How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
*Titles posted to our careers page are updated regularly to best advertise the role and expected seniority, but internally we have a flat titling system with two types of titles: one for individual contributors and one for people managers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
*Open to hiring in London and APAC.
We're building a creative platform used by artists, filmmakers, and teams at some of the world's most recognized brands. Our support org handles everything from a five-minute billing question to a technical escalation, and we're building out a dedicated tier for the first kind so our more experienced specialists can focus on the second.
We're looking for a Support Representative who's accurate, fast, and comfortable following a process closely under volume. No creative or AI background required. We'll train you on the product.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Resolve high-volume, tickets across account access, billing, and plan questions for Free, Standard, and Pro and Max users
- Use existing macros, playbooks, and AI support layer suggestions to close tickets accurately and quickly
- Recognize when a ticket needs product judgment or creative-tool troubleshooting, and route it to Tier 2 Support or Enterprise
- Flag recurring questions that don't have a macro yet
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Clear, accurate written communication, especially on process-driven, checklist-style work
- Comfortable with repetitive, high-volume work without losing accuracy
- Prior experience with tools like Zendesk, Notion, or Slack is a plus, not a requirement
- 0-2 years in any customer-facing or process-driven role (preferably in SaaS, but not required)
- Enough curiosity to spend a little time in the product or help docs before talking to us. No creative background needed, just evidence you looked
WHAT SETS GREAT CANDIDATES APART
The best people in this role follow the playbook precisely and know exactly when a ticket doesn't fit it. They don't force a wrong answer to hit volume, and they don't escalate everything out of caution either. They've put in enough time with Runway to have a real sense of what it does and who uses it, so a ticket that's slightly off-script doesn't stump them, even without a creative background. When they see the same question surface three times, they ask whether it should become a macro instead of just answering it a third time.
Runway strives to recruit and retain exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds while ensuring pay equity for our team. Our salary ranges are based on competitive market rates for our size, stage and industry, and salary is just one part of the overall compensation package we provide.
There are many factors that go into salary determinations, including relevant experience, skill level and qualifications assessed during the interview process, and maintaining internal equity with peers on the team. The range shared below is a general expectation for the function as posted, but we are also open to considering candidates who may be more or less experienced than outlined in the job description. In this case, we will communicate any updates in the expected salary range.
Lastly, the provided range is the expected salary for candidates in the U.S. Outside of those regions, there may be a change in the range, which again, will be communicated to candidates.

Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As Head of Customer Success, APAC at Anthropic, you will build and lead our Customer Success function across Asia Pacific. You will scale a team of managers and CSMs who help our most strategic APAC customers realize the full value of Claude. This is a foundational leadership role: you will establish how we run CS in the region, hire and develop a multi-market team of managers, and partner closely with your global counterparts to deliver a globally consistent customer experience while localising where it matters.
APAC is not one market. You will lead across India, Japan, Korea, ASEAN, and Australia and New Zealand (ANZ), each with its own buying culture, regulatory context, language needs and pace of AI adoption. You will work hand-in-hand with global GTM, Product and Engineering leaders to shape our APAC CS strategy, take APAC customer priorities back into the business, and drive adoption, retention and growth across some of the most exciting markets in the world.
Key responsibilities
Build and lead a multi-layered Customer Success organisation across APAC, managing managers and scaling the team responsibly as our APAC business grows.
Define and execute the APAC CS strategy in close partnership with global CS leadership, aligning with the global agenda while localising approach, motion and programmes for APAC market dynamics.
Own CS business outcomes including customer health, retention, expansion and satisfaction across APAC accounts.
Hire, develop and coach a high-performing team of CS managers and individual contributors, building a culture that reflects Anthropic's values across Asia's diverse geographies, languages and working cultures.
Partner with global CS, Sales, Product and Engineering teams so the voice of APAC customers reaches decision-making forums.
Establish scalable processes, playbooks and operating cadences that work across APAC time zones (India to Japan, Korea and ANZ) and overlap responsibly with global teams.
Represent Anthropic with senior customer stakeholders across APAC, leading executive engagements, QBRs and strategic account conversations with enterprises, digital natives, startups and public sector bodies.
Build strong working relationships with APAC channel and cloud partners, and with systems integrators and consulting firms that shape enterprise AI adoption in the region.
Contribute to global CS strategy as a senior leader, bringing an APAC perspective to team planning, segmentation and prioritisation.
Help shape how we deploy AI responsibly with customers across APAC's varied regulatory environments, including data residency, privacy and sector rules in markets such as India, Japan, Korea, Singapore and Australia.
Minimum qualifications
15+ years of experience in management consulting, technology consulting, professional services or customer-facing advisory roles, with a track record of advising senior client executives on complex transformation programmes.
Experience building and leading multi-market Customer Success or Technical Success organisations, including managing managers
Track record of scaling CS teams across APAC at enterprise software, SaaS or AI/ML companies
Demonstrated ability to balance global alignment with regional localisation across multiple APAC markets and cultures.
Strong people leadership: a clear philosophy on hiring, coaching and developing managers and senior ICs.
Experience owning enterprise customer relationships and driving measurable business outcomes (retention, expansion, adoption) in APAC markets.
Strong executive presence and the ability to represent a company credibly with C-suite stakeholders across APAC.
Excellent cross-functional partnership skills, particularly working across time zones with global leadership teams.

We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.

- GTM technical expert: Design and demo Sierra’s incredible Agent product, offering technical solutions to solve for our customer’s needs, and answering technical questions about our solutions.
- Cross-functional work: You will work directly with our Sales, Product and Agent Engineering teams to both drive our GTM function, as well as continuously improve our Agents through our customer-driven product development philosophy.
- Lead & support our customers: As a GTM and technical leader in the earliest conversations with our future customers, you will both understand and anticipate their needs to continue our industry-leading AI solution.

- Experience translating code, technical logic and user requirements to product and engineering requirements.
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic is growing quickly across Asia Pacific, and our International Recruiting Coordination team is building for it. As our first Recruiting Coordinator based in Singapore, you'll deliver a warm, high touch interview experience for candidates across APAC, including Japan, Korea, India, Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia. You'll partner closely with our APAC recruiters and recruiting managers, be the local point of contact for candidates and interviewers in the region and help keep hiring moving around the clock as part of a follow the sun coordination model with your teammates.
As you'll be first in seat, you'll also help shape how coordination works in a region where we're still building: spotting what's missing, documenting what works and making it easier for the people who join after you.
You'll own coordination for your region end to end and act as our go to operator for APAC hiring logistics, working independently with support from your manager.
Responsibilities:
Schedule a high volume of APAC interview loops, from hiring manager screens through onsites, debriefs and reference calls, across multiple time zones, languages and stakeholder calendars.
Be the primary point of contact for candidates on logistics, with a warm, clear and culturally aware tone that makes every candidate feel supported and informed.
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers as a trusted advisor: flag capacity risks, local holidays and market norms early, and help them see around corners.
Keep our systems accurate for APAC roles, including Greenhouse job setup, interview plans; scheduling tool configuration and supervise automations.
Provide coverage within our follow the sun model, with clean handoffs so candidates never feel the gaps between regions.
Support recruiters and RecOps with regional hiring operations as our APAC footprint grows, such as new locations, entity changes, offer logistics and onboarding handoffs.
Improve our processes and document what works.
Independently scope and lead projects, from problem to adopted solution.
Use AI tools as a core part of your daily workflow.
You may be a good fit if you have:
4+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or high volume scheduling, ideally supporting multiple APAC markets.
Experience coordinating across time zones and markets, with an understanding of local business norms across APAC.
Hands-on experience with an applicant tracking system (e.g., Greenhouse) and a scheduling tool (e.g., ModernLoop, GoodTime).
Excellent written communication, especially a knack for friendly, informative emails that build rapport and convey information clearly.
Comfort creating structure where there isn't one yet, and the judgment to know when to escalate.
Hands on fluency with AI tools, and the judgment to know when to trust the output and when to override it.
A love of feedback, and comfort both requesting and providing it.
Fluency in English (native or business-level).
Additional APAC languages (e.g., Japanese, Korean or Mandarin) a plus.
A genuine interest in Anthropic's mission and our deep commitment to AI safety.

AI at Chainalysis
AI is not a feature at Chainalysis - it is a new way of working. One that turns instructions into work done, and helps us move faster than the threats we're built to counter, and we expect our employees to take ownership of the output and ensure quality. As the world's most trusted blockchain analytics platform, Chainalysis sits at a rare intersection of proprietary data, regulatory relationships and crypto expertise that makes it uniquely placed to shape and lead the next era of AI-driven intelligence - and we expect everyone here, regardless of role, to be an active part of it.
AI fluency is tied directly to how we measure performance and how we plan to win. There is no substitute for your own curiosity. We provide the tools, workflows, and space to experiment - but the expectation is that you develop these capabilities yourself, bring ideas, and collaborate across teams to reinvent the way work gets done. We are not using AI to do less. We are using it to do what was never possible before.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic’s APAC go-to-market organisation is the fastest-growing part of our international business, spanning markets with distinct languages, cultures and buying styles. Today, enablement for the region is delivered by our global and EMEA teams. As we scale in APAC, we are establishing an initial in-region enablement presence, based in Sydney and supporting the field across the region.
As Enablement Lead, you will be hands-on in getting the APAC field ready: onboarding, ongoing skill development, manager coaching support and launch readiness, across GTM functions, not just sales. You will spend most of your time in the room, running sessions, building programmes and working directly with sellers and managers, in the time zones and languages where customer conversations happen.
This is a build role with a global spine. You inherit a working global and international enablement engine. Your job is to adapt it for APAC, deliver it across the region, and feed what you learn back into the international and global programme.
How we work: adults learn by doing, so we build sessions around live activity: practice, reflection, real customer scenarios. The measure is not what was covered in the room. It is what changes a week later in how people think, decide and sell.
This takes creativity and a solid understanding of how adults learn, applied at speed. The frontier moves quickly and the field is scaling fast. Much of the work is unlearning: helping experienced sellers let go of pre-AI habits, not just teaching new ones. AI is what makes this scalable: endless practice partners, personalised scenarios from real deals, feedback minutes after a call. You will use it that way, not to generate more content.
Key responsibilities
Set up the APAC enablement rhythm: in-region onboarding cohorts, live practice-based sessions in APAC time zones, and a feedback loop into the global programme
Adapt the international portfolio for APAC, where content for several markets needs to be written and translated ahead of delivery
Personally design and facilitate deal walkthroughs, role-plays and customer-conversation rehearsal, favouring practice over presentation
Partner with regional GTM leaders to build a coaching standard that scales as the manager layer grows
Own launch readiness for the region, so that when a new model or product ships, the APAC field is certified and conversation-ready in the same week cycle as everyone else
Build the measurement habit: track what the field does differently afterwards, not content shipped or attendance
Minimum qualifications
8+ years in GTM enablement, sales productivity or similar roles, including experience leading or running enablement programmes
Experience delivering GTM enablement in APAC, ideally across more than one of the region’s markets
Experience influencing beyond your own team or region, such as a programme adopted elsewhere or a senior stakeholder whose decision you changed
Hands-on track record designing and running practice-first enablement, measured by changes in field behaviour
A working understanding of how adults learn, and comfort helping experienced sellers unlearn pre-AI habits
Creativity with AI in your craft: personalised practice, real-deal scenarios and fast feedback rather than more content
Experience owning programmes end to end, from design through delivery and measurement
Experience enabling a field across languages and cultures, and knowing what breaks when English-first content ships as-is
Comfort working with sales leaders as a peer, including pipeline reviews, deal inspection and forecast conversations
Good judgement on when to adapt global programmes and when to adopt them as-is
Strong candidates may also
Have held both a global and an APAC enablement role
Have run enablement delivered across multiple APAC markets
Have helped build or scale an enablement function
Have carried a quota or led sellers earlier in their career
Have enablement experience in AI, developer platforms or technical products sold to both executives and builders
Have built manager or coaching programmes, not just individual-contributor enablement
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses.
