500M+ downloads. 80M+ monthly users. A decade of building – and we’re still accelerating.
Flo is the world’s #1 health & fitness app worldwide on a mission to build a better future for female health. Backed by a $200M investment led by General Atlantic, we became the first product of our kind to reach a $1B valuation in 2024 – and we’re not slowing down.
With 7M paid subscribers and the highest-rated experience in the App Store’s health category, we’ve spent 10 years earning trust at scale. Now, we’re building the next generation of digital health – AI-powered, privacy-first, clinically backed – to help our users know their body better.
The job
We’re looking for a
Senior Frontend Engineer
to help us build the next generation of Flo’s platform and user experiences.
You’ll work on the foundation that powers interactive surveys and dynamic content inside the Flo app — building SDKs, reusable components, and internal tooling that enable other product teams to deliver exceptional experiences quickly and reliably.
Our frontend stack is based on
React
,
TypeScript
, and
Next.js
, with a strong focus on performance, maintainability, and testing.
We care deeply about quality: we use TypeScript for type safety, Jest and Playwright for automated testing, and continuously evolve our design system and UI Kit.
What you'll be doing:
Design, build, and maintain high-quality user-facing components and platform SDKs that enable survey and interactive experiences in the Flo ecosystem.
Collaborate with product, design, and backend engineers to deliver flexible and scalable solutions.
Contribute to Flo’s design system and shared UI libraries, ensuring consistency and reusability across products.
Refactor and improve existing codebases for performance, reliability, and maintainability.
Write clean, modular, well-documented code and advocate for engineering best practices.
Actively participate in the frontend community at Flo, sharing ideas and driving improvements in architecture and development processes.
Your Experience
Must have:
7+ years of experience building, shipping, and maintaining modern web applications.
Expert-level knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+).
Deep experience with React and modern frontend tooling.
Solid grasp of object-oriented design patterns and the ability to write efficient, well-structured algorithms
You must use AI coding agents as your default way of working — writing code manually is the exception, not the rule.
Proven ability to create adaptive, responsive, and accessible user interfaces.
A product mindset and strong collaboration skills — you care about how your work impacts the user.
Nice to have:
Familiarity with Next.js, Contentful, or similar frameworks and CMS solutions.
Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
Understanding of analytics and BI integrations.
Salary Range - gross per month (ranges may vary based on skills and experience)
€5.900
—
€8.300 EUR
How we work
We’re a mission-led, product-driven team. We move fast, stay focused and take ownership – from brief to build to impact. Debate is encouraged. Decisions are shared. We care about craft, ship with purpose, and always raise the bar.
You’ll be working with people who take their work seriously, not themselves. It takes commitment, resilience, and the drive to keep going when things get tough. Because better health outcomes are worth it.
What you'll get
We support impact with meaningful reward. Here’s what that looks like:
Competitive salary and annual reviews
Opportunity to participate in Flo’s performance incentive scheme
Paid holiday, sick leave, and female health leave
Enhanced parental leave and pay for maternity, paternity, same-sex and adoptive parents
Accelerated professional growth through world-changing work and learning support

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic's RL Scaling Science team studies how reinforcement learning behaves as we scale it (across model size, compute, and task horizon) and turns that understanding into the training recipes behind our frontier models. As a Research Engineer on this team, you'll design and run large-scale experiments to understand and resolve bottlenecks, build the benchmarks that make long-horizon progress measurable, and ship validated findings directly into production training.
This role lives at the boundary between research and engineering. The problems are open, the experiments run at frontier scale, and the path from a robust result to production is short.
Key responsibilities
Design, run, and interpret large-scale RL experiments, reasoning rigorously about what the data does and doesn't show
Investigate how RL improves as horizon, compute, and model size grow
Build and maintain benchmarks for long-horizon RL so progress is measurable and reproducible
Translate validated findings into production training recipes, exercising judgment about when a result is robust enough to ship
Debug complex issues at the seam where research meets infrastructure - failures that only appear at scale
Partner closely with adjacent RL teams across research and engineering and advance our overall RL stack
Minimum qualifications
Strong empirical research skills in Reinforcement Learning, large-scale ML training, or a closely adjacent area
Demonstrated ability to own large experiments end-to-end, from design through interpretation
Proficiency in Python and experience working with large-scale or distributed ML systems
Comfort operating at the research/systems boundary, including debugging where the two meet
Care about the societal impacts of AI and responsible scaling
Preferred qualifications
Published or shipped work in long-horizon RL or RL fundamentals
Experience translating research findings into production training recipes
Demonstrated large scale industry impact via RL interventions
Experience working on frontier-scale training runs with long trajectories
Representative projects
Design a benchmark suite for long-horizon RL that distinguishes genuine capability gains from artifacts of evaluation setup
Take a promising experimental finding, stress-test it across model scales, and work with training teams to land it in a production recipe
Investigate an unexpected scaling trend in an RL run and trace it to a root cause spanning algorithm, data, and infrastructure
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
£375,000
—
£640,000 GBP
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit
anthropic.com/careers
directly for confirmed position openings.
How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

WordPress VIP
is the world’s leading enterprise content management platform. We help the world’s largest companies—including Meta, Salesforce, and Disney—create innovative digital experiences with WordPress.
We are hiring a Director of Professional Services to run our Professional Services delivery organization. You will own the day-to-day operation of a team that handles migrations, implementations, and custom engagements for some of the most complex enterprise WordPress deployments in the world. The role reports to the VP of Customer Experience (CX) as part of the CX Senior Leadership Team.
You’re walking into a team with real delivery capability and an established customer base. The work now is sharper: a tighter service menu, faster time-to-value, a delivery model that can flex to what enterprise customers actually need—and an organization that increasingly runs on AI. Professional Services at WordPress VIP is a revenue-generating business. The person in this seat owns that commercial result, not just the delivery quality behind it.
Responsibilities
Build an agentic Professional Services organization—one where AI augments delivery, accelerates time-to-value, and creates capacity for higher-complexity work.
Build Professional Services into a growth lever: identify expansion opportunities within active engagements, and partner with Account Management and Sales to turn delivery relationships into commercial ones.
Lead a Professional Services team of engineers and delivery managers, delivering migrations, implementations, and custom engagements for enterprise customers.
Own delivery quality end-to-end: project health, escalation management, customer outcomes, and on-time, on-scope execution.
Build and maintain a clear menu of established service offerings, so Sales can sell them, customers can buy them, and the team can deliver them consistently.
Meet customers where they are. Not every engagement fits a playbook, and this role requires the judgment to scope and run custom work without losing the thread back to repeatable delivery.
Help set the strategic direction for Professional Services as part of the Customer Experience Senior Leadership Team, and translate it into an operating plan that the team can execute.
Help differentiate WordPress VIP’s services offering in the market: define what makes Professional Services at WordPress VIP distinct from what a customer could get elsewhere, and build the proof points behind it.
Partner with Sales & Accounts to scope and price engagements accurately, and own the hand-off from close to delivery.
Partner with Product, Support, and Account Management on feedback loops that continually improve WordPress VIP’s platform and services.
Represent Professional Services credibly with senior internal and external stakeholders, including customer executives, on complex or at-risk engagements.
Experience
8+ years of leadership experience in Professional Services, implementation, or technical consulting. Direct experience leading a Professional Services or delivery organization is required.
5+ years delivering services for enterprise SaaS or PaaS customers, ideally involving large-scale migrations or custom development.
Experience building a services portfolio—defining offerings, pricing them, and making them repeatable without killing the flexibility that enterprise customers need.
Experience working the full commercial loop—not just delivery, but scoping with Sales, pricing engagements, identifying expansion, and tying Professional Services outcomes to retention and revenue.
Comfortable operating in or alongside an AI-augmented delivery model. What we need is genuine fluency with how AI changes the work—not just awareness that it exists.
Demonstrated ability to engage with executive stakeholders, both internal and external.
Proven track record of performance management within a team, working closely with individual contributors, leads, and HR partners.
How you work
Operator first.
You hold the strategy in your head and still show up for the delivery details. More do than say.
Commercially accountable.
You think about Professional Services as a business, not a function. You know your revenue number, you know your margin, and you can talk about both with the same fluency you bring to delivery.
Strong, persuasive communicator.
You can scope a hard engagement, write clearly under pressure, and hold executive attention without overstating your case.
Coach, not just a manager.
You develop practitioners into delivery leads. You give direct feedback. You’ll step in when something must be done a certain way, and you know when not to.
Strategic and grounded.
You can recommend a services portfolio direction, and also tell a project manager exactly where their engagement is going wrong.

Salary range: $130,000 - $190,000 USD

About The Role
We are looking for a hands-on product manager to own and scale our Affiliate and KOL marketing channels, with a primary focus on
EEA
(Europe) and other onshore regulated markets. Your mission is to drive measurable user acquisition and transaction volume through data-driven optimization and ecosystem building across multi-jurisdictional environments. If you have a proven track record of driving growth at a leading crypto exchange or a hyper-growth platform, we want you.
What You'll Be Doing
Own the affiliate product strategy for EEA and other regulated onshore markets (AU, SG, UAE, BR, TR), aligned with company-level acquisition, activation, and ROI goals.
Build data-driven systems to measure and optimize affiliate quality, retention, and ROI — giving BD teams real-time visibility into which partners drive sustainable value vs. short-term volume.
Own the affiliate product infrastructure — dashboard,
attribution
, commission calculation, campaign management, and partner lifecycle tooling across mobile, web, and APIs.
End-to-end ownership of affiliate program operations: onboarding, campaign design, incentive experimentation, and cross-market execution.
Design and run scalable affiliate programs — onboarding flows, incentive experimentation, promotional campaigns, and cross-market performance benchmarking.
What We Look For In You
5+ years in growth, affiliate/partnerships, or product-led growth roles, preferably at a crypto exchange or hyper-growth consumer platform.
Strong product mindset — you think in systems, funnels, and scalability, not just campaigns and deals.
Strong analytical capability — you can design affiliate quality scoring, cohort retention analysis, and ROI models, not just read reports.
Experience driving growth in regulated or compliance-heavy environments, ideally across European or multi-jurisdictional markets.
Bilingual: fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.

Tickmill is looking to hire a
Senior AI/ML Engineer (AI Lead)
to join our rapidly expanding team. The ideal candidate will be a highly hands-on and business-oriented professional, capable of designing and delivering production-grade AI systems that drive measurable business impact.

What does the role look like?
The Senior AI/ML Engineer (Applied AI Lead) will have the chance to:
• Design, develop, and productionise machine learning models end-to-end (training, validation, deployment, monitoring, retraining), ensuring reliability in real-world environments.
• Lead the development of AI use cases such as client lifetime value (CLV), churn prediction, and fraud/abuse detection, with clear alignment to business outcomes and measurable impact.
• Build and establish robust MLOps practices, including model deployment pipelines, CI/CD, environment promotion (dev/stage/prod), and lifecycle management.
• Implement model monitoring frameworks to track performance, data drift, data quality, and business impact, with clear retraining and escalation strategies.
• Ensure model explainability and transparency using techniques such as SHAP, feature attribution, and other interpretability methods appropriate for business-critical and regulated contexts.
• Define and enforce best practices around model governance, documentation, versioning, and auditability, proportional to model risk and business impact.
• Collaborate closely with Data Engineering to ensure high-quality data pipelines, feature engineering, reproducibility, and scalable data foundations.
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Risk, Commercial, and other stakeholders to translate business problems into pragmatic AI solutions, balancing speed and robustness.
• Drive continuous improvement through feedback loops, monitoring insights, and model retraining strategies, rather than one-off model delivery.
• Mentor team members and promote best practices in production AI, MLOps, and applied machine learning delivery.
What do you need to succeed in this role?
• 5–8+ years of experience building and deploying machine learning models in production environments (not just experimentation).
• Strong Python programming skills and solid software engineering fundamentals (testing, code quality, modular design, maintainability).
• Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, model evaluation, feature engineering, and practical considerations in production systems (e.g. data leakage, drift, stability).
• Hands-on experience with large-scale data processing (Spark / PySpark).
• Experience with ML lifecycle tools (MLflow or similar) for experiment tracking, model management, and reproducibility.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions preferred) for ML or data workflows.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large, complex datasets in real-world environments.
• Proven ability to deliver AI/ML solutions with measurable business impact, not just model performance improvements.
• Experience working with model deployment, monitoring, drift detection, and retraining strategies in production systems.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating trade-offs clearly.
• Ability to operate effectively in environments with evolving requirements, imperfect data, and delivery pressure, balancing MVP speed with production robustness.
The below are considered as a plus:
• Experience in fintech, trading, or financial services environments, particularly where models influence business-critical decisions.
• Experience with real-time or streaming ML systems.
• Familiarity with modern AI approaches such as LLMs, embeddings, or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), particularly where applied to business workflows or integrated with structured data.
• Experience working in regulated environments and implementing model governance frameworks (e.g. auditability, explainability, approvals, documentation standards).
• Experience contributing to team standards, mentoring, or leading applied AI delivery.
