About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic is seeking a Senior Manager, M&A Finance Integration to run the finance function's role in each transaction, from LOI through Day 1 readiness and post-close execution, and to own the program management of Anthropic's growing legal entity footprint.
This is a build-and-run opportunity. Reporting to the Director, M&A Finance Integration, you will be the day-to-day operator of the M&A Finance Integration program: you will scope and drive the finance integration plan for each deal, coordinate finance workstreams alongside Corporate Development, Legal, and People, and be the connective tissue between deal teams and the functions that execute. You will also own the end-to-end legal entity lifecycle (setup, migration, and wind-down) for acquired entities and newly formed subsidiaries, and turn what we learn from every deal and legal entity set up into a maintained playbook and template library.
The ideal candidate has operated in a similar function at a high-growth technology company, brings enough accounting fluency to know when a closing spreadsheet or entity plan looks wrong, and thrives on building rigorous, repeatable processes while deals are live.
Key responsibilities
Deal Integration Planning & Execution
Scope and own the finance integration plan for each transaction across every phase, from LOI and due diligence through signing, sign-to-close, and Day 90, spanning finance functions
Tailor the plan to the integration model (full integration vs. standalone subsidiary) and define each function's baseline activities and standalone-specific deltas
Ensure every function is engaged at the right phase, with clear owners, dependencies, and escalation paths
Run the integration operating rhythm: workstream check-ins, issue logs, risk registers, RACI matrices, decision logs, and status reporting to finance leadership
Negotiate deliverables and trade-offs directly with functional leads; escalate to the Director with a recommendation when priorities conflict
Day 1 Readiness & Post-Close Execution
Drive Finance Day 1 readiness: bank account control and signers, payroll cutover, AP/AR continuity, ERP entity, cost-center and project-code setup, chart-of-accounts mapping, and expense policy communication
Run the Day 1 checklist and 30/60/90-day follow-through, ensuring acquired entities are onboarded without disruption to the close cycle
Coordinate the closing spreadsheet, net working capital mechanics, and post-close true-up with Corporate Development, Legal and Technical Accounting
Serve as a primary finance point of contact for the target's finance team and Corporate Development's integration lead during transition
Scope, track, and manage external advisor engagements and unblock issues as they arise
Stakeholder Management & Communication
Act as a credible counterpart to Corporate Development, finance functional leads, and target finance leadership on integration substance
Communicate integration and entity status to leadership through clear dashboards and written briefings
Mentor team members and contractors as the function grows
Handle confidential deal information with discipline
Legal Entity Lifecycle Program Management
Build and run the end-to-end entity setup process: decision documentation, incorporation, tax registrations, banking, ERP entity creation, functional-currency assessment, payroll or employer-of-record bridge, and statutory / compliance calendar onboarding, with a named owner for each step across US and international entities
Own the entity wind-down process, including customer and vendor off-boarding, final payroll and employee transfers, account closure, intercompany settlement, and final statutory filings, in partnership with Legal, Tax, and the involved finance functions
Design and maintain a single entity tracker with per-entity, per-workstream implications and status, aligned with adjacent entity programs (e.g., infrastructure and special-purpose entities) so they share one backbone
Playbook, Templates & Infrastructure
Build and own the Legal Entity Playbook: a repeatable, end-to-end framework covering entity formation, migration, and wind-down for acquired entities and newly formed subsidiaries in the US and internationally
Own and maintain sections of the modular M&A Finance Integration Playbook: per-function deliverables by phase, standard operating procedures, and the template library
Lead post-deal retrospectives and drive the resulting changes into the playbook and templates
Identify and implement tooling and automation, including AI-assisted solutions, for recurring program work such as status synthesis, tracker updates, escalations and draft communications
Minimum qualifications
Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of at least two finance integration projects or entity set up projects, from planning through post-close execution, including project plan ownership and executive reporting
Working accounting fluency across the areas your stakeholders own: the close calendar, chart of accounts, intercompany, statutory reporting, purchase accounting fundamentals, and the finance implications of common deal structures (asset vs. stock, acquihire vs. strategic, full integration vs. standalone)
Strong program-management capability: comfortable scoping ambiguous work, owning multiple parallel workstreams, and managing to milestones without extensive oversight
Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, or equivalent) in an acquisition and migration context
Cross-functional credibility with Legal, Tax, People, Corporate Development, and Finance sub-functions, and the ability to drive outcomes across competing timelines and risk tolerances
Comfort operating under deal-environment time pressure and confidentiality, with sound judgment when processes are being defined in real time
Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to distill complex operational issues into clear, decision-ready briefings
Preferred qualifications
10+ years in finance, accounting, or finance operations, with at least 3 years running cross-functional programs at a high-growth technology company, with a focus in M&A integration or legal entity programs
Have built or significantly contributed to a finance integration playbook, template library, or integration management office infrastructure from scratch
Bring international entity experience: new-jurisdiction setup, statutory audit and local GAAP obligations, employer-of-record bridges, transfer pricing and intercompany agreements
Have worked with standalone-subsidiary integration models, consolidation bridges, and equity-method investments
Be an active user of AI tools in their own workflow and excited to push program management toward automation
Hold a CPA, ACA, ACCA, or CA qualification
Be genuinely excited about AI safety and aligned with Anthropic's mission to build reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

WHY INTEGRATIONS ENGINEERING AT LANGFUSE
Your work puts Langfuse into developers’ hands.
Our SDKs are downloaded 26M+ times per month, and for many developers the first thing they touch is an integration — a few lines of code that connect their favorite framework to Langfuse. When that experience is seamless, they’re wow’ed. When it’s not, we might have lost them. You’ll own that critical first impression across 40+ framework integrations.
You’ll live at the frontier of LLM application development.
The AI framework ecosystem moves fast — new agent frameworks, orchestration libraries, and model providers emerge every week. You’ll be among the first to instrument them, giving you unmatched exposure to how cutting-edge AI applications are built. The developers you serve are some of the most ambitious software engineers in the world, and working closely with them will make you an expert on LLM engineering yourself.
Everything you build is open source and immediately visible.
All Langfuse integrations are MIT-licensed. When you ship a new integration or improve an existing one, thousands of developers benefit the same day — and they’ll tell you about it in GitHub issues, on Twitter, and in our community channels.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Build and maintain framework integrations. Langfuse integrates with 40+ frameworks and model providers: OpenAI SDK, Vercel AI SDK, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Pydantic AI, OpenAI Agents, CrewAI, Amazon Bedrock AgentCore, LiveKit, and many more. You’ll own these integrations end-to-end — from initial implementation to ongoing maintenance as frameworks evolve. When a new framework gains traction, you’ll be among the first to instrument it.
- Design new integration patterns for emerging frameworks. When a framework or a new agent orchestrator appears, you’ll evaluate it, design the right instrumentation approach (callback handler, decorator, OTEL auto-instrumentation, or a combination), build the integration, write the docs, and ship it. You’ll develop strong opinions on what makes a great integration experience.
- Contribute to the core SDKs. While integrations are your primary focus, your work will surface needs in our Python and TypeScript SDKs. You’ll contribute improvements to the core SDK when your integration work demands it — whether that’s a new hook point, better context propagation, or performance optimizations.
- Write documentation and integration guides. At Langfuse, docs are part of our core product. When you ship a new integration, the guide ships with it. You’ll own the integration docs, quickstart tutorials, cookbooks, and migration paths that help developers get started in minutes.
- Be a voice in the developer community. You’ll engage with framework communities, respond to integration-related GitHub issues, write blog posts about new integrations, and be present in our Slack/Discord channels. You’ll build relationships with framework maintainers and represent Langfuse in the broader AI developer ecosystem.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Passionate about the LLM ecosystem. You’ve built real applications with frameworks like LangChain, Pydantic AI, Vercel AI SDK, LlamaIndex, or similar — or you have a deep willingness to go deep and get your hands dirty with every major framework in the space. You’re excited about this ecosystem, not just familiar with it.
- Strong in Python and/or TypeScript. You write clean, reliable code. You don’t need to be a systems-level performance expert, but you care about code quality and understand that integrations run inside other people’s production systems.
- Product-minded engineer. You think about the developer who’s going to use your integration at 11pm trying to ship a feature. You obsess over the getting-started experience: how many lines of code does it take? Is the error message helpful? Does the docs example actually work?
- Self-directed and motivated. You know how to develop conviction about what to build and how to ship it. You don’t wait for detailed specs — you investigate the framework, talk to users, and propose the right approach.
- Excited about open source and developer community. You genuinely enjoy talking to developers about their integration challenges, writing clear documentation, and contributing to open source projects.
- Thrives in a small, accountable team. Your output is visible and matters. You’re comfortable owning outcomes, not just tasks.
CS or quantitative degree preferred, but not required. We care far more about what you’ve built and your hunger to learn.
BONUS POINTS
- Experience with OpenTelemetry internals or observability instrumentation
- Contributions to popular open source projects, SDKs, or developer tools
- Experience building developer tooling, CLIs, or client libraries
- Former founder or early startup experience
- Active presence in AI/ML developer communities (blog posts, talks, open source)
No candidate checks all boxes. If you feel you are a good fit for this role, please go ahead and apply.
PROJECTS YOU COULD OWN
- Build and ship a Langfuse integration for an emerging agent framework (e.g., OpenClaw, new OTEL-based instrumentation)
- Design the integration pattern for a new category of AI tools (e.g., voice agents via LiveKit/Pipecat)
- Create comprehensive quickstart cookbooks that get developers from zero to traced in under 5 minutes
- Work with the OpenTelemetry community to improve GenAI semantic conventions
- Maintain and upgrade our most popular integrations (OpenAI, LangChain, Vercel AI SDK) as those frameworks ship breaking changes

Location: London, United Kingdom - Deliveroo
Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
The head of EMEA Refund Fraud will lead Doordash’s EMEA strategy for preventing and managing refund abuse across our marketplace.
You will be accountable for the performance of the Credit and Refund (C&R) Fraud domain: setting the long-term vision, determining where we focus our resources, and building the team, controls and capabilities required to reduce fraud sustainably while protecting the experience of genuine customers.
This is a senior leadership role at the intersection of Integrity, Customer Care, Product, Engineering, Analytics and Finance. You will lead a team of experienced fraud and strategy professionals and work with senior leaders across Deliveroo to make complex decisions about fraud risk, customer experience, operational cost and product investment.
You will need to be comfortable operating in ambiguity, identifying problems before they become material, and turning complex and sometimes incomplete signals into a clear strategy. Success will come not from personally solving every problem, but from creating the direction, operating mechanisms and team that enable Deliveroo to manage refund fraud effectively at scale.
What You’ll Be Doing
Setting the C&R Fraud Strategy
Set and own the 1–2 year vision and strategy for C&R Fraud, translating wider Integrity and business priorities into a focused roadmap.
Proactively identify emerging risks, systemic vulnerabilities and opportunities rather than waiting for problems to be assigned.
Determine the highest-value problems for the team to solve and make clear choices about where we should (and should not) invest.
Define how we balance fraud loss, customer experience, operational cost and growth when designing controls.
Build compelling business cases for significant product, policy and operational investments.
Owning Performance and Risk
Be accountable for C&R Fraud performance and establish a clear set of outcomes, targets and guardrails.
Develop a comprehensive view of fraud exposure, including fraud cost, abuse rates, loss per order, false positives, customer impact and operational cost.
Partner with Finance and senior leadership to quantify financial exposure and inform risk appetite decisions.
Establish mechanisms to identify material changes in performance, understand their drivers and ensure effective action is taken.
Ensure the organisation can detect and respond quickly to new abuse patterns and emerging threats.
Build Scalable Fraud Prevention Capabilities
Own the effectiveness of the overall C&R fraud framework across customer and partner journeys.
Identify systemic control gaps and ensure the right preventative, detective and responsive controls are in place.
Set the direction for product decisioning, eligibility logic, automation, friction, policies and operational interventions.
Ensure rules, models and controls are continually evaluated against both fraud outcomes and customer-experience guardrails.
Create effective feedback loops between frontline investigations, Analytics, Product and Engineering so that new insights translate into better prevention.
Challenge legacy processes and controls, simplifying or retiring them where they no longer provide sufficient value.
Lead Cross-Functional Strategy and Investment
Act as the senior C&R Fraud partner to Product, Engineering, Customer Care, Merchant, Finance, Analytics and other Integrity teams.
Translate fraud problems into clear product and business opportunities and influence roadmaps outside your direct reporting line.
Lead complex decisions where fraud prevention, customer experience, commercial performance and operational efficiency are in tension.
Create alignment around priorities, decision rights and accountability without relying on excessive consensus.
Make longer-term trade-offs and ensure resources are concentrated on the initiatives with the greatest expected impact.
Communicate complex risks and recommendations clearly to senior and executive stakeholders.
Build and Lead a High-Performing Team
Lead and develop a team of experienced fraud, strategy and operations professionals.
Translate your strategy into clear, measurable outcomes for individual team members.
Empower your team to own significant problems independently while providing effective challenge, coaching and direction.
Establish strong operating mechanisms and rituals for reviewing performance, prioritisation, delivery and emerging risks.
Build capability and succession within the team, identifying development opportunities and future talent needs.
Create an inclusive environment in which different perspectives are actively sought and people are able to challenge assumptions.
Hold yourself and others accountable for delivering ambitious outcomes while maintaining focus and sustainable ways of working.
Requirements
We are looking for an experienced leader who has previously owned a meaningful fraud, risk, trust & safety, operational or related business domain. You will ideally bring:
Significant experience in fraud, risk strategy, trust & safety, marketplace integrity, strategy & operations or a related domain, typically gained over 10+ years.
Experience leading and developing experienced individual contributors and/or managers.
Demonstrated ownership of a substantial business outcome, risk domain or portfolio rather than solely individual projects.
A track record of defining and executing strategies across a 1–2 year horizon.
Experience identifying complex problems, setting direction and making high-quality decisions where the answer is not immediately clear.
Strong commercial judgement and the ability to evaluate financial impact alongside customer and operational consequences.
Experience influencing senior stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Operations, Analytics and Finance.
Strong analytical judgement and the ability to use data, customer insight and operational evidence to challenge assumptions and make decisions.
Experience translating complex problems into scalable product, policy or operational solutions.
Strong people leadership, with evidence of developing talented individuals and creating teams that operate effectively with increasing autonomy.
Excellent written and verbal communication, including the ability to turn complex analysis into clear executive-level recommendations.
Experience with refund abuse, customer claims fraud, payments fraud, marketplace abuse or adjacent fraud domains would be valuable, but deep expertise in refund fraud itself is not essential. We are equally interested in leaders who have demonstrated the ability to quickly understand a complex risk domain and build the strategy and organisation required to improve it.
What Success Looks Like
In this role, you will have built a clear and widely understood C&R Fraud strategy, established measurable outcomes and guardrails, and focused the organisation on a number of high-impact priorities.
You will have materially improved our ability to prevent and respond to refund abuse while protecting genuine customers, created a scalable control and monitoring framework, and influenced the product investments required to address systemic vulnerabilities.
You will have built a team capable of owning complex problems independently — creating an organisation that anticipates risk and continuously improves rather than reacting to the fraud we see today.
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
At Deliveroo, we know that a great workplace reflects the world around us and that true diversity and inclusion make us stronger, more creative, and better at what we do. We’re committed to fostering an environment where everyone can do their best work and feel they belong.
We believe in equality of opportunity and welcome candidates from all backgrounds regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, socio-economic background, religion, or belief.
If you have a disability or long-term health condition and need support to apply for one of our roles, or require any reasonable adjustments during the recruitment process, you’ll have the opportunity to let us know once you’ve submitted your application. We’ll share details on how to request support so we can ensure you have a fair and equitable experience.
If you’re excited about making a real impact in a fast-moving marketplace and growing your career alongside ambitious, supportive teams, we’d love to hear from you!

We are looking for a Dev Manager to lead the engineering team responsible for integrations between our product and external systems, including the Integrations Store. You will combine engineering leadership with hands-on technical expertise to deliver secure, reliable integrations that fit our customers' workflows.
What you'll do:
Lead and develop a team of engineers, providing technical direction, mentoring, and regular feedback.
Own delivery outcomes within the agreed scope, provide practical estimates, and make capacity and priority tradeoffs visible.
Delegate ownership to engineers and, as the team grows, team leads; distinguish near-term delivery from long-term capability development. Keep the role to no more than three clearly defined focus areas, with team leads taking ownership as capacity grows.
Work with Product Management to define priorities, plan delivery, and translate customer needs into integration capabilities.
Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of integrations, including:
- Connectors to third-party applications and services.
- An Integrations Store for discovering and managing available integrations.
- Data mapping, validation, and synchronization between systems.
- Authentication, authorization, and secure credential handling.
- Monitoring, troubleshooting, and recovery from integration failures.
Guide technical decisions within the assigned domain from solution design through development and production rollout, coordinating cross-cutting architecture and security decisions with their designated owners.
Establish reusable integration patterns that handle retries, rate limits, duplicate events, and API version changes reliably.
Own automated pipelines for building, testing, validating, and deploying integrations.
Improve integration reliability, performance, and observability, and guide the team in resolving production issues.
Coordinate with other engineering teams and external partners to manage dependencies and compatibility.
Apply AI technologies where they improve integration development, testing, or support, with appropriate validation of outputs.
Requirements
What we're looking for:
Experience leading software engineers and owning the delivery and operation of production systems.
Strong software engineering fundamentals and the ability to contribute to technical problem-solving.
Excellent knowledge of Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
Experience building and operating AWS services in production.
Hands-on experience designing and maintaining APIs and integrations with external systems.
Understanding of distributed systems, asynchronous processing, data consistency, and failure recovery.
Proficiency in SQL and experience with data modeling, aggregation, and query performance.
Experience with secure authentication and authorization for integrations.
Strong communication skills and the ability to align engineering work with product priorities.
Professional working proficiency in English for leading an English-speaking team and collaborating across functions.
Nice to have:
Experience writing automated integration and contract tests.
Proficiency in SQL.
Experience with runtime isolation and sandboxing for sensitive execution.
Experience in B2B SaaS, security, compliance, or data governance.
Experience building high-load products with numerous endpoints.
Experience maintaining integrations across multiple third-party API versions.
Benefits
Fully remote work with flexibility to support your work-life balance.
A collaborative environment that empowers you to own your domain and implement best practices.
Stable income, benefits, flexible working hours, and opportunities for career advancement.
Friendly, professional colleagues who are eager to support you and help you grow.
Engaging challenges and opportunities to make a meaningful impact.

The Position
CallRail is looking for a
Senior Product Manager
to own one of our most important integration domains — either our
ad platform integrations
(Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta) or our
CRM integrations
(Salesforce, HubSpot, and the vertical systems our customers run their businesses on).
These integrations are where CallRail's data becomes real value for customers: closing the loop between a phone call and the ad that drove it, or pushing conversation intelligence into the system a sales team actually works in. You'll
lead the strategy for your domain
and own that surface end to end, and
partner with the other integrations PM on the shared patterns
— data sync, authentication, webhooks, and third-party APIs — so the portfolio stays coherent.
Your integrations are also the foundation other teams build on — including
Voice Assist
, where what our AI agents can do for a customer depends directly on what your integrations can read and write.
We're looking for someone who is genuinely
AI-fluent
— both in how they work and in what they build. The integration landscape is changing fast: platforms are exposing agent-accessible interfaces, customers expect setup and mapping to be intelligent rather than manual, and the PMs who move fastest are the ones using AI as a daily tool rather than a talking point. You don't need to be an ML engineer. You do need to reach for AI first and have opinions about where it helps and where it doesn't.
This role suits a self-motivated PM who thrives at both setting product direction and rolling up their sleeves to deliver results with engineering.
What You'll Do
Own your integration domain
Define and own some of our largest core integrations, aligning them with business goals, customer needs, and strategic partnerships.
Take the integrations customers already depend on past MVP — fill functional gaps, expand data coverage, and make them genuinely good rather than merely connected.
Own how customers experience your domain: how they discover, connect, configure, and troubleshoot the integrations you're responsible for.
Lead discovery with customers, partners, and internal teams to validate problems before scoping solutions.
Lead the strategy
Lead the product strategy for your integration domain — synthesizing input from Partnerships, business strategy, and customer signal into a clear point of view, and driving alignment on it across the org.
Partner with the other integrations PM on the shared design patterns every integration inherits — data sync, authentication, webhooks, and third-party APIs — and make sure the next integration is cheaper to build than the last.
Stay current with partner platform roadmaps and the shifting privacy and measurement landscape, and bring a point of view on what it means for our customers.
Bring AI into the product
Identify where AI meaningfully improves the integration experience — intelligent field mapping, automated setup and diagnostics, enriched data pushed into partner systems, self-healing syncs — and build the case for what's worth investing in.
Shape how CallRail's integration data is consumed by AI agents and assistants, as customers increasingly expect their systems to be queryable and actionable by AI rather than only by humans.
Know the difference between an AI feature that holds up in production and one that demos well, and be willing to say so.
Prioritize and measure
Monitor success metrics, product health, and user feedback, and use them to continuously refine your domain.
Make the call on sequencing net-new work against fixes and migrations, and be able to explain that call to anyone who asks.
Keep the unglamorous half of integration work — bugs, migrations, reliability — visible and scheduled rather than invisible and endless.
Cross-functional
Partner with other product teams whose features depend on your integrations — most often
Voice Assist
, where the quality of a CRM or scheduling integration directly determines what our AI agents can actually do for a customer. Treat your domain as a platform other teams build on, and sequence your roadmap accordingly.
Work closely with
Product Design
on the integration experience — setup and authentication flows, field mapping, error and reconnection states — where most of the design difficulty is in making genuinely complex configuration feel simple.
Write clear, actionable epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria with real technical context and edge cases identified up front.
Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience on launches, enablement, and adoption of new integrations.
Close the loop with Support — turn ticket patterns into prioritized work, and give them answers and workarounds in the meantime.
Represent the integrations domain in planning cycles, executive updates, and cross-functional initiatives.
What You'll Need
5+ years of product management experience
, with 2+ years focused on integrations, partner ecosystems, or platform-oriented work.
Demonstrated AI fluency in your day-to-day practice.
You use AI tools to accelerate research synthesis, competitive analysis, spec drafting, data exploration, and prototyping — and you can speak specifically about what you've changed in how you work, not just which tools you've tried.
A track record of shipping B2B SaaS integrations end to end—CRMs, ad platforms, marketing automation, analytics, or communication tools.
Martech experience is preferred.
Strong technical fluency.
You read API documentation comfortably, reason about data models and auth flows, and scope edge cases with engineers without needing a translator. Deep API design experience isn't required, but you need to know this territory well enough to make good calls about rate limits, sync behavior, and failure modes.
Proven ability to manage complex product surfaces across partner APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and data syncing.
Experience building product surfaces that
other product teams depend on
— negotiating roadmaps with peer PMs, making commitments you can keep, and saying no in a way that keeps the relationship intact.
Ability to prioritize clearly across business goals, customer needs, and technical feasibility, and to explain your reasoning to both engineers and executives.
Comfort working directly with Support, Sales, and Marketing — turning their signal into prioritized work and keeping them informed without being asked twice.
Experience in Agile teams working closely with engineers and designers. We flex to optimize how the team works best together.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Integration decisions live or die by how well they're documented.
Familiarity with tools we use: Jira, Confluence, Miro, Looker, Fullstory, Figma.
Nice to Have
Hands-on experience with
ad platform measurement
— offline conversion imports, value-based bidding, consent and privacy changes, and how signal loss affects attribution.
Hands-on experience with
CRM data models and lifecycle
— lead and contact objects, custom fields, activity logging, and the realities of syncing into a customer's existing workflow.
Experience shipping an AI-powered feature to production and owning its quality, cost, and evaluation over time.
Experience with MCP, agent frameworks, or designing APIs intended for AI consumption.
Experience in marketing tech, communications tools, or call tracking ecosystems.
Background working with public APIs and/or developer experience tools.
Working With AI at CallRail
AI is core to how our product team operates, and we expect it to be core to how you operate. We use
Claude
across discovery, spec writing, data analysis, prototyping, and internal tooling, and we're actively building AI capabilities into the product itself. In this role you will:
Use AI daily as a working tool — clustering support tickets to find the real bug patterns, drafting and pressure-testing specs, exploring integration data, and building throwaway scripts and prototypes to answer questions faster than a meeting could.
Build your own leverage rather than waiting for it — writing Claude skills, agents, and internal workflows that make you and your team faster.
Think about CallRail's platform as something AI agents will consume, not just humans. MCP servers, agent-friendly API design, and tool-calling patterns are increasingly part of what a modern integrations platform is expected to offer, and you'll help shape our point of view there.
Stay genuinely current. The tooling changes every few months, and we want someone curious enough to keep up and pragmatic enough to know when a new tool actually helps.
We're looking for evidence that you've already changed how you work because of these tools — not just enthusiasm about them.
If you do not meet all the requirements listed, we still encourage you to apply! No job description is perfect, and we may also have another opportunity that aligns with your skills and experience.
