BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
We're looking for a Sr. Data Analyst, Compliance to join our team remotely! The primary goal of this role is to elevate decision-making by uncovering emerging trends and root causes, and by driving insights and actions that provide full visibility into business performance and operational efficiency.
Beyond technical expertise, success in this role depends on being a true business partner who combines data-driven insights with strategic thinking to deliver actionable recommendations, guide decision-making, and drive measurable impact across the organization.
In this role, you'll own end-to-end data management, from building and maintaining datasets and pipelines to designing dashboards and delivering insights for the Compliance team. A core part of this role is owning the logic and rule-setting behind transaction monitoring across deposits and withdrawals. You'll also contribute to experimentation infrastructure, laying the groundwork for future ML and intelligence initiatives.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Own the logic and rule-setting behind transaction monitoring across deposits and withdrawals, partnering closely with Compliance to study patterns and refine detection logic
- Translate compliance requirements into production detection logic, preserving correctness across alert eligibility, thresholds, customer segmentation, date windows, and deduplication
- Develop and maintain Python and SQL pipelines for transaction data preparation, feature engineering, and detection workflows
- Evaluate detection rules and analytical models across coverage, alert quality, threshold sensitivity, and the impact of proposed changes
- Design reproducible evaluations on historical data that account for limited labels, class imbalance, and shifts in customer behaviour over time
- Own testing, deployment, scheduling, monitoring, and operational support for detection workflows, including investigating data quality issues, pipeline failures, and unexpected changes in detection results
- Execute historical backfills with clear validation and traceability, and maintain reliable downstream alert delivery and integrations with compliance systems
- Be at the forefront of data innovation by experimenting, testing hypotheses, and translating insights into action, while incorporating software engineering best practices into pipelines and dashboards.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 7+ years of experience in data analysis, data science, and data management within the fintech, crypto, financial services, or gambling industry, gained in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Experience working with compliance, fraud, funding, finance, and customer support teams and analyzing large datasets, engineering features, and applying statistical methods to practical business problems
- Strong Python and SQL skills, with experience building and supporting production data or analytical systems
- Hands-on experience using dbt or similar tooling to model and organize high-fidelity data for reporting and decision-making
- Experience setting up and managing data pipelines with a strong understanding of workflow orchestration, plus strong software engineering practices including version control, automated testing, code review, and CI/CD
- Solid statistical foundation; ML exposure is a strong plus
- Proficiency with BI and data visualization tools (e.g., Hex, Tableau, Power BI, or similar) to build executive-facing dashboards
- Ability to investigate production issues independently and communicate technical findings and uncertainty to non-technical stakeholders
- You believe wholeheartedly in the values outlined in Kraken's Tentaclements document
- A degree in a field emphasizing analytical rigor, such as analytics, software engineering, statistics, or economics
- Based in Canada, the US, or Brazil, and fluent in English
NICE TO HAVES
- Fraud detection, AML, anomaly detection, or other risk applications
- Experience with Athena, Trino, Kafka, and Kubernetes alongside the core Airflow/dbt/S3 stack
- Transaction pattern analysis, customer segmentation, and detection threshold tuning
- Developing or productionising machine learning models, including experiment tracking and performance monitoring
- Working with sparse or delayed feedback from investigations to evaluate and improve detection
- Explainability, auditability, and change control in regulated environments
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
OUR COMMITMENT
Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.
We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. These assessments evaluate competencies relevant to the role and are applied consistently across candidates for similar positions. Results are considered alongside experience and interviews, and are not the sole basis for any employment decision.

At Kraken, compliance is not a checkbox. It's a core expression of who we are and how we operate. Our Global Sanctions Compliance function sits at the intersection of regulatory accountability and technology, building processes that don't just meet the standard but set it. We're looking for people who bring both sharp regulatory judgment and a builder's mindset to the table.
We're looking for a Sr. Compliance Associate Lead, Sanctions Operations to join us fully remote. This role reports directly to Kraken's Chief Sanctions Officer and sits at the heart of how we review, escalate and resolve sanctions risk across Kraken's global footprint. You'll work the escalations generated by our sanctions controls and by our first line of defence, focusing on the complex sanctions risks that matter most, and you'll help us make the operation faster and more scalable as volumes grow.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Perform sanctions reviews in response to escalations generated across Kraken, from blockchain monitoring, name screening and transaction screening to anti-circumvention controls and account sign-up and maintenance rules
- Review name screening alerts and transaction screening alerts escalated to the Sanctions team, applying sound judgment to resolve them accurately and on time
- Review blockchain monitoring alerts for direct and indirect sanctions exposure.
- Analyse Kraken accounts for potential sanctions circumvention risk
- Review account opening documentation escalated by Kraken's first line of defence (1LOD).
- Review large data sets to support proactive and ad-hoc risk analyses
- Communicate with Regional Compliance Officers and other Compliance teams, ensuring regional perspectives are reflected while maintaining sanctions programme integrity
- Coordinate with teammates to establish streamlined processes, using automation and AI-assisted tools where they make the work faster and better, with appropriate human oversight
- Prepare regulatory reports in response to investigations as needed
- Prepare and deliver presentations as needed
WHAT YOU BRING
- 5+ years of experience in compliance, sanctions or financial crime compliance, including hands-on sanctions investigations, ideally gained within financial services such as banking, crypto or fintech
- Working knowledge of the major sanctions regimes: US OFAC, EU, UK and UN programmes.
- Experience writing sanctions reviews or investigation narratives
- Strong analytical and writing skills, sound judgment, and a detail-oriented, problem-solving approach
- Knowledge of crypto, banking or payment processes, procedures and systems
- Experience working with case management systems such as Hummingbird, Zendesk or equivalent
- Hands-on experience using automation and AI tools, such as Claude or ChatGPT, to make the team faster and the work better
- Effective verbal and written communication, with the ability to convey complex issues and manage stakeholders across global and regional compliance partners
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across functions
- Ownership of your work product, and a record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment
- High degree of integrity, discretion and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
NICE TO HAVES
- ACAMS (CAMS) or ACSS sanctions certification
- Prior regulatory experience or blockchain analytics vendor experience, such as attributing sanctions risk
- Experience supporting regulatory exams, audits or enforcement-related inquiries
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.

1Password is growing. We’ve surpassed $500M in ARR and we’re continuing to accelerate, earning a spot on the Forbes Cloud 100 for four years in a row and teaming up with iconic partners like Oracle Red Bull Racing.
About 1Password
At 1Password, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted. We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human-centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience. Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work.
If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
As part of the SaaS Manager https://1password.com/product/saas-manager team, you'll be building the platform that IT and Security teams rely on to discover, govern, and optimize their AI and SaaS ecosystems (work that just earned 1Password recognition as a Leader in the 2026 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for SaaS Management Platforms). You'll work on real problems: uncontrolled AI spend, shadow IT, SaaS sprawl, and the complex access lifecycles that come with it. Following 1Password's acquisition of Trelica in early 2025 https://blog.1password.com/1password-acquires-trelica/, you'll join a collaborative team with a startup mindset backed by the resources and mission of one of the most trusted names in security. As we scale the platform to meet our enterprise-scale ambitions, you'll help shape not just what we build, but how we build it.
We are looking for an Intermediate Developer who is energized by doing meaningful work, growing fast, and building great software alongside great humans. This is a role for someone with a solid technical foundation who knows how they learn, takes real ownership of their work, and is ready to make an impact from day one.
How we’re using AI today
Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
What we're looking for:
- You have 2–4 years of professional software development experience with some knowledge of .NET/C# and exposure to MongoDB or a comparable document database
- You know how you learn, and you learn quickly: you're comfortable picking up new concepts, technologies, and codebases, and you don't need everything handed to you before you can get started
- You take real ownership of your assigned work: you follow through, flag problems early, and hold a high bar for what "done" means
- You write clean, well-tested, well-documented code and you understand why those things matter in a production environment
- You're a strong collaborator: you communicate clearly, ask good questions, and work well with teammates across engineering, product, and design
- You're curious about how agentic AI tools fit into your own development workflow and you use them thoughtfully
- You're proactive by nature: you look for opportunities to improve the codebase or the team's processes and you surface them, even when you haven't been asked
Bonus points for:
- Comfort across a wide range of technical stacks (.NET/C#, MongoDB, Go, Rust, TypeScript, React, and others); you evaluate technology on its merits for the problem at hand, not personal preference, and you pick up new languages quickly
What you can expect:
- Deliver features and improvements on the SaaS Manager platform
- Take end-to-end ownership of well-defined features from initial development through production
- Participate actively in code reviews, giving and receiving thoughtful feedback, and use both as opportunities to grow your technical judgment
- Write meaningful tests and clear documentation as part of your regular workflow, not as an afterthought
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to understand the customer problems behind your work and advocate for good outcomes within your scope
- Surface blockers and open questions early, keeping yourself and your teammates unblocked and the work moving forward
USA-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $123,000 USD and $172,000 USD, plus immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
Canada-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $111,000 CAD and $155,000 CAD, plus immediate participation in 1Password’s generous benefits program (health, dental, RRSP and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
At 1Password, we approach each individual's compensation with a promise of fair market value and internal equity commensurate with experience and specific skill set.
This posting is for an existing vacancy.
Our culture
At 1Password, we prioritize collaboration, clear and transparent communication, receptiveness to feedback, and alignment with our core values: keep it simple, lead with honesty, and put people first.
You’ll be part of a team that challenges the status quo, and is excited to experiment and iterate in search of the best solution. That said, 1Password is not for everyone https://blog.1password.com/inside-the-culture-powering-1passwords-next-chapter/. Our work is demanding, we strive for excellence, and the pace is fast. We need people who are keen to take on challenging problems, who seek feedback to grow, and who are driven to make an impact. If you're looking for a place where you can settle into a comfortable routine, this might not be the right fit for you. We’re looking for individuals who are proven experts in their fields, as well as those who are highly adaptable, can thrive in ambiguity and through change, are curious, and above all deliver results.
How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process. To us, this means we do ask that you join live interviews without using AI tools so we can get to know how you communicate, solve problems, and collaborate with others.
Our approach to remote work
We believe in the power of remote work, but recognize that in-person connection is important to help us achieve our mission. While we are a remote-first company, travel for in-person engagement is a part of almost all roles, and we require our employees to be ready and willing to take part. Frequency will depend on role and responsibilities, and may include, but is not limited to: annual department-wide offsites, team meetings, and customer/industry events.
What we offer
We believe in working hard, and rewarding that hard work through our benefits. While not an exhaustive list, here is a glance at what we currently offer:
Health and wellbeing
👶 Maternity and parental leave top-up programs
🩺 Competitive health benefits
🏝 Generous PTO policy

📈 RSU program for most employees
💸 Retirement matching program

🤝 Paid volunteer days
🏆 Peer-to-peer recognition through Bonusly
🌎 Remote-first work environment
*Some roles in our GTM team are currently being hired for in-person hybrid work in Toronto and Austin. These roles will specify on the posting.
You belong here.
1Password is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to fostering an inclusive, diverse and equitable workplace that is built on trust, support and respect. We welcome all individuals and do not discriminate on the basis of gender identity and expression, race, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, colour, religion, creed, gender, national origin, age, marital status, pregnancy, sex, citizenship, education, languages spoken or veteran status. Be yourself, find your people and share the things you love.
Accommodation is available upon request at any point during our recruitment process. If you require an accommodation, please speak to your talent acquisition partner or email us at nextbit@agilebits.com and we’ll work to meet your needs.
Remote work is a part of our DNA. Given that our company was founded remotely in 2005, we can safely say we're experts at building remote culture. That said, remote work at 1Password does mean working from your home country. If you've got questions or concerns about this, your talent partner would be happy to address them with you.
Successful applicants will be required to complete a background check that may consist of prior employment verification, reference checks, education confirmation, criminal background, publicly available social media, credit history, or other information, as permitted by local law.
1Password uses artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) technologies, including natural language processing and predictive analytics, to assist in the initial screening of employment applications and improve our recruitment process. This includes architecture, health monitoring, build and test pipelines, developer tooling, cross-browser compatibility, and setting new standards within the WECG. - Humility: You're not afraid to ask "stupid" questions and make mistakes (as long as you learn from them).

- Teamwork: We work together, and succeed as a team!
Bonus points for:
- Experience or interest in working with browser extensions

Provisioning helps organizations of all sizes deploy and manage 1Password through scalable provisioning and organization-management experiences. We build the workflows that help admins onboard people, manage access, and support long-term adoption, with a focus on reliable, secure, and intuitive experiences. As an intern on the team, you’ll work on frontend web experiences in React and TypeScript alongside engineers, product managers, and designers. Our current roadmap includes improving activation, invitation and provisioning-pipeline visibility, error recovery, and other Admin Console workflows.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada/US. This position will be for 4 months - January to April 2027.
What You Can Expect:
- Contribute to frontend features in the 1Password Admin Console using React, TypeScript, CSS, and established design-system patterns.
- Partner with engineers, product managers, and designers to turn customer and admin needs into simple, accessible experiences.
- Write maintainable code, tests, and documentation, and participate in code reviews, debugging, and quality improvements.
- Learn the Provisioning domain and help improve workflows such as onboarding, invitations, user-status visibility, and provisioning error handling.
- Work with the team to investigate problems, communicate progress, and deliver incremental improvements safely.
What we're looking for:
- Confidence: A willingness to take on new challenges, and see them through to completion.
- Humility: You're not afraid to ask "stupid" questions and make mistakes (as long as you learn from them).
- Curiosity: You look for better ways of doing things, even if everyone seems happy with how they are.
- Teamwork: We work together, and succeed as a team!
- Technical foundations: Working knowledge of React and familiarity with TypeScript and CSS fundamentals.
- Web development foundations: Comfort with HTML, browser behavior, accessibility, Git, and learning established patterns in an existing codebase.
- Project experience: Experience building a small web project through coursework, an internship, personal work, or open source contributions.
Bonus points for:
- Experience with React and TypeScript beyond coursework, including a personal, school, or open source project.
- Familiarity with design systems or component libraries, and with Figma or a similar design tool.
- Exposure to frontend testing tools such as Jest, Testing Library, Playwright, or Cypress.
- Understanding of API integration, asynchronous JavaScript, or backend concepts.
- Interest in security, identity, access management, or building tools for administrators.
That said, 1Password is not for everyone.
Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged at 1Password—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
Our approach to remote work
We believe in the power of remote work, but recognize that in-person connection is important to help us achieve our mission. While we are a remote-first company, travel for in-person engagement is a part of most roles. Frequency will depend on role and responsibilities, and may include, but is not limited to: annual department-wide offsites, team meetings, and customer/industry events.
What we offer
We believe in working hard, and rewarding that hard work through our benefits. While not an exhaustive list, here is a glance at what we currently offer:
🏝 Generous PTO policy - 2.08 days per month (1.5 work weeks per 4 month term)
💖 Company-wide wellness days (1 per quarter)
🌎 Employee-led inclusion and belonging programs and ERGs
🏠 Remote-first environment
🏆 Peer-to-peer recognition through Bonusly
💡 1Password University access and learning sessions
🥳 Monthly internship events and socials

About 1Password
At 1Password, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted. We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human-centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
As part of the Data Security Team, you will be partially responsible for the underlying cryptography across our products. You’ll help build cryptographic libraries and implement the latest algorithms directly into our client applications with security, performance and usability in mind. You’ll develop proof-of-concepts and implement new industry specifications into code. You’ll also conduct code and design reviews to ensure good cryptographic hygiene and standards across our codebase.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada/US. This position will be for 4 months - January to April 2027.
What you can expect:
- You have a passion for using modern cryptographic algorithms and want to learn how to apply them in real world situations.
- You work well in a team environment with positive communications amongst a variety of technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Comfortable to work within a small team of security developers who are specialists in Rust and Golang Security
- Develop cryptographic or other security libraries to share common security-critical code across our applications
Bonus points for:
- Experience working with standards bodies (e.g. FIDO, W3C, ISO, NIST, OIDF)
- Experience with emerging industry standards and technologies (e.g. Passkeys and/or Post Quantum Algorithms)
- Experience with Rust and/or Golang, or a demonstrated ability to pick up new languages quickly.
Our culture
At 1Password, we prioritize collaboration, clear and transparent communication, receptiveness to feedback, and alignment with our core values: keep it simple, lead with honesty, and put people first. The way we bring those values to life every day is guided by our 1Password Behaviors for Success https://1password.com/blog/how-to-interview-with-confidence-at-1password.
You’ll be part of a team that challenges the status quo, and is excited to experiment and iterate in search of the best solution. That said, 1Password is not for everyone.
How we’re using AI today

Offering spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
Kraken Pro is where serious traders live. Millions of them. It’s time we built a meaningful, engaged Community out of these degenerates.
Are you ready for this mission?
THE OPPORTUNITY
We’re seeking a chronically online Copywriter to give Kraken Pro. At Kraken, understanding our brand ethos, mission, and the traders we serve is essential, and copy is where all of that comes to life.
We’re looking for someone who writes fast but thinks sharp, thrives under pressure, and knows how to turn complex product features into lines that traders actually stop and read. This role demands a razor-sharp ear for language, a deep understanding of trading culture, and a self-starter attitude.
- Write copy that converts. Craft punchy, high-impact messaging across campaigns, landing pages, emails, in-app experiences, paid ads, and social for Kraken Pro.
- Speak fluent trader. Capture the voice of CT, FinTwit, and the trading floor, and know when to be witty, when to be direct, and when to let the numbers do the talking.
- Launch like you mean it. Shape the narrative for new product drops and feature releases, turning technical updates into clear, compelling stories.
- Own the voice. Help build and protect the Kraken Pro tone of voice across every touchpoint, from a headline to a push notification.
- Collaborate at speed. Work hand in hand with Design, Product, Growth, and Social to brief, iterate, and ship copy that moves the needle.
- Test and learn. Run copy experiments, track performance, and iterate based on what the data tells you.
- Ship responsibly. Partner with Legal/Comms to ensure compliant, accurate, and aligned messaging across regions and platforms.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Receipts. Copy you wrote that moved people to act, whether for a brand, an agency, or your own projects. We care more about what you’ve made than where you’ve worked.
- 3+ years in copywriting or content, ideally in fintech, crypto, or trading. Exceptional portfolios beat exceptional résumés here.
- Speed under pressure. Markets don’t wait for approval cycles and neither do you.
- High AI competency. Enabling you to multiply your impact and keep up with demand.
- Range as a writer. Headlines, long-form, microcopy, scripts, threads, email flows, and taglines. You can go from a three-word CTA to a full campaign narrative without missing a beat.
- Taste. Knowing when to cut a line is as valuable as knowing how to write one.
- Deep familiarity with crypto and trading culture, and the language traders use
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Creative and detail-oriented, with the ability to work closely with designers, whether that’s briefing the team, using Figma for copy placement, or being scrappy enough to mock something up yourself
As an equal opportunity employer, we don't tolerate discrimination or harassment of any kind, whether based on race, ethnicity, age, gender identity, citizenship, religion, sexual orientation, disability, pregnancy, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic as outlined by federal, state, or local laws.

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sr. Executive Assistant to support senior leadership within the CEO office, including operating within a Co-CEO leadership model. This role provides high-level administrative support and ensures key projects, budgets, travel, and events run seamlessly — managing complex, ever-changing calendars with responsibility for multifaceted coordination. The ideal candidate brings experience or familiarity with communications and executive affairs, enabling them to operate confidently in a fast-paced environment.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Work in lockstep with other EAs within the CEO office, understanding the unique dynamics of a Co-CEO leadership model — sharing information, coordinating responsibilities, and maintaining seamless executive support across leaders.
- Build relationships with the broader team while acting as a gatekeeper for the executives; anticipate needs and potential issues before they arise, planning for multiple contingencies and implementing solutions with minimal direction.
- Manage an exceptionally complex and ever-changing executive calendar, balancing competing priorities and making thoughtful decisions on behalf of the CEO; coordinate meetings, handle logistics, manage competing deadlines, and review incoming requests to ensure they're on the Executive's radar with all necessary information.
- Prepare comprehensive briefing materials for meetings, speaking events, and travel, along with agendas, minutes, and organized records of key projects and initiatives.
- Coordinate all aspects of domestic and international travel — commercial and private aircraft, ground transportation, accommodations, visas, and customs requirements — and serve as the primary point of contact for private aviation providers, managing flight schedules, passenger manifests, and catering.
- Monitor travel plans proactively, adjusting logistics in real time to accommodate changing business priorities, weather events, operational delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and events — including timelines, deliverables, stakeholder engagement, and partnering with events, security, and other teams — while identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance executive effectiveness.
- Track and oversee team tasks, budgets, and meeting schedules to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met, and support onboarding and ramp-up for new team members.
- Process expense reports, purchase orders, budget reconciliations, and receipts/invoices with accuracy and timeliness, along with additional duties as assigned.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 8+ years of proven experience as an executive assistant, administrative manager, or similar role supporting senior leadership, ideally within a CEO office or multi-executive leadership structure.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercising discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting with strong personalities and demanding timeframes.
- Natural talent for improving processes and bringing order out of chaos, remaining calm during periods of disorganization.
- Strong sense of urgency when projects are assigned, with the ability to complete tasks quickly while anticipating the next one in short succession.
- Highly proficient with Google Suite, MS Office Suite, Adobe Suite, MacOS, and generally tech savvy.
- Familiarity with communications strategies, executive affairs, and leadership environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexibility in approach — this business operates across all time zones.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience in budget tracking, travel coordination, event planning, and stakeholder engagement.
- Comfort working across multiple teams, time zones, and with external partners.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on efficiency.

ABOUT MISTRAL
Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
Our mission
Build and lead a practical, high-trust health and safety program for Mistral AI’s rapidly expanding data center operations. You will protect employees, contractors and visitors while enabling safe deployment and operation of increasingly dense AI compute infrastructure across colocation sites. You will turn complex operational risks into clear standards, effective controls and measurable improvements.
Operating context & accountability
You will be the safety partner to Data Center Operations, IT Operations, infrastructure delivery, Security, Legal and People teams, and work directly with colocation operators, installation contractors and OEM service partners. Your remit spans live sites, deployment projects, commissioning and transitions into operations. You will ensure that safety responsibilities are clearly defined and that Mistral-controlled activities meet applicable requirements while challenging partner performance where shared interfaces create risk.
Key responsibilities - safety management and compliance
- Own the operational health and safety management framework for the data center portfolio: policy, critical-risk standards, annual objectives, assurance calendar, risk registers, incident classifications, documentation and management reporting.
- Interpret applicable occupational health and safety requirements with local specialists; translate them into site-level expectations, control plans and auditable evidence across different countries.
- Lead regular risk assessments, inspections and assurance reviews; prioritize findings by severity and exposure, assign owners and verify corrective actions have actually reduced risk.
- Create consistent arrangements for site access, inductions, competency checks, contractor onboarding, safety briefings and refresher training, including evidence of completion.
- Develop meaningful leading and lagging indicators, including high-potential near misses, overdue critical actions, training coverage, contractor observations and incident trends; present clear recommendations to leadership.
- Support supplier selection and contract reviews by defining appropriate safety requirements, escalation expectations and minimum standards for colocation and technical service partners.
Key responsibilities - operational and technical risk
- Provide safety oversight for electrical work interfaces, energized equipment, isolation and lockout/tagout, switching coordination, arc-flash exposure and simultaneous activities in live data halls.
- Assess safe systems of work for heavy rack deliveries, lifting and rigging, material handling, battery systems, working at height, temporary works, confined spaces where relevant and high-density IT installation.
- Review method statements, risk assessments, permits to work and job safety analyses for high-risk activities, ensuring that scope, boundaries, competence, emergency arrangements and hold points are understood.
- Partner with engineering teams on the risks introduced by direct-to-chip liquid cooling, CDUs, coolant handling, pressurized circuits, leak detection, hot surfaces and changing rack densities.
- Participate in readiness reviews before energization, commissioning, major deployments and changes in operating configuration; confirm critical safety issues are resolved or escalated before work proceeds.
- Coordinate emergency planning and drills with colocation operators and emergency responders for fire, evacuation, electrical incidents, coolant leaks, medical emergencies and loss of critical infrastructure.
Key responsibilities - investigations and culture
- Lead or coordinate investigations of incidents, unsafe conditions and high-potential near misses involving Mistral activities; use structured causal analysis and share actionable learning across the portfolio.
- Challenge the completeness and quality of provider or contractor investigations when Mistral personnel or equipment may be exposed; track preventive measures through verification.
- Coach engineers, managers and vendors to identify hazards early, stop unsafe Mistral-controlled work and raise concerns without hesitation.
- Build strong partnerships with operations, construction, logistics, physical security, compliance and HR; communicate safety expectations clearly in written guidance, training and site discussions.
- Provide practical support to other regions during major incidents, rapid expansion or unusual operational risk.
What success looks like
- Critical activities are governed by clear, adopted controls and a consistent standard across sites.
- High-severity findings are visible, owned and resolved; incident learning results in verified preventive action.
- Site and contractor training, emergency readiness and compliance evidence are maintained and readily accessible.
- The safety program scales with infrastructure growth without creating unnecessary bureaucracy.
Minimum qualifications
- At least 5 years of practical health and safety experience in operational, industrial, construction or mission-critical environments.
- Experience implementing safety programs, contractor controls, inspections, risk assessments, investigations and training.
- Working knowledge of occupational safety regulations and high-risk work controls; ability to coordinate country-specific requirements.
- Strong communication and influencing skills across technical teams, suppliers and senior stakeholders; fluent professional English.
- Ability to work regularly on site and travel between data center locations; valid driving licence where required for site access.
Preferred qualifications
- Data center, manufacturing, power infrastructure or complex construction experience involving employees and multiple contractors.
- Experience with electrical safety, critical mechanical systems, commissioning and work in live operational facilities.
- Recognized HSE qualification and familiarity with ISO 45001-based management systems.
- Experience with international portfolios, colocation operators and high-density IT or liquid-cooled systems.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance. Benefits vary by country and may include healthcare coverage, parental leave, retirement plans, relocation support, wellness programs, meal and transportation allowances, and other location-specific perks.

Product Marketing and Enablement connects 1Password’s product strategy to the customer conversations that drive growth. In this Senior Staff individual contributor role, you’ll own the product-to-field motion for Enterprise Password Manager (EPM), Agentic Access—including Developer Tools—and Privileged Access, helping Account Executives (AEs), Sales Engineers (SEs), and Customer Success Managers (CSMs) connect the needs of Information Technology (IT), security, and engineering teams to the right solutions. Through clear technical storytelling, credible sales guidance, and close partnership with Product and Sales, you’ll help 1Password advance its mission to unleash employee productivity without compromising security. Reporting to the Director, Product Marketing and Enablement, this role is remote across the United States and Canada.
• Experience bringing complex technical Business-to-Business (B2B) products, new use cases, or emerging categories to market.
• Experience working in a sales-led organization with enterprise sellers, Sales Engineers, technical buyers, and complex buying cycles.
• Experience building a product motion across discovery, evaluation, technical validation, purchase, and expansion.
• Experience partnering across Product, Engineering, Product Marketing, Sales, and GTM Enablement, with the ability to build credibility with technical and executive audiences.
• Deep fluency in identity security, Privileged Access Management (PAM), secrets management, or agentic access, along with working knowledge of developer tools and the ability to translate technical product behavior into clear customer-facing guidance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, strategic judgment, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders while making thoughtful decisions in ambiguous environments.
• Experience launching a new product, category, or sales motion in identity security, access management, developer tools, or a related technical market; using field insights, win-loss feedback, or seller research to prioritize work; or holding security certifications or equivalent technical training.
What you can expect:
• Own the product enablement plan for Enterprise Password Manager, Agentic Access—including Developer Tools—and Privileged Access, prioritizing readiness work based on business impact, customer needs, launches, and field evidence.
• Translate Product Marketing strategy into sales motions that help IT, security, and engineering buyers secure access for developers, artificial intelligence (AI) agents, and privileged users.
• Create the pitch decks, talk tracks, qualification questions, discovery guides, product training, and other field assets needed to support customer conversations from discovery through expansion.
• Define how the portfolio fits into annual sales plays, including the personas to engage at each stage of the buying journey and the role of strategic technology and AI partnerships.
• Act as an escalation point for strategic opportunities, join live customer conversations, support discovery and demos, and coach sellers through complex technical questions and objections.
• Partner with Technical Marketing and Demo Engineering to map demos to sales plays and provide the customer, use-case, and product context needed to build credible launch and sales demonstrations.
• Measure field readiness, lead win-loss analysis, identify recurring objections and adoption barriers, and bring clear recommendations to Product, Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, and senior leadership.

How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process.
