Job Summary:
As Director of Product Marketing, you will shape product positioning, launch, and growth in the US, UK, and EMEA markets. Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day legal support across corporate, commercial, payments, and regulatory matters for an international iGaming business.
- Support the incorporation, administration, restructuring, and ongoing maintenance of legal entities across multiple jurisdictions.
- Prepare and maintain corporate documentation, including resolutions, powers of attorney, and statutory records.
