WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Notion is shaping the future of Go-To-Market, and as a Solutions Consultant (SC), you’ll bring that future to life by building alongside customers and turning their biggest challenges into measurable outcomes. As a customer-facing, quota-carrying SC, you’ll bring together technical fluency and commercial ownership to grow your book of business. You’ll build pipeline with BDRs, engage key stakeholders, lead discovery, co-build workflow solutions live with customers, and guide opportunities through close. You’ll connect each solution to a clear business case and stay engaged through adoption, expansion, and renewal so customers realize the value of what they buy.
You’ll partner with BDRs, Outcomes Architects, and technical or product specialists while maintaining clear ownership of customer relationships, opportunity momentum, and next steps. If you’re a builder who loves to sell—and want to work at the intersection of AI, productivity, and enterprise—this is the role.
WHAT YOU’LL ACHIEVE
- Create pipeline across your book of business. Build target-account plans with BDRs and initiate outreach to priority stakeholders to generate qualified opportunities, alongside BDR-sourced pipeline.
- Own opportunities from first conversation through close. Lead discovery, qualify business needs and urgency, align stakeholders, shape the solution and business case, and drive the evaluation and commercial decision. Navigate commercial sizing, proposal construction, procurement, legal, and security review to close deals with the right scope, credits, and implementation path.
- Design and validate workflow solutions that deliver measurable value. Map current- and future-state workflows, co-build solutions live in Notion, and define realistic scope, success criteria, and an implementation path. Translate customer needs and validated outcomes into a clear business case, commercial recommendation, and decision path. Treat discovery as an opportunity to build and validate.
- Orchestrate the right partners while maintaining ownership. Engage BDRs, Outcomes Architects, and technical or product specialists at the right moments, with clear context and asks, while owning opportunity momentum, customer communication, and next steps.
- Drive customer value and commercial growth after signature. Partner with Outcomes Architects, guide the initial path to value with a clear adoption plan, on onboarding and ongoing multi-workflow adoption, and own expansion strategy and renewal planning. Stay accountable for translating credits sold into credits consumed, and surface risks or expansion opportunities as customer workflows mature.
SKILLS YOU’LL NEED TO BRING
- 1-3 years of Experience in selling technical products to technical buyers
- Commercial ownership and pipeline generation. You can demonstrate how you created or advanced business, influenced customer decisions, and owned measurable outcomes. Relevant experience may come from quota-carrying sales or adjacent customer-facing roles.
- Technical fluency and builder mindset. You are comfortable building live in software and can demo, co-design, and troubleshoot with a customer without needing a specialist in the room.
- AI fluency. You are excited about AI, build with new tools, and continually learn new ways of working.
- Discovery, qualification, and value articulation. You can uncover customer needs, map workflows, qualify business impact and urgency, and translate what you learn into commercial outcomes, adoption plans, and clear success criteria.
- Agency, urgency, and learning velocity. You set clear goals, take initiative, learn from customer interactions, and apply those learnings to improve outcomes. You bring new ideas and workflows to customers and make complex problems easier to solve.
- Complex customer engagement. You can lead multi-stakeholder interactions and navigate procurement, legal, and security review cycles.
- Native or bilingual-level Korean fluency and business-level English proficiency
NICE TO HAVES
- Full-cycle B2B software sales experience or solutions engineering experience, with a consistent track record of exceeding quota across new-logo acquisition and expansion motions.
- Familiarity with usage-based or consumption-based pricing models and the ability to structure credit-based commercial proposals.
- Prior experience selling to commercial accounts in productivity, collaboration, or workflow software.
- Experience in a shared account ownership model, partnering with a post-sale or Customer Success team as part of an integrated customer motion.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Solutions Consultant Manager is the person who makes our GTM motion real on the ground. As an in-region leader directly managing a team of Solutions Consultants, you'll own your team's full commercial output—new logo, expansion, and renewals—and be accountable for both the results and the quality of execution that produces them.
This isn't a traditional pipeline-management role. The best SC Managers are coaches first: they know what a great first meeting looks like, can watch a live build and tell a rep exactly what to change, and build the operating rhythm and inspection cadence that makes consistent execution possible across the team. If you're a builder who loves developing people as much as winning deals—and you want to lead a regional team in a go-to-market model that's genuinely new—this is the role.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Own the commercial performance of your team across new logo ARR, expansion ARR, and UBP outcomes—accountable for both the headline numbers and the quality of execution that drives them
- Coach SCs on the GTM builder motion: what great looks like in a first meeting (workflow diagnosis, current → future architecture), a second meeting (live build in Notion + value narrative), and through the full cycle to adoption hand-off
- Contribute to and participate in the regional operating cadence: weekly pipeline reviews, deal support sessions, call reviews against the motion quality rubric, and forecast calls with senior leadership
- Hire, onboard, and certify new SCs to the GTM builder motion—driving readiness from ramp through consistent execution, and managing performance with clarity when expectations aren't met
- Partner with the regional BDR manager on pipeline strategy, outbound targeting, and qualification standards to ensure the team's book of business is healthy and growing
- Partner with Outcomes leadership on adoption hand-offs, at-risk account management, and renewal strategy—owning the overall commercial arc for the region while collaborating on the execution that follows close
- Represent your team or region in leadership forums with clear signal on what's working, what needs investment, and where execution is breaking down
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Track record as a quota-carrying B2B seller with direct experience in workflow design, live demos, or technical sales—you can coach the builder motion because you've run it yourself
- Frontline sales management experience: built an operating cadence, ran performance management, and developed talent from onboarding through consistent overperformance
- Strong coaching orientation: you can watch a demo or deal review and identify specifically what to change—not just whether the outcome was good, but why, and what the rep should do differently next time
- Commercial instincts at the team level: able to read pipeline health, identify risk early, and drive urgency across a team without micromanaging individual deals
- You don't need to be an AI expert, but you have a strong interest in the evolving AI landscape, stay closely attuned to industry trends and developments, and are curious and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results.
- Native or bilingual level fluency Japanese and business-level English proficiency across speaking, listening, and reading, including the ability to support team members with global communication
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience selling or managing in a consumption or usage-based business where adoption signals matter as much as closed ARR
- Track record building high-performing regional teams from an early stage: hiring to profile, structured onboarding, certification, and performance management
- Experience in a shared account ownership model—able to navigate the SC/CSA hand-offs and hold the commercial arc across the full customer lifecycle

About The Opportunity
We are building an AI-native localization stack: agentic translation workflows that already publish content with minimal human touch, and a quality system that keeps that automation trustworthy at scale. As automation grows, quality assurance becomes the product. We are hiring a Senior PM to own QA and Evals for our multilingual AI agents — the evaluation, testing, and feedback infrastructure that decides whether an AI output is good enough to auto-publish, catches localization defects inside the live product, and continuously feeds signal back to improve our agents.
This role sits at the intersection of platform/product building, AI agent evaluation, and global product delivery. It requires sharp judgement and instinct to turn fuzzy, subjective quality problems into measurable, automatable systems, as well as strong product execution to ship the tooling that runs them at scale.
What You’ll Be Doing
Multilingual AI Quality Evaluation
Enhance the quality gate of the agentic pipeline — the evaluation agent that decides whether a translation is good enough to auto-publish.
Own the trade-off between automation coverage and risk across content tiers. When the gate gets something wrong systematically rather than as a one-off, diagnose the root cause and drive the fix back into the agent.
AI Driven Localization Testing
Build an AI-driven product testing tool that automatically detects localization defects that translation review cannot catch — truncation, layout breakage, hardcoded strings, unlocalized images, wrong number/date/currency formats.
Ship the MVP that scans mobile/web apps to accelerate localization auditing, then drive the long-term vision of integrating localization tests into internal product testing infrastructure, so they run automatically before features go live.
Evaluation & Annotation Infrastructure
Build the backbone that makes quality measurable and improvable: golden datasets, annotation tooling with error classification, automated evaluation, a metrics/dashboard layer, and the feedback loop that turns human evaluations into agent fine-tuning.
Own annotation workflow integration so linguists can annotate in a standardized, real-time way.
What We Look For In You
Bachelor's degree or higher with 3+ years in product management. Hands-on experience building or evaluating AI agent systems (not just using AI tools) may substitute for part of the PM tenure requirement.
Platform-building experience: You've built content platforms, testing platforms, or SaaS products — you know how to take a fuzzy internal workflow and turn it into a system others rely on. Experience with CMSes, testing infrastructure, or internal tooling counts.
AI agent / evaluation: You've worked hands-on with AI agents, agent harnesses, and evals — especially for subjective, hard-to-measure quality problems (not just accuracy against a clean label). You can design eval harnesses and golden datasets, and read failure modes (hallucination, prompt drift, edge-case regressions) well enough to know whether a bad output is a prompt problem, a data problem, or a model problem.
Multi-market shipping experience: You've shipped products across multiple markets or languages — you understand what breaks when a single-market assumption meets a global user base, and you're comfortable working cross-culturally with distributed teams.
Excellent cross-functional leadership across engineering, AI teams, linguists, design, and external partners
Nice-To-Haves
Localization/translation domain background — terminology & glossary management, TMS tools (Phrase, Smartling), internationalization (ICU/CLDR)
Bilingual or multilingual (Chinese and/or European languages)
Crypto, fintech, or other high-compliance / regulated domain experience
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
More that we love to tell you along the process!

Why This Role?
We're seeking an experienced Program Manager to join Cohere's customer-facing Program Management team, with a focus on UK public sector and defence accounts. This is a highly specialised role requiring an individual who understands technical program delivery, the technical complexity of frontier AI models and the unique requirements of government and defence organisations.
You will be the critical bridge between our cutting-edge AI capabilities and the specific needs of UK Government and defence organisations. You'll navigate complex procurement processes, stringent security requirements, data sovereignty concerns, and regulatory compliance while ensuring our customers successfully deploy and scale our AI solutions.
In this role, you'll collaborate with our Strategic Customer team, Applied ML (AML) Engineering, Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE), Platform, Product, and Go-to-Market teams, serving as the technical program lead and trusted advisor for our most sensitive and high-impact government engagements.
Location: UK
Security Clearance: Active Top Secret clearance preferred; candidates with Active Secret clearance or those who are eligible and willing to obtain clearance will also be considered.
What You'll Do
Customer Program Leadership:
- Own end-to-end technical program delivery for UK public sector and defence customers, from initial deployment through production scaling
- Serve as the primary technical program point of contact for government customers, building trusted relationships with departmental CIOs, IT directors, and technical teams
- Translate complex government requirements (security, compliance, accessibility, bilingualism, data sovereignty) into actionable engineering plans
- Navigate government procurement processes, RFP responses, and contractual technical obligations.
Strategic Communication:
- Provide clear, timely, and objective communication across Cohere's engineering organisation, customer stakeholders, and government leadership

- Present technical roadmaps and status updates to senior government officials and departmental executives
- Represent Cohere's technical capabilities in sensitive government and defence contexts.
Complex Program Management:
- Create and manage project schedules that account for government timelines, security review processes, and ministerial approval cycles
- Identify and manage dependencies across government departments, security authorities, cloud service providers, and internal Cohere teams
- Navigate risks unique to government deployments: privacy compliance, security authorisations, technical and infrastructure constraints
- Drive alignment between product development priorities and specific government requirements.
Technical Delivery & Execution:
- Ensure on-time delivery of AI solutions that meet government-grade security, privacy, accessibility, and performance standards
- Coordinate technical work across multiple teams: model customisation, security hardening, integration with government systems, bilingual support
- Establish governance checkpoints appropriate for high-stakes government deployments
- Problem-solve complex technical challenges in air-gapped, on-premises, or highly regulated environments.
You May Be a Good Fit If:
Required Experience:

Technical Background:
- Strong understanding of enterprise software deployment architectures (cloud, on-premises, hybrid, air-gapped)
- Working knowledge of or experience with modern AI: LLMs, agentic systems, MCP, RAG, fine-tuning, evals, and responsible AI would be a strong differentiator

- Understanding of defence and national security considerations in AI deployment
- Experience with Algorithmic Impact Assessments or AI ethics frameworks is a strong asset

- Have a previous government security clearance that has lapsed
Please note that obtaining Top Secret clearance can take 12-18 months. Candidates without active clearance will work on non-classified public sector accounts while the clearance process is underway.

We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
*Titles posted to our careers page are updated regularly to best advertise the role and expected seniority, but internally we have a flat titling system with two types of titles: one for individual contributors and one for people managers.

- You love sharing and presenting the things you’ve built
- Ability to deliver complex information to customers in a clear and concise way

About The Opportunity
We are looking for a
Senior Growth BI Project Manager
to join our CEO Office. This is a high-impact, end-to-end role that sits at the intersection of data intelligence and execution — covering OKX's key regulated markets globally.
You will own the full loop:
identifying growth problems through data, diagnosing root causes, shaping recommendations, and driving outcomes through cross-functional execution.
Beyond technical and operational skills, what will set you apart is who you are. We are looking for someone with an exceptional ability to learn fast and operate in unfamiliar territory without losing direction. Someone who genuinely cares about the work and brings energy to problems that others find too messy or too ambiguous to touch.
What You'll Be Doing
Growth Analytics & Insight
Monitor core growth metrics across regulated markets, proactively identifying anomalies, trends, and emerging opportunities.
Conduct structured root-cause analysis on growth performance — moving beyond data description to diagnosis: why did this happen, and what should we do about it.
Translate analytical findings into clear, prioritized recommendations for senior leadership and local market growth teams.
Build and maintain analytical frameworks and dashboards that give leadership a clear, real-time view of market health and growth efficiency.
Program Management & Execution
Own the end-to-end execution of key growth initiatives: from scoping and planning through to delivery and outcome tracking.
Drive cross-functional coordination across growth, product, engineering, and operations teams — ensuring alignment, accountability, and on-time delivery.
Define measurable success criteria for each initiative and close the loop on results.

What We Look For In You
At least 4 years of experience in growth analytics, business intelligence, strategy, or program management — ideally from a top internet company, fintech, Web3 firm, or management consulting background.
Exceptional learning agility — able to rapidly absorb new domains, connect the dots across unfamiliar data, and develop informed views in areas where you had no prior expertise.
Strong logical and quantitative thinking — you break complex problems into structured components and form conclusions grounded in evidence, not assumption.
Extreme self-motivation and ownership — you take full accountability for your workstreams, set your own direction, and are not satisfied until you see measurable outcomes. A genuine drive and passion for the work — you thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments, and find clarity and momentum where others find friction.
Excellent communication skills; able to adapt between technical and non-technical audiences, and comfortable presenting to senior leadership.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese is preferred to work with stakeholders in Mandarin-speaking markets.
Nice to Haves
Prior experience in the Web3 or crypto industry, or as a user of crypto products — genuine familiarity with the space is a meaningful advantage.
Hands-on experience building AI agent systems or complex workflows, beyond general tool usage.
Experience working within international or multinational organizations, with cross-regional stakeholder exposure.
Solid track record in growth analytics or channel analysis — comfortable working with acquisition, retention, and channel performance data, and experience translating analytical work into growth decisions.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, data analytics, and AI transformation. You will partner closely with senior leadership to drive high-impact, cross-functional initiatives spanning business growth, operational scaling, and AI-enabled ways of working.

What You'll Be Doing
Strategic Execution & Organizational Scaling
Support strategic initiatives related to VIP and Institutional business growth, operational efficiency, client experience, and scalable platform capabilities.
Partner with senior leadership to translate high-level strategies into scalable execution roadmaps and operating mechanisms.
Leverage data analytics and AI-assisted workflows to identify business opportunities, operational inefficiencies, performance drivers, and execution risks across VIP and Institutional initiatives.
Establish and continuously refine governance frameworks, execution cadences, and organizational workflows to improve delivery efficiency, visibility, and accountability across teams.
Identify cross-functional bottlenecks and systemic inefficiencies, and drive structural, scalable solutions rather than one-off fixes.
AI Transformation & AI-Native Operations
Support and accelerate company-wide AI transformation initiatives across various business workflows.
Drive adoption of AI-enabled delivery models and operational workflows, including process automation, AI copilots, and intelligent execution systems.
Utilize AI-assisted tools and workflows to accelerate data exploration, hypothesis generation, insight synthesis, and executive reporting.

About the Role
We're looking for a technical lead who can own the frontend across OKX's core crypto business verticals. You'll be deeply involved in the full frontend delivery lifecycle across Trading, Web3, Payment, and beyond — not just writing code, but helping teams and products find the right direction, make the right calls, and execute with speed and precision.
This role demands the rigor of an engineer, the strategic thinking of a product manager, and the market instincts of a crypto practitioner. You don't need to carry a full-stack title, but you must genuinely understand frontend, have enough backend fluency to hold your own in architecture discussions, and — above all — understand the business.
Core Responsibilities
Business & Team Leadership
Own the overall frontend team across core business verticals including Trading and Payment, covering hiring, development, and pipeline building. Partner effectively with Product, Backend, Security, and Compliance — driving cross-functional outcomes through technical judgment, not just execution.
Product Delivery & Technical Execution
Lead technical design and delivery for core business features including trading system frontend experience, wallet and asset management, AI-powered trading products, payment gateway integrations, and KYC/AML frontend implementation. Stay deeply sensitive to business metrics and user experience, making sound trade-offs between speed and quality.
Product & Engineering Thinking in the AI Era
Demonstrate deep understanding of how AI is reshaping product paradigms — changing user expectations, product form factors, and R&D efficiency. Integrate AI into product decisions and design, not merely as a productivity tool.
Technical Judgment & Standard-Setting
Drive tech stack alignment and evolution. Proactively identify and address technical risk. Establish high engineering quality standards in complex crypto security contexts — private key security, frontend attack prevention, compliance auditing, and more.
Cross-Team Influence
Build dual technical and business influence at the company level. Communicate technical value and business judgment clearly to engineers, product managers, and senior leadership alike. Participate in industry engagements to attract high-potential talent who are genuinely passionate about crypto.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in CS or related field; 10+ years of engineering experience including 5+ years managing technical teams; solid full-stack capabilities with frontend depth
Deep command of core frontend technologies (React/Vue internals, engineering toolchains, performance optimization, cross-platform solutions), with enough backend and API fluency to drive substantive technical discussions
Proven track record leading frontend for products with DAU 1M+ in high-concurrency, high-availability environments
Demonstrated experience driving cross-team collaboration and standard adoption through technical influence rather than organizational authority
Industry Background (Partial Core)
(Core)
Genuine understanding of and enthusiasm for crypto — familiar with CEX/DEX trading mechanics, Web3 wallet and signing mechanisms, and mainstream payment gateway ecosystems
Experience owning frontend delivery for trading, fintech, payments, or crypto products; comfortable navigating the tensions between compliance, security, and user experience
Familiarity with the Web3 frontend ecosystem (ethers.js / wagmi / viem, WalletConnect, EVM contract interactions, etc.)
Global product experience — understands the complexity of multi-language, multi-currency, multi-jurisdiction compliance requirements
Engineering Competencies for the AI Era (Core)
Deep understanding of how AI is reshaping product design; can integrate AI into product decisions rather than treating it purely as a development accelerator
Strong ability to model and frame complex problems; defines the right problem boundaries and system abstractions before reaching for solutions
Proven ability to constrain, guide, and evaluate AI outputs — decomposing complex engineering requirements into AI-executable task sequences
Experience establishing team-level AI working patterns; familiar with and having practiced AI Spec-Driven Development
Maintains high standards for code quality and system design integrity alongside — not despite — AI-assisted development
Soft Skills (Core)
Strong ownership: treats team goals as personal goals — proactive, accountable, clears obstacles without being asked
Sound judgment: makes high-quality decisions under incomplete information — decisive and accountable
Execution muscle: makes things actually land, not just live in decks and proposals
Fast learner: thrives in a fast-moving industry; rapidly absorbs new technologies, business dynamics, and regulatory shifts and converts them into team action
Bilingual: fluent English for technical discussions, documentation, and international collaboration (written and verbal at working proficiency)
