About Transparent Hiring
Transparent Hiring is a one-stop recruitment and relocation agency for IT and digital professionals looking to work and relocate in Germany and other European countries. We support the entire process — from finding a job and securing a visa to finding housing and settling in.
We’ve been growing steadily for over 6 years, combining the flexibility of a startup with the reliability of an experienced international team.
We are looking for an SMM Specialist who can take ownership of day-to-day social media content and help us grow our Russian- and English-speaking audiences across Instagram, Threads, and other marketing channels.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands social media beyond simply publishing posts. You should be comfortable coming up with content ideas, writing strong copy, creating visuals, producing Reels, following trends, and adapting content to different platforms and audiences.
What You’ll Do
• Manage day-to-day content for Instagram and Threads in Russian and English, with the possibility of expanding to TikTok in the future.
• Write engaging social media copy with strong storytelling skills, including captions, hooks, CTAs and Stories.
• Create and edit social media content in Figma, Canva and CapCut, including posts, carousels, Stories and Reels.
• Develop content ideas and adapt relevant trends to our brand.
• Prepare visuals for landing pages, email newsletters and other marketing materials when needed.
• Use content performance metrics to improve future content.
What we’re looking for
• 2+ years of hands-on SMM experience.
• Fluent Russian and strong written English (B2/C1+).
• Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
• Proficient in Figma, Canva and CapCut.
• Strong understanding of current SMM trends and platform mechanics across Instagram, Threads and TikTok.
• Good visual sense and attention to detail.
• Creativity and willingness to suggest and test new ideas.
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines and take ownership of tasks.
It would be a plus if you have
• Experience with email marketing and newsletters.
• Background in recruitment, HR, relocation, career or other expert-driven industries.
Portfolio is required. Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
What We Offer
• Work in a fast-growing startup where processes are still being built - your ideas can directly impact the outcome.
• The opportunity to grow as an SMM specialist and take on more responsibility over time.
• A wide range of tasks across content, visuals, and SMM - no routine “just posting” work.
• Creative freedom.
• Hands-on experience with real marketing goals and measurable results.
• Direct feedback from a team with real experience in the German hiring market.
• Strong portfolio cases you can use for future roles.
Test Task
As part of the selection process, you should be ready to complete a test task related to the role.
The task is designed to understand how you approach content, copywriting and visual concepts.
How to Apply
Please send us:
• Your CV
• Your portfolio — mandatory

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐ THE ENGINEERING TEAM ⭐
In our engineering team, we build the infrastructure, interfaces, and applications to provide first-class service to our members, health professionals, and even ourselves!
Being an engineer at Alan means joining a team of talented, committed and passionate engineers, with a lot of interactions.
We move fast, with a lot of ownership, and are proud to tackle big problems!
Our process is very simple: those who make product decisions are the same ones who build them.
We are also the stewards of our members' most sensitive data, and building privacy in by design is core engineering work for us, not an afterthought.

We want to expand our cloud footprint with a revisited multi-cloud strategy as we expand internationally, while we’re elevating the quality bar, from infrastructure to code foundations (backend/frontend/mobile). We are also evolving our AI-augmented development, by putting AI code assistants as a first-class citizen for everyone, including non-engineers. Ultimately we have massive ambitions around our Security stack and posture with enhanced tools and processes to protect our developers and users.

Senior Reconciliation Analyst (Fixed-Term Cover)
About the Role
Our Reconciliation team makes sure that every euro our clients see in their balances is actually backed by cash in the bank — and right now, we need an experienced Senior Reconciliation Analyst to join us on a fixed-term basis to cover a period of maternity leave.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role at the heart of our payment operations. You'll own the day-to-day routine of monitoring reconciliation breaks, investigating discrepancies, and working closely with engineering and banking partners to keep everything balanced. It's a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift daily, so we're looking for someone who thrives on structure one day and adapts the next.
While the core focus is routine reconciliation, there's real room to get involved in automation projects once you're up to speed — and this role can also be a strong stepping stone into other teams at the company longer-term.
A Bit About the Team
Our Reconciliation team is small but mighty — every analyst is expected to think like an owner, gradually automating routine work while keeping the core process rock-solid. It's a team that values flexibility (fully remote, outcome-focused — we care that the job gets done, not what hours you keep) and gives people real autonomy once the fundamentals are covered. If you enjoy solving problems that sit right at the intersection of data and payments, you'll fit right in here.
While the core focus is routine reconciliation, there's real room to get involved in automation projects once you're up to speed — and this role can also be a strong stepping stone into other teams at the company longer-term.
What You Will Be Doing
Own daily reconciliation monitoring — checking that cash held in the bank matches client balances in our systems, and flagging and investigating any breaks or mismatches as they arise
Resolve reconciliation breaks end-to-end — determining whether an issue is internal (looping in engineering) or external (liaising directly with banks and third-party payment providers) and driving it to resolution
Maintain reporting and month-end close — supporting vendor reporting, regulatory reporting, and other recurring reporting cycles with a high level of accuracy
Work across data tools — using Excel alongside data visualization tools (Databricks, Metabase, or similar — Tableau/Power BI experience also welcome) to monitor and track reconciliation data
Contribute to automation — gradually helping automate manual reconciliation processes using AI and other tools, reducing reliance on spreadsheets over time
Handle occasional manual money transfers — with the accuracy and attention to detail this requires
Manage stakeholders across the business — working with engineering, treasury, and external banking partners to keep processes running smoothly
Who You Are
You have hands-on experience in reconciliation, payment operations, or treasury operations (e.g. as a reconciliation specialist, payment analyst, or accountant with reconciliation exposure)
You're comfortable with Excel and have some experience with data visualization/BI tools (Databricks, Metabase, Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
You have a working understanding of payment schemes and how money moves between banks and internal systems — you know who to go to when something doesn't add up
You're diligent and detail-oriented, especially when it comes to handling money movements
You're used to fast-paced, frequently changing environments and can adapt when processes shift — this isn't a role with a fixed rulebook
You have strong stakeholder management skills and are confident communicating with both internal teams and external partners (e.g. banks)
You're able to start immediately or on very short notice
You're open to a fixed-term contract (~5 months, with a real possibility of extension depending on business needs)
Nice to Have
Experience working at a neobank or fintech (e.g. N26 or similar) — you'll likely need less ramp-up time in a high-change environment
A mathematical or quantitative background
Prior experience helping build or improve automations within a reconciliation or payments workflow
Basic SQL or data analysis skills

- Comfortable building prototypes, automations, and internal tools

- APIs & CLI tooling
- MCP ecosystems

- tool use & orchestration
- RAG / retrieval concepts
- Experience using modern AI coding workflows and AI-native tooling
- Ability to quickly turn ideas into working demos or systems
BIG PLUS
- Experience with ML or training/inference infrastructure
- Experience with multimodal or video-generation tooling
- Familiarity with open-source AI ecosystems
- Experience building agentic systems or autonomous workflows
