We are currently launching a new strategic project — a digital bank in France.
About the Project
This is a greenfield project: there is no product, team, license, or infrastructure yet — all of it needs to be built from the ground up. We are looking for a director who will take full end-to-end ownership of the project: from strategy, licensing and team building to the first customer and scaling.
Key Responsibilities
Leading the turnkey launch of a digital bank: from concept to operational go-live:
Product and operating strategy
: retail products, SME, payment services, cards, online channels.
Fintech architecture
: designing the architecture and managing development of the bank's digital platform.
Licensing
: managing the banking license application process — liaising with the regulator, consultants, and auditors.
Operating model
: building risk management, compliance, KYC/AML, and customer service processes.
Team
: building and leading the team, hiring key executives and experts.
Finance and planning
: financial and strategic planning, budget formation and execution control.
Representation
: representing the company to regulators, partners, and investors.
Negotiations and partnerships
: negotiating with vendors, fintech providers, and payment systems.
Requirements
Proven experience launching a bank/neobank/fintech product from scratch, preferably in Europe.
Understanding of French or European banking regulation (ACPR, ECB, PSD2, AML5/6, GDPR); experience obtaining a banking or EMI license is a strong plus.
Experience building a team from the ground up (hiring key executives, organizational structure).
Background in digital banking/fintech in a senior management role (COO, startup CEO, Head of Digital Banking, Country Manager, etc.).
Understanding of technology: core banking systems, BaaS providers, payment infrastructure, mobile development (deep understanding of product and architecture, not necessarily hands-on technical expertise).
Fluent in French and English (French is critical for working with the regulator and hiring the local team).
Entrepreneurial mindset: ready to work in startup mode — from strategy to operational details.
Nice to Have
Personal network of contacts at ACPR/Banque de France or among licensing consultants.
Experience working with BaaS platforms or partner banks in France.
Experience raising investment/capital for a fintech project.
Benefits
Competitive salary and bonus scheme — the exact figure to be finalized at the final stages.
Operational and business support from our operating hub in achieving the project's goals.
A key leadership role in a strategically important project for the group — with real influence over architecture, product, and launch outcomes.
Backing and resources of an established international investment group: the holding's legal, financial, HR, and IT infrastructure.
The chance to build a bank and a team from a blank slate — a rare full-cycle launch experience for a professional at this level.
Location: Indonesia; Malaysia; Thailand; China

* Bonne connaissance de la TCC (thérapie cognitivo-comportementale), de la thérapie des schémas, de l'EMDR ou de la thérapie ACT.
* Des spécialités en phase avec les besoins de nos membres : stress, épuisement professionnel, estime de soi, dépression et traumatismes.
* Une spécialisation en thérapie auprès des adultes.
* De 5 à 7 ans d'expérience professionnelle au minimum.

* La maîtrise d'une autre langue (anglais, espagnol, arabe, créole, etc.).
* Un permis d'exercice dans une autre province (p. ex. Ontario, Colombie-Britannique ou Alberta).
* Une formation en thérapie cognitive basée sur la pleine conscience (MBCT).
* Premier entretien :
* Rencontre avec l'équipe Alan (30-45 minutes), pour faire connaissance et préciser notre organisation et nos attentes.
* Deuxième entretien :
* Entretien technique (45 minutes) avec Lydia Martin, responsable du programme mondial de santé mentale d'Alan. Titulaire d'un doctorat en psychologie, elle échangera avec vous sur votre expertise et vos connaissances thérapeutiques.
* Une rémunération attrayante.
* Une grande souplesse d'horaire et de lieu de travail : vous pouvez travailler depuis votre domicile ou votre cabinet (les rendez-vous avec nos membres se déroulent en téléconsultation).
* La possibilité de rejoindre une communauté soudée de thérapeutes, où grandir, échanger et apprendre ensemble.
* L'accès à une patientèle en croissance.
* La chance de contribuer à déstigmatiser la santé mentale et à y ancrer une approche préventive.
* La participation à une réunion d'équipe d'une heure chaque mois.

MinIO is the data and memory foundation for enterprise AI. Built for the speed, scale, and economics that AI and analytics demand, AIStor and MemKV unify every layer of the data stack, from agentic and inference context memory to tables and objects across core, edge, and cloud. Trusted by 77% of the Fortune 100, MinIO is redefining how AI factories, intelligent applications, and autonomous agents secure, persist, and unlock the full value of their data.
The European cloud landscape is undergoing a massive structural shift. Specialized GPU cloud providers, alternative infrastructure platforms, and sovereign cloud consortiums—collectively known as
NeoClouds
—are scaling exponentially to fuel the generational demand for enterprise AI/ML training and inference.
As an Account Executive for the NeoCloud market in Europe, you will own MinIO’s commercial footprint across this hyper-growth sector.
This role is open as a remote role in any Major European AI Hub for a qualified candidate.
You will be selling a revolutionary AI data infrastructure portfolio, headlined by:
MinIO AIStor:
Our exascale AI data store purpose-built for massive concurrency, sub-10ms latency, and high-throughput training pipelines.
MinIO MemKV:
Our purpose-built context memory store that eliminates the inference "recompute tax" by turning NVMe flash into a shared memory tier that GPU pods access at microsecond speeds over RDMA.
Why this role matters:
AI infrastructure cannot achieve true efficiency using legacy storage frameworks. By positioning MinIO at the foundation of European NeoClouds, you will directly enable cloud providers to maximize GPU utilization (95%+), collapse time-to-first-token latencies from seconds to milliseconds, and drastically lower operational costs for their enterprise tenants.
What You Will Do
Drive Revenue & Market Share:
Execute a strategic enterprise sales motion to identify, sign, and expand high-value commercial partnerships with European NeoClouds, specialized AI hosters, and sovereign cloud providers.
Value-Based Portfolio Positioning:
Lead complex technical and business conversations illustrating how MinIO products meet current and future requirements.
Full Sales Lifecycle Management:
Actively manage the end-to-end sales pipeline, from prospecting and initial technical qualification to executive alignment, pilot orchestration, pricing architecture, and contract closure.
Cross-Functional Alignment:
Collaborate closely with MinIO Solution Architects, Product Engineering, and corporate leadership to handle demanding infrastructure environments involving S3 over RDMA, PCIe Gen6, and NVIDIA reference architectures (e.g., Spectrum-X Ethernet, BlueField-4 STX).
Ecosystem Amplification:
Leverage alliances with key physical hardware and networking providers (e.g., NVIDIA, regional data center developers) to position MinIO as the foundational storage choice for modern AI deployment blueprints.
Your Skills and Experience
Proven Infrastructure Sales Record:
10+ years of quota-carrying enterprise software sales experience, with a documented history of successfully selling to cloud service providers (CSPs), telcos, managed services providers (MSPs), or high-performance computing (HPC) hubs.
Familiarity with NVIDIA ecosystem: AI Factory architecture and experience selling with NVIDIA field teams is a huge plus.
Deep AI/ML Infrastructure Literacy:
Fluency in the mechanics of modern AI infrastructure stacks. You can confidently discuss GPUs, Kubernetes operators, high-speed networking fabrics (RDMA/InfiniBand), KV Cache eviction challenges in LLMs, and modern data platforms like Apache Iceberg.
Strategic Deal Architect:
Proven ability to navigate complex, multi-layered corporate accounts, building deep trust with everyone from infrastructure engineers to executive decision-makers (CTOs, CEOs, Heads of AI Infrastructure).
European Landscape Expertise:
Strong understanding of regional dynamics within European tech markets (UK, DACH, France, Benelux, Nordics) and the data sovereignty requirements reshaping the continent's infrastructure policies.
Entrepreneurial Engine:
A proactive, self-motivated operator who thrives in high-velocity, high-innovation spaces and enjoys building a market segment from the ground up.
Equal Opportunity Policy (EEO)
MinIO is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and an affirmative action employer. We review applications for employment without regard to their race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, age, veteran status, genetic information, physical or mental disability, medical condition, marital status, or any other basis prohibited by law.

Implementations Oversight
Lead end-to-end coordination of QVAC-based implementations from kickoff through production deployment.

Ensure alignment between client expectations and actual product capabilities, avoiding scope drift or mispositioning.
Track progress across multiple concurrent AI deployments, ensuring timely delivery and readiness for production environments.
Cross-functional Coordination
Coordinate closely with product, engineering, and research teams to align on QVAC capabilities, limitations, and roadmap evolution.
Facilitate integration between client systems and QVAC components, including model deployment pipelines, APIs, and compute environments.
Work with legal and compliance teams where required, particularly in sensitive AI deployments involving data locality or privacy constraints.
Maintain structured communication flows across all stakeholders involved in the implementation lifecycle.
Governance & Reporting
Establish and maintain governance frameworks including implementation plans, risk tracking, and decision logs.
Produce executive-level updates summarizing progress, risks, blockers, and next steps.
Ensure documentation of implementation architectures, deployment patterns, and key learnings for reuse across future projects.
Support escalation management and ensure timely resolution of technical or operational challenges.
Core Experience
5+ years of experience in program management, technical account management, or delivery roles within AI, data infrastructure, or complex technology environments.

Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
🚀 WHY JOIN CARE OPS IN 2026? 🚀
You might look at Alan’s Care team today—managing high volumes seamlessly, supported by strong partners, and automating 50 of conversations—and ask: "It works, so why join now?"
Yet, the most exciting part is still ahead. We are at a turning point as we prepare to support millions of members and push to set the standards in the industry.
Here is why this is the moment to join.
- People: This is the opportunity to join a team with incredibly high talent density, operating with distributed ownership—empowered Crew Leads, strong deputies, and Guillaume Poirier https://www.linkedin.com/in/guillaume-p-34602923/ as Care Ops Lead. It is a proven engine for creating talent and fueling internal mobility.
- Processes: We absorb high volumes without glitches (including Ministry of Finance in France) and collaborate smoothly with Product and Sales. We trust and work hand-in-hand with solid external partners in France and Spain.
- Innovation: We are one of the few companies in the world claiming to automate 40% of member conversations as of the end of 2025 (a true market benchmark).
We're building an organization capable of serving 3 million members with a lean team. To get there, we need people who can build scalable systems (analytical and operational) that make this possible.
What this means for the role you're joining:
- Our operations are getting smarter, and our analytics need to keep up: We don't just need dashboards. We need to understand what drives performance, spot problems early, and help teams decide faster. You'll build this.
- Our planning is getting more complex: More countries, more automation, more partner teams. We need better models to know how many people we need, where, and when.
- Our tools need to scale: What works with manual effort today won't work at 3x the volume. You'll build AI-powered tools and workflows that make operations smoother across the board.
Recognition: We are building something unique, yet we are not yet known externally as the reference for Care operations.
⭐ THE CARE OPS ROLE ⭐
The Care Ops team supports the Care Community globally (France, Belgium, Spain, Canada) by providing tools, processes, and data to deliver on our Roadmap and Strategic Plan. Care Ops is accountable for operational excellence and efficiency in Care, enabling the Community to scale without any compromise on user experience.
We are looking for a Care Ops who loves numbers, builds tools, and wants to have a real impact on how we run operations at scale.
You'll join a team of 10 and work across the full spectrum of our operations: understanding what drives our performance, building the tools and models that help us make better decisions, and collaborating daily with Data, Engineering, Product, and Care teams.
One week you'll be deep in a staffing model, the next you'll be building an AI-powered reporting tool, the next you'll be presenting a performance deep dive to Crew Leads.
Some of our missions include:
1/ Performance analytics and operational insights
- Build and improve dashboards and reports that help teams understand what's happening and why. Not just track numbers — explain them.
- Conduct deep dives into operational performance (response times, resolution quality, contact drivers) and deliver concrete recommendations.
- Help define and maintain our key metrics across countries: what do we measure, where does the data live, how do we make it reliable.
- Work closely with our Data team and Care Crew Leads to turn data into decisions.
2/ Planning, forecasting, and resource optimization
- Help build and improve our staffing models: how many people do we need, when, and where? How does automation change the equation?
- Contribute to simplifying our planning tools and processes
- Work with our external partners on capacity planning and delivery tracking.
- Challenge how we do things today.
3/ Tooling and AI
- Build and improve operational tools using AI and no-code solutions (Dust, Claude, automation platforms). You'll probably build half your tools with AI.
- Identify where current processes don't scale and propose solutions — sometimes a simple script, sometimes a product need.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering crews to push efficiency needs into the roadmap.
⭐ JOIN THE CARE TEAM! ⭐️
You will excel as a Care Ops if you:
- Communicate clearly in English and French, written and verbal. You'll work with many teams and clarity matters.
- Think in numbers. You're comfortable with data, spreadsheets, and ideally SQL. You build models, not just read dashboards.
- Have a performance mindset. You want to understand why a metric moves. You look for root causes and push for action.
- Are curious about AI and tooling. You use AI tools in your daily work and see them as building blocks. You're excited to learn and experiment.
- Get your hands dirty. You dig into the details, fix what's broken, and don't wait for someone else to do it.
- Have 2-5 years of experience in operations, analytics, consulting, or a similar role — ideally in a tech or startup environment.
- Have an organized and structured mindset.
- Can work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Our ideal candidate thrives in a startup or tech company environment and is excited about the opportunity to make a significant impact in a growing company. If this sounds like you, then you might just be the Care Ops we're looking for.
We value diversity and encourage individuals from varied experiences and backgrounds to apply. Join our Care team and contribute to our mission of delivering an exceptional user experience.
For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the B1-C1 level range https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity.

About the Role
As the Account Management Lead you'll lead a team of experienced Account Managers across the Western Europe region. You'll balance people leadership, strategic direction, and hands-on customer impact - driving excellence in post-sales outcomes and ensuring your team consistently delivers measurable value to customers and the business.
You will:
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing AM team, owning team and regional NRR performance, customer retention, and expansion goals.
- Act as a player-coach: directly manage priority accounts, join key customer conversations, and model best-in-class success practices.
- Lead by example in complex post-sales and renewal cycles, unblocking issues, driving adoption, and identifying expansion opportunities.
- Set strategic direction for the team, aligning account manager initiatives with company goals and market trends.
- Monitor and optimize delivery quality across all accounts, ensuring consistency, excellence, and predictability in customer outcomes, implementing scalable processes that improve accuracy, visibility, and operational efficiency.
- Design and implement repeatable playbooks for renewals, upsells, and adoption; automate workflows and tools to scale team impact.
- Own the ongoing development and optimization of best practices for Commercial and Scale playbooks, ensuring consistent execution, measurable impact, and continuous refinement as the business evolves.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships across priority accounts, serving as a strategic advisor and customer advocate in internal and external forums.
- Represent the voice of the customer in leadership discussions, influencing roadmap, operations, and revenue strategies.
- Partner with Europe GTM & cross functional leadership to align organizational objectives, drive cross-functional initiatives, and ensure cohesive execution across customer success, sales, and operations teams.
Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in account management or post-sales roles within SaaS, ideally some of this within Western Europe accounts.
• Demonstrated technical acumen with the ability to upskill and enable the team — fostering confidence in navigating product capabilities, integrations, and data insights to strengthen customer outcomes.
• 5+ years of direct people leadership experience — managing AMs, driving team quota, and developing talent through coaching and enablement. Passion for developing people and building a high-performance, feedback-driven culture grounded in accountability, learning, and customer impact.
• Strong player-coach mindset: comfortable managing key accounts directly while leading others to excel in their own portfolios.
• Demonstrated success in exceeding renewal, expansion, and NRR goals through effective customer engagement and strategic account management.
• Expertise in CS methodologies and best practices (e.g. success planning, adoption frameworks, ROI storytelling, executive alignment).
• Strong analytical and operational skills: adept at using data to identify performance trends, optimise workflows, and forecast outcomes.
• Strong builder mindset - you thrive in building from scratch, redefining processes and playbooks, and operating with an AI-first mindset
• Bonus: Hands-on with tools (Salesforce, Gong, Sigma, Pylon) and capable of improving data quality, visibility, and usage insights across the team.
• Proficiency in German or French is required.
This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere within Europe. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in London, Dublin or Paris.

We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
THE MISSION
You will work every day on the racks that power one of France's largest AI clusters.
Mistral's compute footprint is our single largest investment and the foundation of our AI research and engineering. We're hiring Data Center Hardware Engineers to keep our GPU/CPU clusters healthy, safe and growing — hands-on, in the data center, at the intersection of high-performance computing and physical infrastructure.
You'll join a small, senior team working at a scale few engineers get to experience: GPU-dense racks (H100/H200-class and next-generation platforms), high-speed interconnects, liquid-cooled systems — with new sites under development in France and beyond.
Hardware here is not someone else's problem. As part of a small on-site team, you carry responsibility for it end to end.
Location: On-site at one of our data centers in the South of Paris.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Diagnose & repair server and cluster hardware: CPUs, memory, drives, NICs, GPUs, PSUs, and interconnect problems (switches, cables, transceivers; Ethernet/InfiniBand).
- Intervene safely — power-off/lockout, ESD discipline, pre/post-work checklists, tidy and safe work areas.
- Capture everything — photos, serials, test results; open, update and close tickets with notes the next engineer can act on.
- Manage parts — receive, label and track inventory; run RMAs and coordinate with vendors.
- Help us get better — feed recurring anomalies into monitoring, alerts and SOPs; contribute small scripts (Python/Bash) if you have those skills.
- Be a good teammate — clear status updates, honest handovers, and respect for the people depending on the cluster.
ABOUT YOU
- Hands-on comfort in data centers or server hardware — you can (or will quickly learn to) work cleanly in racks: rails, cabling, labeling, mounting.
- Disciplined and meticulous: checklists aren't bureaucracy to you, they're craftsmanship.
- Practical electrical basics: power-off procedures, PPE, short-circuit risk awareness.
- Basic Linux (boot checks, logs) — scripting is a plus, not a requirement.
- Physically able to work in racks (lift, mount, maneuver) in a data center environment.
- Comfortable in a 24/7 operation, including a rotating on-call with emergency response expectations.
- Driver's licence (B) for travel between our sites.
EVEN IF YOU DON'T MATCH EVERY CRITERION
Many of our best hardware engineers came from research labs, telecoms, IT services or the military. If you are rigorous, curious and genuinely motivated by hardware at scale, we would be glad to hear from you — we assess demonstrated scope rather than keyword matching.
NICE TO HAVE
- HPC/AI/cloud production experience at scale; large-fleet server install and maintenance.
- Networking fundamentals (Ethernet/InfiniBand) beyond basics.
- Vendor/RMA tooling, ticketing (Jira/ServiceNow), inventory systems.
- Python/Bash automation for checks, capture, inventory or reporting.
