into a plan with real milestones.
What we offer:
OWNERSHIP AND FLEXIBILITY
- Stock option plan — four-year vesting with a 25% cliff after the first year
- Hybrid-first work environment
- Company-provided tools and equipment
- Office in Bonifacio Global City, Manila — a modern, walkable district at the centre of the Philippines' growing tech scene
HEALTH AND TIME OFF
- Medical insurance support for you and your family through co-funding or reimbursement, depending on your location and subject to policy limits
- Access to an internal mental health support specialist
- 22 vacation days, Philippine public holidays, and 15 sick days
- 105 days of paid maternity leave and up to 14 days of paid paternity leave for employees relocating to Manila
RELOCATION AND FAMILY SUPPORT
- Relocation support for you, your family — including flights, two weeks of accommodation, visas, paperwork, and logistics
- Reimbursement of eligible pet relocation expenses
- USD 2,500 per year for flights home
- Baby and family stipends for employees relocating to Manila: USD 1,000 per month for each child under two and USD 500 per month for each child aged two to 18
GROWTH AND TEAM EXPERIENCE
- Opportunities to learn and share your expertise through internal expert meetups, external conferences, speaking opportunities, and industry publications
- Company-sponsored trips to Manila to meet and work with your team in person
- Regular team offsites, sports activities, and team events
- High-performing teams can earn a dedicated beach house week in Southeast Asia

About the Role
We are hiring a Project Coordinator / Project Manager to support U.S.-based MEP construction and VDC projects from coordination through fabrication and installation.
This role is ideal for a construction professional with experience working for a general contractor, mechanical/plumbing subcontractor, or MEP construction company. The successful candidate will coordinate BIM deliverables, project documentation, fabrication workflows, and communication between field, fabrication, engineering, and project teams.
A strong understanding of constructability, MEP systems, Revit-based coordination, and construction execution is essential. This is not a general administrative project management role—it requires direct involvement in technical construction projects and MEP coordination.
Responsibilities
Coordinate MEP construction and VDC projects, schedules, deliverables, and priorities.
Support plumbing, piping, HVAC, and other MEP coordination workflows.
Review Revit models, shop drawings, fabrication layouts, spools, and installation documentation.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, subcontractors, BIM teams, fabricators, and field personnel.
Track RFIs, submittals, clashes, revisions, action items, and project status.

About the company:
KIEFER is building Greece's integrated AI ecosystem. From renewable energy infrastructure and AI systems to robotics and enterprise applications, we connect the technologies that power Europe's intelligent future. Founded in 2014, KIEFER has delivered 600MW+ of energy projects and is now developing sovereign AI infrastructure, enterprise AI products and physical AI systems for Greece and Southeast Europe.
KIEFER TEK Ltd is a leading EPC contractor in the renewable energy sector, delivering complex energy infrastructure projects across Greece.
As our Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) portfolio continues to grow, we are strengthening our project delivery team and looking for an experienced Project Manager to take end-to-end ownership of utility-scale BESS projects — from contract award and project planning through engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and final handover.
This is a head-office–based role with selective site presence, designed for a Project Manager who can maintain the full project picture: contract, scope, schedule, cost, risk, client and overall delivery.
What You Will Own
- Take end-to-end accountability for BESS projects, from project kick-off through commissioning and final handover
- Define and drive the project execution strategy, programme, budget, milestones and key deliverables
- Ensure compliance with EPC contractual obligations, technical requirements and agreed project milestones
- Own project financial performance, monitoring budget, forecast, cash flow, cost-to-complete and commercial exposure
- Act as the primary project interface with the client, maintaining clear communication, alignment and timely decision-making throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate Engineering, Procurement, Construction, HSE, Finance, subcontractors, consultants and suppliers around a single integrated delivery plan
- Ensure engineering, procurement and construction activities remain aligned with project priorities and contractual milestones
- Provide direction and coordination to Construction and Site Management teams, while retaining overall accountability for project performance and delivery
- Identify project risks and critical issues early, establish mitigation actions and drive them through to resolution
- Manage project changes, variations and claims in coordination with Commercial, Engineering and Construction teams
- Lead project progress meetings, reviews and reporting with clients, internal stakeholders and senior management
- Maintain effective oversight of construction progress through targeted and purposeful site visits, without being responsible for day-to-day site supervision
- Drive projects toward safe, timely and commercially successful completion
Who We’re Looking For
- Engineering degree, preferably in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering or another relevant discipline
- Proven experience in Project Management within EPC, energy, renewable energy or major infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of the interaction between engineering, procurement, construction, contracts, cost and schedule
- Experience managing complex projects with multiple internal and external interfaces
- Strong commercial awareness and confidence working with budgets, forecasts, variations, contractual requirements and project risks
- Confident client-facing communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Structured, accountable and proactive approach, with the ability to maintain control of multiple priorities
- Previous experience in BESS, renewable energy, substations or complex electrical infrastructure will be considered a strong advantage
- Ability to understand site realities while maintaining focus on overall project performance rather than day-to-day construction supervision
- Interest in long-term involvement and professional growth within a rapidly expanding energy-storage portfolio
Why Join KIEFER TEK
- Take ownership of strategic utility-scale BESS projects shaping the future of energy in Greece
- Head-office–based role with selective travel and meaningful project visibility
- Real accountability across scope, schedule, cost, contract and client — not simply task execution
- Work across the full EPC lifecycle, from engineering and procurement through construction and commissioning
- Direct exposure to clients, senior management and key project stakeholders
- Work with advanced energy-storage technologies and large-scale energy infrastructure
- Join a growing BESS portfolio with opportunities for increased responsibility and long-term career development
- Competitive compensation package aligned with experience and level of responsibility

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp Economics Lab is the go-to source for understanding how businesses spend on and adopt AI. Built on Ramp’s $200B+ business spend dataset, our flagship Ramp AI Index https://ramp.com/data/ai-index tracks the AI economy through actual business spend data. We help CFOs and finance teams understand what these trends mean for their businesses, and our research is regularly cited by outlets including the Financial Times, The Wall Street Journal, and Bloomberg. You will work with Ara Kharazian https://www.linkedin.com/in/akharazian/, lead economist.
We’re hiring an analytical, resourceful researcher to own and expand this work: run the Ramp AI Index, develop new metrics on AI spending and adoption, explore questions about AI ROI, and extend our research internationally. You’ll turn findings into clear reports, charts, presentations, and interactive tools that help CFOs and finance teams make better decisions.
You will also build our customer-facing research function: developing Ramp’s outlook on AI, meeting with customers and prospects, and translating our data into practical recommendations for business planning, budgeting, and AI strategy. You’ll partner with the growth team to package and distribute this work through reports, web content, presentations, and events that reach finance leaders.
This role combines economic judgment, applied data science, public writing, data visualization, and executive communication. You should be able to move from an important question to credible analysis, a clear visual or argument, and advice a business leader can act on.
WHAT YOU NEED
- 5+ years of experience in an analytical role, such as investment banking, equity or industry research, consulting, business operations, data science, or economics. We care about evidence of strong analysis, clear communication, and ownership across projects.
- Strong perspectives on the economics of AI, economic policy, new media, and writing
- Strong knowledge of SQL
- Familiarity with BI tools (preferably Looker, Omni, Sigma, Hex or equivalent) and experience distributing data insights via reports and dashboards
- Track record of shipping high-quality research, writing, and thought leadership under short, non-academic timelines
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly improving, start-up environment that focuses on solving problems with iterative technical solutions
- Active reader of the news in economics, business, and AI trends
- An advanced user of AI for data science, and an eye for good charts and web design (we vibecode ramp.com/data http://ramp.com/data ourselves)
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Experience with the modern data stack (Fivetran / Snowflake / dbt / Looker / Hightouch or equivalents)
- Experience within the payments and financial technology space
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel
- Weekly coffee stipend
