About Core Products & Platform
Core Products & Platform is the foundation that powers the entire product — we build and maintain what every other direction at Fundraise Up depends on, and we directly secure the revenue that drives our mission. We own the full donation lifecycle: from the moment a donor lands on a checkout page to the financial flows behind every transaction, the integrations that connect our platform to the nonprofit's ecosystem, and the platform infrastructure that makes everything scale. Experiment velocity is our competitive DNA. 80%+ of growth experiments run through our products. We move fast, we measure everything, and we never break what matters.
The Role
We are looking for Product Managers to join Core Products & Platform and take full end-to-end ownership of a product domain that directly impacts donation volume, platform reliability, and nonprofit success. These are high-stakes, high-ownership roles. You will set strategy, define roadmaps, write specs that engineering can build from, and drive outcomes — not just ship features. You'll work in close partnership with Engineering, Design, Analytics, GTM, and Customer Success to turn complex problems into elegant, scalable solutions. You won't be handed a finished playbook. You'll help write it.
What You’ll Own
Product strategy and roadmap for your domain — with clear priorities and the reasoning behind every decision
End-to-end delivery from discovery through to launch and post-launch validation
Specifications that engineering can build from — with detailed requirements, edge cases, and acceptance criteria covered
Stakeholder alignment — keeping Engineering, GTM, Support, and leadership informed and coordinated
Domain health — product metrics, reliability signals, and the right balance between new features, experiments, and technical sustainability
What You’ll Do
Define and own your domain's quarterly goals and success metrics
Run structured discovery: customer interviews, behavioral analysis, funnel review, and data exploration
Write engineering-ready specs — clear, with edge cases covered and no open questions left
Partner directly with PM Growth on experiment design and high-velocity delivery
Collaborate with GTM (Sales, CSM, PMM) to resolve enterprise-critical issues and translate client needs into scalable product improvements
Track product health and understand what's driving changes — with clear attribution and causal reasoning
Use AI as a default tool across research, analysis, spec writing, and communication
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Product Management in a B2B SaaS, Fintech, or Enterprise environment
Proven ability to own a product area end-to-end — you take responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks
Strong delivery track record: you ship complex features in high-pressure environments without dropping quality
Ability to write specifications engineers can build from — precise, with edge cases and acceptance criteria
Data fluency: you define metrics, interpret results, and drive decisions with evidence
Systems thinking: you see the product as a whole, understand dependencies, and anticipate the impact of decisions
Strong written and verbal communication in English (C1) and ability to work in a Russian-speaking team
Comfort working in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift and ambiguity is normal
Nice To Have
Experience in payments, fintech, or financial product flows
Experience in B2B SaaS platforms with API/integration complexity
Experience with A/B experimentation frameworks at high velocity
Familiarity with enterprise nonprofit or fundraising domain
AI at Fundraise Up
At Fundraise Up, AI is a default tool — not an experimental one. We expect every team member to actively use AI in their day-to-day work, identify where AI can change the shape of problems in their function, and grow their fluency as the tools evolve. You should already be using AI meaningfully in your work and understand where it adds value and how it can improve the way you operate.
Why work with us
A strong, collaborative product team that owns what it builds
Clear product vision and access to real customer feedback from global nonprofit leaders
Flat structure: no politics, just great work with great people
Transparent company culture—we share how we’re growing, where revenue comes from, and what’s next
Long-term focus: we offer equity options and value sustained, meaningful contribution

EveryMatrix is a leading B2B SaaS provider delivering iGaming software, content and services. We provide casino, sports betting, platform and payments, and affiliate management to 300 customers worldwide.
But that's not all! We're not just about numbers, we're about people. With a team of over 1400 passionate individuals spread across twelve countries in Europe and Asia, we're all united by our love for innovation and teamwork.
Join us on this exciting journey as we continue to redefine the iGaming landscape, one groundbreaking solution at a time.
We are looking for a dedicated Senior Affiliate Manager to join our team in Armenia!
About the role:
The Senior Affiliate Manager (Tier 1) is a high-ownership role within the PartnerMatrix Managed Services (AMS) team. This person takes full responsibility for a portfolio of iGaming operator clients in established, high-competition markets — managing their affiliate programs end-to-end, growing affiliate traffic, and delivering measurable NGR impact across Tier 1 GEOs including the UK, Germany, Sweden, Netherlands, Canada, Australia, etc. The role requires deep industry expertise, strong affiliate relationships, and the ability to operate independently in regulated environments.
What you'll get to do:
Client Affiliate Program Management
• Own and manage affiliate programs for several assigned iGaming operator clients from day one.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned operators, regular calls, strategy alignment, performance reviews.
• Define and execute affiliate program strategy: GEO targets, payout models (CPA / RevShare / Hybrid), traffic mix goals.
• Set up, configure, and maintain affiliate programs within the PartnerMatrix (PMA) platform.
• Proactively identify and action program improvements; escalate blockers to the Head of Managed Services and Marketing with proposed solutions.
Affiliate Recruitment & Relationship Management
• Identify, outreach and onboard high-quality affiliates matching each operator's target GEO and vertical.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with affiliates — be the trusted partner they call first.
• Negotiate CPA rates, RevShare deals, and hybrid structures on behalf of operators within approved guidelines.
• Run regular check-ins with top-performing affiliates; identify upsell and cross-program opportunities.
• Maintain an updated affiliate pipeline per client, track deal status and conversion from outreach to activation.
Operational Excellence & Compliance
• Ensure all managed affiliates have completed KYC/AML onboarding before activation without exceptions.
• Monitor affiliate traffic quality daily, flag fraud signals, bonus abuse patterns, unusual conversion spikes.
• Coordinate payment data reconciliation with Finance; review payout files before submission.
• Manage affiliate communications via PMA ticketing system; maintain sub-24h response SLA.
• Maintain accurate documentation of affiliate deals, contracts and status in the CRM.
Reporting & Performance Analysis
• Deliver weekly performance reports to each assigned operator (traffic, FTDs, conversions, NGR impact).
• Conduct monthly strategy review calls with operators; present data-driven recommendations.
• Track KPIs: active affiliate count, payout-to-NGR ratio, new FTDs/month, affiliate retention rate.
• Feed insights back to Head of MS for cross-client benchmarking and program strategy refinement.
• Contribute to quarterly competitive landscape reviews, flag shifts in affiliate market, rates or GEO trends.
Team Contribution
• Mentor and support Middle Affiliate Managers — share playbooks, deal structures, GEO learnings.
• Document processes and best practices for team knowledge base.
• Participate in team calls, contribute to pricing decisions and product feedback for PMA development.
What we're looking for:
• 3+ years in affiliate management in iGaming
• Proven track record of building and growing affiliate programs, not just maintaining them
• Hands-on experience with at least one iGaming affiliate platform
• Strong existing network of iGaming affiliates across Tier 1 markets (UK, DACH, Nordics, Canada, ANZ)
• Understanding of CPA, RevShare and Hybrid commission models, can structure and negotiate deals independently
• Fluent in English; German, Swedish, Dutch or French is a significant advantage
• Comfortable with data — able to read affiliate reports, spot anomalies, and draw actionable conclusions
• Familiarity with regulated market compliance requirements (UKGC, MGA, Spelinspektionen)
Nice-to-Have
• Experience managing multi-brand or multi-GEO affiliate programs simultaneously
• Familiarity with AML/KYC requirements for payment flows in iGaming
• Knowledge of Tier 2 or emerging market affiliate ecosystems (CIS, LatAm, MENA)
Here's what we offer:
· Start with 24 days of annual leave, with 2 additional days added each year, up to 34 days by your fifth year with us.
· Hybrid work schedule is available after the first three months of employment, with up to 50 days of work from home per year.
· Benefit from two Free Fridays each year, limited to one per quarter.
· Access online learning platform like Udemy for Business and a budget for external training.
· Daily catered lunch or monthly lunch allowance.
· Private Medical Subscription.
· Gym allowance.
· Team-building activities in various locations.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About the role
🤓
We’re looking for a
Senior Product Builder
who wants to own product problems, not just engineering tasks.
You’ll work across the full lifecycle of B2B initiatives:
understand → shape → build → ship → measure → iterate
This is not a frontend or backend-specific role. Our main stack is Ruby on Rails and React, but we care more about strong engineering fundamentals, product judgment and the ability to work across the stack when needed.
You won’t receive a perfectly specified backlog. You’ll be expected to help create the work: understand merchants and the business, challenge assumptions, work through ambiguity and decide with the team what is worth building.
How we build at seQura
🤖
AI-assisted development is how our engineers work every day. We use AI agents to think through problems, write, review and iterate on code, and we're looking for engineers who already work this way, or are actively making the shift.
What matters to us isn't whether you know the syntax and idioms of your preferred programming language or tech stack by heart. It's whether you understand the problem you're solving, can explain the business logic behind it, and own every line you ship, no matter who (or what) wrote it first.
AI helps you move faster, challenge assumptions, explore different approaches and improve your solutions. But knowing which questions to ask, making sound technical and product decisions, and taking responsibility for the outcome is always up to you.
Our technical interviews reflect this approach: you'll use your own AI tools, and we'll ask you to walk us through your solution, both the business reasoning and the code.
If you're only interested in technical challenges without engaging in the product decisions behind them, or you'd rather not work with AI, this probably isn't the right role for you.
About the Merchant Experience team
🧩
We build the B2B product experiences that help merchants manage and grow their business with seQura.
The team owns merchant-facing products and the platform behind them, including order management, analytics, self-service capabilities, growth initiatives and platform features used by other B2B teams.
We are a small team of senior Product Engineers and a Product Designer, with
no dedicated Product Manager by design
.
Engineers are expected to contribute beyond implementation: understanding problems, shaping opportunities, making product and technical decisions, shipping solutions and checking their outcomes.
Initiatives are led by engineers who take ownership of a problem, gather context, define the hypothesis and success criteria, shape the work, drive delivery and follow up after launch.
AI-assisted development is part of our daily workflow. As implementation gets faster, we expect engineers to spend more of their judgment on
what to build, why it matters and what we learn from it
.
What challenges you'll be solving 🚀
Own product initiatives end-to-end, from problem understanding to outcome validation.
Act as Champion for initiatives: gather context, define hypotheses and success criteria, shape the work and drive it forward.
Work directly with merchants, business stakeholders, Product Design and other engineering teams when needed.
Build and operate production software across backend and frontend.
Make pragmatic product and technical decisions with incomplete information.
Use data, feedback and experiments to decide whether to iterate, change direction or stop.
Contribute to evolving Merchant Portal into a platform other B2B teams can build on.
Use AI throughout your workflow, including exploration, implementation, testing, debugging and learning unfamiliar systems.
What to expect in the next 90 days
🏁
Month 1
Learn the B2B domain, Merchant Portal, codebase and current initiatives. Shadow a Champion, meet key stakeholders and start contributing.
Month 2
Own a small initiative with support from the team, from understanding the problem to shipping it.
Month 3
Act as Champion for an initiative: frame the problem, define the hypothesis and success criteria, ship a solution and check the outcome.
What you’ll need 🤝
Must have:
7+ years of experience building production software.
Strong software engineering fundamentals.
Experience owning work beyond implementation.
Comfortable working across backend and frontend when needed.
Comfortable working with ambiguity and incomplete information.
Strong product and customer curiosity.
High autonomy, ownership and accountability.
Comfortable working directly with stakeholders and other teams.
Experience using AI meaningfully in your software development workflow.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Nice to have:
Experience with Ruby on Rails and/or React.
Strong full-stack experience.
Experience building platforms or capabilities used by other teams.
Experience with product discovery, experimentation or success metrics.
Spanish fluency.

Salmon is a technology-driven financial company building a banking and lending platform across Southeast Asia, starting in the Philippines.
We combine global fintech expertise with deep local market knowledge to make financial services simple, accessible, and useful for millions of people across the region.
7M+ app downloads. 2M+ monthly active users. 10,000+ partner stores. US$310M+ raised from leading global investors.
Manila-based, globally distributed, and hybrid-first — our team spans 45+ countries.
If you want to solve complex problems at scale and impact how millions of people access and manage money, come build with us.
Southeast Asia's fintech moment starts here.
About the role
Salmon’s content — marketing, product, and support — is written in English first. Tagalog and Cebuano (Bisaya) versions still depend on ad hoc help. You’d own that layer end-to-end and become our go-to expert on how Salmon sounds in both languages
This is a senior role, not a file-in, file-out translation job. You set the quality bar, build the glossaries and style guides for Tagalog and Cebuano from scratch, and make the calls yourself rather than follow someone else’s rulebook. Done well, this could grow into its own small localization function
What you’ll do
- Write and localize marketing, website, product, and in-app copy in Tagalog and Cebuano. You decide when to translate, when to rewrite from scratch, and what stays in English. Cebuano work will grow as the product expands into new regions, but native-level fluency is required from day one
- Build the style guides and glossaries for both languages: voice and register, financial terminology, formatting, and how to handle regional variation. Keep them current as the product grows
- Adapt tone for regional audiences and advise teams early: flag campaign concepts, humor, or messaging that may not land before production starts
- Handle financial content with precision: explain fees, interest, and repayment terms clearly without changing their meaning, and know when to take wording to Legal or Compliance
- Review copy before publication, including as backup reviewer for other authors. Check it in the actual app or customer journey, and decide what must be fixed: an error that could mislead a customer versus a stylistic preference
- Work with Marketing, Content, and Product: take briefs, challenge unclear briefs and English source copy, suggest alternatives, work through conflicting feedback, and deliver on schedule
- Spot recurring language problems across teams and fix them at the source, through guidelines and training, instead of correcting the same issues again
What you’ll own
- The quality bar for all Tagalog and Cebuano content, including improving what’s already published
- The glossaries and style guides, from first draft to adoption across teams, aligned with brand voice
- Final approval of Tagalog and Cebuano content: you approve it or send it back for revision
- The team’s go-to expertise on regional-audience nuance
What makes you a strong fit
- Native or near-native fluency in Tagalog and Cebuano (Bisaya). You write in both, not only translate
- Strong English: you read our briefs and spot what won’t work in Filipino
- 5+ years of professional writing, editing, or localization in Tagalog or Cebuano for commercial clients, or an equivalent track record, including full ownership of a localization workflow from intake and translation through review, release, and quality control
- Published work you can walk us through: what you decided and why
- Experience building glossaries, style guides, or tone-of-voice guidelines from scratch
- Strong editorial judgment: you evaluate quality, decide on your own, give authors clear feedback, and defend your decisions to stakeholders
- Understanding of how Filipinos use financial products and apps. We value product intuition as much as language skill
- Experience with localization/TMS tools (Lokalise, Phrase, Smartling, Crowdin) and Figma is a plus
