We're growing our strategic partnerships team, and we're looking for someone who can do more than run a B2B sales pipeline. We want a person who can take a big partnership from the very first conversation all the way to launch. This isn't about sending hundreds of cold emails, and it isn't a classic account manager job. You'll figure out which companies are worth partnering with, find the people who actually make decisions there, and get to know how their business works. Then you'll shape an offer that makes sense for them and guide it through every stage: negotiations, a pilot, the contract, and the launch. We are looking for a hunter mindset: someone who is motivated by difficult markets, complex deals, and the challenge of opening doors that are not already open.
Задачи:
— Build new strategic partnerships with travel companies, agency networks, airlines, OTAs, travel platforms, loyalty programs, fintech companies, travel-tech players, and other distribution channels.
— Identify the right decision-makers and find ways to reach them through your network, LinkedIn, industry events, associations, mutual contacts, and other channels.
— Build a specific partnership hypothesis for each account rather than sending a generic company presentation.
— Lead discovery calls and meetings.
— Negotiate with senior decision-makers and functional leaders.
— Discuss and structure commercial models including commission, net rates, revenue share, white label, API integrations, and pilot programs.
— Manage long sales cycles and consistently move opportunities forward.
— Initiate and launch pilot partnerships.
— Attend travel industry events and conferences with a clear target list and pre-arranged meetings.
— Bring in Product and Development teams when an opportunity requires technical integration or product changes.
— Hand over signed partners into implementation and make sure partnerships actually go live and start generating business.
Требования:
— 4–7+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or strategic partnerships.
— Experience in travel, mobility, OTA, airlines, hospitality, travel tech, TMC, tour operating, or a closely related industry.
— Experience with complex B2B deals and multi-month sales cycles.
— A proven track record of partnerships you personally initiated and helped take through signing or launch.
— Ability to independently identify decision-makers and create access to them.
— Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
— Ability to quickly understand the other side’s priorities and adapt the proposition accordingly.
— Experience creating tailored commercial proposals and business cases.
— Understanding of common B2B partnership models: commission, net rates, revenue share, affiliate etc.
— Basic understanding of APIs and integrations.
— Comfortable discussing integrations, implementation timelines, constraints, and requirements with Product and Development teams.
— English at C1–C2 level, both spoken and written.
— Conversational Russian for communication.
— Willingness to travel for meetings, conferences, and industry events.
— High level of independence and ownership.
— Strong pipeline discipline and follow-up skills.
— Ability to work through objections, existing supplier relationships, slow-moving deals, and long periods without immediate results.
— Preferably based in the European Union or Asia, with flexibility to travel internationally and obtain visas when needed.
Преимущества:
— An existing professional network in travel, mobility, airlines, OTA, hospitality, or travel tech.
— Experience working with agency networks, host agencies, consortia, cruise, loyalty.
— Experience launching API, white-label, or co-branded partnerships.
— Experience entering new markets or building a new B2B channel from scratch.
Не подходит, если:
— Most of your experience is in high-volume cold outreach;
— You are used to working mainly with inbound leads;
— Your background is primarily in managing existing accounts;
— You expect to receive a ready-made lead list and detailed instructions on whom to contact;
— You are uncomfortable starting from a blank page and figuring out how to create an opportunity yourself.
Условия:
— A high-impact role with significant growth potential.
— You will join at a stage where our strategic partnerships function is being actively reshaped, with the opportunity to grow together with it and take on broader responsibility over time.
— Work with international travel companies and strategic partners.
— The ability to influence not only sales, but also the B2B product itself.
— Participation in international travel industry events and conferences.
— Significant room for your own ideas, hypotheses, and initiatives.
— Remote format.
— A competitive fixed salary, reflecting the seniority and impact of the role, plus a performance-based bonus.

GoMining runs a portfolio, not a single product: Digital Miners, the GOMINING token, GoMining Card, Simple Earn, Wallet, Miner Wars, Academy, Travel, Launchpad and the VIP programme. Each of them ships, launches and promotes on its own rhythm — and today those messages reach the same user through the same channels without a single owner making sure they add up to one coherent story.
That owner is this role.
You'll sit at the centre of marketing as the connective layer between product go-to-market, brand, performance, content, CRM, community, design and PR. Half the job is orchestration: owning the communications calendar and running launches end to end, on time, across every channel. The other half is the message: making sure what we say about any product is clear, consistent, on-brand and worth a user's attention.
This is a hands-on individual contributor role with company-wide visibility. You will not manage a team — you will manage the flow of work between several of them.
What you’ll do
Orchestration: own how communication gets made and shipped
Own a single, company-wide marketing communications calendar: every product launch, feature release, campaign, promo and announcement in one place, with owners and dates.
Build and fix the communications planning process so marketing can absorb a dense flow of product launches without things getting lost between teams.
Run launches end to end, covering both product and brand comms. Take the go-to-market input from product marketing leads and turn it into a channel plan: CRM (email, push, in-app inbox), in-product surfaces, community, social, website and blog, app stores, paid support assets, PR, out-of-home. Then drive it to delivery.
Write the briefs. Translate business goals into creative and content briefs that designers, motion designers and copywriters can actually execute against, with clear deliverables and deadlines.
Be the single window into the design and production team. Prioritise, sequence and unblock requests instead of letting every stakeholder queue separately.
Hold the timeline. Chase dependencies across product, legal, compliance and finance so assets are approved and live on the date we committed to.
Close the loop: pull post-campaign results with the analytics and CRM teams, run the retro, and turn what you learn into the next brief.
Campaigns and partnerships: take the brand beyond its usual channels
Plan and run integrated 360 campaigns: one message, the right channels, launched together, on time and to a high standard.
Drive special projects and integrations, from concept and partner selection through to production and results.
Coordinate ambassador, celebrity, influencer and KOL partnerships, including long-term ambassador programmes with a series of activations, not just one-off placements.
Manage the production side: external agencies, creative studios and production houses, timelines, budgets, contracts and usage rights.
Coordinate joint communications with partners, collaborations and sponsorships.
Support the Brand Director in rolling out the brand refresh across every touchpoint.
Message: own what we say and how it sounds
Build and maintain the messaging architecture across the portfolio: what each product promises, to whom, in what words, and how the products connect into one proposition.
Turn technical and financial mechanics such as mining rewards, tokenomics, cashback, yields and VIP tiers into copy a first-time user understands without a glossary.
Own tone of voice and message consistency in practice, not just in a deck: review outgoing communications against brand and messaging guidelines before they ship.
Maintain the shared toolkit (messaging docs, key-message one-pagers, FAQ and objection handling, launch templates) so other teams stop reinventing product copy.
Write and edit the high-stakes pieces yourself: launch announcements, product pages, campaign concepts, executive and partner-facing materials.
Work closely with legal and compliance within the advertising and financial-promotion constraints of each channel and jurisdiction, so approved copy is also compliant copy.
Track how competitors and the wider crypto and fintech market communicate, and bring back what’s worth noting.
What success looks like
First month:
the calendar exists and is trusted; every product’s messaging is documented in one place; the brief-to-delivery process is running without you being chased.
First 3 months:
launches ship on schedule with a full channel set as the default, not the exception; message consistency across channels is visibly better; each launch produces a documented result and a next-step recommendation; the first integrated campaign or partnership project beyond our core channels is live or in production.
Requirements
4+ years in marketing communications, integrated campaigns, brand communications or product marketing, either in-house at a tech, fintech, marketplace, consumer app or scale-up, or agency-side with comparable clients.
Hands-on experience running integrated 360 campaigns at national or regional scale.
Proven end-to-end ownership of multi-channel launches: you can walk us through campaigns you ran from brief to results, and say honestly what worked and what didn’t.
Solid understanding of how production works: timelines, external contractors, budgets, approvals and rights clearance.
Experience coordinating external agencies, creative studios or production houses.
Genuine project management ability: prioritisation, dependency tracking, and working to deadlines and budget across teams you don’t manage.
The ability to hold a high creative bar while saying no, moving a date, or telling a senior stakeholder their request is out of scope.
Comfort with complex products: you enjoy the work of understanding a mechanic properly before writing about it.
Data literacy: you read campaign performance and use it to change the next brief.
Strong writing and editing in English (C1+). You’ll be assessed on real copy, not on adjectives in a CV.
Fluent Russian.
A portfolio or case studies of campaigns and projects you’ve led.
Would be a plus
Both agency and in-house tech experience.
Experience with ambassador, celebrity or influencer partnerships, especially long-term contracts with a series of activations.
Special projects, brand integrations, sponsorships or out-of-home campaigns.
Experience with a rebrand, or building brand or messaging systems from scratch rather than inheriting a finished one.
Experience in crypto, Web3, mining, trading, neobanking, payments or investment products.
Familiarity with advertising restrictions on financial and crypto products across ad platforms and jurisdictions.
Additional languages.
Benefits
Professional growth: support for courses, conferences, and English learning (up to 100% coverage).
Work-life fit: remote or hybrid format with flexible hours across international teams.
Paid leave: up to 20 vacation days + 8 company holidays + 5 personal days per year.
Recognition programs: structured performance reviews and team awards.
Team culture: retreats in international locations (for example, company apartments in Cyprus).
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

THE ADVENTURE AHEAD
This is a partner marketing role built for pipeline. You'll turn a small number of high-potential partnerships (think AWS, Deloitte, and Carahsoft) into real, measurable revenue channels. You'll also be our enterprise marketing lead for regulated industries, specifically life sciences and government, where trust, compliance, and the right partner relationships decide who wins.
The objective is clear, but the playbook is yours to define. Some weeks you'll build an account plan with an AWS demand gen partner. Other weeks you'll plan a field event for healthcare or federal buyers, or work with sales on a named account list. The goal is to leverage partner channels to generate Enterprise, public sector and life sciences pipeline.
🗓️ THE DAY-TO-DAY
Partner Marketing That Generates Pipeline (the core of the job)
- Run joint programs with a small number of select partners (AWS, Deloitte, Carahsoft, and others as we prove what works) that move Enterprise and Gov pipeline.
- Make AWS work harder. Partner with our AWS demand gen resource by supplying what's been missing: target account selection, strong assets, account intelligence, seller engagement, tracking, and a packaged pitch AWS sellers can use.
- Use partner relationships to open doors at named ABM accounts, through formal partner workflows and one-off introductions, and build a repeatable process around both.
- Work closely with the Partnerships team on joint planning, co-funded activity, and accountability on timelines and lead commitments.
- Own partner-sourced and partner-influenced attribution with RevOps so we know what's working and where to invest.
Field Events
- Plan and run field events that put us in front of enterprise buyers, including Supper Clubs and partner co-hosted dinners, roundtables, and executive gatherings.
- Work with partners to co-fund and co-host events, with registrant targets and clear roles agreed up front.
- Partner with AEs, BDRs, and partner managers before and after every event so meetings, follow-up, and pipeline actually happen.
- Support our presence at industry events (for example, HR Tech, Unleash, DevLearn, and GovLoop) and turn them into pipeline.
Regulated Industries: Healthcare and Government
- Own the enterprise marketing approach for healthcare and public-sector buyers, where long cycles, compliance requirements, and buying committees shape everything.
- Build account-based programs for healthcare systems and government agencies using intent data and buying signals.
- Support federal campaigns alongside product marketing and the gov sales team: content syndication, event execution, targeted account lists, and partner-led plays (such as Carahsoft).
- Develop messaging and programs that speak to the real concerns of regulated buyers, like security, compliance, procurement paths, and contract vehicles.
Account-Based Execution and Sales Partnership
- Build account-based programs that reach full buying committees, including expansion into new teams inside existing accounts.
- Partner with enterprise AMs, AEs, and BDRs through structured cadences on targeting, messaging, and pipeline reviews.
Measurement & Iteration
- Use AI to scale what works.
- Measure everything: pipeline created, influenced, and accelerated, with clear attribution across new business, expansion, and partner-sourced.
- If something isn't working, whether a channel, an event, or a partner, you say so and change course. No sunk-cost loyalty.
💪 YOUR SUPERPOWERS
- Pipeline-obsessed marketer: 4–6 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, with at least 1–2 years targeting enterprise buyers (5,000+ employees). You've driven measurable pipeline and revenue, not just lead volume.
- Partner builder: You've made partnerships produce pipeline, not just co-branded content. You know how to get a partner's sellers to care about your accounts.
- Field event operator: You've planned and executed events that turned into meetings and opportunities, and you know how to get sales and partners in the room.
- Buying-committee thinker: You're fluent in intent data, buying signals, and account engagement, and you use them to decide where to focus.
- Sales trust-builder: You win as a team with sales, through in-the-weeds collaboration and shared accountability.
- Ruthless about scope: You orient around what gets results and can stay focused on a few partners and programs without losing sight of the goal.
- "I can figure this out" mindset toward tools: UserGems, Influ2, ReachDesk, HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, Claude. Bonus points if you've used some, but curiosity matters more than a checklist.
- Active AI practitioner: You're already applying AI anywhere and everywhere.
🎁 BONUS POINTS
- Experience marketing to healthcare, government, or other regulated or public-sector buyers.
- Experience with hyperscalers (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure), co-sell, or global systems-integrator partnerships (Deloitte-style) where you made the relationship produce pipeline.
- Experience with government channel partners or reseller/contract vehicle models (Carahsoft-style).
- Familiarity with compliance and procurement considerations in healthcare or federal sales.
- Experience in learning, HR tech, or skills-focused technology.

What this role is about
You'll manage a team of Assigned Support Engineers who provide relationship-based technical support to GitLab's biggest enterprise customers. ASEs work proactively with customers to find root causes and prevent repeat issues, which is different from working a ticket queue. They also turn their actions and activity into outcomes and deliverables that show customers the ROI they get from GitLab.
You'll build a team that works independently, owns issues from start to finish, and knows when to ask for help. When a customer relationship is in trouble, you'll work alongside the account teams to bring it back to health. You'll also help improve the ASE program in ways that matter to customers and to the company.
What you'll do
Hire, coach, and develop ASEs. Hold regular 1:1s, give direct feedback, deal with performance issues early, and build a team where people feel safe raising problems.
Pay attention to engagement and retention, and coach the team on GitLab's values and operating principles.
Train ASEs to run technical interviews so the hiring pipeline doesn't depend on you.
Set clear goals and expectations, track progress across onboarding, relationships, escalations, and KPIs, and connect the team's work to company priorities. Help ASEs prioritize across accounts when everything feels urgent.
Lead escalations from start to finish. Work with Engineering, Product, Sales, and Customer Success to get the right people moving, and keep the customer informed and confident in the plan.
Work alongside the account teams to bring at-risk customers back to health, including renewal and expansion risk driven by support concerns. Build the recovery plan, drive the technical side, and report on progress until the customer is stable.
Help ASEs translate their actions and activity into outcomes, deliverables, and ROI, and present that to customers and executives in clear decks that cover what happened, what you're doing about it, and what comes next.
Work with the ASE leadership team on initiatives that improve the program and customer outcomes, and see yours through to results.
Partner with Sales, Customer Success, CSMs, Product, and Engineering to push for what customers need, and contribute utilization and onboarding data to capacity and headcount planning with Finance and sales leadership.
Document how the team works and find ways to make it more efficient through tools, process changes, and automation. Use AI well in your own work and coach ASEs to do the same.
What you'll bring
5+ years in technical support, with at least 2 years managing customer-facing technical teams.
Experience with high-touch or assigned support for enterprise customers. Professional services delivery counts. Experience across Self-Managed, GitLab Dedicated, and GitLab.com is a plus.
A strong record of handling escalations with both internal teams and customers. You stay calm, keep people aligned, and know when to bring in leadership.
The ability to turn a complicated or nuanced situation into a clear written story and tie activity to outcomes with numbers.
A customer-centric approach balanced with good judgment about what the service, the team, and the company can deliver, and experience working with account teams to bring struggling customers back to health.
A record of getting work done across teams through influence and strong working relationships. You can work with Sales, CS, and account teams to set clear expectations for the ASE service and find the right path for each customer.
Willingness to be available outside standard hours, including weekends, for the occasional critical escalation or customer-impacting incident.
Comfort with ambiguity and change. You keep a team steady while priorities, processes, and the program evolve, and you explain the reasons for changes so people stay engaged.
A strong technical foundation to guide engineers in complex, production-critical environments, including Linux system administration and web application development concepts. Familiarity with Git, DevOps practices, or GitLab is helpful.
A history of developing engineers at different skill levels through real feedback, mentoring, and clear expectations.
Process skills that make a team more efficient without adding bureaucracy, and comfort leading a remote, globally distributed team using metrics and customer feedback.
About the team
The ASE team is spread across AMER, EMEA, and APAC and works mostly async, with regular pairing sessions, 1:1s, and Slack. We support GitLab's largest and most strategic customers, who run GitLab in production-critical environments. We dig into code and logs, work across departments, and focus on root cause, trends, preventing repeat issues, and providing the technical acumen that helps customers get the most value out of GitLab for their business.

Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As a Manager, Compute Accounting at Anthropic, you will execute day-to-day accounting for our compute and cloud infrastructure spend, ensuring accurate financial reporting and robust controls as we scale. You'll be responsible for preparing compute cost accounting, including accruals, prepaids, accounts payable reconciliation, expense classification, and commitment tracking. This role requires hands-on month-end close experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to build scalable processes and controls in a high-growth environment, with a strong appetite for process improvement and automation.
You'll work directly with Engineering, Procurement, and Finance & Strategy to resolve issues and ensure that costs are captured accurately and in compliance with our agreements. As Anthropic's compute footprint expands rapidly across multiple cloud service providers, you'll help operate the financial controls and processes that enable us to manage compute spend measured in the tens of billions of dollars with precision and confidence. You'll also support internal and external audit requests.

Own the accounting lifecycle for compute and cloud infrastructure expenses, ensuring accurate and timely recording of all costs through monthly close, reconciliations, accruals, prepaids, journal entries, and flux analysis
Review and interpret cloud service provider and infrastructure contracts to ensure proper accounting treatment, commitment tracking, and compliance with contractual terms
Track and reconcile commitment-based agreements, ensuring proper recognition and disclosure of multi-year purchase obligations
Perform accounts payable and vendor statement reconciliations, working with cloud service providers to resolve discrepancies and ensure billing accuracy
Build scalable processes and controls that can grow with the organization, and develop reporting and monitoring systems to provide visibility into compute spending patterns and trends
Support internal and external audit requests on compute cost accounting and commitment disclosure matters
Work with Engineering and cloud service providers to investigate issues and see them through to resolution
Build monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages for leadership reviews
Drive process improvement and automation initiatives—redesigning close workflows, building automated data pipelines and reporting, and leveraging AI tooling—and contribute to cross-functional projects from scoping through delivery
Minimum qualifications
7+ years of progressive operational accounting experience

Strong analytical abilities and comfort working with a high volume of transactions
Proven experience building accounting processes, controls, and policy in high-growth environments
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a track record of seeing issues through to resolution
Proficiency with modern ERP systems (Workday preferred)
Preferred qualifications
Have experience mentoring junior accounting professionals
A track record of leading process transformation, automation, or finance systems projects from scoping through delivery

Comfort with cross-functional partnership in fast-paced environments where priorities can shift quickly

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
