ABOUT MISTRAL
Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
About The Job
Mistral AI is seeking Applied Scientists and Research Engineers to drive innovative research and collaborate with clients on complex research projects.
You will develop SOTA models across different modalities such as text, image, and speech. By developing novel methods and research ideas you will apply these models across a diverse set of use cases and domains. Working cross-functionally with both external and internal science, engineering, and product teams you will deliver high-impact AI solutions that turn the needle.
What you will do
• Run pre-training, post-training and deploy state of the art models on clusters with thousands of GPUs. You don’t panic when you see OOM errors or when NCCL feels like not wanting to talk.
• Generate and curate data for pre-training and post-training, working on evaluations and making sure the model’s performance beats expectations.
• Develop the necessary tools and frameworks to facilitate data generation, model training, evaluation and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tackle complex use cases using agents and RAG pipelines.
• Manage research projects and communications with client research teams.
About you
• You are fluent in English and Korean, and have excellent communication skills. You are at ease explaining complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• You’re an expert with PyTorch or JAX.
• You’re not afraid of contributing to a big codebase and can find yourself around independently with little guidance.
• You write clean, readable, high-performance, fault-tolerant Python code.
• You don’t need roadmaps: you just do. You don’t need a manager: you just ship.
• Low-ego, collaborative and eager to learn.
• You have a track record of success through personal projects, professional projects or in academia.
It would be great if you
• Hold a PhD / master in a relevant field (e.g., Mathematics, Physics, Machine Learning), but if you’re an exceptional candidate from a different background, you should apply.
• Can bring a variety of research experience (agents, multi-modality, robotics, diffusion, time-series).
• Have contributed to a large codebase used by many (open source or in the industry).
• Have a track record of publications in top academic journals or conferences.
• Love improving existing code by fixing typing issues, adding tests and improving CI pipelines.

Role Summary
As our Banking / Financing Legal Counsel, you will work side by side with our corporate counsel and directly under the Head of M&A and Finance Legal Counsel, based in Paris.
In close collaboration with our Finance and Business teams, you will be instrumental in structuring, drafting, and negotiating the financing transactions that fuel Mistral's external growth — from compute infrastructure and data center investments to strategic company acquisitions.
Key responsibilities
Financing Transactions
• Structure, draft, negotiate, and close transaction documentation on non-dilutive financing transactions, including corporate loans, asset-backed financings, and project finance deals supporting our infrastructure and compute investments.
• Act as the primary legal point of contact for banking and financing counterparties, working with LMA-standard documentation and bespoke structures alike.
• Advise on financing structures for data center and compute infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with external law firms on cross-border financing structures and manage multi-jurisdictional transaction teams.
Cross-functional Partnership
• Partner daily with the Finance team (Treasury, FP&A) to ensure financing solutions are aligned with Mistral's capital strategy and operational needs.
• Collaborate with M&A, Compute, and Business teams to support deal-specific financing structures.
• Provide practical, hands-on legal guidance that enables the business to move fast while limiting legal risks.
Legal Infrastucture
• Build and maintain internal templates, precedents, and guidelines for financing documentation.
• Support on ancillary legal topics as needed, including corporate compliance, insurance, and Sapin II-related matters.
Qualifications and skills
• Bachelor degree or above (LLB, LLM, Juris Doctor preferred) from an accredited law school in France or another EU country. Admission to practice law in at least one other jurisdiction, in particular in the USA, would be a plus.
• A minimum of 7 years of relevant legal experience, including a minimum of 4 years in an international law firm.
• Proven track record in structuring and negotiating non-dilutive financing deals, including corporate loans, bridge facilities, asset-backed and project finance transactions. Familiarity with LMA standard documentation is required.
• Strong experience in project finance or infrastructure financing, particularly deals involving long-term capex or compute and data center infrastructure, is highly valued.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate cross-border structuring questions and multi-jurisdictional financing deals, including coordinating with local external counsel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in both English and French. Strong ability to present complex legal concepts in a clear and understandable manner to non-legal stakeholders.
• Sharp business acumen, honed through direct experience working within businesses — ideally across multiple industries — where you have delivered measurable impact and demonstrated a deep understanding of operational and strategic priorities.
• Great negotiation skills, with a history of successfully leading critical discussions with banks, investors, and infrastructure partners, balancing assertiveness with collaboration, and maintaining positive, long-term relationships with all stakeholders.
• An understanding of the tax implications of financing and structuring, allowing you to optimise outcomes and mitigate risks.
• Knowledge and usage of Artificial Intelligence: an understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing and their applications, is important.
• Analytical Skills: ability to analyse complex cross-border structuring questions, their interactions with financing topics, and to identify potential legal risks and solutions.
• Adaptability: proactive, flexible, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ethical Awareness: a strong understanding of ethical considerations related to AI, such as fairness, transparency, accountability, and bias mitigation, is important.

Tempo is a layer-1 blockchain purpose-built for stablecoins and real-world payments, born from Stripe’s experience in global payments and Paradigm’s expertise in crypto tech.
Tempo’s payment-first design provides a scalable, low-cost predictable backbone that meets the needs of high-volume payment use cases. Our goal is to move money reliably, cheaply, and at scale. Our north star is simplicity for users: fintechs, traditional banks, merchants, platforms, and anyone else looking to move their payments into the 21st century.
We're building Tempo with design partners who are global leaders in AI, e-commerce, and financial services: Anthropic, Coupang, Deutsche Bank, DoorDash, Mercury, Nubank, OpenAI, Revolut, Shopify, Standard Chartered, Visa, and more.
We’re a team of crypto-optimists, building the infrastructure needed to bring real, substantial economic flows onchain. We like to move fast and swing for the fences — join us!
THE ROLE
You'll build Tempo's partnerships function from the ground up — designing and executing 1:many partnership motions across infra, ecosystem, and SI partners that drive enterprise adoption of Tempo. This is a foundational GTM hire with direct impact on how the largest companies in the world onboard into crypto.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build Tempo's partnerships strategy and playbook from zero — infra partners, ecosystem partners, system integrators, and beyond
- Identify, negotiate, and close large strategic partnerships that generate meaningful pipeline
- Design scalable 1:many partnership structures, not one-off deals
- Drive revenue through partner-sourced and partner-influenced deals
- Work directly with product and engineering to scope partnership integrations and co-build opportunities
- Represent Tempo externally at the highest levels — partner exec teams, industry events, ecosystem forums
- Stand up the operational infrastructure for partnerships: tracking, reporting, partner enablement
- Collaborate closely with Tempo's GTM team to align partnerships with direct sales and enterprise motions
QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years in partnerships, BD, or GTM roles with demonstrated quota or pipeline ownership
- Deep domain expertise in stablecoins, payments, or fintech infrastructure
- Proven track record building scaled partnership programs — not just inheriting them
- Experience structuring and closing complex, multi-stakeholder strategic deals

We are looking for a structured and execution-driven Strategic Project Manager to lead complex market expansion and business localization initiatives across multiple regions and business units.
The role focuses on turning ambiguous business needs into structured execution plans, business cases, governance frameworks, and operational launches. Success requires strong stakeholder management, an ownership mentality, and the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives without direct managerial authority - but with strong C-level support and dedicated resources from Finance, Legal, Tax, Product, Payments, Commercial, Marketing, and Analytics assigned to each initiative.
This is not a traditional administrative role. We are looking for someone who can independently drive initiatives from idea to operational launch and build frameworks to make future launches faster and more predictable.
Responsibilities
1. Business Case Development & Strategic Planning:
Build and structure business cases, ROI assessments, and operational models for market expansion initiatives.
Turn ambiguous business requests into actionable implementation plans, decision-making frameworks, and launch criteria - in close collaboration with Finance, Legal, Product and Business stakeholders.
Prepare and present business cases and initiative proposals to C-level stakeholders - including structured storytelling, trade-off framing, and recommendation of go/no-go decisions.
2. End-to-End Initiative Execution:
Lead market expansion and localization initiatives from planning to operational launch.
Coordinate cross-functional implementation across Product, Finance, Legal, Payments, Operations, and Commercial teams.
Manage timelines, dependencies, escalations, and execution accountability across parallel workstreams.
3. Governance, Stakeholder Management & Reporting:
Drive alignment across senior stakeholders with competing priorities.
Maintain governance structures, execution tracking, and transparent reporting.
Establish scalable project documentation, decision logs, and post-launch performance monitoring.
Requirements
4–8+ years of experience in strategic project management, business operations, transformation, or other cross-functional execution roles - with a strong track record of personally leading and delivering complex initiatives end-to-end.
Proven ability to operate in high-ambiguity environments across multiple stakeholders (Finance, Legal, Tax, Product, Payments, Commercial, Marketing, Analytics, C-level).
Strong ownership mentality, structured thinking, and ability to drive initiatives from concept to implementation.
Business and operational mindset with high attention to detail and execution quality.
Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with data, reporting and collaboration tools.(our stack: Confluence, Miro, Gantt, YouTrack, Slack, Tableau, Trino).
Benefits
Flexible schedules and opportunity to work remotely;
Ambitious and supportive team who love what they do, appreciate each other, and grow together;
Internal programs for adaptation and training, development of soft skills, and leadership abilities;
Partial compensation for participating in external training and conferences;
Corporate English school: Group and individual lessons, speaking clubs with colleagues from all over the world;
Corporate prices on hotels and travel services;
MyTime Day Off - an extra non-working day without loss of compensation.
Location: San Francisco; Seattle; New York City
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Enterprise AI Products team builds products that make AI part of how teams work together, not just a tool people use on their own. We bring Perplexity Computer into Slack, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office, and MCP server with helping teams collaborate with agents and automate work across conversations, documents, and business systems. That includes workflows that start from a message or business event, carry out multiple steps, and bring people in for decisions and approvals.
You’ll build new products from the ground up, working directly with customers to understand their problems and shape what we build next. You’ll combine applied AI engineering with product judgment, moving quickly from prototypes to reliable products that solve recurring problems across many organizations. Ownership extends beyond launch: you’ll use customer feedback and product experiments to improve the experience, grow adoption, and make Computer something teams depend on in their daily work.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and build AI-powered experiences in Slack, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office, and the MCP server bringing Computer into the tools where teams communicate, create, and coordinate work.
- Build workflow and automation products that let teams delegate recurring, multi-step tasks to agents, including scheduled and event-triggered execution, human approvals, and visibility into progress and results.
- Build shared agent experiences that let teams delegate work, review results, and build on each other’s workflows, with clear ownership and handoffs between people and agents.
- Work directly with customers and internal teams to identify high-impact problems, validate ideas through rapid prototyping, and turn successful use cases into scalable, reusable products.
- Own products end to end, from problem definition and technical design through full-stack implementation, launch, and production reliability.
- Measure and improve activation, repeat usage, and workflow completion, using customer feedback and product experiments to drive sustained AI adoption.
- Partner with Product, Design, Sales, and engineering teams to turn customer needs and emerging AI capabilities into reliable product experiences.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years of software engineering experience, with a track record of building and shipping production products end to end.
- Hands-on experience shipping applications with LLMs or AI agents, with good judgment about their capabilities and limitations and experience improving product quality through evaluation and user feedback.
- Strong software engineering and system design skills, with proficiency in Python or Go and the ability to work across backend services and user-facing applications.
- Strong product judgment and the ability to translate ambiguous customer needs into simple, effective product experiences for users with different levels of technical expertise.
- Comfort working directly with customers, moving quickly between discovery and implementation, and owning problems without a fully defined specification.
- Experience with enterprise, growth, or collaboration products is a plus.
If you're excited about this role, we encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't match every qualification listed above.
Location: San Francisco
Description
In 2026, we launched Computer, the defining product for the new era of agentic AI. Millions of people now use Perplexity to transform knowledge into action, and the Integrations team builds the systems and products that let Perplexity connect to user data and workflows across multiple verticals, turning connected data into reliable, AI-powered experiences people use every day.
As an engineer on the Integrations team at Perplexity, you’ll define the technical direction of products that connect Perplexity to workflows across multiple verticals and work full-stack to build these applied AI systems. You’ll move quickly, owning outcomes end-to-end, and building useful products people reach for every day.
Tech Stack: TypeScript | Next.js | React | Python | PostgreSQL | Eppo | AWS
Why Perplexity is different
- Craftsmanship. We build high-quality, tasteful products targeting both the AI-native and AI-curious.
- Ownership. You identify the problem, design the solution and ship it.
- Entrepreneurship. We think like founders, act with urgency, and hustle to deliver for each other and our users.
- Scholarship. Work among highly talented peers, pursuing knowledge and truth, upleveling ourselves, our teams, and our products.
- Partnership. We amplify each other’s strengths, break down silos, and give selflessly to help our colleagues deliver excellence.
What you'll do
- Build agentic apps, features, and workflows that make Perplexity a daily driver for users.
- Lead vertical-specific products and AI-powered experiences like a Personal CFO and Email Assistant, turning connected data into reliable, high-impact tools people want to use every day.
- Own the data backbone of pipelines, infrastructure, and connectors that bring user and enterprise data to agents and products at a 99.9% reliability bar.
- Drive end-to-end projects across the full stack, running experiments in parallel and hill-climbing on adoption, retention, and revenue.
- Set technical direction, mentor engineers, and partner with AI, Design, Data Science, and Infra to ship products that don't exist anywhere else.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a track record of rapidly shipping complex products end-to-end.
- Demonstrated technical leadership: you've owned large, ambiguous projects, set direction, and driven them to clear outcomes.
- Strong execution: you ship many products and experiments in parallel and drive each to a measurable result.
- Strong product judgment; you translate user behavior and product opportunities into simple, effective technical solutions.
- An "extra zero" mindset: you aim for outcomes that are 10x, not 10%, and own the result end-to-end.
- Self-motivated with strong ownership instincts; you propose ideas, ship features ahead of schedule, and drive improvements without asking for permission.
- Experience mentoring engineers and raising the technical bar of a team.
- Genuine interest in and adoption of AI products and willingness to learn quickly.
Nice to have
- Domain expertise in verticals such as finance, healthcare, legal, or operations.
- Experience building agentic product surfaces.
- Time at a fast-growing startup or high-ownership engineering team.
