At Render, we’re building the modern cloud platform for developers creating AI-native, full-stack, multi-service applications. Our mission is to eliminate the tradeoff between the power of hyperscalers and the simplicity of developer-friendly platforms—so teams can ship fast, scale reliably, and focus on their product, not infrastructure.
Unlike complex hyperscalers or ephemeral edge/serverless solutions, Render offers a developer-first experience with persistent compute, dynamic autoscaling, built-in orchestration, and observability, allowing teams to launch, scale, and manage real-world applications without writing infrastructure code or managing servers. Whether you're building LLM-powered applications, scalable SaaS products, or async processing pipelines, Render empowers teams to move fast and scale confidently from MVP to millions of users.
Our platform is trusted by over 7 million developers worldwide and continues to grow rapidly. In February 2026, we raised an additional $100M in Series C financing, bringing our total funding to $260M, to accelerate our vision of making cloud infrastructure both powerful and intuitive—designed for the speed of modern AI development.
We’re a diverse and talented team that values craft, velocity, and user experience. If you’re excited to help shape the future of the intelligent cloud and empower developers everywhere, we’d love to hear from you.
APPLYING TO RENDER
We're seeking candidates who possess high integrity, humility, and an insatiable drive to learn. Through reasoned discussions and continuous feedback, we strive to improve both individually and collectively. We foster an environment of mutual trust and respect, empowering effective debate to achieve the best outcomes for our customers and team.
We especially encourage members of underrepresented groups in the tech community to apply and understand that not all successful candidates will meet each requirement listed.
Our interview process is unique to each role, and we value the candidate experience just as much as our customer experience. We hope your conversations with us reflect a thoughtful process that is illuminative, enjoyable, and respectful of your time.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Talent Operations Manager to own the systems, data, and operating rhythm behind how Render hires. You’ll architect our ATS, build the reporting that Talent and hiring teams rely on, and lead process changes that help us scale without losing quality.
You’ll work closely with recruiters, recruiting coordinators, hiring managers, People leaders, and external partners. You’ll make sure our hiring data can answer the questions teams need to make better decisions.
This is a high-leverage role for someone who likes turning messy, fast-moving work into clear operating systems. You’ll help us reduce process drift, improve the candidate experience, keep hiring data trustworthy, and give the team better visibility into what is working, what is blocked, and where we need to adjust.
We value people who are practical, systems-minded, and steady when the work gets complex. The right person can zoom out to design how the system should work, then zoom in to improve the field, report, access role, or automation that is slowing the team down.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Architect how our ATS works across custom fields, access roles, interview plans, feedback forms, automations, integrations, and reporting foundations
- Own the reporting layer for Talent leadership and hiring teams, including dashboards, ad hoc reporting, metric definitions, and visibility into hiring plan progress
- Keep hiring data accurate and reconciled across the ATS, the hiring plan, and downstream systems so decisions get made on numbers people trust
- Turn recurring Talent Operations requests into better systems: identify patterns, improve workflows, automate repeatable work, and make the right processes self-serve
- Evaluate, procure, implement, and manage tools for sourcing, scheduling, reporting, and recruiting operations
- Own how our systems connect, including scoping, testing, and maintaining API-based reporting, integrations, and automations that reduce manual work for recruiters and coordinators
- Lead process rollouts with clear documentation, training, adoption checks, and follow-through so changes stick
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years in recruiting, recruiting operations, talent operations, people systems, or a similar systems and data role in a high-growth environment
- Deep ATS expertise, with Ashby strongly preferred. You can design how the system should work, not just maintain it, across custom fields, access roles, interview plans, automations, integrations, and reporting foundations
- Strong analytical skills. You can take a vague question, decide what data would answer it, and build the report yourself
- Proficient in Google Sheets or Excel. You can pull data together from multiple sources and turn the result into a case a cross-functional partner can follow
- Experience owning data integrity across an ATS and the systems around it, including reconciling against a hiring plan or another source of truth
- Strong program and change management skills. You can roll out a new process, teach it, measure adoption, and keep the team aligned
- Clear written communication, strong documentation habits, high attention to detail, and good judgment in a fast-moving environment
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Experience building or scaling a recruiting operations function at a post-Series B/C company
- Experience supporting technical recruiting teams or high-volume engineering hiring
- Hands-on experience with the Ashby API or ATS-based reporting
- Exposure to headcount planning or headcount management systems
- AI fluency, with good judgment about where AI helps, where it adds risk, and what checks are needed before others rely on the output
If this role excites you but you don’t meet every single requirement, we’d still love to hear from you—your unique experience might be just what we need.
BENEFITS
- 4 weeks of paid vacation.
- 14 weeks of fully paid parental leave for all parents to bond with a newly born, adopted, or fostered child. We will also work with you to create a supportive plan of return.

Who You Are:
The Project Management Office (PMO) Project Manager (Data Center Construction) is the PMO's embedded project management partner to the Pre-Construction and Construction functions. This is not a traditional construction PM role responsible for replacing the technical ownership of the Pre-Construction or Construction teams. Department leaders and subject matter experts retain ownership and accountability for their work. Instead, the PM provides the cross-functional coordination, structure, visibility, and accountability required to move complex initiatives forward across departmental boundaries. Pre-construction and construction activities inherently depend on multiple teams - including Site Development, Operations, Technology, EHS, Finance, Procurement, Legal, and external partners. The PM ensures those dependencies are identified early, responsibilities are clear, decisions occur at the appropriate time, and work across departments remains aligned to broader project and business priorities. The role gives department leadership a partner who can take complex initiatives and create the structure required to execute them effectively while allowing technical leaders to remain focused on their areas of expertise.
What You’ll Do:
Partner closely with Pre-Construction and Construction leadership to understand priorities, upcoming work, constraints, and cross-functional needs.
Translate complex initiatives into clearly defined workstreams, tasks, milestones, owners, dependencies, and decision points.
Establish and maintain visibility into current and upcoming work through the PMO project management systems and reporting processes.
Identify dependencies between Pre-Construction / Construction and Site Development, Operations, Technology, EHS, Procurement, Finance, Legal, and other functions.
Facilitate the cross-functional meetings required to move work forward, with clear objectives, ownership, decisions, action items, and follow-through.
Connect department heads and functional stakeholders when work has broader organizational impacts or requires decisions across teams.
Identify risks, stalled work, unclear ownership, resource constraints, or competing priorities and drive the appropriate conversations toward resolution.
Escalate material risks and decisions to department leadership, the Head of PMO, or business leadership when appropriate.
Partner with department leadership on prioritization and sequencing when multiple initiatives compete for resources or have interdependent timelines.
Support capacity and resourcing discussions by providing visibility into upcoming work, workload, dependencies, and potential constraints.
Ensure required Procurement, Finance, Legal, and other support-function processes are incorporated into project plans and initiated at the appropriate time.
Improve communication between Pre-Construction / Construction and other departments by ensuring relevant information reaches the appropriate stakeholders and other embedded PMO PMs.
Provide objective facilitation when priorities, ownership, timelines, or expectations conflict across departments.
Track execution against agreed business priorities and provide leadership with clear visibility into progress, risks, decisions, and blockers.
Partner with the Head of PMO and other embedded PMO PMs to consistently apply PMO standards, tools, processes, and reporting practices.
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of experience in project management, program management, construction, infrastructure, engineering, development, or a related environment.
Experience coordinating complex initiatives involving multiple departments, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
Working knowledge of pre-construction and construction processes sufficient to understand dependencies, sequencing, terminology, and business impacts.
Strong ability to take ambiguous or complex initiatives and create structured execution plans.
Demonstrated ability to facilitate cross-functional teams and create accountability without direct authority.
Strong stakeholder-management skills and ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, functional leaders, and executives.
Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to identify organizational gaps, dependencies, and risks before they affect execution.
Experience with project/work management platforms such as Jira and related collaboration and documentation tools.
Strong written and verbal communication and executive reporting skills.
PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
What We Offer (US):
Competitive base salary and discretionary bonus
Flexible Time Off (i.e. unlimited paid vacation days)
Company paid Holidays (11)
Company paid sick leave
Company-paid health and protective benefits for employees, partners, and other dependents
3% 401(k) company contribution

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
This role will be based in San Francisco. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
You’ll build the systems that let any knowledge worker leverage fast, scalable databases without having to become a DBA.
You’ll be a hands-on technical leader, helping set the architectural direction and roadmap as we take a new product from early alpha to general availability. You’ll work directly with early customers to shape foundational technical and product decisions. Then, together, we’ll work on scaling as adoption and workloads grow.
This is a backend-leaning role with work spanning the stack. You might build the systems that provision and manage a fleet of customer Postgres instances, design how user-defined schemas evolve safely, or make complex queries execute efficiently. You’ll also follow those systems into the product: improving how a table loads, how users understand a slow operation, or how an agent safely works with their data.
You’ll help shape the architecture and the product together. Some problems call for a better abstraction, others for a better default, and others for rethinking what we ask the user to do in the first place. You’ll work with teammates and customers to find those answers, ship practical solutions, and evolve them as usage grows.
Our stack includes Postgres, Go, TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
ABOUT THE TEAM:
The people who understand a business best aren’t always the people who can build its software. A support lead knows how tickets should be triaged. An operations manager knows how inventory should move. But turning that knowledge into a reliable system often means finding an engineer, provisioning a database, and building an application.
We’re building database infrastructure for everyone else. We want everyday knowledge workers to bring their data into Notion, connect it, and build workflows around it. And do so with the power of a real database (Postgres!) and the approachability of a tool they already know.
AI agents make that opportunity even bigger: helping people build and operate systems they couldn’t have created on their own.
For our team, this is much more than putting a friendly interface on Postgres. It means making hard database problems disappear from the user’s workflow without sacrificing correctness, performance, or flexibility. How do you let someone reshape a live database as easily as editing a document? Make the right indexes exist without asking someone to become a DBA? Let a weekend experiment grow into a company’s system of record without anyone having to rearchitect it?
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Take a new product from alpha to general availability. Work with early customers to understand what matters, iterate on feedback, and help shape what we ship.
- Make real customer workloads fast. Improve query execution, indexing, and client data loading so performance holds up as datasets grow and workflows become more demanding.
- Build systems businesses can trust with their data. Make schema changes, concurrent writes, permissions, and recovery reliable enough for customers to build essential workflows on top.
- Make powerful capabilities approachable. Turn database provisioning, migrations, and indexes into a reliable, easy-to-use product experience that gives people the power of a database without the burden of managing one.
- Build for the customers who come next. Automate database provisioning and fleet operations, strengthen observability, and evolve the architecture so we can serve many, many customers.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Production relational database experience (e.g., Postgres or MySQL). You’ve made decisions about schemas and indexes, analyzed database performance, and debugged issues involving transactions, locking, or concurrency. Your experience goes beyond accessing a database through an ORM.
- Engineering experience and technical leadership. You bring 10+ years of experience building and operating production software, with a track record of setting technical direction and leading complex, cross-team initiatives from concept through delivery. You identify the most important problems to solve, turn ambiguous goals into a technical strategy, and align engineers and partner teams around a practical plan. You stay hands-on while helping others make better decisions through design reviews, mentorship, and clear technical guidance.
- Strong backend engineering fundamentals. You’ve built services that need to remain correct under concurrency and failure. You can reason about retries, partial failures, consistency, and the trade-offs involved in reliable reads and writes.
- A systematic approach to performance. You use query plans, traces, profiles, and experiments to find bottlenecks and verify improvements. You’re willing to follow a problem across storage, services, and client code rather than stopping at a team boundary.
- Product judgment. You’re interested in who will use what you build, not just how it works. You can turn a customer’s problem into a technical approach and recognize when a better default or simpler workflow would solve it more effectively.
- Willingness to work across the stack. You bring backend depth, but you’re comfortable learning unfamiliar systems and working in client code when that’s what delivering a good experience requires.
- Fluency with AI-assisted engineering. You use AI to accelerate exploration, implementation, and testing while taking responsibility for understanding and validating the result.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience managing fleets of databases or building database platforms, including provisioning, upgrades, backups, and recovery.
- Deep Postgres expertise, such as advanced query optimization, performance tuning, or workload isolation for large datasets and high-concurrency workloads.
- Experience building query layers, sync engines, change-data-capture pipelines, permission systems, or other reusable data abstractions.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

About Supabase
Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth.
About the Role
We're looking for a FinOps Engineer to help drive cost optimization and cloud financial governance across our AWS infrastructure and GCP footprint. You'll work cross-functionally with Engineering, Finance, and Product to find and ship savings, build the tooling necessary to maximize efficiency of every dollar spent in the cloud, and cultivate a culture of cost awareness across engineering teams.
This is a hands-on engineering role, not an analyst seat. You'll do the schlep work other teams don't have time for, digging into a bucket's access pattern, writing the Terraform or Lambda that ships the fix, working on a product feature chasing a number until it reconciles, and influencing product decisions when cost to reliability tradeoffs hit. Strong communication matters as much as technical depth, you'll regularly explain a savings case to an engineering team, a finance stakeholder, and a leadership audience in the same week.
What You'll Be Responsible For
In this role, you'll:
- Find and ship savings across AWS and GCP: Analyze billing, usage, and cost trends to identify opportunities, rightsizing, storage lifecycle policies, data transfer, and spot/auto-scaling. Take ideas from identification through to a realized dollar figure, not just a recommendation.
- Build and maintain cost attribution: Tagging policies, cost allocation, and chargeback/showback so engineering teams can see and own their own spend. This is foundational work other savings work depends on.
- Automate cost governance: Build automated cost reporting, anomaly detection, and alerting. Write the scripts and infrastructure-as-code (Python, Terraform, Lambda) that enforce cost policy rather than relying on manual review.
- Partner with engineering on architecture decisions: Bring cost into the room early, cost-efficiencies are cheaper to get right at design than to retrofit.
- Work with Finance on forecasting and reporting: Support budget tracking and financial KPIs; build dashboards engineering and finance can both read.
You Might Be a Good Fit If You
- Have strong AWS expertise and working GCP knowledge, including pricing models, billing structures, and cost optimization mechanics.
- Have automation and scripting skills: Python, Terraform/ pulumi, Lambda, or Bash
- Are comfortable with cost/billing tooling: AWS Cost Explorer, Cost & Usage Reports, GCP Billing Reports, and BI/dashboarding (we use Hex).
- Have experience with, or are comfortable picking up, Linear and Notion as the system of record for tracking and documenting FinOps work.
- Experience with a dedicated cloud cost management platform (e.g. CloudZero, Vantage, or similar) is a plus, not required.
- Can analyze cost data and present it clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Have prior experience in a FinOps, cloud cost management, or cloud governance role.
- Are energized by doing the unglamorous, high-leverage work (the schlep) that unblocks other teams, and by working cross-functionally without positional authority.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Fully Remote
We hire globally. We believe you can do your best work from anywhere. There are no Supabase offices, but we provide a WeWork membership or co-working allowance you can use anywhere in the world.
- ESOP
Every team member receives ESOP (equity ownership) in the company. We want everyone to share in the upside of what we’re building together.
- Tech Allowance
Use this budget to set up your ideal work environment—laptop, monitor, headphones, or whatever helps you do your best work.
- Health Benefits
Supabase covers 100% of health insurance for employees and 80% for dependents, wherever you are. Your wellbeing and your family’s health are important to us.
- Annual Off-Sites
Once a year, the entire company gathers in a new city for a week of connection, collaboration, and fun. It’s a highlight of our year.
- Flexible Work
We operate asynchronously and trust you to manage your own time. You know what needs to be done and when.
- Professional Development
Every team member receives an annual education allowance to spend on learning—courses, books, conferences, or anything that supports your growth.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Supabase was born-remote and open-source-first. We believe our globally distributed team is our secret weapon in building tools developers love.
- ~400 team members
- 60+ countries
- 20+ languages spoken
- Over $1B raised (including our $500M Series F)
- 540,000+ community members
We move fast, build in public, and use what we ship. If it’s in your project, we probably use it in ours too. We believe deeply in the open-source ecosystem and strive to support—not replace—existing tools and communities.

About GiveDirectly
What if the most effective way to fight poverty was also the simplest: give people money and trust them to decide what they need?
Since 2011, GiveDirectly has proven that idea at scale. We’ve delivered more than $1B in cash directly to 2+ million people living in poverty and crisis across 15 countries, and rigorous research shows the results: healthier kids, stronger businesses, sturdier homes, and more resilient families and local economies. Cash is now widely recognized as one of the most scalable, cost-effective, and dignified forms of aid.
Our ambition goes beyond our own programs. We want cash to become the benchmark for aid, much as the index fund became the benchmark for investing, so that every aid dollar is held to one question:
is this doing more good than giving the money directly to people living in poverty?
We’re growing fast, and this is a rare and important moment to join.
We expect to hit $1B in revenue in 2026 with significant growth forecast for 2027. At the same time we are building a new technology stack and operating model designed for a roughly 10x change in scale, and we are actively pursuing partnerships with major funders to move even more money in bigger ways, to people who need it. We are known for our extensive integration of technology into field processes; our quantitative approach to performance measurement; and our commitment to rigorous, independent, experimental evaluation of our impact, with multiple Randomized Control Trials completed and others in progress.
How we work
Our team spans 20+ countries and 69 languages. Our culture is candid, analytical, and non-hierarchical. We expect high ownership and give people real responsibility early. Our values are central to how we hire, work, and grow, and they are deliberately opinionated:
Recipients first.
Recipients’ preferences come before those of donors or ourselves.
Team next.
We optimize for organizational success, not individual success.
Be proactively candid.
We say what we believe and share information openly.
Create positive energy.
We aim to be a source of energy for colleagues, not a drain.
Think rigorously; act quickly.
We reason from first principles, then act rather than debate.
Know yourself and grow.
We own our imperfections and seek feedback to grow.
Accept reality. Propose solutions.
We focus on what can change and bring solutions, not just problems.
Be productively ambitious.
We take risks for step-change impact, not incremental progress.
If they describe how you like to work and they energize you, this could be a great fit.

Level:
Director (we are open to hiring at Senior Director level for more experienced candidates)
Role overview
GiveDirectly intends to transfer $10B by 2035 while building a resilient, durable cash-first movement in the aid sector.
To reach this milestone, we have brought all fundraising efforts under one leadership, to enable better coordination and optimisation of fundraising streams and operations over time. This unified approach is building a high-performance fundraising team that identifies and secures high-quality leads, while standardizing revenue operations and knowledge-sharing across all verticals, enabling a better donor experience and securing long-term funding to achieve our goals of eliminating extreme poverty and responding better in crisis.
The Director/Senior Director, Revenue Operations will own the operating backbone of the Fundraising function: the data, systems, and processes that let Partnerships, Philanthropy, Individual Giving, and Special Projects run at scale. As we grow our Emergency Cash and US work alongside our work on ending extreme poverty, the candidate will also help ensure fundraising strategies are complementary rather than competing. This is a BizOps-first role. You will build the pipeline infrastructure, KPI architecture, and operating rhythms that make Fundraising's growth predictable and measurable, and you will represent Fundraising to Finance, Compliance, Grants Management, and the People team.
Alongside this, the role carries a chief-of-staff dimension: partnering with the Vice President of Partnership on strategic priorities, high-stakes internal and external communications, and organizational change management, so the VP's time is focused on the highest-impact work.
Depending on the skills and interests of the person we hire, this role may grow to manage a team of 3-5, covering some combination of: fundraising tech and data (e.g. Salesforce), donor experience, and knowledge management. Reflecting our "Team Next" value and commitment to organizational excellence, this person will drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure fundraising operations scale seamlessly alongside our global growth.
Key responsibilities
Own Fundraising's revenue operations: data, systems, and process (primary focus)
Build and own the strategic data and systems architecture for Fundraising: pipeline tracking, annual and in-year forecasting, and reporting infrastructure (e.g. Salesforce) that gives every vertical a single, trustworthy source of truth.
Define, standardize, and own tracking of fit-for-purpose Fundraising KPIs, aligned to Board reporting needs and the team's long-term strategic direction.
Partner with counterparts on Fundraising Data and Tech to prioritize, execute, and approve projects that serve both functions.
Design and institutionalize the operating rhythms of the Fundraising function: pipeline reviews, QBRs, reporting cadences, and the processes that turn strategy into consistent execution.
Develop revenue systems and processes alongside the Finance, Fundraising and Donor Experience teams that support scalable growth, protect donor journeys, and ensure capital moves securely and efficiently through the organization.
Own revenue reconciliation and recognition, pledge and receivable tracking, restricted-fund coding, monthly/annual close handoff, or audit support.
Own workforce and capacity planning for Fundraising in partnership with the VP: role scoping, hiring prioritization, and structural improvements as the team scales.
Build and lead a team as the function matures
As the role grows, manage a team of 3-5 covering fundraising tech and data (e.g. Salesforce), donor experience, and knowledge management, setting priorities, coaching, and ensuring quality across each area.
Set clear ownership and operating cadences across the team so each workstream (tech and data, donor experience, knowledge management) has a defined remit and reduces duplicated effort across Fundraising verticals.
Act as the go-to liaison between Fundraising and other functions
Maintain a comprehensive view of Fundraising needs across all verticals and sub-teams, and act as the single point of contact for Grants Management, Finance, and Compliance on run-rate donor management processes.
Represent Fundraising's operational needs to the People team, Legal, and other functions as cross-functional systems and initiatives are designed and launched.
Partner with the VP on strategy and organizational effectiveness (chief-of-staff functions)
Collaborate with the Vice President to refine the unit's strategy, manage organizational change, and lead internal communications.
Streamline decision-making, manage priorities, and provide strategic counsel to maximize the VP's focus and effectiveness on high-impact work.
Prepare briefing materials and executive-level communications for senior leadership and Board audiences as needed.
Lead on cross-fundraising initiatives and priorities
Address broader organizational priorities as needed, including high-level donor stewardship coordination, cross-functional system launches, flexible workforce planning, or market expansion initiatives.
This role would suit somebody who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, who is energized by building systems and structure out of ambiguity, and who enjoys pulling together disparate workstreams into a cohesive, impactful strategy. It's a strong fit for someone with a business operations, revenue operations, or chief-of-staff background who wants a role weighted toward building and owning systems (and, over time, building a team) rather than one focused primarily on executive support.
What we're looking for
8+ years of experience in revenue operations, business operations, or a chief-of-staff role, ideally within a fundraising, sales, or partnerships organization.
Demonstrated experience building or owning CRM/pipeline systems (e.g. Salesforce), KPI frameworks, and reporting infrastructure that multiple teams rely on.
Strong analytical operator: comfortable structuring ambiguity, setting priorities, and using data to drive decisions. An advanced degree (e.g. MBA) is a plus, not a requirement.
Proven track record managing cross-functional relationships and influencing senior stakeholders outside a direct reporting line.
Experience managing people or workstreams, with the ability to scope roles and structure as a function grows; direct people management experience is a plus given this role may build and lead a team of 3-5.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly for high-stakes internal and Board-facing materials.
Deep alignment with GiveDirectly's values, especially recipient choice, transparency, and evidence.
Bonus
Experience working with institutional donors or fundraising teams in Africa.
Experience standing up a BizOps or RevOps function from scratch, including building out a team across tech and data, donor experience, and knowledge management.
Compensation
At GiveDirectly, we strive to pay our employees generously and equitably. We use an accredited third party salary aggregator to calculate what we believe to be competitive pay based on role, location, and cost of living. We also have a no negotiation policy to ensure we are paying staff equitably across roles. Read more about our compensation philosophy

📍 Manila, Philippines | Relocation required
Salmon is a technology-driven financial company building a banking and lending platform across Southeast Asia, starting in the Philippines.
We combine global fintech expertise with deep local market knowledge to make financial services simple, accessible, and useful for millions of people across the region.
7M+ app downloads. 2M+ monthly active users. 7,000+ partner stores. US$310M+ raised from leading global investors.
Manila-based, globally distributed, and hybrid-first — our team spans 45+ countries.
If you want to solve complex problems at scale and impact how millions of people access and manage money, come build with us.
Southeast Asia's fintech moment starts here.
About the role:
You'll build Salmon's digital employer brand engine — getting the specific talent we want to hire onto our radar and converting online attention into qualified candidates.
What you'll do:
- Turn Salmon's EVP into targeted campaigns for the segments we actually want to hire — Engineering, Data, Product, across local and global markets — and run them across LinkedIn, Telegram, Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, and the other channels where that talent spends time.
- Build digital funnels end to end — audience segmentation, campaign mechanics, landing pages, lead capture, retargeting, and conversion — using AI and automation to run research, content, and reporting faster and more scalably.
- Turn strong employees into digital ambassadors and grow Salmon's presence in the online communities where target talent already spends time — and work with Recruiting on candidate quality, objections, and funnel drop-off to keep improving hiring conversion.
What you'll own:
- Own the digital employer brand strategy and execution across priority markets and talent segments, activating the EVP across every candidate-facing touchpoint.
- Run LinkedIn organic and paid — audience targeting, testing, optimisation, and reporting — and build presence in relevant Telegram channels and professional groups.
- Build platform-native employer brand presence on Instagram (incl. Threads), TikTok, Reddit, and niche communities where talent researches careers, companies, and relocation.
- Develop employee digital advocacy: identify the right ambassadors, shape content with them, and help them build a credible external voice.
- Design talent-marketing funnels, campaign landing pages, and candidate journeys from first interaction to recruiter handoff — and keep career-site and job-board presence fresh and converting.
- Manage online reputation and brand mentions across search, communities, and review platforms — and own the analytics that tie digital activity to qualified candidate outcomes, from reach through to hire.
What makes you a strong fit:
- Strong experience in employer brand, talent/recruitment marketing, digital or growth marketing, or audience development — with the ability to build positioning and campaigns for specific audiences.
- Deep understanding of digital channels and their mechanics, especially LinkedIn organic and paid, and how audiences behave differently across platforms.
- Proven ability to build and optimise digital funnels and performance — not just run a content calendar — connecting digital activity to candidate quality and hiring outcomes.
- Hands-on experience with UGC and employee advocacy, plus creating or launching landing pages and lightweight journeys with no-code tools or a CMS.
- AI-native: you use AI tools, agents, and automation by default to scale research, content, analytics, and repetitive work.
- An owner, builder, and strong executor who takes a direction from 0 to 1 and keeps tuning it — works hands-on, decides on data, and re-prioritises quickly. English C1.
What we offer:
OWNERSHIP AND FLEXIBILITY
- Stock option plan — four-year vesting with a 25% cliff after the first year
- Hybrid-first work environment
- Company-provided tools and equipment
- Office in Bonifacio Global City, Manila — a modern, walkable district at the centre of the Philippines' growing tech scene
HEALTH AND TIME OFF
- Medical insurance support for you and your family through co-funding or reimbursement, depending on your location and subject to policy limits
- Access to an internal mental health support specialist
- 22 vacation days, Philippine public holidays, and 15 sick days
- 105 days of paid maternity leave and up to 14 days of paid paternity leave for employees relocating to Manila
RELOCATION AND FAMILY SUPPORT
- Relocation support for you, your family — including flights, two weeks of accommodation, visas, paperwork, and logistics
- Reimbursement of eligible pet relocation expenses
- USD 2,500 per year for flights home
- Baby and family stipends for employees relocating to Manila: USD 1,000 per month for each child under two and USD 500 per month for each child aged two to 18
GROWTH AND TEAM EXPERIENCE
- Opportunities to learn and share your expertise through internal expert meetups, external conferences, speaking opportunities, and industry publications
- Company-sponsored trips to Manila to meet and work with your team in person
- Regular team offsites, sports activities, and team events
- High-performing teams can earn a dedicated beach house week in Southeast Asia
We believe strong teams are built by people with different backgrounds, experiences, and points of view. Salmon is an equal opportunity employer, and we make hiring decisions based on skills, experience, and potential.

About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role
We’re looking for a Software Engineer to join our Platform team. You will build the observability systems that give Vercel visibility into how we build, ship, and operate our systems. Core Platform owns Vercel’s reliability, resilience, and engineering velocity. We’re looking for engineers to create observability for everything from cost attribution to deployment velocity, alongside the logs, metrics, and traces necessary to optimize how Vercel builds its systems. This is a role with a wide breadth where we quickly develop critical systems and improve the entire Vercel code base. You will report to Eric Larson, Engineering Manager, Platform and will be located onsite, hybrid, or remote.
If you’re based within a pre-determined commuting distance of one of our offices (SF, NY, London, or Berlin), the role includes in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday, even if the role is listed as remote. For location-specific details, please connect with our recruiting team.
What you'll do
Design and build high-scale, internal observability systems (metrics, logs, and traces) that give engineering and the business visibility into Vercel's own infrastructure.
Build cost attribution and chargeback tooling so spend can be accurately mapped to the parts of the business driving it, reducing reliance on third-party tools like Datadog.
Partner with Backend and Platform teams to instrument services for compliance, auditing, and record-keeping requirements.
Evaluate, integrate, and help operate observability infrastructure across our existing vendors and the CNCF ecosystem.
Ship pragmatic, high-leverage visibility quickly that drives improvement in how we build, deploy, and operate our systems.
Work closely with Backend and Platform engineers to scale observability infrastructure to the throughput and cardinality of Vercel's full production traffic.
What you need
Proficient in TypeScript, with backend/infrastructure experience.
Hands-on experience with Go, Rust, or Zig in production systems.
Experience with distributed computing systems at scale.
Experience with cloud infrastructure, including object storage.
Familiarity with observability tooling and concepts (Datadog, Grafana, New Relic, Splunk, or CNCF-based stacks such as Prometheus-compatible backends).
Bonus if you
Have contributed to or worked closely with CNCF observability projects.
Built, scaled, and improved internal developer platforms.
Benefits & Compensation:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
Flexible Time Off.
We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.
The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $208,000-$312,000. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. ABOUT US:
AI NEEDS A NEW INFRASTRUCTURE LAYER. WE'RE BUILDING IT AT MODAL.
Every era of computing brought new workloads that previous infrastructure couldn't support: mainframes, databases, and the cloud. Each time, the company that rebuilt the layer underneath defined the decade. AI is no different, except it touches everything instead of one slice, and the window to build the layer underneath it is open right now.
Our customers include category-defining companies like Ramp https://modal.com/blog/how-ramp-built-a-full-context-background-coding-agent-on-modal, Cognition, DoorDash, and Suno. They rely on Modal for instant GPU access, sub-second container starts, and native storage, so it's simple to serve low-latency inference, fine-tune models, and access production-ready sandboxes at scale.
We've passed $1B in annualized run rate, up 15x from a year ago. In October 2026 we raised a $750M Series D led by Accel at a $15.75B valuation.
Our team includes creators of popular open-source projects (e.g.,Seaborn https://github.com/mwaskom/seaborn,Luigi https://github.com/spotify/luigi), academic researchers, international olympiad medalists, and experienced engineering and product leaders with decades of experience.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We're hiring the first Account Managers at Modal. You'll report to the Regional Director of Account Management and be a founding member of the team.
This function does not exist yet. There is no playbook, no territory map, no established motion. You'll own a book of business from day one and build the motion at the same time — from fast-moving AI startups to large enterprise teams running critical infrastructure on Modal.
This is a commercial role with a revenue target. You'll be measured on retention and expansion across your accounts. While you won't be delivering the technical recommendations and implementation, the work is technical by nature. Our customers are engineers running GPU workloads, inference, and batch jobs in production, and you need to hold your own in those conversations.
The profile we're hiring is a technical account manager. You've worked at companies that are deeply technical and consumption in nature. You bring the commercial instincts to grow revenue from an existing base and enough technical depth to know which conversation actually matters. And you can credibly work with a CxO all the way down to a Developer.
WHAT THE ROLE IS:
- A founding seat. You're helping build the AM function with us, not joining one that already runs. The account plans, expansion motions, and customer cadence you and the rest of the founding team figure out are what we scale to every AM we hire after you.
- A technical customer-facing role. You'll work directly with Developers and ML teams on what they're building and how Modal fits. You translate and triage the deeper technical work to FDEs and Product when it's needed.
- A book of business. You’ll own a set of accounts and be responsible for the revenue that comes from them. Expect to be meeting with customers in your first few days because the best playbooks are built from real experiences.
WHAT THE ROLE IS NOT:
- A traditional post-sales role. You're measured on revenue, not health scores.
- An on-call support function. You're not fixing bugs or triaging tickets. You're driving growth.
- A technical delivery role. You're not implementing for the customer. You know where the technical work goes and you pull in the right people.
- An inherited motion. Nothing is handed to you. If you identify gaps in process, tooling, or a playbook — you help build it.
- A single-lane job. Our priorities go customer → company → team → me. We focus on delivering maximum impact vs. "this is my job".
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Build Modal's account management function and iterate on it as we scale the business
- Own and deliver on a revenue target across your book of accounts
- Grow an account's first use case, expand into a second, and drive standardization across the Modal platform
- Get fluent enough in Modal to hold your own with engineering teams on their workloads, and know when to pull in FDEs, Support, or Product
- Work with Sales, Solutions Architects, FDEs, Support, and Product to grow accounts and feed customer signal back into the roadmap
- Travel to customers as needed to support key accounts and drive expansion opportunities
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Customer-facing experience. You've owned a revenue target or supported a revenue target in a highly technical, consumption business.
- Technical depth. You work autonomously with Developers through CxOs and understand the core parts of the developer tech stack.
- AI builder. You're hands on building with AI tools — not just consuming workflows that were built for you.
- Ownership. You run your book of business and projects like you're the CEO of it. You're highly organized bringing stability, predictability, and pace to your work. You take action vs. waiting for direction.
- Learning velocity. You operate with the mindset of what I can do today vs. let me pick this up tomorrow. You move fast, take the learnings, and iterate on it.
- Cross-functional partner. Low ego, easy to work with, and highly accountable. You ask for feedback, you act on it, and you'd rather be corrected early than right late. Internal teams love working with you.
NICE-TO-HAVE:
- Experience as a Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or similar type role
- Certification as an engineer (ex. Computer Science Degree, Professional Bootcamps)
- Early GTM hire experience at a fast-growing startup
- You've sat close to GPU spend, model training, or inference workloads

Provide technical support in customer escalations and help us identify areas of high friction to address.
Cross-squad collaboration: Represent the team's work outside the team, write the design proposals, run the demos, and make the case for our roadmap in cross-team discussion.
We invest heavily in developer productivity. You can use modern AI coding assistants as part of your daily workflow (your choice of tools, within security guidelines), backed by a company-funded usage budget so you can iterate quickly without unnecessary friction. We encourage pragmatic AI-assisted development: faster prototyping, test generation, refactors, documentation, and incident follow-ups—always with strong code review and quality standards. You'll also have access to the latest frontier models from OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google.

. You break complex problems into short feedback loops: analyze, design, deliver an MVP, learn, iterate.
AI experience with a practical mindset
: You’re familiar with AI technologies and frameworks, and you focus on delivering high-quality solutions that work in the real world, not just in theory.
You
care about our community
of users and contributors and are keen to be an active Grafana Community Contributor.
Bonus points for:

WHO WE ARE
X-LAB is the in-house performance bicycle line by XDS, which has quietly become the world’s largest and most vertically integrated bicycle manufacturer and the largest maker of carbon fiber frames, supplying many of the top brands in cycling and mobility.
Today, XDS is quiet no more. XDS launched X-LAB in April 2026 as the global consumer brand to take the industry by storm. Three decades of experience building exceptional bicycles have culminated into a unique line of road, gravel, electric, city, hybrid, and soon mountain bikes that riders and shops can’t stop talking about.
X-LAB is the new inflection point for the category. We launched in April 2026 with a full lineup across road, gravel, city, fitness, e-bike, and soon mountain categories, with validation from the highest and most demanding levels of the sport through the XDS Astana Team and a rapidly growing network of dealers.
Our ambition is not simply to sell more bikes. It is to make great bikes more integrated, more accessible, and better supported through the independent shops and communities that grow cycling and bring in new riders. That is what makes this moment exciting. Joining X-LAB means helping to shape a company with unmatched production scale, real engineering R&D depth, and the confidence to earn trust… one rider, one dealer, one product, and one market at a time.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
The IT Operations team keeps Anthropic running. We make sure every employee can do their best work without friction. We're hiring an IT Operations Engineer to develop our global asset management and hardware lifecycle program across our offices in San Francisco, New York, Seattle, London, Dublin and Sydney. You will bring program expertise to how we track hardware as inventory through its whole life: procurement and receiving, the inventory of record, assignment, refresh, collection and recovery, e-waste and secure disposal, and reseller relationships, iterating and scaling practices as we mature. The same person runs day-to-day operations for our corporate mobile program in addition to expertise in management of laptop and workstation lifecycle operations.
You'll partner with several teams within the IT, Security and business operations organizations: IT Hardware Ops runs procurement, fleet logistics, onboarding and offboarding, the storage room, and physical intake. The Endpoint pod owns MDM, device policy and enrollment. Finance owns the budget and vendor contracts. Hardware requests that come through the IT Support queue land with the IT Support team, and you'll help define how they are handled.
Responsibilities
Strategy and Tooling
Develop the global asset management strategy: the lifecycle model, the data we keep on every device, and how each office executes against it
Select, implement and administer the asset management tool, define its data model and integrations, and partner with IT Engineering where the work needs platform-level access
Contribute to and develop the processes on-site engineers in each office execute against, including the storage room process
Support the evaluation and onboarding of a hardware lifecycle services vendor and, once in place, run the day-to-day relationship
Inventory and Assignment
Establish the inventory of record across systems and keep it accurate, from receiving through disposal: every device, its state, its location, and who has it
Run audits of who-has-what and reconcile physical counts against the system of record
Manage demo, loaner, and travel device inventories, ensuring devices are accurately tracked through complex logistical deployments
Maintain up-to-date inventory counts and make strategic purchasing decisions in support new hire onboarding and peripherals stock levels
Procurement and Refresh
Support hardware purchasing through our reseller and vendor relationships, working from the refresh calendar
Build out the refresh calendar and advance it across offices
Reconcile purchase orders, deliveries and invoices with Accounting and vendors so that what was ordered, received, and billed line up
Collection, E-waste and Disposal
Develop device collection and recovery workflows: offboarding returns, refresh swaps, remote-employee returns and the BPO fleet, including the shipping and tracking that goes with them
Build the e-waste program: certified recycling and secure disposal partners in each region, data destruction records, and the chain of custody from collection to certificate
Handle equipment under legal hold or other chain-of-custody requirements
BPO and Contingent Fleet
Provision, track and recover the device fleet for our BPO partners, and be the day-to-day hardware contact for those vendors
Corporate Mobile
Run day-to-day operations for the corporate mobile program and write its runbook
Manage deployment, break-fix, and carrier relationships associated with a mobile device fleet
Automation
Identify repetitive work throughout the operation and automate it with the tools at hand (scripts, systems integrations / connectors, AI tools)
You may be a good fit if you
Have implemented an asset management and lifecycle program for a multi-office fleet, not only run one: taken it from spreadsheets or nothing to a system of record and defined the processes around it (procurement, inventory, assignment, refresh, collection and disposal), ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
Have selected or implemented an asset management platform such as Jira Assets, Snipe-IT or similar, and developed the data model
Have run an e-waste or secure disposal program with certified partners and chain-of-custody records
Have managed reseller or vendor relationships for hardware purchasing and asset disposal
Write things down: runbooks, how-to guides and knowledge base articles
Recognize when a request reaches past this role and route platform work to IT Engineering, policy to the Endpoint pod, and budget to Finance
Strong candidates may also
Have supported a corporate mobile program or carrier account
Have basic scripting experience (Bash or Python) for inventory or reporting automation
Have experience using AI tools to improve personal or team productivity
Have been the hands-on asset contact for an ISO 27001 or SOC 2 audit: pulled extracts from the register, produced disposal certificates and evidence of returned assets
Deadline to apply: None. Applications will be received on a rolling basis.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About inKind
inKind is transforming the way restaurants access growth capital and build relationships with their guests. Sitting at the intersection of hospitality, fintech, consumer technology, and loyalty, our platform helps restaurant operators grow while giving consumers a better way to discover, experience, and engage with restaurants.
We are entering our next stage of growth, and our ambition is significant: to establish inKind as the market-leading brand in dining and become one of the most recognized and relevant consumer brands in hospitality.
We're looking for a VP of Marketing who has experienced hyper-scale before - someone who understands what it takes to take a rapidly growing company and turn it into a category-defining, nationally recognized brand.
Role Summary
The VP of Marketing will own the strategy, execution, and continuous optimization of inKind's marketing function across growth, brand, lifecycle, acquisition, retention, content, partnerships, and product marketing.
This is a critical leadership role for the next stage of inKind's growth. We want someone who has seen and helped lead hyper-scale firsthand and understands how the marketing strategy, organization, channels, brand, technology, and operating model need to evolve as a company moves from high growth to true market leadership.
Your mandate is bigger than generating leads or running campaigns. You will help turn inKind into a market-leading consumer brand, creating the awareness, affinity, customer growth, and engagement required to make inKind synonymous with discovering and experiencing great restaurants.
This is not a role for someone who wants to operate purely at the strategy level. You will set the vision while remaining deeply involved in execution - understanding how channels perform, how consumers behave, where the funnel can improve, what the brand stands for, and where we should place our next bet.
You will combine brand building with commercial performance, ensuring every marketing investment contributes to sustainable growth and long-term brand equity.
What You'll Own
Hyper-Scale Growth
Build the marketing strategy required to drive inKind through its next paradigm of rapid growth.
Bring firsthand experience of what changes when a business moves from growth into hyper-growth - from channels and organizational structure to processes, technology, measurement, and brand investment.
Identify the growth engines capable of taking inKind from today's scale to the next order of magnitude.
Build repeatable, scalable acquisition and engagement models rather than relying on isolated campaigns.
Anticipate the capabilities, talent, systems, and infrastructure Marketing will need before growth creates the requirement.
Balance aggressive growth with disciplined economics and sustainable customer value.
Growth & Customer Acquisition
Own the overall strategy for consumer growth, acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.
Build and continuously optimize a diversified acquisition strategy across paid, organic, referral, partnership, local, and emerging channels.
Establish clear performance expectations across the marketing funnel and identify opportunities to improve conversion at every stage.
Own key growth metrics including CAC, conversion, activation, retention, repeat behavior, frequency, and LTV.
Develop scalable growth loops that leverage inKind's restaurant network, consumers, partners, and product.
Test aggressively, learn quickly, and scale what works.
Build a Market-Leading Brand
Own the ambition of transforming inKind from a rapidly growing company into a nationally recognized, market-leading consumer brand.
Define and evolve the inKind brand strategy, positioning, voice, and creative direction.
