How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp is looking for ambitious generalists who want to turn difficult customer and business problems into better products and better ways of working.
In Product Operations, you will own a problem space from investigation through execution and measurement. You might uncover why customers abandon a workflow, build an AI tool that removes hours of manual work, or help a product team bring a new capability to customers. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and customer-facing teams, combining analytical rigor with the willingness to do the work yourself.
This role is designed for people who want substantial responsibility. You will build customer understanding, product judgment, technical fluency, and the ability to lead across teams. Strong performance can create opportunities for broader ownership in Product Operations, Product Management, Business Operations, or AI Operations, depending on your strengths and Ramp’s needs. Growth comes from sustained impact, demonstrated readiness, and available opportunities.
*Please note that this Product Operations role will require you to be comfortable with working in-person at our NYC HQ (located near Madison Square Park) at least 2 days/week*
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Ramp moves incredibly fast, and our specific Product Operations needs change regularly. Each Product Operations team member is assigned to a specific product, such as Bill Pay, Procurement, or Travel. Ramp moves incredibly fast, and our specific Product Operations needs change regularly. During the hiring process, we will discuss which product areas are hiring priorities and where you could make the greatest impact.
- Own customer and operational outcomes. Take responsibility for a defined problem, establish a baseline, and follow through until the experience improves.
- Find the underlying problem. Combine customer conversations, operational observations, and data to distinguish recurring causes from isolated symptoms.
- Make clear recommendations. Use your product sense and business acumen to size opportunities, compare tradeoffs, and help product partners decide where a process change, automation, or product investment will have the greatest effect.
- Build and improve workflows. Create practical tools and automations, including AI-assisted solutions, that reduce repetitive work and improve reliability. Validate outputs and measure whether people actually benefit.
- Bring changes into use with empathy. Own operational readiness, internal enablement, feedback collection, and follow-through after a launch or workflow change.
- Lead across teams. Define metrics, establish owners, resolve dependencies, communicate decisions, and keep important work moving when the path is unclear.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 2-6 years experience in banking, private equity, consulting, or in product management or business operations roles at a demanding startup. Level and compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
- A record of taking personal ownership and delivering outcomes beyond the initial analysis or recommendation.

An overview of this role
As a Senior Product Manager for Switchboard, you'll shape how customers manage their GitLab Dedicated infrastructure and how our engineering teams operate a growing fleet of customer instances. Switchboard is the control plane for Dedicated: it helps internal teams scale upgrades and maintenance, while giving customers a place to configure their infrastructure, understand the health of their environment, and receive critical updates.
You'll own the product vision and roadmap, balancing technical and operational needs with a clear, useful customer experience. Dedicated is GitLab's fastest-growing deployment option, and your work will help the business support more customers efficiently. You'll have the autonomy to identify the most important problems and decide where Switchboard should go next, with support from your manager and engineering partners.
What you’ll do
Set the vision and roadmap for Switchboard, connecting customer needs and internal operational challenges to priorities for the engineering team.
Work with engineering and site reliability engineering teams to improve the tools used to operate Dedicated instances, including upgrades and maintenance.
Improve the customer-facing console so customers can manage infrastructure settings, configure private networking and authentication, and understand their instance's health.
Talk directly with customers to understand their needs, explain product decisions, and use their feedback to shape the roadmap.
Bring a strong user experience perspective to product decisions. Work hands-on with engineering to develop and refine workflows, including when a dedicated design partner isn't available.
Explore opportunities to improve the tooling and experience for customers migrating from self-managed GitLab to Dedicated, how we help manage incidents, and to extend Switchboard to support GitLab.com as its architecture evolves.
What you’ll bring
Experience owning a product vision and roadmap and working with engineering to deliver improvements for users.
Technical understanding that helps you discuss infrastructure and operational tradeoffs with engineers and translate them into clear product decisions.
A strong focus on user experience, with experience making complex technical workflows easier to understand and use.
Clear communication and the ability and interest to work directly with customers. Experience with internal tools is relevant, provided you're comfortable taking on customer-facing product work.
The ability to work independently, make sense of an evolving problem space, and prioritize across customer experience, operational efficiency, and business needs.
You may also bring experience with control planes, cloud management consoles, infrastructure products, internal operational tools, customer migrations, or incident management, but these aren't required.
About the team
We work across product management, engineering, and site reliability engineering to solve technical, operational, and user experience problems.
At GitLab, our mission is simple: to enable everyone to contribute to and co-create the software that powers our world.

Check out our Careers https://careers.circle.so/ page for more about working at Circle.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The AI Quality engineering team at Circle owns the foundation for measuring, diagnosing, and improving the quality of Circle's AI-powered features. This team focuses on building the infrastructure to measure, diagnose, and improve production AI systems, rather than ML research or model training.
We're looking for a Lead Engineer to help us build out the evaluation frameworks, observability tooling, and diagnostic infrastructure that tell us whether our AI Agents are working well, where to improve them, and how to make them faster and more cost-efficient.
This is a hands-on player-coach role. You’ll also lead and manage the AI Quality engineering team, with an ambitious and growing roadmap.
If you're excited about making AI systems work reliably, efficiently, and at scale, this is for you.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Build and own our evaluation infrastructure. Design the CI/CD pipelines, scorers, and datasets that tell us whether Circle's AI agents (planners, tool-callers, and sub-agents) are actually working, from a single tool call to a full multi-turn conversation.
- Diagnose exactly where quality breaks down. Trace failures across the agent pipeline including plan creation vs. execution, tool selection, tool trajectory in complex areas like workflows, site builder, and analytics. Turn what you find into prototypes that solve the issue or identify priorities for AI core engineering can help.
- Grow the datasets that make evaluation possible. Stand up annotation workflows and build out AI-generated and simulated conversations so we can cover more of the product faster than manual labeling alone.
- Run structured experiments across prompts, models, and the agent harness. Evaluate new and open-source models against our production baseline, build the framework we use to decide when to shift models, and chase cost and latency wins through model swaps, caching, and routing by plan complexity.
- Lead and grow the AI Quality engineering team. Set technical direction and manage day-to-day priorities, all while staying hands-on in the code yourself.
- Partner closely with AI Core engineering. Work with the engineers building Circle's AI products so they have real confidence that their changes are actually improving quality, not just shipping.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
- 7+ years of experience building and shipping production software, ideally including LLM-powered agents that take real actions in a product. You've worked on complex, tool-using systems (multiple tools, planning or orchestration, sub-agents) not just simple, single-turn assistants, and you can walk us through something you shipped and how you knew it was actually working.
- Comfortable in Ruby on Rails / Python or ready to pick them up quickly. Ruby on Rails is our production system and the foundation that Circle’s AI Agents are built on and proficiency in Python is a strong plus, especially for the data and evaluation side of the work.
- Experience building evaluation or observability infrastructure for ML/AI systems. You've built eval pipelines, scorers, dashboards, or CI/CD for evals before and have experience with evaluation frameworks like Braintrust, LangSmith, or similar.
- Experience designing datasets, annotation workflows, or labeling pipelines for ML/AI evaluation. You know how to turn raw examples into a dataset you can trust through human annotation, AI-generated data, or simulation.
- Learn fast, experiment aggressively, and thrive in a highly dynamic environment. You’ll need to be comfortable running a lot of experiments and letting the results settle the argument, including the ones that don't work (which will be many of them in the beginning).
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity. You’ll need to learn and pick up new technologies when projects require it.
- Strong alignment with our company values https://circle.so/careers.
- You are proficient in English (spoken, written, and reading) at a CEFR Level C2 https://magoosh.com/english-speaking/english-proficiency-levels-a-guide-to-determining-your-level/ / ILR Level 5 https://www.govtilr.org/.

ABOUT MISTRAL
Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
The Role
As a Legal Operations Specialist – Data Licensing on the IP & Licensing team, you will own the processes that let Mistral license content and data without slowing down. This role exists because we need someone who can turn legal analysis into repeatable workflows — managing rights, obligations, and restrictions across our growing dataset portfolio. You will work closely with the colleagues who negotiate our commercial and legal agreements, turning their work into clear metadata, tracked obligations, and automated systems.
Your impact will be visible in how smoothly data moves into our AI products: fewer bottlenecks, clearer rights status, and one reliable record for every data agreement we sign. You will sit where copyright, data protection, and AI meet, making sure that as we acquire and use training data, we comply with EU and US law, respect third-party rights, and enforce the restrictions our contracts impose. In scope: clearing permissions for inbound data, reviewing and codifying contracts, maintaining a central rights-and-obligations database, and building AI-powered workflows that make all of this scalable.
What You Will Do
- Clear inbound data usage requests by researching rights status, scope, obligations, and restrictions — including anonymization and data protection requirements — before data enters our systems.
- Review data-related agreements and codify their key terms into structured metadata, maintaining our template library and playbook alongside Legal.
- Assess whether specific AI use cases fall within the scope of third-party agreements, flag gaps, and recommend contract amendments.
- Build and maintain a central database that serves as the single source of truth for every signed data-related agreement.
- Track and manage compliance with ongoing obligations — permitted uses, confidentiality, re-use rights — automate our reporting, and administer master licensing partnerships.
- Verify provenance, ownership, and consent for acquired data, and identify obligations that require active monitoring.
- Monitor that Mistral clients and partners stay within their granted rights, operating the approval system that enforces legal restrictions.
- Design and run AI-powered workflows for contract review assistance, obligation extraction, and renewal alerts.
What We're Looking For

- Meticulous attention to detail and discretion with confidential contracts, combined with strong project-management skills.
- Clear, direct communication and the initiative to anticipate needs through ambiguity.

- Partner with Infrastructure Security to integrate endpoint and identity signals into centralized monitoring.
- Lead incident investigation, containment, and remediation.
TECHNICAL OWNERSHIP & LEADERSHIP
- Identify and prioritize enterprise security risks based on business impact.
- Lead security initiatives from technical design through implementation and ongoing operations.
- Establish scalable security standards and practical engineering controls.
- Partner cross-functionally to strengthen security without slowing business operations.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise security, corporate IT security, or security engineering, ideally in a high-growth technology environment.
- Proven experience personally implementing, configuring, and operating corporate security systems.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Entra ID, SSO/SAML, SCIM, MFA, Conditional Access, and identity lifecycle management.
