About Improvado
Improvado is an AI-powered marketing data platform built for mid-market and enterprise teams. We help companies automate complex marketing data workflows, unify data at scale, and surface insights through BI and AI. Brands like Genentech, T-Mobile, Activision, and H&R Block rely on us to simplify analytics and improve marketing performance.
We’re a fast-growing Series A startup backed by $34M in funding and driven by a team that moves fast, stays curious, and cares about high-quality execution.
About the Role
Improvado is hiring a Go-to-Market Engineer to build and run the engine that generates sales pipeline, then step into deals to help close them. You report directly to the VP of Sales.
You’ll build agentic go-to-market loops with the Improvado platform at their core, first for our own sales motion, then for our customers. Our GTM is the lab for what we sell, and you run it.
This is a team-of-one role with no SDR layer behind you. That means real ownership: you own outbound cadences, the data and tooling stack, and event follow-up. You work directly with the VP of Sales to design and run go-to-market experiments, on Improvado wherever possible, and you work alongside the demand generation team so outbound and advertising hit the same accounts and people. You identify which current customers to expand and with which products. And you are forward deployed: embedded with prospects and customers, building working use cases in their environment, and packaging the experiments that worked in-house into outcome-based projects Improvado sells.
It is a hybrid of growth operator, forward deployed builder, and revenue strategist. Most people come to this role strong in one or two of those areas, and we expect you to grow into the rest. If you have done two and are hungry for the third, keep reading.
Why you might love this job
Direct line to the VP of Sales: you design experiments together and see the results fast.
Your work moves pipeline every week, and nothing disappears into a process.
You build real, working things on a real platform, for us and for customers.
A clear path: become an Improvado expert who builds agentic GTM systems and delivers them to customers.
What You’ll Do
Outbound pipeline generation
Design, build, and run multi-channel outbound cadences (email, LinkedIn, phone) targeting enterprise marketing and data leaders and agency executives (agencies manage data for many brands at once, so one agency win can open several accounts)
Write and continuously test messaging, subject lines, and personalization at scale, including AI-assisted personalization
Own deliverability, sending infrastructure, and domain health
Sales and marketing alignment
Work with the demand generation team so outbound and advertising target the same accounts, personas, and buying committees, with one shared target account list
Build the operating rhythm between sales and marketing: shared definitions, a common view of account engagement, and a feedback loop from deals back into campaigns
Partner with marketing on content and offers; own the sourced-pipeline number on the outbound side
Go-to-market experimentation with the VP of Sales
Design and run go-to-market experiments with the VP of Sales: messaging by buyer persona, channels, offers, signals, and workflows, each with a hypothesis, a measurement, and a scale-or-kill decision
Run them on Improvado wherever possible, so our own go-to-market is the lab for what we sell
Maintain a messaging playbook per persona that outbound, advertising, and account executives all draw from, and share results with marketing on a regular cadence
Customer expansion
Analyze the customer base to identify which accounts we should be upselling and which Improvado products fit each
Build expansion plays with Customer Success and account executives, and run the outbound layer of those plays
Tooling and data
Own the go-to-market tech stack: sequencing, enrichment, intent data, CRM hygiene, and the integrations between them
Build and maintain target account lists and contact data with enrichment waterfalls and signal-based triggers
Automate the repetitive parts of prospecting so one person operates like a team
Event follow-up
Run pre-event targeting and outreach for conferences and field events
Convert attendees, booth visitors, and scanned leads into qualified meetings within days, not weeks
Forward deployed with prospects and customers
Learn the Improvado platform deeply: connectors, data models, the AI agent, and dashboards
Embed with prospects and customers on active opportunities and expansions to build working go-to-market and marketing-data use cases in their environment. Ship something they use, not a demo
Carry what you learn in customer environments back into our own experiments, outbound targeting, and messaging
Package and sell what works
Turn successful in-house experiments into packaged, outcome-based projects that Improvado sells to customers: the outcome, the data required, the build, and the delivery path
Help account executives position and scope those projects as part of the Improvado offer, and deliver the first ones yourself
Measurement
Track pipeline sourced and influenced by channel, cost per qualified meeting, and conversion through each stage
Share a short daily update with the VP of Sales (a quick async summary of numbers and learnings, not a long report) and stop what isn’t working quickly
Who You Are
4 or more years in a pipeline-generating or growth role at a B2B SaaS company: outbound, demand generation, growth, revenue operations, or forward deployed / implementation work, ideally more than one of these
You have personally built outbound cadences that booked meetings with enterprise buyers, and you can show the numbers
You have designed and run structured go-to-market experiments with a clear hypothesis and measurement, and you can tell the story of one that worked and one you killed
You have taken something that worked internally and turned it into something a customer paid for
You have worked across the sales and marketing boundary and know what it takes to get both teams targeting the same accounts
Technical enough to work with APIs, webhooks, SQL, and data pipelines, and to build on a data platform inside a customer’s environment
Fluent with AI tools for research, personalization, and automation, and interested in building agents, not just using them
Comfortable being a team of one: you set your own priorities, build your own systems, and do not wait for an SDR or an ops team
Strong writer. Your emails get replies
Curious about marketing data and analytics: you want to understand how a CMO measures performance, not just who to email (we’ll teach you the platform; the curiosity has to be yours)
Nice to have
Experience selling or marketing to agencies or enterprise marketing teams
Background in marketing analytics, ETL, data warehousing, or business intelligence
Forward-deployed, implementation, or professional services experience at a data or AI company
Experience with customer expansion or account-based programs
Hands-on experience building AI agents or automated workflows with LLMs
Experience running pre- and post-event programs for conferences
Early-stage startup experience, Series A to C
Don’t tick every box? Apply anyway. This role combines skills that rarely sit in one person, so we are looking for strong overlap, not a perfect match.
What We Offer
Compensation: OTE $156,000 – $216,000 USD per year.
Final offer depends on experience and skills.
Remote-first environment
Medical and dental benefits
401(k) plan
Unlimited PTO
Paid holidays

Account-Based Marketing · Healthcare SaaS · Senior Associate / AM band

Marketing

3–5 Years
LOCATION
Gurugram (Onsite)
SHIFT
UK (1:30–10:30)
Role Overview
Neolytix is a US-headquartered healthcare BPO/KPO serving 280+ healthcare organizations across RCM, Credentialing & Provider Enrollment, Medical Coding, Virtual Medical Assistants, and Payer Analytics, with delivery centers in Gurugram and Manila — including our proprietary InCredibly credentialing platform. We are transitioning from a services company to a Services-as-Software model.
The ABM Specialist / Assistant Manager owns Neolytix’s account-based marketing motion across 1:1 (strategic named accounts), 1:few (ICP segment clusters, e.g., rural hospital RCM), and 1:many (programmatic, intent-gated) tiers. You’ll build and run intent-driven account scoring, tiered engagement playbooks, and enrichment workflows in close partnership with Sales, Demand Generation, and Product Marketing — turning signal data into prioritized, sales-ready accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Account Segmentation & Tiering
Define and maintain target-account universes across all three ABM tiers — 1:1 strategic, 1:few ICP clusters, and 1:many programmatic segments.
Set tier-specific playbooks: bespoke for 1:1, shared with light personalization for 1:few, and rules-based programmatic for 1:many.
Intent Signal Monitoring & Scoring
Own recurring intent-signal ingestion (ZoomInfo intent, Apollo, Definitive Healthcare) and convert raw signals into scored account briefs (HOT/WARM/WATCH).
Track signal trends (warming/cooling accounts) and flag ICP-fit exceptions before accounts are actioned.
Maintain the state/tracking files and cadence that keep signal briefs current and non-duplicative day over day.
Enrichment & Data Hygiene
Run account and contact enrichment (Apollo, ZoomInfo) once accounts clear a signal threshold — firmographic and contact data complete before handoff.
Maintain clean handoff protocols to Sales — CRM record checks, email verification, title confirmation, and sequence-conflict checks — before enrollment.
Sales Alignment & Handoff
Deliver prioritized, tiered action lists to assigned AEs on a regular cadence; run structured syncs to confirm status, resolve ICP flags, and align on next-best-actions.
Maintain campaign-tagging discipline in HubSpot (lead source, ICP tier, campaign name) for attribution.
Campaign Design, Reporting & Collaboration
Build multi-channel engagement per tier — email, LinkedIn/paid social, direct mail, webinars, events — matched to 1:1, 1:few, or 1:many treatment; partner with Product Marketing on persona-specific messaging (CMO/COO).
Report pipeline influenced, account engagement, and signal-to-pipeline conversion to leadership monthly; run post-campaign reviews and a testing roadmap.
Act as the connective layer between Sales, Product Marketing, and Demand Generation for all account-based activity.
What You Bring
Must-Have
3–5 years of B2B marketing, with at least 2 years running ABM programs across 1:1, 1:few, and/or 1:many models.
Hands-on with intent data platforms and translating signals into sales-ready account lists.
A track record of partnering directly with Sales/AE teams on account strategy and handoff — not just campaign delivery.
Hands-on with intent/ABM platforms (ZoomInfo, Definitive Healthcare, Warmly, 6sense, Demandbase, or similar), enrichment (Apollo), and CRM/marketing automation (HubSpot).
Strong grasp of account scoring, tiering, and multi-touch campaign design; comfortable building signal-to-pipeline dashboards.
Proficiency in HubSpot, Salesforce (or equivalent CRM), and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Preferred
B2B SaaS or healthcare-technology marketing background.
Familiarity with the US healthcare provider landscape (hospitals, rural health systems, specialty practices, behavioral health); working knowledge of RCM, credentialing, or practice-management categories.
Familiarity with project-management tools (Asana, Notion, or Jira).
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Business, or a related field) is mandatory and must be completed — candidates currently pursuing or with an incomplete graduation are not eligible.
Communication:
Strong written and verbal English — able to run structured syncs with Sales stakeholders and present ABM performance to leadership.
Work mode & shift:
Onsite at Gurugram, full-time, UK shift (1:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST) & Should be flexible.
Notice period:
Immediate joiners or candidates on short notice preferred.
Why Join Neolytix
High-Visibility Pipeline Role
Drive pipeline across the full ABM tier structure, with direct exposure to Sales and Marketing leadership.

About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
About the Team
Our Infrastructure teams build the foundation that engineers at Wolt, Deliveroo, and DoorDash build on: the compute, cloud, and networking capabilities that enable Engineering teams to develop, deploy, and run services at global scale. The EU Compute team has a specific focus on provisioning, scaling, and the efficient operation of GPU infrastructure for AI and ML workloads. This is an emerging space with plenty of greenfield opportunities.
We're looking for a Staff Engineer to be a hands-on technical leader for this infrastructure work that crosses team and brand boundaries. You'll set direction for the platform, turn complex problems into deliverable plans, write and review production code, and help other engineers make sound decisions. It's an exciting time to join: we're building a global platform and the choices made now will shape how engineers across the company ship for years.
What you’ll be doing
You'll own some of the hardest infrastructure problems in the company and make the platform easier to operate and safer to build on. We’re determined to build great platform products and user experiences, and you’ll be pivotal in making this reality.
Day-to-day in this role you’ll:

Job Summary
The Bugcrowd RL and Reasoning Team focuses on pushing the boundaries of autonomous cybersecurity by building authentic, verifiable reinforcement learning environments for world-leading foundational AI companies. As a Reinforcement Learning Engineer specializing in Reinforcement Learning from Verifiable Rewards (RLVR), you will design and scale automated verification pipelines that transform real-world software vulnerabilities into deterministic reward functions. In this role, you will bridge the gap between low-level security analysis and modern LLM reasoning models, engineering environments where AI agents learn to discover, exploit, and remediate software vulnerabilities with mathematical certainty. Instead of relying on subjective human feedback, your work directly powers the rigorous, verifiable reward signals that teach next-generation frontier AI models how to master complex cybersecurity domain logic. You will work at the intersection of fuzzing, dynamic program analysis, system exploitation, and scalable ML infrastructure to shape the safety and offensive/defensive capabilities of future artificial intelligence.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Design, build, and deploy high-throughput RLVR (Reinforcement Learning from Verifiable Rewards) environments that evaluate LLM action sequences against deterministic execution outcomes.
Develop automated test harnesses, sandboxes, and verification engines that convert complex vulnerability research (e.g., memory corruption, web security, logic bugs) into binary pass/fail reward signals.
Integrate Bugcrowd’s Mayhem automated analysis platform and real-world vulnerability feeds into continuous, scalable RL environment generation pipelines.
Architect safe, isolated, and highly reproducible execution environments (using Docker, BuildKit, or Nix) capable of running thousands of simultaneous agent-driven exploitation and patching trajectories.
Collaborate directly with researchers at frontier AI labs including Anthropic, OpenAI, and Cohere to define standard benchmark formats, observation spaces, and verifiable evaluation metrics for cybersecurity tasks.
Implement precise telemetry, ground-truth verification algorithms, and trajectory logging to analyze agent reasoning paths and prevent reward hacking or false positives.
Build low-level instrumentation and debugging tools to monitor memory states, process executions, and network behaviors during agent interaction cycles.
Optimize infrastructure performance and environment reset latency to support massive-scale parallel sampling and distributed RL training workflows.
Benchmark and evaluate frontier AI model performance across diverse offensive and defensive security challenges, such as automated fuzzing, exploit payload generation, and patch validation.
Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Understanding of RL training workflows used by modern LLM systems, specifically execution-based feedback or Reinforcement Learning from Verifiable Rewards (RLVR).
Proficiency developing applications in Python and low-level systems programming in C, with Rust experience being a strong plus.
Solid understanding of software vulnerabilities, binary exploitation, fuzzing methodologies, or program analysis.
Experience with DevOps pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions), reproducible builds (Docker, BuildKit, Nix), and comfort working with Linux systems and low-level debugging.
Experience working with or building benchmark environments (e.g., CTFs, SWE-bench, security challenges, or execution sandboxes).
Preferred Experience
Experience designing custom reward functions, ground-truth verifiers, or automated grading engines for AI safety and reasoning models.
Background in low-level program analysis tools, sanitizers (e.g., ASan/MSan), compiler instrumentation, or automated exploit generation tools.
Proven track record of participating in or developing competitive cybersecurity benchmarks, CTFs, or open-source AI evaluation frameworks.

This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for people who love digging into hard problems with real diagnostic tools, who care about getting to the root cause rather than just clearing a queue, and who want their investigations to directly protect platform reliability for hundreds of thousands of healthcare workers and the facilities that depend on them.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Monitor escalation channels and the Technical Support queue in Zendesk, catching early signals of systemic problems before they reach customers
- Investigate complex product, platform, and data-layer issues using tools like Datadog, internal dashboards, and SQL, reproducing bugs and producing evidence-backed escalations to Engineering.
- Handle live incidents end-to-end, from detection to closure: React to an incident with urgency, coordinate across Support, Engineering, and Product, and keep stakeholders updated with clear, structured communication
- Implement fixes where appropriate, testing your changes before handing off to Engineering for final review and sign-off
- Perform Root Cause Analysis and post-incident reviews, translating each issue into learnings that reduce recurrence and improve monitoring
- Maintain operational workflows (geofence, facility quizzes, NFC) accurately and quickly while spotting trends for prevention
- Capture investigative learnings in clear troubleshooting guides and documentation, and submit structured proposals that turn recurring patterns into actionable improvements
- Uphold our values such as unreasonably fast, ownership, and uncomfortably high standards in every interaction
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Technical Fluency - You're comfortable investigating issues with observability tools (e.g., Datadog), writing SQL to interrogate data, and reasoning about APIs, backend configurations, and feature toggles. You can tell the difference between a UI, data, and code-level problem.
- Diagnostic Rigor - Every investigation you produce is thorough, evidence-based, and reproducible. You rule out config and data causes before escalating, and your write-ups are clear enough for another engineer to pick up without rework.
- End-to-End Ownership - You own problems from first report to confirmed resolution, including stakeholder updates and follow-through, with no gaps between hand-offs.
- Composure Under Pressure - You stay structured and calm during live incidents, balancing speed with accuracy and communicating clearly when stakes are high.
- Adaptability & Prioritization - You juggle structured work (incidents, bugs, workflows) with unplanned high-priority requests without letting SLAs slip.
- Systems & Prevention Thinking - You treat every issue as a chance to learn, identifying gaps in monitoring, tooling, or process and proposing fixes that prevent recurrence.
- Fluent, professional-level English communication, both written and verbal.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with observability and analytics tooling (Datadog, Sentry, Snowflake, or similar)
- Familiarity with SQL and reading application logs
- Background in technical support, SRE, incident response, or a related engineering-adjacent function
- Exposure to AI-assisted coding/agent tooling
- Experience in Ops, Support, or CX environments at scale

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic is an AI safety and research company working to build reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our customers and society as a whole. As an Enforcement Analyst focused on Agentic Alignment, you will play a crucial role in identifying and investigating harmful and unexpected behavior by models, and make enforcement decisions accordingly. You'll work closely with a suite of cross-functional teams, within and outside of Safeguards, including: Policy, Threat Intel, Engineering, Research, and Transparency. Your work will be essential in maintaining Anthropic's commitment to safe and beneficial AI as Claude takes on more autonomous work.
Important context for this role: In this position you may be exposed to and engage with explicit content spanning a range of topics, including those of a sexual, violent, or psychologically disturbing nature. There is also an on-call responsibility across the Policy and Enforcement teams.
Key responsibilities
Review and investigate potential instances of Agentic Misalignment, working from transcripts, tool-use traces, and code
Triage cases by severity and urgency and share through the appropriate channels
Help operationalize review pipelines for agentic cases, translating leads from detection outputs and investigations into structured review workflows that scale
Make enforcement decisions under the Usage Policy, applying it consistently to novel agentic scenarios and across surfaces, and documenting the reasoning behind each decision
Assess cyber-related agentic activity, such as scanning, exploitation attempts, credential misuse or malicious code to determine its real-world harm potential
Write clear, well-evidenced case write-ups for audiences ranging from enforcement peers to senior leadership
Identify patterns and trends across cases, and close the loop between enforcement outcomes and upstream improvements by feeding findings back to policy, detection and research teams to improve policies, classifiers and model behavior
Maintain rigorous documentation of enforcement decisions, review logic and precedents to build institutional knowledge
Collaborate with Threat Intelligence, Research, Engineering and Policy partners so that detection coverage keeps pace with how agentic misuse and misaligned behavior evolve
Use AI systems, including Claude, to accelerate your own investigations: summarizing long transcripts, analyzing code, querying data and building lightweight tooling
Contribute to regular reports on agentic harm trends and enforcement outcomes
Minimum qualifications
Can read and understand code (for example Python, JavaScript or shell scripts) well enough to follow what happened and why it matters
Have a background in security, cyber threat intelligence, or a similar technical field that lets you understand how cyber harm happens and judge its severity
Have experience in trust and safety, enforcement, investigations or a related field, translating ambiguous policy questions and facts into defensible enforcement decisions and clear written findings
Have conducted structured investigations, building a case from first signal to final finding and knowing when the evidence is strong enough to act on
Have supported or contributed to formal enforcement actions, including case documentation, evidence packaging and escalation coordination
Write clearly and concisely, and can present complex findings to stakeholders across Legal, Policy and Engineering, including non-technical audiences
Have sound judgment about when a case needs escalation, and the resilience to work with difficult content
Preferred qualifications
Have demonstrated use of AI systems to accelerate your own work, and are excited to keep finding new ways to do so
Are comfortable working with large volumes of data, from long transcripts, logs and traces to complex, multi-table datasets, and surfacing the behavioral patterns that matter
Are curious about how AI agents behave, and enjoy investigating behavior no one has categorized before, building approaches where established playbooks don’t exist
Have familiarity with AI safety and alignment, and current debates about the risks of increasingly autonomous AI systems

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Who We Are
We come for the impact, and stay for the culture! We’re a talented, opinionated, passionate, fiercely inclusive, and responsible group of bees. We have conviction and we strive to live
our values
every day. We want our people to do what they truly love amongst a team of highly talented (but humble) peers.
How We Work
We are a fully distributed company, which means we believe it is not where you sit, but how you deliver that matters most. We invest in our people and care about how you orient to our culture and processes. At the same time we imbue a lot of trust, autonomy, and accountability from Day 1. #LI-Remote
Little more about the team:
You'll be the product manager for our Canvas and Agentic AI teams - the teams building Honeycomb's AI-powered investigation experience. Canvas lets engineers use natural language to query, visualize, and understand their production systems. We're pushing well past chat: we're building Skills (pre-configured workflows that encode domain expertise into repeatable, executable actions), Auto-Investigations (agent-driven investigations that kick off before a human gets paged), and a rearchitected Canvas that's both interactive and collaborative.
You'll work in a tight triad with engineering and design leads, owning the roadmap for how AI shows up in Honeycomb, from the product UI to our MCP server. You'll partner with our Director of AI Strategy, Research & Development teams, and our customer-facing teams to stay grounded in what customers actually need while pushing toward something meaningfully different from what exists today.
This is a role for someone who can hold both execution and ambiguity: shipping production features while navigating a product space where the right answers are still emerging.
What you’ll do in the role:
Define AI product strategy in service of Honeycomb's vision
Synthesize AI trends, customer needs, and technical capabilities into clear strategic recommendations
Help the product organization understand where and how AI creates genuine customer value vs. where it's hype
Identify emerging observability challenges created by AI adoption (e.g., LLM drift, prompt regression, low-context generated code)

Evangelize the AI-observability connection
Articulate Honeycomb's point of view on AI observability both internally and externally
Help customers understand how observability needs evolve as they adopt AI
Contribute to thought leadership through writing, speaking, and community engagement
Build credibility with technical audiences who care deeply about how we use AI, not just that we use it
What you’ll bring to the role:
Proven AI product experience
5+ years in product management with at least 1+ year shipping AI/ML-powered products
Track record of taking AI features from concept to customer impact, including things that didn't work
Deep understanding of how engineering teams actually build, deploy, and operate AI systems (not just theoretical knowledge)
Familiarity with current AI/ML techniques and the judgment to know when they're applicable vs. overhyped
Strategic thinking with customer empathy
Ability to synthesize disparate signals (research, customer feedback, technical trends) into coherent strategy
Comfort operating with ambiguity and making decisions without perfect information
Pattern recognition across conversations—spotting what customers aren't yet saying clearly
Strong judgment about when to say "no" or "not yet" despite exciting technology
Technical credibility without needing to be the expert
Enough technical depth to have earned respect from engineers and architects
Genuine curiosity about how things work, paired with humility about what you don't know
Ability to evaluate trade-offs between different AI approaches (RAG vs. fine-tuning, model selection, etc.)
Understanding of observability principles and why they matter in production systems
Communication and collaboration skills
Excellent written and verbal communication—can explain complex ideas clearly to varied audiences
Ability to influence without authority across product, engineering, and go-to-market teams
Comfort presenting to customers, executives, and technical audiences
Collaborative mindset that elevates others' work rather than centralizing control
Curiosity and learning orientation
Demonstrated ability to stay current in fast-moving domains (AI is evolving weekly, not yearly)
Intellectual humility—you're more interested in learning than being right
Excitement about the intersection of AI technology and real customer problems
Energized rather than exhausted by the pace of change in AI
Base Salary based on level of experience
$272,739
—
$320,829 CAD
What you'll get when you join the Hive:
A stake in our success - generous equity with employee-friendly stock program
It’s not about how strong of a negotiator you are - our pay is based on transparent levels relative to experience
Time to recharge with unlimited PTO
A distributed-first mindset and culture (really!)
Home office, co-working, and internet stipend
Full benefits coverage for employees, with additional coverage available for dependents
Up to 16 weeks of paid parental leave, regardless of path to parenthood
Annual development allowance
And much more...

- Strong internal collaborator. You know how to consume global messaging, identify where it needs to flex for the region, and work cross-functionally to get it right
- Excellent communicator in English; additional European language proficiency a plus
- High ownership, strong judgment, and the ability to own your domain as a P3 individual contributor.
Bonus tacos if you have
- (Tacos? If you need an ice-breaker, ask how we say thanks by giving tacos!)
- Background in B2B SaaS, enabling enterprise sales teams
- Experience enabling sellers in a developer tools, infrastructure, or platform engineering context
- Familiarity with various sales platforms (Highspot, Nooks, LetterAI)
- Experience supporting partner or channel sales motions
- Prior experience as a first or early enablement hire in a region
