NEOLYTIX
Associate / Sr Associate – AR (RCM)
Accounts Receivable & Denials · US Healthcare
LEVEL
Associate / Sr Associate
EXPERIENCE
1+ Yr / 3–4 Yrs
LOCATION
Gurugram (Onsite)
SHIFT
Night (US Hours)
Two openings, one team —
Associate requires a minimum of 1 year in US healthcare AR calling; Senior Associate requires 3–4 years with denials depth. Apply to the level that matches your experience.
About the Role
Neolytix is a US-headquartered healthcare MSO serving 270+ provider organizations. Our AR team works US insurance receivables end-to-end — following up with payers, resolving denials, and driving collections for physician groups and specialty practices.
Associates own payer follow-up and claim-status resolution on assigned buckets. Senior Associates handle complex denials, appeals, and aged AR, and act as first-line quality support for the pod.
Key Responsibilities
Core (Associate & Sr Associate)
Work assigned AR buckets — call US payers on claim status, underpayments, and non-payment, and document actions clearly in the billing system.
Analyze EOBs/ERAs, identify denial reasons (CARC/RARC), and take corrective action — rebill, reprocess, or escalate.
Meet daily productivity and quality targets (claims worked, resolution rate, call quality).
Maintain HIPAA-compliant handling of PHI at all times.
Additional (Sr Associate)
Own complex denials and appeals — draft appeal letters, track appeal TAT, and follow through to overturn.
Work aged AR (90+/120+) with root-cause notes that feed prevention, not just recovery.
Support the TL on quality — spot-check documentation, coach new associates on payer-specific nuances.
Skills & Experience
Must-Have
Associate: minimum 1 year in US healthcare AR calling (provider side). Sr Associate: 3–4 years with hands-on denials and appeals work.
Working knowledge of the US revenue cycle — claim lifecycle, EOB/ERA reading, denial codes (CARC/RARC), and timely-filing rules.
Experience on practice-management / EHR platforms — Epic, AdvancedMD, or Athena Health preferred; similar platforms considered.
Preferred
Multi-specialty physician-group experience.
Exposure to both government (Medicare/Medicaid) and commercial payers.
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) is mandatory and must be completed — candidates currently pursuing a degree, or with an incomplete/dropped graduation, are not eligible.
Communication:
Voice-facing role — excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral accent and confident US payer-call handling, plus good written English for accurate documentation.
Work mode & shift:
Onsite at Gurugram, 5 days a week, on a fixed night (US-hours) shift — reliable attendance, punctuality, and roster adherence are essential.
Systems:
Comfortable working in billing/EHR platforms and MS Office; good computer proficiency and clear note-writing.
Notice period:
Immediate joiners or candidates on short notice strongly preferred.
Performance Expectations
You will be measured on clear, role-specific metrics:
Claims worked per day (productivity target).
Resolution / collection rate on assigned buckets.
Call and documentation quality score (from QA audits).
Aged-AR (90+/120+) reduction and denial-overturn rate (Sr Associate).
Hiring Process
HR Screening
2 Technical Interviews
Assessment Round
HR discussion (fitment, shift, salary).
Why Join Neolytix
US Healthcare Depth
Live US provider accounts across 270+ client organizations — real RCM, not a training bench.

Stable, Growing MSO

Support the integration of information security requirements into procurement, project management, and change control processes.
Cross-Functional & General GRC Support

Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Humanoid is seeking a Director of Contracts & Business Support to lead commercial contracting across the business and to build the processes, standards, and systems that support it. This is the company's senior commercial legal role, reporting directly to the CLO. It carries a global remit covering the markets Humanoid sells into, the partners it builds with, and the suppliers from which it sources.
The role works in close partnership with the go-to-market (GTM) and supply chain functions, supporting transactions from initial structuring through negotiation to signature. This includes customer and reseller agreements, master supply and manufacturing contracts, technology partnerships incorporating revenue share and other non-standard commercial models, and the confidentiality and data protection arrangements that sit alongside them.
Alongside transactional work, the role owns the contracting operating model: standard templates, negotiation playbooks and fallback positions, delegation of authority, escalation routes, and the selection and implementation of contract lifecycle management (CLM) and AI-assisted contract review tooling.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own commercial contracting end to end, drafting, negotiating, and closing customer, partner, and supplier agreements across every country we operate in.
- Act as the legal partner to our GTM and supply chain teams, from early deal shaping through to signature, with fast and commercially practical answers.
- Negotiate supply chain and manufacturing agreements, and technology partnerships including revenue share and other non-standard commercial models.
- Build and own the contracting operating model: templates, playbooks, guidelines, delegation of authority, escalation paths, and the internal processes that keep deals moving.
- Select, implement, and get real value from CLM and AI-assisted contract review tooling to manage a pipeline in the hundreds without simply adding headcount.
- Protect and commercialise our intellectual property (IP), advising on ownership, licensing, and confidentiality across customer, partner, and supplier arrangements.
- Manage commercial disputes and pre-litigation matters, working with the Head of Compliance and outside counsel where it makes sense.
- Work with the Head of Compliance and the CLO to make sure commercial terms reflect our regulatory obligations.
- Instruct and manage outside counsel with a clear view of cost and value.
- Build, manage, and develop the contracts team as it grows, while staying hands-on yourself.
- Be a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and the executive team.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 10+ years' post-qualification experience (PQE); qualified solicitor in England and Wales (or equivalent), with a current practising certificate.
- 5+ years in highly regulated or safety-critical sectors, such as robotics, AI, automotive, aerospace, medical devices, or comparable technology.
- 5+ years of in-house experience.
- 5+ years of people management experience.
- A strong track record on supply chain contracts and technology partnerships, including revenue share arrangements.
- Solid IP and dispute resolution experience.
- Proficiency with contract management systems and AI contract review tools.
- Comfortable managing senior stakeholders and holding your own with commercial leadership.
- Hands-on and execution-oriented. You draft and negotiate yourself rather than only overseeing others.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and driving clarity in a fast-moving environment.
- Motivated by a long-term in-house role. This is a demanding position in a company building at pace, where priorities shift and no two weeks look the same.
NICE TO HAVE
- Dual UK/US qualification.
- Experience in deep-tech, robotics, hardware, or advanced manufacturing organisations.
- Experience implementing a CLM platform from scratch, ideally an AI-enabled one.
- Experience scaling a legal function through rapid commercial growth or a funding round.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive equity: stock options with meaningful upside as we scale.
- 30+ days off, including 23 days annual leave, all UK bank holidays, and additional company closure days (including Christmas–New Year shutdown).
- Private healthcare, including virtual and in-person care.
- Pension scheme with 8% total contribution (5% employee, 3% employer) on full earnings.
- Free daily breakfast, catered lunch, and snacks in-office.
- Work at the frontier - collaborate daily with world-class engineers, researchers, and product experts building the next generation of AI and humanoid robotics.
- Real ownership - direct access to founding leadership, meaningful input on product direction, and the ability to drive key initiatives from day one.

If you want to solve complex problems at scale and impact how millions of people access and manage money, come build with us.
Southeast Asia's fintech moment starts here.
About the role
You'll own regulatory license application projects for Salmon, managing submissions to the BSP (Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas), the SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission), and other regulators as the company expands its licensed products and geographies. This is a hands-on role for someone who goes deep into the detail, drafts the materials themselves, and keeps applications moving.
What you'll do
- Work within a small, dedicated licensing function, coordinating across legal, compliance, finance, product, and PMO teams to move license applications forward
- Serve as the primary on-the-ground point of contact in Manila for licensing projects, working closely with a remote team lead
- Navigate regulatory back-and-forth: drafting responses, tracking open items, and keeping stakeholders aligned across multiple concurrent applications
- Keep applications on track by explaining the regulatory context and requirements behind each request, so stakeholders understand what is needed and why, and escalating with clear facts and impact when inputs are blocked
What you'll own
- End-to-end management of regulatory license applications, from initial pack preparation through regulator approval
- Drafting application documentation yourself (application letters, governance materials, and corporate documents), bringing in the relevant stakeholders for input/support where needed and sign-off
- Timelines, deadlines, and deliverables across multiple license projects simultaneously, pushing stakeholders to deliver on time and escalating risks early
- Coordination with legal, compliance, finance, and business owners to gather inputs and ensure submissions are accurate and complete
- Ongoing communication with regulators, tracking questions, comments, and required follow-ups through to closure
- Supporting the transition of licensing projects from the PMO team into the dedicated licensing function
What makes you a strong fit
- 3-5 years of experience combining legal, regulatory, and project management work on complex, multi-stakeholder projects in financial services or fintech
- Hands-on experience with license applications for financial activities (e.g. banking, e-money/payments, securities/trading, lending) or comparable fintech regulatory projects, at a bank, payment company, EMI, trading firm, or financial institution, or through law firm or Big Four advisory work in financial services
- Strong drafting skills: you're comfortable reading regulations, interpreting requirements, and writing submission-ready documents
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to spot gaps and inconsistencies before the regulator does
- Confident and persistent with stakeholders at all levels: you explain the "why" behind each request with clear regulatory context and detail, follow up, push back, and escalate when needed, while keeping relationships constructive
- Comfortable working with Confluence, JIRA, and Slack as core operating tools
- Relocation to Manila is required
Location: Tbilisi, Georgia; Yerevan, Armenia; Belgrade, Serbia; Montenegro; Almaty, Kazakhstan

Plan and book business travel end to end: flights, hotels, transfers, visas, and a clear itinerary with all the details in one place.
Personal matters.
Handle personal administration for the CEO within an agreed scope: appointments, documents, travel, payments.
Correspondence.
Triage the CEO’s inbox where agreed, draft replies, letters and short memos, and make sure important messages get an answer on time.
Coordination.
Act as the point of contact between the CEO and internal teams, external partners and providers. Pass company-document and KYB requests to the Operations Manager and track them to completion.
Weekly overview.
A short weekly summary for the CEO: upcoming week, open follow-ups, decisions waiting on him.
Requirements
3+ years as an executive assistant to a C-level executive, ideally in fintech, financial services or a multi-entity group.
Proven experience supporting an executive remotely.
Very organised and self-directed: calendars, follow-up lists and trackers are your normal way of working.
Good written English: you can draft a letter or a memo that needs little correction.
Able to move tasks forward through people who do not report to you, including senior ones.
Absolute discretion: you will see the CEO’s calendar, personal matters and confidential company data.
Comfortable with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, task trackers (ClickUp or similar) and shared document systems.
Availability during Cyprus business hours (EET/EEST), with flexibility when travel or urgent matters require it.
Russian is a plus.

We're hiring an E-commerce Operations Associate to support the Brand Managers across our portfolio. This is a heavily operations-focused role: you'll own the systems, reporting, inventory planning, and cross-channel coordination that keep our brands running smoothly day to day across DTC, subscription, and Amazon.
You won't be siloed on one brand. You'll be pointed at whichever brand needs the most operational horsepower at the time, which means you'll see how three very different consumer businesses actually run, and you'll build the judgment to run one yourself.
Think of it as the
#2 seat on a small, fast-moving brand team
. You'll keep operations tight, flag risks before they become problems, and free up the Brand Manager to focus on high-leverage decisions. You won't be siloed on one brand. You'll go wherever the portfolio needs operational horsepower most, so you'll learn in one year what usually takes three.
What You'll Do
Inventory & Operations
Own inventory tracking, demand planning, and reorder cadence across DTC, subscription, and Amazon
Coordinate with suppliers, co-packers, and 3PLs to keep stock flowing and SKUs healthy
Build and maintain daily/weekly reports on sales, performance, and forecasts
Spot risks early and keep the Brand Manager informed
Subscription Operations
Support recurring-revenue operations: cadence, swaps, and upcoming-order management
Forecast subscription and one-time demand together so stock covers both
Report on active subscribers, churn, and retention
Amazon
Run day-to-day Seller Central / Vendor Central operations: listings, inventory, and case management
Monitor Buy Box, listing health, reviews, and account performance
Support advertising operations, promotions, and FBA inbound planning
Project Management & Marketing Support
Own task management and coordination across multiple brands at once
Help plan and execute product launches and campaigns
Coordinate influencer partnerships, draft social/email content and creative briefs, and QA landing pages and ads
Requirements
3+ years of hands-on experience in operations, supply chain, or logistics, ideally at a consumer brand, 3PL, or manufacturer
Real inventory experience: reorder points, lead times, safety stock, sell-through, SKU-level health
Demand planning skills: building forecasts, sizing POs, balancing stock across channels
Experience managing vendors such as suppliers, co-packers, 3PLs, or freight forwarders
Comfort with ops systems: inventory platforms (Cin7, NetSuite, or similar), 3PL portals, Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, subscription tools (Recharge, Skio, or similar), and heavy spreadsheet work
Strong written and verbal English
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-directed. You see what needs to happen and you do it
Comfortable working remotely and asynchronously across more than one brand at a time
Benefits
A real seat at the table.
You'll do meaningful work with visibility, not busywork.
Three businesses, not one.
You'll get broad, fast learning across very different categories.
Early-stage opportunity.
If you join now, you'll grow with the platform and get opportunities that won't exist later.

Hold a law degree (JD, LLB, or equivalent) and meet the local licensing requirements to work as in-house counsel where you'll be based

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
