OUR HIRING PROCESS:
We will review your application against our job requirements. We do not employ machine learning technologies during this phase as we believe every human deserves attention from another human. We do not think machines can evaluate your application quite like our seasoned recruiting professionals—every person is unique. We promise to give your candidacy a fair and detailed assessment.
We may then invite you to submit a video interview for the review of the hiring manager. This video interview is often followed by a test or short project that allows us to determine whether you will be a good fit for the team.
At this point, we will invite you to interview with our hiring manager and/or the interview team. Please note: We do not conduct interviews via text message, Telegram, etc. and we never hire anyone into our organization without having met you face-to-face (or via Zoom). You will be invited to come to a live meeting or Zoom, where you will meet our INFUSE team.

About us:
Tabby is on a mission to give people power over their money. For too long, financial systems have worked for the institutions that built them, not the people using them. Runaway interest, fine print and limited access have left many behind, feeling shut out of a system that wasn't setting them up for success.
We're building a different kind of system—in a complete money app to send, spend and save. One that's clear, flexible and puts people and businesses in control. Founded in 2019, we serve customers and businesses across Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Kuwait. Millions of customers and 65,000 global brands, government services and small businesses rely on us today.
What began as a better way to pay at checkout has grown into a financial system working the way it should have all along.
About the role:
The Senior Information Security Specialist (GRC) independently leads complex governance, risk, and compliance activities and serves as a subject matter expert in one or more GRC domains — enterprise information security governance, risk management frameworks, regulatory compliance, or third-party risk management.
The role produces high-quality GRC deliverables, provides technical mentoring to junior and mid-level team members, and contributes directly to the continuous improvement of the organization's GRC framework, risk treatment processes, and compliance reporting mechanisms. Lead the preparation of regulatory self-assessments and compliance attestations, coordinating evidence gathering and quality-reviewing submissions before senior sign-off.
Mentor junior team members on governance documentation quality, regulatory interpretation, and risk assessment methodology.

Lead the execution of complex enterprise information security risk assessments, applying advanced qualitative and quantitative methodologies to produce risk profiles aligned with the organisation's risk appetite.
Own and maintain the enterprise information security risk register, ensuring accuracy, currency, and appropriate escalation of significant risks.
Lead BIA processes for critical business functions, coordinating with asset owners, analysing recovery requirements, and producing BIA outputs for Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery planning.
Design and execute control effectiveness testing programmes, producing findings reports with gap analysis and risk-ranked remediation recommendations.
Lead third-party information security risk management, designing assessment frameworks, conducting in-depth vendor reviews, and maintaining the third-party risk register.
Produce executive-quality risk reporting with trend analysis, emerging risk identification, and treatment progress tracking for senior management and committee consumption.
Compliance Programme Delivery:
Lead compliance monitoring activities for CSF, NCA ECC, PDPL, ISO 27001, and PCI-DSS, producing gap analyses, treatment plans, and periodic compliance status reports.
Manage internal and external audit cycles, coordinating evidence collection, reviewing evidence quality, engaging with auditors, and tracking remediation to closure.
Design and deliver the security awareness programme, producing targeted content for different staff segments, conducting awareness sessions, and analysing effectiveness metrics.
Develop and maintain GRC programme metrics dashboards, ensuring KPIs and KRIs are accurately measured and presented to senior management on schedule.
Lead the integration of information security requirements into third-party contracts, procurement processes, and major project onboarding.
Contribute to the development of the information security programme strategy, identifying capability improvement opportunities and recommending investment priorities to the Lead.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Knowledge Leadership:
Serve as the primary GRC point of contact for assigned business and technology teams, providing expert guidance on security requirements, risk treatment, and compliance obligations.
Lead information classification and security requirements reviews for significant IT, product, and business projects.

Location: Espoo
Workplace: Hybrid
Role highlights:
- Senior Smart Manufacturing Engineer, Electronics
- Location: Espoo, Finland
- Department: Global Manufacturing Organization, Smart Manufacturing Engineering
- Reports to: Team Lead, Smart Manufacturing Engineering
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Hybrid
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
Why this role matters:
As a Senior Smart Manufacturing Engineer, Electronics, you’ll own the test systems that every ICEYE satellite passes through before it reaches orbit. You’ll design and standardize the production and integration test equipment used across our manufacturing sites, find the bottlenecks that would otherwise cap how fast we can scale, and set the technical standard for the engineers around you. This is a hands-on design role with organization-wide influence: what you build and document becomes how we manufacture.
Who We Are
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world's largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To our customers we provide intelligence with unmatched quality, latency and revisit times, in any weather, day or night. To governments who choose to operate their own constellation we provide this proven capability as a sovereign system.
ICEYE-built constellations serve customers in defence and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.
Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
Your day-to-day responsibilities
- Design, build and own the production and integration test systems used on the line, including the electrical ground support equipment.
- Drive standardization of test equipment across products and sites, so designs and interfaces are reused rather than rebuilt each time.
- Define test strategies: coverage, test limits, guard bands, failure modes and diagnostics.
- Produce and maintain the design documentation other engineers execute from, including schematics, test requirements, procedures and interface definitions.
- Use production and test data to find yield issues, bottlenecks and systemic weaknesses, then implement the fixes before they limit the ramp.
- Review designs from other teams and set the requirements they must meet to integrate cleanly into our production workflow.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through design reviews, feedback and knowledge sharing.
What we’re looking for
Must haves:
- Several years of electronics design and test system development experience, ideally on high-reliability or high-complexity products (space, defence, telecom, automotive, industrial or similar).
- Strong analog and digital electronics design, including high-speed digital work (signal integrity, impedance control, power integrity) and PCBA design for manufacturability and testability.
- A track record of designing, implementing and maintaining automated test systems or electrical ground support equipment, taken from concept through to stable production.
- Hands-on RF and mixed-signal test and characterization, including S-parameters, matching networks and filters, with the instruments that go with them (spectrum analyzers, vector network analyzers, signal generators).
- Test automation in Python and embedded development in C/C++ on common microcontrollers such as STM32, TI or MSP430.
- Experience mentoring engineers and running design reviews, with documentation quality to match.
Nice to haves:
- Altium Designer or KiCad, and RF simulation in CST or AWR.
- Lean or Six Sigma background, and quality methods such as FMEA, 8D or fault tree analysis applied to production problems.
- Experience scaling a manufacturing line: ramp-up, multi-site rollout and continuous improvement.
- Real-time operating systems such as FreeRTOS, and serial interfaces including USB, CAN and RS-485.
- Confident use of AI tools in day-to-day engineering work.
Application Process
- Recruiter Interview
- Hiring manager interview
- Technical assessment
