You will lead high-impact incidents and investigations, drive continuous improvements in defense, detection and response capabilities, and help scale security operations through automation and intelligent workflows.

Prepare clear executive communications that keep stakeholders informed during incidents
Investigate complex security incidents across cloud environments, applying strong Digital Forensics and Incident Response (DFIR) methodologies
Partnering with Signals Engineering to design and implement detection capabilities, including SIEM use cases, alerting strategies, and telemetry pipelines
Build and enhance automation and AI-assisted workflows to improve triage, investigation speed, and response consistency
Partner with Threat Intelligence to contextualize threats and improve detection coverage
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and lead post-incident reviews to drive continuous improvement and risk reduction
Develop and maintain runbooks, playbooks, and operational documentation
Collaborate cross-functionally (Engineering, Infrastructure, Legal, Product, Communications, etc) during incidents and lead proactive initiatives (e.g. tabletops)
Mentor other engineers and help elevate the team’s overall incident response maturity
What you’ll bring
Strong experience in security incident response and investigations in cloud-first environments
Experience using or administering Git/GitLab in a security or engineering context
Hands-on experience with SIEM, EDR, and/or detection engineering
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS & GCP)
Familiarity with threat intelligence and adversary tactics (e.g., MITRE ATT&CK)
Experience building or working with automation (e.g., Python, scripting, SOAR platforms)
Interest or experience in applying AI/ML or data-driven techniques to detection, triage, or response workflows
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to operate effectively during high-severity incidents
Excellent written communication skills with a passion for clear, actionable documentation
Growth mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating security risks

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role
We are looking for an Incident Response Manager to serve as the operational backbone of how Anthropic handles incidents. When things go wrong, you are the person who makes sure the right people are in the room, the right information is flowing, and nothing falls through the cracks.
The right person for this role brings structure and rigor to high-volume, high-stakes situations without waiting for a playbook to be handed to them. You will work across engineering, product, security, legal, go-to-market, and leadership to ensure Anthropic responds to incidents with speed, clarity, and accountability. This is not a role where you follow existing runbooks; it is a role where you write them, and where you operate effectively even when the runbook does not yet exist.
Responsibilities
Build the incident response management function, establishing the processes, tooling, and operational standards that define how we handle incidents at scale
Serve as an on-call incident commander, driving coordinated response across technical and non-technical stakeholders during incidents of varying severity, including managing multiple active incidents simultaneously
Engage the right people at the right time, with a strong sense of urgency, bringing order and direction to fast-moving, ambiguous situations
Own incident communications end-to-end, from real-time internal coordination to external channels like status pages, direct customer outreach, and stakeholder updates, ensuring they reflect Anthropic's commitments to safety, transparency, and accuracy
Participate in blameless incident reviews, contributing operational context and helping drive follow-through on critical remediations so the same class of incident does not recur
Partner with engineering teams to develop and maintain incident response policies, procedures, and escalation frameworks that scale with Anthropic's growth
Partner with engineering, product, security, legal, and go-to-market teams to continuously improve how the organization detects, responds to, and learns from incidents
You May Be a Good Fit If You
Have 5+ years of experience in incident management, with direct experience managing technical product or infrastructure incidents (not exclusively security or trust and safety)
Have built or significantly shaped an incident response program, ideally at a high-growth startup or in an environment where you had to create structure rather than inherit it
Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and urgency, with the ability to operate independently and make sound decisions under pressure without waiting for direction
Are comfortable working in unprecedented situations where processes are still being defined and guidance may be incomplete or conflicting, leaving things better than you found them
Have a track record of effective cross-functional collaboration, particularly with engineering, security, legal, communications, go-to-market, and executive leadership
Bring a blameless, learning-oriented mindset to incident reviews, focused on systemic improvement rather than individual fault
Have experience with cloud infrastructure incidents and enough technical depth across the stack to engage meaningfully with engineering teams during response, including comfort navigating distributed systems, monitoring tools, and logs
Are analytically minded, with experience using data (incident metrics, queries, trend analysis) to inform decisions during response and to drive operational improvements over time
Communicate clearly and calmly under pressure, both in real-time coordination and in post-incident written communications
Thrive in high-volume, fast-paced environments and are energized by bringing operational discipline to complex, evolving situations
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$290,000
—
$365,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

We’re on the hunt for a Cybersecurity Incident Response Specialist with the curiosity of a detective, the calm of a bomb disposal expert, and the analytical instincts of someone who enjoys untangling the world’s messiest PowerShell scripts. You’ll be joining the NetWitness Incident Response team in Saudi Arabia, working alongside a group of battle-tested DFIR professionals who thrive on turning chaos into clarity.
You’ll investigate security incidents, perform digital forensics, analyze malware, and help organizations recover from the kind of problems that usually start with, "We just saw some unusual network traffic..."
If you enjoy pulling threads to find out what really happened, and you’ve ever taken apart malware “just to see what makes it tick,” you’ll fit right in.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct cyber incident investigations and digital forensic analysis (sans drama, but with precision).
Perform malware triage, memory forensics, and compromise assessments.
Document findings clearly enough that even your non-technical colleagues will think you’re a wizard.
Work with global NetWitness IR experts to respond to complex attacks and improve detection.
Share knowledge, challenge hypotheses, and occasionally utter phrases like “It depends” with confidence.
Requirements
At least 5 years of solid, hands-on experience in cybersecurity.
Minimum 2 years of direct involvement in incident response, digital forensics, or malware analysis.
Alternatively, visible public research or open-source projects in DFIR or malware analysis are perfectly acceptable — we value results over titles.
Strong technical foundation in Windows, Linux, and network investigations.
Comfortable using tools like NetWitness, Volatility, Velociraptor, or your own custom scripts.
Scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, or Bash – bonus points if you’ve written something that made your teammates both grateful and slightly afraid.
SANS certifications (GCFA, GREM, GNFA, GCFE, etc.) are definite pluses, as is a calm demeanor during incidents that make others panic.
Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is a welcome advantage.
Benefits
Work with some of the brightest minds in digital forensics and incident response.
Get hands-on with major cybersecurity incidents while using serious tooling (and a healthy dose of wit).
Be part of a team that values curiosity, professional rigor, and the occasional well-timed sarcastic observation.
Continual learning and growth opportunities through global collaboration and SANS-aligned training.
If this sounds like your sort of challenge — and you’ve been known to say “I’ll just have a quick look at that memory dump” moments before losing three hours — we’d quite like to hear from you.

About Teleport
Don't wait for the future of infrastructure. Be part of it.
Teleport is the AI Infrastructure Identity Company. We're solving one of the hardest problems in security: giving every human, machine, workload, and AI agent a cryptographically secured identity, improving engineering velocity while maintaining security. We make trusted computing simple. This gives you the freedom, power, and autonomy to build and innovate with confidence.
Remote-first and globally distributed, we work with companies like Nasdaq, DoorDash, and Elastic to secure infrastructure for an AI world.
As a member of the Teleport Customer Solutions Team, you will own the full post-sales lifecycle for a portfolio of strategic customers: implementation, technical support, ongoing business reviews, and identifying expansion opportunities. You will be responsible for implementing, supporting, evangelizing, and expanding Teleport at our top customers, and dedicated to proactively driving adoption so that they achieve the maximum value from all Teleport products and solutions.
This is a deeply technical role. Many of our customers run Teleport on Kubernetes, and you will be expected to operate comfortably at the cluster level: designing and deploying Teleport in customer environments, troubleshooting failing workloads, and debugging access, networking, and certificate issues alongside customer engineers.
You will work directly with customers to design solution architecture, deploy and configure Teleport hands-on, share implementation best practices, triage and debug technical issues, develop and maintain training programs, evangelize the solution to a wider customer organization, and plan and assist with enterprise-wide rollouts. You will act as a customer champion within Teleport and help prioritize product feedback by working with the Product team. As a Senior Technical Account Manager, you will be the primary lead for identifying and providing initial triage of technical blockers via shared chat, ticket, and meetings.
As our company grows and we launch new offerings, the requirements of this position may shift. You should be comfortable with change and have an interest in continually learning and advancing your skillset.
What you’ll bring
- Deep, hands-on Kubernetes experience. You have built clusters with kubeadm (not just managed services), configured RBAC and certificate-based user access, and debugged failing workloads, networking, and control-plane issues. CKA certification is strongly preferred; CKAD is a plus.
- Experience with cert-manager and TLS certificate management, Helm, and GitOps tooling (ArgoCD or Flux)
- Demonstrable experience with the following security principles and technologies: SSH, PKI, 2FA, SSO (SAML, OIDC), and RBAC
- Linux administration skills
- Hands-on experience with one of the major public cloud providers: AWS, GCP, or Azure (certifications are a plus)
- 8+ years of experience in customer-facing software onboarding, software services, solution architecting, or system administration roles
- Exceptional hands-on troubleshooting, testing, and debugging skills, with the tenacity to identify and resolve technical issues as they arise
- Outstanding soft skills and excellent verbal and written communication
- Project management experience and the ability to handle multiple clients simultaneously
What you’ll be doing
- Design solution architecture for Teleport in customer environments
- Deploy and configure Teleport in customer environments, including Kubernetes-based deployments, and communicate implementation best practices to the customer
- Act as the point person for technical issues, troubleshooting Kubernetes-based customer environments (cluster, networking, certificate, and access issues) and escalating high-complexity cases to Engineering
- Work closely with Sales and Product to identify customer needs tied to tangible upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Plan and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews for customers, drive adoption within the customer organization, and plan and assist with enterprise-wide rollouts of Teleport
- Develop, maintain, and deliver customized training, and evangelize the solution to a wider customer organization
- Maintain strong working relationships with key client stakeholders and expand those relationships into other parts of the organization
- Document each customer’s business goals and challenges to align Teleport with the most value possible
- Serve as a subject matter expert on existing and upcoming Teleport solutions for customers and teammates, staying up to date on the latest releases
- Collaborate with Sales and Product to provide valuable feedback for product improvement
- Support our broader customer base seeking new solutions and best practice recommendations
Our interview process
Our interview process includes a hands-on technical assessment. You will build a kubeadm Kubernetes cluster, configure RBAC with certificate-based user access, deploy an application, present your design and its tradeoffs, and work through live Kubernetes troubleshooting scenarios. Candidates should be comfortable operating Kubernetes at this level without relying on managed-service abstractions. You are welcome to use AI tools for the take-home portion, with full disclosure of how they were used.
Why Teleport
You're joining a company where the problem is real, the team is small, and your work shows up directly in the product. We're not a big company, you won't get lost in a crowd. You'll have the freedom and autonomy to do what you're great at, alongside teammates who care about doing it right and want to see you succeed. The work is collaborative, there's real room to grow, and the mission is one worth showing up for.
Remote-first and globally distributed, we're genuinely passionate about what we're building.
The Benefits
At Teleport, we believe your career is more important than a list of perks. That's why we focus on making your day-to-day the best it can be — giving you the autonomy, access, and support to do the best work of your career.
- Extensive health coverage
- Annual expense budget
- Rest and recovery policies that maximize your ability to recharge
- Investment in your future with retirement savings plans
- Professional development opportunities
Teleport is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate against any employee or applicant on the basis of age, color, disability, gender, national origin, race, religion, sexual orientation, veteran status, or any classifications protected by federal, state, or local law.

Who We Are
OKX is one of the world's leading crypto platforms — a regulated exchange, a self-custody wallet, and a growing ecosystem of decentralized applications used by millions globally. We move fast, ship constantly, and operate across trading, DeFi, payments, and social products — each with distinct users and design challenges.
Our design organization is in the middle of a meaningful transformation: raising craft standards, building tighter brand-to-product coherence, and embedding AI into how we work. We're backed by our core principles — We Before Me, Do the Right Thing, and Get Things Done — and we take those seriously in how we hire, build, and ship.
About the Opportunity
This is a hybrid onsite position. Candidates must be in the Bay Area, CA.
We’re looking for a Senior Visual Designer to join the Visual System Team, the team responsible for how OKX looks and feels across every product surface, including mobile and web. You’ll work at the intersection of brand expression and product design, crafting the visual layer that makes OKX products feel distinctive, coherent, and trusted.
This isn’t a role where you receive a finalized wireframe and simply apply a visual layer. You’ll be involved early, shaping how features are visually conceived, how brand moments are integrated into product flows, and how visual systems scale across an ecosystem of products used by millions.
You’ll work within OKX’s Visual Systems infrastructure alongside the Design System and Content System teams, contributing to scalable visual frameworks including illustration guidelines, motion principles, iconography standards, and brand-in-product patterns that raise quality across the entire product.
What You'll Be Doing
Design product visual experiences.
Create high-quality visual and UI designs for OKX products across trading, wallet, payments, and social features. Own the visual execution of key product surfaces, from concept through to pixel-perfect delivery. Balance beauty with clarity in a domain where trust and usability are non-negotiable.
Contribute to visual systems.
Work within and contribute to OKX’s visual systems, including shared illustration styles, motion tokens, color systems, iconography, layout patterns, UI components, and design tokens. Your work should strengthen the system, not create one-off exceptions. Think in terms of reusable, scalable assets and patterns, not just individual
Bridge brand and product.
Translate brand direction into in-product visual experiences. Work with the Brand Design team to ensure that visual identity is consistent from marketing to core product, while adapting it thoughtfully to product goals, user needs, and performance metrics. You’ll help create room for the product’s own visual expression without going off-brand.
Design product campaigns and key moments.
Create engaging visual experiences for in-product campaigns, launches, and feature moments. These should feel distinctive and expressive while remaining native to the product experience and aligned with the broader brand.
Use AI tools in your design workflow.
Actively integrate AI into your daily practice using generative tools for ideation, exploration, variation, prototyping, and asset production. You’re expected to experiment with AI-assisted workflows and bring what works back to the team. This is a core part of how we work, not an optional extra.
Collaborate cross-functionally.
Partner with product designers, engineers, and product managers to ensure visual design decisions are grounded in user needs and technically feasible. Participate in design reviews, give and receive critique constructively, and communicate your rationale clearly.
Pitch and present.
Propose creative concepts to team leads and stakeholders. Articulate the reasoning behind visual choices, not just what you designed, but why it is the right solution for the user and the brand.
What We Look For In You
4–6 years of experience in visual design, UI design, a digital-focused role within a brand team, or a related discipline, with a portfolio demonstrating strong craft, modern taste, and attention to detail.
Experience taking product experiences from wireframes to polished, production-ready UI. You understand how visual design supports usability, hierarchy, trust, product goals, and measurable outcomes, not just aesthetics.
Strong UI and digital design fundamentals across product, responsive web, and mobile experiences. Mobile-first experience is essential.
Exceptional visual craft across typography, color, composition, layout, interaction, and detail. You have a clear point of view, make thoughtful design decisions, and care about the polish that separates good from great.
Experience creating or contributing to scalable design systems. You understand tokens, components, patterns, and how to create a coherent visual language across a product.
Comfortable working at the intersection of brand and product. You can translate brand direction into product experiences that meet user and business needs while leaving room for distinctive product expression.
AI-forward in your practice. You actively use generative tools for ideation, exploration, prototyping, and production, and are excited to experiment with new workflows. You use AI with strong creative judgment, refining outputs rather than relying on unedited generated assets, and look for ways to make visual work more scalable.
A clear, collaborative communicator who can articulate design rationale and work effectively with product designers, engineers, product managers, and Brand Design.
Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools, with the ability to communicate interaction and motion intent through high-fidelity prototypes.
Experience creating light animation is a strong plus. Experience with 3D software or a genuine willingness to learn is also highly valued.
What Sets You Apart
Experience designing for fintech, crypto, or trading platforms — you understand the visual language of trust, precision, and data density.
Strong visual. illustration and interaction idea skills — you can create original visual assets, not just compose them.
An exceptional eye for layout, composition, and hierarchy. You can turn ideas into clear, high-quality visual solutions quickly and decisively.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, balancing speed with a high bar for craft and attention to detail.
Experience working with globally distributed teams across offices and time zones.
Familiarity with how visual design integrates with front-end implementation. You understand CSS, design tokens, and component architecture well enough to collaborate effectively with engineers.
