Customer Experience team supports traders with issues, questions about firms, promotions, loyalty rewards, and payouts via Intercom, Discord, and email, ensuring fast and quality responses.
About the role
Deliver timely, accurate, and empathetic support enabling traders to confidently use Prop Firm Match while maintaining trust with customers and partner firms.
Performance objectives
Objective 1 - Deliver exceptional customer experience:
— Respond to customer inquiries across Intercom tickets, Discord, and email.
— Review and resolve customer issues end to end.
— Tailor tone and approach to each customer's situation without sacrificing accuracy.
Objective 2 - Maintain operational excellence:
— Prioritize incoming tickets and follow established workflows.
— Document cases and keep customer records up to date.
— Escalate issues to the right team when outside scope.
Objective 3 - Ensure information accuracy:
— Verify offers, promo codes, and loyalty program submissions before responding.
— Stay current on firm rules, payout information, and policies.
— Keep FAQs and internal documentation accurate and current.
Objective 4 - Support continuous improvement:
— Report bugs and flag recurring issues to Product and Development.
— Suggest workflow improvements.
— Contribute to knowledge base updates and AI training data.
What we look for
Must have:
— Minimum 2 years of customer support or client-facing experience, ideally remote and high-volume.
— Strong written communication, clear and empathetic to non-technical customers.
— Hands-on experience with Intercom or similar helpdesk/ticketing platform.

— Strong time management to meet response and handling time targets without sacrificing quality.

Impact of a Customer Retention Manager:
As a Customer Retention Manager, you will protect and grow revenue across a high-volume portfolio of customer accounts through proactive human outreach and health monitoring. You will build relationships at scale, catch risks early, and ensure renewal conversations are natural and low-friction. You will work within workflows, health scoring, automation, and segmentation to scale retention effectively. What to expect:
— Manage a rolling pipeline of customer renewals, initiating conversations ahead of contract expiration and driving accounts to close.
— Help build and improve scalable retention and renewal workflows using Salesforce and integrated tools.

— Contribute to designing customer lifecycle journeys, engagement triggers, and tech-touch motions.
— Use customer health scoring frameworks to identify at-risk accounts early and develop save strategies.

Role Overview
We are looking for a high-performing Enterprise Sales Lead to drive growth for Unlimit’s global payment gateway business. This role will focus on acquiring and managing large enterprise merchants, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth in a competitive payments ecosystem. Cross-Border Experience in Big Plus.
Key Responsibilities
— Drive end-to-end enterprise sales for domestic market to enable global payment solutions for enterprises.
— Identify, engage, and close high-value enterprise merchants across key sectors (e-commerce, fintech, travel, edtech, healthcare, etc.).
— Drive enterprise conversions and onboardings, and consistently exceed quarterly and annual sales goals.
— Build long-term strategic partnerships with enterprise clients.
— Leverage existing CXO-level and senior stakeholder relationships to drive new business.
— Ability to position Unlimit against competitors in both domestic and cross-border segments.
— Work closely with product, integration, operations, and risk teams to ensure seamless onboarding and go-live.
Required Skills & Qualifications
— 9+ years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably within payments / fintech / banking.

— Deep understanding of the payment gateway operations in India.

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join the Nebius Console team and lead the design of Compute experiences: complex, high-impact workflows used by technical teams to create, configure, monitor, and manage cloud resources. What you'll do
Own end-to-end design for Compute features in Nebius Console, from discovery and problem framing to delivery, launch, and iteration.
Design clear, scalable workflows for complex cloud infrastructure scenarios, including resource creation, configuration, management, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Translate business goals, technical constraints, and user needs into coherent user journeys, information architecture, and interaction models.

Ability to balance usability, consistency, technical feasibility, and innovation in complex systems.
Strong systems thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work in a structured, systematic way.
Strong proficiency in Figma, including complex flows, components, variants, and interactive prototypes.
Ability to communicate design decisions clearly and constructively with both product and engineering teams.
Nice to have
Experience designing cloud consoles, infrastructure platforms, developer tools, or other technically complex products.
Familiarity with cloud concepts such as virtual machines, compute resources, networking, storage, quotas, permissions, or monitoring.
Experience with UX research, usability testing, customer interviews, or feedback analysis.
