Workplace: OnSite
ROLE HIGHLIGHTS:
- Test Engineer
- Location: Valencia
- Reports to: Laboratory Lead and Test Architect
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Onsite
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS:
As our Lab Test Engineer, you’ll plan, run, automate and document the lab’s tests across simulation, signal capture, playback and hardware in the loop, so results are repeatable and trusted. ICEYE is building a space-based RF constellation covering 100 MHz to 30 GHz alongside its SAR fleet, and the Experimentation Lab in Valencia is where we develop, simulate and validate that capability. We simulate the constellation and its emitters end to end, capture real signals from real hardware, and generate and play back signals through a channel simulator for end-to-end runs and algorithm validation.
A lab that only its builders can operate becomes shelfware. Specialists will build the simulation, the capture system and the playback chain, and you’ll turn those into tests that run reliably, on schedule, with traceable results. The role covers the full breadth of the lab: setting up hardware, running campaigns, automating procedures, keeping equipment calibrated and inventoried, and producing evidence that engineers and customers can rely on.
You’ll have an early seat in a new lab, with direct influence on how ICEYE builds and proves this capability.
WHO WE ARE
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world's largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To our customers we provide intelligence with unmatched quality, latency and revisit times, in any weather, day or night. To governments who choose to operate their own constellation we provide this proven capability as a sovereign system.
ICEYE-built constellations serve customers in defence and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.
Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and run tests across all three lab missions: end-to-end simulation runs, emitter capture sessions, playback and channel simulator campaigns, flatsat and receiver tests, and algorithm validation.
- Write procedures and automate them: turn manual setups into scripted, repeatable test sequences, and add them to regression so each software or firmware build is checked.
- Set up and maintain the lab: instruments, SDRs, cabling, fixtures, the screened enclosure and emitter bays, network and compute. Track calibration, configuration and inventory so every result records what produced it.
- Manage test data: keep recordings, run outputs and metadata organised, searchable and backed up, with the provenance to reproduce a result.
- Analyse and report: compare results to expectations and to previous runs, flag regressions and anomalies, write concise test reports, and log issues with the evidence needed to fix them.
- Support campaigns in the field and in the air, customer and partner demonstrations, and the reproduction of on-orbit anomalies on the ground.
- Run the lab safely: RF safety, ESD, equipment handling, access control and the handling rules for controlled material.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Must haves:
- Hands-on test experience in an electronics, RF, space or comparable hardware lab: test setups, procedures, execution and reporting
- Comfort with lab instruments (oscilloscopes, spectrum analysers, signal generators, power supplies) and basic RF practice (connectors, attenuators, cable loss)
- Scripting for test automation and data analysis, typically Python
- An organised and rigorous way of working: you write things down, version them, and can reproduce last month’s result
- Clear written English
Nice to haves:
- Satellite AIT, flatsat or hardware-in-the-loop testing
- SDR experience, RF capture or signal analysis
- Test automation frameworks, CI pipelines, instrument control (SCPI/VISA)
- Test data management, databases, dashboards
- Verification under a formal process (ECSS or similar)
- Experience setting up a lab from scratch: equipment selection, layout, safety, calibration programme
- Spanish, for working with local suppliers and facilities
- Eligibility for national security clearance (an advantage)
What success looks like
- 6 months: lab equipment is inventoried, calibrated and configuration-tracked, and capture and playback sessions run from written procedures, with data stored and findable.
- 12 months: core tests are automated and running in regression, test reports are produced routinely, and you’ve supported the first field campaign.
- 24 months: the lab runs as a service. Other teams book and run tests with your procedures, and results arrive with the evidence attached.
APPLICATION PROCESS
- Application Screening
- TA call
- Hiring Manager call
- Onsite interview

ABOUT THE TEAM
Great teams don't just happen. We help build them. 🚀
At Eneba, our People team is all about bringing great people together, helping them thrive, and making every step of their journey with us a great experience.
Now, we're looking for a People Operations Coordinator who is excited about discovering fresh talent, spotting potential, and helping the next generation of professionals kick-start their careers.
Your main mission? Make our internship hiring program a success, from the very first application to welcoming our newest Enebians on board.
And when internship season slows down? You'll get to explore the broader world of People Operations, from onboarding and employee experience to improving the processes that keep our People team running smoothly.
It's a role where recruitment meets operations, where no two seasons look quite the same, and where you'll have plenty of room to take ownership, bring ideas to life, and grow.
ABOUT YOU
You are highly organized, proactive and enjoy owning processes from beginning to end.
You are comfortable speaking with candidates, conducting structured interviews and making decisions about who should progress through the hiring process. At the same time, you enjoy the operational side of People work — coordinating stakeholders, keeping systems accurate and making sure things happen when they should.
You are particularly interested in early-career talent and enjoy identifying potential in candidates who may not yet have extensive professional experience.
You take ownership, follow through and are comfortable chasing stakeholders when something needs to move forward.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own Eneba’s internship hiring program end-to-end, from opening roles through successful hires and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand internship needs, hiring plans and candidate profiles.
- Create and publish internship vacancies across relevant channels.
- Review applications and identify candidates who meet the required criteria.
- Conduct structured first-stage interviews with internship candidates.
- Assess motivation, communication, potential, role fit and overall candidate quality.
- Maintain a consistent quality bar and ensure only suitable candidates progress to hiring managers.
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure hiring managers provide timely feedback and keep processes moving.
- Maintain accurate candidate information and hiring stages in our ATS.
- Track internship hiring pipelines, conversion rates, candidate quality and other relevant hiring metrics.
- Identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements to sourcing, assessment and the overall internship hiring process.
- Coordinate internship offers, preboarding and handover into onboarding.
- Build strong candidate experiences throughout the internship recruitment process.
- Support onboarding activities for new employees, including schedules, documentation, equipment and internal coordination.
- Support employee data administration and other People Operations activities when internship hiring demand is lower.
- Help maintain People documentation, trackers and internal process guides.
- Support additional People projects depending on team priorities and capacity.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Experience in recruitment, People Operations, HR, talent coordination, project coordination or another people-facing role.
- Confidence conducting structured candidate interviews and making first-stage assessment decisions.
- Strong judgment when evaluating junior or early-career talent.
- Ability to recognize potential beyond simply looking at years of experience.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple candidates, stakeholders and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to balance a positive candidate experience with maintaining a high hiring bar.
- High attention to detail and comfort working with ATS, HR systems, trackers and data.
- A proactive mindset and strong sense of ownership.
- Ability to spot when something is stuck and take action to move it forward.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where workload can fluctuate throughout the year.
- Interest in developing a broader career within People Operations and Talent Acquisition.
- Fluent English.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
Disclaimer: We're open to hire Account Executives across our Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes and Biarritz offices.
⭐️ THE ENTERPRISE ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE JOB
We’re expanding our Sales team in France and are looking for a ‘full-stack’ Enterprise Sales to engage with prospects and turn them into happy Alan customers. You will join a team that mostly focuses on large companies from Tech, Syntec, HCR, and B2B services, interacting with everyone from HR executives to CEOs.
Why is this segment interesting?
- Diverse workforce: Mix of 60% cadres / 40% non-cadres, often with subsidiaries or multi-site operations, ranging from highly tech-savvy employees to those requiring digital adoption support.
- Critical challenges: Multi-stakeholder decision processes involving HRD, CFO, CEO, Payroll, CSE, Legal, Purchasing, Comp & Ben, Accounting, Brokers (creating multiple potential blockers), long sales cycles (multi-year conversations), RFP processes requiring deep audits and product customization, and strong influence from unions/CSE who can co-manage health insurance topics;
- Company profiles: Flagship companies (widely known brands), groups with standalone entities or subsidiaries, often with focus on employee wellbeing (QVT programs, Great Place to Work), modern company culture, and strategic communication about digitization or employer brand attractiveness;
- HR priorities: Increasing productivity, obtaining fair and competitive pricing, contributing to employee well-being through customized health plans, simplifying HR processes with digital platforms, and managing change management concerns when implementing new health insurance (biggest fear for large companies)
- Critical business characteristics: This segment requires breadth & depth of expertise to navigate complex organizations, account-based strategies with Key Account Management approach, early engagement in company roadmaps, face-to-face meetings, co-creation of insurance and digital products (tailored offers considering past results, specific regimes, demographics, payroll system integration), and ability to work through RFPs and with brokers. Sales cycles are volatile with high stakes: 1 deal = 50% of annual target for Enterprise AEs.
Our approach for Enterprise companies positions Alan as a strategic partner in health rather than just an insurance provider, emphasizing our digital platform for fluid UX, customized health plans at fair pricing, and health/well-being services. Success requires leveraging high-level connections, building professional materials, and potentially creating exclusive "Health Clubs" or labels for early adopters.
What will you do with us?
You’ll own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing. In our Enterprise Sales team, you will deal with companies with more than 300 employees, including all CAC40 companies.
At Alan, Account Executives drive deals and close strategic opportunities with prospects. We sometimes handle some customer relationships to ensure the best possible onboarding. You’ll educate prospects, provide inspiring product demos, and onboard key stakeholders, making the transition from prospect to customer seamless.
We expect you to understand and apply the Alan Smart & Soft selling method https://alan.com/fr-fr/blog/tout-alan/a/nos-commerciaux-ne-vendent-pas. This method ensures the prospect experience is an integral part of the overall Alan customer experience—making it pleasant and delightful for everyone. We expect you to be instructive to prospects (Smart), as well as to define the best personalized high-touch strategy that suits best each prospect (Soft).
You’ll also help us grow and improve as a company, challenging us to enhance our product(s), methods, and strategy, and getting involved in initiatives to expand our customer base.

⭐ IS IT YOU WE’RE LOOKING FOR?
You’ll be a great fit for the Enterprise team at Alan if you:
- Have at least 8 years of experience in Sales, including at least 2 years managing the whole Enterprise Sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
- Have full working proficiency in French (C2 and above) and an advanced level in English.
- Are highly organized with exceptional follow-up skills;
- Have empathy and are passionate about understanding and solving prospects' problems;
- Can influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus-building;
- Have a deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models;
- Have a great attitude and ability to collaborate in a small team;
- Are eager to learn fast and make an impact from day 1;
- Are based in (or willing to relocate to) Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes or Biarritz.
For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the D-F level range https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity.

EVERYTHING ELSE IS A PLUS. WE CARE ABOUT HAVING A DIVERSITY OF EXPERIENCES, PROFILES AND BACKGROUNDS IN OUR TEAM.

- Parental leave. Extended parental leave for all new parents, for permanent contracts only.
IMPORTANT NOTE: WE HIRE PEOPLE, NOT ROLES.
If you're excited about this opportunity but don't check every box, we'd love to hear from you. Everyone, no matter how underrepresented, should feel free to apply as it can only bring learnings or success.
If you identify yourself as a woman: Did you know that research shows women often apply only when meeting 100% of requirements?
Remember, this is just a guide, not a checklist.

ABOUT MISTRAL
Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
THE ROLE
Mistral is building a sovereign AI cloud. Our product surface is expanding fast - GPU clusters, compute orchestration, storage, networking, serverless containers, inference, and training.
We're hiring a VP Product to own our cloud infrastructure and inference portfolio end to end: the foundational systems that power Mistral's datacenters, and the inference platform that brings the world's most advanced generative AI models to production.
This is a broad mandate. You'll own both scopes and, as the business scales, build the organization and stream leadership to delegate them. You'll define the vision, hire and grow the team, and set the operating rhythm that lets a fast-moving org deliver with focus. This is a highly visible role with the opportunity to shape how Mistral's technology is adopted globally and to unlock a major new line of business.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Strategy & vision Define and evangelize the product vision, strategy, and annual goals for our Inference and Cloud products, aligned with customer needs, company objectives and market trends.
- Go-to-market Own adoption, revenue contribution, and gross margin. Partner with marketing and GTM teams on positioning, pricing and packaging, launch plans, and adoption strategy.
- Team leadership Build the product organization for these products: hire product managers and stream leads, set the operating cadence (quarterly product reviews, roadmap reviews), and develop PMs through clear growth paths.
- Customer & market fit Work directly with AI-native startups and enterprises running advanced AI workloads to drive product–market fit across the portfolio.
- Delivery & execution Partner with engineering leadership to build a world-class compute infrastructure and inference platform delivering high-performance, cost-efficient AI at scale, with reliability, SLAs, and cost-per-token economics as first-class product concerns.
- Market & technology insights Track the competitive landscape and emerging technologies across AI infrastructure and managed inference to inform product strategy and identify new opportunities
- Research & open source Partner with research and engineering teams to turn emerging model architectures and advances in open-source inference into product opportunities that improve performance and efficiency
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Extensive experience in tech and infrastructure, including significant time leading product organizations with a proven track record of bringing cloud infrastructure, large-scale distributed systems, or inference products to market.
- Engineering background prior to moving into product management
- You've taken an infra or inference product from early stage to material revenue and adoption.
- Proven people leadership: you've hired and grown senior PMs, organized teams around clear stream ownership, and built durable operating cadences.
- Fluency in the economics of the business: comfortable owning gross margin, unit economics, and the tradeoffs behind pricing and capacity.
- Ability to align and inspire cross-functional teams without direct authority, and to communicate credibly with executives, engineers, and customers.
- Low ego, high bias for action, and comfort in ambiguity — equally at home crafting a strategy narrative and diving into metrics, a UX detail, or a customer escalation.
WHAT WE OFFER
We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance. Benefits vary by country and may include healthcare coverage, parental leave, retirement plans, relocation support, wellness programs, meal and transportation allowances, and other location-specific perks.
For the most up-to-date details on benefits available in your location, please refer to our Benefits page https://app.notion.com/p/mistralai/Benefits-at-Mistral-36e6ba59a7fe836b93dd01737fcc27ef?source=copy_link.

This role sits at the center of our hiring process in Japan and plays an important role in how candidates experience Notion.

About the role
We are seeking a Senior Deal Desk Analyst to join the Deal Desk team within our Revenue Operations function. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role at the center of how we structure, price, and close business globally — partnering with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product to turn deals into signed revenue.
You will lead the quote-to-contract execution cycle for our global sales team while helping build the systems, processes, and playbooks that scale a world-class Deal Desk. As the organization continues through a period of rapid growth, we are looking for someone who wants to shape the function rather than inherit it — bringing structure to ambiguity, modernizing how deals get done, and raising the bar for commercial excellence.
This position reports to the Senior Manager, Global Deal Desk, and is preferably based in a hybrid capacity out of our London office, working standard US business hours.
What you'll do
Deal Management — Own the day-to-day deal review and closing process end to end, including deal approvals, deal structuring, and quote configuration within Vercel CPQ, ensuring every deal is executed accurately and on time.
Commercialization & Execution — Drive deal execution in close partnership with Finance, Legal, GTM, Partnerships, Product, and Pricing. Design, build, and continuously optimize the sales and deal processes that bring new pricing, packaging, and product launches to market.
Trusted Advisor — Serve as the subject-matter expert for the Sales organization, providing deal guidance and operational support. Approach complex, non-standard deals with creativity and sound judgment, developing practical solutions in ambiguous situations.
Revenue Integrity — Act as the gatekeeper of data hygiene and opportunity data, partnering with GTM and Finance on audits for revenue recognition, financial reporting, and forecasting.
Insights & Enablement — Analyze deal performance and market trends to develop new sales motions, deal levers, and training materials that increase sales velocity and reduce business risk, in partnership with the Pricing and Field Enablement teams.
Operational Excellence — Identify opportunities to streamline, enhance, and automate processes. Translate needs into clear business requirements and leverage AI and automation to scale.
What you need
4+ years of experience in deal desk, pricing, quote-to-cash, contract management, or a related Revenue Operations or Sales Operations function within the technology sector.
A proven record of partnering effectively with Sales and cross-functional teams to move complex deals forward.
Demonstrated experience in project management and process improvement.
A collaborative team member who consistently delivers excellent sales support.
A resourceful self-starter with strong critical-thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
You think naturally about operational implications and downstream impact.
You thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and operate effectively amid change and ambiguity.
Nice to have
Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ (or a comparable CPQ platform)
A track record of using AI or automation to improve operational workflows.
Bonus if you
You’re located within London (HQ). We have offices for you to help build our office culture.
Benefits & Compensation:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
Flexible Time Off.
We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.
The London base pay range for this role is £65,000 - £85,000. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. The total compensation package may include benefits, equity-based compensation, and eligibility for a company bonus or variable pay program depending on the role. We come for the impact, and stay for the culture! We’re a talented, opinionated, passionate, fiercely inclusive, and responsible group of bees. We have conviction and we strive to live
our values
every day. We want our people to do what they truly love amongst a team of highly talented (but humble) peers.
How We Work
We are a fully distributed company, which means we believe it is not where you sit, but how you deliver that matters most. We invest in our people and care about how you orient to our culture and processes. At the same time we imbue a lot of trust, autonomy, and accountability from Day 1. #LI-Remote
About the problem space
AI has changed what's possible in go-to-market, support, and business operations. The constraint is no longer "can we build it" — it's "can we deploy it into a real workflow, prove it made things better, and keep it working."
Most companies are stuck at the demo stage: a lot of clever prompting, very little that runs reliably on Tuesday morning without someone watching it. This role exists to get us past that, everywhere outside of engineering.
Little more about the team:
You'll sit on the Data team, which is where this work belongs. Our team already operates at the seam between the business and its systems — we partner daily with RevOps, Customer Success, Sales, and Product, and we own the data infrastructure these workflows depend on. AI-in-the-business is a data problem with a model attached, and you'll have the pipelines, the warehouse, and the domain relationships already in place.
What you'll do
You are a senior individual contributor. Your job is to take business workflows that are slow, manual, or inconsistent, and make them fast, automated, and measurably better — then do it again, and leave behind enough shared scaffolding that the third one is easier than the first.
Ship automated workflows end to end
Partner with department leaders to identify the highest-leverage workflows in their orgs, and go deep enough on how the work actually happens to know where a model helps and where it doesn't.
Define success before you build: cycle time, quality, cost, risk. Instrument it. Report on it honestly, including when the answer is "this didn't work."
Deliver working systems, not prototypes, with evaluation harnesses, human-in-the-loop review where the stakes call for it, and ongoing monitoring.
Iterate on adoption the way a product manager would: user research, documentation, and a real plan for getting people to use the thing.
Build the shared substrate as you go
Establish patterns for model access, orchestration and agents, prompt and tool management, evaluation, logging, and cost control — derived from what real workflows needed, not designed in advance.
Build on the Data team's existing infrastructure rather than standing up parallel systems.
Co-own shared components with your counterpart in Engineering; identify dependencies early and bring them into partner roadmaps collaboratively.
Make the company fluent
Create templates, playbooks, and golden paths: prompt patterns, agent patterns, safety checklists, evaluation patterns.
Run office hours, demos, and community-of-practice sessions that make adoption feel accessible rather than intimidating.
Develop enablement material for distinct audiences — GTM, operations, leadership — from fundamentals through advanced workflows.
Help people build judgment about AI: when to use it, when not to, and how to tell whether it worked.
Keep it safe and governable
Partner with Security, IT, and Legal on access control, data handling, vendor risk, and policy — so that employees have a clear, fast, safe path to experiment.
Work with the Data team to apply our data classification standards to AI use cases: what data can be used for retrieval and context, and what audit trails are required when sensitive data flows through LLM pipelines.
What you'll bring
Deep experience shipping systems into real business workflows — you've owned something end to end, in production, that non-technical people depended on daily.
Hands-on fluency with modern AI stacks: LLMs, retrieval, tool use and agents, evaluation, guardrails — plus the pragmatism to keep things shippable.
The ability to learn someone else's job well enough to improve it. This role lives or dies on understanding how support, sales, or finance actually work.
A track record of leading cross-functional initiatives without formal authority, bringing clarity, momentum, and crisp decision-making.
Comfort navigating security, privacy, and compliance tradeoffs in real organizations: data classification, retention, access controls, vendor risk.
Strong teaching instincts — you explain complex things simply, write clear docs, and meet people where they are.
Demonstrated ability to stay current as the landscape shifts, and to change your mind in public when the evidence does.
Nice to have
SQL fluency and comfort in a modern data stack (dbt, a cloud warehouse, BI tooling).
Experience with workflow automation or enterprise systems: case management, ticketing, CRM, knowledge bases.
Familiarity with observability practices for AI systems: monitoring, quality signals, evaluation pipelines, cost and latency analysis.
Change management experience across a distributed, multi-function company.
Interest in external evangelism — writing, speaking, podcasts, peer groups.
Base Salary based on level of experience
$310,000
—
$360,000 CAD
What you'll get when you join the Hive:

Manager, Commercial Operations
We are looking for a Manager of Commercial Operations to build and run the transactional engine of the commercial function inside Revenue Operations. ClickHouse runs on a usage-based pricing model, and every deal – direct, marketplace, or partner – has to land correctly in the system: quoted against the right rules, ordered against the right contract structure, and booked cleanly enough that Accounting can bill and recognize it without rework. As we scale the cloud business and widen the product line, that path has to carry more volume, more products, and more deal structures without adding people to the middle of it. This role designs the systems, automation, and controls that make that possible.
Reporting to the Director, Commercial Strategy & Operations, you will own the quote-to-order path and order management, along with the build behind it: the CPQ and quoting system requirements, the automation, the validation and controls, and marketplace transaction operations across AWS, GCP, and Azure. The goal is a commercial path where the standard deal is self-service for the field, quality is enforced by the system rather than by who touched the deal, and human review is reserved for the cases that genuinely need judgment. You will be measured by how fast and how cleanly a deal moves, how little intervention it requires, and how good the experience is for the rep. You will partner daily with Sales, Accounting, Finance, Legal, and Revenue Engineering.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Own order management and automate it. Run the intake, review, and processing of quotes, order forms, and bookings to defined SLAs through quarter-end peaks, and continuously engineer the manual steps out of that path.
- Design the quote-to-order flow. Instrument the process, find where it slows or breaks, and redesign it. You own the architecture of the flow, the exception routing, and the automation that makes the standard case hands-off.
- Own the quoting and order management system build. Write the requirements, design the quoting, validation, and approval logic, drive the roadmap with Revenue Engineering, run UAT, and validate every change in production before the field sees it.
- Own the handoff into billing and revenue. Partner with Accounting so that what leaves your process arrives structured, complete, and reconcilable – and build the controls upstream that keep downstream rework from happening at all.
- Build quality in as controls. Validation rules, guided quoting, required-field logic, and automated reconciliation that make an incorrect order hard to submit in the first place.
- Own the field experience of transacting. Treat the rep as the customer: fewer steps, fewer handoffs, shorter quote cycle time, and a standard path that is obvious and self-service. Measure whether it is getting easier.
- Build and run marketplace transaction operations across AWS, GCP, and Azure. Private offers, CSP transactions, co-sell mechanics, and the tooling and automated reconciliation that keep marketplace bookings tied out across the marketplace, Salesforce, and billing.
- Operationalize commercial review. Encode approval rules and guardrails in the system so routine deals route themselves, and escalate the structures that break the system rather than quietly processing them.
- Build the transaction path for new products and acquisitions. Stand up order management, quoting, and the marketplace path for new offerings and newly acquired products, test the flow through to booking before go-live, and be ready to transact on day one.
- Own the integrity of the commercial record. Products, SKUs, pricing, contract terms, and booking attributes in Salesforce, with the controls and monitoring that keep them clean – the forecast and revenue reporting downstream depend on it.
- Instrument and report on the system you own. Cycle time, touch count, SLA attainment, exception and discount volumes, error and rework rates. Use the data to decide what gets built next.
WHAT YOU BRING ALONG
- 6+ years in commercial operations, deal desk, order management, sales operations, or revenue operations, including time owning a high-volume transactional process.
- A track record of building, not just running. You have replaced a manual process with a designed one and can point to the automation, the controls, and the measured result.
- Hands-on depth in Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ. You write requirements, design quoting and approval logic, configure and test it yourself, and can tell a configuration problem from a process problem.
- Technical range beyond the admin console: flows and validation logic, API-based and marketplace integrations, and scripting or SQL to reconcile and investigate data at volume. You can partner with Revenue Engineering as a peer on design.
- Experience with usage-based or consumption-based contracts: metering, commits, overages, contract structure, and the downstream billing and revenue recognition implications.
- Experience operating across a shared quote-to-cash process. You know where order management ends and Accounting begins, and you design the handoff so neither side is cleaning up after the other.
- Marketplace operations experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure – private offers, CSP transactions, and reconciliation – strongly preferred.
- Process-engineering instincts. You instrument before you optimize, design for the standard case and route the exception, and measure by throughput and error rate rather than activity.
- A bias toward field experience. You have made a transactional process materially faster or simpler for a sales team and can describe how you knew it worked.
- Comfort partnering with Accounting, Finance, and Legal on order form and contract mechanics.
- Sound judgment under deal pressure. You can hold the line on a structure that breaks the system, and advocate for the field when the exception is justified.
- Clear written and verbal communication. You can explain a commercial rule to a rep in one paragraph and brief leadership on what's at risk at quarter-end.
- Experience managing or mentoring analysts a plus; this role is expected to grow a team as volume scales.
- Bachelor's degree, quantitative or technical field preferred.
