The Voodoo Ad-Network is an autonomous product group of around 60 highly driven professionals with an ambitious mission: building top-tier ad network services. Our primary goal is to leverage Voodoo's massive first-party data ecosystem to optimize and scale monetization. We are in a rapid growth phase, expanding into new ventures such as opening to external inventory, penetrating the external advertiser market, and driving social network monetization following our recent acquisition of BeReal. To support this incredible trajectory and promising early results, we are scaling our team.
The Models team is a core element of the targeting performance. It leverages machine learning and a strong business understanding to directly impact the product's financial performance. It's composed of mostly senior Data Analysts, Analytics Engineers, Data Engineers and Data Scientists/ML Engineers that iterate together on finding and building the next performing iteration.
This role can be either Paris or Helsinki based and done in a hybrid setup.
ROLE
We're looking for a Senior ML Engineer to join our Models team. You will be joining a dedicated squad of Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and ML Engineers focused on building and maintaining the ML training infrastructure that powers our ad-targeting models from data preprocessing through model deployment to production monitoring.
In this role, you will be leading the following topics:
- Architectural Ownership: Take end-to-end ownership of highly visible projects from ideation to production release. This includes feature scoping, timeline estimation, architecture design, and benchmarking new technologies.
- Pipeline Engineering: Build and maintain quality data and ML pipelines to align with ever-evolving business and machine learning needs. Optimize training pipelines for performance, memory efficiency, and cost (e.g. spot instance strategies, efficient data loading, preprocessed artifact reuse).
- Data Scientists Enablement: Enable Data Scientists to iterate faster by providing reusable, well-tested pipeline components (transformers, dataloaders, training utilities) and reviewing their contributions to shared code. Extend dataset capabilities: integrating new data sources, scaling feature windows, and increasing training data volumes without breaking pipeline constraints.
- Deep Learning Development: Contribute to deep learning development: GPU workload orchestration, custom PyTorch training loops, and model architecture support.
- ML Lifecycle & Reproducibility: Maintain reproducibility and consistency across the ML lifecycle: versioned configs, experiment tracking, and online-offline consistency tooling.
- Scalability & Reliability: Collaborate with infrastructure teams on scalability — node pools, resource monitoring, CI/CD migrations. Participate in weekly rotation to triage and resolve alerts from Airflow, dbt, and related systems.
- Agile Collaboration: Thrive in a fast-paced agile environment with rapid decision-making processes. You will collaborate daily with back-end developers, data scientists, infrastructure engineers, and product managers.
- Mentorship & Team Culture: You will actively contribute to our engineering culture, share knowledge, and ensure every team member feels comfortable, supported, and empowered to grow in their role.
PROFILE
We are looking for a Senior ML Engineer who deeply understands both the ML training lifecycle and the specific challenges of putting machine learning models into production at scale.
- 5+ years minimum of experience as an ML Engineer or a similar role
- End-to-End ML Ownership: Problem framing, baselines, experimentation, deployment, and iteration
- Python Proficiency: Extensive knowledge for ML pipeline code: preprocessing, training/evaluation workflows, experiment utilities, and reproducible configs
- Training Mechanics: Comfortable implementing training mechanics where needed (custom steps/metrics, dataloading patterns, performance-conscious preprocessing), not only notebook-level prototyping
- ML Frameworks: Practical experience training and evaluating models with scikit-learn, LightGBM, PyTorch for deep learning
- Performance Optimization: Experience optimizing memory usage during data preprocessing and model training
- Experiment Management: Hyperparameter tuning, experiment tracking, and reproducible training (configs, seeds, versioning)
- Cloud & Infrastructure: Experience with Amazon Web Services. Familiarity with scalability, reliability, and security topics
- ML Production Awareness: Understanding of the challenges involved in running ML models in production (familiar with topics such as feature store, training-serving skew, etc.)
- Model Serving: Experience with model serving infrastructure (real-time or batch inference, latency/throughput optimization) is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English

About Flosum
Flosum is the only end-to-end platform purpose-built for Salesforce — trusted by Fortune 1000 enterprises, federal agencies, and high-growth organizations around the world. Our five integrated products — DevOps, Security Orchestration, CodeScan, Backup & Archive, and Data Migrator — give enterprises the confidence to accelerate delivery, simplify compliance, and scale Salesforce with precision.
Founded in Silicon Valley and proudly self-funded, Flosum operates on a single guiding principle: your success is our success. We’re not optimizing for investor optics. We move fast, build with conviction, and put our customers at the center of every decision. The result is a 4.97-star rating on the Salesforce AppExchange and a customer roster that includes Cargill, Hilton, Cushman & Wakefield, and some of the largest federal agencies in the country. We serve enterprise IT leaders, Salesforce architects, DevOps teams, compliance officers, and government agencies — anyone whose organization depends on Salesforce operating securely, efficiently, and at scale.
The Opportunity
Flosum is at an inflection point. We have multiple product lines gaining traction across enterprise and mid-market segments, four active go-to-market motions — outbound sales, inbound/marketing-led, channel/partners, and product-led growth — and a lean, high-performing team that moves with urgency. What we need now is the operating infrastructure to match our
ambition. We’re hiring a Director of Revenue Operations to be the architect of our revenue engine: the person who transforms disconnected GTM motions into a single, data-driven, capital-efficient machine. This is a builder role — not a maintainer role. You will design systems that don’t yet exist, enforce standards that currently aren’t enforced, and build the reporting infrastructure that makes every decision at Flosum smarter. This role reports directly to the CEO and is the highest-leverage operations hire we will make. You will touch every dollar of pipeline, every GTM motion, and every customer-facing team.
What You’ll Own
1. Data, Reporting & Forecasting — Your Primary Mandate
Your first 90 days are about establishing truth. Flosum runs on Salesforce, Marketo, and Gong.io. You will audit each, identify where data integrity breaks down, and rebuild the foundation:
Design and own the forecasting architecture: weighted pipeline using actual historical conversion rates, forecast categories (Commit, Best Case, Upside), and a weekly cadence that drives ±10% accuracy within two quarters
Build a standardized reporting hierarchy from the CEO’s decision-making needs down to frontline dashboards — eliminating the proliferation of reports nobody trusts Implement Salesforce data governance: mandatory stage-exit criteria, validation rules,
controlled picklists, and loss-reason capture on every Closed Lost opportunity Segment reporting and forecasting by GTM motion — PLG self-serve revenue behaves differently from enterprise outbound and must be modeled and tracked separately
Build and maintain the unit economics dashboard: CAC by motion, CAC payback period, LTV:CAC ratio, Magic Number, NRR/GRR, and S&M efficiency trends
2. Marketing Performance & Marketo Operations
You don’t run campaigns — you govern the infrastructure that makes marketing measurable and accountable:
Own the full lead lifecycle in Marketo: definitions, entry/exit criteria, and scoring model governance (with separate demographic and behavioral scores calibrated monthly against SQL conversion rates)
Own Marketo-Salesforce sync governance: field mapping audits, sync log review, and API consumption monitoring
Own multi-touch attribution: first-touch, last-touch, and influence models consistently applied across all four GTM motions
Build and enforce speed-to-lead SLAs and SAL acceptance standards; build recycle plays for disqualified leads
Monitor and report marketing funnel performance — lead volume, MQL-to-SQL conversion, channel efficiency, and marketing-sourced vs. marketing-influenced pipeline — and escalate anomalies before they show up in quarterly misses
3. Sales Process Governance
You are the steward of how Flosum’s revenue actually gets created — not a gatekeeper, but the person who builds the standards:
Design and enforce stage definitions with mandatory exit criteria; build deal desk processes for non-standard pricing and terms
Own territory design, quota allocation methodology, and annual capacity planning — including ramp rates, hiring timelines, and coverage ratio targets by segment
Run the weekly pipeline review cadence with sales leadership: stage conversion anomalies, stale deals, and forecast accuracy
Design compensation plans that drive the right behaviors across all four GTM motions — with clear rules of engagement for multi-touch deals where outbound, inbound, PLG, and partner motions converge on the same account
4. Enablement Execution Through Gong.io
At Flosum, enablement has historically been about delivery — training sessions, playbooks, messaging. You will own the other half: measurement and execution. After any messaging launch or methodology change, you will:
Create Gong AI Trackers for the specific language, frameworks, and discovery questions reps should be using — and build adoption dashboards segmented by rep, team, and region
Surface the gap between what was trained and what is actually happening on calls, and work with sales managers to close it with specific, Gong-sourced coaching examples
Use Gong deal boards for pipeline inspection: multi-threading health, next-steps coverage, competitor mentions, and conversation-based risk signals layered onto CRM data
Build the feedback loop: Enablement trains → Gong measures → RevOps reports gaps → Managers coach with specific call evidence → Enablement iterates. Without this loop, enablement is a cost center. With it, it’s a growth driver.
5. GTM Alignment Across All Four Motions
Running outbound, inbound, channel, and PLG simultaneously creates real operational complexity. You will design the systems that prevent chaos:
Build account-level ownership rules and real-time routing logic to prevent motion collisions (e.g., SDRs prospecting into accounts already working inbound MQLs, AEs working accounts with active PLG users)
Design PQL routing logic with product usage trigger thresholds, account-level checks, and comp plan rules for sales-assisted PLG conversions
Build deal registration governance and conflict resolution SLAs for the partner channel
Own separate Opportunity Record Types per motion in Salesforce with unified roll-up reporting
Run a monthly cross-functional GTM alignment meeting with sales, marketing, CS, and partner leadership — reviewing funnel health per motion and resolving ownership disputes before they fester
What This Role Is Not
We want to be honest about scope. A great RevOps leader at Flosum will push back when the role is being misused:
You will implement an intake process, maintain a visible quarterly roadmap of four to five initiatives, and force trade-off conversations when new requests arrive. You say “not now” to good ideas that aren’t the most important idea.
This is not sales operations with a rebrand. You serve the company, not any single department leader. Your loyalty is to revenue truth — even when the forecast is uncomfortable to present.
Metrics You’ll Own
Pipeline & Forecasting
Forecast accuracy (±10% target within two quarters)
Pipeline coverage by segment (3× SMB, 4× mid-market, 5× enterprise)
Pipeline velocity: (Opportunities × Deal Size × Win Rate) ÷ Cycle Length, targeting +10% improvement QoQ
Stage-to-stage conversion rates trended over time
Marketing (Marketo)
Lead-to-MQL, MQL-to-SQL, SQL-to-Opportunity, and Opportunity-to-Close rates by motion and channel
Marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline (targets: 30–50% sourced, 50–70% influenced)
Lead velocity rate (month-over-month qualified lead growth)
Speed-to-lead SLA compliance and SAL acceptance rate
Sales (Salesforce + Gong)
Win rates by segment and motion
Quota attainment distribution across the team (healthy target: 70–75% of reps at quota)
Average selling price trends and discounting rate
Sales cycle length by segment
Enablement (Gong)
Gong tracker adoption rates for key messaging and methodology by rep, team, and region
Talk-to-listen ratios and topic coverage by deal stage
Multi-threading indicators per deal stage
Unit Economics
CAC and CAC payback period by GTM motion
LTV:CAC ratio by customer segment (target ≥3:1)
Magic Number (Net New ARR × 4 ÷ prior quarter S&M spend; target >1.0)
Net Revenue Retention and Gross Revenue Retention
S&M as % of revenue (tracking toward 35% as we scale)
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
5–10+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations in a B2B SaaS environment
Direct experience operating across multiple GTM motions simultaneously (outbound, inbound, channel, and/or PLG)
Hands-on Salesforce configuration experience — you can build Flows, design the data model, and implement validation rules without delegating everything to a developer
Marketo (or equivalent marketing automation) operational experience: lifecycle architecture, lead scoring, and Marketo-Salesforce sync governance
Gong.io (or equivalent conversation intelligence tool) experience: tracker creation, coaching dashboards, and deal inspection
Demonstrated experience building a forecasting methodology from scratch — not just inheriting one
Financial modeling comfort: unit economics, capacity planning, quota modeling, and comp plan design
Experience at a company with $15M–$75M in ARR; you have built things with your hands, not just directed others to build them
Strongly Preferred
Experience in the Salesforce ecosystem (ISV, SI, or AppExchange partner) — you understand our buyers, our competitive landscape, and our channel dynamics
Experience designing and governing partner/channel ops within a multi-motion GTMmodel
SQL proficiency or experience with a BI tool (Tableau, Looker, Sigma, or equivalent)
Prior experience designing and administering sales compensation plans
The Mindset We’re Hiring For
You Are a Builder
You ask “Why does this exist, and should we rebuild it?” before touching a tool. You ship minimum viable systems and iterate
relentlessly rather than designing perfect architectures that never launch.
You Are Company-First
Your loyalty is to revenue truth, not to any individual department leader. You present the forecast even when it’s uncomfortable. You push back when requests don’t serve the company’s priorities.
You Are a Systems Thinker
You see the revenue engine as an interconnected system. Changing lead scoring
You Are Cost-Conscious
You evaluate every tool, hire, and program through a unit economics lens. You resist “just thresholds ripples into pipeline coverage. Changing stage definitions changes forecast accuracy. You trace causes, not just symptoms add a tool” thinking. Flosum is self-funded and profitable — efficiency isn’t a constraint, it’s a competitive advantage.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
The Corporate Network Engineering team owns Anthropic's corporate network: the wired, wireless, and edge infrastructure in our offices and research facilities around the world, and the standards, management systems, and telemetry that let a small team run them. We hold that network to the bar of a production service — designed for failure, managed as code, observable end-to-end, and secure by default — while delivering reliable connectivity to the people who depend on it every day.
You'll set the technical direction together with your engineers and own the final decision on it and on the architecture standards, review and guide designs and the hard trade-offs, and lead vendor and platform decisions. You'll lead and grow a small team of network engineers: set priorities, drive decisions to closure, hire, and develop people. The team is small and the scope is broad, so this role needs real depth in campus and edge networking, judgment about what to standardize, automate, buy, and build, and the range to go from a wiring-closet decision to a budget defense in the same afternoon.
You'll report to the head of IT Engineering and partner closely with our Buildouts, AV, and Endpoint teams; with Security Engineering on network security, authentication, and detections; with Physical Security, whose systems are critical for protecting Anthropic employees and depend on a reliable network; with Workplace, Real Estate, Procurement, and external logistics and integration partners on new site buildouts; and with our production networking teams, whose bar for reliability and automation is the one we hold ourselves to. Your work will directly shape how we scale to AI Safety Level 4 and beyond.
Responsibilities
Lead and grow the Corporate Network Engineering team — hiring, development, performance, planning, and prioritization
Set technical direction with the team and own the final call on architecture standards across edge, campus switching, wireless, segmentation, out-of-band management, and telemetry; review designs and risky changes, and step in on the hard problems
Own reliability and operations: monitoring people act on, incident response and post-incident reviews that produce changes, an on-call and escalation model a small team can sustain, change safety, and lifecycle currency
Move the fleet toward network-as-code: templated configuration with change control, staged rollouts, drift detection, and automation that removes operational toil
Partner with Security Engineering and Detection & Response on network authentication, segmentation, and the network as a detection source
Deliver networks for new offices and research facilities and upgrade existing sites through live migrations — with Buildouts, AV, Physical Security, Workplace, Real Estate, and our logistics partners — while keeping interruptions to employees minimal
Own vendor, carrier, and integrator relationships and the network hardware budget: evaluations, contracts, lead times, and multi-year refresh
You may be a good fit if you
Have 10+ years designing, building, and operating enterprise campus and edge networks, including at least one environment with dozens of sites across regions
Have 5+ years leading engineers, including at least 3 years as a people manager
Lead through technical judgment: whether or not you've been hands-on-keyboard lately, you can go from architecture to protocol behavior to failure modes with your engineers, and your reviews make their designs better
Default to the secure design, then do the creative work to make it painless for the people using it — and can walk an executive or an engineer through the trade-off and make a recommendation
Have run the operational side, not just designed it: out-of-band access, monitoring people act on, an on-call model a small team can sustain, and change safety
Are pragmatic about what to build, buy, or automate, have run vendor evaluations with real money at stake, and chase problems across organizational boundaries to the actual root cause
Communicate clearly with engineers, executives, contractors, and landlords, and can bring a room of senior engineers with strong opinions to a decision they'll commit to
Want real technical ownership with a small team — including if you've led a larger organization before — and care about building infrastructure for an organization trying to get AI right
Strong candidates may also
Have led corporate networking at a company that added offices faster than it added network engineers
Have implemented certificate-based network authentication (802.1X/EAP-TLS or equivalent) and identity- or device-based segmentation at scale
Have shipped network configuration as code and built telemetry pipelines that security and support teams actually use
Have designed dense wireless for large event spaces and high-occupancy floors
Have been through multiple office builds with real estate and construction teams — including networks that physical security systems depend on — and know what to ask for before the walls close
Have managed integrators, MSPs, or smart-hands providers as an extension of a small team while keeping design authority in-house
Technical Skills
We're looking for deep, hands-on experience in each of these — not surface familiarity:
Enterprise edge: firewalls and routing (HA design, routing protocols, policy management across a fleet)
Campus switching and high-density enterprise wireless (L2/L3 design, redundancy, RF design, 6 GHz, high-density venues)
Segmentation and access control (certificate-based 802.1X, dynamic segmentation, guest and IoT isolation)
Out-of-band management and secure, auditable administrative access
Network automation and configuration as code (Python, templating, vendor APIs, source control, CI)
Network observability (streaming telemetry, flow and log pipelines)
Physical infrastructure for buildouts (MDF/IDF design, structured cabling, power and cooling, carrier and path diversity)
Deadline to apply: None. Applications will be received on a rolling basis.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$285,000
—
$325,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About the role
As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will design, implement, and evolve product capabilities while solving high-scope backend problems and influencing the technical and product direction of our teams. You will move beyond "assigned work" to actively improve the quality, reliability, and performance of our systems. You will work across product, frontend, infrastructure, data, and security boundaries, making sound architectural trade-offs, communicating complex ideas clearly in an asynchronous environment, and helping define the standards for a high-scale, global product.
Why you’ll love this role
High Impact:
You aren't just shipping features; you are shaping the architecture of a global platform used by millions.
Technical Agency:
You will influence team objectives, technical direction, and long-range goals, helping us solve problems of high scope and complexity.
Innovative Culture:
You will get to experiment with and integrate agentic AI into production engineering workflows, moving beyond simple prompt engineering to build resilient, AI-assisted systems.
Autonomy:
You will thrive in our remote-first, asynchronous organization, where clear written communication and self-direction are the pillars of success.
User-Centric Collaboration:
You’ll partner closely with PMs and designers to shape requirements, ensuring every technical decision delivers genuine value to our users.
What you’ll do
Drive Technical Direction:
Design and ship moderate to complex backend features with minimal guidance, making pragmatic choices between modular-monolith code, shared components, or independently operated services.
Raise the Bar:
Advocate for product quality, security, availability, and performance. You will define backend standards for style, maintainability, testing, APIs, and operational readiness.
Mentor & Lead:
Mentor associate and intermediate engineers, remove technical blockers, and improve team delivery practices through code and design reviews.
Operational Excellence:
Diagnose and prevent performance/reliability issues at scale. Participate in incident response and act as a technical owner where appropriate.
AI Integration:
Use AI in production engineering work to improve outcomes, evaluate its effectiveness, and coach others on responsible, high-judgment use.
What you’ll bring
Deep Backend Expertise:
A strong command of backend architecture, APIs, data systems, and performance tuning in a complex product or service environment.
Adaptability:
Proficiency in modern backend languages and a deep understanding of systems programming. We value the ability to learn and adapt over mastery of a single language.
Architectural Judgment:
Experience designing or evolving modular backend boundaries, bounded contexts, and migration-safe architectures.
Influence:
Ability to lead through influence, technical judgment, and clear written communication, effectively bridging the gap between product needs and technical reality.
Agentic AI Expertise:
Proven experience building or operating agentic systems in production—moving beyond prompt engineering to architecting loops, tool-use, and error-handling strategies that ensure reliability at scale.
Helpful experience
Experience with high-throughput distributed systems, concurrency, or profiling.
Hands-on experience with containerized production operations (e.g., Kubernetes).
Deep database performance knowledge (e.g., PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, schema evolution, partitioning).
Background in large-scale modular monoliths or event-driven systems.
Public technical communication, open-source maintenance, or experience in developer-focused SaaS.

Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!
We're looking for a Design Manager to lead Figma's internal Design Systems and Design Infrastructure as the company transforms and expands. This is a rare opportunity to become the steward of the system behind how Figma designs and builds Figma: the foundations, tokens and variables, component libraries, tooling, governance, and shared infrastructure that help our teams create with quality and coherence at scale. The work will shape every Figma product and, through them, the experience of millions of people.
This is a senior people leadership role with meaningful scope. You'll lead designers across multiple Design work streams, set direction through a complex transformation, and partner deeply with Design, Product, and Engineering to turn strong foundations into greater quality, speed, and leverage across Figma. If you believe the best systems create coherence without limiting the autonomy teams need to do exceptional work, this is the role for you.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you’ll do at Figma:
Lead and grow designers across Figma's internal Design Systems foundations, tokens and variables, component libraries, internal tooling, governance, and adoption
Set an ambitious vision and quality bar for how Figma's internal design system evolves, translating the company's transformation into coherent, durable foundations for the product suite
Partner with Design, Product, and Engineering leaders on strategy, resourcing, technical direction, adoption, and execution across a complex organization
Bring clarity and momentum to ambiguous, cross-functional work, balancing system coherence with the autonomy product teams need to solve distinct problems well
Evolve the Design Systems operating model, including governance, contribution paths, critiques and reviews, documentation, feedback loops, and adoption practices
Hire, coach, retain, and develop an exceptional team, helping designers grow their craft, judgment, and leadership across multiple workstreams
Represent the Design Systems perspective in broader organizational decisions and ensure Figma's design infrastructure evolves with its expanding product suite
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
4+ years of design management experience, including direct people leadership across multiple workstreams and a strong track record of hiring, coaching, retaining, and developing designers
Technical fluency with design foundations, tokens and variables, component libraries, internal tooling, and system architecture, plus direct experience applying or leading AI-enabled Design Systems workflows
Experience evolving an internal design system at scale, earning trust across a sizable product organization, and leading the change required to drive meaningful adoption
Deep, hands-on Figma expertise, high agency, end-to-end ownership, and a track record of creating clarity and momentum through organizational change
Experience connecting coded component systems with design libraries and design-to-code workflows
While not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Building token pipelines and maintaining reliable synchronization between design foundations and code
Creating internal tooling and automation that improves system maintenance, contribution, and adoption
A track record of building shared platform or infrastructure services that other teams depend on
Leading large-scale system migrations or design-infrastructure transformations across a multi-product organization
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.

They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

About Utorg
Founded in 2019, Utorg builds the infrastructure for stablecoin payments: on- and off-ramps, self-custodial wallets, and crypto cards. Over 2 million users across 130+ countries already buy, hold, and spend crypto through our app. On the B2B side, the same rails power 2,100+ platforms, with $2.4B+ moved to date.
Fully MiCA-authorized across the EEA. PCI DSS Level 2 certified. Backed by Dragonfly, TA Ventures, and Hypra.
Location: Remote
Tech stack: TypeScript, Node.js, NestJS, PostgreSQL, TypeORM, NATS JetStream, Redis, Jest, Docker, Kubernetes, Google Cloud Platform.
Blockchains: EVM-compatible, Bitcoin-family, Tron, Solana, TON.
About the role:
We're looking for a Senior Backend Engineer who thinks in systems and owns the outcome:
two large-scale microservice platforms (30+ and 25+ services), blockchain integrations handling real user funds across multiple networks, a fintech product available in 190+ countries.
This role partially offloads the Tech Lead. That means making architectural calls independently, driving complex integrations with payment providers and blockchain networks, and shaping technical direction, not just contributing to it.
The bar is high by design. If you've been in rooms where key technical decisions get made, and you were the one making them or should have been, let's talk.
What you’ll do:
• Own backend architecture across two large-scale microservice platforms (30+ and 25+ services) from system design and API contracts to data flow and inter-service communication.
• Lead complex integrations — payment providers, card issuers, blockchain networks, third-party APIs, and take full responsibility for their reliability in production.
• Drive performance and scalability — identify bottlenecks, design caching strategies, optimize database queries, and ensure the platform handles growing load.
• Shape technical direction — make architectural decisions, evaluate trade-offs, and influence the team’s engineering standards. You’ll partially offload the Tech Lead so the team can scale.
• Build and improve AI-powered processes — our team actively uses LLM-based systems to automate operational and development workflows. You’ll contribute to and extend this direction.
• Contribute to back-office frontends (~20% of your time) — maintain and extend React-based admin dashboards used by internal teams.
• Own features end-to-end from planning and architectural design to implementation, testing, production monitoring, and iterative improvement.
• Collaborate closely with Product, QA, and cross-functional teams — produce clear technical documentation, participate in code reviews, and share knowledge.
• Take part in a shared on-call rotation — roughly one week a month.
Who you are:
•
Technically strong with an architectural mindset
— you don’t just write code; you design systems. You think about data flows, failure modes, and long-term maintainability before writing the first line.
•
Opinionated and able to defend your decisions
— you bring an expert perspective to technical discussions and can articulate trade-offs clearly to both engineers and stakeholders.
•
Proactive problem-solver
— you find issues before they become incidents and propose solutions without waiting to be asked.
•
Product-driven
— most of your time goes into shipping features and solving real user problems, not open-ended refactoring.
•
Self-motivated and responsible
— you thrive in small teams, enjoy autonomy, and take full ownership of the development process.
What you will bring
(must-have)
:
•
Last
5+ years of production experience
in backend development with
Type Script/Node.js as the primary stack. Last
2+ years with NestJS in production
— modules, providers, middleware, guards, interceptors, microservice architecture with custom transports.
•
System design experience
— decomposing services, designing API contracts, data flow architecture, capacity planning. You can whiteboard a system and explain why you made each decision.
•
Complex integration experience
— you’ve built and maintained integrations with third-party APIs, payment systems, or similar external services in production. You know how to handle retries, circuit breakers, and graceful degradation.
•
AI-driven development
— you actively use AI tools (Claude, Copilot, Cursor) in your daily workflow. Beyond personal productivity, you have experience optimizing business or organizational processes with AI/LLMs—building automations, internal tools, or workflows powered by language models.
•
Fintech domain knowledge:
PCI DSS, GDPR, KYC/AML, payment systems.
•
Deep PostgreSQL expertise
— schema design, indexing (partial, GIN/GiST), query optimization, migrations with zero downtime, database-per-service pattern.
•
Hands-on microservices experience
— not a monolith split into modules. You’ve dealt with inter-service communication (RPC + pub/sub), message brokers, idempotency, eventual consistency, saga/outbox patterns.
•
Performance engineering
— profiling, caching strategies, load analysis, bottleneck identification. You can optimize a slow query and a slow service alike.
•
Strong testing discipline
— unit tests (Jest), integration tests with real databases, microservice testing.
•
Security-conscious
— in fintech and crypto, every code path can touch real user funds. You build accordingly.
•
Skilled in technical research
— evaluating trade-offs, testing hypotheses, and making data-driven architectural decisions.
•
English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate. Fluent in Russian.
Nice to have:
•
Production blockchain experience
— you’ve worked with on-chain transactions, multiple networks, and real user funds. You understand HD wallets (BIP32/BIP39), smart contracts, ABI, ERC-20/SPL tokens, and the differences between account-based and UTXO models. Experience with libraries like ethers.js, viem, and solana/web3.js.
•
Experience with
NATS JetStream
as a transport layer (streams, consumers, delivery policies).
•
Observability:
OpenTelemetry, Prometheus + Grafana, structured logging (pino), distributed tracing.
•
Kubernetes beyond basics:
Kustomize/Helm, deployment strategies, resource management.
•
Experience mentoring developers.
•
React basics for back-office UIs
(functional components, hooks, Redux, Material-UI).
Interaction with other teams:
Close collaboration with Product, QA, Frontend, and Mobile. Cross-functional communication is an essential part of the role. Partially offload the Tech Lead: own architectural and technical decisions, independently drive complex integrations, and influence the platform's technical direction. This is not an executor role. We need someone with strong expert opinions who can be relied upon for key technical decisions.
Key results (30-60-90):
30 days:
First features shipped to production. Deep dive into the stack, architecture, and domain (blockchain, fintech). Clear understanding of core services and how they interact.
60 days:
Independently drives a complex integration or a major feature. Participates in architectural code reviews. Brings first proposals for improvements.
90 days:
Makes architectural decisions on their scope. Influences technical direction. Partially offloads decision-making from the Tech Lead. Participates in planning.
What we offer:
• Work fully remote as part of an agile, international team reshaping the future of finance.
• An engineering culture that encourages the adoption of modern tools and development practices, giving engineers real influence over technologies, workflows, and technical decisions.
• Two career tracks — grow into Tech Lead or deepen your expertise as Staff/Principal IC. You choose the path.
• Career progression and professional development in a forward-thinking fintech environment.
• Competitive salary range based on individual performance review.
• Transparent feedback and a culture that values ownership, open dialogue, and visible impact.

At ClickUp, we're building the future of work: the first truly converged AI workspace unifying tasks, docs, chat, calendar, and enterprise search, all supercharged by context-driven AI. We are an AI-native company. Every team member is expected to leverage AI daily, and we evaluate AI fluency as part of our hiring process. Join us and help redefine what's possible. 🚀
Come lead the Identity & Access Management Platform team (IAM Platform) — the foundational layer that decides who can see and do what across all of ClickUp. This team owns the authorization engine, the permission and role model, authentication (SSO, MFA, SCIM, OIDC), sharing primitives, audit logs, and the core data model and APIs that define how customers' work is organized and nested across the product — the foundation every other part of ClickUp is built on. It is backend-heavy, high-blast-radius work. As we move upmarket, this is some of the most important and security-sensitive work we do — enterprises decide whether they can trust us based on how precise, predictable, auditable, and manageable our access controls are.
We're looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead and grow this team. Your mandate is twofold: deliver an enterprise-grade access management platform — extensible, configuration-driven, correct and auditable by design — and build the team that will carry it, hiring and developing engineers as we invest heavily in enterprise. You'll raise the access, identity, and admin capabilities enterprises depend on to an enterprise-grade standard and keep them there, partnering with a Staff engineer on technical direction while you own delivery, people, and priorities.
Just as important: you'll run this team the way ClickUp runs — AI-native. We structure work so AI agents can read it, route it, roll it up, and report on it, so a small team amplified by agents operates at a different scale. There are no status-reporting meetings; agents keep status, progress, and health current from real signals, and reporting is self-serve. We want a manager who has already used AI flows to cut noise, eliminate busywork, and streamline how a team operates — and who will push that further.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead, grow, and develop the IAM Platform engineering team — own hiring, mentorship, performance, and career growth, and scale the team thoughtfully as we expand our enterprise investment.
- Own the delivery of ClickUp's enterprise-grade access management platform: the authorization engine and permission/role model, authentication (SSO via SAML/OIDC and social/Okta/Entra, MFA/2FA, session and token management), SCIM provisioning, sharing and access-control primitives, audit logs, OAuth and API token management, and the core data model and APIs that define how customers' work is organized across the product.
- Set the roadmap and priorities in partnership with product, security, and engineering leadership — elevating the access, identity, and admin capabilities enterprises depend on to an enterprise-grade standard and keeping them there.
- Run an AI-native team: structure the work so agents can route, scope, and report on it; use AI flows to remove status meetings and manual reporting, reduce noise, and let a small team operate at scale. Continuously raise the bar on how the team leverages AI end-to-end.
- Partner with enterprise customers, GTM, and security teams on access-control and identity requirements, and represent ClickUp credibly in enterprise security and architecture reviews.
- Own operational excellence for high-blast-radius services: a healthy on-call rotation, safe migrations, reliability, and a clear security boundary where the server remains the source of truth.
- Uphold a high engineering bar — design and code review, testing, performance, and security-by-design — for the most security-critical area of the product.
- Collaborate across backend, frontend, platform, product, design, and infosec to ship coherent access experiences on top of the platform.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience building production SaaS, with 3+ years managing engineering teams (including senior engineers).
- Identity and access management experience is required — hands-on background delivering authentication and authorization systems: OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, JWTs, MFA/2FA, enterprise SSO, SCIM, and RBAC/permission and role models, ideally in a multi-tenant environment.
- A proven ability to use AI tools and agentic workflows to reduce noise and streamline how a team works — automating reporting, triage, and status, and freeing engineers to focus on building.
- Experience delivering enterprise-grade SaaS at scale, and working directly with enterprise customers and their security, compliance, and administrative requirements.
- A track record of building and scaling high-performing engineering teams — hiring, growing, and retaining strong engineers.
- Enough technical depth to lead architecture discussions, make sound trade-offs on high-blast-radius systems, and hold a high bar without being the sole implementer.
- A security-conscious mindset: you design access control precisely, treat the server as the source of truth, and think about correctness, auditability, and blast radius by default.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills across engineering, product, design, and security.
- Daily fluency with AI tools in your own workflow.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience owning IAM or authorization at scale — millions of users, multi-tenant, or workspace-scoped identity and token models.
- Experience designing configuration-driven or policy-based access models (RBAC/ABAC), authorization engines, or Zero Trust identity.
- Experience with SCIM provisioning, audit logging, and enterprise compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, and similar).
- A track record of moving a product upmarket and winning demanding enterprise customers.
- Experience introducing AI-native or agent-driven operating models to an engineering team.
- Experience managing engineers across backend and frontend, or managing other leads.

About the Job:
Software powers the world, and LaunchDarkly empowers teams to deliver and control it safely. As a
Senior Backend Engineer
on the
Billing
team, you will own the systems that turn every plan, price, entitlement, and usage limit into revenue — checkout, subscription and entitlement APIs, usage metering, and the integrations to our billing, CRM, and finance systems. When billing is wrong, customers get the wrong product and we invoice the wrong amount. Correctness here is a commitment to our customers, not a nice-to-have.
You and your team will drive the modernization of our billing platform. Technologies include Go, TypeScript, Postgres, AWS, and Terraform. Exact tool match matters far less than deep backend judgment and a track record of safely changing systems that are not allowed to be wrong.
Responsibilities:
Design and build the systems that define our plans, pricing, entitlements, and limits, and expose them through our API.
Decompose billing from our monolith into services that are correct, testable, and independently deployable.
Own correctness end to end — usage metering, reconciliation, and the invoices and usage data customers see.
Operate what you build: SLOs, alerting, on-call, and fixing root causes rather than repeating mitigations.
Qualifications:
6+ years of professional software-engineering experience, with significant work on complex backend applications.
Experience decomposing a monolith
A track record on systems where correctness is non-negotiable, and the habits that come with it: idempotency, reconciliation, reversible migrations, and safe cutovers.
Proficiency in at least one backend language (Go, Rust, Python, etc.) and familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS or equivalent), plus strong production ownership including on-call.
Bonus
Billing, payments, or metering systems, or usage-based pricing.
Modeling entitlements, quotas, or multi-tenant limits.
Pay:

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role
The IT Operations team keeps Anthropic running — we make sure every employee can do their best work without friction. We're seeking an IT Support Engineer who combines deep technical skills with a genuine service mindset and sound judgment.
Anthropic is growing fast, and our IT operations need to keep pace. That means onboarding at scale, automating repetitive processes (including with Claude), and continuously improving the employee experience. You'll handle support challenges across our primarily macOS environment while contributing to the operational improvements that help us scale. You'll work closely with IT Engineering and Security, with opportunities to grow into more technical infrastructure work over time.
Responsibilities
End-User Support
Triage and resolve issues across hardware, software, networking, and accounts — primarily through our ticketing system, with additional support via Slack and in-person
Diagnose and resolve issues across macOS, ChromeOS, iOS, Android, and our core SaaS platforms (Google Workspace, Slack, GitHub, Atlassian)
Troubleshoot device issues, including enrollment, configuration profiles, and policy enforcement
Support access management and employee lifecycle workflows (onboarding, offboarding, reorgs)
Handle escalations requiring cross-team coordination
Participate in an on-call rotation for urgent issues outside business hours
Provide hands-on support for user technology, AV systems, conference rooms, and printers
Communication & Documentation
Communicate clearly with users of all technical levels
Write and maintain internal documentation including runbooks, how-to guides, and knowledge base articles
Identify patterns in support requests, surface recurring issues to the team, and identify opportunities for automation or systemic solves
Operational Improvement
Help streamline onboarding and other high-volume operations as the company scales
Contribute to automation efforts
Maintain and improve device management, identity, and access systems
Assist with scripting (Bash, Python) to automate repetitive tasks
You may be a good fit if you
Have 7+ years of hands-on IT support experience, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
Are an excellent communicator who genuinely enjoys helping people solve problems
Have strong troubleshooting skills and are methodical, curious, and persistent
Demonstrated experience supporting macOS endpoints and comfortable supporting ChromeOS, iOS, and Android
Have significant experience with Google Workspace administration
Have experience with Slack administration — workspace management, permissions, and troubleshooting
Have substantial experience supporting and administering additional SaaS tools
Understand identity and access fundamentals — SSO, MFA, directory services
Are familiar with MDM fundamentals and endpoint management concepts
Have experience with basic scripting (Bash or Python) for automation
Take ownership of problems and follow through until they're resolved
Think beyond the immediate fix — you ask "why did this happen?" and "how do we prevent it?"
Are organized enough to manage competing priorities without things falling through the cracks
Propose solutions when you see a process that doesn't scale
Are looking to develop deeper technical skills and take on more complex systems administration challenges over time
Strong candidates may also
Be familiar with zero-trust security concepts and endpoint security tooling
Have experience with networking basics — DNS, DHCP, VPNs, networking fundamentals
Have contributed to IT projects beyond day-to-day support (migrations, tool rollouts, process redesigns)
Have experience using AI tools to improve personal or team productivity
Location
This role is based in our San Francisco, Seattle, New York or Washington DC office and there is a 4 day/week in office expectation.
What Makes This Role Unique
You'll be joining a high-impact IT team supporting some of the world's leading AI researchers and engineers. The pace is fast and you'll have real ownership over your work. This isn't a role where you follow rigid scripts — you'll be trusted to use your judgment, improve our processes, and grow with the team. Because we're scaling rapidly, you'll have meaningful opportunities to shape how IT operations work at Anthropic.
$180,000
—
$230,000 USD
