The job
Flo is looking for a Director, Head of Global PR & Communications to shape how the world understands our company, mission, and impact.
You will lead Flo’s global external communications strategy across corporate, consumer, product, scientific, and executive communications. You will build influential narratives that strengthen Flo’s position as a category-defining women’s health company, deepen trust in our brand, and raise the visibility of women’s health.
This is both a strategic and hands-on role. You will advise senior executives on complex issues while building media relationships, developing stories, preparing spokespeople, and leading responses when the stakes are high.
The ideal candidate will bring the judgment and credibility required to communicate responsibly at the intersection of healthcare, technology, privacy, science, culture, and public policy.
What you’ll do
Lead Flo’s communications strategy
Develop a global PR and external communications strategy aligned with Flo’s brand, product, commercial, and company priorities.
Create a differentiated corporate narrative that positions Flo as a leader in women’s health, consumer technology, and medically credible digital health.
Lead communications across corporate reputation, product launches, scientific research, partnerships, executive visibility, and thought leadership.
Identify the conversations Flo should lead and establish clear objectives and measures of success.
Build reputation through powerful storytelling
Strengthen trust in Flo among consumers, healthcare professionals, media, partners, policymakers, and other influential stakeholders.
Build relationships with leading journalists and opinion leaders across health, technology, business, science, and consumer media.
Develop a consistent pipeline of proactive stories that extends beyond company announcements and product launches.
Translate clinical research, product innovation, and proprietary insights into compelling, accessible stories without compromising medical credibility.
Partner with Medical Affairs, Science and Research, Privacy, Security, Legal, Product, and Public Policy to communicate complex and sensitive topics accurately.
Act as a senior company spokesperson and prepare executives and subject-matter experts for media engagements.
Advise leaders and protect Flo’s reputation
Serve as a trusted communications adviser to the CEO, CMO, executive leadership team, and other senior stakeholders.
Build distinctive thought leadership platforms for Flo’s executives, doctors, scientists, and researchers.
Lead issues management and crisis communications, including scenario planning, escalation protocols, response strategies, and spokesperson preparation.
Anticipate reputational risks across reproductive health, medical claims, data privacy, AI, and public policy.
Provide clear, composed counsel under pressure, balancing transparency, empathy, legal considerations, medical accuracy, and the needs of Flo’s community.
Lead the function
Build, lead, and develop a high-performing global communications team.
Manage PR agencies and specialist partners across priority markets.
Own the communications budget and allocate resources against the highest-impact priorities.
Establish strong global processes while allowing for local cultural and media nuance.
Partner with the People team to ensure consistency across external and employee communications.
What you’ll bring
Significant progressive experience in public relations and corporate communications within a high-profile, consumer-facing organization.
A track record of leading global communications strategies that strengthen reputation and support business growth.
Experience in digital health, healthcare, consumer technology, or another complex and highly regulated sector.
Deep expertise in corporate reputation, consumer PR, executive communications, media relations, issues management, and crisis communications.
Strong relationships with relevant global media, or a demonstrated ability to build them.
Experience translating technical, medical, scientific, or data-led subjects into clear and compelling narratives.
Sound judgment when navigating sensitive issues, incomplete information, and public scrutiny.
Experience advising CEOs and senior executives, with the confidence to offer constructive challenge.
Strong people leadership and experience managing teams, agencies, budgets, and international programs.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
A data-informed approach to communications planning and evaluation.
The ability to move between long-term strategy and hands-on delivery in a fast-moving environment.
What will make you successful at Flo

You combine high standards with pragmatism, remain calm under pressure, and build strong relationships across disciplines and geographies. The job
We’re looking for a Creative leader who can turn creativity into a growth engine. You’ll own creative strategy end to end - from brand and big ideas to performance, production and AI - and lead a 20-person creative team to deliver work that moves both culture and business metrics. You’ll unlock new audiences, build a faster and smarter production engine, and bring creative closer to the heart of growth decisions. If you believe creativity should be bold, measurable and built for impact - this role is for you.
What you will own
Creative strategy end to end: the brand platform and the thousands of assets that run against it, from CTV and upper-funnel video through paid social, search, web funnels, app store and lifecycle.
Business outcomes. CPA, subscription rate and payback are partly creative variables. You carry them alongside acquisition, you sit where budget is set, and you present the creative case to the executive team and the board.
Unlock new audiences. Build the repeatable route in: insight, territory, batch production, structured testing on ring-fenced budget, then scale.
The production engine, around 20 people across creative strategy, motion, design, UGC and production ops. Faster cycles, sharper briefs, and a written rule for what gets hand-crafted, templated or generated. Cost per asset and cycle time are KPIs.
AI in production. Generative tools are already live here and some of our strongest performers are AI-made. Push much further, and decide where human craft stays non-negotiable.
The measurement system itself. Creative performance sits in disconnected per-platform dashboards today, so a single comparable view of every asset is an early priority.
Experience and skills
You have led creative in customer facing tech where performance marketing is the main growth engine, and you can hold your own on incrementality, pROAS and LTV/CAC.
You can state what your creative was worth to your last business, and show the evidence.
You are equally credible on brand, and can write a positioning that survives contact with a media plan.
You are AI-first in practice, not in theory: shipped work, opinions on tooling, and the quality and disclosure calls made yourself.
You are comfortable pushing the boundaries, failing at times and being innovative.
You build teams people stay on, set the bar high and focus on coaching for strong outcomes.

The job
We’re looking for a
Senior Frontend Engineer
to help us build the next generation of Flo’s platform and user experiences.

Our frontend stack is based on
React
,
TypeScript
, and
Next.js
, with a strong focus on performance, maintainability, and testing.
We care deeply about quality: we use TypeScript for type safety, Jest and Playwright for automated testing, and continuously evolve our design system and UI Kit.
What you'll be doing:
Design, build, and maintain high-quality user-facing components and platform SDKs that enable survey and interactive experiences in the Flo ecosystem.
Collaborate with product, design, and backend engineers to deliver flexible and scalable solutions.
Contribute to Flo’s design system and shared UI libraries, ensuring consistency and reusability across products.

Expert-level knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+).
Deep experience with React and modern frontend tooling.
Solid grasp of object-oriented design patterns and the ability to write efficient, well-structured algorithms
You must use AI coding agents as your default way of working — writing code manually is the exception, not the rule.
Proven ability to create adaptive, responsive, and accessible user interfaces.
A product mindset and strong collaboration skills — you care about how your work impacts the user.
Nice to have:
Familiarity with Next.js, Contentful, or similar frameworks and CMS solutions.
Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
Understanding of analytics and BI integrations.

Create and/or oversee pattern making with a full understanding of garment construction.
Critically analyse fit comments and translate feedback into clear, technical action points.
Diagnose construction or fit issues and propose durable technical solutions, not just quick fixes.
Lead fitting sessions: taking measurements, technical notes, and deciding on the adjustments needed.
Bring strong technical knowledge of woven, jersey and activewear fabrics.
Bring strong technical knowledge of knitwear (gauge, stitch structure, finishing, shrinkage, shaping).
Bring technical knowledge of intimates/lingerie construction (elastic engineering, cups, support structures).
Carry out or coordinate fabric testing (shrinkage, stretch & recovery, colorfastness, pilling) to validate performance before bulk production.
Pattern Making & Grading
Create digital patterns from sketch or brief with a complete understanding of drape, ease, and movement.
Apply a critical, analytical eye to grading, identifying areas for continuous improvement across the size range.
Adjust key points of measurement based on fit feedback and production considerations.
Technical Documentation & Accuracy
Create, update, and maintain techpacks and spec sheets with accuracy and consistency.
Ensure all documentation (fitting notes, revisions, BOM) is complete, organised, and up to date.
Communicate clearly and effectively with manufacturers on technical comments, corrections, and updates.
Sample Development & Production Coordination
Track sample development across all stages, ensuring timelines and revisions are followed closely.
Coordinate with manufacturers with a real understanding of production constraints (MOQ, technical feasibility, construction complexity).
Estimate fabric consumption and support costing discussions with manufacturers.
Prepare samples for fittings, meetings, and production handover.
Leadership & Team Support
Mentor and support junior team members on technical development and pattern making.
Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously across different product categories.
Act as a technical reference point for the wider design and development team.
Tracking & Reporting
Document development progress meticulously (fitting photos, revision notes, sample history).
Keep development trackers accurate and up to date at every stage.
Requirements
You are highly organised, technically minded, and passionate about the details that make a garment fit and function beautifully.
Detail-Oriented
: You have a strong eye for precision and consistency, especially regarding fit, measurements, and garment construction.
Technically Skilled
: You have complete mastery of garment construction and pattern making, and understand how different fabrics behave across categories, including knitwear.
Analytical
: You take a critical, questioning approach to fit comments and grading, always looking for ways to improve accuracy and consistency across the size range.
Process-Driven
: You enjoy organising information, following development stages closely, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
Collaborative
: You communicate clearly with both design teams and manufacturers, and enjoy working in a growing and supportive environment.
Quality-Focused
: You care deeply about product quality, fit consistency, and creating garments that are made to last.
Sustainability-Driven
: You are aligned with our client's slow-fashion philosophy and understand the importance of thoughtful product development.
Requirements
8–10+ years of experience in garment technical development and pattern making.
Full mastery of pattern making across wovens, jersey, knitwear, intimates.
Strong knowledge of garment construction and fitting processes.
Deep, critical understanding of grading and measurements, with the ability to identify and improve grading accuracy.
Ability to create and update technical packs independently.
Proficient in CLO 3D, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
Proficient in Google Sheets / Excel.
Knowledge of sustainable materials and processes (certifications, recycled fibres, low-impact dyeing, etc.).
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable communicating technical comments and revisions directly with manufacturers.
Deep understanding of garment costing and fabric consumption.
Experience mentoring or supervising junior technical staff.
English & Bahasa Indonesia proficiency.

500M+ downloads. 80M+ monthly users. A decade of building – and we’re still accelerating.
Flo is the world’s #1 health & fitness app worldwide on a mission to build a better future for female health. Backed by a $200M investment led by General Atlantic, we became the first product of our kind to reach a $1B valuation in 2024 – and we’re not slowing down.
With 7M paid subscribers and the highest-rated experience in the App Store’s health category, we’ve spent 10 years earning trust at scale. Now, we’re building the next generation of digital health – AI-powered, privacy-first, clinically backed – to help our users know their body better.
The job
As an Android Engineer at Flo, you'll help shape the mobile experience for millions of people, and do genuinely meaningful work in women's health. Our app is trusted by 1 in 4 women aged 18–44 in the US and used across 100+ countries, with machine learning and AI powering accurate cycle predictions and personalised, medically credible health insights.
We build large-scale mobile applications with rich, intuitive interfaces - optimised for speed, accessibility and privacy. You'll join a cross-functional team working across the full mobile lifecycle, from feature ideation through to release and iteration, with real ownership over value delivery end to end.
We're not a feature factory. Our engineers are pragmatic problem-solvers who thrive in fast-moving environments and care about what they ship. You'll have genuine scope to experiment, lead ambitious product initiatives and implement solutions that matter - not just clear a backlog. Flo is a constantly evolving product, and we give our engineers the trust and autonomy to evolve it.
Your Experience
Must have:
7+ years of hands-on Android development experience, with a track record of shipping and maintaining production applications at scale
Experience building large, complex mobile applications with polished, performant UIs - ideally for global consumer audiences
Strong proficiency in Java, with solid object-oriented design principles and a keen eye for clean, maintainable code
Deep knowledge of the Android ecosystem - including platform fragmentation, UI design patterns, and delivering consistent experiences across a wide range of screen sizes and devices
Solid familiarity with Google technologies, Play Store submission processes, and Google's development guidelines
A good grasp of the full mobile product lifecycle, with practical experience working within Agile teams
Nice to have:
Knowledge of Kotlin programming language, Clean Architecture and reactive programming
An eye for UX and interaction design - you care about how things feel, not just how they work
Hands-on experience with mobile CI/CD tooling, including build, test and release automation

The job
We’re looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to join our Health Records & Virtual Clinics team. This team is building the foundational infrastructure that powers Flo’s next generation of personalised healthcare experiences. Our mission is to integrate diverse health data sources, from clinical systems and external vendors to user-reported data, including data from wearables directly or via Health Connect/HealthKit into a unified, reliable, and actionable health record. This foundation will enable a new Virtual Clinics direction, delivering personalised, data-driven care journeys at scale.
While this is a deeply technical and data-heavy area, we believe that the true value of health data is unlocked through intuitive, trustworthy, and beautifully designed user experiences. You will partner closely with product design to ensure complex, fragmented health data is translated into clear, intuitive, and user-friendly experiences.
Your Experience
Must have:
7+ years of experience in product management, including experience in platform, data, or infrastructure products
Strong technical background, with experience working on APIs, data pipelines, or distributed systems
Experience integrating third-party vendors, APIs, or complex ecosystems (healthcare experience is a strong plus)
Solid understanding of data modeling, data quality challenges, and trade-offs in building scalable data platforms
Proven passion for building high-quality user experiences, with a track record of partnering closely with design to ship intuitive and elegant products
Ability to translate complex technical systems and data into simple, user-friendly interfaces and flows
Experience working in regulated environments and collaborating with clinical, legal, privacy, and security stakeholders
Proven ability to define and deliver products in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
Strong analytical mindset, with experience defining and tracking metrics for platform/data products
Track record of iterative delivery and experimentation, even within complex technical domains
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams around complex initiatives
Passion for building impactful healthcare products and improving user outcomes through data
What you'll be doing
You'll be responsible for:
Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Health Records and data integrations, enabling scalable and secure ingestion of data from multiple vendors and systems
Own the end-to-end lifecycle of health data: from ingestion and normalization to enrichment and activation in downstream experiences
Lead the development of a unified health data model that supports personalised user experiences, clinical use cases, and Virtual Clinics services
Partner with design team to creation of best-in-class UI/UX patterns for surfacing health insights, longitudinal records, and care journeys
Ensure that health data is presented in a way that is actionable, empathetic, and clinically responsible, balancing simplicity with accuracy
Partner closely with Engineering, Data, Clinical, and Legal teams to ensure data accuracy, regulatory compliance, and user privacy. Own the creation of well-scoped product and technical specifications, and actively participate in technical trade-off discussions. Given the tech- and infrastructure-heavy nature of the team, operate as a deeply embedded partner within the squad, not just a stakeholder, contributing to architecture-level decisions and day-to-day execution
Drive vendor integration strategy, including prioritisation, evaluation, and long-term partnership management
Collaborate with AI Platform team to ensure high-quality structured data is available for models and personalised insights
Balance speed and scalability, making high-judgment trade-offs across infrastructure, data quality, and user-facing impact
Establish metrics to evaluate data quality, coverage, and downstream impact on user outcomes and business goals
Stay on top of industry trends in digital health, interoperability, and virtual care, as well as evolving UX patterns in consumer health products
