From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data. Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on. Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions. As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. - Lead the organizational workstream during focused on-site deployments, from executive kickoff to closeout.

BUILD THE AUTOMATION OPERATING MODEL
- Guide customers in implementing the automation operating and governance model they need to scale n8n sustainably.
- Help define ownership, decision-making, prioritization, enablement, and adoption practices across technical and business teams.
- Leave customers more capable and confident by making automation part of how their organization works.
IDENTIFY, PRIORITIZE, AND PROVE AUTOMATION OPPORTUNITIES
- Map business processes to uncover high-impact automation opportunities across unfamiliar customer environments.
- Develop and manage an automation roadmap with clear prioritization criteria, sequencing, and ROI logic.
- Build business cases in the customer’s language by estimating impact, modeling value, and connecting automation to executive priorities.
NAVIGATE ORGANIZATIONS AND SCALE WHAT WORKS
- Build trust across technical teams, operators, executives, champions, skeptics, and the people who actually make decisions.
- Identify upsell and expansion signals during engagements and hand them cleanly to the Customer Success team.
- Feed learnings from every deployment into n8n’s internal playbooks, product feedback loops, and repeatable deployment motions.
REQUIREMENTS
MUST-HAVES

- 🏢 On-site customer experience: You know what it takes to drive adoption with enterprise customers in complex, high-stakes environments.

- 📊 ROI and prioritization: You can build value cases, estimate impact, and help customers prioritize an automation roadmap based on business outcomes.
- 🛠️ Technical fluency: You do not need to write code, but you understand technical architecture, can demo convincingly, and can spot when a solution is not aligned with the customer’s needs.
- 🤝 Organizational navigation: You know how to build trust across levels, manage competing priorities, and identify who can actually make decisions.
- 🎙️ Storytelling: You can make complex technical concepts clear, compelling, and easy for senior stakeholders to champion internally.
- ✈️ Travel readiness: You are willing to travel for on-site engagements roughly 30–50% of the time across Europe.
- 🇬🇧 English fluency: You communicate clearly and confidently in English with technical, operational, and executive audiences.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- 🌍 European languages: You speak one or more additional European languages.
- 🤖 Automation experience: You have helped customers adopt workflow automation, integration, AI automation, or internal tooling platforms.
- 📚 Change management: You have guided teams through new operating models, governance processes, or technology adoption programs.
- 🏗️ Enterprise transformation: You have worked on transformation initiatives where success depended on stakeholder alignment, enablement, and measurable business outcomes.
- 🧩 Product feedback instincts: You know how to turn field learnings into crisp feedback that helps product and engineering teams build what customers actually need.
Why join us?
At n8n, you’ll help define how enterprise customers adopt automation in the real world — not through long consulting decks, but through focused deployments that create momentum, prove value, and make teams more capable. You’ll work at the intersection of strategy, technology, operations, and change management, partnering closely with Forward Deployed Engineers to turn complex customer environments into clear automation roadmaps.
You’ll join a fast-growing, remote-first company with strong momentum, a passionate technical community, and a culture that values autonomy, experimentation, and ownership. Your work will shape how we scale enterprise deployments, build customer automation operating models, and turn what we learn in the field into repeatable playbooks for n8n.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re hiring a strategic, data‑driven leader to shape the future of scaled customer success at Ramp. This role will design, operationalize, and lead programs that activate, retain, and grow 50% of Ramp’s micro‑SMB customers who don’t receive white‑glove 1:1 support, blending strategy, systems, and people leadership to drive impact at scale.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own and evolve Ramp’s self‑service onboarding and activation strategy in partnership with Scaled CS leadership, Product, and Growth.
- Use data to diagnose activation bottlenecks, build dashboards, run metric reviews, and drive data‑backed recommendations.
- Partner with Product to improve activation features and automation that enhance self‑onboarding.
- Lead customer education programs at scale: group onboarding trainings, video content, chatbot optimization, and lifecycle communications.
- Continuously improve systems and team efficiency through automation, content, and applied AI initiatives.
- Design, launch, and iterate scaled CS programs that improve outcomes across thousands of customers.
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of 6–8 Scaled Customer Success Managers, each handling ~300 monthly new customers.
- Drive team performance across activation, expansion, and CSAT targets while fostering ownership and excellence.
- Hire, train, and enable team members on Ramp’s product, customer journey, and playbooks.
- Partner cross‑functionally with CS, Sales, Product, Growth, and Data to align scaled strategy with company goals.
WHAT YOU NEED
- 4+ years in consulting, CS operations, revenue or business operations, or strategy within high‑growth B2B SaaS
- 2+ years of people management experience leading high‑performing CS or operations teams
- Proven success building or optimizing scalable programs and processes
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into dashboards, operational insights, and measurable outcomes
- Skilled at cross‑functional leadership and influencing senior stakeholders across Product, Growth, Data, Sales, and CS
NICE TO HAVES
- Customer‑facing or quota‑carrying experience with a track record of exceeding goals
- Experience building education content, webinars, or scaled training programs
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
In the first 6 months, this leader will have launched and iterated scaled activation programs that measurably increase self‑serve activation and early retention, established a recurring metrics review with dashboards that surface funnel bottlenecks, and lifted team efficiency and CSAT through process, automation, and content improvements while developing a high‑performing team of 6–8 sCSMs.
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)

ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
The Field Productivity & Enablement Lead is responsible for making our sales motion clear, practical, and repeatable. This person will help define how we sell at Baseten: how managers run the business, how reps qualify and advance deals, how sales works with FDE, product, marketing, and support, and how those expectations get turned into training and day-to-day habits.
This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who excels at both strategy and execution. You'll shape the system, but you won't stop at slides or frameworks. You'll build the playbooks, run the training, coach to the behaviors, and help managers ensure the process is followed consistently.
We're not looking for someone who wants to force-fit a single methodology onto the business. We're looking for someone who is fluent in MEDDIC/MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, Challenger, and similar approaches, and can take the best ideas from each, adapt them to a technical sales motion, and build an approach that fits how Baseten actually sells.
You'll report to the Head of Enablement and Productivity. Frontline managers and reps are your primary customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage operating model. Define the core rhythms for frontline managers, including 1:1s, forecast calls, pipeline reviews, deal reviews, and coaching cadences. Create clear expectations for how managers inspect deals, coach reps, and drive consistency across the team.
- Sales process and stage design. Partner with sales leadership and RevOps to define stages, exit criteria, qualification standards, and pipeline mechanics. Help turn the sales process into something managers and reps can actually use, and make sure CRM and tooling reinforce the process instead of creating workarounds.
- Cross-functional engagement. Clarify how sales engages FDE, solutions architects, product, marketing, and customer support. Define the handoffs, decision points, and joint working models that help teams support customers without confusion or duplicated effort.
- Methodology, skills, and training. Help codify the sales methodology and build the training behind it. Deliver enablement sessions, coach managers and reps, and raise the quality of qualification, deal progression, and account planning over time.
- Behavior change and adoption. Make the work stick. Measure whether the process is being used, where managers or reps are getting stuck, and what needs to change to improve ramp time, pipeline quality, forecast accuracy, and win rates.
REQUIREMENTS
You know what good sales execution looks like and can translate that into a system other people can follow. You can move from diagnosing a broken forecast call, to redesigning a stage framework, to standing in front of a room and teaching managers how to run a better pipeline review.
You bring credibility with sales leaders, managers, and reps because you've seen how strong sales teams operate and you know how to make process useful instead of bureaucratic. You are structured, practical, and comfortable driving change across functions.
Strong candidates may come from a mix of backgrounds such as:
- A former AE or sales leader who has carried a quota, managed teams, and later moved into enablement, strategy, or operations.
- A sales enablement or sales effectiveness leader with strong experience in methodology, manager training, and curriculum design.
- A RevOps or sales strategy professional with deep process rigor and a strong point of view on pipeline, qualification, and inspection.
- A management consulting or sales transformation background with experience building operating models and driving adoption in fast-growing teams.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status.
We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable law (by example, the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, where applicable).

WordPress VIP
is the world’s leading enterprise content management platform. We help the world’s largest companies—including Meta, Salesforce, and Disney—create innovative digital experiences with WordPress.
We are hiring a Director of Professional Services to run our Professional Services delivery organization. You will own the day-to-day operation of a team that handles migrations, implementations, and custom engagements for some of the most complex enterprise WordPress deployments in the world. The role reports to the VP of Customer Experience (CX) as part of the CX Senior Leadership Team.
You’re walking into a team with real delivery capability and an established customer base. The work now is sharper: a tighter service menu, faster time-to-value, a delivery model that can flex to what enterprise customers actually need—and an organization that increasingly runs on AI. Professional Services at WordPress VIP is a revenue-generating business. The person in this seat owns that commercial result, not just the delivery quality behind it.
Responsibilities
Build an agentic Professional Services organization—one where AI augments delivery, accelerates time-to-value, and creates capacity for higher-complexity work.
Build Professional Services into a growth lever: identify expansion opportunities within active engagements, and partner with Account Management and Sales to turn delivery relationships into commercial ones.
Lead a Professional Services team of engineers and delivery managers, delivering migrations, implementations, and custom engagements for enterprise customers.
Own delivery quality end-to-end: project health, escalation management, customer outcomes, and on-time, on-scope execution.
Build and maintain a clear menu of established service offerings, so Sales can sell them, customers can buy them, and the team can deliver them consistently.
Meet customers where they are. Not every engagement fits a playbook, and this role requires the judgment to scope and run custom work without losing the thread back to repeatable delivery.
Help set the strategic direction for Professional Services as part of the Customer Experience Senior Leadership Team, and translate it into an operating plan that the team can execute.
Help differentiate WordPress VIP’s services offering in the market: define what makes Professional Services at WordPress VIP distinct from what a customer could get elsewhere, and build the proof points behind it.
Partner with Sales & Accounts to scope and price engagements accurately, and own the hand-off from close to delivery.
Partner with Product, Support, and Account Management on feedback loops that continually improve WordPress VIP’s platform and services.
Represent Professional Services credibly with senior internal and external stakeholders, including customer executives, on complex or at-risk engagements.
Experience
8+ years of leadership experience in Professional Services, implementation, or technical consulting. Direct experience leading a Professional Services or delivery organization is required.
5+ years delivering services for enterprise SaaS or PaaS customers, ideally involving large-scale migrations or custom development.
Experience building a services portfolio—defining offerings, pricing them, and making them repeatable without killing the flexibility that enterprise customers need.
Experience working the full commercial loop—not just delivery, but scoping with Sales, pricing engagements, identifying expansion, and tying Professional Services outcomes to retention and revenue.
Comfortable operating in or alongside an AI-augmented delivery model. What we need is genuine fluency with how AI changes the work—not just awareness that it exists.
Demonstrated ability to engage with executive stakeholders, both internal and external.
Proven track record of performance management within a team, working closely with individual contributors, leads, and HR partners.
How you work
Operator first.
You hold the strategy in your head and still show up for the delivery details. More do than say.
Commercially accountable.
You think about Professional Services as a business, not a function. You know your revenue number, you know your margin, and you can talk about both with the same fluency you bring to delivery.
Strong, persuasive communicator.
You can scope a hard engagement, write clearly under pressure, and hold executive attention without overstating your case.
Coach, not just a manager.
You develop practitioners into delivery leads. You give direct feedback. You’ll step in when something must be done a certain way, and you know when not to.
Strategic and grounded.
You can recommend a services portfolio direction, and also tell a project manager exactly where their engagement is going wrong.

As Marketing Strategy Director at Airalo, you will collaborate closely with the Growth organization to define and optimize acquisition, conversion, and retention targets across regions and channels. You will operate as a central, region agnostic capital allocator within Growth — ensuring time, budget, and effort are deployed toward the highest incremental impact opportunities. Acting as a key partner to Growth leadership, you will turn complex data into clear trade off decisions, pressure test assumptions, and help determine where the next dollar and the next hour should be invested.
In this role, you will own Growth’s forecasting and planning processes, ensuring regional and central teams are aligned on targets, assumptions, and trade offs. You will run the operating cadence for Growth, steward the business inputs, scenario frameworks, and planning logic layered on top of Data’s forecasting model, and translate performance insights into cross regional and cross channel allocation decisions that improve incremental growth and capital efficiency — operating within the financial guardrails set by our Finance team.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Forecasting, Planning & Operating Rhythm
Own Growth’s forecasting process end to end: gather assumptions, challenge inputs, coordinate with Data, and prepare forecast narratives for leadership
Maintain and continuously refine the business logic, pacing, scenario planning, and target setting frameworks built on top of Airalo’s forecasting model
Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews — prepare materials, synthesize insights, and ensure follow-ups drive real action
Run weekly operating cadence for Growth: performance reviews, KPI tracking, variance analysis, and strategic escalations
Budget Allocation & Strategic Decision Support
Build data-driven recommendations on spend allocation across regions and channels, using CAC, pLTV, incrementality and ROI insights to optimize for incremental profit/growth
Conduct granular regional deep dives (country/segment/channel) and identify levers to improve growth or efficiency.
Identify cross-regional capital reallocation opportunities and quantify trade-offs between markets (e.g., where incremental $1 delivers highest marginal return).
Partner with Growth, Product, Brand, and Finance to align on targets, trade-offs, and the drivers behind plan variances.
Analytics Partnership & Insight Activation
Serve as Growth’s primary business partner to the Data team: consolidate analytical needs, provide business context, and ensure high-quality inputs into Data’s roadmap.
Translate analytical outputs (forecasts, dashboards, experiment results) into decisions, actions, and processes that stick.
Ensure Growth teams adopt and operationalize dashboards and models — build documentation, training, and clear workflows.
Cross-Functional Strategy & Special Projects
Lead cross-functional projects such as regional/channel diagnostics, efficiency audits, or market deep-dives - including 30 day “drop-in” sprints to fix specific business problems
Build frameworks that guide decision-making: ROI models, sizing models, scenario tools, prioritization structures.
Identify and implement process improvements across the Growth org to increase speed, clarity, and execution quality.
Must Haves:
9+ years in Marketing Strategy, BizOps, FP&A, Management Consulting, Strategy & Operations, or similar analytical roles.
Demonstrated experience owning planning cycles and influencing capital allocation decisions at a multi-market or global level.
Demonstrated ability to maintain forecasting models (Excel/Sheets) and run scenario planning, CAC/LTV experience, pacing, and ROI logic.
Strong analytical proficiency: Excel (advanced), and comfort working with SQL and modern BI tools (Looker, Lightdash, Tableau). Experience with MMM models a plus.
Clear experience turning data into recommendations — not just reporting results, but synthesizing insights into “what we do next.”
Ability to challenge assumptions, pressure-test inputs, and navigate ambiguous or incomplete data.
Experience working cross-functionally with channel leads, PMs, and Data teams; strong communication skills with senior stakeholders.
Comfort managing complex, deadline-driven projects, prioritizing across markets, and driving alignment among multiple teams.
A proactive, structured problem-solver who can pick up unclear problems, untangle them, and deliver clarity with minimal guidance.
Nice To Haves:
Experience in consumer tech, marketplace, travel, or subscription businesses
Familiarity with marketing analytics: attribution, CAC/LTV modeling, incrementality testing, funnel analysis
Comfort coordinating experimentation roadmaps and interpreting lift tests or causal results
Prior experience as the business partner to a Data/Analytics org

About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the Role:
We are hiring a Strategic Finance Manager, Product (EPD) to partner with Engineering and Product to drive unit economics, infrastructure efficiency, and margin expansion across Vercel’s consumption-based platform.
This role spans cloud infrastucture & token spend, as well as emerging AI workloads (inference, gateways, and compute-intensive services). You will define how we measure and optimize the cost and profitability of every request, workload, and AI interaction on the platform.
What You Will Do:
Infrastructure & AI COGS Ownership
Own financial visibility into compute, bandwidth, storage, and AI-related costs (e.g., inference, GPU/accelerated workloads)
Translate product and infrastructure usage (requests, execution time, tokens, etc.) into clear cost drivers
Partner with EPD to drive cost-efficient architecture and scaling decisions
Cost Visibility & Accountability
Build self-service cost tooling for Product and Engineering (cost per request, per workload, per AI query)
Enable teams to own and optimize their infrastructure footprint
Standardize cost attribution across products and multi-tenant systems
Efficiency & Margin Expansion
Lead infrastructure and AI efficiency initiatives (compute optimization, caching, vendor strategy)
Define north star metrics (e.g., cost per request, cost per AI call, cost per GB)
Embed cost efficiency into roadmaps and product decisions
Cost Allocation & Financial Rigor
Develop scalable cost allocation frameworks across products, customers, and workloads
Improve gross margin visibility, including AI product margins
Support auditability and IPO readiness
Cross-Cutting Workstreams
Unit Economics
Define product-level unit economics across Vercel’s product suite
Connect usage (requests, compute, tokens, etc) to revenue and COGS
COGS / Gross Margin Forecasting
Build driver-based models linking usage, revenue, and infrastructure costs
Forecast COGS across core platform and AI products for both PLG & SLG segments
Model margin impact of scale and efficiency improvements
Pricing & Packaging
Partner on usage-based and AI pricing models
Evaluate tradeoffs between growth, adoption, and margin
Ensure pricing is reflected in forecasts and unit economics
About You:
5-8+ years in Strategic Finance, FP&A, IB, or Consulting
Experience with consumption-based or cloud infrastructure businesses
Strong modeling skills; experience with driver-based forecasting
Ability to partner with technical teams and translate usage → financial insight
SQL / data tooling experience strongly preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
Flexible Time Off.
We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.

ABOUT SENTRY
Software runs the world and the pace is faster than ever. Sentry helps developers fix errors and performance issues before users notice, so teams can spend less time firefighting and more time building.
Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future.
ABOUT THE ROLE
At Sentry, Support is an engineering discipline. Our customers are the greatest technical minds in the world—developers at elite enterprises building the future of software—and they deserve answers that go deeper than a knowledge base link.
We are architecting the Technical Support engine. We’re looking for a veteran engineer to help us redefine the standard of technical support by combining deep human expertise with autonomous agentic systems. You are a debugger of both code and systems. You will treat support volume as a data signal to build automated resolution paths, ensuring our human engineers only touch the most complex, high-impact architectural puzzles.
Sentry Support Engineers aren't just clearing queues; they are Orchestrators. You will engage with our users across GitHub, Discord, and our internal systems, while acting as the Technical Lead for our Agentic Ops. You ensure that when a developer asks a complex question, our systems have the right context and a seamless "Human-in-the-Loop" path to you when deep, nuanced expertise is required.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
Master the Sentry Ecosystem & Support Elite Developers
- Deep-Dive Debugging: Perform root-cause analysis on complex issues and distributed tracing gaps across polyglot environments.
- Support the Great Minds: Act as a strategic consultant for senior engineers at our largest enterprise customers, solving high-stakes architectural challenges that push the boundaries of observability.
- Troubleshoot SDK Implementations: Go deep into the source code of Sentry’s SDKs to help developers instrument complex frameworks and custom environments.
- Engineering Feedback Loop: Serve as the bridge between the world's best developers and our product teams, using data from your systems to prioritize high-impact platform fixes.
Engineer Agentic Operations (The Scaling Engine)
- Deterministic Support Paths: Engineer the logic that powers our support agents, moving beyond probabilistic guesses to high-fidelity, autonomous resolutions.
- Knowledge Engineering: Build the right context into our systems so they can resolve issues consistently and indefinitely.
- Agentic Tooling Development: Use MCP (Model Context Protocol) and Sentry’s internal APIs to build "skills" for our agents, allowing them to perform complex lookups or state-checks autonomously.
- The Seer Philosophy: We’ve already proven AI can handle autonomous production fixes with Seer. You will apply that same philosophy to the support lifecycle—moving us from a "Help Desk" to an "Autonomous Resolution Engine."
YOU’LL LOVE THIS JOB IF
- You love eliminating Non-scalable effort: you enjoy automating repetitive work and take pride in building systems that save time and effort.
- You’re a Full-Stack Troubleshooter: You enjoy jumping from a React frontend issue to a Python backend trace to a CI/CD pipeline failure in a single afternoon
- You Value Evidence-Based Support: You prefer looking at data trends over anecdotal evidence to decide where to build automation next.
- You’re a Developer Advocate: You want to guide the industry on how elite engineers and AI co-exist in a high-density technical ecosystem.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years of experience in technical support engineering, systems engineering, or software development, with a track record of solving high-complexity SaaS problems.
- Strong Coding Foundations: Mastery of Python, JavaScript, Java, or Ruby. You are comfortable reading SDK source code and identifying bugs in production-level repositories.
- Systems Depth: Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, APIs, and the "path of a pixel" from frontend to database.
- AI & Automation Literacy: Practical familiarity with LLM orchestration (RAG, context windows, system prompts) and a critical eye for where AI succeeds versus where it requires human intervention.
- Exceptional Communication: The ability to explain complex architectural concepts to a human and write precise "system instructions" for an AI.
BONUS QUALIFICATIONS
- Open Source Contributor: An active presence on GitHub or experience maintaining open-source libraries.
- Former Software Developer: You’ve spent time in the trenches as a full-time dev and know exactly what keeps our customers up at night.
The base salary range (or hourly wage range, if applicable) that Sentry reasonably expects to pay for this position is $100,000 to $125,000 CAD. A successful candidate’s actual base salary (or hourly wage) amount will be determined by a variety of relevant factors including, without limitation, the candidate’s work location, education, work and other relevant experience, skills, and job-related knowledge. A successful candidate will be eligible to participate in Sentry’s employee benefit plans/programs applicable to the candidate’s position (including incentive compensation, equity grants, paid time off, and group health insurance coverage). See Sentry Benefits https://sentry.io/careers/ for more details about the Company’s benefit plans/programs.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY AT SENTRY
Sentry is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to its employees and candidates for employment regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity, veteran status, or other legally-protected characteristic. This commitment includes the provision of reasonable accommodations to employees and candidates for employment with physical or mental disabilities who require such accommodations in order to (a) perform the essential functions of their jobs, or (b) seek employment with Sentry. We strive to build a diverse team, with an inclusive culture where every teammate can thrive. Sentry is an open-source company because we believe that everyone, everywhere, should have the ability and tools to make great software. Software should be accessible. That starts with making our industry accessible.
If you need assistance or an accommodation due to a disability, you may contact us at accommodations@sentry.io.

Ramp's first post-sales hire in Europe doesn't just activate customers, they set the standard for what post-sales excellence looks like in a brand new market. This is a role for people who have been inside organizations when change was hard, who speak the language of a CFO, and who can move a customer from onboarding to true business value without losing the commercial thread. You'll own a book of customers end-to-end: responsible for driving genuine activation and adoption, and for finding and closing the expansion opportunities that follow when customers are actually getting value. There is no handoff here. Onboarding and growth live in the same seat. As one of the first people on the ground in London, you'll have real accountability from day one, and the work you do will directly shape how Ramp builds its post-sales motion across Europe. If you're someone who uses AI the way high performers use any sharp tool (as a default, not an experiment), who is energized by building from scratch, and who wants to own outcomes rather than just execute a playbook, this is the role.
What You'll Do
- Lead customers through the full transformation journey, from implementation through agentic workflow adoption.
- Own the revenue target for your book of business.
- Build and own the change management strategy for each account: map stakeholders, diagnose resistance, build internal coalitions, and drive adoption past the finish line.
- Quantify and communicate Ramp's impact in the language CFOs and Controllers care about
- Help customers understand and adopt Ramp's agentic finance capabilities, positioning new workflows not as features, but as fundamental changes to how their finance team operates.
- Maintain tight feedback loops with Design & Engineering, ensuring market signals from customers land where they can drive product decisions.
- Support the GM on the highest-priority strategic initiatives of the moment; competitive landscape, ICP refinement, new segment exploration, and more.
What You Need
- Right to work in the UK is required. Willingness to travel frequently across the UK and Europe.
- Founder-mode mentality with proof to back it up. You own outcomes, not deliverables and you have a track record of building, selling, or figuring something out on your own. You make fast decisions with incomplete data and don't wait for a playbook that doesn't exist yet.
- AI fluency as a daily habit. Ramp is a builder culture: if you don't instinctively reach for AI before doing things manually, this role will be a hard adjustment.
- Deep product expertise that translates into prescriptive recommendations. You know Ramp's full range of products, integrations, and configuration options inside out and you use that knowledge to anticipate customer needs and position solutions before they ask.
- Technical acumen to hold your own with Product and Engineering on integrations, APIs, and workflow architecture.
- Commercial instinct. You proactively identify expansion opportunities and know how to turn customer success into revenue growth.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- High frustration tolerance and resilience. Building from scratch means things will break constantly.
Nice to Haves
- Fluency in additional European languages
- Experience in a high-growth startup, consulting, VC, IB/PE, or other analytically intensive environments
- Exposure to fintech, SaaS, or B2B sales cycles
- Track record of entrepreneurial activity: founding a company, running a meaningful side project, or building something from zero
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel
- Weekly coffee stipend

You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a
Senior
Solutions Architect (Professional Services)
to join Grafana Labs’ world-class Customer Experience team. This is a highly hands-on role for technically skilled professionals who thrive on helping customers solve complex problems, accelerate adoption, and drive real business outcomes with Grafana at the center.
As a Solutions Architect, you’ll be a
trusted technical partner
—not a quota-carrying seller, but a customer-first advocate who leads with authenticity and insight. You’ll guide organizations through onboarding, implementation, and expansion by offering white-glove support, best practices, and proven strategies gathered from across our customer base.
You’ll operate with one foot in the code and the other in the customer’s world. Whether it’s understanding container orchestration in Kubernetes, fine-tuning Prometheus queries, or clarifying the nuances between logs, metrics, and traces—you’ll bring clarity and confidence to complex technical landscapes. You know the difference between "pets and cattle" and why that matters for scalable observability.
You’ll deliver high-impact training, jumpstart engagements, and offer tailored technical consulting to help customers succeed. As an embedded partner during critical phases, you’ll provide roadmap assurance, guide project execution, and ensure Grafana's capabilities align with the customer’s architecture, goals, and constraints. Along the way, you’ll identify recurring issues, monitor support needs, and advocate for product improvements in close collaboration with internal teams.
Success in this role means being a strategic thinker
and
a command-line problem solver. You’re passionate about OSS, love engaging with customers, and have the instincts to manage timelines, unblock teams, and deliver value at every stage of the engagement.
Join us and help elevate the Grafana customer experience through world-class technical delivery and meaningful impact.
